Pony.ai and WeRide Land in Europe: Robotaxis in Zagreb and Madrid
On 10 September 2026 two Chinese-built autonomous driving stacks debuted on the same day in two European capitals: Pony.ai with Verne in Zagreb, WeRide with Uber and AVOMO in Madrid. On 18 September Lucid and Bolt announced 25,000 robotaxis for Europe.
