- 0:39Speaker 1: one one four. The phone directory itself was an email
- 0:43Speaker 1: attachment that has not yet been produced as part of
- 0:46Speaker 1: the EFTA disclosure. However, elsewhere in the EFTA documents, telephone
- 0:51Speaker 1: numbers associated with Zoro Ranch appear frequently, as reflected in
- 0:57Speaker 1: his required sex offender notification discussed in greater detail below.

- 1:42Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, in Pombeach, Florida, and in Paris. This corporate
- 1:46Speaker 1: structure evolved over time that Epstein owned Zoro Ranch. The
- 1:50Speaker 1: list below describes the entities primarily involved in the management

- 4:35Speaker 1: point nine to five million. LSJE employed approximately twenty individuals,
- 4:40Speaker 1: who together were responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance
- 4:44Speaker 1: of Epstein's Virgin Island's properties. Epstein also tasked ZDC employees,
- 4:50Speaker 1: notably Bryce and Karen Gordon, with management and operation of LSJ.
- 4:56Speaker 1: LSJE also retained approximately five contractors at any given time.

- 6:01Speaker 1: held at Deutsche Bank. Epstein and Dike and Bryce Gordon
- 6:05Speaker 1: were signatories on the account held by Zoro Ranch Management.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Epstein directed creation on numerous other entities, most of which
- 6:14Speaker 1: had at least some tangible relationship to management and operation
- 6:18Speaker 1: of Zoro Ranch. Some of these entities were nominally focused
- 6:22Speaker 1: on management and operation of Epstein's property in US Virgin Islands,
- 6:26Speaker 1: New York City, Palm Beach, and Paris, France. They include
- 6:31Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen SLK Designs, an E SLLC, a New York
- 6:35Speaker 1: limited liability company which nominally owned Epstein's New York properties,
- 6:40Speaker 1: Neptune LLC, and Southern Trust. Epstein personnel, interview and deposition
- 6:46Speaker 1: of witnesses will be the most crucial part of executing
- 6:49Speaker 1: the Commission's mandate. The most important witnesses, of course, will
- 6:53Speaker 1: be those who interacted directly with Epstein and other important
- 6:57Speaker 1: figures connected to them. The Commission's focus is on the
- 7:01Speaker 1: interactions that occurred in New Mexico or that have a
- 7:04Speaker 1: New Mexico connection. Epstein's orbit included dozens of full time
- 7:08Speaker 1: employees hired to oversee and manage Epstein's corporate, legal and
- 7:13Speaker 1: financial affairs, the operation and logistics of his frequent trips,
- 7:19Speaker 1: the operation and maintenance of his various residences and other properties,
- 7:24Speaker 1: and the servicing of his immediate personal needs. Added to
- 7:28Speaker 1: this orbit were seasonal employees and contractors retained for specialized services.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Many of these employees and contractors may have knowledge or
- 7:36Speaker 1: information relevant to Epstein's activity in New Mexico, and some
- 7:41Speaker 1: may have knowledge of or facilitated Epstein's abuse of women
- 7:45Speaker 1: and girls. The identities of Epstein's employees and contractors have
- 7:50Speaker 1: thus far been drawn primarily from documents made available under
- 7:54Speaker 1: the EFTA, including material generated in connection with past law
- 7:58Speaker 1: enforcement investigation and civil lawsuits, as well as Epstein's email
- 8:03Speaker 1: correspondence dating back to two thousand and nine. Notwithstanding the
- 8:07Speaker 1: extensive bulk of documents, a full picture of the people
- 8:11Speaker 1: in Epstein's life, especially those with a New Mexico connection,
- 8:15Speaker 1: is difficult to complete. That's because the EFTA documents are
- 8:19Speaker 1: redacted Epstein's email captures a limited limited attention was given
- 8:24Speaker 1: to Epstein's activities in New Mexico by media and federal
- 8:27Speaker 1: law enforcement, and Epstein and his circle frequently referred to
- 8:31Speaker 1: people only by their first name or initials. For these reasons,
- 8:36Speaker 1: the list of employees and contractors assemble below should be
- 8:39Speaker 1: viewed as incomplete and as only a starting point for
- 8:43Speaker 1: identifying all persons having relevant knowledge or information about Epstein's
- 8:47Speaker 1: wrongdoing in New Mexico. Subpoenas to the New Mexico Taxation
- 8:52Speaker 1: and a Revenue Department and the Department of Workforce. Solutions
- 8:55Speaker 1: are pending, and it's hope that the information from these
- 8:59Speaker 1: agencies will enable identification of all of Epstein's New Mexico
- 9:03Speaker 1: employees key personnel central to all of Epstein's enterprises. Across
- 9:09Speaker 1: his numerous enterprises, Epstein employed approximately fifty individuals at any
- 9:13Speaker 1: given time, with a combined annual payroll of approximately seven
- 9:17Speaker 1: million dollars, to manage, operate, and maintain his households in
- 9:22Speaker 1: Palm Beach, New York, New Mexico, and the US Virgin
- 9:25Speaker 1: Islands and Paris. Some of these employees provided legal, corporate,
- 9:29Speaker 1: and financial advice necessary to manage all of Epstein's properties
- 9:33Speaker 1: and activities. Others acted as personal assistants, supporting and accompanying
- 9:38Speaker 1: Epstein regardless of where he was. Others provided services situated
- 9:43Speaker 1: at a given household. Key players central to all of
- 9:47Speaker 1: Epstein's enterprises, each of whom would have had some relevant
- 9:50Speaker 1: knowledge of activities at Zoro Ranch, include the following. Glene
- 9:54Speaker 1: Maxwell Maxwell was born December twenty fifth, nineteen sixty one,
- 9:59Speaker 1: in France, the child of British media baron Robert Maxwell.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Maxwell moved to New York City where she became Epstein's
- 10:06Speaker 1: romantic partner and business associate. Epstein's longtime pilot, Larry Vososki,
- 10:11Speaker 1: testified at trial that Maxwell was Epstein's number two, managing
- 10:16Speaker 1: his households, properties, and travel logistics across the New York townhouse,
- 10:20Speaker 1: Palm Beach Estate, Zoro Ranch, and Little Saint James Island.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Maxwell was arrested in July of twenty twenty, convicted on
- 10:29Speaker 1: five counts of sex trafficking and related charges in December
- 10:32Speaker 1: of twenty twenty one, and sentenced in June twenty twenty
- 10:36Speaker 1: two to twenty years in federal prison. At trial, SDNY
- 10:40Speaker 1: prosecutors proved that Maxwell personally recruited and grew miners for
- 10:44Speaker 1: Epstein to abuse from the early nineties through the mid
- 10:47Speaker 1: two thousands, instructed young women on how to perform sexual acts,
- 10:51Speaker 1: and participated in abuse herself. Maxwell's conviction was affirmed on
- 10:56Speaker 1: appeal in September of twenty twenty four. In October of
- 11:00Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, the US Supreme Court declined to hear
- 11:04Speaker 1: her appeal, exhausting her standard appellate options. Maxwell has since
- 11:08Speaker 1: filed a Habeast petition challenging her conviction on grounds of
- 11:12Speaker 1: substantial new evidence. In July of twenty twenty five, Maxwell
- 11:16Speaker 1: met with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and was subsequently
- 11:20Speaker 1: transferred in August twenty twenty five to a minimum security
- 11:24Speaker 1: federal prison, which many criticized over concerns about preferential treatment.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Darren kay Inndyke is a New York attorney who served
- 11:34Speaker 1: as Epstein's personal lawyer from at least the nineteen nineties onward,
- 11:38Speaker 1: managing his trusts, corporate entities, and tax sensitive financial structures.
- 11:43Speaker 1: In Dyke, who also serves as a co executor of
- 11:46Speaker 1: Epstein's estate with Epstein's accountant Richard Kahn, in a will
- 11:50Speaker 1: signed August eight of twenty nineteen, two days before Epstein's death.
- 11:55Speaker 1: In Dyke held signatory authority on numerous Epstein bank accounts
- 11:59Speaker 1: and played as central role in maintaining the financial infrastructure
- 12:03Speaker 1: that supported Epstein's operation across multiple jurisdictions. In Dyke has
- 12:07Speaker 1: been named in a class action lawsuit that alleges in
- 12:11Speaker 1: Dyke concealed and facilitated Epstein's wrongdoing. It's not been alleged
- 12:15Speaker 1: that in Dyke and Khan directly participated in sexual exploitation.
- 12:19Speaker 1: A no fault settlement of between twenty five and thirty
- 12:22Speaker 1: million is pending approval. Indiced testified on March nineteenth, twenty
- 12:27Speaker 1: twenty six, before the House Oversight Committee as part of
- 12:30Speaker 1: its investigation into the federal handling of the Epstein case.
- 12:35Speaker 1: During the deposition, Indy testified that he had no knowledge
- 12:38Speaker 1: whatsoever of Epstein's sexual abuse or trafficking, that his role
- 12:42Speaker 1: was strictly limited to legal in corporate work, and that
- 12:45Speaker 1: he did not socialize with Epstein or participate in his
- 12:49Speaker 1: personal life. Richard Khan Khan was a certified public accountant
- 12:54Speaker 1: who within Dyke, served as co executor of Epstein's estate.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Complayed a daily role in the management, operation, and maintenance
- 13:02Speaker 1: of Epstein's residential properties. He was involved in financial, operational,
- 13:07Speaker 1: and personnel decision making at a detailed level. Cohn managed
- 13:11Speaker 1: the Epstein victims compensation program, which paid out one hundred
- 13:14Speaker 1: and twenty one million to more than one hundred and
- 13:17Speaker 1: thirty five claimants. He also oversaw the sale of Epstein's properties,
- 13:21Speaker 1: including the nine East Street seventy first Street townhouse in
- 13:25Speaker 1: New York City, the Palm Beach, Florida mansion, Little Saint James,
- 13:29Speaker 1: and Zoro ranch Epstein Trust made a bequest to him
- 13:33Speaker 1: of twenty five million, and all debts were forgiven. All right, folks,
- 13:36Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up right here, and in the
- 13:38Speaker 1: next episode dealing with the topic, we're going to pick
- 13:40Speaker 1: up where we left off. All the information that goes
- 13:43Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
