- 0:00Speaker 1: In our Christian life journey. Dreams hold significant implications and
- 0:04Speaker 1: importance as they are viewed as a means through which
- 0:07Speaker 1: God communicates with his people. Throughout the Bible, there are
- 0:12Speaker 1: numerous examples of dreams being used by God to convey messages,
- 0:16Speaker 1: provide guidance, or reveal as well. Today, let's go deeper
- 0:21Speaker 1: into dreams, the spiritual communication with the spirit world or
- 0:26Speaker 1: the unseen world, how to deal with nightmares? And I
- 0:29Speaker 1: am going to release a very powerful prayer for you
- 0:32Speaker 1: in the matchless name of Jesus Christ. Kindly watch till
- 0:36Speaker 1: the end, believe, and open your heart to receive the
- 0:40Speaker 1: blessings that comes with this prayer. Please like, comment, share
- 0:45Speaker 1: this video with others. Leave your prayer requests and we
- 0:49Speaker 1: will pray with you. One prominent example is found in
- 0:53Speaker 1: the Old Testament with Joseph, the son of Jacob. Joseph
- 0:57Speaker 1: experienced dreams that foretold his future rise to power and authority,
- 1:02Speaker 1: as well as the future prosperity of his family. Despite
- 1:06Speaker 1: facing adversity and betrayal, Joseph held onto the interpretation of
- 1:11Speaker 1: these dreams as a sign of God's faithfulness and plan
- 1:15Speaker 1: for his life. Genesis thirty seven verses five to eleven.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to
- 1:22Speaker 1: his brothers, they hated him all the more. He said
- 1:26Speaker 1: to them, listen to this dream I had. We were
- 1:29Speaker 1: binding sheaves of grain out in the field, when suddenly
- 1:32Speaker 1: my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered
- 1:35Speaker 1: around mine and bowed down to it. His brothers said
- 1:39Speaker 1: to him, do you intend to reign over us? Will
- 1:42Speaker 1: you actually rule us? And they hated him all the
- 1:45Speaker 1: more because of his dream and what he had said.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Then he had another dream, and he told it to
- 1:51Speaker 1: his brothers. Listen, He said, I had another dream, and
- 1:56Speaker 1: this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were
- 1:59Speaker 1: bowing down to me. When he told his father, as
- 2:02Speaker 1: well as his brothers, his father rebuked him and said,
- 2:06Speaker 1: what is this dream you had? Will your mother and
- 2:09Speaker 1: I and your brothers actually come and bow down to
- 2:12Speaker 1: the ground before you. His brothers were jealous of him,
- 2:16Speaker 1: but his father kept the matter in mind. Another notable
- 2:20Speaker 1: example is Joseph, the earthly father of Jesus, who received
- 2:24Speaker 1: divine guidance through dreams on multiple occasions. In one instance,
- 2:29Speaker 1: an angel appeared to Joseph in a dream instructing him
- 2:33Speaker 1: to take Mary as his wife and reassuring him of
- 2:36Speaker 1: the miraculous conception of Jesus Matthew one, verses twenty to
- 2:41Speaker 1: twenty one. But after he had considered this, an angel
- 2:45Speaker 1: of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said,
- 2:48Speaker 1: Joseph's son of David, do not be afraid to take
- 2:51Speaker 1: Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in
- 2:55Speaker 1: her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth
- 2:58Speaker 1: to a son, and you are to give him the
- 3:01Speaker 1: name Jesus because he will save his people from their sins. Later,
- 3:06Speaker 1: Joseph received another dream warning him to flee to Egypt
- 3:10Speaker 1: with his family to escape King Herod's massacre of infants
- 3:14Speaker 1: Matthew two, verse thirteen. When they had gone, an angel
- 3:19Speaker 1: of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. Get up,
- 3:22Speaker 1: he said, take the child and his mother and escape
- 3:26Speaker 1: to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod
- 3:30Speaker 1: is going to search for the child to kill him.
- 3:32Speaker 1: These biblical examples demonstrate the importance of paying attention to
- 3:37Speaker 1: dreams as a possible avenue through which God communicates with
- 3:41Speaker 1: his people. Dreams can carry messages of guidance, warning, encouragement,
- 3:47Speaker 1: or revelation of God's plants. As such, Christians are encouraged
- 3:52Speaker 1: to approach their dreams with discernment, seeking wisdom and interpretation
- 3:57Speaker 1: through prayer, scripture, and the god guidance of the Holy Spirit.
- 4:02Speaker 1: While not every dream may hold divine significance, Christians believe
- 4:06Speaker 1: that God can use dreams to speak to his people
- 4:09Speaker 1: and to deepen their relationship with them. Therefore, dreams are
- 4:13Speaker 1: seen as a valuable aspect of spiritual life, providing opportunities
- 4:18Speaker 1: for growth, understanding, and connection with God's purposes. Have you
- 4:24Speaker 1: ever woken up in a cold, sweat part pounding after
- 4:27Speaker 1: a terrifying nightmare? Nightmares can haunt us, leaving us feeling
- 4:32Speaker 1: anxious and unsettled, But fear not. As we journey together
- 4:36Speaker 1: through this message, we will uncover five practical strategies rooted
- 4:41Speaker 1: in the timeless wisdom of the Bible, to help you
- 4:44Speaker 1: overcome these nighttime terrors and experience the peace that surpasses
- 4:48Speaker 1: all understanding. When the darkness of nightmares creeps in, it's
- 4:53Speaker 1: like being trapped in a maze of fear and uncertainty.
- 4:57Speaker 1: In those moments, it's easy to feel over and utterly alone,
- 5:02Speaker 1: But take heart for the Wisdom of Philippians four verses
- 5:05Speaker 1: six to seven offers a guiding light. Don't worry about anything. Instead,
- 5:11Speaker 1: pray about everything, tell God what you need, and thank
- 5:15Speaker 1: him for all he has done. Then you will experience
- 5:18Speaker 1: God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. Is peace
- 5:23Speaker 1: will guard your hearts and minds as you live in
- 5:26Speaker 1: Christ Jesus, imagine yourself standing at the entrance of this
- 5:30Speaker 1: labyrinth of fear. Your heart races, your breath quickens, and
- 5:35Speaker 1: every shadow seems to hold a new terror. But then
- 5:38Speaker 1: you remember those words, pray about everything. So with trembling
- 5:43Speaker 1: hands and a quivering voice, you lift your prayers to
- 5:46Speaker 1: the heavens. You pour out your worries, your fears, and
- 5:50Speaker 1: your deepest anxieties to the God who promises to listen.
- 5:54Speaker 1: And as you release each burden into his care, something
- 5:58Speaker 1: remarkable begins to happen. As you pray, you invite the
- 6:02Speaker 1: presence of God into the very heart of your darkness.
- 6:05Speaker 1: You acknowledge that He is not distant or indifferent, but
- 6:08Speaker 1: intimately acquainted with every detail of your struggle. And in
- 6:13Speaker 1: that sacred exchange between your soul and the Divine, a
- 6:16Speaker 1: transformation takes place. The wight of fear begins to lift,
- 6:21Speaker 1: replaced by a peace that defies logic and understanding. It's
- 6:26Speaker 1: as if a heavenly century stands guard over your heart
- 6:29Speaker 1: and mind, warding off the onslaught of terror with the
- 6:33Speaker 1: gentle reassurance of God's unfailing love. So when the nightmare strike,
- 6:38Speaker 1: resist the urge to surrender to fear's icy grip. Instead,
- 6:43Speaker 1: let your prayers become a lifeline, tethering you to the
- 6:46Speaker 1: one who holds the power to calm the storm within.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Trust that God is with you in the midst of
- 6:52Speaker 1: your darkest night, ready to bring comfort and solace to
- 6:55Speaker 1: your troubled soul. But prayer is not merely a passive
- 6:59Speaker 1: act pleading. It's also a profound expression of trust. It's
- 7:04Speaker 1: trusting that God hears your cries, that He cares about
- 7:08Speaker 1: your pain, and that He is actively working for your good.
- 7:12Speaker 1: It's an act of surrender, letting go of the illusion
- 7:15Speaker 1: of control and placing your confidence in the hands of
- 7:18Speaker 1: a faithful and loving Father. So when you find yourself
- 7:22Speaker 1: wandering in the maze of nightmares, remember to pray. Lift
- 7:26Speaker 1: your voice to Heaven, knowing that your prayers are heard
- 7:29Speaker 1: and your fears are held in the tender embrace of
- 7:32Speaker 1: God's peace. And as you do, may you discover that
- 7:35Speaker 1: even in the darkest of nights, the light of His
- 7:38Speaker 1: presence shines brightest, guiding you safely home to the refuge
- 7:43Speaker 1: of His love. Our minds are like battlegrounds where nightmares
- 7:47Speaker 1: can sneak in and wreak havoc. It's crazy how easily
- 7:51Speaker 1: those scary thoughts can take root and grow, making us
- 7:54Speaker 1: feel trapped and overwhelmed. But don't lose hope Romans twelve verse,
- 8:00Speaker 1: who tells us, don't copy the behavior and customs of
- 8:03Speaker 1: this world, but let God transform you into a new
- 8:07Speaker 1: person by changing the way you think. Then you will
- 8:10Speaker 1: learn to know God's will for you, which is good
- 8:13Speaker 1: and pleasing and perfect. So how do we fight back
- 8:17Speaker 1: against these terrifying thoughts? We start by renewing our minds
- 8:21Speaker 1: with God's truth. Instead of letting our minds be filled
- 8:25Speaker 1: with fear and negativity, we fill them with scripture. We
- 8:30Speaker 1: soak up the promises of God's protection, his presence, and
- 8:34Speaker 1: his unwavering love. When those nightmares come knocking, we arm
- 8:38Speaker 1: ourselves with the truth of God's word, ready to counteract
- 8:42Speaker 1: the lies with his promises. It's like shining a bright
- 8:46Speaker 1: light into the darkness. The more we immerse ourselves in
- 8:49Speaker 1: the truth of Scripture, the less power those scary thoughts
- 8:53Speaker 1: have over us. We begin to see things from a
- 8:56Speaker 1: different perspective, God's perspective, and instead of being consumed by fear,
- 9:02Speaker 1: we're filled with faith and confidence in His ability to
- 9:05Speaker 1: see us through even the scariest of situations. So the
- 9:10Speaker 1: next time you find yourself in the grip of a nightmare,
- 9:13Speaker 1: don't give into the fear. Instead, grab hold of God's
- 9:18Speaker 1: word and let it guide you to safety. Remind yourself
- 9:21Speaker 1: of his promises of protection and peace. Speak those truths
- 9:26Speaker 1: out loud, declaring victory over the darkness, and watch as
- 9:30Speaker 1: fear is replaced by faith and nightmares are transformed into
- 9:34Speaker 1: moments of trust and reliance on God's unfailing love. Renewing
- 9:39Speaker 1: your mind with God's truth is like putting on armor
- 9:42Speaker 1: against the enemy's attacks. It's a powerful weapon in the
- 9:46Speaker 1: battle against fear and negativity. So arm yourself with the
- 9:51Speaker 1: word of God and watch as he transforms your mind
- 9:54Speaker 1: and fills your heart with his peace. Have you ever
- 9:58Speaker 1: noticed how what we watch, read, and listen to can
- 10:01Speaker 1: stick with us, even into our dreams. It's pretty wild
- 10:05Speaker 1: how the stuff we expose ourselves to during the day
- 10:08Speaker 1: can sneak into our minds at night, shaping our dreams
- 10:12Speaker 1: and sometimes turning them into nightmares. But there's good news.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Philippians four verse eight reminds us and now, dear brothers
- 10:22Speaker 1: and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what
- 10:26Speaker 1: is true and honorable and right and pure and lovely
- 10:31Speaker 1: and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy
- 10:35Speaker 1: of praise. So how can we guard our minds against
- 10:38Speaker 1: the negative influences that can lead to scary dreams. It's
- 10:43Speaker 1: all about being mindful of what we let in. Instead
- 10:46Speaker 1: of filling our minds with stuff that's dark or disturbing,
- 10:50Speaker 1: we can choose content that reflects God's truth, purity, and peace.
- 10:55Speaker 1: That means being selective about what movies and TV shows
- 10:59Speaker 1: we want, what books and articles we read, and even
- 11:03Speaker 1: what music we listen to. When we intentionally fill our
- 11:07Speaker 1: minds with positive, uplifting material, we create a mental environment
- 11:12Speaker 1: that's much more conducive to peaceful sleep. It's like planting
- 11:16Speaker 1: seeds of goodness and light in the soil of our minds.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Instead of letting weeds of negativity and fear take root,
- 11:24Speaker 1: and when it comes time to drift off to sleep,
- 11:27Speaker 1: those seeds blossom into dreams that are filled with hope
- 11:30Speaker 1: and joy, rather than nightmares that leave us feeling scared
- 11:34Speaker 1: and unsettled. So the next time you're scrolling through Netflix
- 11:38Speaker 1: or flipping through channels, ask yourself is this content uplifting
- 11:43Speaker 1: and edifying? Does it align with God's principles of truth
- 11:47Speaker 1: and purity? If not, maybe it's time to switch gears
- 11:51Speaker 1: and choose something that's more in line with what Philippians
- 11:54Speaker 1: for Verse aid encourages us to focus on. By being
- 11:58Speaker 1: intentional about what we allow into our minds, we can
- 12:01Speaker 1: create a positive and peaceful mental environment that sets the
- 12:05Speaker 1: stage for sweet dreams and RESTful sleep. So let's guard
- 12:10Speaker 1: our intake and fill our minds with things that bring
- 12:13Speaker 1: us closer to God and closer to the peace that
- 12:15Speaker 1: he offers.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Mark eleven, Verse twenty four says, Therefore, I say to you,
- 12:21Speaker 2: whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you
- 12:24Speaker 2: receive them, and you will have them. Join me as
- 12:28Speaker 2: we go to the Lord in prayer, open your heart
- 12:32Speaker 2: and believe so that the blessings of this prayer will
- 12:34Speaker 2: come to you. Say this prayer with faith. Dear heavenly Father,
- 12:41Speaker 2: we humbly come before you today. You are the God
- 12:45Speaker 2: of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. You the Lord. You created
- 12:51Speaker 2: the earth and the heavens and all that is in them.
- 12:55Speaker 2: I give you all the praise and glory. Thank you,
- 12:59Speaker 2: God for everything you have done in my life. I'm
- 13:02Speaker 2: grateful for the good things and even the tough times.
- 13:06Speaker 2: You've been with me through it all, and for that
- 13:10Speaker 2: I say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
- 13:13Speaker 2: God of mercy and compassion. Please look with pity on me.
- 13:18Speaker 2: I know I have sinned against you. I ask for
- 13:21Speaker 2: your forgiveness. Father, Lord, have mercy on my mistakes and failures,
- 13:28Speaker 2: every mistake I have done in word, action, and deeds. Father,
- 13:33Speaker 2: forgive me for your word clearly says in First John one,
- 13:38Speaker 2: verse nine. If we confess our sins, he is faithful
- 13:42Speaker 2: and justin will forgive us our sins and purify us
- 13:45Speaker 2: from all on righteousness. Thank you, Lord Jesus for forgiving me. Now,
- 13:52Speaker 2: in the name of Jesus, I declare the power of
- 13:54Speaker 2: God against any work of the enemy. Every secret agenda
- 13:59Speaker 2: of the devil, and as cohorts have plotted against me,
- 14:02Speaker 2: be destroyed. In Jesus Mighty name. Father, your words said
- 14:07Speaker 2: Christ was manifested that the works of the enemy might
- 14:10Speaker 2: be destroyed. Every work of the enemy against my marriage,
- 14:15Speaker 2: my job, my business, my career, my family, and children,
- 14:20Speaker 2: be destroyed. In Jesus Mighty name. In Jesus' name, I
- 14:25Speaker 2: declare fruitfulness in every area of my life. Let the
- 14:29Speaker 2: power of Christ touch my life. So I bear fruit.
- 14:33Speaker 2: I am fruitful in my life, in my ministry, in
- 14:37Speaker 2: my marriage, in my business, in my career, in my job,
- 14:41Speaker 2: and in my finances. For the Lord gives us power
- 14:44Speaker 2: to make wealth. Let prosperity be my portion. In Jesus name,
- 14:50Speaker 2: I will not lack, but have an abundance. Lord. I
- 14:55Speaker 2: want to serve you with all my heart. Anything that
- 14:58Speaker 2: hinders my service, Father, deliver me. God, Save me from myself.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Save me from people who will not lead me to you.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Save me from desires which are not godly, things which
- 15:11Speaker 2: are not in line with your word. Father, Help me
- 15:15Speaker 2: obey your word. Sometimes the spirit is willing, but the
- 15:20Speaker 2: flesh is weak. Lord, make me strong, make me fervent
- 15:25Speaker 2: in you, restore unto me. Lord, the joy of my salvation. Father,
- 15:32Speaker 2: restore all the things I have lost, either by my
- 15:35Speaker 2: ignorance or carelessness. You said in your word that the
- 15:40Speaker 2: years the locust has eaten in our lives, you will
- 15:43Speaker 2: restore us. Thank you, Lord for restoring me my family,
- 15:49Speaker 2: my marriage, my career, and my ministry. Father, you sent
- 15:55Speaker 2: forth your word to heal our diseases and sicknesses. I
- 15:59Speaker 2: declare your health from the crown of my head to
- 16:01Speaker 2: the saws of my feet. Father, heal my family, friends
- 16:07Speaker 2: and loved ones. Let your healing be their portion too.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I boldly declare that I am a child of God.
- 16:16Speaker 2: I walk in victory through faith. I am the head
- 16:20Speaker 2: and never the tail. I am what God says. I
- 16:23Speaker 2: am in Jesus's mighty name. I boldly declare some twenty
- 16:28Speaker 2: three the Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want
- 16:33Speaker 2: he mocketh me to lie down in green pastures. He
- 16:37Speaker 2: letteth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul.
- 16:42Speaker 2: He letteth me in the paths of righteousness for His
- 16:45Speaker 2: Name's sake. Yeah, though I walk through the valley of
- 16:49Speaker 2: the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for
- 16:52Speaker 2: thou art with me, Thy rod and thy staff they
- 16:55Speaker 2: comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the
- 16:59Speaker 2: presence of mine enemies. Thou anointest my head with oil.
- 17:03Speaker 2: My cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow
- 17:08Speaker 2: me all the days of my life, and I will
- 17:10Speaker 2: dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Thank you,
- 17:14Speaker 2: my Father God, for hearing my prayer and answering my prayer. Amen.

- 18:14Speaker 2: I know that I am a sinner, and because of me.
- 18:16Speaker 2: You came to die on the cross of Calvary. Father,
- 18:21Speaker 2: forgive me of all my sins. Today I boldly declare
