Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, Darling.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Drama, Darling Drama, Darling.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Hello, welcome in, Darlings. It's a Rhode Island kind of
- 0:25Speaker 3: a day, and Emily Dress is here to share that
- 0:29Speaker 3: day with me. Did you buy any chance?
- 0:31Speaker 1: Emily?
- 0:32Speaker 3: By the way, look up what the Blue Bug and
- 0:34Speaker 3: Rhode Island is from the Trivia night. Shoh oh, okay,
- 0:38Speaker 3: that's all right.
- 0:39Speaker 1: I was getting so anxious and I was answering the
- 0:42Speaker 1: questions that I could hear, uh huh, and I was like, guys,
- 0:46Speaker 1: what this is so disrespectful to the trivial game in general.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I love bar trivia, Darlings, Yeah, my favorite. And there
- 0:58Speaker 1: was just a lack of respect m to whoever planned
- 1:01Speaker 1: that game. And I mean, I know Ashley's husband was
- 1:07Speaker 1: reading the questions, but like, yes, if he sat there
- 1:10Speaker 1: and wrote that game out, and that's how they treated it,
- 1:13Speaker 1: switching tables and teams like the points don't fucking matter.
- 1:17Speaker 3: That was not only was that insane just from a
- 1:21Speaker 3: gamer's point of view and a trivia point of view.
- 1:24Speaker 3: And shout out to Ashley for trying to play the
- 1:27Speaker 3: trivia And I was actually impressed that Ashley and Joe
- 1:31Speaker 3: Allen got in an answer which the marine won the
- 1:34Speaker 3: hell like the President's helicopter, and that they attempted. Ashley
- 1:40Speaker 3: attempted to figure out what the Blue bug is. Now,
- 1:42Speaker 3: I'm looking this up right now. It says the Big
- 1:45Speaker 3: Blue Bug, also known as Nibbles wood Away, is the
- 1:49Speaker 3: giant termite mascot of Big Blue Bug Solutions, located along
- 1:55Speaker 3: I ninety five in Providence, Rhode Island. Is that is
- 1:57Speaker 3: that what we're talking about and we'll never know? Okay, well, no,
- 2:02Speaker 3: you're right. How about this one? What is the Rhode
- 2:04Speaker 3: Island state bug? The American burying beetle is the Rhode
- 2:08Speaker 3: Island state insect. So historically, this is you're gonna get
- 2:13Speaker 3: your historical facts here, Your real housewife's history is happening
- 2:18Speaker 3: in real time. It was found in thirty five states.
- 2:21Speaker 3: And besides, Rhode Island currently has populations in Nebraska, Oklahoma,
- 2:25Speaker 3: South Dakota, Kansas, and Arkansas. And again, that is the
- 2:29Speaker 3: American burying beetle. You know, you know who's burying each other?
- 2:35Speaker 3: Several people. First of all, we've got Kelsey and Rosie
- 2:40Speaker 3: practically burying each other, and you got Liz practically burying
- 2:43Speaker 3: herself under that trivia table. Then you got Liz and
- 2:47Speaker 3: Alicia burying each other in the van.
- 2:50Speaker 1: What about next week Dino's up to I don't know
- 2:54Speaker 1: what he's up to. He's badly burying somebody agedly.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Allegedly he's already buried him, ye know, And I mean
- 3:02Speaker 3: b no, hey, b no, it's a matter of time
- 3:06Speaker 3: where we read you were in the news for something
- 3:08Speaker 3: of criminal activity. By the way, I think it's time
- 3:13Speaker 3: for me to announce something very important that has happened
- 3:16Speaker 3: today in my life.
- 3:18Speaker 1: You're going to meet Dino at the sea wall.
- 3:23Speaker 3: No, we're all going to go down to meet Dono.
- 3:25Speaker 3: We're all going to go down to the sea wall
- 3:27Speaker 3: with my husband and do you know so everybody knows
- 3:31Speaker 3: this no ongoing, no ongoing anything. No, that's not right.
- 3:40Speaker 3: That's not what I was going to say. I am
- 3:42Speaker 3: officially finished with jury duty. Thank you, Thank you so much, everybody, Thank.
- 3:51Speaker 1: You for your longest service of all time.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Thank you very much. It was a month. In fact,
- 3:58Speaker 3: it was every bit of a month. I honestly thought
- 4:02Speaker 3: we were going to get out earlier for whatever reason
- 4:05Speaker 3: we did not, and hashtag no regrets. It was amazing, powerful,
- 4:14Speaker 3: life changing, important, and it was more than a civic duty.
- 4:22Speaker 3: It was a life lesson. And don't worry, I'm not
- 4:25Speaker 3: going to cry. You're waiting for the joke. You're waiting
- 4:30Speaker 3: for the punchline. There is no punchline. The real truth
- 4:33Speaker 3: of it.
- 4:34Speaker 1: More about that fucking bug in Rhode Island. Keep going,
- 4:37Speaker 1: keep going.
- 4:38Speaker 3: I have a presentation I'd like to present to you
- 4:41Speaker 3: all about why you should you should answer a summons
- 4:45Speaker 3: and commit to Jerry.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Jerry Mama, Jerry Mama.
- 4:53Speaker 3: So we're going to have beige boxes with beige bows,
- 4:58Speaker 3: and we're going to serve you your verdict in this box.
- 5:04Speaker 3: The four person is always going to be a blue,
- 5:06Speaker 3: big blue bug. It's like the mascot, Well, what's your
- 5:12Speaker 3: favorite pot? What's your favorite pot right now? Though? What's
- 5:15Speaker 3: your favorite pot right now though?
- 5:16Speaker 1: The bug box? That's really good?
- 5:19Speaker 3: All right, good, okay, thank you, Thank you, Billy Gary
- 5:23Speaker 3: or whatever the heck your name is, Billy, Billy. We
- 5:30Speaker 3: can't go wrong. You know. I love this show so much.
- 5:35Speaker 3: It's a little late to say welcome in, but it
- 5:39Speaker 3: I just want to say welcome in and welcome back,
- 5:42Speaker 3: darlings to the new refreshed Your bitch wife right here,
- 5:48Speaker 3: who has no longer an eighth duty in her life.
- 5:52Speaker 3: That is swept off the table and I'm ready to
- 5:55Speaker 3: get going.
- 5:58Speaker 1: You're right, are you off now?
- 6:02Speaker 3: Off the clock?
- 6:03Speaker 1: That?
- 6:03Speaker 3: Yep?
- 6:04Speaker 1: For how long?
- 6:05Speaker 3: No, they can't. It's done today.
- 6:07Speaker 2: I know.
- 6:08Speaker 1: But like I'm saying, in a year where you get another.
- 6:10Speaker 3: One, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Call sheet for a minute.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Yeah, no. You know what's crazy is that they're like
- 6:17Speaker 3: when the judge was originally like doing the selection, she's like,
- 6:22Speaker 3: you know, you'll be You'll be excused for a year,
- 6:26Speaker 3: you know after this sound I'm like a year a year.
- 6:30Speaker 3: This was a year that I served. I just served
- 6:32Speaker 3: a year. I mean, I don't know what the chances
- 6:35Speaker 3: of that are. But let's just say we'll cross that
- 6:39Speaker 3: Rhode Island Bridge when we come to it, Love Island,
- 6:50Speaker 3: Jerry duty, all right, So we might as well talk
- 6:57Speaker 3: about Alicia in her gorgeous, gorgeous presentation. Yeah, that was
- 7:01Speaker 3: great and I love that Rula. By the way, when
- 7:03Speaker 3: they were on the beach in their little black bikinis,
- 7:07Speaker 3: yes they looked like you know the twins emoji on
- 7:11Speaker 3: your phone, of course, Yeah, that's like what they looked like.
- 7:18Speaker 3: But I didn't realize that Rula was like a financial
- 7:22Speaker 3: planner or what have you. I did not know that.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Oh yeah, she did know that.
- 7:27Speaker 1: She mentioned she she mentioned it's not that the front
- 7:31Speaker 1: Usually what we're seeing is the show with her husband
- 7:34Speaker 1: going down. But I did know that she was okay
- 7:39Speaker 1: with her without him financially, and that was why she,
- 7:42Speaker 1: I guess, has this decent business going on.
- 7:47Speaker 3: She's the least thing. She's a work.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Do you think she had Amanda stormed them on the beach,
- 7:56Speaker 1: that old neighbor of Joe Ellen.
- 7:59Speaker 3: The fix was No, I don't not. I honestly think
- 8:03Speaker 3: that was very organic. What do you think I do too?
- 8:07Speaker 3: It's not like they got anything from her other than like,
- 8:11Speaker 3: oh well, I guess they did. There was a jumping
- 8:13Speaker 3: off point to say like she's she's doesn't get along
- 8:16Speaker 3: with Joellen either, she won't have anything to do with her.
- 8:20Speaker 3: That's a neighbor.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I think it was real. I just think that it
- 8:25Speaker 1: was so it's it feels to me like what we
- 8:28Speaker 1: keep hearing Rhode Island.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Is yeah, everyone's at the peach did right?
- 8:33Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 8:34Speaker 3: And it could be also that like maybe d had
- 8:37Speaker 3: a falling out because Amanda wanted to be on the show,
- 8:40Speaker 3: and Joellen didn't, you know, help get her on the show.
- 8:44Speaker 3: So all Amanda's been doing has been waiting to watch
- 8:47Speaker 3: to see where they're gonna pop up filming. So she
- 8:49Speaker 3: saw that they were filming there, and she showed up
- 8:53Speaker 3: allegedly allegedly I'm killing kind of like what Shariz does
- 8:59Speaker 3: on Potomac. She like goes and shows up where they're
- 9:02Speaker 3: filming the.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Rhode Island, Cherise, that's her.
- 9:05Speaker 3: It's a world island.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Storming the beach, yeah, storm on the beaches, Yeah, storm
- 9:11Speaker 1: the beach.
- 9:12Speaker 3: But I did like that. Rula, you know, was like,
- 9:15Speaker 3: you need to get this under control. You need to
- 9:16Speaker 3: get your financial stability, you know, your legs underneath you
- 9:20Speaker 3: financially present something to your husband. And and then of
- 9:25Speaker 3: course before we get to the presentation, which is what
- 9:27Speaker 3: we all want to discuss. Uh, Alicia does, you know,
- 9:31Speaker 3: speak with Rula about her situation, and she's just hanging
- 9:35Speaker 3: on by a string. She says, my light has been dimmed.
- 9:39Speaker 3: And I was like, oh, my doubt, her sparkle, her
- 9:42Speaker 3: sparkle's down. She got to get it by you. But
- 9:45Speaker 3: she's like, my light has been dimmed. And she's taking
- 9:47Speaker 3: steps to repair, and she's doing everything to stay zen.
- 9:53Speaker 3: And then she's like Brian used to kiss the ground
- 9:55Speaker 3: that I walk on. So it's odd to believe that
- 9:58Speaker 3: this can happen. Get your finances, and I love these ladies. Yeah,
- 10:06Speaker 3: what did you think about that? I kind of. I
- 10:07Speaker 3: just feel bad for Roula at this point. It's tough.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I do too, And I think, like I saw
- 10:13Speaker 1: a little bit online where she's getting some backlash about
- 10:16Speaker 1: like thinking that she could control the narrative. But I
- 10:20Speaker 1: think we got to give her a little grace because
- 10:22Speaker 1: nobody knows what the hell they're getting into when they
- 10:25Speaker 1: get into these shows.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Oh.
- 10:26Speaker 3: Absolutely, she's completely exposed and now she's just trying to
- 10:31Speaker 3: get through it. I have no problem with that, I mean,
- 10:34Speaker 3: because it's out of her hands.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure.
- 10:37Speaker 3: And she still doesn't even know about the video at
- 10:40Speaker 3: this point, and Alisha does.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I'm sure she. If she doesn't know about that particular video,
- 10:47Speaker 1: she knows about.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Many the other ones. Yeah right, she knows. Yeah, you're
- 10:53Speaker 3: right about that. She knows what's in his phone, but
- 10:56Speaker 3: she doesn't know that it's out there forever.
- 10:59Speaker 1: And I see in her mind she do think that
- 11:03Speaker 1: she was told that Brian and her story would have
- 11:07Speaker 1: to be discussed on TV, but it wasn't going to
- 11:09Speaker 1: be the main focus. So I do think she's also
- 11:13Speaker 1: operating in the place you're like, yeah, I'm gonna acknowledge it,
- 11:16Speaker 1: but really they're going to be talking about my business running.
- 11:20Speaker 1: That's up right for ha.
- 11:22Speaker 3: So today, Rula and Alisha, we're gonna have you guys
- 11:24Speaker 3: walking on the beach, and Rula's is the great opportunity
- 11:27Speaker 3: for you to talk about your business like and you know,
- 11:32Speaker 3: really the onus is on Alisha because she doesn't have
- 11:34Speaker 3: it together, you know, financially, she's in a really bad
- 11:36Speaker 3: position with her husband. So you really have to be
- 11:39Speaker 3: the voice of reason here, okay.
- 11:42Speaker 4: And producers are like c Amanda, yeah right, producers like Alicia.
- 11:50Speaker 1: You have to tell her about this video today. This
- 11:52Speaker 1: is the fifteenth time we filmed in the last four days.
- 11:57Speaker 1: You have to tell her today.
- 11:58Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, I will, I'll come.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Why am I the one who has to do it?
- 12:03Speaker 3: Why I'm too lazy? I can't.
- 12:07Speaker 1: All of her interviews are about not wanting to talk
- 12:10Speaker 1: about the video.
- 12:11Speaker 3: I know, And then doesn't she say something like she
- 12:15Speaker 3: almost doesn't want to try to like secure financial protection
- 12:20Speaker 3: and security because she's like too lazy, because it takes
- 12:23Speaker 3: a lot of work. I hear you on that, Alicia,
- 12:27Speaker 3: it does.
- 12:29Speaker 1: You know though, to that point to her presentation, like
- 12:35Speaker 1: I will say that it does take a lot of work,
- 12:37Speaker 1: but I don't think she's realized. She doesn't give herself
- 12:40Speaker 1: credit for the work she's put in.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Yeah, she really downplayed her her role in it and
- 12:46Speaker 3: sold herself short at the end by you know, she
- 12:50Speaker 3: ten percent is not enough, and then she wrote the
- 12:53Speaker 3: caveat of as long as I work. I was like,
- 12:57Speaker 3: don't sign your up, don't don't sign yourself up to clock.
- 13:00Speaker 2: No.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I know, I know, and I think we all do that.
- 13:04Speaker 1: But there is this idea. It's like work has to
- 13:06Speaker 1: be something that I hate, and it's like or it
- 13:08Speaker 1: has to be really hard, and sometimes if it comes
- 13:11Speaker 1: naturally to you, it doesn't feel like work.
- 13:14Speaker 3: And I think some of this comes naturally, just like
- 13:16Speaker 3: this podcast.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Well I do hate it.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Okay, I go back to jury duty. Now you guys
- 13:23Speaker 3: know why I was away on jury duty. Quotes Emily
- 13:29Speaker 3: refused to record for a month. Amy Mama, that board Okay,
- 13:40Speaker 3: wait when she was like, I know how to get
- 13:42Speaker 3: the kids like presentation like that trifle presentation board. I
- 13:47Speaker 3: would have never known what that meant until Maddie started,
- 13:50Speaker 3: obviously going to school, because that's what you have to
- 13:52Speaker 3: get for the science fair and stuff. I didn't even
- 13:54Speaker 3: know those things existed because I was born in another era,
- 13:58Speaker 3: in another time, in another like BC. You know.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Yeah, that's like, go go over to the grocery store
- 14:05Speaker 1: and see if they have any huge boxes we can
- 14:07Speaker 1: cut up for your science fair price.
- 14:09Speaker 3: I mean, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's like we're gonna take
- 14:14Speaker 3: you behind the behind Jerry's Deli and we're gonna go
- 14:18Speaker 3: pick up some boxes over there. There's cockroaches on them.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Paint over it, you know, paint over it. That's what
- 14:26Speaker 3: you're gonna do. Yeah, don't get me started on uh stickers,
- 14:31Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying. How about stickers, Amy, You
- 14:34Speaker 3: gotta scratch that gum up off the cement and color
- 14:38Speaker 3: a little picture on it, stick it on something. There
- 14:40Speaker 3: you go, you got your stickers. Scratch and sniff smells
- 14:42Speaker 3: like bubble gum. Okay, grew up in the eighties, grew
- 14:47Speaker 3: up in the eighties, Go outside. See if you get
- 14:50Speaker 3: kidnapped or not.
- 14:52Speaker 1: You know knows, sky's the limit today.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Sky's the limit. Any who. So the was fabulous. I
- 15:02Speaker 3: like the thought that she put into it and that
- 15:06Speaker 3: her daughter was there. Didn't like that. Bill Billy whomever
- 15:10Speaker 3: was like, why you got why you got lipstick on?
- 15:13Speaker 3: Like why you why are you going to drag your daughter?
- 15:15Speaker 3: You know you're get in the middle of this presentation.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
- 15:18Speaker 1: He said something weird too that I was like, oh, man,
- 15:21Speaker 1: if she never goes down, this is going to be
- 15:23Speaker 1: the clip that plays over and over again. I was like, yeah,
- 15:28Speaker 1: I want to. He didn't say, did you say I
- 15:29Speaker 1: want to kill you or something? For He's like, I'm
- 15:32Speaker 1: going to it was like violent. I'm always like buddy,
- 15:35Speaker 1: right on.
- 15:36Speaker 3: But right, but you know I'm gonna kill you. Oh
- 15:40Speaker 3: it isn't. I thought it was okay. I said it
- 15:43Speaker 3: same thing, Billy, Buddy, Bobby, Bunkie, Barry.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Yeah, let's call them Barry. So yeah.
- 15:54Speaker 3: So he's like, she's like, we're having a thing. We're
- 15:58Speaker 3: in the moment, all right. And did she ever sunglasses
- 16:01Speaker 3: on the whole time or did she put them on
- 16:02Speaker 3: at some point because that was.
- 16:04Speaker 1: What she had them on the whole time. They both
- 16:06Speaker 1: did because they were both being pizza mama.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Oh right, I see, I didn't quite get that part.
- 16:12Speaker 1: It wasn't clear.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Okay, thank you.
- 16:15Speaker 1: It wasn't clear. It just was like, I think that's
- 16:18Speaker 1: what they're going for now.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Listen, heart shaped pizzas all the time is a brilliant idea.
- 16:26Speaker 3: I didn't even know they made them until recently. We
- 16:29Speaker 3: went and picked up a local pizza, meat Che's right
- 16:33Speaker 3: around the corner, and then I saw on their sign
- 16:37Speaker 3: heart shaped pizzas for Valentine's Day, and I said, excuse me,
- 16:43Speaker 3: a meat cheese. So I remembered that, and I went
- 16:48Speaker 3: over there and I got us a heart shaped pizza
- 16:50Speaker 3: for Valentine's Day. And Maddie had her little friends over
- 16:53Speaker 3: and they all had heart shaped pizza. It was so exciting.
- 16:56Speaker 3: No one's ever seen the likes of that before. Why
- 16:59Speaker 3: just Valentine's Day?
- 17:02Speaker 1: Well, you're saying what Alicia was laying out there.
- 17:05Speaker 3: H Okay, So I love that, and I like that.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Billy Bob Bubba Berry loved the notes.
- 17:12Speaker 1: The notes on the box. I'm kind of feeling like
- 17:15Speaker 1: that's a cute idea, but it's a little bit empty.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I don't know to maintain that. I don't give two
- 17:20Speaker 1: shits about it, but maybe somebody would. I was just
- 17:23Speaker 1: kind of like, it's just like, it's what are you
- 17:25Speaker 1: going to say? You know what I mean? That's going
- 17:27Speaker 1: to be personal.
- 17:27Speaker 3: It's like, you know, like for example, fortunes fortune cookies, right, yeah,
- 17:34Speaker 3: everybody loves them. Yeah, don't get snarky, you love them.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Oh I love a fortune cookie.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Wow.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Okay, that could have gone right or left. I wasn't sure.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Dare you you know what I will? I don't like them.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I'll tak this counterpoint. Unpredictable and stale at best.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Wow, the flavor has never been good, but we love
- 17:56Speaker 3: the whole process of it, the experience.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:00Speaker 3: And so it's an activation, So essentially it would be
- 18:04Speaker 3: like that, but you turn it into today's vibe. So
- 18:09Speaker 3: it's like instead of like rose all day, you're.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Gonna handwrite that on the box, you're wasting values.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Oh no, no, no, no, no, you're not gonna write it.
- 18:18Speaker 3: You're gonna print out different messages on paper and you're
- 18:23Speaker 3: gonna put the note in the box.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Now.
- 18:25Speaker 1: I like this idea because you could collect the notes.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Yeah, and then after you collect ten notes, you get
- 18:33Speaker 3: a free what this okay this, after you collect ten notes,
- 18:41Speaker 3: you get a free heart shaped pizza.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Oh my god, pizza mama, Pizza mama.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Okay, honey, we are We're gonna serve up some pizza
- 18:53Speaker 3: mama here. So what are some phrases that you would
- 18:58Speaker 3: have inside of the pizza box? So it would be
- 19:01Speaker 3: something like your mama pizza isn't your mama, but mama
- 19:08Speaker 3: is your pizza. I gotta, I'm not good at this,
- 19:11Speaker 3: so let's let's try that again.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Or could could quote some of the wives on there,
- 19:17Speaker 1: so like then you said something.
- 19:20Speaker 3: This you can't okay, but you can't get them in.
- 19:23Speaker 3: There's gonna be a lawsuit. Oh god, don't just.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Spell out how Liza is the word combative? Rosie was
- 19:36Speaker 1: so camb.
- 19:42Speaker 2: What Oh my god, I love it.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Yeah, she does take some liberties, you know, I mean
- 19:55Speaker 3: this accent. You gotta you gotta give them a wide berth,
- 19:58Speaker 3: you know, to get around the corner her of some
- 20:00Speaker 3: of these bigger words, because where they're coming or where
- 20:04Speaker 3: they're going.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Get caught up in the corner and she flows through.
- 20:12Speaker 3: It's like a little speed bump, can't quite get over it,
- 20:15Speaker 3: and then you just ram it and you know I
- 20:17Speaker 3: don't over.
- 20:18Speaker 1: So put that one in the pizza box.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Hombata buny. Somehow it started with a V and ended
- 20:27Speaker 3: with a B.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I love. Well.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Actually Alicia had some I think it was when she
- 20:35Speaker 3: was talking to Liz in the van. She's just like, yeah, Patnas,
- 20:38Speaker 3: you know with Patnas and and so you gotta be
- 20:41Speaker 3: Patanas and I wanna be Patanas.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Do you know what I'm talking about?
- 20:43Speaker 3: I don't know what I forgot to write it down,
- 20:45Speaker 3: but god, they're so amazing too and entertaining to watch.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Yeah, she said something to like, Billy is uh, he's
- 20:56Speaker 1: a stickle. He's a sickle about his business.
- 20:59Speaker 3: Okay, I looked it up. It's a real word.
- 21:03Speaker 1: It is, Yeah, but how I mean a stickler.
- 21:08Speaker 3: That's what I thought too, But no, it's a real word, stickle.
- 21:12Speaker 3: Stickle most commonly means to argue, debate, or haggle stubbornly
- 21:17Speaker 3: over minor trivial things, trivial details.
- 21:21Speaker 1: So, Alicia, I'm sorry.
- 21:24Speaker 3: I am sorry. I am sorry too that I doubted you, Alicia,
- 21:27Speaker 3: and you win and so and I bet you were
- 21:29Speaker 3: not the only ones.
- 21:31Speaker 1: We're always wrong. Maybe Alicia's always right.
- 21:38Speaker 3: We're only like five episodes in Let's not get carried Away.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Nine.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Okay, I've been jury duty. It feels like I'm just
- 21:49Speaker 3: you know, you're always going to hear me talk about
- 21:52Speaker 3: jury duty because it's a huge part of my life.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Now.
- 21:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I lived in I got a button from it.
- 21:58Speaker 3: I'm wearing it right now, proudly gorgeous.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Any Who, she did call Audrey's Aubrey's when they were
- 22:08Speaker 1: in there.
- 22:10Speaker 3: Let's go over to Aubrey Plaza, this place.
- 22:15Speaker 1: I gotta say, there's part of this in her parks
- 22:19Speaker 1: and rec offe. Sorry, I don't mean to be a commodi.
- 22:27Speaker 1: The way Alicia's brain works, I have some of that
- 22:30Speaker 1: in me in terms of like really confidently saying the
- 22:33Speaker 1: exactly whole word and then switching it at the end
- 22:37Speaker 1: of the wrong thing. So my heart goes out to
- 22:40Speaker 1: her because I'm like, oh god, I get it, I know,
- 22:42Speaker 1: but I love her confidence. She just lands that plane
- 22:45Speaker 1: in the wrong airport and is like, yep, oh, well
- 22:48Speaker 1: you take care of this airplane now bye, that's so good.
- 22:54Speaker 3: What about that fight that she and Liz had in
- 22:56Speaker 3: the Van. You know, this whole homeless not toothless thing
- 22:59Speaker 3: is like, it's very interesting because you know, I just
- 23:04Speaker 3: feel like I do see both of their points at
- 23:07Speaker 3: the I really do. I think they both laid them
- 23:10Speaker 3: out pretty clearly. I immediately knew what Liz was doing. She
- 23:14Speaker 3: was trying to, you know, put an olive branch out
- 23:17Speaker 3: to her to be like, you're gonna look like a
- 23:19Speaker 3: fool on national television if you claim that you were
- 23:21Speaker 3: homeless when you weren't, when there are real unhoused people
- 23:25Speaker 3: dealing with very serious things living in their car things
- 23:28Speaker 3: like that, Right, So she was trying to make sure
- 23:32Speaker 3: that Alicia's not going to taint the good name of
- 23:34Speaker 3: Rhode Island. And I appreciate that. Now when you get
- 23:38Speaker 3: further into her story, you do understand that ultimately, at
- 23:42Speaker 3: the end of the day, Yeah, her dad did leave
- 23:46Speaker 3: her family homeless. He left them without a home. The
- 23:49Speaker 3: definition is there, However, they were in homes. They did
- 23:55Speaker 3: have a home to be in, even though it wasn't theirs.
- 23:59Speaker 3: So technically, and people who are unhoused don't even have
- 24:03Speaker 3: a home to go to to stay in. They can
- 24:06Speaker 3: go to shelters, right, But.
- 24:08Speaker 1: I think also what Alicia, there are things that aren't
- 24:12Speaker 1: being said or that aren't being clear. It's just like
- 24:15Speaker 1: a breakdown in communication. Because I agree with you. I
- 24:17Speaker 1: think Liz is like trying to protect Alicia from us basically, well.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Protect herself or protect the show and more important, more importantly,
- 24:25Speaker 3: and not listen to her pain, which is sad at
- 24:28Speaker 3: this point.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Right because really, what Alicia's saying is I was a kid,
- 24:32Speaker 1: so you know, whatever cultural norms and society you guys
- 24:37Speaker 1: are talking about, like Liz is saying, I was five
- 24:42Speaker 1: and all or however old she was, and all of
- 24:44Speaker 1: a sudden, my house and all my stuff was gone.
- 24:48Speaker 1: My mom was taking us. We were crashing at different
- 24:51Speaker 1: people's houses, which I can only imagine came with its
- 24:54Speaker 1: own baggage of being like, don't do this, don't do this,
- 24:57Speaker 1: don't do that. You know, behave do you know? So
- 25:00Speaker 1: I just so I get that, I get what Alicia's.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Saying, so absolutely, yeah, I you know, I think it
- 25:10Speaker 3: comes down to like semantics. Liz would like for her
- 25:13Speaker 3: to word that differently, and she is way too hurt
- 25:17Speaker 3: to be able to hear what she's saying and then
- 25:20Speaker 3: rephrase it and quite Frankly, I don't know if Liz
- 25:24Speaker 3: does Liz even know her well enough to know her story,
- 25:26Speaker 3: because if she did, oh, I don't know why she
- 25:29Speaker 3: had to be so cold about it, because I think
- 25:31Speaker 3: there was another way to do it. Maybe initially it
- 25:34Speaker 3: would have been it's when she initially was like, you
- 25:37Speaker 3: weren't homeless, Like let's get that out of the way.
- 25:40Speaker 3: But in this van, I don't know why Liz didn't
- 25:43Speaker 3: back down a little bit and say, look, I'm not
- 25:45Speaker 3: trying to attack you for what you went through, So
- 25:49Speaker 3: I apologize if I triggered you, you know, because she
- 25:52Speaker 3: it is a trigger and she's not really believing her.
- 25:55Speaker 3: It's like Alicia. The way Alicia must be feeling is
- 25:58Speaker 3: that Liz doesn't see or believe her pain and that's
- 26:03Speaker 3: going to be really hard to accept, and which is
- 26:06Speaker 3: why she started crying.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Well, I think Liz is probably being like, you're so
- 26:10Speaker 1: lucky you have all this family to lean on. I
- 26:13Speaker 1: think Liz's does not have that kind of big family
- 26:18Speaker 1: to lean on. She's mentioned that in terms of like
- 26:21Speaker 1: compared to Alicia. But I also think maybe Alicia's mom
- 26:27Speaker 1: and Liz's mom know each other or their aunts or something.
- 26:30Speaker 1: But I could see Liz and Liz's connections, not realizing
- 26:35Speaker 1: how bad it was for Alicia and her mom because
- 26:37Speaker 1: her mom does speak on it, she's coming up or whatever.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Well, she kind of did a little bit in this.
- 26:42Speaker 3: Yeah Alicia's mom you mean right, yeah, Alicia.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:46Speaker 3: She was just like, yeah, he did us so wrong.
- 26:49Speaker 3: I made that such a mistake, which is sad, you know,
- 26:53Speaker 3: because you want to see somebody at that point in
- 26:56Speaker 3: their life say that was bad. But you know, but
- 27:01Speaker 3: we had nowhere to go. We went house to house.
- 27:04Speaker 3: I picked the wrong man, But you want to have
- 27:07Speaker 3: that person see it through to the other side and
- 27:09Speaker 3: be like, but we we survived in the face of
- 27:13Speaker 3: some unfortunate circumstances, and we leaned on family who were
- 27:17Speaker 3: there for us, and they gave us a home to
- 27:19Speaker 3: stay in, and home is where the heart is. Like
- 27:21Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying. I think that that all sounds.
- 27:24Speaker 3: I know it sounds very lifetime movie esque or home goods,
- 27:29Speaker 3: But my point is is that, like, you want to
- 27:32Speaker 3: find strength in that at some point in your life,
- 27:34Speaker 3: And it really sounded like her mom certainly has no
- 27:38Speaker 3: peace at all from that and probably still has a
- 27:41Speaker 3: ton of anger and then, and in part Alicia does
- 27:44Speaker 3: too when understandably so, but she hasn't gotten to the
- 27:49Speaker 3: other side of it at all.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Yeah. By the way, Peacock, your picture for Rhode Island
- 27:57Speaker 1: Housewives is Alicia and her aunt. Like, get us another thumbnail, Peacock,
- 28:02Speaker 1: Please thank you for the entire show. It's already we're
- 28:07Speaker 1: trying to learn names, and I'm like, what the hell
- 28:10Speaker 1: get another wife in that?
- 28:12Speaker 2: Oh?
- 28:12Speaker 3: How interesting?
- 28:14Speaker 1: Yeah? Maybe that was up until every week I'm like,
- 28:19Speaker 1: why are they doing this? Why is that The thumbnail
- 28:21Speaker 1: on the main page is the graphic of the show.
- 28:25Speaker 1: But then once you're in to watch more episodes, it's
- 28:28Speaker 1: just Alicia and her aunt at the top.
- 28:30Speaker 3: That's amazing. I kind of love that.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Actually, it's such a slam to everybody that casts?
- 28:38Speaker 3: Is it a slam pig to everybody else?
- 28:40Speaker 1: Slam pig?
- 28:41Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Alicia was like, I love slam pig. I love that.
- 28:43Speaker 3: My mom used to say that, and the definition of
- 28:47Speaker 3: that is terrible.
- 28:49Speaker 1: It's bad.
- 28:50Speaker 3: I didn't look that up. We all heard it. I
- 28:52Speaker 3: won't repeat that. Yeah, but she was like, oh, I
- 28:55Speaker 3: love slam pig. It sounds like some sort of great
- 28:59Speaker 3: barbecue restaurant, you know, Pizza Mama with a slam page
- 29:08Speaker 3: barbecue pizza. Yeah, that was sad. At the end. Alicia
- 29:14Speaker 3: was like, you're trying to dissect what I was saying
- 29:16Speaker 3: instead of how I feel. I get it. They were
- 29:18Speaker 3: not seeing each other. They were not seeing each other. Hey, guys,

- 33:37Speaker 3: Remy for sponsoring this episode. Oh my god, wait a minute,
- 33:44Speaker 3: how about that? How about when Alicia puts strawberries that
- 33:47Speaker 3: were on the floor back onto the sharcuterie board and
- 33:51Speaker 3: then looks away like it didn't happen.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Guys, why are you bringing an open charcuterie board into
- 33:59Speaker 1: the car? What is going on?
- 34:01Speaker 3: Have sides come on?
- 34:03Speaker 1: Pizza? No? No?
- 34:05Speaker 3: I mean it looked gorgeous. It did, but like that
- 34:10Speaker 3: was trouble. First of all, Joe Ellen spilled drink on it.
- 34:14Speaker 1: It's dumb. It gave me anxiety. This stalked the house.
- 34:18Speaker 3: It was such a mess.
- 34:19Speaker 2: It was such a mess.
- 34:21Speaker 3: Then you've got this awkward thing. You're trying to enjoy it.
- 34:25Speaker 3: Then she spills something on it. Then you're trying to
- 34:29Speaker 3: make it sit. You can't put it on the floor,
- 34:31Speaker 3: God forbid. And then they come up with this great well, Alicia,
- 34:35Speaker 3: another great idea. She should put that on her presentation board,
- 34:38Speaker 3: lay the charcuterie tray across the two arms of the vehicle. Beautiful.
- 34:44Speaker 3: Joellen was like, thought, she just discovered mercury, you know,
- 34:50Speaker 3: it's like that. It's not Madame Curry over here. It's
- 34:52Speaker 3: just we just laid it across two foundational pieces. Now
- 34:56Speaker 3: I'm still going to fall one break tap, Well, we're done.
- 35:00Speaker 3: Will strawberries did fall and then they landed back on
- 35:03Speaker 3: there and whose fault is that? Then we've got Liz
- 35:07Speaker 3: who's like, I need to have eye contact with you,
- 35:09Speaker 3: eye contact. I need to look at you in the
- 35:10Speaker 3: face so that we can puck. We need to look
- 35:14Speaker 3: and then Joeln's like, yeah, no problem. So they start
- 35:17Speaker 3: shifting around. All of a sudden, we just see like
- 35:20Speaker 3: brunette hair swinging from side to side, like we're inside
- 35:23Speaker 3: of a car wash. Like I'm like, are we like
- 35:26Speaker 3: drive through a car wash and it's made its way inside.
- 35:29Speaker 3: Then the freakin' driver pulls over on the side of
- 35:33Speaker 3: the freeway, and so she's like, no, you don't have
- 35:35Speaker 3: to pull over. It's like, yeah, actually he does. That's
- 35:38Speaker 3: his job to keep you safe. And now you guys
- 35:40Speaker 3: are playing musical chairs. So that you can have eye contact.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Yeah, and there's cameras everywhere, so he absolutely had to
- 35:48Speaker 1: pull over because could you imagine, Yeah, something happened during
- 35:52Speaker 1: that and he's like eighty miles an hour down that.
- 35:55Speaker 1: How about that video of Rosie's husband that they showed
- 35:58Speaker 1: of him, the.
- 35:59Speaker 3: Video, the music video.
- 36:01Speaker 2: That was amazing. That was amazing.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Oh my god, Wow, that's good chewing.
- 36:08Speaker 1: That gum chewing was great, hard ass, open mouthed gum chewing.
- 36:12Speaker 3: Yeah, that wide smile, just ready for the lights of
- 36:17Speaker 3: Broadway or something, or Cabo wherever they are, wherever they're going.
- 36:22Speaker 3: I love seeing him like warm up ba ba bah
- 36:26Speaker 3: in the mirror and and you know what, tbh, I
- 36:30Speaker 3: do love that kind of music and like I'm a
- 36:33Speaker 3: huge fan of that, so I would be. I've never
- 36:37Speaker 3: really seen, you know, a performer like him other than
- 36:42Speaker 3: like a Michael Boublay, and I love a Michael Boublay.
- 36:45Speaker 3: I do booblay love him. Good for you, thank you.
- 36:49Speaker 1: So anyway, how about all this scandal with coach Cooley. Okay, Rosie,
- 36:58Speaker 1: they've been in the jurors box, so I don't know
- 37:00Speaker 1: if you were.
- 37:01Speaker 3: Wait, oh, I thought you're talking about from the actual show. Okay, wait,
- 37:05Speaker 3: so what I know. I don't even know what you're
- 37:07Speaker 3: talking about. So from this episode, we saw Kelsey in
- 37:11Speaker 3: her confessional say I'm not I don't sleep with married men.
- 37:16Speaker 3: She does, she has more than two times, and one
- 37:20Speaker 3: person is paid her to keep her mouth shut, and
- 37:23Speaker 3: she ruined a marriage. And she said something about a coach.
- 37:26Speaker 3: So fill me in on the team.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Well, so allegedly alleged two allegedly because now allegedly too.
- 37:38Speaker 1: I think Ed Cooley is getting he's lawyering up. But
- 37:44Speaker 1: he's the coach. He was in Georgetown. I don't know
- 37:49Speaker 1: where he is now, but he's like an he's like
- 37:51Speaker 1: a basketball coach a college.
- 37:53Speaker 3: Oh he's a well known coach. Oh yeah, like oh wow.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Carstol Dave Portnoy got involved. Then Rosie like posted a
- 38:02Speaker 1: denial video like I don't only I've never met this guy.
- 38:06Speaker 1: All this stuff, oh and the rumors and the nastiness
- 38:11Speaker 1: is that she, according to Kelsey, Rosie signed something and
- 38:19Speaker 1: that is why she can afford this lifestyle because he
- 38:21Speaker 1: paid her to be quiet. And Rosie is like, no,
- 38:25Speaker 1: that is I've never met this guy. Whatever.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Now, Romas Jazz tickets.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Well, I have to say, Like in the after show,
- 38:39Speaker 1: the gals are talking and Ashley said, what I absolutely
- 38:43Speaker 1: believe is that Rosie is a was a personality on
- 38:49Speaker 1: TV in a small town that people could have access to,
- 38:53Speaker 1: and I think that they kind of like made her
- 38:56Speaker 1: all the gossip and so there's like a lot of
- 39:00Speaker 1: and Kelsey's like, well on the after show, like, well,
- 39:03Speaker 1: she doesn't know that I know people that she works with,
- 39:05Speaker 1: and I'm like, who did? Everybody would know those people?
- 39:08Speaker 3: Like did Kelsey name the coach? Did she name him?
- 39:12Speaker 3: Name him? Did she name this coach?
- 39:16Speaker 1: So?
- 39:17Speaker 3: Where did the name actually come from?
- 39:20Speaker 1: The name's been out. I knew I've heard about this,
- 39:23Speaker 1: like right in the first week. You probably did too,
- 39:26Speaker 1: that there was like I didn't want to look at it.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't look at I was avoiding any Rhode
- 39:34Speaker 3: Island gossip at the beginning because I did not want
- 39:38Speaker 3: that in my brain. I want to go and clean,
- 39:40Speaker 3: I don't I don't want to have anything. I want
- 39:42Speaker 3: to go in like a juror.
- 39:44Speaker 1: Yeah, oh gorgeous California. She uh it got mentioned. I
- 39:50Speaker 1: think in the first episode I was like, who's the
- 39:52Speaker 1: basketball coach? And then, but but very briefly. I yeah, yeah,
- 39:57Speaker 1: and then I was like, oh yeah, I kind of
- 39:59Speaker 1: remember this, and then but now it seems to be
- 40:03Speaker 1: fully out there. And like I said, like Dave Portnoy.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Was talking about it, Well what did Dave say?
- 40:08Speaker 1: I don't listen much to what he says, but I
- 40:14Speaker 1: know that he was saying something about Ed Cooley and
- 40:19Speaker 1: then and made this rumor go much bigger. And so
- 40:23Speaker 1: that's when Rosie posted, I've never met him, I don't
- 40:27Speaker 1: know him, like coach Ed Cooley's married, so like it's
- 40:31Speaker 1: a whole thing.
- 40:33Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, oh boy, oh my goodness gracious.
- 40:39Speaker 1: But so to have Kelsey come through to Rosie's house
- 40:43Speaker 1: with that loud ass fucking siren and bullhorn and and
- 40:47Speaker 1: us I know, but now I'm just like extra, like, Kelsey,
- 40:52Speaker 1: are you fucking Because Rosie's like, you know, Kelsey's spreading
- 40:56Speaker 1: these rumors about her. She's also saying like things about Brian,
- 41:01Speaker 1: she's Rosie's husband. She's also saying things about like that
- 41:06Speaker 1: she got fired from her job for sleeping around. And
- 41:09Speaker 1: then Rosie's got all.
- 41:11Speaker 3: This, Yeah, I don't like that. I don't like that.
- 41:14Speaker 3: When their feud started from what I thought I understood
- 41:19Speaker 3: was that Rosie threw the first stone by calling her
- 41:23Speaker 3: out on her boyfriend, her living, her live out boyfriend. Yeah,
- 41:30Speaker 3: and it was fake that she wasn't living there anymore
- 41:32Speaker 3: and all this stuff, and that she had another boyfriend. Right,
- 41:35Speaker 3: So wasn't she the first one to strike? So if
- 41:39Speaker 3: that's the case, and I don't know, but we also
- 41:41Speaker 3: could not know that maybe Kelsey said something about Rosie
- 41:44Speaker 3: before even filming started. Maybe she was spreading some of
- 41:46Speaker 3: these rumors outside of even filming, and that's why Rosie
- 41:51Speaker 3: came on and said that about her. So yeah, I
- 41:55Speaker 3: don't know what, like what came first, the chicken or
- 41:58Speaker 3: the egg? And I certainly don't like the exploitation of
- 42:03Speaker 3: dragging all these names and things into it. If it's
- 42:06Speaker 3: not true, I think the punishment fits the crime. I mean, yes,
- 42:11Speaker 3: I'll give it to Kelsey. Yes, Rosie casts the first stone.
- 42:15Speaker 3: Let's just say it.
- 42:16Speaker 1: We'll give it to you.
- 42:17Speaker 3: But the rest of it, like going right, it's not
- 42:20Speaker 3: first degree, you know, it's just not Yeah, So let
- 42:26Speaker 3: me ask you this. Do you think that when Kelsey
- 42:30Speaker 3: came into Trivia Night with Miss slam Pig that that
- 42:35Speaker 3: was funny. Yeah that was fine, Okay, good because I
- 42:38Speaker 3: thought that was funny.
- 42:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't even know. I mean, I think at
- 42:42Speaker 1: this point Rosie is just so done.
- 42:46Speaker 3: Yeah she's so done with her. But like, yeah, but
- 42:50Speaker 3: I don't even why did they even have her over
- 42:52Speaker 3: her house if she was already so done with her?
- 42:55Speaker 3: It was funny when she called Ashley and she was like, well, yeah,
- 42:58Speaker 3: she came over and she did this, that and the
- 43:00Speaker 3: other thing. And Ash's like that's funny.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Yeah, oh it's not.
- 43:05Speaker 3: Okay, I'm sorry, it's terrible because like everyone's like, no,
- 43:10Speaker 3: that is kind of funny. It's just she just really
- 43:14Speaker 3: didn't have a sense of humor about it, and we
- 43:15Speaker 3: don't need to go back and read.
- 43:17Speaker 1: I just can't wait for the reunion when they all
- 43:19Speaker 1: sit there with that clip now, you know what I mean, Like,
- 43:22Speaker 1: now that they've all actually seen how that went down,
- 43:25Speaker 1: I can't wait what they I see, like really all
- 43:29Speaker 1: in a room, because we kind of got a little
- 43:31Speaker 1: bit of it on the after show, but I want
- 43:33Speaker 1: them to really be like, yeah, that was I want
- 43:35Speaker 1: to hear their take because they're all getting it.
- 43:38Speaker 3: Seems like it's a lot of like the way it's
- 43:42Speaker 3: described seems exactly how it was presented.
- 43:46Speaker 1: I don't think they understand how loud that siren was
- 43:49Speaker 1: coming down the street over a bull warm.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Maybe I don't know. Maybe I don't understand how loud
- 43:57Speaker 3: that was. Did I like miss that siren? I don't know.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Maybe I'm just like immune to these types of things anymore,
- 44:03Speaker 3: and not even considering that it was a neighborhood.
- 44:07Speaker 1: I mean, can you imagine you live on a quiet
- 44:10Speaker 1: street and can you imagine a police car sound coming
- 44:16Speaker 1: at your house into your driveway over and someone's over
- 44:21Speaker 1: like a bullhorn. I mean, it just sounds like shit,
- 44:24Speaker 1: it's about to go down? It does?
- 44:30Speaker 3: It does?
- 44:33Speaker 1: I mean, and it's not going down. But I think
- 44:35Speaker 1: it's just like for Rosie, it's like what the fuck? Like,
- 44:39Speaker 1: what are you doing? I'm here as a favor to
- 44:42Speaker 1: you so you can post this picture on Instagram with
- 44:46Speaker 1: your dumb haircut that you're giving me.
- 44:48Speaker 3: Well, and she didn't get that dumb haircut, No she didn't. Yeah,
- 44:53Speaker 3: but what we did get in this episode was a
- 44:56Speaker 3: triple date night. Triple date night night.
- 45:00Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 45:01Speaker 3: Those blazers were, yes, they were. I didn't mind him actually,
- 45:07Speaker 3: it just was great. Yeah, they looked very sharp. It
- 45:10Speaker 3: just was so funny that they were like exactly the
- 45:12Speaker 3: same powder blue and like the same plan and they
- 45:14Speaker 3: like a white.
- 45:15Speaker 1: Shirt on liz Is.
- 45:18Speaker 3: We got a little bit of foreshadowing when they talked
- 45:22Speaker 3: about Joe Ellen, because she's like, I'm surprised she called you.
- 45:27Speaker 3: When Joellen's like, I'm sorry when somebody said Rosie called
- 45:32Speaker 3: me today, I don't even know what I'm talking about
- 45:34Speaker 3: it anymore.
- 45:35Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, no it was you're right, it was Joellen,
- 45:37Speaker 1: because Rosie and Joellen aren't okay friends.
- 45:40Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right, Okay, thank you. I don't know anymore.
- 45:44Speaker 3: And she's like, I'm surprised she called you. I'm surprised
- 45:46Speaker 3: she called yo wa yaho. And then in her confessional
- 45:52Speaker 3: she's like, Joellen is like a banana piola. Yeah, you
- 45:58Speaker 3: can slip right at it. Then not even know would
- 46:00Speaker 3: hit ya.
- 46:00Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 46:01Speaker 3: I'm trying trying to figure out how she does what
- 46:04Speaker 3: she does. And the producers like, so you're saying that
- 46:08Speaker 3: she like plays both sides. She's like, that's exactly what
- 46:11Speaker 3: I'm saying. Okay, that's you could have just said that,
- 46:16Speaker 3: but whatever. Then it's not fun to talk anymore if
- 46:19Speaker 3: I can't say things like that, Liz, can we get
- 46:27Speaker 3: you to say just combative one more time.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Just for the commntaive.
- 46:34Speaker 3: Okay, we're gonna need to so, uh we thought you
- 46:37Speaker 3: were saying. Are you saying Kocha?
- 46:40Speaker 1: I'm sorry, No, I'm saying she's com.
- 46:48Speaker 3: Oh I get it. You're saying she likes Benedict Cumberbatch.
- 46:52Speaker 1: Is that No, I'm saying she's combat it.
- 47:03Speaker 3: Oh you're saying, come and get this bat. Okay, hold on,
- 47:06Speaker 3: we'll be right there. Okay, Okay, Well we'll let the
- 47:10Speaker 3: subtitle people know what you're saying. How about like the
- 47:16Speaker 3: setup trivia question where Jared's in the background, He's like,
- 47:21Speaker 3: what's the name of the pig in toy story? The
- 47:27Speaker 3: name of him?
- 47:27Speaker 1: Pig?
- 47:28Speaker 3: Aham? Yes, good job good what?
- 47:33Speaker 1: And he's like job what does HBO?
- 47:38Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 47:38Speaker 1: I really hit that HBO For all your peacock producers
- 47:42Speaker 1: out there.
- 47:43Speaker 3: Sure did oh box of that?
- 47:47Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, he's like HBO.
- 47:50Speaker 3: He's living his best life at Audrey's. Wait, why did
- 47:56Speaker 3: Ashley have such a big meltdown?
- 47:58Speaker 2: She was so freaking.
- 48:02Speaker 1: It? Don't get in there.
- 48:04Speaker 3: Yeah, I was really happy to see it. I'm very
- 48:06Speaker 3: happy to see it, really lovely, because we don't, you know,
- 48:10Speaker 3: when they have these events, no one's freaking there. It's
- 48:13Speaker 3: like crew, like a couple of plants and that's it.
- 48:19Speaker 1: They get all. Getting under the table was so fucking crazy.
- 48:24Speaker 3: That was like the most chaotic thing. I didn't know
- 48:27Speaker 3: what was going on. I really didn't. I kind of
- 48:29Speaker 3: lost control of the plot and the argument between Kelsey
- 48:35Speaker 3: and Rosie and then everyone else kind of getting involved
- 48:38Speaker 3: but then not wanting to get involved. But then it
- 48:40Speaker 3: was just like this bar table that was supposed to
- 48:44Speaker 3: house them.
- 48:46Speaker 1: It made no sense. And I also like thought, like,
- 48:51Speaker 1: no other franchise is going to do this. These are
- 48:54Speaker 1: fresh baby housewives. Yeah, and I don't even think I
- 48:58Speaker 1: knew franchise, Like it is something so specific to these
- 49:03Speaker 1: gals that we might have. I could see us seeing
- 49:06Speaker 1: this if everybody was wasted in the OC ten seasons ago,
- 49:11Speaker 1: But like that would.
- 49:12Speaker 3: Never right now, right because everyone would walk off. No one.
- 49:16Speaker 3: Everyone's like, no, we work and we're new. We're not
- 49:20Speaker 3: gonna leave the scene. That's why Kelsey showed up. I
- 49:22Speaker 3: mean she's like, I'm not coming if I'm sorry Rosie
- 49:26Speaker 3: showed up. She's like, I'm not coming if Kelsey's coming. Meanwhile,
- 49:29Speaker 3: she's like, hey, I'll be over here at this table
- 49:32Speaker 3: that you set up for us, you know. I mean
- 49:33Speaker 3: they're gonna show up and that's what we love. And
- 49:36Speaker 3: they didn't walk out. They just hid, you know, like
- 49:39Speaker 3: it was a drill.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Yeah, they hid underneath their legs, which was also so weird.
- 49:46Speaker 3: Who wants to be.
- 49:49Speaker 1: We're like kids on Thanksgiving, Like we have to leave
- 49:52Speaker 1: the table, but we're gonna sneak in and spy on
- 49:55Speaker 1: the grown ups, right.
- 49:56Speaker 3: And there's no table club to hide under. That was
- 50:03Speaker 3: such a chaotic scene.
- 50:04Speaker 4: And then ash is like, you guys, I'm beginning to
- 50:10Speaker 4: think that Ashley's emotions don't always match the mood.
- 50:17Speaker 1: I'm just softly landing on that.
- 50:20Speaker 3: That's just you, that's just you. I don't think that's
- 50:23Speaker 3: a fair take.
- 50:24Speaker 1: Just consider I accept the note. I'll take that note.
- 50:28Speaker 3: Okay, sure enough, sure enough. Well is there anything else
- 50:31Speaker 3: from this episode? Because I sure did. It was nice
- 50:33Speaker 3: to be back in Rhode Island with these gals, and.
- 50:38Speaker 1: Not too many notes on the episodes, just a lot
- 50:40Speaker 1: of ideas for the trivia night.
- 50:42Speaker 3: So at Trivia Night and pizza Mama. We've got all
- 50:44Speaker 3: the ideas just.
- 50:46Speaker 1: Trivia Night and mainly just questions. I have about eight
- 50:51Speaker 1: pages of questions. If you don't mind, I'll just start those.
- 50:54Speaker 3: Okay, now, I'll be Ashley. Go ahead, I don't I'll
- 50:59Speaker 3: just start crying no matter what you say, Jared Audrees, Yeah,
- 51:09Speaker 3: poor Ashley. Yeah, she's having the time of her life.
- 51:13Speaker 3: It's great that Trivia Night's gonna be huge over there. Now,
- 51:16Speaker 3: it's gonna be great.
- 51:17Speaker 1: They're never doing that again. What I was just that
- 51:19Speaker 1: was a one off.
- 51:20Speaker 3: No way, they're gonna start it. They're gonna they have something.
- 51:25Speaker 3: They're gonna host events there. Who knows, maybe Sinatra guy
- 51:31Speaker 3: will come over there and sing.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Jared can't be writing full fucking trivia games every week.
- 51:35Speaker 1: Gave me. It is a lot of work. It's a
- 51:39Speaker 1: lot of work.
- 51:40Speaker 3: Can't he just pay for the game and then they
- 51:42Speaker 3: have the questions already?
- 51:44Speaker 1: That's what they need. They need to hire King Trivia.
- 51:47Speaker 1: That company not sponsored, not at all, but that's what
- 51:51Speaker 1: he needs to do.
- 51:53Speaker 3: Well, what why doesn't he just hire you to do it?
- 51:56Speaker 1: Queen Trivia? The you're fighting with people, No, the pigs
- 52:00Speaker 1: Do named the pixelly toy. It's not named him. Originally
- 52:04Speaker 1: it was named Bacon, and then it was switched to him,
- 52:08Speaker 1: and we had Bacon down and you're not taking it.
- 52:11Speaker 1: It's like, I don't want to deal with this.
- 52:13Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 52:14Speaker 3: Sounds like someone lay the game.
- 52:16Speaker 2: Emily.
- 52:16Speaker 3: You weren't homeless, okay, we were just you were just
- 52:21Speaker 3: a trivia host that had a bad bar of unruly
- 52:27Speaker 3: people that treated you poorly one night. Okay, I stopped
- 52:29Speaker 3: taking it out on the darlings.
- 52:31Speaker 1: I I Darling's here's a confession. I was the unruly
- 52:35Speaker 1: trivia person.
- 52:36Speaker 3: Well, that doesn't surprise any of us.
- 52:38Speaker 1: So I went to a this was twenty years ago.
- 52:41Speaker 1: I went to a Bruce trivia night and the questions
- 52:44Speaker 1: were fucking terrible. Oh they were. They were wide, they
- 52:49Speaker 1: were they they had open ended questions like answers. Oh
- 52:55Speaker 1: my god. I still I went up and I told
- 52:57Speaker 1: I like laid in. It was because it was she
- 53:00Speaker 1: start to in Chicago shout out. The DJ was like
- 53:07Speaker 1: in over his head, especially with me, because one of
- 53:10Speaker 1: the things was like what do Bruce and Patty never
- 53:12Speaker 1: do together? And I was like, this feels like fucking cheers.
- 53:15Speaker 1: What are you talking? Like? Two people that have never
- 53:18Speaker 1: been in my kitchen? That was like when Cliff Cleveland
- 53:20Speaker 1: was on Jeopardy but is never flying the plane, same
- 53:22Speaker 1: planes together. I was like, what, yes, they do they?
- 53:26Speaker 3: What are you talking darling? She is on one. Just
- 53:29Speaker 3: let her go, just let her work it out. Okay,
- 53:30Speaker 3: she just let her keep it? Yeah, yeah, I know
- 53:33Speaker 3: what else did they want to help?
- 53:35Speaker 1: That was the top forty question, like, yeah, you know
- 53:38Speaker 1: something with an answer? Right?
- 53:40Speaker 3: So are you saying that they went? It's did they?
- 53:47Speaker 3: But you're not homeless. Okay, you're not homeless, You're just ticketless.
- 53:52Speaker 1: I'm ticketless for brutes.
- 53:56Speaker 3: Well, listen, I think I think we can land on that.
- 54:00Speaker 2: I really do.
- 54:00Speaker 3: And Emily, you know what, let's take a minute. Let's
- 54:03Speaker 3: have you take five, you know, pull yourself together. And
- 54:06Speaker 3: if anyone has any Bruce Springsteen connections, he's.
- 54:09Speaker 1: Going under the table.
- 54:10Speaker 3: Let's get our girl. Let's get our girls some tickets. Please.
- 54:13Speaker 3: She's gone. She's gone, by guys,
