- Prashanthi Nuthi: Hello friends! I drive to work five times a week. And every three out of five times, I turn around, even before I exit the neighborhood. And the reason is same every time. Did I close the garage door? I have two smart German shepherds and When I'm leaving for work, if I accidentally leave the garage door open, there's a good possibility that my German shepherds are out in the street. So I reach the stop sign, I think about the consequences and then I do a U-turn Would I have done the same if I had left the lights on? Maybe not. I would have continued driving. And then I realized I do this at work too. We talk about trusting people, processes, and everything. But there are so many times I review something, I approve it, and then go back and check it again before it goes live. But the main thing is the consequence What's the consequence of me leaving the garage door open? What's the consequence of us getting a process or something wrong? So here's the microboost for you today. Think about one thing that you constantly double check. First, ask yourself, is it really needed? Second, if it is really needed, is there a simpler way of doing that? In my case, maybe it's easier to get a garage camera so that I don't have to do the U-turn again and again. Remember, small actions, big impact. Until we meet again next time, let's keep making impact today. Thank you.
