- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Okay, on the whole heels of the faces of death thing, this also kind of go uh goes inside with it.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: You know how people have this fear of Chucky?
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: There's this guy who's been wearing a Chucky doll mask in downtown Philly, just terrorizing the crap out of people.
- 0:14SPEAKER_01: Jeez.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: It's like the same with remember that's not right, but I can't not laugh at that.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: There was a 20-minute span of him just going around, just terrorizing people.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: And that's one of those characters back in the day.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: You you just hate.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Oh, God, that was a terrifying beginning.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: Was Chucky the one that cut the ankle behind uh underneath the bed?
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Oh God, that scene right there.
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: That'll make you think twice about taking your feet out of the bed in the middle of the night to get up and go pee.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: So every time you just jump forward.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because remember that?
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: And it was like the it was the scalpel from oh my God, talking about it, kiss me the willies.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 0:52SPEAKER_01: All those will haunt you at some point.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: Okay, back to the text line really quick.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: So we had talked about, and this was a few minutes ago, we had talked about this bride who wants one of her bridesmaids to shave her armpits.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: She chooses not to do it.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: And Scott's like, well, then we can just Photoshop it out if she doesn't shave her armpits.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: Well, then apparently I'm wrong for doing that.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: Well, then Jess said something that we weren't quite getting, but now we were doing a well check on Jess uh live on the air.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: But but then all of a sudden, everyone else explained it.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: So Jess said, wait, wait, wait, which one was saying they did not agree with the ear surgery for the kid?
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: Let the hair be.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: It's their life.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: Who cares?
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: So I had no clue what this was.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: And then we didn't talk about any kid ear surgery today.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: We had three text messages that put it all together.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: It came from 3836-4441 and also 5631.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: I think the ear thing was the kid having his ears pinned.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: Remember, we talked about this story.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: He had really big dumbo ears.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: He had big ears.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: Oh yes.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: And then and I said I was for him getting that surgery to get him pinned to the side of his head.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: I know, and I was like, let him grow into himself a little bit more.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: Let it be itself.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that was well over a week or so ago.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: And it must have run into as a best of at some point.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Or maybe you're listening on demand.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Why didn't I put that together in my head?
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: You may have come across that segment on demand on our app.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: Because we put up a ton of the show.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: It's funny because one person even said, good everyone, here to defend Jess.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: I think she's talking about the five-year-old with the dumbo ears that was replayed for best of.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: There it is.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: There you go.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: Or on demand, whatever the case may be.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: I and Jess, we look, sometimes we just have to make sure and do checks on our audience to make sure everything's still, you know, ticking away the way it should be.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to defend my my statement on here because I was the one that said, pin his ears, get the surgery.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: I don't want my kid to be bullied.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: Scott was leave it as is.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: He was five.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: And I my whole point to that was give it a little bit of time.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't change, yeah, you can go with the pinning, but you know, I'm like, there's a lot of kids their ears stick out when they're little, and then all of a sudden they, you know, and they grow into themselves a bit.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: But what Jess is saying is I was the one that was saying, don't let them be themselves.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: I think that's what she was trying to get across.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: Don't let them be them themselves with the pinning, but with the hairy armpits, let them be themselves.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: But in my defense, I am going to What if they have hairy ears and they stick out?
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: Then do you shave the ears and pin them?
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: I think that Then they're ready for their picture for the wedding.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: One of them is being bullied as a kid.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: So this is a totally different topic.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: This is being bullied as a kid.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: This is really hard to connect because they're so different.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: They're so different.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: One's being bullied as a kid.
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: The other one, you're an adult.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: Who cares if you don't like my hairy armpits?
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: But when when I'm five, you're right, because I'll just solve the problem myself.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: I'll Photoshop it out.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: This is my end of my story.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: And that's the end of our friendship.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: Well, you know what?
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's you know what?
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: The end of the friendship is actually happening with the wedding because things will drift.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Let's just say that.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: You ever you ever know that couple they get married and they drift?
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: And and when I say drift, they drift away from you or other people for you know until the divorce.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: Then one comes back.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: So when it comes to Is this wrong or am I dead nuts right?
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: The the bride that asked me to cover up one of my tattoos when I was in her wedding, I was furious at the time.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: Are we still friends?
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: Have I forgotten it?
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: Obviously not.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: So that's why don't hurt the friendship.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: It's not worth it.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: You've sold your point.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: And I told you how I'm gonna solve this problem.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna Photoshop it without me, and we're not gonna be friends.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: Okay, well then I guess good luck on your adventures.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: I wish you well.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Have fun.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: This sounds like every single thing.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Place further through the trees on those vines underneath your arms.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: You sound like every single email that comes when somebody gets fired.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: We wish them well in future endeavors.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: On to new adventures.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: We wish them all the best.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Good.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: Without me with my friends.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: And when their next employer that to be calls, they worked here from this time to this time.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: That's all you can say.
