A shocking capital murder unfolded on February 8th when 26-year-old Jon Kross Perez was ambushed, robbed, and shot multiple times outside an East Side after-hours spot. The suspect, 22-year-old Santos Alvarez — known by the street name “Motion” — allegedly fired the shots during the brutal attack.
