TxDOT is transforming Business 77 and State Loop 484 in McLennan County into modern urban boulevards with new pavement, bike/pedestrian paths, and bridge replacements — plus merging Loop 484 into Loop 574 (South MLK Jr. Blvd). They’re seeking community input via virtual and in-person meetings, including a live event this Thursday at the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, to shape safer, more accessible streets.
