Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Michael Wolfe and Malania Trump have been in
- 0:08Speaker 1: a legal tug of war over comments made by Michael
- 0:12Speaker 1: wolf about Milania Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. Well, now the
- 0:18Speaker 1: judge has thrown the lawsuit out, stating that Michael Wolfe
- 0:23Speaker 1: contwarted his attempt to prevent her from suing him for
- 0:27Speaker 1: a billion dollars. However, at the same time, the judge
- 0:30Speaker 1: agreed that Michael Wolfe and the First Lady do have
- 0:33Speaker 1: a real dispute, but he said that they have to
- 0:35Speaker 1: litigate it according to the same procedures as everyone else,
- 0:40Speaker 1: And in my opinion, that seems fair. There should be
- 0:44Speaker 1: no special privileges because it's the First Lady or somebody famous.
- 0:50Speaker 1: The court should be blind and procedures should be procedure.
- 0:54Speaker 1: So let's dive into this article from NBC News and
- 0:57Speaker 1: let's see what they have for us. Headline. Judge throws
- 1:00Speaker 1: out author Michael Wolfe's lawsuit against Malania Trump. This article
- 1:06Speaker 1: was authored by the Associated Press, so it looks like
- 1:09Speaker 1: NBC is just running an Associated Press article and there
- 1:13Speaker 1: is no author to attribute it to. So we're gonna
- 1:17Speaker 1: say staff A judge throwout Michael Wolfe's lawsuit against First
- 1:21Speaker 1: Lady Milania Trump on Friday, ruling that is contorted attempt
- 1:25Speaker 1: to prevent her from suing him for one billion dollars
- 1:28Speaker 1: over his statements about her and Jeffrey Epstein is not
- 1:31Speaker 1: how the federal courts work. And I know a lot
- 1:34Speaker 1: of people like Michael Wolfe these days. I'm not one
- 1:36Speaker 1: of them because I think he's been playing games for
- 1:38Speaker 1: too long. Says he has all this information about Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:42Speaker 1: has all this video, all these you know, notes, whatever,
- 1:45Speaker 1: and never releases any of it, but somehow puts himself
- 1:49Speaker 1: directly into the mix on a regular basis. So I
- 1:53Speaker 1: have my doubts about Michael Wolfe. But with that said,
- 1:57Speaker 1: I don't think that he should be sued by the
- 1:59Speaker 1: First Lady or the President over a free speech issue. Now,
- 2:05Speaker 1: if he's defaming her or has nothing to back up
- 2:08Speaker 1: what he's saying, that's a different story. But I'm not
- 2:11Speaker 1: too sure just how much evidence Michael Wolfe has. And
- 2:14Speaker 1: for me, it's like having two terrorist groups come to
- 2:16Speaker 1: the table. Right. You're happy they're negotiating, but you don't
- 2:20Speaker 1: really believe what either side is saying. Judge Mary kay
- 2:24Speaker 1: Vascasil in Federal Court in Manhattan chidedt Wolf for an
- 2:28Speaker 1: inappropriate level of tactical gamesmanship and said she will not
- 2:32Speaker 1: be conscripted to oversee an abusively presented spat and I
- 2:36Speaker 1: don't blame her. I wouldn't want games being played in
- 2:39Speaker 1: my courtroom either, And it's up to the judge to
- 2:41Speaker 1: rain that shit in now. The judge has also filed
- 2:45Speaker 1: a forty five page memorandum explaining why they denied the
- 2:49Speaker 1: request and threw it out, And at some point we're
- 2:52Speaker 1: gonna get to that too, or at the very least
- 2:54Speaker 1: the part where she explains why she threw it out.
- 2:57Speaker 1: The judge, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, greed
- 3:00Speaker 1: that Wolf and the First Lady have a real dispute,
- 3:03Speaker 1: but said they must litigate it according to the same
- 3:05Speaker 1: procedures as everyone else. Well that's fair. You don't get
- 3:12Speaker 1: any kind of special privilege because you're rich or you're famous,
- 3:16Speaker 1: Well you shouldn't. It should be the same procedure for
- 3:19Speaker 1: every single person. Wolf sued Milania Trump last October after
- 3:24Speaker 1: her lawyer Alejandro Brito told him in a letter that
- 3:27Speaker 1: she would be left with no alternative but to sue
- 3:30Speaker 1: him if he didn't retract statements that the lawyer said
- 3:33Speaker 1: had caused her overwhelming reputational and financial harm. YO, look,
- 3:38Speaker 1: if Michael Wolfe is lying about Milania Trump and her
- 3:42Speaker 1: ties to Jeffrey Epstein, he should face penalties for that.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Nobody should be thrown around allegations and saying this one
- 3:49Speaker 1: was introduced to that one without any kind of evidence,
- 3:53Speaker 1: Especially in this case. I think we've reached a point
- 3:56Speaker 1: where nobody who's serious about what's going on is listening
- 3:59Speaker 1: to you. Trust us bro or my anonymous source, or
- 4:04Speaker 1: I heard from, I heard from, I heard from. Nobody
- 4:07Speaker 1: wants to hear it. Wolf wanted a judge to declare
- 4:13Speaker 1: that he did not defame the first lady, and that
- 4:15Speaker 1: were she to pursue a lawsuit against him, she would
- 4:18Speaker 1: be liable for costs, fees, and unspecified monetary damages. So
- 4:22Speaker 1: he was looking for a preemptive strike, and he was
- 4:25Speaker 1: looking to give himself some armour in case he did
- 4:27Speaker 1: get sued by Milania Trump. Wolf originally sued in state court,
- 4:31Speaker 1: New York under a law barring lawsuits designed to silence critics.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Such lawsuits are known as slaps or strategic lawsuits against
- 4:39Speaker 1: public participation. Brito then had the case transferred to federal
- 4:43Speaker 1: court and later sought to have it dismissed or moved
- 4:46Speaker 1: to federal court in Florida. And they'll do that a lot.
- 4:50Speaker 1: They'll look for a better jurisdiction, and it's called venue shopping.
- 4:54Speaker 1: But it's something that's within the boundaries to a certain point.
- 4:59Speaker 1: The judge, in her forty five page decision said that
- 5:02Speaker 1: while the federal court does have jurisdiction, she was declining
- 5:05Speaker 1: to exercise it and dismisses this case to be litigated
- 5:09Speaker 1: like any other. So it wasn't with prejudice. That means
- 5:13Speaker 1: that the case can be refiled, but it's going to
- 5:16Speaker 1: have to be within the boundary set by the judge.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Nick Clemens, a spokesperson from Milania, Trump, said she's proud
- 5:24Speaker 1: to continue standing up to and fighting against those who
- 5:27Speaker 1: spread malicious and defamatory falsehoods as they desperately try to
- 5:32Speaker 1: get undeserved attention and money from their own lawful conduct. Boy,
- 5:37Speaker 1: that's rich coming from somebody with the last name Trump. Huh.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Talk about pilfering the American public handover fist and I
- 5:43Speaker 1: also find it humorous that you have these people out
- 5:45Speaker 1: here yelling about everyone's a communist, everyone's a socialist, but
- 5:48Speaker 1: you have the Trump administration buying pieces of companies and shit,
- 5:51Speaker 1: what are we China? In April, Milania Trump made a
- 5:56Speaker 1: statement at the White House denying any affiliation with Epstein,
- 6:00Speaker 1: the millionaire financier and convicted sex offender who killed himself
- 6:04Speaker 1: allegedly in jail in August twenty nineteen, while awaiting trial
- 6:09Speaker 1: on sex trafficking charges. Reading prepared remarks, the First Lady
- 6:13Speaker 1: said that she and her lawyers were fighting back against
- 6:16Speaker 1: unfound and baseless lies that suggested she had ties to Epstein.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And look, I don't know one way or the other.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and make pretend I know.
- 6:27Speaker 1: But there's certainly some smoke and there's a lot of connections.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Does that mean that Milania Trump was introduced to her
- 6:34Speaker 1: husband by Jeffrey Epstein. No, it doesn't. But it's certainly
- 6:38Speaker 1: something that is worthy of investigating. And if Michael Wolfe
- 6:42Speaker 1: has some information and some evidence, he should provide it.
- 6:46Speaker 1: But I guess he couldn't tease the new book if
- 6:48Speaker 1: he did that. Huh, got to hold something back right.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Got to make those fazzules, got to get that bag.
- 6:56Speaker 1: The lies linking me to the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need
- 6:59Speaker 1: to end today. Milania Trump said, the individuals lying about
- 7:02Speaker 1: me are devoid of ethical standards, humility, and respect. I
- 7:07Speaker 1: do not object to their ignorance, but rather I reject
- 7:10Speaker 1: their mean spirited attempts to defame my reputation. You mean,
- 7:14Speaker 1: like your husband's doing to the survivors themselves. Maybe you
- 7:18Speaker 1: should have a talk with Donnie Diddles and read him
- 7:21Speaker 1: your speech, because that's the audience that needs to hear it.
- 7:25Speaker 1: In his lawsuit, Wilf argue that the Trumps have made
- 7:28Speaker 1: a practice of threatening those who speak against them with
- 7:31Speaker 1: costly legal actions to silence their speech, to intimidate their
- 7:34Speaker 1: critics generally, and to extract unjustified payments and North Korean
- 7:38Speaker 1: style confessions and apologies. Well that all tracks. I've never
- 7:43Speaker 1: seen a president sue people the way Donald Trump does.
- 7:47Speaker 1: It is absurd. Talk about a man who's soft as
- 7:52Speaker 1: fucking baby shit, all that bravado, all that tough talk,
- 7:57Speaker 1: only to be soft as hell. He said that the
- 7:59Speaker 1: threat we're designed to create a climate of fear in
- 8:02Speaker 1: the nation so that people cannot freely or confidently exercise
- 8:05Speaker 1: their First Amendment rights. Wolf has published a dozen books,
- 8:09Speaker 1: including four best sellers, about the president. Well, that kind
- 8:13Speaker 1: of goes right in the face of it, right, buddy,
- 8:15Speaker 1: You have how many books about Donald Trump talking about him?
- 8:18Speaker 1: So what do you mean that you can't express your
- 8:20Speaker 1: First Amendment rights? Seems to me that you've been doing that.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Now the question is are you telling the truth about
- 8:28Speaker 1: Milania Trump? That's really what it comes down to. And
- 8:31Speaker 1: if you are, let's see the evidence. But if you're not,
- 8:34Speaker 1: it's going to be a problem for Michael wolf And
- 8:36Speaker 1: that problem comes to the tune of about a billion dollars.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Wolfe said in the lawsuit that Milania Trump's threat to
- 8:43Speaker 1: sue him was related to statements he made to The
- 8:45Speaker 1: Daily Beast and in three social media videos. Some statements
- 8:49Speaker 1: were in complete phrases and we're taken out of context.
- 8:52Speaker 1: He said, Well, I don't know about that. Michael Wolfe
- 8:55Speaker 1: has had a lot to say about the Trumps, and
- 8:59Speaker 1: whether it's true or not, there's no doubt he's been
- 9:02Speaker 1: able to say it. Now has he gone too far?
- 9:05Speaker 1: I don't know. It all comes down to the evidence,
- 9:09Speaker 1: and if he has evidence backing up what he's saying,
- 9:12Speaker 1: then he's going to be fine. But if not, well,
- 9:15Speaker 1: I guess we'll see that too. Others the lawsuit said
- 9:19Speaker 1: were protected speech. For instance, the statement that the Trumps
- 9:23Speaker 1: were in a sham marriage trophy marriage was a fair,
- 9:25Speaker 1: justified statement of opinion. It said, Okay, opinion, not fact,
- 9:30Speaker 1: nothing to back it up, just saying his opinion, and
- 9:33Speaker 1: that's cool. He's allowed to have an opinion, but you
- 9:36Speaker 1: can't pass it off as fact. You have to say, look,
- 9:38Speaker 1: as far as I know, or this is my opinion.
- 9:41Speaker 1: You can't be out here saying one hundred percent this
- 9:44Speaker 1: happened if you don't have evidence of it. A lot
- 9:46Speaker 1: of people have forgotten that it's not what you know,
- 9:49Speaker 1: it's what you can prove. And with all of the
- 9:51Speaker 1: big statements made by Michael Wolf I'm very interested to
- 9:55Speaker 1: see what he can prove. The lawsuit noted that Wolf
- 10:00Speaker 1: ever said Malania Trump was involved in any of Epstein's crimes.
- 10:04Speaker 1: In July twenty twenty five, after receiving a letter from Brito,
- 10:08Speaker 1: the Daily Beast retracted an article titled Milania Trump very
- 10:12Speaker 1: involved in Epstein's scandal author that was based on an
- 10:16Speaker 1: interview with Wolf. So not looking good for mister wolf
- 10:19Speaker 1: When you have something get pulled by the publisher, not
- 10:23Speaker 1: a good look. Wolf in his lawsuit said his comments
- 10:26Speaker 1: pertained to the First Lady's involvement last year managing the
- 10:30Speaker 1: matter behind the scenes at the White House, not that
- 10:33Speaker 1: she was involved in any of Epstein's crimes. So he's
- 10:35Speaker 1: walking it back. This is what I told you about,
- 10:38Speaker 1: Michael Wolfe, be very very cautious. All these people that
- 10:42Speaker 1: you see on the circuit going on all these shows,
- 10:45Speaker 1: they're doing it to get a bag, to increase their profile.
- 10:47Speaker 1: It's not because they care about the case. So I'd
- 10:50Speaker 1: be very very cautious of all those kinds of people.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Among other statements Wolf said were true were those his
- 10:56Speaker 1: comments about Milania Trump meeting Donald Trump in Epstein's social
- 10:59Speaker 1: circle and that Donald Trump liked to have sex with
- 11:02Speaker 1: his friend's wives and first slept with Malanya Trump on
- 11:05Speaker 1: Epstein's private jet. Again, Bombshell claims, let's see some proof,
- 11:12Speaker 1: so we'll see what Michael Wolfe has to say moving
- 11:15Speaker 1: forward here and if he provides the proof that he
- 11:17Speaker 1: says he has. But as of now, I have my
- 11:20Speaker 1: doubts about Michael Wolfe and just exactly what he knows.
- 11:25Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
