- 1:57[SPEAKER_00]: We're beginning to see a rest after a rest after a rest of Democrat politicians and yes, judges.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: Let's start with what just happened in Florida.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: Today, literally, just hours ago, representative Sheila Sharfullick McCormick was a rain for conspiring to steal $5 million from FEMA disaster funds.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_00]: Now, according to prosecutors, she and her brother,
- 2:23[SPEAKER_00]: One contracts to staff, COVID vaccine, registration drives for their company, Trinity Healthcare Services.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_00]: When they were accidentally overpaid by over $5 million, they refused to give the money back.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_00]: Instead, Shafullis McCormick allegedly laundered that money into her 2021 congressional campaign.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: Now let that hit you, okay?
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: While Americans are suffering, some even dying from COVID, while families were struggling to pay their bills.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: While small businesses were shutting down permanently, this Congresswoman was allegedly stealing disaster relief money meant to help people
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: Congress.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: The House Ethics Committee just released a report and it was devastating.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: They found substantial evidence supporting the criminal charges against her.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: The investigation met 12 times.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: They sent 30 requests for information.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: They issued 59 subpoenas.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: They reviewed over 33,000 documents, interviewed 28 witnesses.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_00]: and the report revealed substantial evidence of conduct consistent with the allegations in the indictment as well as more extensive misconduct related to violations of federal laws and ethical standards.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: So what did House Minority Leader Hakim Jeffries do?
- 3:49[SPEAKER_00]: Did he call for accountability?
- 3:51[SPEAKER_00]: Did he demand a resignation?
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: Did he repeat his nauseatingly hypocritical mantra?
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: No one is above the law.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: No, he promised to block any effort to expel her from Congress.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, let that sink it, $5 billion in alleged that disaster funds, 15 federal accounts.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: A House of Ethics Investigation was substantial evidence of wrongdoing and the Democrat leader in Congress off Brando Bama refuses to hold her accountable.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: But unfortunately for dollar store Obama, Shafullis McCormick is just the beginning of the Democrats' legal troubles.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about Judge Andrea Bradley Baskin in Detroit.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: She was federally-indicted just a few days ago on charges including conspiracy to commit wire fraud, money laundering, and full statements.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_00]: She allegedly helped in bezel $273,000 from vulnerable adults under court-appointed guardianship elderly people and disabled individuals who couldn't protect themselves.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: This is a sitting judge.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: This is someone sworn to uphold the law, someone entrusted with protecting the most vulnerable members of society, and she allegedly stole from them.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: And then there's Judge Rosie Speedlin Gonzalez in Bear County, Texas.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: She's touted as the first openly gay judge of Bear County, but it turns out that she's far more than that.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: She is a radical LGBT activist and has weaponized her courtroom for that activism.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: She was just arrested and indicted on felony, unlawful restraint by a judicial officer.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: I kid you not, she allegedly ordered a defense attorney, handcuffed in her courtroom because of a procedural dispute back in December 2024.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: You heard that right, she had a lawyer handcuffed and physically restrained in her courtroom.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: This isn't misconduct, this is authoritarianism one-a-one, this is an abuse of power from the bench unlike anything we can imagine, but of course, that's just part of the course given a radical left-wing activism disguised behind the power of Oblaku.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: And we're not done.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: There's yet another high profile arrest of a Democrat that's going to blow your mind.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to see what's really going on with all of this corruption.

- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: on 12 federal counts for allegedly collecting over $17,000 in pandemic unemployment benefits while serving as an elected official.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_00]: This Democrat allegedly made false statements on 10 separate occasions to steal money meant for Americans who had lost their jobs.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: Now, are you noticing a pattern here?
- 8:51[SPEAKER_00]: stealing from vulnerable adults, abuse a judicial power, laundering disaster relief funds.

- 9:06[SPEAKER_00]: The billions of dollars have Medicaid fraud that's been exposed and uncovered in Minneapolis.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: The comparably billions of dollars of Medicare fraud that's just been uncovered in LA.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: With Los Angeles County alone, accounting for nearly 20% of the nation's federal Medicare claims.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: One county alone, 20%.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: We're witnessing the revelation of the single biggest federal and state crime scandal ever committed in our nation's history and it has democrat DNA all over it and what's so key here with these arrests.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_00]: of supposedly Democrat compassion and advocacy.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_00]: In other words, they hid behind some kind of Democrat pet project in order to engage in blatantly illegal activity to enrich and empower themselves.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_00]: Their supposed humanitarianism was a cover for the own personal enrichment and benefit.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: And we talked about this in yesterday's video on the massive scandal that's being blown up or exposed, I should say, in LA County.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't know Los Angeles County has become the epicenter of health care fraud in America, if you haven't seen that video.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: The numbers are staggering $3.5 billion in fraud, just in L.A. County alone through a hospice and some home health care schemes.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: Los Angeles County has 1,923 hospice agencies, 1,923 hospice agencies, one county.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: that's more than the total hospice agencies of 36 states combined.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's 30 times more than Florida, 30 times more than New York, even though L.A. has less seniors than those states.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_00]: And we're talking hundreds of thousands of less seniors.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_00]: And basically what's happening is we're uncovering a mass fraud scandal where fake hospices have been stealing billions in Medicare funds.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, Medicare.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's our money federal tax money getting stolen in LA County.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_00]: But what we pointed out yesterday is that as infuriating as that is, it all reeks of a political party in total decline.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrat party has become so incurably corrupt, precisely because it is basically decomposing.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: It's dying.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: Sociologists have long studied how large social and political movements meet their demise, the pattern in their dissolution, and one of the key characteristics of that dissolution is rampant corruption.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: you see rampant corruption as a leading indicator of institutional collapse in social decay.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: Basically, the social conditions of the political party are so bad, so few people believe in it anymore, that politicians and
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: What we're finding often judges, they just basically begin looting the public trough for all its worth.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: They're done trying to reform it because trust in their political movement is in the toilet.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_00]: They've been so politically rejected.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: So they're done with trying to reform this system.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_00]: And instead, they begin looting the system.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: So this fraud that we're seeing here is a stunning admission that Democrat politicians and judges see their party in rampant decline, and they're getting what they can while the party still shows some semblance of functionality.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_00]: But of course, what does that do?
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: That only ends up propelling a doom loop.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: A tail spin, since the more Democrats get caught in corruption, the more trust and confidence in the party implodes.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: And once that trust is fully shattered, as the legacy media is finding out the hard way, the institution eventually collapses.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: And I think we're seeing the slow but inevitable death of the Democrat party.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_00]: The arrest and removal of these politicians and judges is just a foretaste of the end of the party as a whole.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I think I speak on behalf of all of us when I say that moment can't come a moment to soon.
