Neurologist says Trump’s conduct may be more than cognitive decline

AlterNet reports that geriatric neurologist Dr. Germaine Odenheimer said Donald Trump’s conduct may reflect cognitive changes, medication effects, the removal of institutional restraints, or some combination of those factors.
