  Speaker 1: I ask that you join along with me in prayer.

  Speaker 1: And on today I want to pray about love, Heavenly Father.

  Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you today, God,
• 0:15
  Speaker 1: humbly acknowledging your presence and your boundless love for us. God,
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: we thank you for the gift of life and for
• 0:23
  Speaker 1: the blessings of relationships, for the blessing of family, for
• 0:28
  Speaker 1: friends and neighbors. God that You've placed in our lives. Lord,
• 0:32
  Speaker 1: we acknowledge that in this world, if we could be honest,
• 0:36
  Speaker 1: our love is often tested, and it can sometimes be
• 0:40
  Speaker 1: hard to love the way that You've called us to love.

  Speaker 1: But God, we know that through You all things are possible. Lord,

  Speaker 1: we pray for the kind of love that's described in

  Speaker 1: First Corinthians thirteen four through eight. We ask that you

  Speaker 1: help us to love one another with patience and kindness. God,

  Speaker 1: let us be slow to anger and quick to forgive,

  Speaker 1: reflecting the grace of You shown to us. Lord, help

  Speaker 1: us not to be jealous or envious of others, but

  Speaker 1: to celebrate the blessings of others, understanding that there's enough
• 1:12
  Speaker 1: of your love, your grace, your blessings to go around. God,

  Speaker 1: we ask that you remove any pride and selfishness from

  Speaker 1: our hearts, that we may not think of ourselves more

  Speaker 1: highly than we ought. To help us, God, to be humble,

  Speaker 1: to serve one another, and to lift others up rather

  Speaker 1: than to seek our own way. Teach us God to

  Speaker 1: be considerate, not rude, and to honor one another the

  Speaker 1: same way that you honor us. God, we pray for

  Speaker 1: strength to bear one another in difficult times. Lord, help

  Speaker 1: us to be patient and understanding when relationships face challenges.

  Speaker 1: Let our love be a shield guarding against misunderstandings and

  Speaker 1: judgment and bitterness. Teach us God to believe in one

  Speaker 1: another and to speak words of encouragement that build up

  Speaker 1: rather than tear down. Father, God, we pray that we

  Speaker 1: be people who protect, trust, and persevere when the world

  Speaker 1: around us seems uncertain. God, let us place our trust

  Speaker 1: in You and not in one another. God, not in people.

  Speaker 1: We can trust you. God, you won't fell us. Let

  Speaker 1: us remain steadfast in love, never giving up or growing

  Speaker 1: weary in our love. God, let our love reflect your

  Speaker 1: love for us, perfect, unconditional, and unchanging. Oh, Lord, we

  Speaker 1: ask for healing in our hearts. God, that you teach

  Speaker 1: us to forgive as we've been forgiven. Let us not

  Speaker 1: hold grudges and bitterness, God, but live with hearts wide

  Speaker 1: open to love. Let our actions speak louder than our words. God.

  Speaker 1: our kindness, our actions, our care for one another. God.

  Speaker 1: we ask you to fill us with the Holy Spirit,

  Speaker 1: that we may embody the true meaning of love, that

  Speaker 1: we can give it freely, even God with his heart. Lord,

  Speaker 1: let it transform the world around us. God, we pray

  Speaker 1: for unity among your people. Lord. We ask Lord God,

  Speaker 1: that we stand together and love, supporting each other, lifting
• 3:15
  Speaker 1: each other up and becoming the light in a dark world.

  Speaker 1: Let us be a community that shows your love God

  Speaker 1: to others, so that others can be drawn to You.
