  feels empty but God is enough. Have you ever felt like you were

  running on empty? Like you're showing up to

  school, work, church, even conversations, but inside you
• 0:21
  feel drained. You smile, you nod, you keep
• 0:24
  going. But deep down, there's this
• 0:26
  quiet ache that says something is missing.
• 0:29
  In Job Chapter 7, verse seven, Job says, remember that my life
• 0:33
  is a breath my eye will never again see.
• 0:35
  Good. That's heavy.
• 0:38
  Job felt so overwhelmed by loss and pain that he couldn't
• 0:41
  imagine good days ahead. Maybe you've had moments like
• 0:44
  that, moments when hope feels distant and joy feels like
• 0:49
  something other people experience.
• 0:52
  But Proverbs Chapter 11, verses 24 to 25 gives us a surprising
• 0:56
  truth. One gives freely, yet grows all
• 0:59
  the richer. Another withholds what he should
• 1:01
  give and only suffers want. Whoever brings blessing will be
• 1:05
  enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.
• 1:09
  That feels almost backward. When you're empty, the natural
• 1:13
  instinct is to pull back, to protect what little energy you
• 1:16
  have left. Yet God says there's a blessing
• 1:19
  in continuing to give, to encourage, to show kindness.

  In Psalm 26, verses 2 to 3 says, Prove me, O Lord, and try me.

  Test my heart and my mind, for your steadfast love is before my
• 1:33
  eyes, and I walk in your faithfulness.
• 1:36
  David chose to keep God's love in front of him even when
• 1:39
  circumstances weren't perfect. He anchored himself in God's
• 1:43
  character, not in his changing emotions.
• 1:46
  When life feels empty, it's tempting to believe God has
• 1:49
  stepped away. But emptiness doesn't mean
• 1:51
  absence. Sometimes it's an invitation.
• 1:55
  An invitation to discover that God himself is enough.
• 1:59
  Maybe right now you feel unnoticed.
• 2:01
  Maybe you're giving your best and not seeing results.
• 2:05
  Maybe you're tired of trying. But what if watering someone
• 2:08
  else, sending that encouraging text, helping a friend, serving
• 2:11
  quietly becomes the very thing God uses to water you?
• 2:16
  What if choosing generosity in a dry season opens your heart to a
• 2:20
  deeper experience of his presence?
• 2:23
  And what if being honest with God, like Job, pouring out your
• 2:26
  frustration instead of pretending, actually draws you
• 2:29
  closer to him? God isn't afraid of your
• 2:32
  honesty. He would rather hear your raw
• 2:35
  prayer than your silent withdrawal.
• 2:37
  When everything else feels uncertain, His steadfast love is
• 2:40
  still steady. His faithfulness doesn't
• 2:43
  fluctuate with your feelings. When life feels empty, God is
• 2:47
  not less present. Sometimes He is doing His
• 2:50
  deepest work. So keep walking, keep trusting,
• 2:53
  keep giving, not because you feel full, but because He is
• 2:56
  faithful and He is enough. Let's pray.

  Heavenly Father, you see the places in my heart that feel

  empty right now. Thank you for staying near even
• 3:06
  when I feel drained or discouraged.

  Help me to be honest with you about my struggles.

  Teach me to trust your steadfast love and to keep walking in Your

  faithfulness. Give me the courage to bless

  others even in dry seasons and fill my heart with the hope that

  Will I lie down in the dust? You will seek me diligently, but
