- 0:01Speaker 1: That they've decided to finally list Zoro Ranch. Well, what
- 0:05do you know, hallelujah. This place should have been listed
- 0:10so long ago. This should have been one of the
- 0:12first properties sold. Hell screw that, this property, along with
- 0:16the other ones, should have been seized. You know, if
- 0:21these dudes were out here selling drugs, everything they had
- 0:25would have been seized. But since they're just raping people
- 0:29and involved in human trafficking, it's all good, right, no
- 0:32big deal. Well breaking news, it is a big deal, okay.
- 0:37And these people who were involved in this, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 0:41all of his cohorts, they have all gotten away with
- 0:45it for way, way too long. And now you know,
- 0:48you have the news of Cosby getting out, and I
- 0:51see people trying to equate that to the Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:56situation in Glene Maxwell situation, And to me, all if
- 1:00I see her apples and oranges, folks, So, I don't
- 1:06see how anyone could equate those two situations. They're very different.
- 1:11One's a state case, one is federal. You know, there
- 1:15is really no similarities in the two cases besides the
- 1:19fact that they both have to do with sexual assault,
- 1:22rape and the abuse of power by powerful men. But
- 1:27that's where the similarities end in that case, right, So
- 1:32I don't know. I pretty much set everything that needs
- 1:37to be said about that ridiculous comparison on yesterday's morning update,
- 1:42But maybe I'll revisit that again later on, because I'll
- 1:45tell you what, it's absolutely a ridiculous comparison to make,
- 1:51in my opinion, just as ridiculous as the fact that
- 1:58there has never been any every one charged in New
- 2:01Mexico for Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. We know that girls were
- 2:07being abused at Zoro Ranch. We know this. They've said that,
- 2:11corroborating witnesses have come out and said what has occurred there.
- 2:17But yet the Attorney General of New Mexico, the powers
- 2:20that be in New Mexico, have decided in all of
- 2:23their wisdom that they're never that known criminal case is
- 2:27necessary inside of their state. It's such a joke when
- 2:33you have these prosecutors, these local state prosecutors, who try
- 2:37and punt and give it to the Feds to handle instead. Look,
- 2:42your job as the attorney general of your state is
- 2:47to prosecute people who commit crimes in your state, point blank, period.
- 2:54And too many of these clowns don't want to do that,
- 2:57it seems when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, there should
- 3:00be an investigation in New York. There should be an
- 3:04investigation in New Mexico, Florida. Obviously, we know because of
- 3:08the non prosecution agreement it's a bit squirrely down there, right,
- 3:11But every place where Epstein allegedly abused girls, there should
- 3:16be a concurrent state investigation running right alongside this federal investigation.
- 3:26Why wouldn't they want every single base covered less? Of course,
- 3:35they got something to hide. Our article today is from
- 3:40the New York Post and the author of this article
- 3:44is Mary K. Jacob. Headline Inside Jeffrey Epstein's infamous New
- 3:50Mexico estate now on sale for twenty seven and a
- 3:54half million dollars. Jeffrey Epstein's roughly eight thousand acre New
- 4:02Mexico ranch, where the disgraced financier pedophile allegedly trafficked several women,
- 4:09has now hit the market for a whopping twenty seven
- 4:12and a half million dollars. The Post can confirm, Well,
- 4:16the good thing is that's just some pocket change, right
- 4:19who uh, who's going in with me? Go check out
- 4:22the couches at your house for some change, we'll all
- 4:25chip in and we'll buy this place. What do you
- 4:27think I mean, all kitting aside twenty seven and a
- 4:30half million dollars. Wow, it's worth it, Honestly. The property
- 4:36is awesome looking right, The lands and stuff out there
- 4:39is incredible. If you're into the wilderness and you like
- 4:42the high desert, you like nice snowstorms in the winter,
- 4:46you like the heat in the summer, this is the
- 4:49perfect place for you. And you would think, right, somebody
- 4:53who has the money to buy a place like this,
- 4:55somebody who ends up purchasing a place like this, would
- 4:59make it an awesome place, a place where your family comes,
- 5:02You ride ATVs, you go fishing, you might do some hunting,
- 5:05some camping, some hiking, all of it. That's what normal
- 5:11people do if they buy a property such as this, Right,
- 5:14it's something for their family, something for the people they
- 5:17love to enjoy. Not when it comes to somebody like
- 5:20Jeffrey Epstein, Folks, he buys this place to make it
- 5:24an absolute house of horrors, the worst of the worst,
- 5:28in the middle of the desert, desolate, nowhere to go.
- 5:32Even if you got away and you wanted to escape,
- 5:34where would you go? See I've been there personally. I've
- 5:40seen this place with my own eyes, and I can
- 5:43tell you for a fact this property was chosen for
- 5:49a specific reason. It wasn't an accident that Jeffrey Epstein
- 5:56ended up in New Mexico. It's not an accident that
- 5:59he ended up up at Zoro Ranch in the location
- 6:02it's located at. All of this was part of a
- 6:06gigantic plan, a plot by Epstein and its associates to
- 6:12get themselves a bit of privacy so that they can
- 6:16function the way they want to function. And that is
- 6:19exactly what Zoro Ranch was for them. And it's sad
- 6:27that this place has never been raided, that this place
- 6:30is obviously never going to be rated, and whatever evidence
- 6:33that was on property is now gone forever. Way to
- 6:38go New Mexico, Way to go Attorney General's office, way
- 6:42to go federal government, you bunch of bozo ass clowns.
- 6:48Known as the Zoro Ranch. The main three story home
- 6:51spans a massive thirty thousand square feet and is made
- 6:55up of four bedrooms. The proceeds from the cell are
- 6:58expected to be used for the estates regular administration, including
- 7:03its payment as necessary of taxes creditors and claimants. Daniel H. Weener,
- 7:09who told who represents Epstein's estate, told the Post, Oh yeah, well,
- 7:14you know, Uncle Sam's getting his cut. Our crooked ass
- 7:18criminal organization of a government is definitely definitely getting their peace.
- 7:24To hell with the survivors. We all know that the
- 7:26government has been the biggest benef benefactor of Epstein's estate
- 7:30as it is due to taxes. So why should that change.
- 7:34You would think that the government would step up and say,
- 7:36we're waiving our right to these taxes and we're gonna
- 7:39let these survivors get this money tax free. No, they're
- 7:45not going to do that. Though they'll bullshit you and
- 7:48act like they care about people. They'll bullshit you and
- 7:50act like they care about these girls, and they'll certainly
- 7:53bullshit you and say that they care about getting people
- 7:55like Epstein off of the streets. But we all know
- 7:59the scoop, we all know the deal, and we all
- 8:02know they're hoping for a technicality like their boy Bill Cosby.
- 8:06But guess what, that's not gonna happen in this case. Okay,
- 8:10I hope not. Anyway, there is so much evidence here, folks,
- 8:15piles and piles and piles of evidence. Again, That is
- 8:20why I say the comparisons in the Cosby case are
- 8:24just I don't find them to be as large as
- 8:29some others might seem to find them. Now, I get it,
- 8:32the justic system screwed up, and if you give people
- 8:37like Maxwell's team any kind of traction, they're gonna they're
- 8:39gonna attempt to use it. But I think that it's
- 8:43a losing strategy. Once again, I honestly believe that there
- 8:46are no loopholes and there are no technicalities that she's
- 8:50gonna be able to use to wiggle off that hook.
- 8:56Now that COVID nineteen travel restrictions have begun to ease,
- 8:59this unique property should be more easily accessible to a
- 9:02greater number of potential purchasers ween are added. So they
- 9:07opened up thursday, I believe to one hundred percent capacity
- 9:12in New Mexico. So that means that there should be
- 9:17an open house for this right m Maybe a trip
- 9:20down to the open house to get a walk through
- 9:22of this property is in order, because I'll tell you what,
- 9:26I wanted to head down to New Mexico anyway, And
- 9:32now that these restrictions are being lifted, that's the game changer.
- 9:35I've been waiting for. So I'll keep you guys posted,
- 9:39But it's definitely something that I am throwing around right now,
- 9:42tossing around in the air, because I'd love to get
- 9:46a walk through that place, boys and girls. I would
- 9:49love to be able to see behind those doors. Epstein
- 9:56first purchased of the land, comprised of a patchwork of
- 9:59private and least federal lands, back in nineteen ninety three.
- 10:03Though he was never charged with a crime in New Mexico,
- 10:06the compound has been painted as integral to his alleged
- 10:09sex trafficking operation by multiple women who claimed they were
- 10:13trafficked and raped at the ranch. The Siko also reportedly
- 10:19had plans to make it a baby making factory where
- 10:22he would inseminate victims. So again, can anyone explain to
- 10:28me and give me a good reason why it has
- 10:31never been raided? Can anyone give me a reason? Nobody
- 10:36has been able to give me one lately, and maybe
- 10:39you can give me one. Oscar David Marcus, you absolute clown,
- 10:43ambulance chasing six man swingman. Can you give me an answer?
- 10:48Nobody seems to be able to do that. How in
- 10:54the world is this place still up and running? How
- 10:58in the world has this place not been kicked in
- 11:02by the FBI? What is it that was going on
- 11:06in New Mexico that was so important for them to hide?
- 11:10Why would they raid every other property of Jeffrey Epstein's
- 11:14besides the one in New Mexico. Now, look, that's a
- 11:17rhetorical question. I don't have the answers right. Oh. I
- 11:20have a few thoughts, no doubt about that. But the
- 11:25question remains, folks, only one of these properties wasn't raided,
- 11:30and I think we deserve some answers as to why.
- 11:37In addition to the main house, the estate includes a
- 11:40nearby caretaker's residence and Ranch Central, a small village located
- 11:45near the ranch's entry area that has four different properties
- 11:49according to the listing. Now, I've posted pictures on Twitter
- 11:54and on the Facebook page of Zoro Ranch that I
- 11:58took when I went there. Again, I'll post those pictures
- 12:01again today on the Facebook page, so you can see
- 12:05the caretaker's residents and Ranch Central right at the front.
- 12:10I got some pretty decent pictures of that, so I'll
- 12:12definitely toss those up again. But the property goes way, way,
- 12:17way way further back than that, so you have the
- 12:21central area there Ranch Central, and then from there it
- 12:26sprawls all the way back into a much more private setting.
- 12:34Other features of the compound include a grass air strip,
- 12:37a hangar, horse stables, a firehouse, greenhouse, and a yurt.
- 12:42A yurt huh, I mean, what are they out there
- 12:45doing their best Djengis Khan impersonation a yurt? Okay? I
- 12:50mean cool, I'm down to hang out in a yurt.
- 12:53I guess just a little odd at Jeffrey Epstein's pad
- 12:56to find a yurt and the hangar, well, we know
- 12:59Glene Maxwell was ferrying passengers from the airport via helicopter.
- 13:03That's according to my own sources, So we know that
- 13:06that's definitely the case, and we know that there were
- 13:09planes landing and coming and going from that airstrip as well.
- 13:15The estate is located thirty five minutes from Santa Fe
- 13:18and both scenic views in all directions. It actually took
- 13:21me forty seven minutes to get there from Santa Fe.
- 13:28And they're not kidding. There are incredible scenic views all
- 13:32over the property. I mean incredible scenic views. And in
- 13:36this article there are a bunch of pictures as well
- 13:39for you to check out. So make sure you go
- 13:41check click on the link and go to this New
- 13:43York Post article. I mean again, this place is absolutely beautiful.
- 13:49Right now as we speak, I am sitting in a
- 13:51cabin myself somewhere nestled between Big Bear Lake and Lake
- 13:57Arrowhead and California, at about seven thousand feet and it
- 14:02is an epic place. I mean, downstairs, there's a pool table,
- 14:08you know, got all kinds of like video game type
- 14:14situations down in the game room, this big deck. Just
- 14:17an incredible place where I'm at right now, and it
- 14:20is it might as well be a section eight compared
- 14:25to where Jeffrey Epstein's pad was, what his house looked like.
- 14:28I mean, it was just it's an epic place, the
- 14:32kind of place that if you like the outdoors, you
- 14:35like the wilderness, you like the desert, all of that stuff,
- 14:38this is a dream home for you. And this son
- 14:43of a bitch scumbag instead of making it a place
- 14:46for children to come and you know, really have a
- 14:51good time, make it. You know, that whole village he had,
- 14:54He could have done so much, is what I'm trying
- 14:55to say. With that money, he chose to do what
- 14:58he did, and so did he lay Maxwell and they
- 15:01chose to use Zoro Ranch as a base of operations.
- 15:05So why in the world was it never rated. This
- 15:13follows a string of properties sold by Epstein's estate following
- 15:17the Prolific Pervs. Twenty nineteen suicide allegedly at a New
- 15:22York City correctional center after he was charged with sex
- 15:25trafficking and conspiracy to traffic miners for sex. Again, how
- 15:30come he he wasn't hit with the Man Act? Folks,
- 15:32any lawyers out there listening to the podcast today can
- 15:36if you want to want to clue me in on
- 15:38why this clown ass MF wasn't hit with the Man Act?
- 15:43Why Glaine Maxwell wasn't hit with the Man Act? That's
- 15:47what the thing was created for, right Are we ever
- 15:49gonna use it? Are we not gonna? I mean, what
- 15:51the hell you know? I don't understand. Also, how R
- 15:55Kelly is charged with RICO but Glaine Maxwell is not.
- 16:00You look at all of the different places they were
- 16:02bringing girls, taking girls, and it is a clear cut
- 16:06case of RICO. But for some reason, Maureen Comian friends
- 16:15have not decided to pursue it that way. And that, folks,
- 16:19is the most distressing part of this whole case in
- 16:23my opinion, Zoro Ranch is the sprawling site where Epstein
- 16:29planned to artificially inseminate women. According to a lengthy profile
- 16:33in The New York Times, computer scientist and writer Jaron
- 16:36Lanier told the Times that he once spoke to a
- 16:39scientist who related how the convicted pedophile's goal was to
- 16:43have twenty women at a time impregnated at the ranch.
- 16:48And you see, when you're dealing with a narcissist like
- 16:50Jeffrey Epstein, like doctor Delay told us and explained to
- 16:53us that this guy wants to inseminate this many women
- 16:57because he truly believes that his g his DNA are
- 17:01superior to everybody else's. So with that mind, he thought
- 17:05he was gonna see a whole bunch of children, have
- 17:09himself a whole bunch of little hymns running around. Huh,
- 17:12just what this world needs. Epstein kept tight security at
- 17:20the ranch, too. According to a contractor who worked on
- 17:23the site, we had to be escorted in on a
- 17:26truck with other employees, and once inside, we had to
- 17:29put little hospital booties over our feet, and it was
- 17:32mandated that we are escorted everywhere we went. And you
- 17:36side entrances. The contractor recalled about every three minutes someone
- 17:41would come down to keep an eye on us while
- 17:42we were working. And the source I spoke to in
- 17:46New Mexico talked about the same thing about when they
- 17:49were working and delivering things there. How it was the
- 17:51same procedure. Watched like a hawk, these dudes. They were
- 17:55keeping an eye on every little thing that you did.
- 18:00And it doesn't shock me. Right, Epstein, Maxwell, the whole team,
- 18:05all those people. You know that they're going to have
- 18:08a keen eye on everybody who's working. They don't want
- 18:11you stumbling into the av room, right, they don't want
- 18:13you stumbling into you know, something you shouldn't see. So
- 18:18it's gonna be a well managed, well manicured stay. It's
- 18:23going to be a situation where you're there to do
- 18:26whatever the job is, and that is it alone. Do
- 18:28not wander around, do not check out other rooms, no exploring,
- 18:33none of that shit. There's gonna be eyes on you
- 18:36at all times anytime you're dealing with Epstein or one
- 18:39of his properties. So again, now when you're looking at
- 18:43it and you know everything we know, shit looks real, suspect,
- 18:47doesn't it. What was Epstein hiding at that ranch? What
- 18:51was really going on at that ranch? And why are
- 18:55the authorities so scared to rate it? What are they
- 19:01worried about? Why didn't they do it? What were they
- 19:04worried they were going to expose? Again, I don't have
- 19:08those answers, folks, but those are questions that certainly need
- 19:11to be asked. Earlier this year, Epstein's Manhattan townhouse sold
- 19:16for a whopping fifty one million dollars. Wopping, considering it
- 19:21was listed for eighty eight kind of a haircut, in
- 19:25my opinion. His Palm Beach, Florida compounds sold for eighteen
- 19:28and a half million, and the new owner plans to
- 19:31completely demolish it with the intent of building a new
- 19:33structure that's already occurring. Neil Ryan of Southbees International Realty
- 19:39has the listing. The Wall Street Journal was the first
- 19:42to report the property hitting the market. So it shouldn't
- 19:47shock you that Southbeece is involved, considering their scumbaggery in
- 19:51the art world. Well, folks, finally Zoro Ranch is up
- 19:57for sale, and it's a sad day. Honestly. Look, it's
- 20:01good that the money's gonna be, you know, divvied out
- 20:04sent to the fund whatever. But it's sad that nobody
- 20:07has ever rated it. It's sad that the Attorney General
- 20:10of New Mexico never felt it worthy of criminal investigation.
- 20:15And it's even more sad and more importantly sad for
- 20:19the survivors who were abused there, who are again denied justice.
- 20:27If you like to contact me, you could do that
- 20:29at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bbu
- 20:33Y c ap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You
- 20:38can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore c
- 20:42ap u Cci. All of the links that go with
- 20:46this episode can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
- 20:51what's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 20:56Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico ranch is basically possible to sell
- 21:01at this point, and they've had to give it several
- 21:03haircuts off its original price. However, that hasn't enticed anybody
- 21:08to come forward and say, you know what, I think
- 21:11I want to purchase Jeffrey Epstein's transhumanism baby making ranch.
- 21:17And I don't see there being a market for it now,
- 21:20especially considering how high the interest rates are and how
- 21:25cumbersome it is to get yourself some sort of loan
- 21:28at this point. So my guess is this ranch is
- 21:32going to sit on the market for quite some time.
- 21:35But really the question is, how is it that this
- 21:38ranch was never rated. You have a dude who compiles
- 21:43a website about Area fifty one, and the cops raid
- 21:47this guy's house with a no knock warrant, full tactical gear,
- 21:51guns drawn, the whole thing. But nobody could have been
- 21:54bothered to kick in the door at Jeffrey Epstein's ranch
- 21:57over here and see what sort of evidence is possibly
- 22:01on the property, considering women and girls have said they've
- 22:04been abused there, considering we've heard horror story after horror
- 22:09story about what went on there. But nobody in this
- 22:12state could be bothered to kick in that door and
- 22:15raid this place. And it's amazing to me because you
- 22:20look around and you see the other places that they
- 22:22raid or spend resources at, and it makes you shake
- 22:25your head. Now, look, I'm not saying the guy that
- 22:28had the Area of fifty one website wasn't, you know,
- 22:31maybe dicking around with classified files or something, But really,
- 22:35you're going to raid that dude's house that way with
- 22:38tactical teams and guns drawn, the whole thing. But Jeffrey
- 22:42Epstein's radch over here in New Mexico. Ah, we don't
- 22:45have any time to go check out what's going on
- 22:47over there. I mean, it's all absurd. And then you
- 22:50wonder why people are looking at you sideways, meaning the
- 22:53Department of Justice. It's like, okay, cool, we'll go after
- 22:57the low hanging fruit, but we're not gonna go after
- 22:59the real criminal. We're gonna let people like Jeffrey Epstein
- 23:02just slide on by. And the Area fifty one guy,
- 23:06oh no, forget that he's going down to Gitmo. It's
- 23:09crazy and it's a waste of resources. Can anyone out
- 23:14there listening to this podcast truly tell me you care
- 23:17what some guy who is compiling information about Area fifty
- 23:20one has on his computer, especially considering we know that
- 23:25there's people like Epstein out there right now as we speak.
- 23:28Epstein was only the tip of the iceberg. But yeah,
- 23:31go on with your bad self and pat yourselves on
- 23:34the back for rating the area of fifty one guy's house.
- 23:37While Jeffrey Epstein's ranch has never been raided and Sam
- 23:40Bankman freed in company are still running around having Harry
- 23:44Potter Orgy's Do we live in a simulation or what? Folks,
- 23:49this can't be the real This can't be real life,
- 23:51right am? I unlike some kind of like induced slumber
- 23:54that I don't know about, because this is all absurd
- 23:58to me. Today's article is from the Daily Mail, headline
- 24:03sale price of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's eight thousand acre New
- 24:07Mexico ranch is slashed by nine and a half million
- 24:10to eighteen million after sitting on the market for a
- 24:13year and a half. So this is the worst time
- 24:16for a place like this to be on the market,
- 24:18considering all of the financial uncertainty that's present, And nobody's
- 24:22really gonna make a leap here and buy this, at
- 24:25least nobody who isn't filthy rich already. My guess would
- 24:29be this will be a cash purchase. If somebody swoops
- 24:32in to buy this place, they're gonna come in with
- 24:34a bag full of money and not have to worry
- 24:36about paying interest rates and stuff like that. But short
- 24:39of that, I don't think you're going to get any
- 24:41sort of normal person, or any sort of even rich
- 24:44person who isn't filthy rich. To swoop in and buy
- 24:48this place. This article was authored by Hope Sloop and
- 24:53Daniel Bates. Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's new Mexico ranch had
- 24:59its price life once again as it continues to sit
- 25:02on the market. After nearly a year and a half,
- 25:05the Zoro Ranch, thirty five miles from Santa Fe, is
- 25:08now down to eighteen million dollars, a nearly ten million
- 25:11dollar drop from its initial listing price of twenty seven
- 25:15and a half million. And now, look, I've been down
- 25:17there personally and I've seen what this ranch looks like,
- 25:21and there's no doubt it's a beautiful property. The problem
- 25:24is all of the horrific shit that happened on that property,
- 25:28and that's really not a draw for people. Nobody's sitting
- 25:31around right now, at least I wouldn't think so, saying
- 25:34to themselves, boy oh boy, I can't wait to stroll
- 25:37into Jeffrey Epstein's old house and set my family up here.
- 25:41I mean, come on, So it's gonna take a special
- 25:44kind of buyer to purchase a place like this, And
- 25:47I've said it a million times. If I had the money,
- 25:49I'd buy this place, and I'd turn it into a
- 25:51home or a transition center for women who have been trafficked.
- 25:57Epstein's New Mexico home, which sits on you new nearly
- 26:00eight thousand acres, first went on the market in July
- 26:02of twenty twenty one. Buyers could be deterred by reports
- 26:06indicating he had hopes to turn the sprawling thirty three
- 26:09thousand square foot property into a baby making factory, and
- 26:13that several women have reported to have been raped and
- 26:16assaulted there when they were under age. And remember no
- 26:19state investigation by New Mexico. They never initiated a state investigation. Ever,
- 26:25they punted it to the Feds. They could have easily
- 26:27raided this house. I mean, think about it. If you
- 26:30were the DA and someone reported this to you, that
- 26:33people were being molested and raped in your state, don't
- 26:36you think you would have taken action? Or would you
- 26:38punt to the Feds and wash your hands clean of it.
- 26:46Several women reported being sexually abused by Epstein at the
- 26:49New Mexico property. The New York financier was never charged
- 26:53in the state with any crimes, however, and it's also
- 26:56funny that he didn't have to register as a sex
- 26:58offender there So remember with that Epstein, everything was planned
- 27:01out right. He always had a blueprint. He wasn't just
- 27:04shooting from the hit. For as much of a disgusting
- 27:06person as Epstein was, he was pretty shrewd and he
- 27:10knew how to manipulate situations to his benefit. And there's
- 27:13no doubt about that. Delipressot delimail dot Com exclusively revealed
- 27:19photos of the home purchased through the millionaire's holding company
- 27:22Cyprus Incorporated in May. Epstein allegedly committed suicide in his
- 27:27New York prison cell in twenty nineteen while awaiting trial
- 27:30for sex trafficking. Well, at least they said allegedly there
- 27:34and the pictures. Look, when you click on this link
- 27:37and you check out these pictures, there's no doubt how
- 27:40beautiful this place is, how opulent it is. But that
- 27:43can't mask the horror story that it hides, the fact
- 27:48that girls were taken here and they were raped and
- 27:50abused and folks, just the ones we've heard about. Do
- 27:55you mean to tell me that you think Epstein wasn't
- 27:57up to the same shit he was up to in
- 27:59Florida and New York, in New Mexico. How many young
- 28:02girls were abused in New Mexico that we have no
- 28:04idea about. Furthermore, how many Indigenous girls. Now, nobody ever
- 28:09really talks about that, but there's a lot of missing
- 28:12Indigenous girls in a place like New Mexico. And I'm
- 28:16not saying for sure that Epstein was, you know, abusing
- 28:18them or whatever, but it's certainly something that needs to
- 28:21be looked into. And what happened in New Mexico has
- 28:24been a complete whitewash. We have no real information about
- 28:27what went down here in New Mexico. All we have
- 28:30is a bunch of, you know, short reports, No in
- 28:33depth reporting going on down here, that's for damn sure.
- 28:39At the time, Virginia Roberts said that she had been
- 28:42trafficked to the Santa Fe County ranch, while Maria Farmer
- 28:46claimed her sister Annie was assaulted at the home in
- 28:48nineteen ninety six by the millionaire and his co conspirator,
- 28:52Gallaine Maxwell, who was sixty. Epstein allegedly closely guarded the
- 28:56property to ensure it was secluded from the world. The
- 29:00ranch was set up to be self sufficient and private.
- 29:03The property even came with its own firehouse with a
- 29:06working engine and fire retention water tanks in case of
- 29:09a blaze. Glass houses accommodate a generous kitchen, garden, and
- 29:14offer the ranch a home for its own private echosystem.
- 29:18And when you get to this place and you're looking
- 29:20at it from the front of the property, you can
- 29:23see this sprawling, you know, spread they got here as
- 29:27far as the other house is not the main house.
- 29:29You have the firehouse, you have a like schoolhouse, a farmhouse.
- 29:34And it's just a bizarre situation, you know, when you
- 29:39look at it, knowing what we know about him, and
- 29:42you look at where this ranch is located and how
- 29:45desolate it is, and you put all the pieces together,
- 29:48it's a pretty scary site because where this place is located,
- 29:54you can't get away from there. If say you were
- 29:56brought there and you wanted to leave, there's no way
- 29:59you're get away from there. What are you going to do? Walk?
- 30:02It's about forty seven miles to Santa Fe. So what
- 30:06are you going to do in the in the summer,
- 30:10it's hot as hell. In the winter cold snow, And
- 30:14these girls, these young girls would be brought to this
- 30:16ranch and they'd have nowhere to go. The financier Pedophile
- 30:24used the ten thousand acre ranch as a playground for
- 30:26his VIP Guess who he brought to the secluded estate
- 30:29a few times each year. Sales from the Epstein's other
- 30:32estates have been used to fund the Epstein crime Compensation Program,
- 30:37which was created in June of twenty twenty. The man's
- 30:40townhouse in Manhattan sold for fifty one million in twenty
- 30:43twenty one, while his home in Palm Beach was sold
- 30:45for eighteen and a half million. Daniel Wiener, an attorney
- 30:49for the estate, said in twenty twenty one the compensation
- 30:52program has been funded with over one hundred and forty
- 30:55million dollars. According to The Wall Street Journal, that's a
- 30:59proper name for the skyhau representing the estate, Wiener. The
- 31:06news of the estate's price reduction come just days after
- 31:09it was confirmed that dozens of court documents relating to
- 31:12Epstein's associates, including a billionaire businessman, will be made public.
- 31:17Judge Loretta Presca recently ruled that the public interest outweighs
- 31:21the right to privacy and that the materials should be unsealed,
- 31:24despite one subject claiming it would wrongfully harm his privacy
- 31:28and reputation. Presca overrode objections from Tom Pritzker, the billionaire
- 31:33executive chairman of the Hyatt Hotels, and ordered material related
- 31:37to him to be made public. The documents are a
- 31:41part of a defamation case brought against Maxwell by accuser
- 31:44Roberts in twenty sixteen that was later settled. The troph
- 31:49of material has been released on a rolling basis after
- 31:53with the first set coming in twenty nineteen, two days
- 31:56before Epstein killed himself, after numerous requests from media organizations,
- 32:01and Judge Presca has been really good about this. She's
- 32:03been rolling this stuff out, like they say here, on
- 32:06a rolling basis, and she's given us a nice glimpse
- 32:09of what went on and what was in that defamation suit.
- 32:14A total of sixteen non party does objected to the
- 32:16release of the files being made public, and the first
- 32:19set of eight have already been dealt with by the
- 32:22Federal Court in New York. The latest batch related to
- 32:25the remaining eight, referred to as DOES twelve twenty eight,
- 32:28ninety seven, one oh seven, one forty four, one forty seven,
- 32:32one seventy one and one eighty three. Judge Presca said
- 32:36that much of the purportedly sensitive information had already been
- 32:39made public. Last year, during Maxwell's trial for trafficking underage
- 32:43girls to Epstein, which led to her being jailed for
- 32:46twenty years, she ran through dozens of documents and ordered
- 32:50them all to be unsealed. Documents related to Doe one
- 32:54eighty three were to be made public as they have
- 32:56been the subject of intense media coverage and cropped up
- 32:59in Maxwell trial. However, Judge Presca put a stay on
- 33:03the release of the materials to November twenty eighth, so
- 33:06that Doe could appeal if they wanted. Dough one oh
- 33:09seven claimed that unsealing their material would connect them to
- 33:12Epstein and unnecessarily invade their privacy. No, you connected yourself
- 33:17to Epstein, and if you get outed for that, well
- 33:20that's on you. Nobody ever told you to run around
- 33:22with a molester. Nobody told you to hang out with
- 33:24a rapist. So now that people are going to know
- 33:27that you were breaking bread with this dude, I don't
- 33:29want to hear shit about it. And as far as
- 33:32the property catching another haircut, I expected to get another one.
- 33:36In fact, with the economy steering the way it's going,
- 33:39with the market. As far as home purchasing and buying
- 33:43property being down. Who's going to step up here and
- 33:47spend this kind of money? I don't see it. All right, folks,
- 33:50that's gonna do it for this one. If you'd like
- 33:52to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Capuci
- 33:54at protonmel dot com. That's bo bbu y c apu
- 33:59C at ProtonMail dot com. Can also find me on
- 34:03Twitter at Bobby Underscore cap Ucci. The link that I
- 34:09discussed can be found in the description box. What's up everyone,
- 34:14and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. So finally, after
- 34:19all of these years, Zoro Ranch has now been sold.
- 34:24The unfortunate part, well, none of that money is gonna
- 34:28go to the survivors. All of that money is gonna
- 34:31go to pay back creditors, to pay back the lawyers,
- 34:35and you know, everybody's gonna get rich all on the
- 34:38survivor's dime once again. And the fact that Zoro Ranch
- 34:42was never rated is one of the most aggravating things
- 34:45in this whole entire case of aggravating things. When I
- 34:49went down there to go and check out the property myself,
- 34:53I was completely blown away by how many people were
- 34:56hip to what was going on. And then nothing happened
- 34:59as far as law enforcement to go and rectify the situation.
- 35:03You had regular old people who knew exactly what was
- 35:07going on down in Stanley. But somehow Bassaris and the
- 35:11rest of the morons working in New Mexico decided that
- 35:15they weren't gonna investigate shit, and they were gonna punt
- 35:19to the federal government. And I have my suspicions. A
- 35:22lot of that's rooted in the fact that Epstein was
- 35:25playing ball with so many powerful people in New Mexico,
- 35:29from the Kings all the way to Bill Richardson. So
- 35:32do you really think that Bessaris, the Attorney General, is
- 35:37going to upset the apple card here? Yeah? Right. He
- 35:41knows when to get in line. He knows when to
- 35:43dance when his masters tell him to. So that's why
- 35:46we saw the whole entire thing punted to a federal level.
- 35:49And then once it got to the federal level, there
- 35:52was no investigation whatsoever about Zoro Ranch. In fact, Zoro
- 35:56Ranch is very rarely even brought up. But this whole entire,
- 35:59six sorted affair out here in New Mexico is just
- 36:03another glaring example of how Jeffrey Epstein was granted preferential
- 36:08treatment by people in power. If this was anybody else,
- 36:11forget it. Do you really think that if it was you,
- 36:14that your property here in New Mexico wouldn't be rated.
- 36:18Every single one of your homes would have been raided
- 36:20at the same exact time. That's how they do it.
- 36:23They don't want to give you a chance to get
- 36:25rid of evidence. But because Epstein was so highly connected,
- 36:30because he was so locked in with power players, he
- 36:33was able to avoid all that. Do you really think
- 36:36that there weren't schoolgirls in New Mexico who were abused?
- 36:40Everywhere this guy went, he was abusing schoolgirls Palm Beach,
- 36:46New York. You mean to tell me that it wasn't
- 36:48happening in New Mexico, Because if that's what you're trying
- 36:52to tell me, I have to tell you that I
- 36:54don't believe a word of that. And I know for
- 36:57a fact that there are unnamed women out there who
- 37:00have been abused by this dude who still don't want
- 37:04to come forward. And I know that because I've been
- 37:06contacted by some of them, and every single person that
- 37:10I've talked to that has been involved in this, that
- 37:12has been abused, they all say the same thing. It
- 37:15all comes down to the people that he was with,
- 37:18the power players that he was breaking bread with, and
- 37:21the reach that Jeffrey Epstein had. Today's article is from
- 37:26ABC News and the headline Jeffrey Epstein's new Mexico ranch
- 37:30is sold for an undisclosed price to a newly registered company.
- 37:36This article was authored by the Associated Press, but we're
- 37:40reading it here at ABC News. Known as the Zoro Ranch,
- 37:44a high desert property once owned by disgraced financier you
- 37:48mean pedophile, has been sold after two years on the market.
- 37:53An attorney for Epstein's estate, Daniel Wiener perfect name, confirmed
- 37:57Tuesday that the ranch had been sold for an undisclosed
- 38:01price and that the proceeds would be used to administer
- 38:05the estate and pay creditors. So what that means in
- 38:08Epstein speak, is this all of the people that were
- 38:12still hanging out with them, all the people involved in
- 38:14his estate, They're about to get paid. You think Endyke
- 38:18and Khan are going to walk away from this with
- 38:20no money? Ah? Yeah? Right. The property was listed in
- 38:24twenty twenty one for twenty seven and a half million dollars.
- 38:29That price was later dropped to eighteen million. Well, nobody
- 38:32wants to buy this shit show. I mean, look, it's
- 38:35a beautiful property when you're just talking about the actual land,
- 38:39beautiful place. I would love to have a property like this,
- 38:43But with all of the nonsense that took place on
- 38:47this property, in these homes, there's no doubt that the
- 38:50dude who bought this place is going to do a serious,
- 38:53serious renovation. I mean, I'd have like the Pope's Exorcist
- 38:57out here. I'd bring out a holy man, a couple
- 38:59of shit ja. Whatever I could do to try and
- 39:02get the scent of this discussingness out of my property,
- 39:05I'd be doing. Wiener told Albuquerque television station KRQE that
- 39:12the estate would disclose the sales price in its next
- 39:15quarterly accounting that will be filed with the Probate Court
- 39:18in the US Virgin Islands. Oh, you know, the US
- 39:22Virgin Islands wants their cut from what we know about
- 39:26the USVII at this point, if you're down there and
- 39:29you have a chicken and your neighbor has a goose
- 39:32and you want to give a chicken wing to your
- 39:35neighbor for a piece of the goose, the USVII, well,
- 39:38they want a leg two Records kept by the Santa
- 39:42Fe County Assessor list the new owner as San Rafael
- 39:47Ranch LLC, which registered with the Secretary of State's office
- 39:51in late July. The Santa Fe New Mexican reported, So
- 39:56this is a trust. We're not going to know who's
- 39:58behind it, at least not yet, maybe not ever. And
- 40:01I wonder what the plan is for this property moving forward.
- 40:05Are they actually going to use it what it was
- 40:07intended for and that's you know, ranching, cattling and the
- 40:10rest of that stuff, or are they going to turn
- 40:13it into I don't know, some kind of vacation spot
- 40:16for their family. Who knows. One thing's for sure, though,
- 40:20you know that the county and Stanley in general is
- 40:23happy as hell to hear that somebody's buying this property
- 40:27and they can try and close this chapter of their history.
- 40:31Because trust me when I tell you the neighbors of Epstein,
- 40:35which there aren't many, but the people that I talked
- 40:37to while I was down there, the last thing they
- 40:40want is somebody like Epstein living in this house next
- 40:43to them. And several of those people that I spoke
- 40:46to when I was down there in twenty twenty all
- 40:48said the same thing. Nobody wanted to do anything about it.
- 40:52It was all reported. Everybody knew. It was the worst
- 40:56kept secret in the history of the state of New Mexico.
- 41:00One single official lifted a finger to stop it. Epstein
- 41:04was found dead in August of twenty nineteen in his
- 41:07Manhattan jail cell, where he was awaiting trial on sex
- 41:11trafficking charges. Federal watchdogs have said negligence, misconduct, and job
- 41:16failures had enabled him to take his own life. And
- 41:19all that stuff they talked about in the IG report,
- 41:22Have they fixed any of it? Did they go around
- 41:25to these other institutions and put all of this stuff
- 41:27into effect. Of course they didn't. The whole reason they
- 41:31said that was so that you, the people out there listening,
- 41:34would stop asking them so many pesky questions about what happened.
- 41:38The biggest sticking point for me, however, is that if
- 41:41all of this is really wrong with the prison system,
- 41:44with the Bureau of Prisons, then where are all these
- 41:47sweeping changes that we keep hearing about. Every time something
- 41:50like this happens in prison, we get a report from
- 41:53the OIG, and then all it says is, oh is negligence,
- 41:57This one didn't do their job. That one did do
- 42:00their job, but nothing changes and nobody goes to prison.
- 42:03And then what happens is we forget about it as
- 42:07it gets eaten up in the news cycle. And the
- 42:09powers that be they know that and they rely on it.
- 42:13In New Mexico, Epstein built a twenty six thousand, seven
- 42:16hundred square foot mansion with a sprawling courtyard and the
- 42:20living room roughly the size of the average American home.
- 42:24Nearby was a private airstrip with a hangar and a helipad.
- 42:28The property also included a ranch office, a firehouse, and
- 42:33the seven bay heated garage. And the Helipad's interesting for
- 42:37those of us who know the story, considering Klayn Maxwell
- 42:40would take that helicopter and go up to the Santa
- 42:42Fe Airport or up to Albuquerque and ferry people back
- 42:46to Zoro Ranch. Oh in those people, that's right, underage girls.
- 42:51So what in the hell were the authorities doing in
- 42:54New Mexico this whole entire time while Epstein was running amok? Well,
- 42:59they were turning an eye, that's what they were doing.
- 43:02Epstein purchased the Zoro Ranch in nineteen ninety three from
- 43:06former Democratic Governor Bruce King, while Epstein never faced charges
- 43:11in New Mexico. The state Attorney General's office in twenty
- 43:14nineteen confirmed that it was investigating and had interviewed possible
- 43:18victims who visited the ranch south of Santa Fe. Such
- 43:23bullshit bs. They didn't investigate anything. Maybe they talked to
- 43:27one or two people and they were like, you know what,
- 43:30We're just gonna let the FEDS take care of this.
- 43:32We can't deal with this nonsense. Last thing we need
- 43:34is the Kings being mad at us or Bill Richardson.
- 43:38And does that just me being cynical? I don't think so.
- 43:41I think Epstein had that kind of power. We've seen
- 43:44it in place after place. Now. We've heard about how
- 43:48the New York Prosecutor's Office stood up there and argued
- 43:52that Epstein shouldn't be a Class one sex offender. We
- 43:56heard about how Cecil DeJong tried to get the offender
- 43:59laws chain for Jeffrey Epstein. And we know that in
- 44:02New Mexico, this disgusting bastard didn't even have to register
- 44:07as a sex offender, and that ultimately was one of
- 44:10the reasons he chose New Mexico to build this ranch.
- 44:14He knew that he was never going to be required
- 44:17to sign on as an offender. He knew that if
- 44:20he got busted that he'd still be able to maneuver
- 44:23how we wanted, basically in New Mexico, because nobody was
- 44:27going to investigate him, Nobody was going to show up
- 44:30and kick in his door, and certainly nobody was going
- 44:33to save those girls who were being abused, So save
- 44:36the whole. Epstein was being investigated in New Mexico in
- 44:40twenty nineteen for somebody who has no idea what they're
- 44:44talking about. And as far as Zoro Ranch getting sold,
- 44:47it's about time. This House of horrors deserves to be bulldozed,
- 44:52raised to the ground, and forgotten in the annals of history.
- 44:56All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one.
- 44:58All of the information that goes with this episode can
- 45:00be found in the description box.
