- 0:00Speaker 1: So I eat in a six hour window. It's called
- 0:02Speaker 1: the 18-6 rule.
- 0:03Speaker 2: You ever heard of that?
- 0:04Speaker 1: So for 18 hours out of 24 hours.
- 0:07Speaker 2: You fast.
- 0:07Speaker 3: So it's like intermittent fasting.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Intermittent fasting. Now, of course, out of the 18 hours,
- 0:11Speaker 1: eight of those hours, you sleep anyway. You know what
- 0:13Speaker 1: I'm saying? That's why they call it fasted asleep. And
- 0:16Speaker 1: then for the remaining 10, you just purposely focusing on
- 0:21Speaker 1: that fast, but you're not really tripping off of it
- 0:23Speaker 1: if you're busy like us or you in your purpose
- 0:24Speaker 1: on purpose. Sometimes I forget to eat because I'm so busy.
- 0:27Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? I'm pretty sure y'all probably
- 0:29Speaker 1: do that a lot too. So when you're doing it
- 0:32Speaker 1: like that, you notice that you lose weight. you notice
- 0:35Speaker 1: that your body start responding to food and workouts faster.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Your energy increases.
- 0:40Speaker 1: So 12 o'clock, break your fast with your biggest meal
- 0:43Speaker 1: snack all the way to six, six, have your last meal.
- 0:45Speaker 1: And then always do a 15 to 20 minute walk
- 0:48Speaker 1: after each meal, just to aid digestion.
- 0:50Speaker 3: I didn't even tell you this. Um, when I had you,
- 0:52Speaker 3: when we had you on blackout, um, after that, I
- 0:56Speaker 3: started to actually implement some things. I lost 15 pounds
- 0:59Speaker 3: from changing. I was, one meal a day really and
- 1:03Speaker 3: um i started to walk yeah.
- 1:05Speaker 1: See and man it aids your digestion system so much
- 1:08Speaker 1: so what we do is i tell all of my
- 1:10Speaker 1: clients that come to my facility do 10 to 15
- 1:13Speaker 1: minutes after they eat but i do 30 minutes before
- 1:16Speaker 1: i eat i walk for 10 minutes and then after
- 1:18Speaker 1: i eat i do 20 to 25 minute walk and
- 1:20Speaker 1: i ain't walking fast or nothing i'm just walking man
- 1:22Speaker 1: as soon as you done you'll go straight to the.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Bathroom why is that so hard for people because even
- 1:26Speaker 3: it's like uh what's that drug that became really popular
- 1:29Speaker 3: that all the celebrities was taking?
- 1:30Speaker 2: You talking about that Ozempic?
- 1:31Speaker 3: Ozempic.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Man, you know, people thought I was on Ozempic, man.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Yeah, so, man, it hurt my heart.
- 1:36Speaker 2: I'm like, me? On Ozempic? They say he on that O-Pack.
- 1:40Speaker 3: I'm like, what's that O-Pack? The O-Pack. So like, from
- 1:43Speaker 3: what I was told, it, it doesn't, you stop eating
- 1:46Speaker 3: so much, right? Yeah. And even back, remember there was
- 1:48Speaker 3: like tying people's stomachs up.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah. A lot of people still getting that too.
- 1:52Speaker 3: The stomach.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Yep, the gastric bypass. Yep, the gastric bypass.
- 1:55Speaker 3: And I don't want to be insensitive because I understand that,
- 1:57Speaker 3: you know, everybody's body is different. But for me, I
- 2:01Speaker 3: was always thinking, why don't you just stop eating? Mm-hmm.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Or start eating less.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Because if you, people that are starving, they, like extreme cases, right?
- 2:11Speaker 3: When you're starving, you're skinny.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:14Speaker 3: So it's like, I've never seen a person that was
- 2:15Speaker 3: starving that was fat.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:16Speaker 3: So it's like, you don't want to starve yourself, but
- 2:19Speaker 3: I just never understood why that wasn't a light bulb
- 2:21Speaker 3: moment of like, Just eat less food and you'll lose weight.
- 2:26Speaker 3: It's not really rocket science.
- 2:27Speaker 1: And the benefits of fasting is amazing, man. Autophagy is
- 2:31Speaker 1: something else, man. It's literally auto stands for self. Phagy
- 2:34Speaker 1: means eating. It's literally when the cells go through and
- 2:37Speaker 1: start breaking down all the stuff that they need. Getting
- 2:40Speaker 1: rid of all of the fats, burning the fats as ketones,
- 2:44Speaker 1: which you're not even using glucose no more. You use
- 2:46Speaker 1: ketones because there is all your glucose storage is gone.
- 2:50Speaker 1: And your body literally starts consuming itself from all the
- 2:54Speaker 1: bad stuff that you ain't supposed to be there. I mean,
- 2:56Speaker 1: visceral fat leave. You start using all the ketone energy.
- 2:59Speaker 1: You just feel good, man. Blood circulation increases. And it
- 3:04Speaker 1: all by fasting, man. Fasting is amazing, man. I just
- 3:07Speaker 1: think everybody do it. And then, you know, everybody do
- 3:09Speaker 1: it anyway. You just doing it while you sleep. Are
- 3:11Speaker 1: you sleeping?
- 3:12Speaker 3: What's the fat? Like talk about fasting. There's intimate fasting, right?
- 3:19Speaker 1: You got, so you got, you got into let's. So
- 3:22Speaker 1: let's start off with, with the food first. Cause even
- 3:25Speaker 1: your food is a fast now, because what we eating,
- 3:27Speaker 1: if we stop, if you stop eating meat for three days,
- 3:31Speaker 1: if you eat meat every day, that's a fast. So
- 3:33Speaker 1: you have, if we're going to go to our highest one,
- 3:36Speaker 1: you have liquidarianism, well, breatharianism, where people just breathe.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Not eating or drinking anything.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Not eating or drinking anything. So you got breatharianism. Breatharianism
- 3:46Speaker 1: go into liquidarianism. Liquidarianism go into frugivores or fruitarianism. Frugivores
- 3:52Speaker 1: go into your vegetables where you literally just a herbivore,
- 3:55Speaker 1: you know, nothing but But vegetables and stuff like that.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Then you go into vegan. Hate to say the word vegan.
- 4:01Speaker 1: So I'm a place say plant based because I was
- 4:03Speaker 1: a vegan and I was a fat vegan. Show you
- 4:05Speaker 1: that veganism is not a really healthy movement unless you're
- 4:08Speaker 1: eating the right things. Then you go from that to vegetarianism, vegetarian, vegetarian.
- 4:12Speaker 1: They eat a plant based diet, but they allow to
- 4:15Speaker 1: have dairy and stuff like that. Then you go from
- 4:17Speaker 1: vegetarianism to to omnivore diet where you just eat a
- 4:21Speaker 1: lot of stuff. But you you are clean when it
- 4:23Speaker 1: comes to like you're not eating bottom feeders and stuff
- 4:26Speaker 1: like that. Like you would choose a red snapper over
- 4:28Speaker 1: a catfish. You eat a fish that's not that don't
- 4:31Speaker 1: clean off the ocean floors or clean off the lakes
- 4:33Speaker 1: or the sea floors because they eat and poop. You
- 4:35Speaker 1: won't eat crab fish. You won't eat crawfish lobster. You
- 4:38Speaker 1: won't eat none of that because they full of poop.
- 4:40Speaker 1: They literally are the trash cans of the sea. And
- 4:42Speaker 1: then after that, you just got the people to eat whatever.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Same thing for your fasting. So you have a dry fast,
- 4:48Speaker 1: a dry fast, which, in fact, today is a feast
- 4:51Speaker 1: day in Hebrew. It's called Yom Kippur. And Yom Kippur
- 4:55Speaker 1: is basically where you afflict your soul for 24 hours.
- 4:57Speaker 2: You don't eat or drink anything.
- 4:59Speaker 3: So are you Jewish? No.
- 5:01Speaker 1: So I don't want to call it Jewish. So you
- 5:03Speaker 1: got two things. You got two different types of people.
- 5:06Speaker 1: So Jewish, the ish on the end, that's like saying,
- 5:09Speaker 1: you know, this shirt blackish.
- 5:11Speaker 2: So if it's blackish, it's not black, you know, reddish.
- 5:13Speaker 2: That's not really red.
- 5:14Speaker 1: So Jewish means, you know, you partaking in the the
- 5:19Speaker 1: Jew culture.
- 5:20Speaker 2: But ish is like you don't come from there.
- 5:22Speaker 1: So when I say I'm a we call ourselves the
- 5:25Speaker 1: original Jews or the Hebrew.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Hebrew Israelite Hebrew Israelite, your Hebrew Israelite.
- 5:30Speaker 2: That's what I would identify with.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Identify with. Yeah. That's your original Jew.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Original Jew.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Yeah. And I believe that we all are. But, you know,
- 5:39Speaker 1: we're not only the original Jews, we're the original everything.
- 5:42Speaker 1: You know, at one point, the whole entire planet was melanated.
- 5:46Speaker 1: They all looked just like us.
- 5:47Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying?
- 5:47Speaker 1: The only thing that separated us was our traditions, our
- 5:50Speaker 1: language and our culture. So if I'm going to tap
- 5:54Speaker 1: into something that stimulates my mind, something that got me
- 5:57Speaker 1: out of the streets, something that had me like really rooted,
- 6:00Speaker 1: grounded and doing the beautiful things for the community, it
- 6:03Speaker 1: would be the Hebrew movement. But don't get me wrong, though.
- 6:05Speaker 1: I believe that there's all good things that you can
- 6:08Speaker 1: extrapolate from every other culture or spiritual science. It's just
- 6:12Speaker 1: Hebrew is mine.
- 6:14Speaker 4: You said something in terms of your day. I've heard
- 6:17Speaker 4: this before. The first thing you do is you drink
- 6:20Speaker 4: water when you wake up. but I've heard some theories
- 6:23Speaker 4: that maybe not drinking something right away is more beneficial
- 6:28Speaker 4: because your body at night might be getting rid of
- 6:30Speaker 4: inflammation and that might be the first thing, right? So
- 6:33Speaker 4: before you consume anything to bring down, bring the inflammation up.
- 6:37Speaker 4: What's your thoughts on that theory?
- 6:39Speaker 2: That's a good theory.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:40Speaker 2: So this is what I say.
- 6:42Speaker 1: If you if you eat the way I just said
- 6:44Speaker 1: to eat and you stop your last meal at six o'clock.
- 6:46Speaker 3: Right.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Your body.
- 6:48Speaker 1: So from six to nine, that's three hours. Your body
- 6:51Speaker 1: is digestion is digestion. Once you go to sleep at nine,
- 6:54Speaker 1: nine thirty, if you follow that clock, some most of
- 6:57Speaker 1: the time I can't even follow that clock. I'm so busy.
- 6:59Speaker 1: But that's the that's the blueprint. God got his own clock.
- 7:02Speaker 1: And then we got our own clocks because we're doing
- 7:04Speaker 1: things to go against God, to be honest with you.
- 7:06Speaker 2: So we on our own clocks. But if you own.
- 7:07Speaker 1: God timing or what we call the biological circadian rhythm timing,
- 7:12Speaker 1: you're supposed to be sleep by nine. So from six
- 7:15Speaker 1: to nine, you should have a bowel movement before you
- 7:17Speaker 1: get into bed. Now, when you sleep through that night,
- 7:21Speaker 1: your body go through autophagy and you're detoxifying. So all
- 7:24Speaker 1: of this stuff is being released into the plasma to
- 7:27Speaker 1: the blood plasma. It's going to turn into to to
- 7:31Speaker 1: urine and everything else. So when you wake up, what
- 7:33Speaker 1: I do, the reason why I drink because they drink heroin.
- 7:35Speaker 1: insist me you're going to the bathroom to urinate because
- 7:38Speaker 1: the only way to get rid of metabolic waste is
- 7:40Speaker 1: by sweating or urination. It's not coming out the tailpipe
- 7:44Speaker 1: because what comes out the tailpipe or through your digestive
- 7:46Speaker 1: system is what you will call macro waste. We need
- 7:49Speaker 1: to get rid of the micro waste because that's what's
- 7:51Speaker 1: killing and congesting our cells and bringing on these inflammatory
- 7:55Speaker 1: responses and And inflammation is a healer, not a killer.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I want to I want to make sure we state
- 8:00Speaker 1: that the whole thing is when you stay in inflammation,
- 8:03Speaker 1: that's when you start seeing all these symptomologies that we
- 8:06Speaker 1: call disease. But all inflammation is the localization of what
- 8:10Speaker 1: they will call a issue. The body swells up. It
- 8:13Speaker 1: gets red. It gets red because there's increasing blood circulation.
- 8:16Speaker 1: You see what I'm saying? The increased blood circulation, it
- 8:19Speaker 1: heats up, it gives you a fever. Then when you
- 8:21Speaker 1: put the body in a fever state, you produce more neutrophils,
- 8:25Speaker 1: more basal fields. These are white blood cells that help
- 8:27Speaker 1: you come more natural killer cells, which is white blood
- 8:31Speaker 1: cells or what you'll call leukocytes. These are the things
- 8:33Speaker 1: that help engulf the cells and break these bad things
- 8:37Speaker 1: down and get them out of the body. So inflammation
- 8:39Speaker 1: is really a healing response. It's just that we never
- 8:41Speaker 1: change our environment or we never change our diet into
- 8:45Speaker 1: a live it. So inflammation stays and then these same
- 8:48Speaker 1: type of symptoms keep coming and coming and coming. And
- 8:51Speaker 1: then our body is home from it. But when you
- 8:53Speaker 1: look at any initial disease, it's actually a healing mechanism.
- 8:57Speaker 1: It's just that we never change things up. So this
- 9:00Speaker 1: disease then consumes the body. Yeah.
- 9:02Speaker 4: What about water intake? Because that was something even like
- 9:06Speaker 4: studying water.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Right.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Like, oh, water is not created equal. It ain't like
- 9:10Speaker 4: all these brands are not created alkaline water. You know,
- 9:13Speaker 4: there's all types.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Every time I try to change, I realize that the
- 9:17Speaker 4: pattern of me, it changes as well.
- 9:19Speaker 3: Yeah, facts.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Just because of how the body's reacting to it. Break
- 9:22Speaker 4: it down so people understand.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So water, you got two waters, right? And I want
- 9:27Speaker 1: to put it out there that we are saltwater creatures.
- 9:30Speaker 1: That's why we have minerals and salts inside of our plasma.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Our water is full of salt. The moment that our
- 9:36Speaker 1: water is not full of salt, you will see a
- 9:38Speaker 1: bunch of symptomologies that we'll call disease that happen from it.
- 9:41Speaker 1: And that's the reason why if you get dehydrated or
- 9:43Speaker 1: if anything happened to you, you go to the hospital.
- 9:46Speaker 1: The first thing they do is they put you on
- 9:48Speaker 1: salt and sugar water. They hook you up to an IV.
- 9:51Speaker 1: They have dextrose in it and a bunch of sodium
- 9:53Speaker 1: chloride in it. And they pump all of this salt
- 9:56Speaker 1: water and sugar water back into your blood because you
- 9:58Speaker 1: are salt water species. We're not freshwater species at all.
- 10:02Speaker 1: But I'm, and I'm saying that to say this. So
- 10:04Speaker 1: the first, the best water is spring water. That's your
- 10:07Speaker 1: real salt water, because minerals is salt at the end
- 10:10Speaker 1: of the day. That's what they are. And I know
- 10:12Speaker 1: we call it fresh water, but it's really still salt
- 10:14Speaker 1: water if you look at it from a biochemistry standpoint.
- 10:17Speaker 1: So I say spring water. If you're doing a cleanse
- 10:20Speaker 1: and you want to cleanse the body out and you
- 10:22Speaker 1: don't herbal teas, I would say distill water. But it
- 10:25Speaker 1: will always be spring water after that. So I say
- 10:27Speaker 1: my first one will be spring water. My second one
- 10:30Speaker 1: in choice will be groundwater. Like the water I survive
- 10:33Speaker 1: off of or live off of is groundwater. We have
- 10:35Speaker 1: a seven hundred and thirty feet well dug in on
- 10:39Speaker 1: one of our lands. That's the most of the water
- 10:41Speaker 1: I consume. After that, it'd be distilled water. I never
- 10:45Speaker 1: I never do city water, man. I just can't do it.
- 10:49Speaker 1: I just can't do it, man. So those are the water.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Now you got a different water that's in your fruit
- 10:54Speaker 1: from your watermelons and the vines and they pulling all
- 10:57Speaker 1: of their groundwater or rainwater up. uh, you got it
- 11:00Speaker 1: in the trees where the trees pulling all their water
- 11:02Speaker 1: through the branches to give to the fruit. And they
- 11:04Speaker 1: call this H3O2, which is a real structure water. The
- 11:07Speaker 1: water inside of our body is called H3O. And then
- 11:10Speaker 1: you got H2O that you get from the spring. So
- 11:12Speaker 1: any of them will work. Any of them will hydrate you.
- 11:14Speaker 1: But I think the best hydrating water is the water
- 11:17Speaker 1: from your fruit. So we say drink your fruit.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Um, But how much water should you be drinking?
- 11:23Speaker 2: A day?
- 11:24Speaker 1: It really depends on, I say for your average person.
- 11:27Speaker 1: And what I mean by average, I say about 150
- 11:30Speaker 1: to 170 pounds at five, six to five, eight, about,
- 11:35Speaker 1: about 45 ounces of water a day.
- 11:37Speaker 2: If he, if he eating his fruits, if he not
- 11:40Speaker 2: eating his fruits.
- 11:40Speaker 1: And vegetables and getting his water from there, we'll take
- 11:43Speaker 1: it up to about 50 ounces a day. So 45 ounces,
- 11:45Speaker 1: 45 to 50.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Ounces a day.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Okay. How much was that? It's like a gallon.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Down there?
- 11:54Speaker 3: Just under it, but yeah. Yeah, down there again.
