- 0:00SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: First of all, hi Merle.
- 0:01SPEAKER_00: I see you texted.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: You're in.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Thank you very much.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: I appreciate that.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: Doug is here.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: Uh he said God answers prayers.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Hi, Allie.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: Hi, 3383.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Love you guys.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: That one, uh oh, that was from Jennifer again, because we told her husband to charge.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: Charge his phone.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: See, and and Mike's got it.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Mike, I appreciate it.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: You know, you're in.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: Mike 814?
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Mike 814 is an interesting breed.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Uh he he gets on.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Aren't we all?
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: Well, yes, some more than others.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: He's an interesting breed, though, because he'll get on me sometimes.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: Even when I'm joking about something, and I'm like, okay, well, you took that a bit serious.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: But then he gets me at times.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: And he says, you know, he's very being very uh proactive for the kids.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: Can you imagine if all of them were puking at the same time?
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: Because, you know, I gotta know, is this something you put in your system and then just decided that it was coming out?
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Or was this the next round of viral infection hitting your house?
- 0:52SPEAKER_01: God, I hope not because we just got over it within the past.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but I don't care anymore because apparently too many questions to ask that this morning just did that.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: And then and then I get this asked from my own house.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: Try living with him.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: He's like this all the time.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: So you know what?
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: I responded to her because now I'm done.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: I'm done.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: I don't care about any of you anymore.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: You always bitch about me being, oh yes, God has so much compassion.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Huh?
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Wink, wink, wink.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: And then I actually show someone, what do I get?
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: I get this.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And you know what she gets?
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: What?
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: This is where it goes.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: See, other people don't middle finger.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: Is that what she goes?
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: Other people don't like uh the damn questions.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: You know what I wrote back?
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: I said, fine.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: I don't give a damn about any of you.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Going forward, uh, going forward, you can puke, drop over, stub a toe, uh, stub a dent.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: I don't care.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: Uh I think you can be empathetic without-call someone else.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: I think you can be empathetic without all the questions.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Oh, three questions are all the questions.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: Believe me, because my significant other is not a morning person.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: So whenever I ask him questions on a Saturday morning, he's like, okay, no more questions.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: He really says that?
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no more questions.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: I can't do it.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: I can't do it.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: It's great.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: It's always, you know, he he's so kind, but still, no more questions.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we're we're good here.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: Speaking of, I don't think he's ever heard me puke before.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm gonna have to ask.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: No, I'm not gonna ask.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: I don't care if you're allowed to puke.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: No more questions.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: Last night I was, and it was funny because 3490 was texting me last night.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: She had no.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Oh, how many questions did she ask?
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: Well, she was asking kind of a lot of questions, too.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: Well, God forbid we all care.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: She was asking questions about a um a donation, if you will.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: Oh, wow, you're puking?
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: Well, she didn't know I was puking.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: So anyway, she responded this morning saying, Oh my gosh, I wish you would have told me I wouldn't have continued.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: I would have asked completely different questions.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: I wouldn't have continued the conversation last night, but I said, that's all right.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: It's all right.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: And in the middle of- Sorry for her.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: In the middle of it, well, she doesn't ask me 5,000 at 5 o'clock in the morning.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: And in the middle of it- You do realize we get up at 4.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: This is like five in the five in the mornings.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: We've been up for three hours.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: Right, but this is when I just want to roll over and go back to bed.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: So then you should have said I'm not coming in at all today.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: Emily said, Allie, just tell Scott the next time you're going to lie down and die like Yoda did.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry, die like Yoda did when Luke asked him too many questions.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Because he cared.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: He wanted to know.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: I know you care, but I also I also think it's just you it's not that you're the nosy one of the show, but you just ask a lot of questions in these situations.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: Again, it was you had just come off some sort of, I don't know.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure that I typhoid alley struck again.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: Was stuck uh was literally stuck to the wall next to you towards the end of this.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: Oh what?
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: And a lung like it flew out of you.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: And and then I'm sitting there thinking, oh my god.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: And of course, you're you're flying the next day.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking these things in my head.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: Because And what are you gonna do about it?
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: Nothing.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Uh, but it a 12-hour purse to sit there and go, that's what you get for taking 87 vacations this year.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: One of them's gonna suck.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: Um I was thinking about that was my last trip to Cleveland.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: Remember that I was so sick in Cleveland.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Well, I guess I didn't care about that one.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: I guess you didn't.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: I mean, it was just for a long weekend, but still that is that a vacation or is that a lot of gale?
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: And then I got my dad sick.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: And he and yes, because I I don't know if you guys remember this or not, but I brought COVID to my parents, I think twice.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Aren't you the kid they love most?
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: So that's why my dad keeps calling me typhoid alley.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: He's like, typhoid alley strikes again, gets me sick again.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: Hey, maybe you could do Christmas on your own this year.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Tell me about what?
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: But that being said, I'm sitting here in my mind, because I knew you were flying tomorrow.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Like right now, you're in the air on the way to New Orleans.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, baby.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm sitting there thinking, oh God, if this is one of those like three-day flues, you've cut right up till Thursday of your vacation.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, but I can tell you right now, 12 hours.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: I took a couple bites of cereal and it feels fine.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: It just feels sore.
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: You know, when you're using all of your stomach muscles, because you're doing the heavy heaves.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: That's exactly right.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: I mean, it got to the point.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: This is really gross.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Are you guys ready for this?
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: It got to the point of like bile.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: That's how that's yeah, yeah.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I got nothing else to give in this game.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: Well, we've mentioned this over the years.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: We have a coworker friend.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: Oh, TJ.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: He's the loud barfer.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: Oh my God, it's terrible.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: And like they hear it three blocks away.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: I I don't know what all the noise is about.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: Although yesterday, not only was I loud, but even afterwards, I'm like, oh.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: You know, you're just like, okay.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: Um, I want to bring something else up that you when I wasn't here I for the first couple 20 minutes.
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I I only was able to ruin it for 10 minutes before he got here.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: But you mentioned something about like um ducks and jeeps, and you also mentioned we were talking somebody had texted.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: I was talking about the coffee mug, you know.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: What is it, free ball in the coffee mug?
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: Free mugging.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: Free mugging.
- 5:47SPEAKER_01: Well, this is where you use just a regular mug, not a travel mug.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: And 90% of the time it's women.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: And then somebody had texted up next, how many toys do you have in your car?
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: That spawned the ducks and the jeeps.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: So I wanted to bring this up because I saw something the other day at the gym that reminded me of my childhood.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: My grandfather always had hats in the back of his car.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: He and and and I don't know why, but there was like at least ten of them, and they were all kind Around here, nine of those that say MAGA.
