Bethlehem just splashed $300K on a futuristic, knee-friendly playground at North Bethlehem Park — calling it the “Cadillac version of accessibility” — replacing old wood chips with high-tech surfacing that’s better for everyone, young and old. A $100K state grant helped fund new equipment like low slides, climbing towers, and even a firetruck-themed play zone. The old park was falling apart, so they tore down the last piece last fall.
