- 0:07Speaker 1: the United States with a lot of brand new information
- 0:10Speaker 1: about that memorandum of understanding with Iran now officially signed,
- 0:15Speaker 1: at least electronically. We're getting a big ceremony on the
- 0:18Speaker 1: actual signing. to take place on Friday. We're getting more
- 0:21Speaker 1: details on all of that. Back here in the United States,
- 0:25Speaker 1: we've got a lot of people who are crapping on
- 0:28Speaker 1: the deal that they haven't seen, and they clearly haven't
- 0:31Speaker 1: seen this program where we've been talking about all of
- 0:34Speaker 1: the details of this memorandum of understanding for many days now.
- 0:37Speaker 1: We'll dive even deeper into all of it coming up
- 0:40Speaker 1: on the program. Also, Did you guys see that the
- 0:43Speaker 1: FBI thwarted a horrific attack on the UFC event at
- 0:47Speaker 1: the White House? We're getting breaking news on that this morning.
- 0:50Speaker 1: I'll share some of what we're hearing. And speaking of
- 0:52Speaker 1: the feds, they're going after Gavin Newsom. How did we
- 0:56Speaker 1: find this out? Gavin Newsom revealed it in an attempt
- 1:00Speaker 1: to frame the entire conversation as if he's some sort
- 1:02Speaker 1: of victim. We've got the details. All ahead on this
- 1:06Speaker 1: edition of Vince, we'll be joined by Susan Crabtree today,
- 1:09Speaker 1: amazing reporter. She's very, very deep on the concepts of
- 1:13Speaker 1: how this fraud operates in California, how these corrupt elected
- 1:16Speaker 1: officials operate. So she'll take us through the Gavin Newsom
- 1:19Speaker 1: saga coming up on the program. A lot to get

- 1:47Speaker 1: helps with muscle recovery and detoxification. It's a total game changer.
- 1:51Speaker 1: And it's very easy to use. I can just wrap
- 1:52Speaker 1: myself up in it, let the infrared heat work its magic.
- 1:55Speaker 1: And it creates a huge difference for me in how
- 1:57Speaker 1: I relax and how rejuvenated I feel afterward. Allison loves
- 2:00Speaker 1: the Red Light Face Mask because it improves your skin's texture,

- 2:54Speaker 1: on in here. The water's just fine. Let's talk to
- 2:58Speaker 1: you right away about what's going on with the president
- 3:00Speaker 1: at the G7. He's overseas right now in Europe, dealing
- 3:04Speaker 1: with a bunch of other countries, of course. And this,
- 3:08Speaker 1: I mean, what a busy week already. Started with a
- 3:10Speaker 1: big UFC fight, and I don't think he's slapped a
- 3:12Speaker 1: wink since then. And the news yesterday, late yesterday, is
- 3:19Speaker 1: that we have an electronically signed memorandum of understanding now.
- 3:23Speaker 1: It's been signed by the president of the United States,
- 3:25Speaker 1: the vice president of the United States, and the Iranian speaker,
- 3:30Speaker 1: this guy Ghalibaf, put his electronic signature on this bad boy.
- 3:34Speaker 1: So apparently even international affairs can be handled via DocuSign.
- 3:38Speaker 1: We'll see Friday a more official signing ceremony of some kind.
- 3:42Speaker 1: This is expected to take place in Europe. And the
- 3:46Speaker 1: president's already indicated that this will be J.D. Vance's deal
- 3:51Speaker 1: to handle. on Friday. Now, he may, meaning the president,
- 3:55Speaker 1: the president may or may not attend. He's kind of
- 3:57Speaker 1: leaving that as a jump ball right now, but he
- 4:00Speaker 1: seems inclined not to so that he can get back
- 4:02Speaker 1: to the United States and handle business here. But we'll see.
- 4:06Speaker 1: This morning, the president was talking to the emir of Qatar.
- 4:09Speaker 1: They were doing a bilateral event where he revealed a
- 4:16Speaker 1: And about, we'll talk a little bit more about Qatari
- 4:19Speaker 1: investment in the United States as well. The president doing
- 4:21Speaker 1: a lot of negotiations here for the benefit of the
- 4:24Speaker 1: American people. Watch this, cut one.
- 4:26Speaker 3: And at long last, we see the president of the
- 4:28Speaker 3: United States. Looks like there is Marco Rubio, Scott Besant,
- 4:34Speaker 3: Howard Lutnick, Susie Wiles, and Jameson Greer, the president speaking now.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Let's listen in.
- 4:39Speaker 4: It goes to a second stage, which I think will
- 4:42Speaker 4: be actually easier. I didn't want to attack them last week,
- 4:46Speaker 4: but we had no choice. And we did it twice, actually.
- 4:50Speaker 4: We were doing it a third time, and we were
- 4:53Speaker 4: able to not have to do that. But we have
- 4:55Speaker 4: a deal that's a fair deal. It's a good deal.
- 4:59Speaker 4: We are not investing any money in Iran, by the way.
- 5:02Speaker 4: That rumor got out there yesterday.
- 5:04Speaker 1: It was ridiculous.
- 5:06Speaker 4: We have the right to go in someday and do,
- 5:08Speaker 4: if I want to do something, or if somebody wants
- 5:10Speaker 4: to do something, but We are not investing any money.
- 5:13Speaker 4: We have no obligation to invest any money in Iran.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Working with Qatar and the people of Qatar was really
- 5:23Speaker 4: a pleasure. They were tough. They were strong. You know,
- 5:26Speaker 4: they are the closest to Iran physically. So with other countries,
- 5:30Speaker 4: I noticed I had to travel about 45 minutes to
- 5:33Speaker 4: get there with you. You could walk right across the border.
- 5:36Speaker 4: So you were in a more dangerous position. But I just,
- 5:40Speaker 4: I do have to say, you have You fought and
- 5:43Speaker 4: you helped us, and with great bravery. So I just
- 5:46Speaker 4: want to compliment you on that. And you'll always be
- 5:50Speaker 4: my friend.
- 5:51Speaker 2: The President Well, thank you very much, Mr.
- 5:52Speaker 1: President.
- 5:53Speaker 2: It's always a pleasure seeing you. I want to thank
- 5:56Speaker 2: you for your leadership in this very, very important and
- 5:59Speaker 2: critical time in the Middle East. And I think, as
- 6:02Speaker 2: you mentioned, Mr. President, this is a very important deal.
- 6:06Speaker 2: There's still a lot of work to be done, but
- 6:08Speaker 2: I think with this momentum, if we continue like that, Mr. President,
- 6:13Speaker 2: I think we can achieve and do great in the region.
- 6:16Speaker 2: So it's going to be very important for the region,
- 6:18Speaker 2: very important also for Iran as well. So we are
- 6:21Speaker 2: here to help whenever friends ask us to help. We're
- 6:26Speaker 2: always here to help. Of course, also our bilateral relationship, Mr. President,
- 6:31Speaker 2: since you're historic visit in Doha last year, our trade
- 6:36Speaker 2: partnership is going to reach $ 1. 2 trillion. And this is huge.
- 6:40Speaker 2: And we have a lot of great investments that we're
- 6:43Speaker 2: very proud of as well in the U.S. and also
- 6:45Speaker 2: American companies investing in Qatar. So overall, you know, we
- 6:50Speaker 2: are very, very proud and very happy about this relationship. And,
- 6:55Speaker 2: you know, Once again, thank you very much for your leadership.
- 6:58Speaker 2: I think it was a very critical time, but I
- 7:00Speaker 2: think you took the right decision. Thank you.
- 7:03Speaker 1: President Trump, the dealmaker. He's always, you know, the impact
- 7:09Speaker 1: that he's had in the Middle East is he's been
- 7:11Speaker 1: a civilizational force. He's just basically like, hey, a better
- 7:14Speaker 1: future awaits if you can act like normal people. And
- 7:17Speaker 1: normalizing much of the Middle East has been one of
- 7:19Speaker 1: the president's goals here. And he's had a lot of success.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Those Abraham Accords where he sets up where each of
- 7:24Speaker 1: these countries develop bilateral relationships with Israel, acknowledge and accept
- 7:29Speaker 1: Israel's very existence. That's been a very big deal. And meanwhile,
- 7:33Speaker 1: the president has attracted trillions of dollars of new investment
- 7:36Speaker 1: into the United States. You heard that Qatari leader saying
- 7:39Speaker 1: that very thing. So that's all been a massive component
- 7:43Speaker 1: to this. And it set the stage for getting to
- 7:45Speaker 1: this Iran deal. The whole reason he's sitting next to
- 7:47Speaker 1: the Qatari guy and talking about how Qatar played a
- 7:50Speaker 1: huge role here is the United States needed to figure
- 7:52Speaker 1: out a new line of attack to communicate with the
- 7:55Speaker 1: Iranians in order to secure this memorandum of understanding. Apparently,
- 7:59Speaker 1: the Pakistanis and the Qataris played a huge role as
- 8:02Speaker 1: the mediators to make this entire deal come together. I
- 8:06Speaker 1: found out yesterday from a senior administration official that Oman
- 8:09Speaker 1: used to be the route by which this happened, but
- 8:12Speaker 1: that was a disaster. It was not working well. It
- 8:15Speaker 1: did not serve American interests well. So they decided to
- 8:18Speaker 1: go around Oman and go to somebody else, the Qataris,
- 8:20Speaker 1: the Pakistanis, and we were able to achieve this. You know, also,
- 8:26Speaker 1: you heard at the top the president talk about the misreporting,
- 8:29Speaker 1: the lies that are going around about the circumstances of
- 8:32Speaker 1: this deal. If you have been consuming this program, you're
- 8:36Speaker 1: not surprised by anything because I've been through this over
- 8:40Speaker 1: and over and over again. I've had, we've talked in
- 8:44Speaker 1: the last two weeks. It's like, I love, we basically
- 8:47Speaker 1: have like an intelligence gathering here, you and me. I
- 8:50Speaker 1: love doing this with you because we get together each
- 8:52Speaker 1: morning and we kind of talk through, okay, what's actually
- 8:54Speaker 1: transpiring here. And by the time you see the headlines
- 8:57Speaker 1: start emerging, you're like, these people have no idea what
- 8:59Speaker 1: they're talking about or they're misleading the public. So, for instance,
- 9:02Speaker 1: as the president said a moment ago, there was a
- 9:04Speaker 1: claim that, oh, the United States is going to cut
- 9:06Speaker 1: checks to Iran. $ 300 billion that's been rifling around the Internet,
- 9:12Speaker 1: people making this claim without any basis whatsoever. These are
- 9:15Speaker 1: lies designed to try and scuttle the deal, which, again,
- 9:19Speaker 1: is already signed electronically. It's going to be signed officially
- 9:22Speaker 1: on Friday in the ceremony. Now, that's just not true.
- 9:26Speaker 1: There's no truth to this whatsoever. And if you've been
- 9:29Speaker 1: consuming this program, you know it because we've talked about this.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I gave you an indication last week that the United
- 9:37Speaker 1: States is aware that Gulf countries would like to invest
- 9:41Speaker 1: in Iran. This is not a secret. This is a
- 9:43Speaker 1: completely open conversation. There are Gulf countries in the region
- 9:47Speaker 1: that who stand ready to invest in Iran. They'd like
- 9:52Speaker 1: to rebuild that country and make it a more normal one.
- 9:56Speaker 1: They don't want some sort of terror state running in
- 9:59Speaker 1: their region. It's caused a lot of consternation in the
- 10:01Speaker 1: Middle East. What they'd like to do is have healthy
- 10:04Speaker 1: economic relationships with Iran in the future. Now, that economic
- 10:09Speaker 1: relationship is conditioned on Iran playing ball with the United States.
- 10:13Speaker 1: If Iran does not abide by the terms of this agreement,
- 10:18Speaker 1: they get no sanctions relief and they get no golf investment.
- 10:22Speaker 1: That $ 300 billion number that's going around, that has to
- 10:25Speaker 1: do with Gulf countries investing in Iran. And that won't
- 10:28Speaker 1: happen if the United States says it's not allowed to.
- 10:32Speaker 1: We talked about this. The fact that anyone in the
- 10:35Speaker 1: media is acting like this is some sort of surprise
- 10:37Speaker 1: or misrepresenting this as American taxpayer dollars going to Iran
- 10:41Speaker 1: is a total abdication of their responsibility to tell you
- 10:44Speaker 1: the truth and to be aware of what the truth is.
- 10:46Speaker 1: And if they had watched this program to begin with,
- 10:48Speaker 1: they would have known what the truth is. It's remarkable.
- 10:53Speaker 1: It's just remarkable the extent to which people still tell
- 10:56Speaker 1: lies in the face of the truth already being out there.
- 10:59Speaker 1: The president is warning again as if Trump is being
- 11:04Speaker 1: weak on Iran. I love these theories, these idiotic theories.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Have you noticed that, oh, Trump is a puppet of
- 11:10Speaker 1: Israel or that Trump, that Iran is playing Trump like
- 11:14Speaker 1: a fiddle? Which one is it? Is Trump a puppet
- 11:17Speaker 1: or is he a fiddle? Because as far as I
- 11:19Speaker 1: can tell, he's neither. He's grabbing Netanyahu by the shirt
- 11:23Speaker 1: collar when he feels like he's got to do something
- 11:25Speaker 1: that benefits America and keep Israel from upending that deal.
- 11:30Speaker 1: And then Iran, he's smacking the hell out of them.
- 11:33Speaker 1: He has smacked the hell out of them. The fact
- 11:36Speaker 1: is he's offering them a hand to get up off
- 11:37Speaker 1: the ground after he beat the hell out of them
- 11:38Speaker 1: to begin with. So I don't know what these people
- 11:41Speaker 1: are talking about. It's like it's so crazy to watch
- 11:44Speaker 1: this distortion filter. Here's the president. Watch this. As he's
- 11:49Speaker 1: warning Iran this morning that, look, you've signed this thing.
- 11:53Speaker 1: If you pursue a nuclear weapon, big consequences await you.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. And it says
- 12:01Speaker 4: it loud and clear. They're not going to develop it.
- 12:05Speaker 4: They're not going to buy it. They're not going to
- 12:07Speaker 4: do anything with it. And if they do, they suffer
- 12:10Speaker 4: unbelievable consequences. Not just a little bit like I won't
- 12:18Speaker 4: even tell you the consequences, but the consequences are the
- 12:21Speaker 4: ultimate consequences. And with that being said, I hope we
- 12:24Speaker 4: have a very good relationship. But the biggest thing is
- 12:27Speaker 4: they will not have a nuclear weapon. And that's the
- 12:31Speaker 4: reason I got in, and that's the reason I agreed
- 12:34Speaker 4: to sign. And we originally had, Marco was with me,
- 12:39Speaker 4: and they originally wrote that we will not develop a
- 12:42Speaker 4: nuclear weapon. I said, no, no, you're not going to
- 12:45Speaker 4: develop it. You're not going to buy either. So we
- 12:48Speaker 4: have— that took another couple of days of time. Everything was— it' s ridiculous.
- 12:55Speaker 4: So we have— they will not develop, purchase, buy, or any
- 12:59Speaker 4: other thing. They're not going to acquire a nuclear weapon.
- 13:02Speaker 4: If they do, all hell will rain down on them.
- 13:06Speaker 4: And they're not going to do that, you know.
- 13:09Speaker 1: They're not going to purchase, buy, acquire. They're not going
- 13:12Speaker 1: to go to the Cave of Wonders and pick up
- 13:14Speaker 1: the genie's lamp and rub it and wish for nukes.
- 13:16Speaker 1: They're not doing anything. They're not doing anything. And if
- 13:20Speaker 1: they do, they will face consequences, big ones. So the president,
- 13:24Speaker 1: even to this very day, saying, look, you want a
- 13:27Speaker 1: good future or do you want us to keep hitting
- 13:29Speaker 1: you in the face? Those are your options. The easy
- 13:32Speaker 1: way or the hard way. Pick one. And right now,
- 13:34Speaker 1: Iran has signed on to the MOU. at least indicating
- 13:37Speaker 1: that they want the easy way. We'll see. President Trump
- 13:40Speaker 1: doesn't trust the Iranians. How many times do we have
- 13:42Speaker 1: to say this? He doesn't trust them, which is why
- 13:44Speaker 1: they have to act first in order to have consequences alleviated,
- 13:49Speaker 1: to have those sanctions removed. The text of the deal
- 13:53Speaker 1: will be released to the broader public by the end
- 13:56Speaker 1: of this week. Here's the president saying that we're going
- 13:59Speaker 1: to do the signing event on Friday, and he expects
- 14:01Speaker 1: that the text will be released pretty quickly thereafter. Watch this.
- 14:06Speaker 4: Mr.
- 14:06Speaker 5: President, when will the text of the MOU be released?
- 14:09Speaker 4: I think pretty soon. I would say, I mean, I
- 14:12Speaker 4: want it to be released because it's a very powerful document.
- 14:16Speaker 4: It's not like the Obama document, which was just a
- 14:20Speaker 4: terrible document. This is a very powerful document, and I
- 14:23Speaker 4: want it to be released probably pretty soon. I would
- 14:27Speaker 4: say sometime after Friday because the string opens completely.
- 14:32Speaker 3: It's open now.
- 14:34Speaker 4: But it opens completely. We'll have all the mines knocked
- 14:37Speaker 4: out for the most part. We have a lot of
- 14:39Speaker 4: lanes right now already. So I think sometime in the
- 14:46Speaker 4: very near future, yeah. All right.
- 14:49Speaker 1: So the text of the deal coming out. You know,
- 14:51Speaker 1: there's also a really annoying thing going on right now.
- 14:55Speaker 1: There are people who say that they're supportive of President
- 15:00Speaker 1: Trump who are crapping all over him for some reason.
- 15:04Speaker 1: What is that about? Like, why are there people, they're saying, oh,
- 15:08Speaker 1: he's not releasing the deal because it's weak. He's hiding
- 15:11Speaker 1: it from us. Why is he doing this? This doesn't
- 15:13Speaker 1: convey strength, the fact that he's not releasing the text
- 15:16Speaker 1: of this thing. Why don't you let the man cook?
- 15:19Speaker 1: Let him work on his own timetable here. What is
- 15:23Speaker 1: this garbage? Why are you casting doubt on this? Did
- 15:25Speaker 1: you see Lindsey Graham this week? What is Lindsey Graham doing?
- 15:29Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham... Let me just pull this account for you.
- 15:33Speaker 1: This is just a quote from Lindsey Graham. Igor Bobich
- 15:36Speaker 1: writes this. He's a reporter on X. He says, Lindsey
- 15:40Speaker 1: Graham on Trump's Iran agreement. The deal being talked about
- 15:43Speaker 1: by the administration would be great. The deal described by
- 15:47Speaker 1: Iran would be terrible. Time will tell. I'm sorry, what?
- 15:54Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham is implying that President Trump is about as
- 15:57Speaker 1: trustworthy as Iranian propaganda? Am I reading this correctly, chat?
- 16:02Speaker 1: What the hell is this? So Iran's word is just
- 16:06Speaker 1: as good as Trump's word? The hell are you talking about?
- 16:10Speaker 1: This is insanity. If given the choice of who to
- 16:14Speaker 1: trust to describe what's in the agreement, I'm going with Trump.
- 16:19Speaker 1: This is not a close call, Lindsay. It's amazing. Guy
- 16:26Speaker 1: can barely show up to work. He's at Disney World
- 16:28Speaker 1: waving around a princess wand. And he has the temerity
- 16:31Speaker 1: to tell us that Iran may have a better description
- 16:34Speaker 1: of this deal than Trump does. This is insanity to me.
- 16:39Speaker 1: It's like people have lost their damn minds, actually. I'm
- 16:43Speaker 1: constantly telling you. It's an old Conan O'Brien quote. But
- 16:46Speaker 1: keep cool, my babies.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Keep cool.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Just settle down. There's been a lot of misreporting here.
- 16:51Speaker 3: J.D.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Vance is knocking it down. He did a big interview
- 16:54Speaker 1: last night with Sean Hannity. Sean Hannity, who I think
- 16:57Speaker 1: is a little sick. He sounds a little sick in
- 16:58Speaker 1: the interview. Here is cut three, J.D. Vance talking about
- 17:03Speaker 1: the misreporting around the Iran deal and telling everyone, how
- 17:06Speaker 1: about don't be Lindsey Graham? He doesn't say that word,
- 17:08Speaker 1: but be skeptical of Iranian propaganda. Watch.
- 17:13Speaker 6: Their enriched stockpile of fuel is buried far below the earth.
- 17:17Speaker 6: And we really have a two-way pathway to ensure the
- 17:20Speaker 6: Iranians don't ever rebuild that capacity. On the one hand,
- 17:23Speaker 6: if they try to rebuild it, they're never going to
- 17:26Speaker 6: get the financial resources that they would need to rebuild
- 17:29Speaker 6: a billions of dollars worth of nuclear program. On the
- 17:32Speaker 6: other hand, if they're willing to commit to verifiable milestones
- 17:37Speaker 6: and to make sure that we feel confident they're not
- 17:39Speaker 6: going to rebuild that program, we're going to totally transform
- 17:44Speaker 6: our relationship with Iran and Iran's relationship with the broader
- 17:47Speaker 6: Middle East. So either way the United States wins, either
- 17:50Speaker 6: way we ensure Iran doesn't have a nuclear weapon, but
- 17:53Speaker 6: we really prefer that they choose the option where there's
- 17:56Speaker 6: greater economic cooperation and where they behave like a normal
- 18:00Speaker 6: country and are treated like one as well.
- 18:02Speaker 1: You have said that the U.S.
- 18:03Speaker 7: Is willing to talk about unfreezing Iranian assets if the
- 18:06Speaker 7: Iranians meet those benchmarks you've been discussing. Iran says that
- 18:10Speaker 7: this deal unfreezes billions of dollars over 60 days of
- 18:14Speaker 7: negotiations and that many of the funds will be unfrozen
- 18:17Speaker 7: before talks even begin.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Is that true?
- 18:20Speaker 7: What does the MOU specifically say about unfreezing assets or
- 18:24Speaker 7: sanctions relief?
- 18:27Speaker 6: Yeah, so Jake, on the second point, that's definitely not true.
- 18:30Speaker 6: There hasn't been a single dollar of sanctions relief or
- 18:32Speaker 6: unfrozen assets, either from the United States or any of
- 18:35Speaker 6: our allies in the Gulf.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I've seen some misreporting about that.
- 18:38Speaker 6: I don't know where it comes from. Where I suspect
- 18:41Speaker 6: that it comes from, Jake, is what you're going to
- 18:44Speaker 6: expect is that certain elements within the Iranian system, certain
- 18:47Speaker 6: hardliners in particular, they're going to overemphasize in an effort
- 18:51Speaker 6: to sell it to certain domestic populations. They're going to
- 18:54Speaker 6: overemphasize what Iran gets from the bargain. without ever articulating
- 18:58Speaker 6: the things that Iran has to give up in order
- 19:01Speaker 6: to get those benefits. To be very clear, this agreement
- 19:04Speaker 6: contemplates a very significant sanctions relief package for the Iranian
- 19:09Speaker 6: people that transforms how they interact with the world and
- 19:12Speaker 6: with the region. But they only get that benefit if
- 19:15Speaker 6: they meet their obligations under the agreement. So I would
- 19:18Speaker 6: caution everybody to be skeptical of what certain propaganda elements
- 19:23Speaker 6: within the regime are saying. The truth is there is
- 19:26Speaker 6: a really big opportunity for the Iranians, but they only
- 19:29Speaker 6: get the benefit of that opportunity if they do the
- 19:31Speaker 6: things they promise they're gonna do.
- 19:34Speaker 8: J.D.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Vance is a total star, total star. Be wary of
- 19:37Speaker 1: anybody who's crapping on him for taking on this responsibility
- 19:40Speaker 1: on behalf of President Trump. The president asked him to
- 19:42Speaker 1: take this on, and he has. And now we've gotten
- 19:44Speaker 1: to the MOU phase, breaking new ground. It's really great.
- 19:47Speaker 1: But listen, so first and foremost, of course, did you
- 19:50Speaker 1: hear how sick Hannity sounded? He sounded so sick, he
- 19:52Speaker 1: sounded like Jake Tapper, which was crazy. I hope he
- 19:56Speaker 1: gets better soon. That's a rough affliction to sound like
- 19:59Speaker 1: Jake Tapper. Of course, that was actually a CNN clip.
- 20:04Speaker 1: I mistakenly introduced it as a Hannity clip. It's because J.D.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Vance has been doing a ton of interviews recently about
- 20:09Speaker 1: all of this, including with Sean Hannity last night. But
- 20:13Speaker 1: the key point from that clip still stands, which is,
- 20:16Speaker 1: are you serious right now? Don't believe Iranian propaganda. There's
- 20:19Speaker 1: going to be a lot of that. There always is
- 20:21Speaker 1: a lot of that. What it really comes down to
- 20:23Speaker 1: is actions. This is all performance-based. The only way Iran
- 20:29Speaker 1: derives any benefit from any of this is if they
- 20:32Speaker 1: actually abide by the terms of the agreement. If they don't,
- 20:36Speaker 1: they're screwed. So this is exactly the way you would
- 20:40Speaker 1: structure a deal. It's not the way Obama would structure
- 20:43Speaker 1: a deal, by the way. Obama, an utter disaster. I've
- 20:46Speaker 1: got a lot more to get to. We'll get to
- 20:47Speaker 1: it in a moment. I want to share with you
- 20:49Speaker 1: one of our great sponsors today, and that is Quince. Man,
- 20:52Speaker 1: I love my Quince threads. Quince is great. And summer
- 20:55Speaker 1: always changes how we all get dressed because you start
- 20:58Speaker 1: reaching for pieces that feel lighter and breathable and easy
- 21:01Speaker 1: and still put together. This is why I keep coming
- 21:03Speaker 1: back to Quince. This is a Quince shirt. I love
- 21:05Speaker 1: my Quince. They focus on high-quality essentials that look and
- 21:08Speaker 1: feel amazing, like breathable linen, soft organic cotton with that elevated,
- 21:12Speaker 1: effortless vibe. Their European linen pants and shirts are the

- 21:24Speaker 1: summer nights. Everything at Quince is priced 50% to 80%

- 21:35Speaker 1: like going for the Quince stuff in my closet. You
- 21:37Speaker 1: should do it too. Elevate your summer wardrobe. Go to quince.com
- 21:41Speaker 1: slash Vince for free shipping on your order and 365-day returns.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Now available in Canada too. That's Q-U-I-N-C-E dot com slash Vince.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Free shipping, 365-day returns, quince.com slash Vince. That's right, Vince
- 21:58Speaker 1: for Quince. Okay, let's see. Yeah, so, you know, look,
- 22:01Speaker 1: Obama came out and he's like talking about how, oh,
- 22:05Speaker 1: you can't bomb your way to a diplomatic solution. What
- 22:09Speaker 1: are you talking? First and foremost, what the hell are
- 22:12Speaker 1: you talking about? Here's Obama. Take a look at this.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Here's Obama just this weekend, crapping on President Trump's pursuit
- 22:20Speaker 1: of a deal with Iran and pretending like he had
- 22:22Speaker 1: something great. Now, even before I play this, I want
- 22:24Speaker 1: to remind you, Obama's so-called deal just sent pallets of
- 22:29Speaker 1: cash to Iran and allowed them to enrich uranium and
- 22:33Speaker 1: they continued to pursue a nuclear weapon under the terms
- 22:37Speaker 1: of this crappy so-called deal. President Trump has killed off,
- 22:42Speaker 1: let me go full screen, he's killed off All of
- 22:46Speaker 1: the people at the top of the country, Obama didn't
- 22:49Speaker 1: do any of that. He's destroyed their entire ballistic missile
- 22:52Speaker 1: production capacity. Obama didn't do any of that. He buried
- 22:56Speaker 1: all of the nuclear material deep underground. Obama didn't do
- 22:59Speaker 1: any of that. So this idea, again, I can't even believe,
- 23:04Speaker 1: we're like in a fact check episode or something where
- 23:07Speaker 1: you're going to see all these people be like, this
- 23:08Speaker 1: is a worse deal than Obama got. What the, what
- 23:12Speaker 1: are you smoking?
- 23:14Speaker 8: What?
- 23:15Speaker 1: What funhouse mirror are you staring into that's giving you
- 23:18Speaker 1: this idiotic interpretation of events? Here's Obama trying to pretend
- 23:23Speaker 1: like he did something great and how Trump is just
- 23:26Speaker 1: absolutely clumsy. Watch this. You spent a lot of time
- 23:30Speaker 1: wrestling with the threat of a nuclear Iran. How do
- 23:35Speaker 1: you think things are being handled right now there?
- 23:38Speaker 9: It is doubtful that any agreement that arises is going
- 23:44Speaker 9: to be significantly different or a significant improvement.
- 23:49Speaker 1: What an idiot. It's already a significant improvement. It's already
- 23:52Speaker 1: a significant improvement. Iran is in a shambles. The regime
- 23:58Speaker 1: is in utter chaos. This is so much better than
- 24:01Speaker 1: anything Obama ever did.
- 24:04Speaker 9: The deal that we had in the first place, um,
- 24:07Speaker 9: and had worked for, um, for a long stretch of
- 24:13Speaker 9: time before we, the United States, pulled out of it.
- 24:18Speaker 9: So I'm hopeful that bombing stops and ordinary people are
- 24:27Speaker 9: no longer suffering as a consequence of the war. In retrospect,
- 24:35Speaker 9: it's a reminder that On a lot of difficult foreign
- 24:41Speaker 9: policy problems, the notion that we can just bully our
- 24:46Speaker 9: way or bomb our way to solutions may sometimes seem appealing.
- 24:54Speaker 9: But the fact of the matter is, is that taking
- 24:58Speaker 9: the time to explore diplomacy and exhaust.
- 25:01Speaker 1: He's so full of crap. He's so full of crap.
- 25:04Speaker 1: He's just unbelievably full of crap. Look, this guy was
- 25:09Speaker 1: bombing countries wantonly, killing leaders all over the place. He
- 25:13Speaker 1: had a threat disposition matrix he kept in the Oval Office.
- 25:17Speaker 1: He killed American citizens with drone strikes. He is so
- 25:21Speaker 1: full of crap, it's unreal. And this idea that President
- 25:25Speaker 1: Trump is not giving diplomacy a chance, President Trump is
- 25:28Speaker 1: an all-options-on-the-table president. If President Trump thinks that he needs
- 25:33Speaker 1: to hit you with a with a bomber, he needs
- 25:35Speaker 1: to fly a bomber over the top of your nuclear
- 25:37Speaker 1: facility and destroy it like they did in Operation Midnight Hammer,
- 25:40Speaker 1: he'll do it. If he thinks he's going to negotiate
- 25:43Speaker 1: with you either directly or through intermediaries, or if he's
- 25:45Speaker 1: going to talk to people like Kim Jong-un, the Iranians, Putin,
- 25:49Speaker 1: any of them, he'll do it. President Trump has all
- 25:53Speaker 1: options on the table in pursuit of a deal. If
- 25:55Speaker 1: President Trump thinks that economic incentives or punishment are going
- 25:59Speaker 1: to work in order to achieve a deal, he'll do it.
- 26:02Speaker 1: If President Trump wants to take an ally, grab them
- 26:05Speaker 1: by the shirt collars and shake them to stop them
- 26:08Speaker 1: from doing something he thinks is going to upend a deal,
- 26:10Speaker 1: he'll do it. Every option is on the table. Obama
- 26:14Speaker 1: doesn't even have the capacity to handle these kinds of relationships.
- 26:18Speaker 1: For him to sit there and speak, oh my goodness,
- 26:21Speaker 1: listening to him again, so slowly and pretending like, oh,
- 26:24Speaker 1: Trump's just trying to bomb his way to a deal.
- 26:27Speaker 1: You're an idiot. You're an idiot. And And the president
- 26:32Speaker 1: of the United States, he responded to this, this president
- 26:35Speaker 1: of the United States responded to this today. And he said, look,
- 26:38Speaker 1: this Obama, he sold out Israel, sold out Israel for Iran. Like,
- 26:44Speaker 1: who is he to talk? Watch President Obama talking about
- 26:48Speaker 1: this from the G7. President Trump, excuse me, talking about
- 26:50Speaker 1: this from the G7.
- 26:50Speaker 4: Barack Hussein Obama sold out Israel for Iran. He went
- 26:55Speaker 4: to Iran. He sold them out. How anybody can vote
- 26:58Speaker 4: for this guy or the party. The Democrats, they come
- 27:01Speaker 4: because they're dumb. They're dumb people.
- 27:04Speaker 1: They're dumb people. They're dumb people, says the president of
- 27:08Speaker 1: the United States. Hard to argue with that. All right.
- 27:10Speaker 1: We've got a lot more to get to on the program.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Of course, we'll always have more Iran news, especially as
- 27:15Speaker 1: this week develops. But in a moment, I need to
- 27:18Speaker 1: get to these developments again. Gavin Newsom and his family
- 27:23Speaker 1: apparently are now under a criminal investigation by the feds.
- 27:26Speaker 1: And this investigation has been going on for some time,
- 27:29Speaker 1: but it just became public because greasy Gavin Newsom just
- 27:34Speaker 1: opened up his lying mouth to tell everybody about it.
- 27:37Speaker 1: He's trying to set the frame here. We'll get into
- 27:40Speaker 1: that and we'll have our great guest Susan Crabtree break
- 27:42Speaker 1: down exactly what we're staring at in a moment ahead
- 27:44Speaker 1: on this edition of I want to thank Native Path
- 27:48Speaker 1: Collagen for being a recent but wonderful sponsor to our program.
- 27:52Speaker 1: We recently brought on Native Path Collagen. I've been taking
- 27:55Speaker 1: Native Path Collagen for some time. It's just one of
- 27:59Speaker 1: those things, you ever take something and you're like, whoa,
- 28:02Speaker 1: I actually feel dramatically better. That's true in my case
- 28:05Speaker 1: with Native Path Collagen. I've been amazed by it. And look,
- 28:10Speaker 1: I think a lot of people, do you know people
- 28:12Speaker 1: who take collagen? Do you take collagen? I think you
- 28:14Speaker 1: should try Native Path. If you haven't tried it yet,
- 28:16Speaker 1: just give it a try. It's really good. As we
- 28:19Speaker 1: all get older, we lose collagen. By the time you
- 28:23Speaker 1: get to age 30, your body's often making less collagen
- 28:26Speaker 1: every single year. By age 60, many people have lost
- 28:29Speaker 1: about half of it, and that has a deep impact
- 28:31Speaker 1: on you. You wake up stiff. Your skin doesn't bounce
- 28:35Speaker 1: back the same way. Native Path Collagen can help you here.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Native Path Collagen helps replenish that protein, helps support the
- 28:41Speaker 1: parts of your body that help you stay active, vital,
- 28:43Speaker 1: more like yourself. And another thing I love about Native Path,

- 29:19Speaker 1: a say in how they take care of themselves. And
- 29:21Speaker 1: that's why more people are turning to gentle alternatives made

- 30:27Speaker 1: All right, so Gavin Newsom and company, the Newsom family,
- 30:30Speaker 1: is under investigation by the feds. How do we know this?
- 30:33Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom broke the news yesterday. Cut four, watch this.
- 30:38Speaker 5: One by one, anyone who has challenged Donald Trump has
- 30:41Speaker 5: ended up on his hit list. And today, I proudly
- 30:45Speaker 5: join that list. After calling for my arrest last year,
- 30:49Speaker 5: Donald Trump directed his Department of Justice to investigate me.
- 30:53Speaker 5: And just in the last week, I've learned that his
- 30:56Speaker 5: campaign has reached my own home to get me. He's
- 30:59Speaker 5: coming after my wife, Jen, a public servant, a woman
- 31:03Speaker 5: who's dedicated her life to supporting women and girls, someone
- 31:08Speaker 5: who has done nothing wrong other than having the temerity
- 31:12Speaker 5: to advocate for what she believes in. If they can't
- 31:16Speaker 5: intimidate me, they'll go after the mother of our children.
- 31:20Speaker 5: Donald Trump picked the wrong target. We have nothing to hide.
- 31:25Speaker 5: His political operatives can take every record and read every page,
- 31:29Speaker 5: but they'll be looking in the wrong place. Because if
- 31:33Speaker 5: they really want to find corruption, look no further than
- 31:36Speaker 5: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. In recent days, federal agents have knocked
- 31:40Speaker 5: on the doors of family, friends, and former employees. Not
- 31:43Speaker 5: because they found a crime, because they're simply trying to
- 31:47Speaker 5: find one.
- 31:48Speaker 1: They're demanding records.
- 31:49Speaker 5: They're abusing the grand jury process, digging through years and
- 31:53Speaker 5: years of random documents. Donald Trump isn't just coming after
- 31:57Speaker 5: me because of my mean tweets. He's coming after me
- 32:01Speaker 5: because I'm considering running for president. Because he hates that
- 32:04Speaker 5: I've consistently called him out over and over again for
- 32:08Speaker 5: his lies and deceit. Donald Trump is simply the most
- 32:14Speaker 5: corrupt president in American history.
- 32:17Speaker 1: He's unbelievable. So what did we learn? Well, we learned
- 32:21Speaker 1: that he's under federal investigation. We learned that a grand
- 32:25Speaker 1: jury has been impaneled to investigate him and his wife.
- 32:29Speaker 1: And we learned that they have been receiving, that the
- 32:32Speaker 1: feds have been interviewing lots of people around the Newsoms
- 32:35Speaker 1: and requesting documents as they investigate allegations of a crime.
- 32:41Speaker 1: That's the job of the Justice Department. Now, of course,
- 32:44Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom has reframed this as some sort of attack
- 32:47Speaker 1: on him. He's a victim because he's just so impressive.
- 32:50Speaker 1: He's such an effective political communicator. He's going to run
- 32:53Speaker 1: for president. So this has got to be stopped. And
- 32:56Speaker 1: the justice system is being weaponized against him. Now, what
- 32:59Speaker 1: does that sound like to you? Well, that sounds like
- 33:02Speaker 1: precisely what the left actually did to Donald Trump. The
- 33:05Speaker 1: left weaponized the criminal justice system in order to try
- 33:09Speaker 1: and rig a series of elections to prevent the American
- 33:13Speaker 1: people from getting President Trump into office. Luckily, we were
- 33:18Speaker 1: able to overcome those efforts. 2024, we made it too
- 33:21Speaker 1: big to rig. But boy, they tried, didn't they? They
- 33:24Speaker 1: indicted the president in multiple jurisdictions run by Democrats all
- 33:27Speaker 1: across the country. And in a jurisdiction like Florida, where
- 33:30Speaker 1: Democrats didn't control the game, they impaneled the grand jury
- 33:34Speaker 1: first in D.C., got the charges, and then transferred them
- 33:37Speaker 1: to Florida. They knew what they were doing. It was
- 33:40Speaker 1: all designed to subvert the justice system and turn it
- 33:44Speaker 1: into a tool of political power for the left. That's
- 33:47Speaker 1: not how President Trump is conducting his job. In fact,
- 33:49Speaker 1: it's the complete opposite. If they find evidence of crimes,
- 33:53Speaker 1: they're going after it, which is what is happening here
- 33:57Speaker 1: in Newsom's life, no doubt. In fact, we now know,
- 34:01Speaker 1: according to a variety of news reports, that there are
- 34:03Speaker 1: multiple investigations going on, federal investigations going on into the Newsoms.
- 34:11Speaker 1: But one of the key elements here that sources are
- 34:13Speaker 1: claiming at the moment is that this didn't even emanate
- 34:16Speaker 1: out of Washington. These investigations did not begin because of
- 34:21Speaker 1: anybody in Washington, D.C. In fact, they were initiated as
- 34:25Speaker 1: the result of whistleblowers in California, local, that would be
- 34:30Speaker 1: local federal prosecutors, initiated these investigations because of credible allegations
- 34:38Speaker 1: of crimes being committed by people by either the Newsoms
- 34:41Speaker 1: or people around them. So there's something very real going
- 34:45Speaker 1: on here. And pieces of this go back to the
- 34:48Speaker 1: Biden administration. It's not to Trump at all. Now, if
- 34:52Speaker 1: that's the case, by the way, if this does go
- 34:53Speaker 1: back to the Biden administration and no charges were brought,
- 34:55Speaker 1: we have to leave on the table that Joe Biden
- 34:57Speaker 1: was protecting Gavin Newsom, that they sought, as they so
- 35:01Speaker 1: often did, to prevent Democrats from being held accountable for
- 35:05Speaker 1: their crimes. Remember, the Biden Justice Department was arranging sweetheart
- 35:08Speaker 1: deals in order to prevent Hunter Biden from ever being prosecuted,
- 35:13Speaker 1: from ever being found guilty of anything. They had a
- 35:16Speaker 1: crazy plea deal set up for Hunter Biden. Luckily, it
- 35:18Speaker 1: was intercepted by a bright judge called Mary Ellen Nareka.
- 35:22Speaker 1: They did this as they protected Joe Biden from scrutiny
- 35:25Speaker 1: over his taxes. They told the IRS whistleblowers that they
- 35:28Speaker 1: weren't allowed to dig into Joe Biden's tax schemes. Now,
- 35:32Speaker 1: there was clearly cover-up operations going on in the Biden
- 35:35Speaker 1: Justice Department, and that may very well have been the
- 35:37Speaker 1: case for Gavin Newsom. But check out this detail. This
- 35:42Speaker 1: is in a New York Times piece. Remember, Gavin Newsom's
- 35:47Speaker 1: former chief of staff was prosecuted for trying to steal
- 35:51Speaker 1: funds from an old campaign account of Javier Becerra. And
- 35:57Speaker 1: in the New York Times piece, They say that when Ms.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Williams was indicted last year, when she was indicted last year,
- 36:05Speaker 1: this is Williams' son is her name. Her attorney said
- 36:09Speaker 1: that federal agents first approached her during the Biden administration.
- 36:15Speaker 1: She was working for Mr. Newsom at the time, and
- 36:18Speaker 1: the agents asked her if she would cooperate in an
- 36:21Speaker 1: investigation of the governor. She replied she had no information
- 36:28Speaker 1: to give them because she had never witnessed any criminal
- 36:30Speaker 1: conduct by Mr. Newsom. So FBI agents were investigating Governor
- 36:38Speaker 1: Newsom when Joe Biden was in office. Oh yeah, that
- 36:43Speaker 1: really sounds like a Donald Trump motivated hit job, doesn't it?
- 36:48Speaker 1: Every word that comes out of Gavin Newsom's mouth is
- 36:51Speaker 1: fundamentally wrapped in some sort of lie. but I think
- 36:55Speaker 1: we can be pretty certain right now that he is
- 36:57Speaker 1: genuinely under FBI investigation. And boy, it certainly seems like
- 37:01Speaker 1: he deserves it. In fact, in Gavin Newsom's case, there's
- 37:08Speaker 1: a great piece in the Washington Free Beacon about this.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Our friend Andrew Kerr has written about it. But just
- 37:14Speaker 1: to give you a sense of what's going on here,
- 37:16Speaker 1: Jennifer Newsom has a series of– she basically has a
- 37:21Speaker 1: Russian nesting doll of organizations that she operates, for-profit as
- 37:26Speaker 1: well as nonprofit operations. And they're all– there's money going
- 37:30Speaker 1: back and forth between all of them. And Gavin Newsom,
- 37:33Speaker 1: of course, the governor of California, is very involved in
- 37:37Speaker 1: directing funding to his wife's organizations– which in turn pay
- 37:42Speaker 1: her a massive salary. Is this beginning to sound like
- 37:46Speaker 1: corruption to you? It should. That's precisely what it is.
- 37:50Speaker 1: But look here, I've got a great Washington Free Beacon
- 37:52Speaker 1: piece that describes this in a little bit more detail.
- 37:54Speaker 1: Just a for instance, check this out. Corporate donors gave
- 37:59Speaker 1: big to a Newsom family charity. Then the California governor
- 38:03Speaker 1: took their side on state issues, says Andrew Kerr. He
- 38:06Speaker 1: wrote about this in July of last year. California Governor
- 38:11Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom doesn't typically get involved in disputes between rival
- 38:14Speaker 1: Native American tribes. That changed last year when Newsom used
- 38:18Speaker 1: his office to try to block a small tribe from
- 38:22Speaker 1: opening a casino in Northern California. In August of 2024,
- 38:26Speaker 1: Newsom's office sent a letter on his behalf to the
- 38:30Speaker 1: Biden Interior Department, urging it to reject a $ 700 million
- 38:34Speaker 1: proposed casino project north of San Francisco by the Coy Nation.
- 38:39Speaker 1: a tribe with fewer than 100 members, okay? So he's
- 38:42Speaker 1: trying to block this Indian tribe from having a casino
- 38:46Speaker 1: north of San Francisco. But the Biden administration approved the
- 38:50Speaker 1: project anyway. So in May, Newsom sued the Trump administration
- 38:54Speaker 1: in a last-ditch effort to block the casino. If Newsom
- 38:58Speaker 1: gets his way, it would be a major win for
- 39:00Speaker 1: the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, a major California political donor,
- 39:07Speaker 1: which operates its own casino just 15 miles away from
- 39:12Speaker 1: this other Indian tribe's casino that they were trying to
- 39:14Speaker 1: set up. A little-known California government disclosure database may shed
- 39:19Speaker 1: light on why Newsom did this. In April of 2024,
- 39:23Speaker 1: a few months before Newsom sent his letter to the
- 39:25Speaker 1: Biden Interior Department, the governor requested that Graton Rancheri contribute
- 39:31Speaker 1: half a million dollars to his wife's charity, the California
- 39:36Speaker 1: Partners Project. And in April 2025, one month before Newsom
- 39:41Speaker 1: filed his lawsuit against the Trump administration, he again asked
- 39:45Speaker 1: for another half a million dollars to his wife's charity.
- 39:49Speaker 1: The tribe cut those checks specifically at Newsom's request. This
- 39:55Speaker 1: is according to something called the behested payments database in California.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Just to be clear on what a behested payment is,
- 40:02Speaker 1: in California, just like in California is typical for this
- 40:05Speaker 1: kind of corruption. The way it works is that government
- 40:08Speaker 1: officials can tell charities, hey, you should donate or tell
- 40:13Speaker 1: organizations you should donate to this charity. And so you
- 40:16Speaker 1: have to document when a government official encourages a donor
- 40:20Speaker 1: to make a contribution like that. It's at the behest
- 40:23Speaker 1: of the governor. So it's a behested payment. So there's
- 40:26Speaker 1: a record here showing that Newsom keeps asking this Indian
- 40:30Speaker 1: tribe to donate to his wife's charity, and then they do.
- 40:33Speaker 1: So we have records of this. And so... Now he's
- 40:39Speaker 1: trying to kill some other Indian tribes casino. It's pretty
- 40:42Speaker 1: obvious that this is a quid pro quo arrangement. His
- 40:45Speaker 1: wife is drawing a massive salary from this operation. He's
- 40:49Speaker 1: directing a ton of funding to her organizations. And then
- 40:53Speaker 1: he's killing other Indian tribes chances of coming in and
- 40:59Speaker 1: elbowing out any of the business there. So what is
- 41:02Speaker 1: that called? What is that called when somebody gives you
- 41:06Speaker 1: a gift And then you return it for something of
- 41:10Speaker 1: equal or greater value. What is that called? Oh, it's
- 41:13Speaker 1: Indian giving. There's actually a phrase for this. That's precisely
- 41:17Speaker 1: what he's doing. This is self-dealing. And so is there
- 41:20Speaker 1: a basis by which the feds could be investigating this
- 41:22Speaker 1: guy for corruption? Hell yes. A massive one. And I'm
- 41:26Speaker 1: barely scratching the surface. You know who's dug into this
- 41:29Speaker 1: a lot? My next guest, Susan Crabtree's here. She's a
- 41:32Speaker 1: national correspondent for RealClearPolitics. and she's literally written the book
- 41:39Speaker 1: on the subject. The book by Susan Crabtree is Fool's Gold,
- 41:43Speaker 1: The Radicals, Con Artists, and Traitors Who Killed the California Dream. Susan,
- 41:47Speaker 1: as always, great to have you with us. Thank you.
- 41:49Speaker 8: It's wonderful to be with you.
- 41:51Speaker 1: Okay, so what are we looking at here? It does
- 41:53Speaker 1: seem like Gavin Newsom has a reason to be nervous.
- 41:58Speaker 8: Yes, my phone was blowing up yesterday with phone calls
- 42:02Speaker 8: from the California Post, Other editors I work for my
- 42:06Speaker 8: own editor. What is going on here? Uh, well, there's
- 42:09Speaker 8: a number of things that could, it could be the
- 42:12Speaker 8: scenario you just laid out was mind boggling because I
- 42:16Speaker 8: looked into this earlier this week, the Washington free beacon,
- 42:19Speaker 8: my former employer wrote that story. It's unbelievable to me
- 42:25Speaker 8: as a person who covered Jack Abramoff and all of
- 42:28Speaker 8: the Indian casino gambling corruption. that took place in the
- 42:33Speaker 8: early 2000s. Didn't we learn from that? It's exhibit A
- 42:37Speaker 8: on what not to do if you don't want to
- 42:39Speaker 8: get indicted by the FBI. That corruption scandal took down
- 42:45Speaker 8: multiple aides to Tom DeLay, who was the majority whip
- 42:49Speaker 8: at the time, I believe. So it's unbelievable that he
- 42:54Speaker 8: would behest this money. The pest attainment system is legalized corruption.
- 43:01Speaker 8: Just like in California, we have legalized rigging of our elections.
- 43:05Speaker 8: It's legal. It's all baked in. This is the same thing.
- 43:09Speaker 8: It's a shakedown, these behested payments. You shake down companies
- 43:15Speaker 8: or entities, foundations. I found quite a few millions of
- 43:20Speaker 8: dollars that Gavin Newsom directed from one nonprofit to a
- 43:25Speaker 8: bunch of other nonprofits that provide money. services for illegal immigrants.
- 43:32Speaker 8: That's a whole nother topic. But this goes on all
- 43:35Speaker 8: the time in California. And these companies and entities have
- 43:39Speaker 8: business before the state. In that particular instance, Gavin Newsom
- 43:44Speaker 8: sent a letter to the Biden administration to try to
- 43:47Speaker 8: get that casino denied for the Coy tribe. And he
- 43:52Speaker 8: was unsuccessful. So there was a quid, but there wasn't
- 43:57Speaker 8: a quote, as the saying goes.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Not for a lack of trying, though. Right.
- 44:03Speaker 8: It looked like just if you, on its face, it's
- 44:09Speaker 8: just unbelievable to me that he would request that much
- 44:12Speaker 8: money for his wife's nonprofit that she takes a salary of.
- 44:16Speaker 8: But there's another interesting tidbit that looks really, really bad.
- 44:22Speaker 8: You know, Dana Williamson, Gavin Newsom's former chief of staff,
- 44:28Speaker 8: who pleaded guilty last month to corruption, basically. She took money.
- 44:34Speaker 8: She siphoned money out of Javier Becerra's dormant campaign account.
- 44:40Speaker 8: He was the HHS secretary, and he's the frontrunner for
- 44:44Speaker 8: the governor's race running against Republican Steve Hilton. And she
- 44:50Speaker 8: pleaded guilty because she siphoned $ 225, 000 out. She orchestrated the
- 44:52Speaker 8: scheme to the wife of a top Becerra aid to
- 45:00Speaker 8: pad his salary so that he could go work for
- 45:02Speaker 8: Becerra in Washington, DC. So there's another element to this
- 45:07Speaker 8: that the federal, the feds were asking her at the time, Hey,
- 45:12Speaker 8: we're looking into Gavin Newsom. Do you have any, basically,
- 45:15Speaker 8: do you have any dirt on him?
- 45:16Speaker 1: Do you know anything?
- 45:18Speaker 8: And she denied it, but there's this episode involving Microsoft's Activision,
- 45:24Speaker 8: a gaming company. So the federal prosecutors, they were accusing
- 45:32Speaker 8: her of passing along confidential state litigation information to her
- 45:39Speaker 8: former business partner. And though the plea agreement doesn't name
- 45:43Speaker 8: the client, the details closely match a 2021 sex discrimination
- 45:49Speaker 8: lawsuit in California that regulators fired against this video game
- 45:54Speaker 8: company called Activision. Okay, I know this is complicated, so
- 45:58Speaker 8: bear with me.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Yes, but basically she had secret information. It was illegal
- 46:02Speaker 1: to leak it, and they believe that she did leak
- 46:04Speaker 1: it to Activision.
- 46:06Speaker 8: There you go. And then, get this, when Williamson was
- 46:12Speaker 8: first indicted in 2025, her attorney revealed that federal agents
- 46:17Speaker 8: had approached her during the Biden administration seeking this, that
- 46:21Speaker 8: Newsom's office responded to the Justice Department questions about the
- 46:26Speaker 8: Activision attorney firing. And then according to his spokesman, the
- 46:31Speaker 8: federal communications went quiet. So did Newsom fire that Justice
- 46:39Speaker 8: Department attorney to get him fired that was looking into,
- 46:44Speaker 8: the California Justice Department, looking into the activation case? Like
- 46:49Speaker 8: that's the big question. That is sort of the smoking
- 46:53Speaker 8: gun question. that's out there with the Dana Williamson story.
- 46:56Speaker 1: There's also another piece of how the Newsoms are making
- 47:00Speaker 1: their money. It seems to me, the closer you look
- 47:03Speaker 1: at this, the more you realize Jennifer Newsom, the first partner,
- 47:08Speaker 1: as Gavin calls her, is the money laundering operation of
- 47:11Speaker 1: the family. Because, for instance, she's got supposedly this documentary
- 47:17Speaker 1: company where they generate these pornographic films that they put
- 47:20Speaker 1: into schools, and they're about confusing kids about gender identity
- 47:24Speaker 1: and all sorts of nonsense. And that, as I understand it,
- 47:27Speaker 1: California taxpayer dollars are flowing into that in order to
- 47:33Speaker 1: put the documentaries into the curriculum of the schools. And
- 47:36Speaker 1: she gets paid a salary based on that. That seems
- 47:39Speaker 1: to me explicitly to be self-dealing, that the governor is
- 47:43Speaker 1: enriching himself off of taxpayer dollars.
- 47:46Speaker 8: This is the incredible part. So she.
- 47:50Speaker 8: Talking about my book, Fool's Gold, we go into this,
- 47:53Speaker 8: she took 700, she and Gavin both combined took $ 700, 000
- 48:00Speaker 8: from PG & E, the company which is responsible for
- 48:04Speaker 8: the worst and deadliest wildfires. 84 deaths in 2017 and 2018,
- 48:11Speaker 8: I believe in Paradise, leveled that town. It was sort
- 48:14Speaker 8: of the canary in the coal mine before the Palisades.
- 48:17Speaker 8: So Yeah, when it comes to this curriculum, though, we're
- 48:20Speaker 8: talking about exporting California's values. She not only makes, she
- 48:25Speaker 8: not only has a deal to have California public schools
- 48:29Speaker 8: screen her movie for a fee that she takes, that
- 48:32Speaker 8: she takes a cut out of for her salary. She's
- 48:35Speaker 8: exported it to 5,000 public schools across the country. And
- 48:40Speaker 8: they all give her a fee. Just add that up.
- 48:43Speaker 8: She has taken at least $ 4 million dollars from her
- 48:47Speaker 8: nonprofit and salary. And it's not, even though she's taking
- 48:51Speaker 8: this millions, the California Post did a story saying that
- 48:55Speaker 8: that is not proportional to how nonprofits are supposed to operate.
- 48:59Speaker 8: That's too big of a salary. So it's unbelievable. She's
- 49:03Speaker 8: been funneling this money from her nonprofit side to the
- 49:07Speaker 8: profit side of her documentary business. And the films are
- 49:10Speaker 8: things like, they're called The Mask You Live In. It's about,
- 49:14Speaker 8: you know, just anti-masculinity basically. And Gavin Newsom even, used
- 49:20Speaker 8: that same phrase when he rolled out his book about, oh,
- 49:25Speaker 8: he was given all these, you know, mandates to be
- 49:27Speaker 8: this masculine man and he's made mistakes in his life.
- 49:30Speaker 8: And it was, it's a bunch of garbage. I recognized
- 49:32Speaker 8: it right away. Oh, that's the mask you live in.
- 49:35Speaker 8: That's that story that, that's that book or documentary that
- 49:39Speaker 8: that your wife made, and she made other gender justice,
- 49:43Speaker 8: she calls them, documentaries. And conservative women were outraged because
- 49:50Speaker 8: they used pornography in it. It's supposed to be for pro-women,
- 49:56Speaker 8: but it was using, this is for curriculum for high
- 50:00Speaker 8: school kids. using images in pornography to show women being abused.
- 50:05Speaker 1: You know, I have to, I have to say that
- 50:07Speaker 1: somebody should, I don't know, maybe somebody already has. So
- 50:09Speaker 1: my apologies if that's the case, but I would love
- 50:11Speaker 1: to see one of the great, you know, internet clip guys,
- 50:13Speaker 1: like put together all the clips of how crazy her
- 50:15Speaker 1: documentaries are, because I think as this conversation is now rising,
- 50:19Speaker 1: that that would be a worthwhile clip package to take
- 50:21Speaker 1: a look at because this is, this is nuts to me.
- 50:24Speaker 1: And I feel like we're at the beginning of something, Susan,
- 50:27Speaker 1: because there's a reason that, that Gavin Newsom stepped up
- 50:30Speaker 1: to a camera yesterday and then issued this screed about
- 50:33Speaker 1: how he's the victim. He's the one who just revealed
- 50:36Speaker 1: that a grand jury has been impaneled against his family.
- 50:39Speaker 1: And now I feel like we're at the beginning of
- 50:41Speaker 1: something sort of like a big news cycle involving his
- 50:45Speaker 1: family's corruption.
- 50:46Speaker 8: Well, absolutely. I spent all night last night, because I
- 50:51Speaker 8: was getting inundated by requests, doing a story that I've
- 50:54Speaker 8: been working on for some time, listing at least 20 people,
- 50:59Speaker 8: criminals that have, and people with serious ethics violations that
- 51:04Speaker 8: have worked for Gavin Newsom. So that story will be
- 51:06Speaker 8: coming out. And you won't believe it. He tries to
- 51:11Speaker 8: distance himself, but it's interesting when you have that much
- 51:15Speaker 8: smoke around you, when people are getting indicted and are
- 51:19Speaker 8: serving time. Even his homelessness czar is serving time for
- 51:25Speaker 8: bribery and corruption. So that's just a little taste for
- 51:28Speaker 8: you exclusively, but it's, it's just mind boggling when, you know,
- 51:34Speaker 8: when you've been following the stuff like I have, I
- 51:36Speaker 8: wrote a whole book about it because I knew that
- 51:39Speaker 8: California's politics, people are aware that California's policies are bad.
- 51:44Speaker 8: You know, that we're just a petri dish for social
- 51:47Speaker 8: experimentation on the left than the far left. But they
- 51:50Speaker 8: didn't know that there was so much political corruption in California.
- 51:55Speaker 8: And now everybody's descending on California and exposing the fraud.
- 51:59Speaker 8: But I was trying to expose the fraud back in
- 52:02Speaker 8: 2023 because I moved here from D.C. It's my home state.
- 52:06Speaker 8: And I was outraged by what I was seeing. The EDD,
- 52:10Speaker 8: the unemployment fraud, there are people on death row getting
- 52:15Speaker 8: paychecks and they made it out. Their names were Mickey Mouse.
- 52:18Speaker 8: They submitted requests for unemployment during COVID. And they were
- 52:24Speaker 8: getting millions of dollars or hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- 52:27Speaker 8: And some of them were on death row. I mean,
- 52:29Speaker 8: this is just, there was no checking. There's absolutely. And
- 52:34Speaker 8: the homelessness money too, the 24 billion, it's now probably
- 52:37Speaker 8: upwards of 30 billion that just like went missing. We
- 52:42Speaker 8: don't have, we know where it went, but we don't
- 52:44Speaker 8: know what it went for. But I'm telling you, as
- 52:48Speaker 8: Bill Asseli, the Trump appointed U.S. attorney, has been investigating
- 52:52Speaker 8: in Los Angeles, It's going to these nonprofits that are
- 52:56Speaker 8: making millions and millions of dollars. And some of them,
- 53:01Speaker 8: as I've reported, are spending it on just on Beverly
- 53:05Speaker 8: Hills mansions, on luxury vehicles, on Birkin bags for their girlfriend,
- 53:11Speaker 8: diamond necklaces. It's all documented. And I did a follow-up
- 53:14Speaker 8: story about that particular instance. And I found that there
- 53:18Speaker 8: were donations to Gavin Newsom from that nonprofit's main directors.
- 53:24Speaker 8: And nobody cared. I wrote about the story and I
- 53:26Speaker 8: kept saying, hey, there is this a political nexus between
- 53:30Speaker 8: Gavin Newsom and these L.A. elected officials and this nonprofit
- 53:36Speaker 8: that's under a cloud. And I kept writing about it.
- 53:38Speaker 8: Are you going to give back the money? Are you
- 53:40Speaker 8: going to give back the money? They didn't even give
- 53:42Speaker 8: back the tainted money from this homelessness firm. It's called Shangri-La,
- 53:47Speaker 8: by the way. I mean, you can't even make this
- 53:49Speaker 8: stuff up. The fraud is so unbelievable here. I mean,
- 53:53Speaker 8: I think it was the Trump administration official who was
- 53:56Speaker 8: saying testifying before Congress and saying, you know, there was
- 53:59Speaker 8: a taco stand that was, you know, was supposed to
- 54:02Speaker 8: be a hospice was making making out with millions of
- 54:06Speaker 8: dollars because it was purporting to be a hospice.
- 54:10Speaker 1: Look, it's so crazy. I'm so grateful that you're digging
- 54:14Speaker 1: into all this. And every time we talk about California,
- 54:16Speaker 1: I keep thinking, man, the Constitution really needs a mechanism
- 54:19Speaker 1: to get rid of a state until it has a
- 54:21Speaker 1: functioning government again. You imagine California in timeout. We just
- 54:26Speaker 1: make them a territory for a short period of time
- 54:28Speaker 1: until we have a functioning government again. Thank you for
- 54:31Speaker 1: constantly fighting for that for that state. It was once
- 54:34Speaker 1: so great. It is a beautiful state. And if we
- 54:36Speaker 1: can make it great again, it'd be good. Susan, thank you.
- 54:38Speaker 1: We'll talk to you throughout all this. Thank you so much.
- 54:40Speaker 8: Thank you so much, Vince.
- 54:42Speaker 1: All right. Susan Crabtree of Real Clear Politics. And again,
- 54:46Speaker 1: she has her incredible book, Fool's Gold, The Radicals, Con Artists,
- 54:50Speaker 1: and Traitors Who Killed the California Dream. Definitely go pick
- 54:52Speaker 1: that up. Let me tell you about some breaking news
- 54:55Speaker 1: this morning as we close out the program today. We
- 54:59Speaker 1: have some news that the FBI has disrupted a really
- 55:03Speaker 1: sinister plot to attack that UFC event at the White
- 55:07Speaker 1: House this weekend. This is crazy, these early details. And
- 55:12Speaker 1: I'll be kind of fascinated to see what, if anything,
- 55:15Speaker 1: our buddy Dan Bongino has to say about this as
- 55:17Speaker 1: the now former deputy director of the FBI. He said,
- 55:20Speaker 1: not him, but this is the reporting from Fox. The
- 55:22Speaker 1: FBI has disrupted an alleged explosive drone plot targeting the
- 55:30Speaker 1: White House on Sunday. The FBI and its law enforcement
- 55:35Speaker 1: partners disrupted an alleged plot targeting this weekend's UFC Freedom
- 55:39Speaker 1: 250 event. Five people were in custody as of yesterday, Monday.
- 55:44Speaker 1: Investigators have identified 23 people as a part of a
- 55:49Speaker 1: potential network of plotters. The alleged plan involved using explosive-laden
- 55:54Speaker 1: drones to hit buildings near the event. So presumably this
- 56:00Speaker 1: would be buildings... outside of the White House perimeter, to
- 56:05Speaker 1: force a mass evacuation and to steer the crowds towards
- 56:10Speaker 1: a pre-staged sniper team. In other words, they wanted to
- 56:15Speaker 1: funnel the attendees of the fight out into snipers who
- 56:23Speaker 1: were lying in wait. A second wave was then allegedly
- 56:29Speaker 1: planned to storm the White House gate, according to officials.
- 56:33Speaker 1: So what that means, I guess, is if people are
- 56:35Speaker 1: being all of a sudden rushed out of the event,
- 56:37Speaker 1: there's a stampede to get out of the White House.
- 56:40Speaker 1: That in the chaos, their plan was to rush that
- 56:44Speaker 1: entrance as people were rushing out of it. The FBI
- 56:47Speaker 1: first learned of the threat on June 10th. This is
- 56:51Speaker 1: now six days ago. The 14th was the event. so
- 56:57Speaker 1: they learned about it four days prior. They worked with
- 57:01Speaker 1: partners to secure probable cause for an arrest in Cincinnati
- 57:04Speaker 1: where one suspect was taken into custody. The Secret Service
- 57:09Speaker 1: said it worked closely with the FBI during the investigation.
- 57:13Speaker 1: In the days leading up to this weekend, our special agents,
- 57:15Speaker 1: mission support personnel, and technical security teams worked around the
- 57:18Speaker 1: clock to identify those responsible and hold them accountable, said
- 57:22Speaker 1: the Secret Service director, Sean Curran. Equally important to our
- 57:26Speaker 1: protective mission is ensuring accountability through the justice system. To
- 57:30Speaker 1: that end, our formal comments regarding the specifics of this
- 57:32Speaker 1: case will now be made through court filings. Investigators later
- 57:38Speaker 1: uncovered signal chats in which multiple people allegedly discussed attacking
- 57:44Speaker 1: the UFC event. An initial review of one suspect's iPhone
- 57:48Speaker 1: identified at least 23 signal users discussing pre-operational activity. Some
- 57:56Speaker 1: of those involved allegedly planned to travel to Fredericksburg, Virginia
- 58:01Speaker 1: on June 12th or 13th to prepare for the attack.
- 58:04Speaker 1: One of the suspects allegedly told investigators the goal was
- 58:07Speaker 1: to target, quote, capitalist elites, billionaires, or politicians who received
- 58:12Speaker 1: donations from AIPAC. The investigation stretched across at least 12
- 58:18Speaker 1: FBI field offices. So the breaking news again this morning
- 58:22Speaker 1: is some sort of horrific attack was planned. for Sunday night,
- 58:27Speaker 1: thwarted by the FBI. And the Secret Service on guard
- 58:32Speaker 1: clearly felt like the efforts to stop this were successful
- 58:36Speaker 1: enough that the event could go on on Sunday. But
- 58:39Speaker 1: absolutely crazy. And God bless any man or woman who
- 58:44Speaker 1: raises their hand, takes an oath, and protects this country.
- 58:47Speaker 1: It means the world to the rest of us who
- 58:49Speaker 1: have to live in it, who want to live in it,
- 58:51Speaker 1: who want to live in peace in it. Thank you
- 58:53Speaker 1: for that. All right. We'll have a lot more to
