Flames tore through a Sherwood home Sunday morning, prompting firefighters to race in and save not just lives—but a dog and a tortoise too. The pup, found unconscious, was revived with a pet oxygen mask and rushed to the vet, while the shell-dweller was also safely extracted and checked out. Three residents are displaced, with Red Cross support on the way, as investigators dig into the fire’s origin.
