- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice. Hell No, Welcome to the Naughty Then Night Show
- 0:16Speaker 1: and your houst Ram Shooter and Ease Thursday, which means
- 0:20Speaker 1: our dear friend Mark Loopo joins us. Hey, Loopy are
- 0:24Speaker 1: you there?
- 0:24Speaker 2: Loopy lewis here?
- 0:25Speaker 1: Hello Wrap, Hey Loops, I haven't seen you in person
- 0:29Speaker 1: for way too long. We're like ships that keep passing
- 0:32Speaker 1: in the night. We're going to the same events, but
- 0:34Speaker 1: at different times, going to the same parties, but as
- 0:37Speaker 1: one leaves, the other one arrives. I'm going to London
- 0:39Speaker 1: next week, so when I'm back, we have to make
- 0:42Speaker 1: a date.
- 0:42Speaker 2: We have to because the Zoom is great, but it's
- 0:44Speaker 2: started up. I need to see you in person.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I know. When we're on the Zoom we sometimes forget.
- 0:49Speaker 1: We're here to do a job, a job we love.
- 0:52Speaker 1: But before the zoo we gossip. But that I lie.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I can't talk to you any more. Bark. We've got
- 0:57Speaker 1: a hit record because I've only got forty minutes on this,
- 1:00Speaker 1: so we have to squeeze out the show. Don't worry, Mark,
- 1:02Speaker 1: we will get together and Natica will tell you everything
- 1:04Speaker 1: we got about. Okay, let's jump into the show. What
- 1:07Speaker 1: time is it? My friend so is tea time. This
- 1:10Speaker 1: story is so controversial and it makes me feel both
- 1:14Speaker 1: good and bad. Let me explain. So, Kate Middleton, this
- 1:19Speaker 1: is a good thing, has turned a corner in her
- 1:22Speaker 1: battle with cancer, reveals a friend. However, should the friend
- 1:27Speaker 1: be talking at all? That's the question. So, Kate Middleton,
- 1:31Speaker 1: the Princess of Wales, is on the mend after a grueling,
- 1:34Speaker 1: grueling battle with cancer. According to a friend, the princess's
- 1:38Speaker 1: quote turned a corner in her treatment. That's good, offering
- 1:42Speaker 1: a glimmer of hope during these challenging times. The source
- 1:46Speaker 1: went on to share with Vanity Fair that it's been
- 1:49Speaker 1: a tremendous relief to see that she's doing well to
- 1:52Speaker 1: the medication. She's doing a lot better and we couldn't
- 1:55Speaker 1: be more thankful. Now. I love all this good news. Mark,
- 1:59Speaker 1: don't get me wrong here. However, didn't we learn a
- 2:02Speaker 1: lesson with Kate a couple of months ago that the
- 2:05Speaker 1: speculation that the press that they talk in the whispering
- 2:09Speaker 1: the friends the sources, didn't we learn that that might
- 2:13Speaker 1: not be such a good thing. Now, I'm a gossip columnist.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I love gossip. I love talking about people, talking to people.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I want to know about Kate, and I certainly want
- 2:22Speaker 1: to know good news. If this is bad news, maybe
- 2:24Speaker 1: i'd think a little differently, But it's good news. Mark.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Should her friends shut up or should they keep telling
- 2:32Speaker 1: us more?
- 2:33Speaker 2: I mean her friends should shut up. We love it
- 2:35Speaker 2: is that keeps us going. But listen, you know, I
- 2:37Speaker 2: think the royal family, the Palace, they need to kind
- 2:41Speaker 2: of update their the way they approach pr right. And
- 2:44Speaker 2: so they fumbled many times over the last few years.
- 2:48Speaker 2: And so of the information that we find out usually
- 2:50Speaker 2: comes from sources or it's being reported in blogs, and
- 2:53Speaker 2: and so I think I want to hear from the palace.
- 2:55Speaker 2: I want to hear from.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Keith in some way.
- 2:57Speaker 2: They don't always you know, day by day updates, but
- 3:00Speaker 2: at least let us know what's going on when we
- 3:02Speaker 2: can expect some kind of you know, return, just so
- 3:04Speaker 2: we don't speculate and make up stories and cause for
- 3:07Speaker 2: the problems.
- 3:08Speaker 1: It's such a good point, and it applies to your
- 3:10Speaker 1: life too. If you're not going to tell your story,
- 3:13Speaker 1: somebody else will, somebody in the family, a friend, somebody
- 3:16Speaker 1: that doesn't like you. If you're not going to tell
- 3:17Speaker 1: your own story, that story doesn't go away. It's a
- 3:20Speaker 1: real antiquated theory of PR. In the old days. I'm
- 3:26Speaker 1: talking ten twenty years ago. If you didn't talk, the
- 3:29Speaker 1: story died. Now the world has changed now outlets, news
- 3:35Speaker 1: organizations really actually serious news organizations like people Vanity Faire
- 3:39Speaker 1: Us Weekly, they will be quite happy to talk to
- 3:43Speaker 1: a source. I'd rather talk to you on the record.
- 3:45Speaker 1: On the record means you are named. So Mark Lupo
- 3:48Speaker 1: said the following, and then I put the quote. If
- 3:51Speaker 1: Mark didn't want to be named, if he wanted to
- 3:52Speaker 1: be a source, it would say a source says the following,
- 3:55Speaker 1: and then the quote. And so I agree with you here,
- 3:58Speaker 1: Mark Pallace, if you're listening, a letlow. The best way
- 4:02Speaker 1: to stop sources popping up in the press is to
- 4:05Speaker 1: put out an official statement. Not every day, not every week,
- 4:09Speaker 1: but I think once a month. If I was the
- 4:10Speaker 1: director of the Palace PR, every month on my calendar
- 4:14Speaker 1: would be a little note saying update on Kate. And
- 4:17Speaker 1: it only has to be two or three sentences. But
- 4:20Speaker 1: every month I would try to put out a statement,
- 4:25Speaker 1: a short press release, a little bit of an update,
- 4:29Speaker 1: because it doesn't go away. I learned this lesson the
- 4:32Speaker 1: hard way, but a really interesting way. About twenty years ago,
- 4:35Speaker 1: when I was working with Jlo E True Hollywood Stories,
- 4:39Speaker 1: Remember those who I loved Them? On E they were
- 4:41Speaker 1: doing an hour special on Jennifer Lopez because it was
- 4:44Speaker 1: going to rate she was the hottest person in the
- 4:46Speaker 1: world ben Affleck Drama relationship issues. They were going to
- 4:49Speaker 1: do this special and they wanted Jlo and her sisters
- 4:52Speaker 1: and her family to or give interviews. Jennifer didn't want
- 4:56Speaker 1: to do it, and so we banned everybody from doing
- 5:00Speaker 1: all her friends, all her family members. I texted everybody saying,
- 5:04Speaker 1: we do not approve this. This is unauthorized. If I
- 5:07Speaker 1: see you pop up on this on this special, will
- 5:10Speaker 1: be really mad. But the special when along without us,
- 5:15Speaker 1: So all I did was cut out all the people
- 5:18Speaker 1: who are going to say nice things, all the people
- 5:21Speaker 1: who are really liked her. And when you cut at
- 5:23Speaker 1: people who are gonna say nice things, then you're left
- 5:26Speaker 1: with people who will say horrible things. So this is
- 5:29Speaker 1: a complicated issue. It's sort of a bit of an
- 5:32Speaker 1: inside here, inside the weeds of publicity of what we
- 5:36Speaker 1: do for a living mark, which brings us to our
- 5:39Speaker 1: pole question of the day, what do you think about this.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Friends of Kate are telling us really good news. I
- 5:44Speaker 1: love this news that Kate has turned a corner. But
- 5:47Speaker 1: my question is should her friends shut up? Should her
- 5:51Speaker 1: friends keep talking? I love the good news or should
- 5:55Speaker 1: they all shut up? Hey? Go vote on at to
- 6:00Speaker 1: page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Be sure you take that tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Loopy,
- 6:09Speaker 1: what are you working on?
- 6:10Speaker 2: Let's talk about Diddy rob Okay. So, federal investigators are
- 6:14Speaker 2: preparing to present Sean Diddy Coombe's accusers to a grand jury. Yeah,
- 6:19Speaker 2: this is getting pretty serious. So the legal troubles for
- 6:21Speaker 2: Sean Diddy Combs are intensifying as federal prosecutors moved forward
- 6:25Speaker 2: with plans to bring his accusers before a grand jury.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Sources told CNN that witnesses had been notified by investigators
- 6:32Speaker 2: that they might be called to testify in front of
- 6:34Speaker 2: a federal grand jury in New York City. This development
- 6:37Speaker 2: follows the filing of eight civil lawsuits against the Bad
- 6:40Speaker 2: Boy Records founder, seven of which allege sexual assault. What
- 6:45Speaker 2: do you think what's going on here?
- 6:48Speaker 1: Oh, we're gonna have more and more of these stories
- 6:51Speaker 1: if we now are getting into the legal stuff a
- 6:53Speaker 1: grand jury. This is all gonna come out once that
- 6:57Speaker 1: grand jury starts to investigate. They have power and resources
- 7:02Speaker 1: to really get to the bottom of it. Now, Did
- 7:05Speaker 1: His people are still trying to push the narrative that
- 7:08Speaker 1: this picture is not complete, there's more to the story.
- 7:11Speaker 1: We saw the tape. I think that's a bad narrative
- 7:14Speaker 1: to spread. I saw the tape. It doesn't matter if
- 7:17Speaker 1: she spat on him before he did what he did
- 7:19Speaker 1: to her on the tape. It doesn't matter if she
- 7:22Speaker 1: called him something awful before he did what he did
- 7:25Speaker 1: on the tape, because what he did we saw, and nothing,
- 7:29Speaker 1: nothing can justify that. There's nothing that anybody can say
- 7:33Speaker 1: that did His people can say to get him off
- 7:37Speaker 1: the hook here. I have such conflicted feelings about this Mark.
- 7:41Speaker 1: As you know, I worked for Didday. When these allegations
- 7:44Speaker 1: first started to come out, I defended him somewhat, or
- 7:47Speaker 1: at least they talked about my own experience. Just because
- 7:50Speaker 1: somebody treats you well, me well, that doesn't mean they
- 7:53Speaker 1: treat everybody else well. So I understood that. But from
- 7:56Speaker 1: my perspective, I enjoyed working with him. I thought he
- 7:59Speaker 1: was quite funny. I thought he was quite ridiculous. Could
- 8:02Speaker 1: he be a bit of a bully and rude and vulgar?
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yes?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Could he be a bit bossy? Yes? When he called
- 8:08Speaker 1: me on my phone I saw his name, did I like, Oh?
- 8:10Speaker 2: Yes?
- 8:11Speaker 1: I know it's exhausting, But I didn't know about this.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Now I know I've seen the tape, Mark, and I
- 8:18Speaker 1: think it's time for people around did it to resign,
- 8:23Speaker 1: or to stand up and say something I did. I've
- 8:26Speaker 1: completely disavowed him. I'm embarrassed that he's on my resume.
- 8:31Speaker 1: I'm embarrassed that I was part of the Diddy machine.
- 8:34Speaker 1: For a while, I've been thinking in my own mind, Mark,
- 8:38Speaker 1: was I an enabler? Did I help him get away
- 8:41Speaker 1: with this? I can honestly say no, I wasn't because
- 8:44Speaker 1: I didn't know any of this, and my world with
- 8:47Speaker 1: him was not personal. It was just about his publicity,
- 8:51Speaker 1: for his records, or his fragrances, or his clothesline. But
- 8:55Speaker 1: I think, Marks, it's a tricky path for me to walk.
- 8:59Speaker 1: What do you think?
- 9:00Speaker 2: Course, And I understand that, but I think also you
- 9:02Speaker 2: have to keep in mind when abusers behave in a
- 9:04Speaker 2: certain way, they keep those behaviors locked away in certain spaces.
- 9:08Speaker 2: So you know, you did what you did. You work
- 9:11Speaker 2: for him, and you know, and you can't hold yourself
- 9:13Speaker 2: a hostage for things that you know happened years ago.
- 9:16Speaker 2: And I you know, feel conflicted too. This is someone
- 9:18Speaker 2: who I admired and looked up to, and even two
- 9:20Speaker 2: years ago I was at the BET Awards and watched
- 9:23Speaker 2: him except his Lifetime Achievement Award. I've sat, you know,
- 9:26Speaker 2: in the front row, watching him praise God and think
- 9:29Speaker 2: they think Cassie and all these things, and then you
- 9:31Speaker 2: look back and you're like, this is all a lie,
- 9:33Speaker 2: and it's.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It's all a lie. Yeah, yeah, it's all a life.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Thank you for saying that. Market has really pulled heavy
- 9:39Speaker 1: at my heart strings over the last couple of weeks,
- 9:41Speaker 1: which is why I've started to do a little bit
- 9:44Speaker 1: more press and talk about did he Chris Cuomo's show
- 9:46Speaker 1: asked me to go on, and I'm quite kind, I'm
- 9:49Speaker 1: not a bad guy. But if you if you don't
- 9:52Speaker 1: say something about this, if you're silent, then you were complicit.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Then you were involved in the problem. This stuff cannot continue, Okay,
- 10:00Speaker 1: Moving along, Fans of Pete Davidson are defending him after
- 10:04Speaker 1: he walked off stage because he was relentlessly heckled. So
- 10:08Speaker 1: he was out on stage, He's on a comedy tour
- 10:11Speaker 1: and people went nuts, and not in a good way.
- 10:13Speaker 1: They were heckling him, screaming at him, to the point
- 10:16Speaker 1: where he just couldn't carry on with the show. We've
- 10:19Speaker 1: got like that as a society now, haven't we we
- 10:21Speaker 1: boo people Travis Kelsey when he's had a game, a
- 10:24Speaker 1: sporting event. We think that we can be rude to people.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian has recently booed at the Tom Brady Roast
- 10:32Speaker 1: and now Pete Davidson. He's up there working, This is
- 10:35Speaker 1: his job, but he wants to tell jokes and people
- 10:38Speaker 1: are booing so loudly that he can't even do it.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Why go to the show? If I was gonna pay
- 10:43Speaker 1: all that money to see Madonna Taboo, I'd be a fool.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Why would I get a ticket to somebody I don't like?
- 10:51Speaker 1: Help me understand this.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Mark, It's hard to understand, you know. Like I was
- 10:54Speaker 2: reading about the reactions of other people who were there,
- 10:57Speaker 2: and they felt like those people the heckler's ruined the
- 10:59Speaker 2: show for many of them.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Ruined it.
- 11:00Speaker 2: And I will say P Dividson always collects people's phones
- 11:03Speaker 2: in the audience, so there is no footage of it,
- 11:05Speaker 2: which is you know, I think nice that you want
- 11:07Speaker 2: to relive that over and over. But the reality is,
- 11:10Speaker 2: when you're heckling, you're bullying someone and it's not okay.
- 11:12Speaker 2: And let this person. This is a performer, you know,
- 11:15Speaker 2: and I think he's someone who will easily crack under
- 11:18Speaker 2: the pressure. And if he keeps getting heckled, you know,
- 11:20Speaker 2: I can imagine he might do something crazy.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Would not be Oh yeah, yeah, he's talked about his issues,
- 11:27Speaker 1: his mental health struggles. I was once at Carolines, which
- 11:30Speaker 1: is a very famous comedy club in Times Squares. Unfortunately
- 11:34Speaker 1: it's closed down now. I think it's moved. And I
- 11:36Speaker 1: was there and Leslie Jones remember her from Saturday Night Live.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Oh she's funny, wasn't she. I loved her. She was
- 11:42Speaker 1: on stage and one fool in the audience thought they
- 11:45Speaker 1: could heckle her. Oh she stopped the ship, she turned
- 11:48Speaker 1: up the lights, and she chewed this person to the
- 11:53Speaker 1: point where I guess it was so od and they left.
- 11:56Speaker 1: The person left in tears, and I felt like, no,
- 11:59Speaker 1: I didn't feel bad for this person. They did this
- 12:04Speaker 1: that wait, heckled. They were rude when you confront a
- 12:07Speaker 1: bully too. Then they run, run, run run run. Okay,
- 12:11Speaker 1: moving along, I love this story. Jeff Lewis, who was
- 12:14Speaker 1: on Bravo for a long time, he is now discussing
- 12:18Speaker 1: whether or not he thinks the Real Housewives of New
- 12:21Speaker 1: Jersey should fire Teresa or Melissa. Who did he pick?
- 12:27Speaker 2: Yeah, so you know, technically rob neither one has to
- 12:30Speaker 2: be fired. But by drag back the theory, it would
- 12:33Speaker 2: be difficult to film the show with just one cast
- 12:35Speaker 2: member who refuses to film with another. So, as Jeff
- 12:40Speaker 2: put it, he said, I'd probably let Teresa.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Goel Yes, I would. I've got bored of Teresa. She's
- 12:49Speaker 1: been on it for too long. I've got bored of
- 12:51Speaker 1: Teresa and the Teresa that I loved. She's not that
- 12:53Speaker 1: Teresa anymore. She's all my glamorized and polished, and she's
- 12:57Speaker 1: just the different. I think that story to It's been
- 12:59Speaker 1: told so many times. She's fighting with her brother, she's
- 13:02Speaker 1: fighting with her cousin, she's fighting with this ah. I
- 13:05Speaker 1: think I'm a little over Teresa. Although I say this,
- 13:08Speaker 1: I've said this before, and when they start firing the
- 13:11Speaker 1: original Housewives, the show's never asking. So I'm always like, oh,
- 13:14Speaker 1: get rid of Jill's Aaron. And then when they did,
- 13:16Speaker 1: the show wasn't as good Like I do. I feel
- 13:19Speaker 1: like I've spent a decade with these ladies. I know them.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I feel like I know them, and so I don't
- 13:23Speaker 1: want them to just disappear from my life now. I
- 13:27Speaker 1: do think it's interesting that they don't have to fire either.
- 13:31Speaker 1: But if they're refusing to film together, at some point,
- 13:35Speaker 1: Brather's gonna sit them down and say, this is a hobby, ladies,
- 13:39Speaker 1: it's a job. We're paying you really well for this.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Can you imagine if there was somebody in your office
- 13:44Speaker 1: that you just refuse to work with. I'm not gonna
- 13:47Speaker 1: work with Claire. You you can't sustain a job like that.
- 13:53Speaker 1: These But they're not stupid either. They love the money,
- 13:55Speaker 1: both of them. Loved the press, love the attention, love
- 13:57Speaker 1: the fame. Maybe they should fire both of them.
- 14:00Speaker 2: That a teacher, I mean, listen, push comes to shove.
- 14:03Speaker 2: They're both going to be thiming together the money and
- 14:06Speaker 2: the fame, like you're you're right. They love it both
- 14:08Speaker 2: and they're not gonna give it up.
- 14:10Speaker 1: They're not going to give me up. I'm afraid to
- 14:12Speaker 1: admit that I've worked with some real stinkers, but I
- 14:14Speaker 1: needed the money. There's people I've worked with that I
- 14:18Speaker 1: would have loved to walk, but you can't do that.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Although I have worked with a bit of a side
- 14:23Speaker 1: eye Mark, I'm not quite as nice, are you? A
- 14:26Speaker 1: little like that? You can work with everybody. You're a
- 14:28Speaker 1: nicer guy than I am. You can work with people,
- 14:30Speaker 1: but if someone upsets you mind.
- 14:32Speaker 2: No, I have. I have some work enemies. It could
- 14:34Speaker 2: be be right and nicest.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Well, you're very busy, I tell you, a little sharp
- 14:40Speaker 1: sometimes a little bit sharp. Okay, quickly before we get
- 14:43Speaker 1: a break. This is a bit embarrassing but also sort
- 14:45Speaker 1: of lovely. Kim Kardashian has joined John Hamm on Actors
- 14:49Speaker 1: on Actors Yes, after he insulted her. So Arriety does
- 14:53Speaker 1: this fabulous series where they get actors to interview other
- 14:56Speaker 1: actors and the reality star. Kim sat down with Chloe
- 14:59Speaker 1: so Viner. I love these two together. John is doing
- 15:03Speaker 1: an interview with somebody else. He's not interviewing Kim. However,
- 15:05Speaker 1: they are part of the same series. They were not
- 15:07Speaker 1: filming at the same time. They were not there in
- 15:09Speaker 1: the same studio. They're not asking each other questions. Although
- 15:12Speaker 1: it should point it out that in twenty ten, John
- 15:15Speaker 1: Hammer labeled Kim a stupid and an effing idiot. Now
- 15:19Speaker 1: at the time, Kim fired back, calling his remarks careless.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Now she's on the same platform as him, John, you
- 15:28Speaker 1: have to read a little humble pie here.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Well, I just love that Kim always finds a way
- 15:32Speaker 2: to create. She wins story about herself and saw me.
- 15:34Speaker 1: She wins. It's a talent. It's a talent. Okay, We're
- 15:38Speaker 1: going to take a quick break and we will be
- 15:40Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rub Shooter with our dear friend Mark
- 15:50Speaker 1: loopo Loopy. Let's get to the polls, dumdum. Last year
- 15:54Speaker 1: we talked back Jenny fi Lopez. She might lose her
- 15:56Speaker 1: ninety million dollar Los Vegas because her new album flopped.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Her new concert to us not doing very well. So
- 16:03Speaker 1: the people who run the casino are like, why would
- 16:06Speaker 1: we sign this deal? Why would we sign this massive deal.
- 16:09Speaker 1: My sources tell me Mark, they offered her this deal
- 16:13Speaker 1: before her album flopped and before her tour didn't sell,
- 16:17Speaker 1: but her people didn't sign it. Oh, so there's no
- 16:21Speaker 1: deal until there's a signature. Had they signed this two
- 16:24Speaker 1: three months ago, she would have a ninety million dollar
- 16:27Speaker 1: deal regardless of how her album sells didn't sell. But
- 16:31Speaker 1: now because she didn't sign it, they're like, hold on
- 16:34Speaker 1: a minute, we're gonna make a few changes to this deal.
- 16:38Speaker 1: What do you think about this? Do you think Jlo
- 16:41Speaker 1: would sell in Vegas? So she's not selling too well
- 16:44Speaker 1: on the road, but Vegas it's a different place, isn't it.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Lots of international tour is, lots of drinking, lots of fun.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Do you think Jalo would sell in Vegas? Wow? Only
- 16:52Speaker 1: sixty percent said yes. I think we're all a little
- 16:55Speaker 1: over Jennifer.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I mean, I'm over here, but I think if I'm
- 16:57Speaker 2: in Vegas already and I have nothing else to do,
- 17:00Speaker 2: I think I would pop in for.
- 17:02Speaker 1: That's hardly an endorsement, mark, if I have nothing else,
- 17:07Speaker 1: you got plenty to do with lost Pogers, she puts
- 17:10Speaker 1: on a great shut. Let me just say that I've
- 17:11Speaker 1: seen her. The mistake Jennifer made was singing those big ballads,
- 17:16Speaker 1: those love songs like she was Adele. No, I won't
- 17:19Speaker 1: waiting for tonight, I won't get loud. I want to
- 17:22Speaker 1: shake in her bottom in a spangly Bob Mackey dress. Jennifer,
- 17:28Speaker 1: go back to what you do best. Madonna made this mistake,
- 17:31Speaker 1: though maybe not to the same degree. But for a
- 17:34Speaker 1: while there Madonna refused to sing the hits, only sing
- 17:37Speaker 1: the new material. It was awful. I want the hits, Jennifer,
- 17:40Speaker 1: do the hits and all will be forgiven. Hey, don't
- 17:43Speaker 1: forget to vote on today's Poul will go to add
- 17:45Speaker 1: to the page at Naughty Nise Rob at facebook page
- 17:48Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow
- 17:51Speaker 1: to hear your results are Now it's time for the
- 17:55Speaker 1: nicest of the day. Wow.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Keith Milton has been spotted out with family and running
- 18:03Speaker 2: solo errands amid her cancer treatment.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Oh good for her.
- 18:08Speaker 2: So as we know Rob, the Princess of Wales has
- 18:10Speaker 2: stayed out of the public eye since announcing her cancer
- 18:12Speaker 2: diagnosis and marsh as she undergoes chemotherapy. However, Keith has
- 18:16Speaker 2: been spotted out with family and running errands and she's
- 18:19Speaker 2: looking you know soursa say. She seems to be in
- 18:22Speaker 2: a much better place. So I'm happy to hear this.
- 18:24Speaker 1: I am too, and I don't feel bad that we're
- 18:26Speaker 1: reporting that I don't. It's a fine line, isn't it.
- 18:29Speaker 1: We don't have to do a complete press blackout. We don't,
- 18:32Speaker 1: and they've asked for privacy, but I think we're given
- 18:35Speaker 1: it them, not total privately, but they are public figures.
- 18:40Speaker 1: And also too, I do like that even though she's
- 18:42Speaker 1: out and about, the Brits are not taking photographs off her.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Everybody in Britain, everybody in America has a cell phone.
- 18:49Speaker 1: They're everywhere marked. Now when I get reporting, if a
- 18:53Speaker 1: celebrity allegedly had a meltdown in a restaurant, if there's
- 18:57Speaker 1: not a picture, I don't really believe it now because
- 18:58Speaker 1: everybody has a cell phone. But I like here the Brits,
- 19:03Speaker 1: people around Kate, people in the village where she lives,
- 19:06Speaker 1: are all protecting her. So we know that she's out
- 19:08Speaker 1: and about, but no pictures. I think that's a good balance. Okay,
- 19:12Speaker 1: let's do add naughties of the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty
- 19:14Speaker 1: NICKI minag she's getting mocked for calling Princess Diana a
- 19:18Speaker 1: dear friend I don't think they ever met. So Nicki
- 19:22Speaker 1: Minaj is getting mixed reviews from her fans for asking
- 19:26Speaker 1: for a moment of silence during her concert over the
- 19:29Speaker 1: weekend in England for her dear friend Princess Diana. It
- 19:35Speaker 1: makes me laugh a little bit, but it's also two
- 19:37Speaker 1: so ridiculous, you know, like when a celebrity dies and
- 19:40Speaker 1: Instagram is flooded with pictures of everybody with that celebrity.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Like if ever you've taken a photograph with a celebrity
- 19:49Speaker 1: when they pass, you're going to post it. You met them,
- 19:53Speaker 1: you took a photo with them. You were not dear
- 19:56Speaker 1: friends with Princess Diana. What do you think?
- 19:59Speaker 2: I mean, the timing of it. I can't even imagine
- 20:01Speaker 2: if they really hadn't met, she'd you know, Nicki Mina
- 20:04Speaker 2: was not relevant.
- 20:05Speaker 1: And the age difference she's died five, that just not
- 20:09Speaker 1: if it makes any said, Okay, let's end with a
- 20:13Speaker 1: moment of rob You rub, you get a rub, You
- 20:14Speaker 1: get a rub. Fear and excitement live in exactly the
- 20:17Speaker 1: same part of the brain. So the way that your
- 20:19Speaker 1: brain is set up, this is science where fear lives,
- 20:22Speaker 1: excitement lives too. So the next time you're frightened, ask yourself,
- 20:26Speaker 1: maybe I'm excited instead. Just a little trick. When I
- 20:29Speaker 1: get nervous if I have to do a speech, if
- 20:31Speaker 1: I have to go out and do a presentation, if
- 20:34Speaker 1: I have to go on a new business meeting, and
- 20:36Speaker 1: I feel myself getting a little bit nervous, I take
- 20:39Speaker 1: a breath and I tell myself, this isn't fear, this
- 20:42Speaker 1: is excitement. It works. Mark. I know it sounds like
- 20:46Speaker 1: it doesn't. But if you do it enough, if you
- 20:48Speaker 1: practice enough, you can do it too. Hey. That is
- 20:52Speaker 1: it for today. Thank you so much for listening to
- 20:55Speaker 1: The Naughty Bit Nies with Rob and Mark show, a
