  learned from Week 2? What have you learned, Pete?

  What did I learn after I ranted through the entire Michigan

  game? Yeah.

  What I learned is that I'm concerned about the offensive

  coordinator. I'm concerned with the play
• 0:50
  calling with a young quarterback.

  You know, true freshman, second game ever in a hostile
• 0:57
  environment, a tough place to play against a good team.

  Everybody knew that going in. I am not so upset that they lost

  the game. I've kind of expected they would
• 1:04
  lose that game. That doesn't upset me.

  What upsets me about that game is the way they handled their
• 1:09
  quarterback, right? You've got this guy, they're
• 1:12
  going to get the guy killed back there.

  Like they're not doing anything to to, to to slow down the
• 1:18
  defense, right? I mean, they were just running
• 1:20
  downhill the entire game at them and they did nothing to stop it.

  They didn't, they were, I don't think they threw a single slant,
• 1:28
  a slate, single dig route. I don't even remember a screen.

  Did they try one screen? Maybe like just basic, you know,
• 1:35
  offensive coordination one-on-one when you know, when
• 1:38
  they're running downhill at you, you need to get over the top of
• 1:42
  them a little bit. And they just and it's not like
• 1:44
  he doesn't have an arm. It's not like he's not accurate.

  I don't put the blame on him. I thought he played well.

  I think I think they're not doing him a very good service by
• 1:54
  the way, they're calling that game it it you know, they I
• 1:56
  think the defense played well. They were on the field too much.

  So they were getting worn down. But the defense did play quite

  well. And it's not like the players

  did. I mean, you know, at the end of

  the day, I, I was very, very disappointed in the offensive
• 2:10
  game plan. And I didn't even do my rant

  about the week before and the way Texas handled Arch because

  to me it was the same thing that Sark has done many times over
• 2:19
  was his put his team and his quarterback in a very bad
• 2:22
  position and don't call a good game.

  While that was the same thing that I saw last week in
• 2:27
  Michigan. So, you know, on the positive
• 2:29
  side, you know, they competed, they were in that game.

  So they're a good team. I am very optimistic about about
• 2:36
  the quarterback and all of that, but we need to see some
• 2:39
  improvement on the play calling side.

  So that's what I learned from week two, other than the fact

  that I redeemed myself and went three and O last week, which is

  a big positive. So I hope to carry that forward

  this year, which is the this week, which is the most

  important thing for this right 'cause that's what we're here

  for. We're here to win and I hope to

  do some more of that. Yes, once again you did the

  heavy, heavy lifting last week we had a five and four weeks.

  were doing. If they were looking past the

  game, which they could not afford to do.

  They got too many hard games coming up.

  They had to win that game and they had to play well and they

  didn't either of those things. So shame on him.

  His team was not ready. They did not come out and play.

  hard because I remember like in the second quarter, I started

  rooting for USF. Like, I bet on Florida, but I'm

  rooting for US. I'm like, wait, I can't, I need

  Florida to cover here. So I guess Florida's another

  team I can't bet on, I can bet against, I can't bet on Miami.

  So I'll never root for Miami. So that's off the table.

  And yeah, like midway through the second quarter, I found

  myself rooting for USF. You and I had money on on

  Florida. So just old habits, muscle

  memory at this point. I had to remind myself I had a

  unit on Florida for that game. So it's not going to cover for

  me. And at least they can do is

  lose. So that's get some enjoyment out

  of it. So well, we don't have Darren's

  point of view from the weekend. He's like I said, he's in

  Orlando. So let's jump into our picture a

  week. Let's just jump right into it.

  And we got a very good slate of games this week.

  If I could just pull up our I believe there it is.

  All right, we have our first game.

  We got Auburn is one of mine taking on South Alabama Jaguars,

  my favorite team from last year. I believe the line is -24 I

  believe I forget what I put my bet down on that one.

  So yeah, I think Jackson Arnold is making all the difference in

  the world when they get the quarterback play.

  I do like the Davenport kid on South Alabama and the Bullet

  kid. The running back is is pretty

  impressive too. He was behind Fluff last year.

  Again, they've had they've had two home games now they're going
• 6:24
  to Auburn, I believe. And I think it's just going to
• 6:28
  be a tall order. They seem this this could be
• 6:31
  like Auburn's just kind of a springboard.

  I don't think they're going to challenge really for the SEC
• 6:36
  title, obviously, but they're going to be worlds better than
• 6:39
  they were last year. And I like Auburn big covering

  the 24 over South Alabama. Do you have any thoughts on that

  one? No, I agree.

  I mean, I was looking at the over on Direct 54 1/2 and yeah,

  I mean, I think could Auburn score that many points
• 6:54
  themselves? I don't know.

  But they're going to control this game.

  You know, I think there's such a deficit, you know, in in the

  trenches, you know, in favour of Auburn that South Alabama's

  going to have a really difficult time.

  So I did consider the under in that 54 1/2 because I think

  Auburn's defense is going to completely control South
• 7:10
  Alabama. But the, you know, the wild card
• 7:13
  is how many points is is Alabama going to score?

  And I have no idea. So I meant Auburn going to score

  and I don't, I don't know, but it could be a lot.

  So I stayed away from it. But yeah, from from the

  perspective of laying those points, I I think that makes a

  lot of sense. All right, all right, P, We got

  Yeah, so I talked about Minnesota before.

  I've played Minnesota before and I like to play them when I like

  the over under number, which is 42 1/2.

  Obviously Minnesota is a old school Big 10 team.

  Run the ball, play defense. That's what they do.

  That's what I expect they will do.

  They run a rather slow offense. It is the slowest offense in the

  Big 10. So you know, they're going to

  eat clock even if they're going to score, I don't know, say I'm
• 7:58
  not going to say a bunch, but there's they're going to score.

  If they score 20 points, it's going to take them a while,

  right, to score 20 points. Kell's defenses is is is

  disciplined. You know, I think at home it'll

  help keep them sort of in the game.

  But I really am not positive on Cal.

  We talked about that before in the conference preview and all

  that. I don't think Cal's all that

  good. So I think Minnesota's a better

  team. I think Minnesota will win this

  don't know, 20 to 13, you know, 23 to 17, something like that.

  So I really do like this under. So I did play 1 unit on the

  I think, you know, this is one of those two time zone games I

  believe. I don't think Minnesota, this

  would be interesting to watch. Ever since they they pointed

  that out last year, it's been freaking me out every time I see

  If for some reason I'm like all freaked out about it, I don't

  think Cal's very good. So yeah, I could totally see

  supports the under because that's likely to impact the

  I am looking for a big output from Marcel Reed for this game.

  This is a hopefully at the end of this game, win or lose,

  game had not have occurred or have it played out differently,

  expect that there will be, you know, a strong defense on both
