A domestic brawl erupted over trash in Odessa when 39-year-old Tracee Shirey allegedly slashed her 36-year-old boyfriend’s chin with a small, shiny object—leaving a two- to three-inch gash. The attack happened Friday morning as he walked through the house; he was covered in blood and claimed she fled to a friend’s place. Police found her shortly after in her Buick Encore, booked on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, but released her Monday after posting a $15K bond. A household chore turned deadly in seconds.
