- 0:04Speaker 1: My name is Victor Furman. Some call me The Voice.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I've always been fascinated with human nature, spirituality, science, and
- 0:15Speaker 1: the crossroads at which they meet. Join me now and
- 0:18Speaker 1: we will explore these topics and so much more with
- 0:22Speaker 1: fascinating guests, authors, and experts who will guide us to
- 0:28Speaker 1: Destination Unlimited. Most people who are grieving have a story
- 0:39Speaker 1: they don't tell anyone. A song that came on at
- 0:42Speaker 1: exactly the right moment. A dream that felt too real
- 0:46Speaker 1: to dismiss. A bird that showed up somewhere it had
- 0:50Speaker 1: no business being. A text notification at the exact time
- 0:55Speaker 1: they needed to feel something. They don't share it because
- 0:59Speaker 1: they're afraid no one will believe them. With National Grief
- 1:03Speaker 1: Awareness Day this past Sunday, Anne Bollinger McQuaid offers a compassionate,
- 1:09Speaker 1: grounded perspective on what these moments actually are and why
- 1:13Speaker 1: they matter. Her book, Everyday Oracles, awarded Nonfiction Book of
- 1:18Speaker 1: the Year and New Age Book of the Year in Arizona,
- 1:22Speaker 1: gives language to experiences millions of people carry quietly. Her
- 1:27Speaker 1: website is everydayextradimensions.com, and she joins me to share her
- 1:33Speaker 1: path and how the bereaved may receive loving messages from
- 1:37Speaker 1: their departed. Please join me in welcoming back to Destination Unlimited,
- 1:42Speaker 1: Anne Bollinger McQuaid. Welcome back, Anne.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Hi, thank you, Victor. It's so great to be with you.
- 1:49Speaker 1: And so great to have you back again. And we're
- 1:51Speaker 1: going to be talking about something very special today. We're
- 1:53Speaker 1: going to be talking about grief awareness. But before we
- 1:57Speaker 1: discuss that, let's share your path for those meeting you
- 2:01Speaker 1: for the first time. Please tell us about your Native
- 2:04Speaker 1: American roots and how it shaped your understanding of nature
- 2:08Speaker 1: and all that is around us.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Well, you know, these things that I think all of
- 2:12Speaker 2: us take for granted, you know, we grow up a
- 2:15Speaker 2: certain way, we're in a family. We feel like that's
- 2:18Speaker 2: just the way the whole world is. And I realized
- 2:20Speaker 2: as I went along that things were a little bit
- 2:22Speaker 2: different in my family. I never gave a lot of
- 2:25Speaker 2: weight to my Native American ancestry. But I realized that
- 2:29Speaker 2: I really have always known and interacted with the world
- 2:33Speaker 2: that is interacting with me. Everything's alive. Everything's interacting. And
- 2:39Speaker 2: so I took it for granted and lived that way.
- 2:43Speaker 2: And then as time went on and I lived my
- 2:45Speaker 2: life and I got older, I started to realize there
- 2:48Speaker 2: was so much more to that. There's an interaction that
- 2:52Speaker 2: the universe is designed to protect us and respond to
- 2:55Speaker 2: our needs. You know, I think so many of us
- 2:58Speaker 2: in the world of spirit know that ask for a sign,
- 3:03Speaker 2: ask for something and ask for it to be delivered.
- 3:07Speaker 2: I started to discover that the universe was taking care
- 3:09Speaker 2: of me and I didn't even know it. So when
- 3:12Speaker 2: I started to Pay attention to that. I've always been
- 3:16Speaker 2: known I was an author. I've always been taking notes.
- 3:18Speaker 2: I'm a researcher. I started to document it all, and
- 3:22Speaker 2: I saw these patterns that were so fascinating because I
- 3:26Speaker 2: realized we're all safer than we realize because, yes, we
- 3:30Speaker 2: ask for our spirit, but spirit's taking care of us
- 3:34Speaker 2: when we don't even know that we need to ask
- 3:36Speaker 2: for it. So it was a natural evolution for me
- 3:40Speaker 2: as far as just... living what I was born into,
- 3:45Speaker 2: the ancient wisdom of the Native American ancestry. And then,
- 3:52Speaker 2: you know how the universe draws people to us that
- 3:56Speaker 2: are important, and we are drawn to them, they are
- 3:58Speaker 2: drawn to us. And so all the right people have
- 4:00Speaker 2: been coming along. And these things have back, probably in 2000, maybe,
- 4:06Speaker 2: or a little before, probably in 2000, let's say, At
- 4:10Speaker 2: some point, I started to realize that there was a
- 4:12Speaker 2: book here that I was supposed to document things and
- 4:16Speaker 2: share them. And I'm going to cut right to the
- 4:18Speaker 2: chase so we can then talk about the formula for
- 4:21Speaker 2: personal oracles. As that book was written and the right
- 4:24Speaker 2: people came around me, I wasn't connected to these people,
- 4:28Speaker 2: but an editor, publishers came to me, and I could
- 4:32Speaker 2: not publish it without the formula for personal oracles that
- 4:37Speaker 2: I was explaining to people. So I'm going to give
- 4:42Speaker 2: everyone here the formula, and I'm not sure I can
- 4:44Speaker 2: give it again. But it's the universe responds to a need.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Then it goes, what's a delivery system that's close by?
- 4:53Speaker 2: They select a delivery system for each that individual, and
- 4:58Speaker 2: then there's a message. So a personal oracle is obvious
- 5:02Speaker 2: to us because there is a need, a delivery system,
- 5:06Speaker 2: and a message. That's the personal oracle.
- 5:09Speaker 1: And of course, we're talking about your book, Everyday Oracle,
- 5:11Speaker 1: decoding the divine messages that are all around us.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Yes.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And that was the inspiration.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Yes.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Well, and that was, you know, it was like my
- 5:21Speaker 2: feet were held to the fire to find that, which
- 5:24Speaker 2: I think is fun looking back, that I don't know
- 5:26Speaker 2: that I set off to try to figure all that out.
- 5:29Speaker 2: So then once that became solid in my awareness and
- 5:33Speaker 2: I became familiar with it, I could really... quantify how
- 5:38Speaker 2: we are all safer than we realize. The universe is
- 5:43Speaker 2: designed to protect us. Wow, look at us in today's world.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Look at us in any world. Look at us in
- 5:49Speaker 2: every day. Now, then when my husband, I'm going to
- 5:52Speaker 2: skip over to those of you, some know my husband's
- 5:57Speaker 2: body shut down in 2014 after a massive stroke. And
- 6:02Speaker 2: he was very involved. NASA engineer, chief engineer in the
- 6:06Speaker 2: first shuttle, very different type, but very supportive of me
- 6:10Speaker 2: in my spirit work, read everything I wrote, but had
- 6:13Speaker 2: his own life. As he passed, he edited that phrase
- 6:19Speaker 2: that I brought him up. And I had always said
- 6:23Speaker 2: we're safer than we realize. He added a word. He
- 6:25Speaker 2: added ultimately safer than we realize. Kenneth didn't. No, if
- 6:31Speaker 2: he was popping into black, he's a scientist. He didn't
- 6:33Speaker 2: know what was going to happen. When his body shut down,
- 6:37Speaker 2: he stayed and is available through electromagnetic energy. So I've
- 6:42Speaker 2: just handed a whole lot of data to all of you,
- 6:46Speaker 2: and we can discuss whatever parts of it are salient
- 6:50Speaker 2: to this conversation.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Absolutely. I just want to share a couple of things
- 6:54Speaker 1: with you. When I was in the Air Force in 1975,
- 6:56Speaker 1: I was stationed in Korea. And during that time, I
- 7:01Speaker 1: would write my mother back in New York. We'd exchange
- 7:04Speaker 1: letters on a monthly basis. And I had no indication
- 7:07Speaker 1: that anything was wrong. And then one morning, this wonderful voice,
- 7:11Speaker 1: which I would get in my head from time to time, said,
- 7:13Speaker 1: you need to call your mother back in New York.
- 7:15Speaker 1: She needs to hear from you. And I always responded
- 7:19Speaker 1: to that, what you used to call the still soft
- 7:21Speaker 1: voice within. Not the shouting voice, not the ego voice,
- 7:24Speaker 1: but this wonderful guiding voice.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 7:27Speaker 1: And so I contacted my mother back in New York.
- 7:30Speaker 1: And my mother and sister picked up the phone extensions.
- 7:33Speaker 1: You'll remember we had phone extensions back then.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Right, right.
- 7:37Speaker 1: And they pick up the phone simultaneously. And I said, Mom,
- 7:40Speaker 1: is there anything wrong? And my sister exclaimed, how did
- 7:43Speaker 1: he find out? And what was happening was she was
- 7:46Speaker 1: scheduled for major surgery the next day. And the voice
- 7:48Speaker 1: told me to tell her. The operation would be a
- 7:51Speaker 1: complete success. She'd have a rapid and pleasant recovery. Everything
- 7:55Speaker 1: would be just fine. She needed to hear those words,
- 7:58Speaker 1: and that's exactly what happened. And I'm grateful for that.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Beautiful.
- 8:02Speaker 1: And the other aspect was, when I attended the new seminary,
- 8:05Speaker 1: the Interfaith Seminary, back in the 90s, the founder and
- 8:09Speaker 1: teacher used to say, use an expression which translated as
- 8:13Speaker 1: everything is unfolding in divine order. We may not see
- 8:17Speaker 1: it that way. We may not recognize it. But ultimately,
- 8:20Speaker 1: if you look at it retrospectively, everything happens for a reason.
- 8:24Speaker 2: I love that. That's very powerful to me, Victor. I
- 8:27Speaker 2: think so many times when we get information and then
- 8:31Speaker 2: we find out later that that information doesn't look like
- 8:34Speaker 2: it was accurate, when we shine a light on it
- 8:37Speaker 2: the way that you just did, that that information did
- 8:41Speaker 2: need to go to your mother? Did your mother survive
- 8:45Speaker 2: the surgery?
- 8:46Speaker 1: Oh, yes, completely.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Oh, okay. Well, then I took it in a whole
- 8:50Speaker 2: other direction. I wonder then if what you shared with
- 8:54Speaker 2: me is another, maybe you could visit this, because that's
- 8:58Speaker 2: how it struck me. Because I know your mother is
- 9:01Speaker 2: not in her body anymore. So I wonder, let's just
- 9:05Speaker 2: wonder about it. There is really no affirmative answers. But
- 9:08Speaker 2: I wonder if sometimes we get information that somebody needs
- 9:12Speaker 2: to have and we find out that that isn't exactly
- 9:14Speaker 2: what was going to happen. But they needed to hear
- 9:16Speaker 2: that right then for what was happening with them. Just
- 9:20Speaker 2: worth considering.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Absolutely. Absolutely. So let's go a little deeper into this.
- 9:25Speaker 1: How do you define a personal oracle?
- 9:29Speaker 2: Well, personal oracle is, it's something that occurs and it
- 9:35Speaker 2: could be, well, right now we're looking at, we're having
- 9:39Speaker 2: them all the time and they're like a synchronicity or
- 9:41Speaker 2: a coincidence. You know, people see coincidences that happen all
- 9:45Speaker 2: the time. I'm going to give you one I like
- 9:47Speaker 2: to use a lot that's kind of brief. The woman
- 9:50Speaker 2: that drove into, this is a very lighthearted one, well,
- 9:54Speaker 2: starts out with the one driving into a parking lot
- 9:57Speaker 2: And she's crying. She's had a really rough day. and
- 10:00Speaker 2: she pulls in and she heads her car right in
- 10:03Speaker 2: to park you know in front of another car and
- 10:06Speaker 2: that license plate says quit sniveling well she broke into
- 10:11Speaker 2: a laugh because she needed that she needed to come
- 10:16Speaker 2: out of what she was That's a personal oracle. That's
- 10:19Speaker 2: a very simplistic personal oracle that says, I don't even
- 10:23Speaker 2: go into how that happened, but look, she needed to
- 10:26Speaker 2: come out of it. There was a license plate that
- 10:29Speaker 2: said quit sniveling and she pulled herself together and the
- 10:32Speaker 2: day was together. And then they go as deep as
- 10:37Speaker 2: another one I love to contrast this, that one with.
- 10:41Speaker 2: is another author and his name is Dr. Alan Hamilton.
- 10:45Speaker 2: And he's got a book out called The Scalpel and
- 10:48Speaker 2: the Soul. And he has an account in there. He's
- 10:52Speaker 2: a neurosurgeon. He was driving in to do neurosurgery, brain
- 10:56Speaker 2: surgery on a patient and a heart patient. And as
- 11:00Speaker 2: he drove in that day, he drove by and he
- 11:04Speaker 2: slowed down and he looked and there were vultures eating
- 11:06Speaker 2: a rabbit on the side of the road, which is
- 11:08Speaker 2: really gross. He preceded To the surgery, which was his
- 11:12Speaker 2: first surgery. And he got there with that, having passed
- 11:16Speaker 2: all that and being, I'm going to say it, he
- 11:19Speaker 2: didn't say grossed out. He saw the woman. She was
- 11:22Speaker 2: with her husband before he was going into surgery. And
- 11:25Speaker 2: she would, I love you, bunny. I'll see you after surgery.
- 11:28Speaker 2: And he canceled the surgery because they were eating a rabbit.
- 11:33Speaker 2: And the man who was scheduled to surgery had a
- 11:38Speaker 2: horrible cardiac event that that would have taken his life
- 11:42Speaker 2: if he'd have been under the brain surgery with Dr. Hamilton.
- 11:47Speaker 2: That's a very powerful one of when we're able to
- 11:50Speaker 2: look at what the universe is showing us all around us,
- 11:54Speaker 2: the personal oracles, the information that's coming to us through spirit,
- 11:58Speaker 2: when we can, in the title of the book that
- 12:00Speaker 2: we have out, when we can decode the things, when
- 12:04Speaker 2: we get to the place where we just, it's a
- 12:05Speaker 2: matter of fact, then we.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Then they just become second nature to us. And we
- 12:13Speaker 2: live our life in a whole different way, as you are, Victor,
- 12:16Speaker 2: with the things that you are seeing and hearing and
- 12:19Speaker 2: being able to decode.
- 12:22Speaker 1: So you just said that these messages are all around us.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Why don't most people notice them, or do they?
- 12:31Speaker 2: I guess it's a yes. I guess, yes, we notice them.
- 12:34Speaker 2: We call them synchronicities and coincidences. Why don't we pay
- 12:39Speaker 2: attention to them? Maybe because we've never really, we've just
- 12:43Speaker 2: always looked at them as synchronicities and coincidences. We've never
- 12:47Speaker 2: gone deeper. You mentioned let's go deeper. Let's go deeper
- 12:52Speaker 2: and look and see what's going on there. Is it
- 12:56Speaker 2: a coincidence? Yes, and more. So I think that maybe
- 13:00Speaker 2: part of it is lack of information. Part of it
- 13:03Speaker 2: is fear of the unknown. And, you know, as those
- 13:06Speaker 2: of us on the spiritual on our spiritual journey. It's not,
- 13:12Speaker 2: how do I want to say this? I'm going to
- 13:13Speaker 2: be really careful here. It's not for the fate of heart.
- 13:17Speaker 2: You know, we have to trust, you know, and so
- 13:20Speaker 2: I think that we build up our trust in the universe,
- 13:24Speaker 2: in God, in what is underneath all this support. And
- 13:29Speaker 2: then we can recognize these things and start making note
- 13:34Speaker 2: and letting that be a major influence in our lives.
- 13:37Speaker 1: You know, it's funny. You mentioned the word synchronicity, which
- 13:40Speaker 1: Carl Jung coined that expression as meaningful coincidences without causal connection.
- 13:46Speaker 1: And once I had my first synchronicity, which I would
- 13:49Speaker 1: guess would be in my late teens, middle to late teens,
- 13:53Speaker 1: the next one would come and the next one would come.
- 13:56Speaker 1: If we start recognizing these, do they come to us faster?
- 13:59Speaker 3: Well, yes.
- 14:00Speaker 2: And here, let's parallel this. It just popped into my mind.
- 14:03Speaker 2: You know how when you see this is taking it
- 14:05Speaker 2: into the very... very ordinary level. But you see, you
- 14:08Speaker 2: buy a red car, you see red cars. Now you
- 14:11Speaker 2: see all the red cars. You start to do something.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Now you start to see, oh, that happened. Oh, I
- 14:17Speaker 2: recognize that. I can identify that as something else. And
- 14:21Speaker 2: then I'd like to take what you ask about. Once
- 14:24Speaker 2: we identify them, do we start to see them more?
- 14:27Speaker 2: I like to encourage people to to collect their own
- 14:30Speaker 2: body of evidence. If you have something happen, write it down.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Even if you're unsure of it, write it down. Take
- 14:36Speaker 2: a photo. We're all carrying our cameras. Take a photo
- 14:39Speaker 2: of whatever it is. Write it down on anything. Make
- 14:43Speaker 2: a note, however you want to do it. Create your
- 14:45Speaker 2: own body of evidence and you watch it build over
- 14:48Speaker 2: time and you prove to yourself, oh my, look what's
- 14:51Speaker 2: going on in my life.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Absolutely. You know, it's interesting. A lot of times people
- 14:57Speaker 1: will hear a song come up. on the radio or
- 15:01Speaker 1: something or on television. And they recognize that song as
- 15:06Speaker 1: being meaningful to something that has occurred in their life.
- 15:10Speaker 1: And in 1998, I lost a partner to cancer and
- 15:14Speaker 1: she and I used to love going in the fall
- 15:17Speaker 1: and autumn and traveling to different places on vacations. And, uh,
- 15:22Speaker 1: one day I'm listening to the, after she passed, I'm
- 15:24Speaker 1: listening to the radio. And the song comes on called
- 15:28Speaker 1: Forever Autumn, sung by Justin Haywood of the Moody Blues.
- 15:32Speaker 1: And the song was about through autumn's golden gown we
- 15:35Speaker 1: used to kick our way. You always loved this time
- 15:39Speaker 1: of year. Those dying leaves lie undisturbed now because you're
- 15:43Speaker 1: not here. And when I heard those lyrics, I started
- 15:45Speaker 1: crying because it really reminded me of my experience with
- 15:49Speaker 1: my partner. But also it was a message that she's
- 15:52Speaker 1: still there.
- 15:53Speaker 5: Yes.
- 15:54Speaker 1: She's still looking after me.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Yes, yes, yes, yes. And I think that's a beautiful,
- 16:01Speaker 2: easy way for when we're out of our bodies. You know,
- 16:06Speaker 2: we're immortal beings in mortal bodies. So just because we're
- 16:11Speaker 2: in a mortal body doesn't mean that we're not going
- 16:14Speaker 2: to keep trying to interact with those that have deep
- 16:17Speaker 2: meaning for us and that we love. And that's beautiful.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Thank you, yes. How may mirrors and reflections act as
- 16:28Speaker 1: personal oracles?
- 16:33Speaker 2: Well, let's see. Let me try to zero in on that. Now,
- 16:39Speaker 2: I'm going to take it on to a very physical. First,
- 16:41Speaker 2: when you said that to me, I took it on
- 16:43Speaker 2: a more metaphysical. But we will see things that the
- 16:51Speaker 2: eye is not designed to see. Like you can see
- 16:55Speaker 2: images when someone is trying to, I'm now talking about
- 17:00Speaker 2: people connecting from, that have left their body and are
- 17:04Speaker 2: connecting in other ways. You will see things mirror or reflect.
- 17:11Speaker 2: One of the ways that my husband reflects things to
- 17:15Speaker 2: me is he will shine a light that will come
- 17:18Speaker 2: in a window through the window and light on something
- 17:23Speaker 2: that has meaning it was it's a time frame meaning
- 17:27Speaker 2: or something that does so much so that and i
- 17:30Speaker 2: this is something that there's a whole section in the
- 17:32Speaker 2: book about basically shining a light a light beam these
- 17:36Speaker 2: things that that mirror what someone is trying to say
- 17:39Speaker 2: and when he did this one at one point a
- 17:42Speaker 2: few years ago i had my camera and i was
- 17:44Speaker 2: going is that you is that you kenneth and then
- 17:45Speaker 2: i went take or he went i'm not sure if
- 17:48Speaker 2: it's him or me sometimes but take a photo i
- 17:51Speaker 2: took a photo And there is a laser light that
- 17:56Speaker 2: when I took the photo and I took on video.
- 17:58Speaker 2: So I took a photo and I went up, up, up, up, up, up,
- 18:01Speaker 2: up across the ceiling. And I'm laughing because I didn't
- 18:04Speaker 2: plan ahead and I couldn't do a back bend. But
- 18:07Speaker 2: this laser light traces the light that he has shined
- 18:12Speaker 2: up there. That sounds so wild. I did it again.
- 18:15Speaker 2: He did it again.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Absolutely. And from time to time, you get a glimpse
- 18:22Speaker 1: in a mirror, and you think you see someone there,
- 18:25Speaker 1: and you look back, and they're actually physically not there.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 18:30Speaker 1: What is the connection between nature and personal oracles?
- 18:35Speaker 2: Oh, listen, well, and I just happen to have this
- 18:38Speaker 2: right next to me, but, you know, as a Native
- 18:40Speaker 2: American ancestry, you look to nature for things, and I
- 18:46Speaker 2: have a quote that I would love to share. right here.
- 18:48Speaker 2: And I share it in the book and I share
- 18:50Speaker 2: it every chance I get. And it's an old Apache storyteller.
- 18:54Speaker 2: And the quote is that he reminds us the plants, trees, rocks, clouds, fire,
- 19:00Speaker 2: water are all alive. They watch us and see our needs.
- 19:05Speaker 2: They see when we have nothing to protect us. And
- 19:08Speaker 2: it's then that they reach out and speak to us.
- 19:12Speaker 2: And I think that a lot of us, let's start
- 19:15Speaker 2: with clouds. When you're little, and you're looking, well, a
- 19:19Speaker 2: lot of people do it as grown, but when we're children,
- 19:21Speaker 2: we look at the sky and we see images in
- 19:23Speaker 2: the clouds, and we at least identify with the image
- 19:26Speaker 2: and sometimes feel like that cloud image is speaking to us.
- 19:31Speaker 2: The universe does work with us through nature all the time.
- 19:37Speaker 2: I read something the other day in my work, and
- 19:41Speaker 2: it had nothing to do with the work that I'm
- 19:44Speaker 2: specifically doing today, But it talked about calming down in
- 19:46Speaker 2: this time that we're in. And it said, touch grass.
- 19:51Speaker 2: So when we can touch the universe physically or in
- 19:56Speaker 2: our mind or go into that space, that is one
- 19:59Speaker 2: of the key places that I'm aware of, that we
- 20:03Speaker 2: will have that spirit connection that so many of us
- 20:07Speaker 2: are so open to and have as such a core
- 20:11Speaker 2: part of our life.
- 20:13Speaker 1: I used to be called, when I was in my
- 20:15Speaker 1: teens in the 1960s and 70s, I was called a
- 20:18Speaker 1: tree hugger.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Oh, I love that.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Because I love to hug trees, number one. And two,
- 20:24Speaker 1: sit against a tree with my back, my spine against
- 20:27Speaker 1: the tree, and allow the tree to act as a
- 20:29Speaker 1: conduit between me and the earth. And what a feeling,
- 20:32Speaker 1: what a grand feeling that was.
- 20:34Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 20:34Speaker 2: And there you are on the conduit. And conduits are
- 20:38Speaker 2: something that will connect you to spirit and trees. Oh,
- 20:41Speaker 2: remember the tree hugging period of time that so many
- 20:44Speaker 2: of us experienced? And think about that sap that's running
- 20:47Speaker 2: up against them. And that's a beautiful thing for us
- 20:50Speaker 2: now in the day and age that we're all living in.
- 20:53Speaker 2: If you have trees available or grass available, go hug
- 20:57Speaker 2: a tree. Go run your toes through the grass. Yeah,
- 21:02Speaker 2: touch nature. Let nature be a conduit for us. Absolutely.
- 21:07Speaker 1: My guest, Anne Bollinger McQuaid, her book, Everyday Oracle, decoding
- 21:12Speaker 1: the divine messages that are all around us. And please
- 21:16Speaker 1: share with our listeners where they can get your book
- 21:18Speaker 1: and find out more about you and your amazing work.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Well, the book is available at any of the booksellers. Amazon.com,
- 21:25Speaker 2: of course, is one of them. We have a team.

- 21:30Speaker 2: We have a website, The website is everydayextradimensions.com. And there
- 21:35Speaker 2: you'll find all kinds of information there that is from
- 21:40Speaker 2: the book and from future books that the book that
- 21:42Speaker 2: my husband and I are writing together about life after life.
- 21:46Speaker 2: And those are ways that I would get on Instagram.
- 21:50Speaker 2: And we have Substack now. So we're Instagram, Facebook, Substack,
- 21:54Speaker 2: and Bolling McQuaid or Everyday Oracles or Everyday Extra Dimensions.
- 22:01Speaker 2: We're just all over the place.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Wonderful. And we'll be back with more of Anne after
- 22:05Speaker 1: these words on the OM Times Radio Network.

- 22:46Speaker 2: why don't you take a minute?
- 22:48Speaker 5: When you help care for a loved one, you give
- 22:50Speaker 5: them as much time as you can, but it's just
- 22:52Speaker 5: as important to take time for yourself. AARP can help.

- 23:06Speaker 1: Back on Destination Unlimited, my guest this week, Anne Bollinger McQuaid.
- 23:10Speaker 1: We're talking about her book, Everyday Oracles, Decoding the Divine
- 23:14Speaker 1: Messages That Are All Around Us. Anne, August 30th was
- 23:19Speaker 1: National Grief Awareness Day. Let's examine the connection between grief
- 23:24Speaker 1: and personal oracles. How does grief open us up to
- 23:28Speaker 1: signs and synchronicities we might otherwise miss?
- 23:33Speaker 2: Thank you for that question, and I think that it's
- 23:35Speaker 2: a powerful one because I think so often we can
- 23:37Speaker 2: look at grief as all negative, overwhelming, no way out.
- 23:43Speaker 2: And I think that what happens in, you know, I've
- 23:46Speaker 2: been studying this a lot lately, networking with a lot
- 23:49Speaker 2: of people, and grief will kind of take us to
- 23:51Speaker 2: our knees, literally and physically, and maybe make us a
- 23:56Speaker 2: little bit raw, maybe a little bit more vulnerable. And
- 23:59Speaker 2: that appears to me, from my experiences and all my research,
- 24:05Speaker 2: that's when the universe really will step in. And the universe,
- 24:08Speaker 2: as we talked in the first segment, if anybody, if
- 24:12Speaker 2: those of you who are listening to that, the universe
- 24:15Speaker 2: is designed to respond to our needs. So when we
- 24:17Speaker 2: are down, oh dear, I do this sometimes that it's coming.
- 24:21Speaker 2: I'm singing, when we're down and out, you can just
- 24:25Speaker 2: recognize that the universe has your back. And so you
- 24:30Speaker 2: start to get these things that are coming to you, synchronicities, coincidences,
- 24:34Speaker 2: and you start to see rays of hope. And when you,
- 24:40Speaker 2: I believe, that when we can ride a ray of
- 24:43Speaker 2: hope out of the darkness and continue to focus on
- 24:48Speaker 2: that ray of hope, there's grief, there's a beautiful way
- 24:54Speaker 2: to deal with grief. So grief can be very positive,
- 25:03Speaker 2: very positive thing, and there is a way out. For
- 25:06Speaker 2: those of us that are suffering, there's also not to
- 25:09Speaker 2: gloss over the fact that community is vital. Our religious
- 25:15Speaker 2: groups and spiritual groups that give us that sense of
- 25:18Speaker 2: community are vital. We realize a lot of grief seems
- 25:25Speaker 2: to be that sense of being just so totally alone.
- 25:30Speaker 2: When we start to enumerate the ways that we are interconnected,
- 25:34Speaker 2: through the universe, through our people and reaching out. I
- 25:38Speaker 2: like this idea of even when you're just out about
- 25:41Speaker 2: in the world and you're at, I do a lot
- 25:44Speaker 2: of UPS. You're at UPS. I'm in line at UPS.
- 25:47Speaker 2: You catch the eyes of a stranger and that stranger
- 25:53Speaker 2: catches their eyes with you and you really see each other. Boy,
- 25:56Speaker 2: there's a validation there that defies words. The times that
- 26:01Speaker 2: we're open to that, where we can see someone, really
- 26:05Speaker 2: see them, and they see we see them. There's a
- 26:08Speaker 2: beautiful spirit feeding that I've experienced when that occurs. So
- 26:13Speaker 2: there's some things to me that when we are dealing
- 26:17Speaker 2: with grief, there are tools. Absolutely.
- 26:21Speaker 1: And speaking of those tools, how do our loved ones
- 26:24Speaker 1: continue to connect through timing, technology, dreams, and nature?
- 26:31Speaker 2: Well, and again, we've talked in the first segment about
- 26:36Speaker 2: my husband has his body shut down. He stayed connected.
- 26:41Speaker 2: There is electromagnetic energy. The soul of the I have
- 26:46Speaker 2: studied all. Well, first off, he stayed. I could tell
- 26:49Speaker 2: he stayed. I was laying in the bed when we
- 26:51Speaker 2: let the life support go. He didn't leave. He stayed.
- 26:55Speaker 2: I have never even heard of anything like that. But
- 26:59Speaker 2: I could tell he was still there. I could sense him.
- 27:02Speaker 2: I could feel him. I much later realized reading a book, again,
- 27:06Speaker 2: here's another book, and it's The Afterlife Frequency. It tells
- 27:11Speaker 2: us that electromagnetic frequency is afterlife frequency. That is also,
- 27:18Speaker 2: as I've studied more, I see that it is the
- 27:21Speaker 2: soul of the universe. There is a frequency level that
- 27:25Speaker 2: we connect to with people who have passed. So, through
- 27:30Speaker 2: this electromagnetic frequency, they are our people. And we, once
- 27:35Speaker 2: we are on the other side, will be able to
- 27:37Speaker 2: have been out of our bodies, out still immortal beings,
- 27:43Speaker 2: but out of the mortal body. And I did copy this.
- 27:46Speaker 2: This came to us part of our team. We have
- 27:49Speaker 2: a team, the Everyday Extra Dimension team. And my husband
- 27:54Speaker 2: gave this to Kathy, who's part of our team and
- 27:58Speaker 2: ask her to give it to me rather than giving
- 28:00Speaker 2: it to me and we were talking about chapter 4
- 28:02Speaker 2: of his book that we are doing it was an
- 28:06Speaker 2: alert to chapter 4 as we are working with an
- 28:09Speaker 2: editor on it and he alerted us to electronic transmissions
- 28:16Speaker 2: so we looked that up now remember that Kenneth was
- 28:20Speaker 2: when he was in his body a NASA engineer he
- 28:24Speaker 2: is pointing us all toward electronic transmissions. It's the broader
- 28:29Speaker 2: prospect of sending information electronically through wires, fiber optics, cables, wireless,
- 28:38Speaker 2: and electromagnetic waves. Emails, television, radio, these are all examples
- 28:46Speaker 2: of electronic transmissions. The music, I venture to say on
- 28:51Speaker 2: my own here, that the music that you talked about
- 28:54Speaker 2: that played, that was transmitted through electronic frequency. If we
- 29:00Speaker 2: look at things and ground it through this information that
- 29:04Speaker 2: is the technical world that we live in, I can imagine,
- 29:08Speaker 2: I'm going to go back to the woman who sent
- 29:10Speaker 2: that song to you, was aware of being able to
- 29:17Speaker 2: use that electronic frequency to get that song to you.
- 29:21Speaker 2: So it goes deeper, it is all It's a world
- 29:25Speaker 2: that we are all, it's unknown to all of us,
- 29:28Speaker 2: but there are places where it grounds and you can recognize, oh,
- 29:34Speaker 2: that's an electromagnetic frequency that is electromagnetic. transmission. These are
- 29:42Speaker 2: messages that are coming from me from someone out of
- 29:44Speaker 2: their body.
- 29:46Speaker 1: And talk a little bit about dreams. How do they
- 29:48Speaker 1: come to us in our dreams?
- 29:51Speaker 2: Well, dreams, I think, are so fascinating, and they're... I...
- 29:56Speaker 2: have friends who study dreams. I have friends who, I
- 29:59Speaker 2: took a dream workshop once. I am not a expert
- 30:05Speaker 2: when it comes to dreams, but I, so that I'm
- 30:10Speaker 2: going to just give you the one thing that's happened
- 30:12Speaker 2: to me. That is another, seems to be another frequency
- 30:18Speaker 2: dimension that When we're out of our bodies, we can
- 30:21Speaker 2: slide through. Maybe even when maybe I don't want to
- 30:24Speaker 2: restrict it to that. Maybe it's a dimension that's available
- 30:27Speaker 2: as to whether we're in and out or out of
- 30:29Speaker 2: our bodies to slide in to connect with someone else.
- 30:33Speaker 2: Dreams are just magical. They're a frequency, again, that allows
- 30:38Speaker 2: us to connect with someone in a way that we
- 30:43Speaker 2: are not able to connect to when we're awake. Okay.
- 30:47Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting. You had mentioned Kenneth being a
- 30:50Speaker 1: NASA scientist. And over the last few years, I've become
- 30:54Speaker 1: familiar with quantum physics and an expression, quantum entanglement. The
- 31:00Speaker 1: idea being that there's a connection between atoms that can
- 31:04Speaker 1: be a long distance apart. And if you affect one,
- 31:07Speaker 1: the other becomes affected, that there's no distance when it
- 31:10Speaker 1: comes to the transmission of this sensation through energy. I
- 31:14Speaker 1: wonder if that's part of it, too.
- 31:17Speaker 2: That makes such sense. And I'm glad you brought that up. Years, oh,
- 31:19Speaker 2: probably 15 years ago, I saw Greg Braden, who's another author,
- 31:25Speaker 2: that I saw him in a workshop, a huge workshop,
- 31:28Speaker 2: thousands of people. And he was doing like a show,
- 31:33Speaker 2: like it was all electronic. He had on a big stage,
- 31:38Speaker 2: he had a television up there. He took two particles
- 31:41Speaker 2: and divided them and showed us, he was a scientist too,
- 31:46Speaker 2: before he became a spiritual leader. And he tickled one
- 31:49Speaker 2: of them and the other one moved. I've actually gotten
- 31:52Speaker 2: to watch that. And he's someone who I've studied over
- 31:55Speaker 2: the years and have great faith in. He's been in
- 31:58Speaker 2: this work for as long as I can remember. So
- 32:03Speaker 2: I've watched that. I think that that again brings us
- 32:07Speaker 2: into our practical minds where we're trying to make sense
- 32:13Speaker 2: of of what's so hard to understand for me. When
- 32:17Speaker 2: you can watch him do an exercise like that, where
- 32:21Speaker 2: it is interacting, it was over a great distance. And
- 32:24Speaker 2: I remember him saying it didn't matter how far it was,
- 32:27Speaker 2: it would still interact. So it's all, bottom line, interconnected.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Absolutely. Do our departed loved ones also connect through our
- 32:37Speaker 1: animal companions?
- 32:42Speaker 2: Oh, don't get me going on animals. Yes, yes, yes.
- 32:47Speaker 2: And dog, you know, we have a dog, I'll barely
- 32:49Speaker 2: touch on this, but we have Rusty, our golden retriever.
- 32:54Speaker 2: The year after Kenneth and I got married, we got
- 32:56Speaker 2: a golden retriever. Rusty was our spirit dog. Dogs are telepathic.
- 33:04Speaker 2: If you have an, and we'll get, I'll get right
- 33:06Speaker 2: off of Rusty because I could spend hours on this,
- 33:08Speaker 2: but Let me just say, and we now have a cat, Moonboy,
- 33:12Speaker 2: who adopted us in New Mexico on a horrible, stormy night.
- 33:19Speaker 2: So I've had, over the years, 30 years, experience with animals,
- 33:24Speaker 2: and they're so telepathic. If you're in doubt of telepathy,
- 33:29Speaker 2: think about your, if you have an animal, think about,
- 33:32Speaker 2: just think about when they need to go out to
- 33:35Speaker 2: go to the bathroom. I used to do things or
- 33:39Speaker 2: think of something and send a message to Rusty in
- 33:42Speaker 2: my mind. Maybe I'd say, would you come over and
- 33:45Speaker 2: lay here beside me? And he'd come all in my brain.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Animals are telepathic, and there's so much study of animals.
- 33:54Speaker 2: There's something I'll barely touch on, that it's believed by
- 33:58Speaker 2: a lot of groups that animals can actually carry illnesses
- 34:05Speaker 2: for their humans. Yes, animals are beyond measure vital parts
- 34:16Speaker 2: of our spirituality. Kenneth has, here's another one that I'm
- 34:20Speaker 2: going to, I'm going to bring owls and hawks into this.
- 34:24Speaker 2: When I connected with Kenneth, I was already connected. I
- 34:28Speaker 2: have a colleague that's a medium, Tina Powers. Tina, five
- 34:31Speaker 2: days after, or a few days after Kenneth's body shut down,
- 34:34Speaker 2: I called her and said, Could you meet us? I
- 34:37Speaker 2: had booked a place to go celebrate our anniversary. He
- 34:40Speaker 2: wasn't in his body. I was in mine. Would she
- 34:42Speaker 2: want to come do like a reading there? She wasn't
- 34:46Speaker 2: able to do it. But what she did was called
- 34:48Speaker 2: me that day with something on the phone. My daughter
- 34:51Speaker 2: was there and she heard all these things Kenneth was saying.
- 34:54Speaker 2: He was saying, I'm going to please tell Ann I'm
- 34:57Speaker 2: going to channel a book through her. He told me
- 34:59Speaker 2: later I was the scribe. He was going to be
- 35:03Speaker 2: channeling to me my job was to write it down
- 35:05Speaker 2: as a scribe he also then said that he would
- 35:08Speaker 2: signal me through hawks so i have kept my and
- 35:15Speaker 2: i've heard of that that was not new to me
- 35:18Speaker 2: but and kenneth and i had we never talked about
- 35:21Speaker 2: this kenneth wasn't sure he was going with was anything
- 35:25Speaker 2: we would do together so we didn't have a plan
- 35:27Speaker 2: But for him to alert me to that, I know
- 35:30Speaker 2: that in the kingdom, let's just say animal kingdom with birds.
- 35:36Speaker 2: And very recently, I had another woman on the team.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Kenneth got a message to her that he was going
- 35:43Speaker 2: to send me a hawk. I didn't get it for
- 35:45Speaker 2: two weeks. And yesterday, day before yesterday, I looked at
- 35:48Speaker 2: the dining room on the table. Outside is this huge,
- 35:53Speaker 2: gorgeous owl. Mm-hmm. of things I want and I took
- 35:58Speaker 2: multiple pic it let me I didn't go real close
- 36:00Speaker 2: but it let me here's some things that I want
- 36:02Speaker 2: to lay in here for anybody that wants to have
- 36:05Speaker 2: these resonate with them maybe it didn't happen immediately I
- 36:10Speaker 2: wondered it was a couple of weeks I wondered if
- 36:12Speaker 2: she'd heard him right it was two weeks that time
- 36:17Speaker 2: frame that we look at as human beings I'm looking
- 36:20Speaker 2: at that going you know Sometimes we set a time
- 36:25Speaker 2: frame on things without even realizing it. And there's a
- 36:29Speaker 2: lot going on in our work right now. So for
- 36:32Speaker 2: Kenneth to have sent the owl that day was absolutely perfect.
- 36:39Speaker 2: So I'm laying a lot of things subtly in here
- 36:43Speaker 2: for everyone to look at, to see where we are
- 36:46Speaker 2: on rigid time frames that in the overall scheme of
- 36:51Speaker 2: things don't make any sense.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Absolutely. You know, I'll share one more personal story with
- 36:57Speaker 1: you about my partner who passed in 1998. I returned
- 37:02Speaker 1: from the funeral. I had been part of the officiation
- 37:05Speaker 1: team on the funeral, got home. I was very tired,
- 37:09Speaker 1: came home. I had two cats with her at the
- 37:11Speaker 1: time and I fed the cats and I decided I
- 37:14Speaker 1: really needed to take a nap. So I laid down
- 37:16Speaker 1: on the bed. I was face down and all of
- 37:18Speaker 1: a sudden I hear plump, plump in front of me.
- 37:21Speaker 1: And I look up, and there are the two cats
- 37:22Speaker 1: sitting side by side like two little sphinxes looking at me,
- 37:26Speaker 1: looking into my eyes. And then all of a sudden,
- 37:28Speaker 1: they look up, up toward the ceiling. And as they're
- 37:33Speaker 1: looking toward the ceiling, their eyes start moving down, down, down.
- 37:37Speaker 1: And when they came to the level of my back,
- 37:40Speaker 1: I felt a hand rubbing my back, and I knew
- 37:42Speaker 1: it was her coming to comfort me. And I'll always
- 37:45Speaker 1: be grateful for that experience.
- 37:48Speaker 2: That's magnificent. That's powerful. Thank you for that interaction on
- 37:57Speaker 2: so many different levels there. Absolutely.
- 38:01Speaker 1: So I'm open to sharing my experiences. You're open to
- 38:04Speaker 1: sharing your experiences. A lot of people aren't so open
- 38:08Speaker 1: as we are. What's the reaction that people get when
- 38:10Speaker 1: they start sharing these things?
- 38:13Speaker 2: Well, I think it depends. I think that it's intimidating
- 38:16Speaker 2: if you're in the wrong group. People can look at
- 38:20Speaker 2: you and need to go somewhere else because they're so uncomfortable.
- 38:25Speaker 2: I think that we get all kinds of reaction. I
- 38:27Speaker 2: think that if we pay attention to our intuition, our
- 38:37Speaker 2: kindred spirit, oh, here's a fun word. It's not even
- 38:39Speaker 2: there yet or a phrase. our kindred spirit zone seeker
- 38:45Speaker 2: could could work in our favor you know i think
- 38:48Speaker 2: that people that are afraid i think i do believe
- 38:51Speaker 2: that there are people that are afraid to look at
- 38:56Speaker 2: something that is to them this far out uh there's
- 39:01Speaker 2: all kinds of reasons i think they might even connect
- 39:04Speaker 2: it with with unpure things. So I think that the
- 39:08Speaker 2: key in the way I'm going to answer what you
- 39:11Speaker 2: ask me is, those of us who are drawn to
- 39:16Speaker 2: all of this, pay attention to like-minded spirits. Pay attention
- 39:21Speaker 2: to energy that's drawing us. If there's something that says
- 39:27Speaker 2: move closer, move closer. If there's something that says stay away,
- 39:31Speaker 2: trust that too.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Absolutely. My guest, Anne Bollinger McQuaid, her book, Everyday Oracles,
- 39:38Speaker 1: decoding the divine messages that are all around us. We'll
- 39:41Speaker 1: be back with more after these words on the Om

- 41:20Speaker 8: I always had to be so good no one could
- 41:22Speaker 8: ignore me. Carve my path with data and drive. But
- 41:26Speaker 8: some people only see who I am on paper. The
- 41:29Speaker 8: paper ceiling. The limitations from degree screens to stereotypes that
- 41:33Speaker 8: are holding back over 70 million stars. Workers skilled through
- 41:37Speaker 8: alternative routes rather than a bachelor's degree. It's time for

- 41:50Speaker 1: Back on Destination Unlimited, my guest this week, Anne Bollinger McQuaid.
- 41:55Speaker 1: We're talking about her book, Everyday Oracles, Decoding the Divine
- 41:59Speaker 1: Messages That Are All Around Us. Anne, how may people
- 42:04Speaker 1: become more intuitive and develop their senses and become more
- 42:09Speaker 1: aware of the messages coming from their departed loved ones?
- 42:14Speaker 2: Well, I think step one on almost anything in this
- 42:18Speaker 2: world of spirit that we're talking about is set your intention.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Set your intention that you want to do this, that
- 42:28Speaker 2: you are capable of doing it, and then see yourself
- 42:33Speaker 2: as a receiver of information that is coming from the
- 42:37Speaker 2: other side. I don't want to call it the other side,
- 42:41Speaker 2: but from when we're out of our bodies, when we're
- 42:44Speaker 2: in our bodies, that makes that incredibly valuable translation between
- 42:50Speaker 2: the physical world and the world that is connecting to us.
- 42:54Speaker 2: So I think that if paying attention to your intuition
- 42:59Speaker 2: and trusting it seems to me to be with the
- 43:02Speaker 2: people that I've talked about, I'm just going to call
- 43:05Speaker 2: it a hiccup. It's a real hiccup for people. It's
- 43:08Speaker 2: like maybe all of us. Wait, is that all my imagination?
- 43:13Speaker 2: You know, I don't know who I can I credit
- 43:17Speaker 2: this too. I do have a plaque and it says
- 43:20Speaker 2: author unknown, but it says intuition is evidence of the divine. Well,
- 43:26Speaker 2: just taking that sentence, intuition is the divine. I mean,
- 43:31Speaker 2: I've learned over the years that your intuition is the
- 43:34Speaker 2: divine speaking to you. So if you've got something that
- 43:38Speaker 2: feels like it's coming out of left field, that's random,
- 43:41Speaker 2: pay attention. And I think I mentioned earlier, Make a
- 43:45Speaker 2: note of it. Keep it in one place so that
- 43:49Speaker 2: you can go back. Even if you think that it's
- 43:51Speaker 2: just not possible, keep it in the same place and
- 43:56Speaker 2: go back to it. And again, I'm going to bring
- 43:59Speaker 2: up the body of evidence that you'll create for yourself.
- 44:02Speaker 2: But trust your intuition and follow it. Follow it like
- 44:05Speaker 2: maybe expand a little bit too to maybe like the
- 44:09Speaker 2: Mexican culture. Their scents are very, the scent, the smell,
- 44:15Speaker 2: scent is very commonly thought of as just one of
- 44:21Speaker 2: the tools. I do have in the book Cindy and
- 44:26Speaker 2: Wally who were, when she got a divorce, she started
- 44:30Speaker 2: to notice that she was smelling this scent of cigar.
- 44:35Speaker 2: It was a sweet cigar. When she had no idea
- 44:38Speaker 2: what it was, she tried to identify it with a
- 44:40Speaker 2: lot of different things, but could not. And She found
- 44:45Speaker 2: out it even was not just in her house. It
- 44:47Speaker 2: was falling to other places. She met a man that
- 44:50Speaker 2: she ended up marrying. And she said to Wally, do
- 44:53Speaker 2: you smell this smell that I'm smelling? And he said, yes,
- 44:58Speaker 2: I do. She started to talk to her mother and
- 45:01Speaker 2: her siblings and started to ask them. They decoded that
- 45:07Speaker 2: it was her father reaching out to them at times
- 45:10Speaker 2: that they needed him. And he was doing this with
- 45:14Speaker 2: them in different cities, states, situations. So, pay attention to smells.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Pay attention to, I think you mentioned earlier, I love
- 45:26Speaker 2: the thing about catching. If you think you saw something
- 45:29Speaker 2: catch your eye, it probably did. Oh, here's another piece
- 45:33Speaker 2: of information that just floated in. If you see it
- 45:38Speaker 2: out of the corner of your eye, your eye is
- 45:40Speaker 2: not designed to see it. is designed to see, and
- 45:43Speaker 2: I can't give you the word right now, but look
- 45:45Speaker 2: it up if you're intrigued. Your eye is designed to
- 45:48Speaker 2: see straight forward. What is on the peripheral, it's not
- 45:53Speaker 2: designed to see that. Then there's the terminology for the
- 45:56Speaker 2: part of your eye that you see straight out. So
- 45:59Speaker 2: know that it's because your eye isn't designed to see
- 46:02Speaker 2: that way. Also know that when you take a photo
- 46:07Speaker 2: When you have an intuition and you take a photo
- 46:09Speaker 2: or say you don't even, well, let's stick with intuition.
- 46:11Speaker 2: You have an intuition, you take a photo. There's an
- 46:14Speaker 2: image on that photo your eyes can't see. All of
- 46:18Speaker 2: our eyes are not designed to see everything that's around us.
- 46:24Speaker 2: Imagine trying to make it through the world with all
- 46:27Speaker 2: of these images that there's right now for the last
- 46:30Speaker 2: umpteen years, I don't know, orbs have been coming up
- 46:33Speaker 2: in all kinds of people's photographs. All kinds of things.
- 46:38Speaker 2: The laser light that I described earlier that followed the
- 46:43Speaker 2: spotlight basically from coming outside that I was seeing that
- 46:47Speaker 2: Kenneth added the laser light. I could not see that
- 46:50Speaker 2: without the camera. So here let's give some respect to
- 46:54Speaker 2: our cameras that we're carrying around on our cell phones.
- 47:00Speaker 2: Recognize that there are things that will show up Pay
- 47:05Speaker 2: attention to them and then jump in and do a
- 47:08Speaker 2: little research. You might find out just what you need.
- 47:12Speaker 1: I want to quote something that you said. You said,
- 47:16Speaker 1: we don't lose the bond. We just change the way
- 47:20Speaker 1: we connect. The messages come when our hearts are open
- 47:25Speaker 1: and they're always loving. I think that really sums it
- 47:28Speaker 1: up beautifully.
- 47:30Speaker 2: Thank you. Absolutely.
- 47:31Speaker 1: Absolutely. I've shared this with you before, and I'm going
- 47:36Speaker 1: to share it again for our listeners. My mother passed
- 47:39Speaker 1: in 2020, and shortly after she passed, I started seeing
- 47:44Speaker 1: this vision of circles and rings that she, I believe,
- 47:48Speaker 1: was transmitting to me. And it inspired a poem, and
- 47:53Speaker 1: I'll share that poem with us now. It says, The
- 47:56Speaker 1: path of great beauty in so many things, from atoms
- 48:00Speaker 1: to galaxies, circles and rings, natural wisdom that dwells there within,
- 48:07Speaker 1: from naught to 360, that magical spin. We circle each
- 48:13Speaker 1: other in gravity's dance, as Gaia circles Sol, the solar romance,
- 48:19Speaker 1: as Luna circles us in life-giving motion, drawing the tides
- 48:24Speaker 1: and inner emotion. And the age of the oak is
- 48:28Speaker 1: found in its rings, as in woman and man and
- 48:32Speaker 1: all living things. And when the rings stop and life
- 48:36Speaker 1: comes to an end, we'll all circle back and dance
- 48:41Speaker 1: once again.
- 48:44Speaker 2: Oh, I have no, I adore that. That is so deep.
- 48:50Speaker 2: And that is a book that I own. And that
- 48:52Speaker 2: is a book that we treasure in our library. That
- 48:56Speaker 2: is so powerful, Victor. Thank you.
- 48:58Speaker 1: You're welcome. Thank you. Thank you so much for your
- 49:00Speaker 1: kind words. in Everyday Oracles, you share that the universe
- 49:06Speaker 1: responds to our needs. And you sort of touched upon
- 49:10Speaker 1: this before. Is there something further you can talk about
- 49:13Speaker 1: with that?
- 49:14Speaker 2: Well, I can tell you an example. I'll give you
- 49:17Speaker 2: an example that I feel is a appropriate right now
- 49:22Speaker 2: the year after Kenneth and I got married I And
- 49:25Speaker 2: my intuition said, go get a mammogram, go get a mammogram. Well,
- 49:29Speaker 2: my mother had a diet of cancer, different kinds of cancer,
- 49:32Speaker 2: but I'd never been worried about it. My mother had
- 49:35Speaker 2: a mastectomy. I'd never been worried about it. But I went.
- 49:38Speaker 2: I didn't wait. And I wasn't panicked. I just went.
- 49:41Speaker 2: I was like, well, my intuition said it. I did it.
- 49:43Speaker 2: I went. I got a mammogram. The mammogram was minuscule.
- 49:49Speaker 2: There was cancer in my body, but it was minuscule.
- 49:51Speaker 2: It took a while back in those days. That was
- 49:54Speaker 2: in 86. Back in those days, it took a while,
- 50:02Speaker 2: but the excruciating couple of months before I went in,
- 50:06Speaker 2: I just had a lumpectomy and they got it. I
- 50:08Speaker 2: want everybody to know that that was in my body.
- 50:12Speaker 2: My life is so rich and full. I have so
- 50:15Speaker 2: many Our family is wonderful. The life that we live
- 50:19Speaker 2: is amazing. All this that we're doing. If I hadn't
- 50:22Speaker 2: listened to my intuition, I wouldn't, I would have, cancer
- 50:26Speaker 2: would have taken me out of this body. So I just,
- 50:30Speaker 2: for anybody that, intuition can save our lives.
- 50:35Speaker 1: Listen to that voice.
- 50:37Speaker 2: Yes, it's the voice. Yes, it is the voice, Victor.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Or the image. I react to the image. Whatever way
- 50:44Speaker 1: you receive.
- 50:45Speaker 2: However it comes to you. Absolutely. I just had to
- 50:48Speaker 2: laugh a little because I love that, you know, you're
- 50:51Speaker 2: known as the voice. And I'm sorry, but I just
- 50:54Speaker 2: had to, that tickled my soul a little bit in
- 50:56Speaker 2: a beautiful way. And yes, however it's coming to you,
- 50:59Speaker 2: whether it's coming through technology, whether it's coming, but don't,
- 51:02Speaker 2: I think maybe one of the reasons I brought intuition is,
- 51:05Speaker 2: Because we discount it. We don't trust it. Because so
- 51:07Speaker 2: many times there's, I did an article years ago called
- 51:11Speaker 2: Monkey Mind Chatter. I won't go into that except to
- 51:14Speaker 2: say who hasn't dealt with Monkey Mind Chatter. And Monkey
- 51:17Speaker 2: Mind Chatter appears to be coming from what a lot
- 51:20Speaker 2: of us would call intuition. So, you know, discern which
- 51:24Speaker 2: is Monkey Mind Chatter and which is intuition and follow
- 51:29Speaker 2: your intuition.
- 51:29Speaker 8: Absolutely.
- 51:30Speaker 1: Absolutely. You share that ultimately there is no death. There
- 51:36Speaker 1: is simply a change of dimensions. Where do we go
- 51:40Speaker 1: when our bodies no longer function?
- 51:43Speaker 2: You know, this is such a great question. Well, what
- 51:45Speaker 2: do I know? But what I do know, what do
- 51:48Speaker 2: I know in the ultimate scheme of things? But what
- 51:50Speaker 2: I think I know, okay, what I know for sure,
- 51:53Speaker 2: Kenneth is with me. Kenneth is working with all kinds
- 51:56Speaker 2: of different people. He's with me all the time. He
- 51:59Speaker 2: said to me, I don't leave your side. Now, that's
- 52:02Speaker 2: not possible when we're in our bodies. When we're out
- 52:06Speaker 2: of our bodies, we are not restricted to one place.
- 52:09Speaker 2: He's involved with all these other people, with work and
- 52:12Speaker 2: other things that I don't even know he's doing. So
- 52:16Speaker 2: when we are no longer restricted by our body, it
- 52:23Speaker 2: would appear to me that we go wherever. It's kind
- 52:27Speaker 2: of like when we're in our bodies. Now we aren't restricted.
- 52:31Speaker 2: Where do we want to go? Do we want to
- 52:33Speaker 2: go to heaven? Do we want to go these other places?
- 52:36Speaker 2: I know people that believe that they then go to planets.
- 52:41Speaker 2: Maybe it's a choice. I don't know. But I do
- 52:46Speaker 2: know this to be true. We stay. We are immortal beings.
- 52:54Speaker 2: And that appears that our immortal beings... get to choose
- 53:00Speaker 2: where we go. So that's my best guess on that.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Absolutely. What would you like readers to take away from
- 53:11Speaker 1: Everyday Oracles?
- 53:13Speaker 2: Okay, and it's what I want to take away from
- 53:15Speaker 2: all the work. It's like if they get on my website,
- 53:18Speaker 2: here's the plug again, but if you get on the website, everydayextradimensions.com,
- 53:22Speaker 2: one of the first things you're going to see, and
- 53:25Speaker 2: it's what I like to end the interviews and everything
- 53:27Speaker 2: else with, we're all ultimately safer than we realize. We're
- 53:31Speaker 2: all ultimately safer than we realize. There is no death.
- 53:37Speaker 2: There's simply a change of frequency. And in the world
- 53:40Speaker 2: that we're living, well, always, the world's always been a
- 53:43Speaker 2: wild and crazy place to live. But in today's world,
- 53:47Speaker 2: and this is 2026, in today's world, that's a nice
- 53:52Speaker 2: thing to recognize, to know, to find things that prove
- 53:57Speaker 2: to us We're all safer than we realize.
- 54:00Speaker 1: And because we have just passed National Grief Awareness Day,
- 54:03Speaker 1: I'll share a message for everybody. In my years as
- 54:07Speaker 1: an interfaith minister, I've officiated many funerals and many memorial services.
- 54:13Speaker 1: And I've also done grief counseling. And one of the
- 54:15Speaker 1: things that I hear from the bereaved is, I wish
- 54:19Speaker 1: I had told them. I wish I had told them
- 54:21Speaker 1: I love them. I wish I had told them I
- 54:24Speaker 1: forgive them. I wish I had told them that they
- 54:28Speaker 1: should forgive me. Tomorrow is never guaranteed in the physical sense.
- 54:34Speaker 1: If you love somebody, tell them today. If you feel
- 54:37Speaker 1: that you've hurt someone, ask for forgiveness today. And if
- 54:41Speaker 1: someone has hurt you, and I know this is the
- 54:42Speaker 1: hardest one, forgive today because tomorrow is never guaranteed.
- 54:49Speaker 2: Oh, yes, Victor, 100%. And may I add one thing
- 54:52Speaker 2: to that?
- 54:52Speaker 1: Yes, please.
- 54:54Speaker 2: Apologize now.
- 54:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 54:57Speaker 2: Call out their name. Find the spot that's right for you.
- 55:00Speaker 2: Maybe it's wherever you are right then. Doesn't even matter when.
- 55:04Speaker 2: If it's a place that you could go to that
- 55:06Speaker 2: you went to together, tune in to your hope and
- 55:11Speaker 2: your belief based on what we're all talking about, that
- 55:13Speaker 2: they're right there with you and say, I am so, hey,
- 55:17Speaker 2: I am so sorry for whatever it was. On a
- 55:20Speaker 2: lighter level than deep grief, I want everybody to know that,
- 55:24Speaker 2: you know, Kenneth and I were married, we've been together
- 55:26Speaker 2: since 82. So I apologize to him now on a
- 55:31Speaker 2: regular basis for things I did, like did, things I've done, like.
- 55:37Speaker 2: I now give our dog and cat lots of treats.
- 55:40Speaker 2: I gave Kenneth such a hard time for giving our
- 55:43Speaker 2: golden retriever rusty treats because I didn't want him to
- 55:46Speaker 2: die because he was fat. I apologize to Kenneth now
- 55:50Speaker 2: on a daily basis. I sometimes like to call it
- 55:53Speaker 2: eating humble pie. But they're here. They're here. And chances
- 55:57Speaker 2: are that they can hear you. I do believe that
- 56:01Speaker 2: in my soul.
- 56:02Speaker 1: Absolutely. Anne Bollinger-McQuade, thank you so much for joining us
- 56:06Speaker 1: and sharing your wisdom and your heart.
- 56:08Speaker 2: Thank you, Victor. You're an angel.
- 56:11Speaker 1: Thank you. And thank you for joining us on Destination Unlimited.
- 56:14Speaker 1: I'm Victor, the voice vermin. Have a wonderful week.
