- 2:36Speaker 1: we've got quite a bit to get to today. Let's
- 2:37Speaker 1: dive right into it. We did get brand new video
- 2:41Speaker 1: of the attack on the White House Correspondents Dinner last week.
- 2:45Speaker 1: from the from Janine Pirro just released this. She's the U.S.
- 2:49Speaker 1: attorney in Washington, D.C. And one of the reasons that
- 2:54Speaker 1: she apparently released this is to kind of clear up
- 2:56Speaker 1: some of the concern that's been running around about to
- 3:00Speaker 1: what extent was like, like, here's a simple thing. Did
- 3:03Speaker 1: a Secret Service agent shoot another Secret Service agent? Was
- 3:06Speaker 1: it a case of friendly fire? And she's basically working
- 3:10Speaker 1: to tell you right now that, no, it was not
- 3:12Speaker 1: friendly fire. This was not friendly fire. Here's what Jeanine
- 3:15Speaker 1: Pirro said on X yesterday about this subject. She was
- 3:19Speaker 1: releasing this yesterday. She said, quote, today we're releasing video
- 3:23Speaker 1: already provided to U.S. District Court showing Cole Allen shoot
- 3:27Speaker 1: a U.S. Secret Service officer during his attempt to assassinate
- 3:31Speaker 1: the president at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. There is
- 3:34Speaker 1: no evidence that the shooting was the result of friendly fire.
- 3:37Speaker 1: The video also shows Allen casing the area in the
- 3:40Speaker 1: Hilton Hotel the day before the attack. My office, along
- 3:44Speaker 1: with the FBI, will continue this extensive investigation to bring
- 3:48Speaker 1: Cole Allen to justice. All right, so let's all take
- 3:51Speaker 1: a look at this video together. Again, it's higher quality
- 3:54Speaker 1: video than we were served on Saturday night. That's when
- 3:57Speaker 1: somebody had captured, I think, using their cell phone. just
- 4:01Speaker 1: a video using a cell phone of the surveillance video,
- 4:05Speaker 1: and then President Trump posted it to his Truth Social
- 4:07Speaker 1: account in an effort to very quickly get it out.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Now we get the actual direct high-quality footage from the
- 4:13Speaker 1: security cameras, and let's take a look at what these
- 4:17Speaker 1: reveal here. Let's see. Do we have the video of
- 4:21Speaker 1: the attack here?
- 4:22Speaker 2: Yes, we do.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Here we go. Cut to, here's the video of the attack.
- 4:25Speaker 1: All right, you can see here, Secret Service agent standing there.
- 4:32Speaker 1: They're taking down one of the magnetometers. It looks like
- 4:34Speaker 1: they're doing a teardown of one. And then you see
- 4:37Speaker 1: the shooter run into the room, apparently fires his shotgun
- 4:43Speaker 1: directly into the chest of one of the Secret Service agents,
- 4:46Speaker 1: who is the agent who discharges his weapon, they believe,
- 4:50Speaker 1: five times. He's the one agent who fires. He fires
- 4:53Speaker 1: five shots. None of them hit the suspect. You can
- 4:57Speaker 1: see here in this picture, video, the following video, the
- 5:00Speaker 1: playback speed decreased substantially here. For those of you on rumble.com
- 5:04Speaker 1: slash Vince, just a slower approach here as this guy
- 5:08Speaker 1: goes charging towards the magnetometer. Now, trust me, there's more video.
- 5:11Speaker 1: We're going to get to it. Him casing the joint,
- 5:13Speaker 1: what led up to this moment, but just take a
- 5:15Speaker 1: look at the actual attack here. He runs in, he
- 5:18Speaker 1: raises his weapon. He apparently fires it, but you don't
- 5:23Speaker 1: see a muzzle flash here. But again, we're dealing with
- 5:25Speaker 1: 30 frames per second, somewhere between 50 to 15 to
- 5:28Speaker 1: 30 frames per second in security footage. Then you do
- 5:32Speaker 1: see the muzzle flash a couple of times from the
- 5:35Speaker 1: service handgun, the service pistol of the Secret Service agent.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Then the rest of the agents and the cops there,
- 5:41Speaker 1: they raise their weapons and then they draw down right
- 5:45Speaker 1: on the suspect who apparently tripped just out of frame,
- 5:48Speaker 1: fell to the floor and they tackled him, taking him
- 5:51Speaker 1: into custody. So that's kind of the high quality perspective
- 5:55Speaker 1: of the exact moment that this occurred. Now, if we
- 6:00Speaker 1: back up a bit, let me show some footage to you.
- 6:03Speaker 1: I want to take you through this a little more
- 6:04Speaker 1: carefully on the front end. Here is, this footage shows
- 6:10Speaker 1: us what happened in the lead up to all of this.
- 6:13Speaker 1: So here we have the, this is April 24th, the
- 6:17Speaker 1: night before, the 8.59 p.m. Take a look here. This
- 6:22Speaker 1: footage shows him casing the area on Friday. You see
- 6:27Speaker 1: the suspect walking down this hallway, casing it, clearly looking around.
- 6:32Speaker 1: He's kind of meandering through, observing, kind of pretending to
- 6:39Speaker 1: have a natural swagger, but you see his head keeps turning,
- 6:41Speaker 1: and he looks at various doorways. He's kind of just,
- 6:45Speaker 1: he points at something. He's sort of gesturing to it,
- 6:48Speaker 1: kind of giving himself like a mental picture of the
- 6:51Speaker 1: attack that he's going to try and conduct the next evening.
- 6:55Speaker 1: He walks into the hotel gym as well at the Hilton.
- 6:59Speaker 1: And he has an interaction with the woman who's operating
- 7:02Speaker 1: at the desk over here. There's a woman who's kind
- 7:04Speaker 1: of like the attendant apparently for the gym. And he
- 7:08Speaker 1: finally gets into the room and he talks to her
- 7:11Speaker 1: a little bit. And then he just walks around the gym.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I was like, is this guy getting in a workout
- 7:14Speaker 1: the night before the attack? Is he really going to
- 7:16Speaker 1: do that? Because presumably, if you're going to run in
- 7:19Speaker 1: and attack with the Secret Service, they're being fully armed.
- 7:21Speaker 1: You probably have to assume you're going to die. So
- 7:22Speaker 1: I don't really know what the upside to one last
- 7:25Speaker 1: workout would be. Here he is just making small talk,
- 7:31Speaker 1: looking like a psychopath, dealing with the woman at the desk.
- 7:36Speaker 1: And then he meanders around the gym for a minute. Basically,
- 7:39Speaker 1: they just got all this footage showing he was in
- 7:41Speaker 1: the hotel. He was casing the joint. He walks up
- 7:44Speaker 1: and down this hallway yet again, the same exact hallway.
- 7:47Speaker 1: that he keeps casing. Three minutes pass. It looks like
- 7:51Speaker 1: one of the workers is checking doors, going through them.
- 7:55Speaker 1: And then he comes swinging past again, and he's just looking.
- 7:58Speaker 1: He's constantly looking. He's casing the joint over and over
- 8:01Speaker 1: and over again. That brings us to the next night.
- 8:04Speaker 1: And here we see him get out of the elevator.
- 8:07Speaker 1: You can see him walking out of the elevator near
- 8:09Speaker 1: the gym. And as he walks out of the elevator,
- 8:13Speaker 1: Here he is in his trench coat outfit. He's clearly
- 8:16Speaker 1: concealing the shotgun now. Look, as you watch him walking,
- 8:20Speaker 1: he's got his right hand gripped against his jacket. He's
- 8:23Speaker 1: concealing the shotgun inside of this trench coat style jacket,
- 8:28Speaker 1: walking down the hallway, away from the security camera here.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Just keeps going, headed towards the attack now. And then
- 8:41Speaker 1: we get to his emergence. So check this out. So
- 8:45Speaker 1: you'll see him enter. For those of you watching, again,
- 8:47Speaker 1: you're going to see him enter at the top left
- 8:49Speaker 1: of the frame here. He walks into the room. And
- 8:52Speaker 1: as he's walking in, a Secret Service canine clearly detects
- 8:59Speaker 1: that there's something going on with this guy. And I
- 9:01Speaker 1: would assume that the reason that the dog is on
- 9:04Speaker 1: this dude is because it smells the gunpowder. The dog
- 9:07Speaker 1: smells the gunpowder.
- 9:08Speaker 3: On the gun.
- 9:08Speaker 1: This is an assumption on my part. I don't know
- 9:11Speaker 1: anything beyond other than just making an educated guess on
- 9:14Speaker 1: the subject. But these dogs are trained to detect gunpowder.
- 9:18Speaker 1: They're there to prevent this kind of attack from taking place.
- 9:21Speaker 1: He's got a bunch of shotgun shells on him. He's
- 9:23Speaker 1: got a handgun on him. He's got gunpowder on him,
- 9:25Speaker 1: in other words. This dog clearly detects something about him.
- 9:29Speaker 1: It starts moving in his direction. Watch. So he begins
- 9:35Speaker 1: entering the frame here, top left. There he is. He
- 9:38Speaker 1: walks through a door. Now you see there's clearly a
- 9:41Speaker 1: Secret Service agent there. Everyone, is that visible, guys? This is,
- 9:47Speaker 1: I want to make sure, let me see if it's
- 9:49Speaker 1: even possible to give you a better perspective on this.
- 9:53Speaker 1: The guy is clearly, there we go. I'm zooming in.
- 9:58Speaker 1: I'm zooming in for those of you watching right now.
- 10:01Speaker 1: The guy is clearly on him. The dog is. So
- 10:05Speaker 1: you can see the dog tracks him into this room.
- 10:08Speaker 1: And this is when the agent, the canine agent, the
- 10:10Speaker 1: canine handler, talks to him. It looks like he talks
- 10:14Speaker 1: to him. The agent, the dog gets close. The agent
- 10:19Speaker 1: exchanges some kind of words with the guy. Now, presumably,
- 10:21Speaker 1: I'm going to take a guess here. The guy is
- 10:24Speaker 1: basically telling the agent, I assume, that he's going to
- 10:26Speaker 1: keep walking. He's like, oh, I'm headed this direction or
- 10:28Speaker 1: something to that effect. Now, watch what happens. As soon
- 10:31Speaker 1: as the agent turns his back, he runs back into
- 10:33Speaker 1: the room. He runs directly back into the room and
- 10:37Speaker 1: begins his attack. Now, again, you don't see a muzzle
- 10:41Speaker 1: flash from the guy, from the shotgun. You don't see
- 10:45Speaker 1: a muzzle flash take place here. From the shotgun. And
- 10:48Speaker 1: I think that's just because I looked it up this morning.
- 10:51Speaker 1: You know, a muzzle flash happens in milliseconds. The visible
- 10:55Speaker 1: part of a muzzle flash from a shotgun is just
- 10:57Speaker 1: a millisecond situation. Whereas these cameras, these security cameras tend
- 11:01Speaker 1: to capture imagery somewhere between 15 to 30 frames per second.
- 11:07Speaker 1: In other words, it is very likely the muzzle flash
- 11:10Speaker 1: takes place in one of the intervening moments between the
- 11:13Speaker 1: frame captures by the security camera. Here he goes, he
- 11:16Speaker 1: runs in, fires the gun. You don't see a muzzle
- 11:19Speaker 1: flash here. You just don't. But clearly he raises it
- 11:23Speaker 1: and then drops it back down. The Secret Service says
- 11:26Speaker 1: that it was at that moment that he shot this
- 11:29Speaker 1: agent right here, the one with his weapon up, directly
- 11:32Speaker 1: in the chest, directly in the bulletproof vest. And that agent...
- 11:37Speaker 1: fired his weapon five times. In fact, you can even see,
- 11:40Speaker 1: let me pull something else down here. Take a look
- 11:42Speaker 1: at this. So you can even see the gunpowder of
- 11:48Speaker 1: the blasts going off of the lights here. You see
- 11:50Speaker 1: up at the top? You see these lights at the
- 11:52Speaker 1: very top? You can see the smoke now filling the
- 11:55Speaker 1: room from the muzzle flashes as the guns are going off.
- 12:01Speaker 4: Here he is.
- 12:01Speaker 1: He's running. There he goes. He runs in. Check up top.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Watch the lights. There you go. So you can see
- 12:08Speaker 1: the smoke coming off the lights here because it's starting
- 12:11Speaker 1: to fill the room because a bunch of guns are
- 12:13Speaker 1: being fired. So those are the circumstances. Also, people have
- 12:17Speaker 1: made a big deal out of the fact that these
- 12:19Speaker 1: TSA agents, you see the TSA agents who are here,
- 12:21Speaker 1: they're here helping with security. These TSA agents, they start
- 12:26Speaker 1: running for cover, which you might expect. They're not a
- 12:29Speaker 1: part of the actual law enforcement response. They're not armed
- 12:32Speaker 1: cops or anything. They're stumbling, falling over each other, trying
- 12:35Speaker 1: to get out of the room. People have tried to
- 12:37Speaker 1: make a big deal out of this. I'm not making
- 12:39Speaker 1: a big deal out of it. That's not their job.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Their job is to be just processing people through these magnetometers.
- 12:45Speaker 1: They're not there for actual law enforcement responsibilities. They got
- 12:48Speaker 1: the hell out of the room. So this is what
- 12:51Speaker 1: I'm seeing here. Now, what does this tell us about this? Well, one,
- 12:56Speaker 1: it corrects an impression that we were led to earlier
- 12:59Speaker 1: this week, in part by just the mystery of all
- 13:01Speaker 1: of this. Todd Blanch, the attorney general, was indicating that
- 13:04Speaker 1: it wasn't clear whether or not the agent was struck
- 13:07Speaker 1: by friendly fire or by the suspect. And it's seeming
- 13:12Speaker 1: to heavily imply that the government did believe that it
- 13:15Speaker 1: was friendly fire that struck the agent directly in the chest.
- 13:20Speaker 1: The news now from the Trump administration is that's not
- 13:22Speaker 1: the case. It was the suspect who did shoot the
- 13:25Speaker 1: Secret Service agent, which suggests to me that there's yet
- 13:28Speaker 1: another charge awaiting for him. It would be that assault
- 13:31Speaker 1: on a federal officer, presumably attempt to kill a federal officer,
- 13:34Speaker 1: whatever the relevant statute is, my guess is we'll get
- 13:37Speaker 1: a superseding indictment for the attacker here. So that clears
- 13:42Speaker 1: up some of that. Now, what's not clear to me,
- 13:45Speaker 1: where I have some concern is, if that dog actually
- 13:49Speaker 1: was hitting on the gunpowder, then how is it that
- 13:53Speaker 1: that ended the way it did? I'd love to know
- 13:56Speaker 1: more about the interaction between the canine officer and the attacker,
- 14:00Speaker 1: because He could have been stopped well before he even
- 14:03Speaker 1: got to the magnetometer. When I say well, I mean
- 14:05Speaker 1: feet away from the magnetometer. But before he ever did
- 14:08Speaker 1: a sprint through, he could have potentially been stopped. I'm
- 14:11Speaker 1: curious as to why he wasn't. I'm not alleging anything.
- 14:13Speaker 1: I'm just curious about it. That's all. Love to know
- 14:16Speaker 1: more about that interaction. And what remains is the security
- 14:21Speaker 1: problem of this guy staying in the hotel. All he
- 14:24Speaker 1: had to do was get a room and he had
- 14:26Speaker 1: all these guns with him and he was able to
- 14:28Speaker 1: make it that far and get that close to the
- 14:30Speaker 1: president of the United States. That's still a massive security
- 14:33Speaker 1: problem that the Secret Service needs to figure out a
- 14:36Speaker 1: way to address to prevent anything like that from ever
- 14:38Speaker 1: happening again. That has not gone away as a result
- 14:41Speaker 1: of this video. It just further confirms our concern about
- 14:45Speaker 1: that situation. So- So there's that. We also did hear
- 14:49Speaker 1: from the Secret Service director himself, Sean Curran. He did
- 14:51Speaker 1: an interview yesterday with Fox's Will Cain. Here's how he
- 14:55Speaker 1: described the sequence of events. Cut three. Take a look
- 14:58Speaker 1: at that.
- 14:59Speaker 5: Correct.
- 15:00Speaker 6: All the evidence that I've seen, the suspect shot our
- 15:05Speaker 6: officer point-blank range with a shotgun. Our officer heroically returned
- 15:10Speaker 6: fire while being shot point-blank range in the chest with
- 15:14Speaker 6: a shotgun. It was able to get off five shots.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It's It's great training.
- 15:19Speaker 7: The officer just acted heroically.
- 15:21Speaker 6: Great job.
- 15:22Speaker 3: So the one officer that returned fire is the same
- 15:25Speaker 3: officer that was shot by this suspect?
- 15:29Speaker 1: That's correct.
- 15:30Speaker 2: All right.
- 15:31Speaker 3: And he got off five rounds. And I'd love for you.
- 15:33Speaker 3: We appreciate you being with us here today. You know this.
- 15:36Speaker 3: There's been a lot of questions and criticism around the
- 15:38Speaker 3: Secret Service in the wake of this assassination attempt. I'd
- 15:40Speaker 3: love for you to address some of that with us
- 15:42Speaker 3: here today. There are people we have seen say, how
- 15:44Speaker 3: does he shoot five times and never hit the suspect?
- 15:48Speaker 6: That's a great question.
- 15:49Speaker 1: And you're right.
- 15:49Speaker 6: There are a lot of critics out there. Quite frankly,
- 15:52Speaker 6: some of them are former agents that When they did
- 15:55Speaker 6: the job, they weren't in the game. If you want
- 15:58Speaker 6: to know stuff about the Secret Service, please ask me.
- 16:00Speaker 6: I've actually done the job. But I will tell you,
- 16:03Speaker 6: that officer, while being shot, was in the process of
- 16:07Speaker 6: falling down and was returning gunfire. To be shot at
- 16:11Speaker 6: is not a pleasant thing. And to be able to
- 16:13Speaker 6: actually return fire at that rate of speed is just remarkable.
- 16:20Speaker 3: But the suspect was never hit, correct? He was never
- 16:23Speaker 3: hit by a bullet.
- 16:23Speaker 1: That is correct.
- 16:24Speaker 6: The suspect was not hit.
- 16:25Speaker 1: The suspect was never hit. I mean, this was a very,
- 16:28Speaker 1: very close exchange of gunfire. You saw how close those
- 16:32Speaker 1: guys were? They were right up against each other. I mean,
- 16:36Speaker 1: the fact is the assailant, the suspect, got his shotgun
- 16:41Speaker 1: blast off within feet of the agent. It is a
- 16:45Speaker 1: miracle that this agent survived. It is an absolute miracle
- 16:48Speaker 1: that this agent survived. Look at this. Look how close
- 16:53Speaker 1: they are to one another. They're right there. And again,
- 16:57Speaker 1: the reason that the camera's blurry at all is just
- 16:59Speaker 1: because the number of frames per second it captures. It
- 17:01Speaker 1: can only capture so many. Look at how close these
- 17:05Speaker 1: guys are as they begin to exchange gunfire. And then
- 17:09Speaker 1: it continues. Watch, here we go. Yeah, I mean, they're
- 17:14Speaker 1: very close. All five shots missed. All five shots missed.
- 17:20Speaker 1: It still boggles my mind that that's the case.
- 17:23Speaker 8: And.
- 17:24Speaker 1: I know Sean Curran is doing what he should, which
- 17:26Speaker 1: is to stand up for his guys in public, and
- 17:30Speaker 1: that's important for morale within the Secret Service, that he
- 17:33Speaker 1: do that, that he be supportive of those agents who
- 17:35Speaker 1: are putting their lives on the line, no question about it.
- 17:38Speaker 1: But as a leader of the Secret Service, one would
- 17:40Speaker 1: hope that behind the scenes, one of the things that
- 17:42Speaker 1: they're focused on is what kind of additional training might
- 17:45Speaker 1: be required to get us to a point where you
- 17:47Speaker 1: can gun down an assailant from just a couple feet
- 17:50Speaker 1: away from him. If you're firing your service weapon successfully,
- 17:53Speaker 1: hitting him. And that's how you get people on range time.
- 17:56Speaker 1: You get people through stress tests. You get their heart
- 17:58Speaker 1: rates up. You get them just basically in anxious environments
- 18:03Speaker 1: where they have to navigate them with discipline. Whatever it takes,
- 18:07Speaker 1: all any of us want, that is the American public,
- 18:10Speaker 1: all any of us want is a much safer situation
- 18:12Speaker 1: for the president of the United States, a guy who
- 18:14Speaker 1: the left keeps attempting to murder, keeps attempting to murder
- 18:18Speaker 1: and getting dangerously close to doing it. Now, three very
- 18:23Speaker 1: public times, and certainly the left has undertaken many other
- 18:26Speaker 1: efforts to try and kill President Trump, many of which
- 18:28Speaker 1: I'm sure we've never heard about. So this is all
- 18:33Speaker 1: very interesting. It's all very interesting. The president was asked
- 18:36Speaker 1: yesterday about his own protection. And this is how he responded.
- 18:43Speaker 1: He was asked about whether or not he'd start wearing
- 18:45Speaker 1: a bulletproof vest. Actually, kind of a funny moment from
- 18:47Speaker 1: the Oval Office yesterday. President Trump makes light of these things.
- 18:50Speaker 1: But listen, Here, cut four as the president talks about it.
- 18:52Speaker 1: I want to follow up on the security changes.
- 18:56Speaker 9: Is there talks about you potentially wearing a bulletproof vest
- 19:00Speaker 9: moving forward, given you have now been shot at?
- 19:02Speaker 10: I don't know if I can handle looking 20 pounds heavier.
- 19:06Speaker 10: These guys, they look so good.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Some of these guys.
- 19:10Speaker 10: Some of these guys are physical specimens. Some of these
- 19:14Speaker 10: guys are traveling.
- 19:15Speaker 1: I don't want to be near him.
- 19:18Speaker 8: If you want to gain 20 to 25 pounds, get
- 19:24Speaker 8: a West Coast. And frankly, the vest did an amazing
- 19:28Speaker 8: job because it took a bullet close up.
- 19:31Speaker 10: And he didn't even want to go to the hospital.
- 19:34Speaker 10: I mean, we sent him to the hospital just in case,
- 19:36Speaker 10: but he didn't want, you know, still a hit, but
- 19:40Speaker 10: he didn't want to go to the hospital. The vest
- 19:43Speaker 10: totally protected him. Still a lot of power behind that shot, though.
- 19:46Speaker 10: That's like getting hit by Mike Tyson. But it's amazing.
- 19:54Speaker 10: I've been asked about that. And I guess it's something
- 19:59Speaker 10: you consider. In one way, you don't like to do
- 20:02Speaker 10: it because you're giving in to a bad element.
- 20:05Speaker 8: And so I don't know.
- 20:06Speaker 10: But I have been asked about it.
- 20:08Speaker 7: No.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Pretty funny. I don't want to look 20 pounds heavier,
- 20:14Speaker 1: but I've been asked about it. Meaning the guys around
- 20:16Speaker 1: him are constantly encouraging him, Mr. President, please do this.
- 20:19Speaker 9: Mr.
- 20:19Speaker 1: President, they're trying to kill you.
- 20:20Speaker 7: Mr.
- 20:21Speaker 1: President, we just need to keep you safe. And have
- 20:24Speaker 1: you noticed that the president's instincts are like, I want
- 20:26Speaker 1: to be unencumbered. I just want to be with the people.
- 20:28Speaker 1: I just want to be out there doing the event.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I just want to get back out there, he said
- 20:31Speaker 1: on Saturday night. And the security apparatus around him keeps
- 20:35Speaker 1: having to tell him, Mr. President, it's not safe.
- 20:37Speaker 7: Mr.
- 20:37Speaker 1: President, please wear the vest.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Mr.
- 20:39Speaker 1: President, please stand behind this bulletproof glass. It is awful.
- 20:43Speaker 1: It is absolutely awful that we're at this place in
- 20:46Speaker 1: 2026 where the left so fervently wants to kill this
- 20:49Speaker 1: man just for making America great again. And that the
- 20:54Speaker 1: security around him has to keep telling him, Mr. President,
- 20:57Speaker 1: we just can't recommend you do that because we need
- 20:59Speaker 1: to keep you safe. And they're trying to kill you.
- 21:02Speaker 1: it's insane. It's insane. Continue to pray for your country.
- 21:07Speaker 1: One more thing that people are asking in the chat
- 21:09Speaker 1: to keep reviewing some of the ends of the video.
- 21:12Speaker 1: One more thing that I'm thinking of that I'd like
- 21:14Speaker 1: to flag for you. The agent who fired the five shots,
- 21:18Speaker 1: you can see him in the four frame here, who
- 21:21Speaker 1: fired the five shots. When he begins firing the gun,
- 21:24Speaker 1: notice the path here. The bad guy runs through the
- 21:28Speaker 1: magnetometer directly between the uniformed agent And what looks like
- 21:33Speaker 1: a Secret Service agent who is in a suit. And
- 21:39Speaker 1: this uniformed agent begins firing his weapon directly in the
- 21:44Speaker 1: same direction as the other agent. You see this? This
- 21:49Speaker 1: is a miracle that this guy wasn't shot either by
- 21:53Speaker 1: those five rounds. Watch this. This is the slowed down version.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Check this out. All right, here we go. Frame by frame.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Here it goes. It's slow. Here comes the bad guy,
- 22:05Speaker 1: the suspect. Shotgun up, fires. Here comes the service weapon,
- 22:11Speaker 1: begins firing one of five shots. And look how close
- 22:17Speaker 1: this gets to the next agent. Look at that third shot.
- 22:21Speaker 1: That third shot practically goes right over the shoulder of
- 22:24Speaker 1: the second agent. That's wild. That is just wild. Wild.
- 22:32Speaker 1: It is a miracle that nobody was seriously injured here.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Nobody was seriously injured. Anyway, it's just just just fascinating,
- 22:43Speaker 1: fascinating stuff. I appreciate you know what I really appreciate
- 22:46Speaker 1: about the Trump administration, the maximum transparency. There's a lot
- 22:49Speaker 1: of administrations that wouldn't even bother release any of this.
- 22:52Speaker 1: You'd see it years later. You wouldn't know about any
- 22:54Speaker 1: of it. And and but this administration is releasing all
- 22:58Speaker 1: of it as quickly as possible to get it out
- 23:00Speaker 1: to the public. And I appreciate that. I don't know
- 23:03Speaker 1: about you, but I appreciate it. All right, a lot
- 23:05Speaker 1: more ahead on this edition of Vince. We've got to
- 23:08Speaker 1: talk about elections in the United States, election integrity. We
- 23:11Speaker 1: have to gavel in on the Save America Act, get
- 23:13Speaker 1: the latest on that subject. And also how there are
- 23:16Speaker 1: efforts already underway right now by the states to get
- 23:21Speaker 1: these maps redrawn and get us off to the races.
- 23:23Speaker 1: We can get rid of this Democrat election rigging all
- 23:25Speaker 1: across the country. It's all ahead on this edition of events.
- 23:29Speaker 1: I want to thank one of our great sponsors right now, though.
- 23:31Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile. I love Patriot Mobile. America is about
- 23:34Speaker 1: to celebrate its 250th anniversary coming up so fast here.
- 23:38Speaker 1: And I believe the direction of our country is being
- 23:41Speaker 1: decided right now in everything that we do. Who we
- 23:45Speaker 1: choose to support matters more than ever. Most wireless companies,
- 23:48Speaker 1: they don't care at all about who you are or
- 23:49Speaker 1: what you believe. They just want your money. Patriot Mobile,
- 23:52Speaker 1: totally different. For more than 12 years now, they've stood
- 23:54Speaker 1: with Americans who believe freedom is worth defending, supporting the
- 23:58Speaker 1: Christian conservative movement when others stayed silent. And here's the deal.
- 24:02Speaker 1: You don't have to give up quality or service when
- 24:04Speaker 1: you switch to Patriot Mobile. They deliver premium priority access

- 24:45Speaker 1: great sponsor of our program.
- 24:48Speaker 3: All right.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Shall we? Shall we? I think we shall. Let's gavel in.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Let's gavel in. We'll talk today about the current state
- 24:56Speaker 1: of affairs with the Save America Act. Now, every time
- 25:01Speaker 1: we talk about it of late, it's been with increasing
- 25:05Speaker 1: frustration at the United States Senate. Of course, throughout this
- 25:08Speaker 1: entire saga, we've been frustrated with John Thune and the
- 25:10Speaker 1: establishment in the Senate for giving us a never-ending string
- 25:15Speaker 1: of head pats and excuses as to why the Save
- 25:19Speaker 1: America Act just can't be passed right now. We have
- 25:21Speaker 1: other more important things to do. And to which we respond, no,
- 25:24Speaker 1: you don't. You don't have more important things to do.
- 25:27Speaker 1: This is the most important thing. Election integrity is the
- 25:30Speaker 1: single most important thing you can do on behalf of
- 25:33Speaker 1: our country. So drop everything else and do it. And
- 25:36Speaker 1: when I say drop everything else, I also mean drop
- 25:39Speaker 1: the zombie filibuster. Get rid of the silent filibuster in
- 25:42Speaker 1: the United States Senate once and for all. Get rid
- 25:45Speaker 1: of it because you understand something really clear here about
- 25:49Speaker 1: the left. If and when the left reobtains power over Congress,
- 25:55Speaker 1: over the presidency, over all of it, you know what
- 25:57Speaker 1: they're going to do. They're going to get rid of
- 26:00Speaker 1: the filibuster. It's not a question of if, it's just
- 26:03Speaker 1: a matter of when. They're going to get rid of
- 26:06Speaker 1: the filibuster. And when they do, they're going to create
- 26:09Speaker 1: new states to guarantee Democrat senators. That's it. They're going
- 26:15Speaker 1: to pack the United States Supreme Court. Hakeem Jeffries, this
- 26:18Speaker 1: very week, is promising that he wants to pack the
- 26:21Speaker 1: United States Supreme Court because he says the current court is, quote, illegitimate.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries is sowing distrust in one of the branches
- 26:31Speaker 1: of our government as we speak. He's, what does the
- 26:34Speaker 1: left call it? Attacking democracy right now. No, they're not
- 26:39Speaker 1: going to hesitate here, ladies and gentlemen. They're not going
- 26:41Speaker 1: to hesitate. They're going to tear up the whole system.
- 26:45Speaker 1: the second that they can. So why would we continue
- 26:48Speaker 1: to keep the filibuster as some sort of barricade from
- 26:51Speaker 1: protecting the nation? Are you thinking this through at all?
- 26:56Speaker 9: At all?
- 26:58Speaker 1: In fact, on the state front, you know, I was
- 27:00Speaker 1: explaining to our radio audience yesterday that, you know, the
- 27:05Speaker 1: great test of what the Democrats really want is found
- 27:08Speaker 1: in Washington, D.C., For years, Democrats have tried to make
- 27:12Speaker 1: the nation's capital a state. They say, no taxation without representation.
- 27:16Speaker 1: These poor people in Washington, D.C. Washington, one of the
- 27:19Speaker 1: richest places in the whole country. These poor people, they
- 27:23Speaker 1: need to be a state. They need to be a state.
- 27:24Speaker 1: They need voting members of Congress. To which you might respond, no.
- 27:32Speaker 1: You might respond, no. The founders never intended the nation's
- 27:35Speaker 1: capital to be a state. And the reason for that
- 27:37Speaker 1: was because they wanted to make it so that you
- 27:40Speaker 1: didn't have any voting member in the United States House
- 27:44Speaker 1: or the United States Senate that had a vested interest
- 27:47Speaker 1: in paying itself money. If you're the nation's capital, then
- 27:52Speaker 1: you have a vested interest in taking all of the
- 27:54Speaker 1: taxpayer money for yourself. So no, that's a huge conflict
- 27:58Speaker 1: of interest. We're going to have neutral territory. The states
- 28:01Speaker 1: can all meet right there in that neutral territory, Washington, D.C.,
- 28:04Speaker 1: and it's the state's voting members that get to dictate
- 28:07Speaker 1: how the nation's business is conducted, not the nation's capitals
- 28:11Speaker 1: voting members. There shouldn't be such a thing. So the
- 28:14Speaker 1: founders had a clear vision about this that the left
- 28:17Speaker 1: is trying to violate, just like everything else about the
- 28:19Speaker 1: founders' vision for our country. And one of the ways
- 28:22Speaker 1: to test this is if you hear a Democrat say this, well,
- 28:25Speaker 1: that's so unfair that people live in Washington, D.C., and
- 28:28Speaker 1: they don't have voting members of Congress, and yet they
- 28:30Speaker 1: pay taxes anyway. No taxation without representation. Okay, fine, let
- 28:33Speaker 1: me make you an offer. How about this? Why don't
- 28:36Speaker 1: we give back the portion of Washington, D.C. that was
- 28:39Speaker 1: once Maryland? Why don't we just give it all back?
- 28:42Speaker 1: We'll retrocede it to Maryland. And if we give it
- 28:45Speaker 1: back to Maryland, then you get members of Congress and
- 28:48Speaker 1: you get United States senators in Maryland. There you go.
- 28:51Speaker 1: There's your representation. Then you're taxed and you're represented. You
- 28:55Speaker 1: good with that deal? Because that's what you just said, right?
- 28:57Speaker 1: And the answer to that is no. They're not good
- 29:00Speaker 1: with that deal. They would never take that deal. Why
- 29:03Speaker 1: wouldn't they take that deal? because they want two more
- 29:06Speaker 1: Democrat senators. That's it. It's never been about representation. It's
- 29:10Speaker 1: always been about power. It's why they want to make
- 29:12Speaker 1: Puerto Rico a state. They're fully convinced that they get
- 29:15Speaker 1: two permanent Democrat senators from Puerto Rico going forward. Democrats
- 29:22Speaker 1: only filter all of this through the lens of not principle,
- 29:26Speaker 1: but power. Power is the only principle. That's what they're
- 29:29Speaker 1: up to. And this is why they want to blow
- 29:31Speaker 1: up the Supreme Court too. This is why right now
- 29:33Speaker 1: they're saying that the court is illegitimate because it just
- 29:36Speaker 1: ruled against election rigging. And then they're saying they want
- 29:39Speaker 1: to pack it. so that they can guarantee that the
- 29:42Speaker 1: court becomes nothing more than another vehicle for Democrat power.
- 29:46Speaker 1: This is why we have to stop playing games in
- 29:49Speaker 1: the Senate. And the president is warning the Senate right
- 29:53Speaker 1: now that they have to stop being stupid in the
- 29:57Speaker 1: president's words. Stop being stupid. Here's the president overnight on
- 30:02Speaker 1: Truth Social. He says the following. Watch this. How much
- 30:08Speaker 1: abuse can the Republican Senate take from the radical left
- 30:13Speaker 1: lunatics in the forms of Democrat senators before they blow
- 30:18Speaker 1: up or terminate the filibuster and approve things at a
- 30:21Speaker 1: record clip, including the Save America Act, that would be
- 30:24Speaker 1: unthinkable without the filibuster termination? The Democrats will do it
- 30:28Speaker 1: on the first hour of their first day. Do not
- 30:32Speaker 1: be stupid, says the president. President Donald J. Trump, do
- 30:37Speaker 1: not be stupid. Put that on a T-shirt. Do not
- 30:41Speaker 1: be stupid. Put that on a MAGA hat. Do not
- 30:46Speaker 1: be stupid. You're being stupid by upholding a filibuster in
- 30:53Speaker 1: the end, which is going to be used against you,
- 30:55Speaker 1: you psychopaths. You're being stupid by maintaining a blue slip
- 31:01Speaker 1: that blocks excellent U.S. attorneys from getting in and prosecuting
- 31:04Speaker 1: the bad guys. You're being stupid by managing other business
- 31:10Speaker 1: right now that has nothing to do with election integrity,
- 31:13Speaker 1: the Save America Act. And in fact, your stupidity is
- 31:18Speaker 1: so well known at this point, establishment Republicans, that Democrats
- 31:22Speaker 1: are gloating about the state of the Save America Act.
- 31:27Speaker 1: The Daily Signal chased down a bunch of Democrat senators
- 31:30Speaker 1: this week. The Daily Signal, great outlet. And the Democrat
- 31:35Speaker 1: senators are claiming victory over John Thune. That's the headline.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Senate Dems claim victory over Thune on Save America Act.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Senior Democrat senators telling the Daily Signal that voter citizenship
- 31:49Speaker 1: and identification legislation backed by President Trump, Save Act, Save
- 31:54Speaker 1: America Act, has stalled amid unified Democrat opposition. Quote, I
- 31:59Speaker 1: haven't heard officially that it's dead, but it shows no
- 32:01Speaker 1: sign of life, said Senator Dick Blumenthal. Democrats have repeatedly
- 32:06Speaker 1: likened the measure to Jim Crow 2.0 and argued it
- 32:10Speaker 1: would disenfranchise voters. They're lying. No American voter would be disenfranchised.
- 32:16Speaker 1: They'd be protected. In fact, their votes would be protected
- 32:19Speaker 1: from being disenfranchised. That's the point. We don't want American
- 32:23Speaker 1: voters to be disenfranchised. That's why we want the Save
- 32:26Speaker 1: America Act. And the Jim Crow 2.0 is just a
- 32:30Speaker 1: total scam. Once again, the left trying to play on
- 32:33Speaker 1: racial tension in the United States, trying to stoke racial
- 32:36Speaker 1: tension in the United States for their own power. When
- 32:39Speaker 1: in fact, Jim Crow is an invention and a cruelty
- 32:43Speaker 1: of the Democrat Party. Asked whether Trump and hardline conservatives
- 32:48Speaker 1: could revive the bill ahead of the midterms, Blumenthal predicted
- 32:53Speaker 1: it would remain dormant. Quote, it seems to be lacking
- 32:57Speaker 1: any kind of momentum, said Blumenthal. Tim Kaine of Virginia
- 33:02Speaker 1: said Democrats must stay vigilant despite the bill's failure to advance. Quote,
- 33:06Speaker 1: even if it hasn't passed, there are members here and
- 33:09Speaker 1: the president who still really want to do it, said Kaine,
- 33:13Speaker 1: adding that an attempt could still be made to pass
- 33:16Speaker 1: the measure by unanimous consent on the Senate floor. Well,
- 33:18Speaker 1: God willing, it is. Keep trying. Kaine also declined to
- 33:22Speaker 1: speculate on whether Senate Republican leader John Thune would pursue
- 33:26Speaker 1: changes to chamber rules, such as abolishing the filibuster, but
- 33:30Speaker 1: signaled confidence that Thune would not. So Tim Kaine is
- 33:40Speaker 1: fully convinced that John Thune will not do the right thing.
- 33:45Speaker 1: What led him to that conclusion? How did Democrats arrive
- 33:48Speaker 1: at the conclusion that John Thune would fail us? Senator
- 33:53Speaker 1: Ben Ray Lujan of New Mexico echoed Tim Kaine's assessment,
- 33:57Speaker 1: saying the legislation appears driven more by only some members
- 34:01Speaker 1: who want to push politics. Quote, I don't know if
- 34:03Speaker 1: President Trump has given up on passing the Save America Act.
- 34:06Speaker 1: We'll see what happens legislatively between now and the midterms,
- 34:09Speaker 1: says Lujan. By the way, the president has not given up.
- 34:11Speaker 1: He just posted about it. Quote, this feels like it's
- 34:15Speaker 1: more about the midterms than anything else. Well, yeah, it's
- 34:20Speaker 1: about the midterms and every other election going forward. Only
- 34:25Speaker 1: American citizens should be registered to vote. Non-citizens should not
- 34:28Speaker 1: be on the voter rolls. Voters should have to show
- 34:31Speaker 1: ID in order to prove they are who they say
- 34:34Speaker 1: they are to safeguard the vote that they're about to cast.
- 34:39Speaker 1: The only people who are against this are election riggers,
- 34:42Speaker 1: meaning Democrats. And the people standing in our way right now,
- 34:46Speaker 1: not just Democrats, Republicans. John Thune. John Thune is standing
- 34:52Speaker 1: in the way. We need a new leader in the Senate.
- 34:56Speaker 1: We need a new one. We need somebody who's going
- 34:58Speaker 1: to fight, fight, fight for the most basic things, election integrity.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Keep the drumbeat alive. What's happening right now is John
- 35:08Speaker 1: Thune wants the drumbeat to disappear. He wants all of
- 35:11Speaker 1: this to go away. I've seen a lot of headlines,
- 35:13Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, just people saying, Oh, Senate Republicans. Oh,
- 35:18Speaker 1: this is, you know, I think these were anonymous attacks
- 35:21Speaker 1: on Mike Lee, but oh, the people don't care about this.
- 35:24Speaker 1: They don't actually want this. This is Mike Lee just
- 35:26Speaker 1: whipping everybody into a frenzy. This is just ridiculous. What
- 35:29Speaker 1: a distraction. This is not in the top 10 things
- 35:31Speaker 1: of what people care about. Just lies. All of these
- 35:35Speaker 1: are lies. The reason this has become a huge issue
- 35:39Speaker 1: is because of you. The reason this has become a
- 35:40Speaker 1: massive issue in the United States Senate is is the
- 35:43Speaker 1: grassroots effort to get it passed. We need to get
- 35:46Speaker 1: it passed. President Trump has issued a very clear warning here.
- 35:49Speaker 1: Do not be stupid. Stop the stupidity. Pass the Save
- 35:56Speaker 1: America Act. All right, in a moment, a more hopeful note,
- 35:59Speaker 1: we'll talk about what's happening in the states right now.
- 36:02Speaker 1: We've got a lot of forward progress on stopping election
- 36:04Speaker 1: rigging across the country. You know, if we're not going
- 36:07Speaker 1: to be able to do it in Congress, maybe we
- 36:08Speaker 1: can do it elsewhere. Good news, it's working. More ahead
- 36:13Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. I want to thank BrickHouse Nutrition,

- 37:33Speaker 1: You know, We used to have to replace the garden
- 37:35Speaker 1: hose at our house every single year. And you go
- 37:38Speaker 1: out and you buy these. They look nice when they're
- 37:39Speaker 1: in the package at first. And then you finally use them.
- 37:42Speaker 1: You unspool them. You get them out in the yard.
- 37:44Speaker 1: And then you're trying to put them away. It's a
- 37:46Speaker 1: big hassle. They get all tangled up. They kink. They burst.
- 37:50Speaker 1: It's just a disaster. Not so with the pocket hose ballistic.
- 37:54Speaker 1: This is the upgrade. This is the one you've been
- 37:56Speaker 1: looking for. It's the toughest pocket hose ever built. It's
- 38:00Speaker 1: reinforced with a liquid crystal polymer used in bulletproof vests.
- 38:05Speaker 1: And you don't want to baby that hose, do you?
- 38:07Speaker 1: You don't have to. Don't baby it. You can drag
- 38:09Speaker 1: it across the driveway. You can yank it around tight corners,
- 38:12Speaker 1: leave it in the sun, but it's pretty easy to
- 38:14Speaker 1: put away. Very easy to put away. The pocket hose
- 38:17Speaker 1: ballistic handles it all. Plus it comes with the pocket
- 38:20Speaker 1: pivot for total freedom of movement right there at the
- 38:23Speaker 1: spigot with full 360 degree rotation. I move, it follows,
- 38:27Speaker 1: and the water flows. And right now for a limited time,
- 38:30Speaker 1: when you purchase a new Pocket Hose Ballistic, you get
- 38:32Speaker 1: a free 360 degree rotating pocket pivot and a free
- 38:36Speaker 1: thumb drive nozzle. So just text Vince to 64000. That's
- 38:39Speaker 1: Vince to 64000 for your two free gifts with purchase.
- 38:44Speaker 1: How generous. Text Vince to 64000. Message and data rates
- 38:49Speaker 1: may apply. Thank you to Pocket Hose. Pocket Hose Ballistic.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Very cool. Okay, let's see. Yes, I know. People have noticed.
- 38:58Speaker 1: Major is in the house. Major is... Yeah, Major for Senate.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Major would definitely pass the Save America Act.
- 39:04Speaker 4: Major....
- 39:06Speaker 1: Major's... Hey, come here, buddy. Right here, buddy.
- 39:08Speaker 9: Place.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Thank you. Good boy. Here, sit down.
- 39:11Speaker 7: Sit down.
- 39:13Speaker 1: He's pushing towards me right now. Sorry for the... I
- 39:15Speaker 1: know there's a rumble exclusive for you to see, but
- 39:19Speaker 1: here he is. Here's Major. Major's in the house today.
- 39:21Speaker 1: He's a good... He is such a good boy, though.
- 39:24Speaker 1: He really is. He's so funny. He was very tired
- 39:28Speaker 1: this morning, actually. Although it's funny, we have two dogs.
- 39:31Speaker 1: We have Major and we have Raina. And the cool
- 39:34Speaker 1: thing about dogs, and this is the thing that motivates
- 39:36Speaker 1: me every day, is that for those of you who
- 39:39Speaker 1: have dogs, perhaps you have the same experience. Every day
- 39:43Speaker 1: when we let these dogs out in the morning, we
- 39:45Speaker 1: open our door, we let them out in the yard.
- 39:48Speaker 1: They run out there like they've never been outside in
- 39:50Speaker 1: their entire life. Like it's the very first time they've
- 39:54Speaker 1: ever experienced the outdoors. Every single day, they go outside
- 39:59Speaker 1: with the kind of enthusiasm that all of us should
- 40:02Speaker 1: have for everything. Like every single day is a gift
- 40:05Speaker 1: from God. We should all literally run into the world
- 40:08Speaker 1: with the kind of enthusiasm that dogs have. Isn't it amazing?
- 40:13Speaker 1: It's hilarious. It is the funniest thing. Yeah, no, Judy
- 40:18Speaker 1: says it in the chat. She goes, that's exactly the
- 40:19Speaker 1: way my dog is in the morning. They go ballistic.
- 40:22Speaker 1: They go absolutely crazy. Super funny. Anyway, Major's great. Yeah,
- 40:27Speaker 1: every day's a new day. Every day's a new day. Yeah,
- 40:30Speaker 1: Major's a good dog. I'm glad to have him. I'm
- 40:33Speaker 1: really glad to have him. Okay, let's get into some
- 40:37Speaker 1: other good news besides seeing the dog. After the Supreme
- 40:44Speaker 1: Court decision this week, big one, Louisiana v. Calais. I'm
- 40:49Speaker 1: telling you, you're going to spend, you know, if everything
- 40:52Speaker 1: goes right as a result of this, you're going to
- 40:54Speaker 1: spend the rest of your life being cognizant of politics
- 40:58Speaker 1: and American history, remembering this as an historic case, Louisiana v. Calais.
- 41:03Speaker 1: It's just so big. It's so big. It's a wonderful
- 41:07Speaker 1: civil rights case because it once again declares in no
- 41:11Speaker 1: uncertain terms that, um, You can't be racist. That's it.
- 41:17Speaker 1: You can't draw congressional districts based on race. You can't
- 41:21Speaker 1: use racial prejudice as a way to divide people. How
- 41:24Speaker 1: many times do we have to tell the left you're
- 41:26Speaker 1: not allowed to use racial prejudice and segregation as a
- 41:32Speaker 1: way to gain political power? You're not allowed to do that.
- 41:39Speaker 1: We have to keep saying we have to keep extending
- 41:41Speaker 1: that lesson over and over again. and over again. In fact,
- 41:47Speaker 1: on that front, let me start with a clip for
- 41:49Speaker 1: you from an idiot who's a New York Times columnist.
- 41:53Speaker 1: This clip is a New York Times columnist by the
- 41:56Speaker 1: name of Jamel Bowie, captured by our friends over at Breitbart.
- 42:00Speaker 1: They got a hold of this. And look at Jamel Bowie.
- 42:03Speaker 1: He makes an argument. Now, he will perfectly invert what's
- 42:07Speaker 1: actually going on right now in this case and what
- 42:10Speaker 1: it resulted in. Listen to his assessment, and then I'm
- 42:13Speaker 1: going to tell you why he's 1000% wrong. Listen to this.
- 42:17Speaker 7: I think this ruling is pure sophistry. It is pure sophistry.
- 42:22Speaker 7: It is actually insulting. It is insulting to look at
- 42:26Speaker 7: us with a straight face and say that even though
- 42:31Speaker 7: race tracks partisanship in the South, even though the reality
- 42:35Speaker 7: of racial polarization in voting means that in much of
- 42:38Speaker 7: the South and other places as well, that there is
- 42:40Speaker 7: a direct relationship between race and partisanship, that everyone knows this,
- 42:45Speaker 7: and that no one is stupid enough to say on
- 42:48Speaker 7: camera or in paper that they're discriminating on the basis
- 42:51Speaker 7: of race. I think to look at all of this
- 42:54Speaker 7: and then conclude that actually we shouldn't worry too much
- 42:58Speaker 7: about racial discrimination in voting, racial discrimination in redistricting, things
- 43:03Speaker 7: have changed. I think that's just, like I said, insulting.
- 43:07Speaker 1: First of all, it's the left that's being discriminatory. It's
- 43:11Speaker 1: the left that's dividing people up on the basis of
- 43:13Speaker 1: their skin color in order to accrue political power. It's
- 43:16Speaker 1: the left that's doing this. And we are telling you
- 43:20Speaker 1: to stop as we have throughout American history, decent people
- 43:23Speaker 1: have had to tell Democrats to stop judging people on
- 43:26Speaker 1: the basis of their race and stop trying to accrue
- 43:28Speaker 1: political power on the backs of people on the basis
- 43:31Speaker 1: of their skin color. Stop it. We're taking that away
- 43:34Speaker 1: from you. It's unconstitutional. It's unjust. It's immoral what you're doing.
- 43:40Speaker 1: And I love that he's giving us this lecture sitting
- 43:42Speaker 1: in his designer jacket and his multimillion dollar condo. He's
- 43:46Speaker 1: like just lecturing the rest of us about how we're
- 43:49Speaker 1: the bad people for not wanting racial prejudice in the
- 43:51Speaker 1: United States.
- 43:52Speaker 7: And moreover, allowing for racial gerrymandering as long as there
- 43:57Speaker 7: is some fake leaf of neutrality is basically the way
- 44:02Speaker 7: Jim Crow worked. And I think we should look at this.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Jim Crow, which was a creation of the Democrats. which
- 44:08Speaker 1: we also took away from them.
- 44:11Speaker 7: As more or less recapitulating the way Jim Crow were,
- 44:14Speaker 7: which actually wasn't necessarily through explicit prohibitions of Black voting,
- 44:18Speaker 7: but through the same kind of facially neutral, on-its-face, non-racial
- 44:23Speaker 7: rules and restrictions that are sensibly applied to everyone, but
- 44:27Speaker 7: really only weighed heavily on one particular group. Now, the
- 44:30Speaker 7: underlying theory of this vision of the 14th Amendment and
- 44:34Speaker 7: the 15th Amendment is that These amendments, the Reconstruction Amendments,
- 44:39Speaker 7: prevent classification according to race.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Now, the 14th and 15th Amendments prevent discrimination on the
- 44:47Speaker 1: basis of race. The 14th Amendment was designed, I'm going
- 44:53Speaker 1: to get, I'll get a little bit more into the
- 44:55Speaker 1: history of it in a moment, but it was designed
- 44:56Speaker 1: to afford equal protection under the law to all Americans,
- 45:01Speaker 1: and yes, specifically Americans. in the wake of the end
- 45:05Speaker 1: of slavery to make sure that black Americans were considered
- 45:08Speaker 1: exactly that. Americans, this is why we're having this whole
- 45:11Speaker 1: stupid birthright citizenship debate where the left is trying to
- 45:14Speaker 1: confer it on illegal aliens. No, it's for black Americans.
- 45:19Speaker 1: That's the whole reason we passed the 13th, the 14th,
- 45:22Speaker 1: and the 15th amendments. That's it. The 15th amendment saying
- 45:27Speaker 1: nobody can be deprived the right to vote on the
- 45:29Speaker 1: basis of their skin color. So what you're listening to
- 45:35Speaker 1: is historically and constitutionally illiterate. Colorblind.
- 45:39Speaker 7: There can be no classification according to race. And thus,
- 45:43Speaker 7: if there's no classification, well, we can't classify white people
- 45:47Speaker 7: as white. We can't classify black people as white. Everyone
- 45:49Speaker 7: will be treated equally by the political system when there's
- 45:52Speaker 7: no classification. If that sounds stupid to you, it's because
- 45:55Speaker 7: it is.
- 45:56Speaker 1: That sounds familiar. Well, that's a straw man that you
- 45:58Speaker 1: built that bears no resemblance to the actual amendments.
- 46:01Speaker 7: It's because it's an echo of the court's decision in
- 46:04Speaker 7: Plessy v. Ferguson, where it held that separate could be
- 46:07Speaker 7: equal because both whites and blacks were being kept separate.
- 46:11Speaker 7: No one was being classified.
- 46:13Speaker 9: Okay.
- 46:15Speaker 1: So you hear what he just said? For those of
- 46:18Speaker 1: you who are familiar with the history of the court here,
- 46:20Speaker 1: he referenced a case called Plessy v. Ferguson. And he
- 46:24Speaker 1: said that this decision this week to strike down racial
- 46:29Speaker 1: districting is a lot like Plessy v. Ferguson. This is
- 46:36Speaker 1: a lie, a 100% inversion of the truth that you're
- 46:41Speaker 1: hearing from Jamel Bowie, the New York Times columnist. A
- 46:45Speaker 1: perfect inversion of the truth. Plessy v. Ferguson straight up
- 46:51Speaker 1: endorsed racial segregation. Louisiana via Calais is putting an end
- 46:59Speaker 1: to racial segregation and racial prejudice when it comes to
- 47:03Speaker 1: drawing political maps. How are the two the same? They're not.
- 47:07Speaker 1: They're exactly the opposite. They're exactly the opposite. In fact,
- 47:13Speaker 1: in terms of the big court decisions in American history
- 47:18Speaker 1: related to the treatment of black Americans, You had the
- 47:21Speaker 1: Dred Scott case, which said that black Americans were not
- 47:24Speaker 1: Americans that did not confer citizenship on them. And then
- 47:27Speaker 1: you had Plessy v. Ferguson comes out. Plessy v. Ferguson
- 47:31Speaker 1: says that separate but equal, separate but equal. In other words,
- 47:35Speaker 1: Plessy v. Ferguson endorsed racial segregation, that we have separate
- 47:39Speaker 1: water fountains and bathrooms based on skin color. It's horrendous.
- 47:44Speaker 1: And then you have Brown versus Board of Education that
- 47:47Speaker 1: comes along and says, no, we need integration. It strikes
- 47:51Speaker 1: down the segregation of Plessy versus Ferguson. So Jamal Bowie,
- 47:57Speaker 1: this is the trick the Democrats do all the time.
- 47:59Speaker 1: What they do is they take the sins of the
- 48:02Speaker 1: Democrat party in the past, and then they ascribe them
- 48:05Speaker 1: to their Republican political opponents in the present. So they'll
- 48:08Speaker 1: look back at time and they'll say Jim Crow was awful.
- 48:11Speaker 1: What you're doing Republicans is Jim Crow. These are all
- 48:13Speaker 1: inventions of the Democrat party and decent Americans throughout American
- 48:17Speaker 1: history have been working to defeat all of this racism.
- 48:21Speaker 1: In fact, the Republican party was founded on this basis.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Abraham Lincoln, a Republican president held the union together and
- 48:29Speaker 1: ended slavery. The whole thing is just a never-ending series
- 48:35Speaker 1: of lies in the service of rigged political power. And
- 48:40Speaker 1: to this very day, the left is judging people on
- 48:42Speaker 1: the basis of their skin color and then drawing congressional
- 48:44Speaker 1: districts on that basis in order to try and accrue
- 48:46Speaker 1: power that is both immoral and ill-gotten. And so Democrats
- 48:51Speaker 1: right now are dramatically overrepresented in the United States House
- 48:53Speaker 1: of Representatives because of the rigged political system. That's what's
- 48:59Speaker 1: happening right now. And thanks to this decision this week,
- 49:03Speaker 1: the floodgates are finally open on decency. So we have
- 49:06Speaker 1: a number of states that are on the move already, already.
- 49:11Speaker 1: Here's what happened yesterday, one day after the big decision.
- 49:16Speaker 1: New York Times report, Louisiana will now delay its house
- 49:19Speaker 1: primaries after the Supreme Court decision. The Louisiana Secretary of
- 49:23Speaker 1: State said the House primary election will now be delayed.
- 49:27Speaker 1: The Senate primary itself will still go forward on May 16th.
- 49:30Speaker 1: The Senate is a statewide election, so it's irrelevant to
- 49:33Speaker 1: the drawing of district boundaries. Governor Jeff Landry of Louisiana
- 49:38Speaker 1: issued an executive order delaying House primary elections on Thursday.
- 49:44Speaker 1: He also requested that the legislature now reconvene and pass
- 49:46Speaker 1: new congressional maps. All other Louisiana races will continue with
- 49:52Speaker 1: early voting set to begin on Saturday ahead of the
- 49:55Speaker 1: state's May 16th primary. Well, that makes perfect sense. So
- 49:59Speaker 1: now what's happened, this is Louisiana, of course, which was
- 50:01Speaker 1: straight up ordered by the court to correct its racist districts.
- 50:05Speaker 1: They're now pausing the primary and they're saying, we're going
- 50:08Speaker 1: to fix the maps. Then we'll get back to the primary.
- 50:11Speaker 1: Wonderful news. Wonderful news that this is underway. Louisiana not alone. Now,
- 50:16Speaker 1: President Trump is very happy with what Louisiana just did.
- 50:20Speaker 1: He posted about this on Truth Social. He thanked the governor,
- 50:23Speaker 1: Jeff Landry, for his leadership on this very important Calais
- 50:26Speaker 1: case and for moving so quickly to fix the unconstitutionality
- 50:30Speaker 1: of the maps. Also from the president, He said he
- 50:34Speaker 1: just spoke to the governor of Tennessee yesterday, Bill Lee.
- 50:37Speaker 1: He had a conversation with him yesterday morning wherein he
- 50:40Speaker 1: stated he's going to work hard to correct the unconstitutional
- 50:43Speaker 1: flaw in the congressional maps of the great state of Tennessee.
- 50:48Speaker 1: So Tennessee also underway. And then there's Florida. Florida is
- 50:54Speaker 1: in the midst of redoing its maps right now. In fact,
- 50:59Speaker 1: within an hour after the Supreme Court decision, The House
- 51:04Speaker 1: in Florida, the state legislature, immediately voted in the new
- 51:08Speaker 1: maps as presented by the governor, Ron DeSantis. That could
- 51:12Speaker 1: mean four more Republican congressmen from the state, which is amazing.
- 51:19Speaker 1: And yesterday, Ron DeSantis was mocking Hakeem Jeffries for saying
- 51:24Speaker 1: he wants to go to war against Florida Republicans. And
- 51:26Speaker 1: Ron DeSantis has been loving every moment of this. He's like,
- 51:28Speaker 1: come on, buddy. You want to go to war against us?
- 51:31Speaker 1: I can't wait for you to get here. Come fight
- 51:33Speaker 1: against us. Maximum warfare, Hakeem. Here's Ron DeSantis doing a
- 51:38Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries impression. What a fun clip. Cut, one, watch.
- 51:43Speaker 5: We're going to do maximum warfare against Republicans. Florida Republicans,
- 51:50Speaker 5: you F around. You're going to find out all this stuff. And,
- 51:53Speaker 5: you know, what I said was, listen, and he's like, oh,
- 51:59Speaker 5: if you do the redistricting, we're going to take out
- 52:01Speaker 5: all your members. We're going to do all this stuff.
- 52:03Speaker 5: And what I said was, go ahead, make my day.
- 52:08Speaker 5: You don't think we're going to. You want to come
- 52:13Speaker 5: down here and spend money and in Florida, roll the
- 52:17Speaker 5: dice and take your chances.
- 52:19Speaker 8: But.
- 52:19Speaker 5: Don't think that you can come down here, issue threats
- 52:23Speaker 5: to us, and somehow you're going to make us flinch.
- 52:26Speaker 5: That is not happening. And, in fact, it did not
- 52:29Speaker 5: happen because as soon as he came out and started
- 52:32Speaker 5: doing that last week, Florida legislature turned around and they
- 52:36Speaker 5: passed a new map.
- 52:39Speaker 1: Yeah, amen. Amen. So good. I love that. He's like, dude,
- 52:44Speaker 1: you're going to make it so great. Come down here.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Please fight us. Please keep standing up for racism. Please
- 52:48Speaker 1: keep attacking. It's only going to help fill our political coffers.
- 52:52Speaker 1: We're going to have a great time if Hakeem Jeffries
- 52:55Speaker 1: continues to act like the lunatic that he is, which
- 52:57Speaker 1: he is. He's a total lunatic. By the way, I
- 53:01Speaker 1: do want to share something with you that I think
- 53:03Speaker 1: you'll really enjoy. You know, You just heard from that
- 53:07Speaker 1: crazy New York Times columnist saying that, oh, race determines
- 53:11Speaker 1: who you vote for. Well, to whatever extent that's ever
- 53:14Speaker 1: been true in American history, President Trump has changed the
- 53:17Speaker 1: math so much. Black voters, by meaningful numbers, are starting
- 53:22Speaker 1: to return home to the Republican Party. And even CNN's
- 53:27Speaker 1: enthusiastic numbers guy noticed this this week. He said, guys,
- 53:32Speaker 1: I'm looking at the numbers here. And black voters are
- 53:35Speaker 1: definitely moving towards President Trump and the Make America Great
- 53:38Speaker 1: Again agenda. I want you to take a look at this.
- 53:41Speaker 1: Here's Harry Enten, an enthusiastic numbers guy over at CNN,
- 53:45Speaker 1: assessing what's going on with black voters in the United
- 53:49Speaker 1: States of America right now.
- 53:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I think what we're seeing right now in the
- 53:52Speaker 4: numbers is President Trump and the Republican Party are chipping
- 53:56Speaker 4: away at the long-term advantage that Democrats have had with
- 53:59Speaker 4: black voters with African Americans.
- 54:01Speaker 1: You can see it right here.
- 54:02Speaker 4: Look, Trump's approval among African Americans at this point in
- 54:04Speaker 4: term one, he was at 12%.
- 54:06Speaker 10: You know, he's been.
- 54:07Speaker 7: Losing ground with a lot of people.
- 54:08Speaker 2: He's gaining.
- 54:09Speaker 4: He's gaining ground with African Americans. He's up to 16%
- 54:13Speaker 4: at this point. And you say, this isn't that big
- 54:15Speaker 4: of a shift. But I will tell you, Republicans absolutely
- 54:18Speaker 4: love this shift.
- 54:19Speaker 1: That's going on.
- 54:20Speaker 4: Because Democrats have had such a long-term advantage. The fact
- 54:24Speaker 4: that he's actually gaining ground versus where he was in
- 54:27Speaker 4: term number one, this has major implications for elections down
- 54:31Speaker 4: the line because Democrats, especially in a lot of these
- 54:33Speaker 4: tight races, you talk about places like Georgia right down
- 54:36Speaker 4: in the south, you see this type of movement for
- 54:38Speaker 4: Trump actually gaining ground, this could have major ramifications and
- 54:41Speaker 4: help put Republicans over the top in a number of
- 54:44Speaker 4: southern places. in the midterm election.
- 54:45Speaker 1: He's right about this. Even small movement among black voters
- 54:48Speaker 1: in the United States is in many ways determinative. It
- 54:51Speaker 1: really helps politically that President Trump is growing the coalition here.
- 54:55Speaker 1: And you'll hear, Harry will say, okay, people might look
- 54:58Speaker 1: at this and go, well, these are relatively... small numbers,
- 55:01Speaker 1: are they really cause for celebration on the right? And
- 55:03Speaker 1: he goes, once you dig in a little bit more,
- 55:05Speaker 1: you start to realize this is a very big deal.
- 55:08Speaker 1: So do you see this as part of a bigger trend?
- 55:10Speaker 4: I see this as absolutely part of a bigger trend.
- 55:13Speaker 4: Donald Trump's Republican Party is absolutely gaining ground, not just
- 55:18Speaker 4: him gaining in terms of his approval rating, but look
- 55:20Speaker 4: at the party ID margin, Kate, because this to me
- 55:23Speaker 4: was absolutely stunning. Look at this, party ID margin among
- 55:26Speaker 4: African Americans at this point In Trump term number one,
- 55:28Speaker 4: Democrats had a 63-point advantage.
- 55:31Speaker 1: That has absolutely fallen. Look at where it is now,
- 55:33Speaker 1: a double-digit shift away.
- 55:35Speaker 4: Democrats, of course, still have the advantage, but it's a
- 55:37Speaker 4: 12-point shift to the Republican Party. And I look back
- 55:41Speaker 4: through Gallup's records. They sent me their records. And this,
- 55:43Speaker 4: in fact, lead that Democrats have is actually smaller than
- 55:47Speaker 4: any lead from 2006 to 2021. So democratically, but again,
- 55:52Speaker 4: we're talking about chipping away. Republicans are chipping away at
- 55:56Speaker 4: this long-term advantage that Democrats have had among African-Americans. We
- 55:59Speaker 4: see it in terms of Trump's approval rating, and we
- 56:02Speaker 4: even see it to a wider degree among the party
- 56:04Speaker 4: ID margin where all of a sudden there are a
- 56:06Speaker 4: number of African-Americans who are walking away from the democratic
- 56:09Speaker 4: party and a number of them who are walking into
- 56:12Speaker 4: the Republican tent.
- 56:15Speaker 1: This trend can continue by the way, this trend should continue.
- 56:21Speaker 1: by the way. The Democrat Party has served black voters
- 56:25Speaker 1: nothing but an endless series of betrayals and racial prejudice.
- 56:31Speaker 1: Everybody should walk away from the Democrat Party, regardless of
- 56:34Speaker 1: skin color. That's the point. But a fun trend. And
- 56:38Speaker 1: you think CNN's viewer was happy with what he saw
- 56:42Speaker 1: from Harry Enten yesterday? Harry Enten, enthusiastic. He's like the
- 56:48Speaker 1: count on Sesame Street. but for CNN. That's his job. Very, very,
- 56:56Speaker 1: very cool. Love to see that. Speaking of the numbers,
- 57:01Speaker 1: I do have something else I want to mention to you,
- 57:03Speaker 1: which is that the Trump Justice Department is cracking down
- 57:06Speaker 1: on fraud on the West Coast, which I really love.
- 57:09Speaker 1: They just announced a brand new West Coast strike force
- 57:13Speaker 1: to take down fraudsters. which is fantastic. Remember, what happened
- 57:18Speaker 1: with fraud is the Trump administration put Vice President J.D.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Vance in charge of going after all the fraudsters across
- 57:23Speaker 1: the country, including the Somalis in Minnesota that have stolen
- 57:27Speaker 1: nearly $ 20 billion, at least, of your money. They're going
- 57:32Speaker 1: after these guys. And in the Justice Department, they got
- 57:35Speaker 1: a new assistant attorney general by the name of Colin
- 57:37Speaker 1: McDonald to do this. which is great. They got him
- 57:40Speaker 1: through Senate confirmation. He's off to the races. He reports
- 57:43Speaker 1: directly to the vice president. This is a very big deal.
- 57:46Speaker 1: And just yesterday, they launched the West Coast strike force
- 57:52Speaker 1: to go after all those Democrat-run states on the West Coast.
- 57:57Speaker 1: Take a look. Here's Colin McDonald making the announcement yesterday. Watch.
- 58:02Speaker 9: We welcome all who share our concern for taxpayer dollars.
- 58:07Speaker 9: to join us in this mission. And I am pleased
- 58:11Speaker 9: to announce today a major new fraud division initiative to
- 58:17Speaker 9: combat healthcare fraud. The creation of the West Coast Healthcare
- 58:22Speaker 9: Fraud Strike Force in Arizona, Nevada, and right here in
- 58:27Speaker 9: the Northern District of California. The data shows that the
- 58:31Speaker 9: need for this new strike force is urgent and undeniable.
- 58:36Speaker 9: Healthcare fraud in these districts imposes an enormous and growing
- 58:40Speaker 9: burden on American taxpayers as fraudsters exploit programs meant for
- 58:46Speaker 9: the poor, needy, elderly, and disabled. Some of the most
- 58:52Speaker 9: significant Medicaid, wound care, and digital health technology fraud cases
- 58:58Speaker 9: have been prosecuted in these districts. This new regional strike
- 59:03Speaker 9: force will be staffed by at least 10 prosecutors from
- 59:07Speaker 9: the Fraud Division's Healthcare Fraud Section who will be a
- 59:11Speaker 9: force multiplier for these U.S. Attorney's Offices to combat a
- 59:16Speaker 9: healthcare fraud crisis that is robbing taxpayers and harming patients.
- 59:24Speaker 1: You know something? There is a special place in hell
- 59:28Speaker 1: for people who steal from the elderly, who steal from
- 59:33Speaker 1: the taxpayers, the things that are meant for some of
- 59:37Speaker 1: the most vulnerable people in our community, the elderly, senior citizens.
- 59:42Speaker 1: It is vile that this has been going on. And
- 59:45Speaker 1: I'm really grateful that the Trump administration is tackling it
- 59:47Speaker 1: for the first time in a very long time. We've
- 59:48Speaker 1: heard for so many years now that Washington's going to
- 59:51Speaker 1: tackle waste, fraud, and abuse. Oh, we'll tackle waste, fraud,
- 59:53Speaker 1: and abuse. Oh, we'll go after all the waste, fraud,
- 59:54Speaker 1: and abuse. And then they never do. These guys are
- 59:57Speaker 1: actually doing it. They're arresting people, prosecuting them, securing guilty convictions.
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: It's a big deal. Sentencing them to jail. I would
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: just add one thing. We saw this week, the media
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: doing a freak out about this, that the Trump administration
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: has restored firing squads as a means of execution. Firing
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: squads are back. You guys seen this? The Justice Department
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: announcing on last Friday that it would reimplement lethal injection
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: and firing squads as the part of the Trump administration's
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: efforts to strengthen the federal death penalty. Can we get
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: firing squads for people who steal from old people? If
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: you steal from grandma, if you deprive her of medical
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: care so that you can buy a Bugatti, I think
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: we should kill you. I think we should have a
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: firing squad for you. You know, after, of course, you
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: go through a court process where we prove your guilt. That's,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: of course, what I'm talking about. I'm Maybe a firing
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: squad for the people who steal from the elderly. That
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: could be good. You know, I'd like to stop that.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: Thank you to the Trump administration for being all over this.
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: I really appreciate you guys big time. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: what a great week. Great to spend so much time

- 1:02:25Speaker 1: back with you Monday. The Dan Bongino Show.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: This is not a football game.
