“Welcome back to our daily Bible reading journey! Today is Day 54, and we’re opening a brand‑new book—Numbers. As we step into this next section of Scripture, we enter a story of preparation, organization, and God shaping His people for the journey ahead.
In chapters 1 and 2, God commands Moses to take a census of the Israelites and establishes the way the camp is to be arranged around the Tabernacle. It might seem like a lot of details, but these chapters show us a God of order—One who places each person, each tribe, and each responsibility with purpose.
