- 0:00Speaker 1: Everybody, welcome to Vince on a Wednesday. Great to have
- 0:03Speaker 1: you with us as always. We're going to dive into
- 0:05Speaker 1: the latest today on the push to get the SAVE
- 0:08Speaker 1: Act across the finish line. You know, there are United
- 0:10Speaker 1: States senators who don't even actually know the rules of
- 0:13Speaker 1: the Senate. They had to be given an instructional class
- 0:16Speaker 1: yesterday at the Senate. I'll explain the latest on that subject.
- 0:20Speaker 1: and our efforts to get this across the finish line.
- 0:23Speaker 1: We've got a list of names, the good guys right now,
- 0:26Speaker 1: who are joining in the fight to get the SAVE
- 0:28Speaker 1: Act passed. I'll share that with you. What I'm hearing
- 0:30Speaker 1: from the United States Senate as well. Also, I was
- 0:33Speaker 1: able to get a question into the White House yesterday
- 0:36Speaker 1: about all of this. We have a lot to discuss
- 0:38Speaker 1: on that front. And then when it comes to immigration enforcement,
- 0:43Speaker 1: we've had a big hearing yesterday in the United States Congress,
- 0:46Speaker 1: where you get all of the top immigration enforcers appearing
- 0:49Speaker 1: Before these House members, Republicans, for the most part, asking
- 0:53Speaker 1: perfectly decent questions. Democrats, hair on fire insanity. I've got
- 0:57Speaker 1: the details on all of that ahead on our program.
- 1:00Speaker 1: And then some late-breaking developments overnight in the search for
- 1:06Speaker 1: Nancy Guthrie, a flurry of activity yesterday as a case
- 1:10Speaker 1: that really wasn't moving anywhere for over a week has
- 1:13Speaker 1: now suddenly got a lot of action on it. I've
- 1:15Speaker 1: got the details all ahead. on this edition of Vince.
- 1:19Speaker 1: So great to have you with us as always. Appreciate you.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Appreciate you. And our great sponsors. You know, that includes
- 1:26Speaker 1: Beam's Dream Powder. I love Beam. Beam's great. Beam helps
- 1:30Speaker 1: me sleep. They really do. February is a great month
- 1:33Speaker 1: for a million different reasons. And it's a short month.
- 1:36Speaker 1: We get through it really quickly. February's got a way
- 1:38Speaker 1: of separating the good intentions from real habits. You know,
- 1:41Speaker 1: we got January, comes in very strong, and you make
- 1:44Speaker 1: all these commitments to how you're going to change your life,
- 1:46Speaker 1: and then life pushes back on you. And sleep's usually
- 1:49Speaker 1: the first thing that gets sacrificed. Nothing affects how you think, work,
- 1:53Speaker 1: and show up more than sleep. This is why Dream
- 1:57Speaker 1: by Beam has become one of my non-negotiables. It's the
- 2:00Speaker 1: habit that helps me wind down, shut my mind off,
- 2:03Speaker 1: and actually wake up feeling rested. Now, Dream's awesome because
- 2:07Speaker 1: it's made up of a powerful blend of all natural ingredients, reishi, magnesium, L-theanine, apigenin, melatonin,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and Beam is proudly founded in America. It's run by
- 2:17Speaker 1: people who share our values hard work, integrity, and delivering results.
- 2:22Speaker 1: So if you've been waiting for the right time to
- 2:24Speaker 1: try Dream, well, this is it. They're offering you an

- 2:53Speaker 1: What a day, what a day, what a day. Yeah, okay,
- 2:55Speaker 1: so programming note for you. Tomorrow on the program, the
- 2:58Speaker 1: great Sean Farish is filling in for me. If you
- 3:01Speaker 1: treat him nicely, by the way, live chat, he might
- 3:04Speaker 1: do the Trump impression for you. So that's the key.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Treat him nice, and he's going to do a good job. Yeah, no,
- 3:10Speaker 1: he'll do wonderful. Sean's fantastic. So you'll see Sean on
- 3:13Speaker 1: the program tomorrow, Thursday. That's because that's recovery day for me.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I'm doing a surgery this afternoon. We'll do it real fast.
- 3:21Speaker 1: It'll be fine. My wife says, take the day off
- 3:24Speaker 1: the next day. I said, okay, fine. So that's what's
- 3:28Speaker 1: going on. I'll be back Friday. I'll be back Friday
- 3:30Speaker 1: on all the shows. It'll be great. It'll be really great.
- 3:33Speaker 1: And thank you for everybody's, you know, sending me prayers
- 3:35Speaker 1: and all sorts of kind thoughts. Thank you for that.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I appreciate you as always. Um, let's see, what do
- 3:40Speaker 1: we got going on in the world right now? Well,
- 3:44Speaker 1: the big thing that you and I have been pushing
- 3:46Speaker 1: so hard for, I feel like this is a meeting
- 3:48Speaker 1: where we all get together to talk, to plot the
- 3:50Speaker 1: latest push to get the SAVE Act through. We're talking
- 3:53Speaker 1: about the SAVE Act a lot. And there's a reason
- 3:55Speaker 1: for that, because we are convinced that there is some
- 3:59Speaker 1: possibility that this thing can get across the finish line.
- 4:01Speaker 1: And also, we sort of love our country, so we
- 4:03Speaker 1: really want things to come to pass that actually help
- 4:08Speaker 1: us make it great again, as a famous president once said.
- 4:12Speaker 1: That's what we want. And so yesterday in the United
- 4:15Speaker 1: States Senate, Mike Lee, who has been, well, he's been
- 4:20Speaker 1: a standout, candidly, on this fight. He's the key sponsor
- 4:24Speaker 1: in the Senate for the SAVE Act. He has been
- 4:27Speaker 1: a part of this push to get these U.S. senators
- 4:31Speaker 1: to actually enforce the rules of the Senate. In other words,
- 4:34Speaker 1: just get everybody to do a standing filibuster. bring everybody
- 4:37Speaker 1: to the floor, force the Democrats to verbally filibuster this thing.
- 4:41Speaker 1: And then when they get all tuckered out, throw them
- 4:43Speaker 1: out of the room and vote to pass the SAVE
- 4:45Speaker 1: Act to get it across the finish line. But here's
- 4:48Speaker 1: the problem. And I've said this on other shows, and
- 4:50Speaker 1: I just want to once again reemphasize a detail. There
- 4:54Speaker 1: are United States senators who don't even know what the
- 4:56Speaker 1: rules of the Senate are. They didn't even know that
- 4:59Speaker 1: this power was available to them and that it's been
- 5:02Speaker 1: available to them as long as the Senate's been around.
- 5:05Speaker 1: They didn't know that all they needed to do was
- 5:08Speaker 1: go to the floor, establish a quorum and pass this.
- 5:11Speaker 1: This is how sclerotic and sort of wasted away the
- 5:17Speaker 1: Senate is that they don't even know what powers they
- 5:19Speaker 1: have access to anymore. They've spent so little time doing
- 5:23Speaker 1: the actual job that they think that not doing the
- 5:27Speaker 1: job is right. what the job description is. It's not.
- 5:31Speaker 1: And the reason I can say this with some confidence
- 5:33Speaker 1: is because Mike Lee gives this presentation yesterday at the
- 5:36Speaker 1: Senate lunch. And you've got, according to reports from places
- 5:40Speaker 1: like Punchbowl, which is a congressional reporting operation, they say
- 5:44Speaker 1: that there were Republicans that were in the room who
- 5:46Speaker 1: didn't even know how any of it worked. What? This
- 5:50Speaker 1: is crazy. Listen to this. This is Andrew Desiderio with Punchbowl.
- 5:55Speaker 1: He said the following on X yesterday. late yesterday. At
- 6:00Speaker 1: the Senate Republican lunch, Senator Mike Lee gave a presentation
- 6:03Speaker 1: about the SAVE Act. Robert Duncan, Thune's floor secretary, John
- 6:08Speaker 1: Thune's floor secretary, gave an overview of how the talking
- 6:12Speaker 1: filibuster would work. Well, that's promising. I'm glad to see
- 6:16Speaker 1: Thune's people are involved in this conversation. Andrew says that
- 6:20Speaker 1: it was mostly informational, and according to one attendee, so
- 6:24Speaker 1: one would assume when you say attendee, you mean a
- 6:27Speaker 1: Republican senator, quote, nobody really knows how this stuff works.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Nobody knows. It's built into the Senate. This is schoolhouse
- 6:37Speaker 1: rock stuff.
- 6:39Speaker 2: What?
- 6:39Speaker 1: You don't know how it works? This is maddening. But
- 6:44Speaker 1: we're going to have to drag them across the finish
- 6:46Speaker 1: line and tell them how to operate inside of their
- 6:49Speaker 1: own congressional body. Yeah, Senate Republicans all got together yesterday
- 6:53Speaker 1: to discuss the SAVE Act and the talking filibuster. which
- 6:56Speaker 1: is good, they still don't have enough support within the
- 7:00Speaker 1: conference to go down that route right now to circumvote
- 7:05Speaker 1: the 60-vote threshold, according to this Punchbowl reporter. In other words,
- 7:10Speaker 1: they don't even have the simple majority support yet. to
- 7:15Speaker 1: get this thing across the finish line. Now, the fact
- 7:18Speaker 1: that they're even doing this at all is a sign
- 7:21Speaker 1: of your success. The fact that these Republicans are gathering
- 7:24Speaker 1: right now is because the pressure that you are placing
- 7:27Speaker 1: on the Senate right now is working. It's clearly working
- 7:30Speaker 1: to the point that they're freaking out about it, trying
- 7:33Speaker 1: to figure out what do we do? How do the
- 7:34Speaker 1: rules even work? They're getting briefings from John Foon's guy.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Mike Lee is trying to teach everybody about this. So
- 7:41Speaker 1: it's not that the conversation is being ignored. It's that
- 7:44Speaker 1: it can't be ignored. So right now they're trying to
- 7:47Speaker 1: figure out how do we contend with our own base
- 7:49Speaker 1: that desperately wants to get this across the finish line.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Mike Lee offered us an update just ahead of the
- 7:56Speaker 1: lunch yesterday, and hopefully we can get some more updates
- 7:59Speaker 1: on the list here. But he gives us the list.
- 8:01Speaker 1: You ready for the list? I'm sure you guys love lists.
- 8:04Speaker 1: You love the names to know who's on my side,
- 8:06Speaker 1: who's against me. Let's just cut right to the chase. Okay,
- 8:09Speaker 1: let's cut to the chase. Here's the current Senate sponsor
- 8:12Speaker 1: and co-sponsor list for the Save America Act. That was
- 8:16Speaker 1: as of just before lunchtime yesterday. There are now 38 co-sponsors.
- 8:22Speaker 1: for the Save America Act, which means we're still short.
- 8:25Speaker 1: We need to get to 50. But here we are
- 8:28Speaker 1: right now. It's Banks, Barrasso, Blackburn, Boozman, Britt, Budd, Korn
- 8:31Speaker 1: and Cotton, Kramer, Crapo, Cruz, Dames, Fisher, Graham, Haggerty, Hawley, Hoven, Husted, Johnson, Justice, Lankford, Lee, Loomis, Marshall, McCormick, Moody, Moran, Moreno, Mullen, Paul, Ricketts, Rounds,
- 8:45Speaker 1: Rick Scott, Risch, Schmidt, Sheehy, Tuberville, and Young. By the way,
- 8:53Speaker 1: where's Tim Scott? I see R. Scott. I don't see T.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Scott.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Or F. Scott Fitzgerald, for that matter. But he's not
- 9:00Speaker 1: a senator. Okay, so we've got a lot of names,
- 9:03Speaker 1: but we need more. Mike Lee says, we continue to
- 9:05Speaker 1: add more every day and hope to be at or
- 9:08Speaker 1: above 50 by the end of this week. By the
- 9:12Speaker 1: end of this week. That's Mike Lee. Sounds like a
- 9:15Speaker 1: little optimistic, but This is good. Keep giving us the names.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I love this. I love, like, not having this cover
- 9:22Speaker 1: of darkness nonsense where, you know, because a lot of
- 9:25Speaker 1: what happens in the Senate, candidly, is they just basically
- 9:29Speaker 1: hope you forget about it, that you get worn out,
- 9:32Speaker 1: that your filibuster ends, that you stop paying attention, and
- 9:37Speaker 1: then they can move on to other things. How about, no,
- 9:39Speaker 1: we're going to continue the filibuster until you get this
- 9:41Speaker 1: thing across the finish line. I use that expression a lot,
- 9:44Speaker 1: get this across the finish line. I should add some
- 9:46Speaker 1: variation there. So who's against this thing? Who's coming out
- 9:52Speaker 1: against it? Well, Lisa freaking Murkowski has come out against it.
- 9:58Speaker 1: It's not a surprise. but it is appalling that Lisa
- 10:02Speaker 1: Murkowski is against this. And she announced yesterday, she put
- 10:07Speaker 1: out a statement on this subject, which is insane. Oh, oh, oh,
- 10:17Speaker 1: I love this.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 10:18Speaker 1: This is even better than I realized. All right, here
- 10:21Speaker 1: we go. Lisa Murkowski comes out against the SAVE Act.
- 10:23Speaker 1: And here's what she said. She said, when Democrats attempted
- 10:27Speaker 1: to advance sweeping election reform in 2021, Republicans were unanimous
- 10:32Speaker 1: in opposition because it would have federalized elections. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:39Speaker 1: I'm going to unpack the duplicity of all of this.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Just bear with me. She said Republicans were unanimous in opposing,
- 10:46Speaker 1: this is Nancy Pelosi's For the People Act in 2021,
- 10:50Speaker 1: because it would have federalized elections, something we have long opposed.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Now I'm seeing proposals such as the SAVE Act and
- 10:57Speaker 1: MEGA that would effectively do just that. Once again, I
- 11:00Speaker 1: do not support these efforts. Not only does the U.S.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Constitution clearly provide states the authority to regulate the times, places,
- 11:07Speaker 1: and manner of holding federal elections, but one-size-fits-all mandates from Washington, D.C.
- 11:13Speaker 1: seldom work in places like Alaska. Election day is fast approaching,
- 11:17Speaker 1: imposing new federal requirements now when states are deep into
- 11:20Speaker 1: their preparations would negatively impact election integrity by forcing election
- 11:24Speaker 1: officials to scramble to adhere to new policies likely without
- 11:27Speaker 1: the necessary resources. Ensuring public trust in our elections is
- 11:31Speaker 1: at the core of our democracy, but federal overreach is
- 11:33Speaker 1: not how we achieve this. End of statement. That's it.
- 11:36Speaker 1: So Lisa Murkowski comes out and she says a couple
- 11:39Speaker 1: of things. She says, Well, in 21, we were against
- 11:43Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi federalizing elections. So we should be against that now.
- 11:47Speaker 1: This is bull crap. This is utter garbage. Let's do
- 11:52Speaker 1: a fact check here because she says, well, the Constitution
- 11:55Speaker 1: tells us that really it's the states clearly provide states
- 11:59Speaker 1: the authority to regulate the times, places and manner of
- 12:02Speaker 1: holding elections.
- 12:05Speaker 4: All right.
- 12:06Speaker 1: So here's the fact check. False. The plain text of
- 12:08Speaker 1: the Constitution, which I have to keep reminding actual members
- 12:12Speaker 1: of Congress of every passing day, the plain text of
- 12:16Speaker 1: the Constitution, The Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 says
- 12:21Speaker 1: that Congress may at any time by law make or
- 12:25Speaker 1: alter such regulations, except as to the places of choosing senators.
- 12:29Speaker 1: In other words, Congress can get involved in how elections
- 12:34Speaker 1: are administered when necessary. In fact, this inclusion in the
- 12:39Speaker 1: Constitution was heavily debated before. when the Federalists were advocating
- 12:45Speaker 1: for the Constitution to be passed. At the time, in
- 12:48Speaker 1: the Federalist Papers, Alexander Hamilton, writing under the name Publius,
- 12:54Speaker 1: said that this was essential to the preservation of the Republic.
- 12:59Speaker 1: This had to be done. Let me just show you,
- 13:02Speaker 1: this is Federalist 59. I can't, look at this, I've
- 13:05Speaker 1: got to do a history lesson. I got to teach
- 13:07Speaker 1: Lisa Murkowski about our country. You ready? This is, look
- 13:10Speaker 1: at this. So in Federalist 59, it references this detail,
- 13:15Speaker 1: that the United States Congress may at any time by
- 13:18Speaker 1: law make or alter such regulations, okay? Now, why is
- 13:22Speaker 1: that in the Constitution at all? Hamilton says, he goes,
- 13:28Speaker 1: that the reason for this is that this is one
- 13:31Speaker 1: of the most important inclusions in the entire Constitution. Its
- 13:35Speaker 1: propriety rests upon the evidence of this plain proposition that
- 13:39Speaker 1: every government ought to contain in itself the means of
- 13:43Speaker 1: its own preservation. Let me put that differently. In other words,
- 13:46Speaker 1: if the states start to become completely out of control,
- 13:49Speaker 1: if they're just rigging all of their elections and they're
- 13:51Speaker 1: trying to upend national governance, the people of the United States,
- 13:57Speaker 1: the rest of us, have to have a means to
- 13:59Speaker 1: get everything back under control. And that would be Congress intervening.
- 14:04Speaker 1: So that's what Alexander Hamilton is talking about here. He
- 14:08Speaker 1: goes on, he says, this is probably one of my
- 14:11Speaker 1: favorite lines, actually, from this Federalist paper. He says, nothing
- 14:15Speaker 1: can be more evident than that an exclusive power of
- 14:19Speaker 1: regulating elections for the national government in the hands of
- 14:23Speaker 1: state legislatures would leave the existence of the union entirely
- 14:27Speaker 1: at their mercy. They could at any moment annihilate it
- 14:32Speaker 1: by neglecting to provide for the choice of persons to
- 14:36Speaker 1: administer its affairs. If the states rig their elections, let
- 14:43Speaker 1: me put this more bluntly. If Democrats are rigging elections
- 14:48Speaker 1: in the states that they control across our country, they could, quote,
- 14:53Speaker 1: annihilate our union, Hamilton said. In other words, he mounted
- 14:59Speaker 1: a ferocious argument on behalf of Congress playing a role here.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Is the state supposed to administer the election? Yeah, they're
- 15:07Speaker 1: supposed to set it up correctly. But if they screw
- 15:09Speaker 1: it up, we have to have a means to step in.
- 15:12Speaker 1: And finally, here's what he also says. I want to
- 15:16Speaker 1: jump to this part. This is the very end of
- 15:17Speaker 1: this Federalist paper. With so effectual a weapon in their
- 15:23Speaker 1: hands as the exclusive power of regulating elections for the
- 15:26Speaker 1: national government, A combination of a few such men in
- 15:29Speaker 1: a few of the most considerable states where the temptation
- 15:33Speaker 1: will always be the strongest, think states like New York, California,
- 15:37Speaker 1: Democrat-run states, massive populations, might accomplish the destruction of the
- 15:43Speaker 1: union by seizing the opportunity of some casual dissatisfaction among
- 15:48Speaker 1: the people in which perhaps they may have themselves excited.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Does this sound familiar at all? Democrats whipping people into
- 15:57Speaker 1: a frenzy to justify rigging elections, to justify removing their
- 16:01Speaker 1: political opponents from ballots, prosecuting them, attempting to disqualify Donald
- 16:06Speaker 1: Trump entirely from elective politics, to discontinue the choices of
- 16:13Speaker 1: members for the Federal House of Representatives. It ought never
- 16:17Speaker 1: to be forgotten that a firm union of this country
- 16:20Speaker 1: under an efficient government will probably be an increasing object
- 16:24Speaker 1: of jealousy to more than one nation of Europe. Hamilton
- 16:28Speaker 1: said of Europe at the time. Now we can say
- 16:30Speaker 1: safely of the entire world. And that enterprises to subvert
- 16:34Speaker 1: it will sometimes originate in the intrigues of foreign powers
- 16:38Speaker 1: and will seldom fail to be patronized and abetted by
- 16:42Speaker 1: some of them. He goes on to say, of course,
- 16:45Speaker 1: this is why we need the people of the United
- 16:48Speaker 1: States to protect our elections. Now, what is Hamilton talking
- 16:53Speaker 1: about here when he says that these foreign powers are
- 16:55Speaker 1: going to meddle in our elections? He's talking about these
- 16:59Speaker 1: countries that'll seek to undermine us. They're going to try
- 17:02Speaker 1: and interfere. They're going to try and find gaps in
- 17:05Speaker 1: our election system to interfere with us. Is that happening
- 17:08Speaker 1: at all? Well, I don't know. Do you have foreign
- 17:11Speaker 1: countries who are delivering their citizens to our country to
- 17:15Speaker 1: have babies in order to as far as you and
- 17:18Speaker 1: I are concerned, unconstitutionally make them American citizens and then
- 17:22Speaker 1: subsequently perpetually interfere in our elections? That's definitely happening. Do
- 17:28Speaker 1: you have Chinese connected billionaires who are sowing discord in
- 17:32Speaker 1: the United States by funding some of the insurgencies we're
- 17:36Speaker 1: seeing in places like Minnesota right now? That's definitely happening.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Are there foreign adversaries like, say, Iran, China, Russia, who
- 17:47Speaker 1: do seek to interfere in our elections, and we should
- 17:50Speaker 1: seek to do what we can to safeguard against any
- 17:53Speaker 1: sort of foreign interference whatsoever. Those things are definitely happening.
- 17:58Speaker 1: In other words, Hamilton detected brilliantly, as usual, what was
- 18:05Speaker 1: to come if we didn't protect our union. And for Murkowski,
- 18:10Speaker 1: I can't believe this is all starting from a Lisa
- 18:11Speaker 1: Murkowski tweet, but I'm going to educate this woman. We're
- 18:13Speaker 1: going to teach her how this all actually works. Murkowski
- 18:17Speaker 1: to come out and say, oh, back in 2021, I opposed,
- 18:22Speaker 1: Republicans opposed, unanimous in opposition, unanimous in opposition to Nancy
- 18:29Speaker 1: Pelosi's efforts to federalize elections. There are two massively dishonest
- 18:35Speaker 1: points being made here, massively dishonest. Pelosi's efforts to to
- 18:42Speaker 1: interfere in the elections in 2021 were not designed, as
- 18:47Speaker 1: Hamilton would have, to safeguard the election. Instead, they were
- 18:51Speaker 1: designed to make the election less secure, less credible, less believable,
- 18:59Speaker 1: because Nancy Pelosi was attempting to rig the election. Now,
- 19:03Speaker 1: I've showed this op-ed before, but it bears repeating, especially
- 19:06Speaker 1: if this is the first time you're seeing this, or
- 19:07Speaker 1: certainly so we can condense all of this together. But
- 19:11Speaker 1: this is what the Wall Street Journal said at the
- 19:13Speaker 1: time about Nancy Pelosi's push to federalize elections for real.
- 19:18Speaker 1: She wanted to make every election like 2020. It's called H.R.
- 19:23Speaker 1: 1 and it was packed with garbage. H.R. 1 is
- 19:29Speaker 1: packed with provisions. The article says that would federalize election
- 19:34Speaker 1: rules to dubious result, unsettle longstanding practices and security measures
- 19:38Speaker 1: that local officials think are prudent, undermine public confidence and
- 19:41Speaker 1: increase the odds of contested outcomes. It would have made
- 19:44Speaker 1: mail-in ballots the rule of the land. No excuse necessary.
- 19:48Speaker 1: You don't have to prove you're right. anywhere. Ballots could
- 19:52Speaker 1: be taken 10 days after election day. You can't get
- 19:55Speaker 1: your ballot in on time. So 10 days after election day,
- 19:58Speaker 1: we still wouldn't know the result of an election until
- 20:00Speaker 1: well after a week beyond election day. The whole thing
- 20:03Speaker 1: is crazy, designed wide open to fraud. Fraud. So, of course,
- 20:09Speaker 1: Republicans should have opposed that in 2021. But they didn't
- 20:15Speaker 1: unanimously oppose it, despite what Lisa Murkowski is claiming. This
- 20:20Speaker 1: is the new addition this morning that I think is
- 20:22Speaker 1: so funny. I didn't realize this until we started the program.
- 20:25Speaker 1: You ready for the community note on Lisa Murkowski's ridiculous statement?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Readers added context on X. Senator Murkowski voted to advance
- 20:35Speaker 1: the 2021 voter reforms that she references here. She was
- 20:40Speaker 1: the only Republican to do so. Murkowski voted for it.
- 20:47Speaker 1: So in her lies about the Constitution, in her lies
- 20:52Speaker 1: about what Republicans who actually care about this country are
- 20:55Speaker 1: attempting to do, in her lies about what you and
- 20:59Speaker 1: I want to achieve for our country, she lies about
- 21:03Speaker 1: her own role. She supported pushing Nancy Pelosi's election takeover
- 21:08Speaker 1: in 2021. Oh, my goodness. Alaska, first of all, get
- 21:14Speaker 1: rid of ranked choice voting. Second, get rid of Lisa Murkowski.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Please give us a real Republican conservative senator from that state, please.
- 21:25Speaker 1: I beg of you. Much more to come here on
- 21:29Speaker 1: the program. A lot more to come. Was that OK, Chad?
- 21:32Speaker 1: Do you mind going through the Federalist Papers? I know
- 21:34Speaker 1: it's not the biggest podcast thing to do. Everyone's like,
- 21:36Speaker 1: you know. Oh, this is a crazy thing. You got
- 21:39Speaker 1: to watch this wild video. Now I'm going to take
- 21:41Speaker 1: you through the Federalist Papers because, you know, the founders
- 21:44Speaker 1: kind of had a vision and I'd like to restore
- 21:47Speaker 1: it to the extent that's even possible. We'd like to
- 21:49Speaker 1: restore it. I think I'd like to do that. Yeah. Anyway,
- 21:54Speaker 1: that's exactly right. Oh, my gosh. Thank you. People like it.
- 21:57Speaker 1: All right.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Good.
- 21:58Speaker 1: All right. Good, good, good. Just making sure.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I mean, because when people come at you and they're
- 22:03Speaker 1: like the federal government's not supposed to have any role
- 22:04Speaker 1: in elections. Hold on a second. Now you're like Mr.
- 22:07Speaker 1: State's rights. You you deceitful little Democrat. It's like it's
- 22:11Speaker 1: also crazy. It's all power play for these guys. And
- 22:13Speaker 1: Lisa Murkowski is a sucker for playing along with it.
- 22:16Speaker 1: A sucker.
- 22:18Speaker 5: All right.
- 22:18Speaker 1: A lot more to get to. Hey, I want to
- 22:20Speaker 1: thank the great operation over at Patriot Mobile that loves
- 22:23Speaker 1: our country, truly loves our country. And, you know, every
- 22:28Speaker 1: day Americans have to make choices that shape our country's
- 22:30Speaker 1: future right down to which cell phone provider we support.
- 22:33Speaker 1: Here's what a lot of people don't even realize. Patriot
- 22:35Speaker 1: Mobile is not just a wireless provider. They're a Christian
- 22:37Speaker 1: conservative organization that sells top tier cell phone service. Now
- 22:41Speaker 1: they've been on the front lines helping to defend our
- 22:43Speaker 1: freedoms long before it was cool, standing in the gap
- 22:45Speaker 1: when others would not. And the best part is super simple.
- 22:48Speaker 1: They deliver prioritized premium service on all three major US networks,
- 22:52Speaker 1: giving you the same or even better coverage. backed up
- 22:55Speaker 1: by 100% U.S.-based customer support. You can get unlimited data plans,
- 22:59Speaker 1: mobile hotspots, international roaming.
- 23:01Speaker 6: And more.
- 23:02Speaker 1: And when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're going to
- 23:03Speaker 1: support a company that does help fuel the Christian conservative
- 23:07Speaker 1: cause and advance Patriot Mobile's values of faith, family, and freedom. Switching,
- 23:12Speaker 1: it's easier than ever. You can activate in minutes, keep
- 23:14Speaker 1: your number, keep your phone, or even upgrade. Take a
- 23:17Speaker 1: stand today. Go to patriotmobile.com slash Vince. Call 972-PATRIOT. Use
- 23:22Speaker 1: the promo code Vince for a free month of service.
- 23:25Speaker 1: That's patriotmobile.com slash Vince or call 972-PATRIOT. Make the switch today.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Thank you to Patriot Mobile. Great, great sponsor of this program. Okay,
- 23:39Speaker 1: so Elon Musk has jumped in here too. He says,
- 23:42Speaker 1: you know, Lisa Murkowski is ridiculous. He doesn't use those words,
- 23:45Speaker 1: but those are my words. I'm summarizing Elon here. He says,
- 23:47Speaker 1: without election integrity, we don't live in a democracy. Now
- 23:51Speaker 1: go ahead. You can quibble with his use of the
- 23:52Speaker 1: word democracy. fine, it's a constitutional republic, but the point
- 23:57Speaker 1: is well taken. Without election integrity, we don't live in
- 24:00Speaker 1: a constitutional republic. That point is true. If you don't
- 24:04Speaker 1: have election integrity, you don't have the voice of the
- 24:07Speaker 1: people guiding our governance, which is what the founders set up.
- 24:11Speaker 1: So Elon Musk is right. I'm glad to see Elon
- 24:14Speaker 1: jumping into this fight as well. Now, I was able to,
- 24:18Speaker 1: you know, I say I, Reagan Reese, my White House correspondent,
- 24:22Speaker 1: Reagan Reese, was able to ask the White House about
- 24:25Speaker 1: this yesterday, not about Murkowski, but about the SAVE Act.
- 24:29Speaker 1: What are the conversations like right now? You know, we've seen,
- 24:32Speaker 1: I told you earlier this week that House Republicans apparently
- 24:35Speaker 1: have been hesitating on mail-in ballots and restricting those mail-in ballots,
- 24:40Speaker 1: not hesitating on the mail-in ballots, but hesitating on restricting
- 24:43Speaker 1: them to only legitimate absentee ballots. And Reagan, uh, on
- 24:50Speaker 1: behalf of this audience and Americans who love our country everywhere,
- 24:53Speaker 1: ask the White House press secretary about the status of
- 24:56Speaker 1: those negotiations with Republicans and where President Trump is right
- 24:59Speaker 1: now on the SAVE Act. Here's Reagan yesterday.
- 25:02Speaker 7: I can't speak for House Republicans, Reagan. I can obviously
- 25:05Speaker 7: speak for the president, who is quite possibly the strongest
- 25:09Speaker 7: supporter of the Save America Act, which, as you know,
- 25:12Speaker 7: would require proof of citizenship to register to vote. It
- 25:16Speaker 7: would require proof of identification, a photo identification before casting
- 25:21Speaker 7: a ballot. And it would also ensure transparency. that there
- 25:25Speaker 7: are exceptions made. I think that's what you're alluding to
- 25:27Speaker 7: with these conversations with House Republicans for reasonable requests, of course,
- 25:31Speaker 7: for our military, for individuals who are disabled and cannot
- 25:34Speaker 7: make it to the polls. Those are reasonable, common sense
- 25:37Speaker 7: things that I believe House Republicans are discussing amongst themselves.
- 25:40Speaker 7: But as for the president, he's been very clear. He
- 25:43Speaker 7: wants House Republicans and Democrats, too, if they were politically wise,
- 25:47Speaker 7: to pass this legislation, for the Senate to pass it,
- 25:49Speaker 7: to send it to the president's desk so it can
- 25:51Speaker 7: be signed into law.
- 25:52Speaker 8: I'm wondering when the last time the president spoke to
- 25:55Speaker 8: Leader Thune was and if he discussed using the standing
- 25:58Speaker 8: filibuster to pass legislation.
- 25:59Speaker 7: The president has given his position on the standing filibuster.
- 26:03Speaker 7: As for his most recent conversation with Leader Thune, frankly,
- 26:06Speaker 7: I'm not sure. I do know they speak very frequently.
- 26:08Speaker 7: The president's in constant communication with both Leader Thune and
- 26:11Speaker 7: the House Speaker Mike Johnson.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, yes, thank you. Star Wars fan 1977 says,
- 26:18Speaker 1: God bless Reagan Reese. Reagan is asking these questions on
- 26:20Speaker 1: behalf of you. Reagan goes to the White House. She
- 26:25Speaker 1: speaks to the president. She speaks to the White House
- 26:27Speaker 1: press secretary. And unlike anybody else in that room, she's
- 26:30Speaker 1: keeping her eye on the ball, what matters to the
- 26:32Speaker 1: American people. And there she is asking these great questions.
- 26:35Speaker 1: And that follows on her previously speaking to the president,
- 26:38Speaker 1: I believe it was on Friday, on asking him whether
- 26:42Speaker 1: or not he wants to use the standing filibuster here.
- 26:45Speaker 1: And he told you that he does. That's what he wants.
- 26:48Speaker 1: He wants the standing filibuster. So this continues. This effort continues.
- 26:54Speaker 1: These questions continue. And this focus continues thanks to your
- 26:59Speaker 1: concentrated efforts to get this priority legislation across the finish line,
- 27:05Speaker 1: which is really good. Zoidberg says she always asks some
- 27:07Speaker 1: good questions, often ones that other people aren't asking. Yeah, look,
- 27:11Speaker 1: I've had a lot of White House correspondents through the
- 27:12Speaker 1: years work for me, Reagan, the latest. And the piece
- 27:15Speaker 1: of advice that I always give them right at the top,
- 27:18Speaker 1: I give them multiple pieces of advice. One of them
- 27:20Speaker 1: is don't get sucked into the hive mind in that room.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Don't let that happen. And then because there is a
- 27:27Speaker 1: hive mind in that room. And two, that hive mind
- 27:30Speaker 1: means that a lot of the people who are in
- 27:32Speaker 1: that room ask the same sort of dumb question over
- 27:37Speaker 1: and over and over and over again. And my basic
- 27:40Speaker 1: point has always been, why do we send that many
- 27:43Speaker 1: people to the White House press conference if every single person,
- 27:46Speaker 1: especially in the front three rows, are all going to
- 27:48Speaker 1: ask the same exact question just using different wording? What's
- 27:53Speaker 1: the point of that? There should at least be a
- 27:56Speaker 1: different question in the room. If they're all going to
- 27:58Speaker 1: ask the same question, don't take up all that space.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Just have one person go and do that bit. Meanwhile,
- 28:04Speaker 1: there's other real questions that Americans have, like, how are
- 28:07Speaker 1: we going to protect our elections? And what effort are
- 28:09Speaker 1: you undertaking to do that? So Reagan's staying on top
- 28:11Speaker 1: of that. That's really good. Yeah, it is a hive
- 28:15Speaker 1: mind of stupidity. I completely agree with that.
- 28:18Speaker 9: All right.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Let's get into some other things coming up in a moment.
- 28:22Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about this big immigration
- 28:25Speaker 1: hearing that took place on the Hill yesterday. Just an
- 28:29Speaker 1: amazing performance by the guys who were in charge of
- 28:32Speaker 1: immigration enforcement in the United States. They have a lot
- 28:35Speaker 1: to be proud of, candidly. But Democrats turned this into
- 28:39Speaker 1: yet another ridiculous dog and pony show. But the problem is,
- 28:45Speaker 1: One of the big problems is not only are they
- 28:47Speaker 1: wasting the time of the American people, but they are
- 28:49Speaker 1: continuing to stoke the violence that we've seen against ICE
- 28:52Speaker 1: agents at the most disgusting levels. We'll go through that
- 28:56Speaker 1: in just a moment, all ahead on this edition of Vince.

- 31:03Speaker 1: Never in my life have I had a sauna in
- 31:05Speaker 1: the house. Now I have a sauna blanket. And it
- 31:07Speaker 1: helps with muscle recovery. Detoxification has become a huge game
- 31:10Speaker 1: changer for me. I can just wrap myself up, let
- 31:13Speaker 1: the infrared heat work. And it works great. It's created
- 31:16Speaker 1: a real difference in how I relax and rejuvenate and
- 31:19Speaker 1: how I feel afterward. Alison loves the red light face mask.
- 31:22Speaker 1: It's awesome. It holds its charge for a long time.
- 31:24Speaker 1: She wears this thing each night before bed and she
- 31:27Speaker 1: loves it because it improves your skin's texture, reduces inflammation.

- 32:21Speaker 1: There are the craziest possible people are here. They're crazy
- 32:24Speaker 1: about their country and they're all hanging out in the chat.
- 32:27Speaker 1: We've got a Spotify link pinned to the top of
- 32:30Speaker 1: the live chat right now. And I just I've got
- 32:33Speaker 1: a very simple request for you. Even if you're subscribed elsewhere,
- 32:37Speaker 1: you think you could sneak in a Spotify subscription for me?
- 32:40Speaker 1: Here's the reason I'm asking this. It would do a
- 32:42Speaker 1: lot to help our trending situation on the podcast charts.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Let me show you something right now, just real quick.
- 32:47Speaker 1: This is an update on what's going on with trending.
- 32:50Speaker 1: So of course, Dan Bongino is sitting at number one
- 32:52Speaker 1: right now on trending podcasts ahead of the Joe Rogan
- 32:54Speaker 1: Experience and Amy Poehler and Sean Ryan. Okay, so that's great.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Love that. That's that Bongino army I was just talking about.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Love that. But then I started scrolling down and ladies
- 33:04Speaker 1: and gentlemen, we've slipped a little bit. I was like
- 33:07Speaker 1: in the 30s the other day. And here we are.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Wait a second. Where are we at now? We're at
- 33:13Speaker 1: 47 right now. And look, there's a red down arrow.
- 33:16Speaker 1: This is not a sign of success. This is a
- 33:19Speaker 1: sign of abysmal failure. We have to do something about this.
- 33:21Speaker 1: We're at 47 right now. I'm wedged between the Wall
- 33:24Speaker 1: Street Journal and NPR. Let's get out of that legacy
- 33:28Speaker 1: media hellhole. Come on, push me up. Would you mind?
- 33:32Speaker 1: And one of them, I was doing some research and
- 33:35Speaker 1: I was like, well, how did the trending charts get affected?
- 33:37Speaker 1: It turns out subscribing on Spotify is one of the
- 33:41Speaker 1: most obvious ways. And the other is if you turn
- 33:44Speaker 1: on the show and you listen to it and you
- 33:45Speaker 1: play it through to completion, it apparently has some big
- 33:48Speaker 1: impact on the numbers. So whatever. The point is, I'm
- 33:52Speaker 1: super grateful for you guys subscribing. And thank you for
- 33:54Speaker 1: helping us in this fight. I'd love to dominate. I
- 33:57Speaker 1: just want to dominate. That's all. It's a very simple ask.
- 33:59Speaker 1: I just want to dominate everybody. And plus, Dan needs company.
- 34:02Speaker 1: The poor guy's just hanging out there by himself at
- 34:04Speaker 1: the top. He needs somebody to hang out with him.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Will you send me out there with him? I'd love
- 34:08Speaker 1: to do it. Love to be there. Thank you, as always. Okay,
- 34:11Speaker 1: let's talk. AFAZ is trying to buck me up. You
- 34:15Speaker 1: are not a failure. Thank you, AFAZ. Appreciate you. Let's see.
- 34:20Speaker 1: I've got this big hearing yesterday in the United States
- 34:24Speaker 1: House of Representatives with all these immigration enforcers. And Todd
- 34:29Speaker 1: Lyons is the acting ICE director. We don't hear a
- 34:32Speaker 1: ton from him, but he's leading a great agency and
- 34:34Speaker 1: they're conducting a very noble mission, which is to restore
- 34:37Speaker 1: orders to the United States of America and arrest a
- 34:39Speaker 1: lot of bad guys, get them the hell out of
- 34:40Speaker 1: our country. Here is Todd Lyons delivering a pretty sobering
- 34:44Speaker 1: opening statement yesterday about how tough this work for his
- 34:47Speaker 1: guys actually is.
- 34:48Speaker 10: Before discussing our broader operations, I must address the situation
- 34:52Speaker 10: in Minnesota and the dangers that ICE agents and officers
- 34:56Speaker 10: face nationwide. WHILE THE INVESTIGATIONS REMAIN ONGOING, I'M ENCOURAGED THAT
- 35:00Speaker 10: SOME MINNESOTA OFFICIALS ARE FINALLY SIGNALING THE WILLINGNESS TO COOPERATE
- 35:04Speaker 10: WITH ICE. LET ME BE CLEAR, PROMISES ARE NOT ENOUGH.
- 35:08Speaker 10: WE NEED ACTION. IN THE WAKE OF THE UNPRECEDENTED BORDER
- 35:11Speaker 10: CRISIS OF THE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION, ISIS STEPPED INTO THE BREACH
- 35:14Speaker 10: TO ENFORCE THE LAW. THIS COMMITMENT HAS A COST. WE
- 35:18Speaker 10: ARE FACING THE DEADLIEST OPERATING ENVIRONMENT IN OUR AGENCY'S HISTORY.
- 35:23Speaker 10: IN FISCAL YEAR 2025, DEATH THREATS AGAINST ICE PERSONNEL INCREASED
- 35:26Speaker 10: MORE THAN 8,000%. Assaults on officers have skyrocketed over 1,400%.
- 35:32Speaker 10: One officer in Minnesota had his finger bitten off by
- 35:34Speaker 10: a protester, egged on by elected officials characterizing our officers
- 35:38Speaker 10: as the Gestapo or secret police. The families of ICE
- 35:43Speaker 10: personnel have been made to feel unsafe in their homes.
- 35:45Speaker 10: I know this firsthand because my own family was targeted.
- 35:51Speaker 10: But let me send a message to anyone who thinks
- 35:52Speaker 10: they can intimidate us.
- 35:53Speaker 6: You will fail.
- 35:56Speaker 10: Despite these perils, our officers continue to execute their mission
- 35:59Speaker 10: with unwavering resolve. And we are only getting started. ICE
- 36:02Speaker 10: remains committed to the fundamental principles that those who illegally
- 36:06Speaker 10: enter our country must be held accountable.
- 36:07Speaker 1: I mean, think about operating under those conditions. And still,
- 36:12Speaker 1: the reports we're hearing is that ICE, in terms of
- 36:14Speaker 1: their morale, it's as high as it's been in many
- 36:16Speaker 1: years because their hands were tied under Joe Biden. They
- 36:19Speaker 1: weren't allowed to do their job. They were forced to
- 36:21Speaker 1: import people into the country rather than deport people from
- 36:23Speaker 1: the country. It's been a madhouse for them. And here
- 36:26Speaker 1: they are under these conditions, under constant threat, constant attempts
- 36:30Speaker 1: to assassinate them, assault them. Death threats are coming from
- 36:33Speaker 1: every direction. And Todd Lyons is saying, look, these are
- 36:35Speaker 1: very dangerous working conditions for these guys, yet they're still
- 36:38Speaker 1: doing the job. They're protecting our country. And for that,
- 36:40Speaker 1: I'm very grateful. I lift up a prayer constantly for
- 36:43Speaker 1: the men and women of ICE that they can do
- 36:45Speaker 1: this job safely and effectively and restore order to our country. Now,
- 36:50Speaker 1: despite the fact that he gave that very sober, opening statement.
- 36:56Speaker 1: It didn't stop Democrats from being full-blown lunatics who kept
- 37:00Speaker 1: breathing life into the threats against ICE. Let's start with
- 37:04Speaker 1: ridiculous Eric Swalwell. Eric Swalwell is a silly man. Eric Swalwell,
- 37:09Speaker 1: if there's a superlative for him, is the congressman that
- 37:12Speaker 1: I would most like to bully. Yes, that's right. I
- 37:15Speaker 1: think everybody would vote for Swalwell, the congressman most in
- 37:18Speaker 1: need of bullying, Eric Swalwell. Here he is yesterday, Attempting
- 37:22Speaker 1: to use this ridiculous, so this, quote, Liam Ramos story,
- 37:26Speaker 1: five-year-old boy, remember his father abandoned him as Ice was
- 37:30Speaker 1: in pursuit of the dad. They cared for the boy
- 37:33Speaker 1: until they got the father into custody, which is a
- 37:36Speaker 1: decent thing to do. And of course, what Ice does.
- 37:39Speaker 1: And instead, a photo of the boy being taken care
- 37:43Speaker 1: of by Ice has been used as a weapon against
- 37:46Speaker 1: Ice as if they were trying to capture the child
- 37:49Speaker 1: and use the child as bait and all this other garbage.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Eric Swalwell fell for that crap, and that's what led
- 37:55Speaker 1: to this exchange yesterday with Todd Lyons.
- 37:58Speaker 4: Considering your honorable service in the past and the dishonorable
- 38:03Speaker 4: acts that those who have worked for you have conducted
- 38:07Speaker 4: and the disgraceful statements that the leadership above you have said,
- 38:12Speaker 4: you now have a decision. Will you stand with the
- 38:16Speaker 4: kids who you're supposed to protect Or will you side
- 38:19Speaker 4: with the killers bringing terror to our streets?
- 38:22Speaker 2: Mr.
- 38:23Speaker 4: Lyons, will you resign from ICE?
- 38:26Speaker 1: No, sir, I won't.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Why not?
- 38:28Speaker 10: Because, sir, that child that you're showing right there, the
- 38:30Speaker 10: men and women of ICE took care of him when
- 38:31Speaker 10: his father abandoned him and ran from law enforcement.
- 38:33Speaker 1: Hellman's time has expired.
- 38:35Speaker 4: You never should have gone into custody.
- 38:36Speaker 1: Hellman's time has expired. It's almost so easy to dunk on.
- 38:40Speaker 1: It's hilarious. So Todd Lyons posterizes him yesterday by just
- 38:44Speaker 1: telling the truth. We took care of that kid. And
- 38:46Speaker 1: this idea that somehow, are you going to stand with
- 38:49Speaker 1: the killers? No, we're arresting killers. You complete jackass. We're
- 38:53Speaker 1: the ones who are arresting the killers and getting them
- 38:55Speaker 1: the hell out of this country. And the fact is,
- 38:57Speaker 1: the more lies you tell, the more threats we're going
- 39:00Speaker 1: to have to ICE. Dan Goldman is another ridiculous congressman.
- 39:06Speaker 1: His daddy bought him his seat. And Dan Goldman, he's
- 39:09Speaker 1: a Levi Strausser. He started once again accusing ICE agents
- 39:14Speaker 1: of being Nazis, the Gestapo, secret police. And it was
- 39:19Speaker 1: at that moment that Todd Lyons had to tell him,
- 39:21Speaker 1: you have no idea what you're talking about. So why
- 39:23Speaker 1: don't you go down the street to the Holocaust Museum
- 39:25Speaker 1: and get an education in world history before you start
- 39:28Speaker 1: accusing the good men and women of Americanism? law enforcement
- 39:31Speaker 1: of being Nazis? Watch that. No, I'll tell you what
- 39:36Speaker 1: the wrong type of thing is, sir. It's my time.
- 39:38Speaker 1: Reclaiming my time, sir. If you want to go see Nazis,
- 39:42Speaker 1: that's what it is.
- 39:43Speaker 10: It's not the men and women of vice that are
- 39:44Speaker 10: out there doing it every day.
- 39:46Speaker 1: So to say it to men and women of ICE
- 39:47Speaker 1: and Gestapo.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Mr.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Chairman, I'm reclaiming my time.
- 39:49Speaker 8: I would like my time back, please.
- 39:51Speaker 2: Please give me another 15 seconds because he was unnecessarily speaking.
- 39:56Speaker 2: You said in your opening statement that references to ICE
- 40:00Speaker 2: as the Gestapo or the secret police encourages threats against
- 40:05Speaker 2: ICE agents.
- 40:06Speaker 1: The problem is you have it backwards, sir. So this
- 40:11Speaker 1: guy Goldman saying that these guys are like Nazis, this
- 40:15Speaker 1: is their behavior. They're like the Gestapo, the secret police.
- 40:20Speaker 1: That guy's a scumbag. That little brat is a scumbag.
- 40:25Speaker 1: And he does this all the time. And there he
- 40:27Speaker 1: is yet again, given this defamatory description of ICE. He's
- 40:37Speaker 1: defaming ICE agents. And Todd Lyons says, you have no
- 40:41Speaker 1: idea what you're talking about. He actually gives us a
- 40:45Speaker 1: good faith interpretation that he just is probably ignorant. There's
- 40:48Speaker 1: no way he could be that evil, Todd Lyons thinks
- 40:51Speaker 1: to himself. You just have to be ignorant. So what
- 40:53Speaker 1: you should do is you should go down the street
- 40:54Speaker 1: to the Holocaust Museum and learn something about the actual
- 40:56Speaker 1: Nazis before you accuse the men and women who are
- 40:59Speaker 1: upholding the law passed by this body of being Nazis.
- 41:05Speaker 1: You absolute scumbag. That's Goldman. And then there's LaMonica McIver,
- 41:12Speaker 1: New Jersey congresswoman, Democrat. She assaulted ICE officers. So yesterday
- 41:18Speaker 1: she decided to use her time on the dais to
- 41:21Speaker 1: accuse Todd Lyons of having blood on his hands. And
- 41:27Speaker 1: she said, he's going to hell. Listen to this insanity
- 41:32Speaker 1: from a woman who assaulted ICE officers.
- 41:35Speaker 4: Mr.
- 41:35Speaker 11: Lyons, do you consider yourself a religious man?
- 41:38Speaker 3: Yes, ma'am. Oh, yes.
- 41:40Speaker 9: Okay.
- 41:40Speaker 11: Well, how do you think Judgment Day will work for
- 41:42Speaker 11: you with so much blood on your hands?
- 41:46Speaker 10: I'm not going to entertain that question.
- 41:47Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Of course not.
- 41:48Speaker 11: Do you think you're going to hell, Mr.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Lyons? I'm not going to entertain that question. Of course not.
- 41:53Speaker 1: The gentlelady will suspend. The gentlelady will suspend.
- 41:56Speaker 11: Chairman.
- 41:57Speaker 8: The gentlelady will suspend. As I said, the issues we're
- 42:00Speaker 8: debating here are important to ones.
- 42:02Speaker 1: That members feel deeply about.
- 42:03Speaker 11: Thank you, Chairman.
- 42:04Speaker 8: While vigorous disagreements is part of the legislative process, members
- 42:08Speaker 8: are reminded that we must adhere to established standards of
- 42:10Speaker 8: decorum and debate. The witnesses are here voluntarily, and I
- 42:14Speaker 8: will continue to remind members that while oversight is important,
- 42:18Speaker 8: aggressively attacking those witnesses personally is inappropriate and not in
- 42:23Speaker 8: keeping with the traditions of our committee.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Mr.
- 42:25Speaker 11: Chairman, I'm just asking a question. You guys are always
- 42:28Speaker 11: talking about religion here in the Bible. I mean, it's
- 42:30Speaker 11: okay for me to ask a question, right?
- 42:32Speaker 1: She's asking.
- 42:32Speaker 11: But let me continue on. I got your notes.
- 42:34Speaker 4: All right.
- 42:35Speaker 1: The gentlelady may resume.
- 42:36Speaker 2: Thank you so much.
- 42:36Speaker 11: Let me get back to my question, Mr.
- 42:38Speaker 6: Chairman.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 42:38Speaker 11: I appreciate you.
- 42:42Speaker 1: She's just asking questions. You know, if there's a soul
- 42:47Speaker 1: to pray for in that conversation, it's hers. What she
- 42:51Speaker 1: just did was evil. That was evil. Yeah, Todd Lyons
- 42:55Speaker 1: is a good man doing a good job. trying to
- 42:57Speaker 1: clean up the country, getting rid of bad people who
- 43:00Speaker 1: are hurting Americans. And she's taking the side of the
- 43:04Speaker 1: criminals and then saying that the law enforcement, the guys, sheepdogs,
- 43:09Speaker 1: the guys who are protecting the country, that they're going
- 43:12Speaker 1: to hell. It's a perfect inversion of the truth and really,
- 43:17Speaker 1: really disgraceful. Once again, on display yesterday. And then there's
- 43:22Speaker 1: silly Sri Tendar, the ridiculous Indian dude, in Congress with
- 43:29Speaker 1: the bizarro wig. He said that Democrats are going to,
- 43:33Speaker 1: he's so stupid, he doesn't even realize what he said.
- 43:36Speaker 1: He announced yesterday that the second Democrats are back in power,
- 43:41Speaker 1: they're going to prosecute anybody who's enforcing American immigration law.
- 43:47Speaker 1: In other words, Democrats are going to abuse their power
- 43:49Speaker 1: immediately upon regaining it. Here is the embarrassing Democrat Congressman
- 43:56Speaker 1: Sri Tanadar yesterday.
- 43:59Speaker 3: You better hope so. You better hope you get pardoned
- 44:02Speaker 3: because you will be held accountable for the absolute disregard
- 44:06Speaker 3: of the law your agencies have shown over the past year.
- 44:11Speaker 3: Your agencies have lost the trust.
- 44:15Speaker 5: Of the American people with millions taking to the streets
- 44:21Speaker 5: to protect the illegal actions of your agencies. And that's
- 44:27Speaker 5: why I introduce a bill in the United States Congress
- 44:32Speaker 5: to abolish ICE. ICE must be abolished.
- 44:42Speaker 1: He kept, he went on, he kept saying that, oh,
- 44:44Speaker 1: is Trump going to pardon you? You guys all going
- 44:45Speaker 1: to get pardons on the way out the door? Because
- 44:48Speaker 1: obviously the implied implication is implied implication is redundant. The
- 44:53Speaker 1: implication is that they're going to prosecute these guys. That
- 44:59Speaker 1: ICE agents, ICE directors, ICE officials, they're all going to
- 45:02Speaker 1: be prosecuted by Democrats the second they get power back.
- 45:07Speaker 1: That's Sri Tandar. I want to impeach everybody. And as
- 45:11Speaker 1: soon as I get power, I'm going to abuse it.
- 45:12Speaker 1: I'm going to prosecute you. Thanks, Sri. Let's keep you
- 45:16Speaker 1: away from power. Let's do that. Thanks for saying it
- 45:19Speaker 1: out loud. Speaking of what the good men and women
- 45:23Speaker 1: of ICE have been doing, you know they've been arresting
- 45:25Speaker 1: the insurgents in Minnesota by the thousands?
- 45:28Speaker 9: You know that?
- 45:30Speaker 1: In fact, that detail's kind of skipped past the entire media,
- 45:34Speaker 1: with the exception of places like the Daily Caller. Take
- 45:36Speaker 1: a look at this. ICE has been dropping the hammer
- 45:39Speaker 1: on Minnesota agitators, shadowing agents on the street. This is
- 45:47Speaker 1: a report from yesterday. ICE report, excuse me, Daily Call
- 45:52Speaker 1: report from yesterday. United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE agents,
- 45:57Speaker 1: are detaining and arresting legal observers using their vehicles to
- 46:01Speaker 1: follow agents during federal enforcement operations. ICE has been reportedly
- 46:06Speaker 1: detaining and arresting thousands of Minnesota protesters under Title 18,
- 46:11Speaker 1: Section 111 of the U.S. Code. which prohibits citizens from
- 46:17Speaker 1: interfering with a federal officer conducting official duties, according to Reuters.
- 46:22Speaker 1: A recent trend, of course, had begun among these protesters,
- 46:25Speaker 1: these insurgents, to follow ICE agents in their vehicles as
- 46:28Speaker 1: quote-unquote legal observers. The Trump administration has charged at least
- 46:33Speaker 1: 655 people using Title 18, which is double in comparison
- 46:38Speaker 1: to the same period between 2024 and 2025. DHS spokeswoman
- 46:43Speaker 1: Tricia McLaughlin telling Reuters, when agitators willingly involve themselves and
- 46:47Speaker 1: inject themselves in law enforcement operations, they are risking arrest
- 46:51Speaker 1: as well as jeopardizing the safety of themselves and those
- 46:55Speaker 1: around them. So this is a good, this is a
- 46:58Speaker 1: very positive sign. You know, things in Minnesota have cooled
- 47:01Speaker 1: down a little bit. Tom Holman is there and he's
- 47:04Speaker 1: got what appears to be Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry and
- 47:08Speaker 1: the governor tampon Tim Walz and something of a chokehold.
- 47:11Speaker 1: He's getting them to actually turn over illegal aliens that
- 47:14Speaker 1: are being taken into custody in Minnesota. And as a result,
- 47:18Speaker 1: has been able to reallocate some immigration resources to other
- 47:21Speaker 1: hotbeds of illegal aliens in the country right now. So
- 47:24Speaker 1: that's been very productive. And thousands of arrests being made
- 47:28Speaker 1: by ICE right now of the people who are stalking
- 47:31Speaker 1: them in the streets of Minnesota. That's also a very
- 47:35Speaker 1: healthy development in terms of restoring order. So interesting and
- 47:39Speaker 1: glad to have that. Let's see. I've got speaking of Minnesota.
- 47:45Speaker 1: I've got another thing for you, which is President Trump
- 47:48Speaker 1: just announced this week. You did an interview and with
- 47:52Speaker 1: Larry Kudlow. Actually, he sat with Larry Kudlow and he
- 47:55Speaker 1: was talking about the fraud in Minnesota. And he goes,
- 47:59Speaker 1: we still have a lot of these Somalis who are
- 48:02Speaker 1: in Minnesota have committed a lot of fraud. It's terrible
- 48:04Speaker 1: what's happened. And they've got this fake congresswoman, he says.
- 48:07Speaker 1: That's his words. Fake congresswoman. He's describing Ilhan Omar. Listen
- 48:11Speaker 1: to the president of the United States describe what's happening
- 48:13Speaker 1: right now. So you're going to still go after the
- 48:16Speaker 1: whole waste, fraud and abuse issue?
- 48:17Speaker 9: Well, I am in Minnesota. Take a look at Minnesota.
- 48:20Speaker 9: So we think it's at least $ 19 billion of fraud, medical,
- 48:25Speaker 9: every fraud. Somalia has come in here. What they've done
- 48:29Speaker 9: to our country, these people, they've come into our country.
- 48:33Speaker 9: And what they've done with that fake congresswoman, she's so bad. No,
- 48:38Speaker 9: we're going to get to the bottom of it.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Yeah, we're going to get to the bottom of it.
- 48:41Speaker 1: That fake congresswoman, she's so bad. She did commit immigration
- 48:44Speaker 1: fraud to get her brother into the country. She married
- 48:46Speaker 1: the brother in order to get him in. And she's
- 48:51Speaker 1: got a long track record of being a fraudster. She's
- 48:54Speaker 1: worth like, you know, what is she worth now? $ 30
- 48:57Speaker 1: million or something? It's crazy how much she's worth now
- 49:01Speaker 1: with a wine company that doesn't produce any wine, doesn't
- 49:03Speaker 1: sell it anywhere. And now she's absurdly wealthy. in a
- 49:07Speaker 1: year's time? Somebody answer that. So the president is saying, look,
- 49:10Speaker 1: she's a fake congresswoman. She's a ridiculous human being. Now,
- 49:15Speaker 1: having said all that, she is ridiculous. And also, she's
- 49:18Speaker 1: so poisonous. You see the way she reacted to this
- 49:21Speaker 1: Trump clip? So that clip of President Trump and Larry
- 49:25Speaker 1: Kudlow is going around. Look at what she said. Should
- 49:29Speaker 1: the Secret Service be involved here? She says this, the
- 49:32Speaker 1: leader of the pedophile protection party is trying to deflect
- 49:37Speaker 1: attention from his name being all over the Epstein files.
- 49:42Speaker 1: At least in Somalia, they execute pedophiles, not elect them.
- 49:52Speaker 1: Not elect them. Who was elected here?
- 49:55Speaker 3: Trump.
- 49:56Speaker 1: He's the leader of the pedophile protection party, she smears.
- 50:02Speaker 1: She says they would execute him in Somalia. Well, Somalia
- 50:06Speaker 1: is a third world hellhole. And there's a reason we
- 50:09Speaker 1: don't live in Somalia. There's a reason we prefer the
- 50:11Speaker 1: United States of America. And there's a reason we don't
- 50:13Speaker 1: want to become Somalia. Does Somalia have a functioning justice system?
- 50:18Speaker 1: Did they just accuse people of being pedophiles and then
- 50:20Speaker 1: execute them on the spot? Is that because that's what
- 50:22Speaker 1: you're doing? If this is a cultural thing, Ilhan, you're
- 50:25Speaker 1: reflecting that culture very poorly because you're conveying that the
- 50:30Speaker 1: way to handle the guys you don't like is to
- 50:33Speaker 1: kill them. You complete psycho. And also on this thing
- 50:37Speaker 1: about Epstein and Trump, it bears repeating the most obvious
- 50:42Speaker 1: details in the world, which is that Donald Trump was
- 50:46Speaker 1: essential to bringing Jeffrey Epstein down. I've been through this
- 50:51Speaker 1: a million times, you know, from President Trump kicking Epstein
- 50:53Speaker 1: out of Mar-a-Lago to helping out the victim's attorney being
- 50:58Speaker 1: the one guy that they could rely on. They place
- 51:01Speaker 1: a phone call. He's like, I'm ready to help you.
- 51:02Speaker 1: Whatever you need, you call me. That was President Trump
- 51:05Speaker 1: throughout all of this. We got another gigantic piece of
- 51:08Speaker 1: information to that effect this week. because in the Epstein files,
- 51:13Speaker 1: we find out that President Trump personally called the cops
- 51:17Speaker 1: on Epstein for being creepy around teenage girls. One of
- 51:22Speaker 1: the documents that the Justice Department released this past week
- 51:26Speaker 1: showed that President Trump called the police on Epstein to
- 51:29Speaker 1: alert them that he was sexually abusing underage girls. Trump
- 51:33Speaker 1: alerted the Palm Beach Police Department of Epstein's actions and
- 51:37Speaker 1: told the then police chief, Michael Reiter, quote, thank goodness
- 51:41Speaker 1: you're stopping him because everyone has known he's been doing this.
- 51:46Speaker 1: Reiter gave a 2019 interview to the Federal Bureau of
- 51:48Speaker 1: Investigation where he recounted all of this. Trump was one
- 51:52Speaker 1: of the first people to call authorities when the department
- 51:54Speaker 1: began investigating Epstein for sexual misconduct in 2006. Trump also
- 52:03Speaker 1: told the police he was, quote, around Epstein when teenagers
- 52:05Speaker 1: were present, and he got the hell out of there,
- 52:07Speaker 1: according to the document. He told the police that they
- 52:09Speaker 1: should also focus their attention on Ghislaine Maxwell, who he
- 52:12Speaker 1: called evil. Reuters revealed this information to the FBI that
- 52:16Speaker 1: was October of 2019, two months after prison guards had
- 52:20Speaker 1: found Epstein dead in his cell, according to the memo.
- 52:24Speaker 1: So in other words, President Trump is a hero in
- 52:27Speaker 1: this Epstein saga, and the thanks he gets from Democrats...
- 52:31Speaker 1: is to smear him. A wrap-up smear continues from such
- 52:37Speaker 1: venomous people as Ilhan Omar, who is now calling for
- 52:40Speaker 1: the execution of the President of the United States. Maybe
- 52:43Speaker 1: a Secret Service visit would do her well. Maybe that
- 52:46Speaker 1: would help. One last thing for you. We had a
- 52:50Speaker 1: small explosion of developments in the Nancy Guthrie saga yesterday,
- 52:55Speaker 1: and that is thanks to the FBI and Google working
- 53:02Speaker 1: together to produce images from a doorbell camera, a Google
- 53:08Speaker 1: Nest doorbell camera, that everyone had assumed did not capture
- 53:14Speaker 1: footage of the suspect, at least up until yesterday. That
- 53:18Speaker 1: Google Nest camera did not have a subscription paid for,
- 53:21Speaker 1: we're told, by the Guthrie family. Nobody was paying to
- 53:24Speaker 1: keep a subscription on it so that it could save
- 53:26Speaker 1: the old videos. But according to the reporting we've seen
- 53:29Speaker 1: in the last 24 hours, apparently Google went in and
- 53:33Speaker 1: their technicians were able to, through some difficult process, at
- 53:40Speaker 1: least this is the way it's being conveyed to us,
- 53:42Speaker 1: were able to finally secure this imagery and footage and
- 53:45Speaker 1: then share it with the public or share it with
- 53:47Speaker 1: the FBI, who in turn shared it with the public.
- 53:49Speaker 1: And that brings us to Kash Patel's post on the subject.
- 53:53Speaker 1: He posted this yesterday. This was midday yesterday. He said,
- 53:57Speaker 1: new images in the search for Nancy Guthrie. Over the
- 54:00Speaker 1: last eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff's Department
- 54:03Speaker 1: have been working closely with our private sector partners, that
- 54:05Speaker 1: would be Google in this case, to recover any images
- 54:08Speaker 1: or video from Nancy Guthrie's home that may have been lost, corrupted,
- 54:11Speaker 1: or inaccessible. The video was recovered from residual data located
- 54:15Speaker 1: in back-end systems. And so they shared the images, and
- 54:18Speaker 1: the images here They show the suspect standing on Nancy
- 54:23Speaker 1: Guthrie's porch and approaching the camera. And you can see
- 54:28Speaker 1: in all of these images, like, you know, he's holding
- 54:30Speaker 1: up foliage to try and block the camera. He's got
- 54:32Speaker 1: a little flashlight inside that he's biting on in his
- 54:36Speaker 1: mouth that's pointing in the direction of the camera, wearing
- 54:39Speaker 1: a ski mask. He's got a jacket with some reflective
- 54:41Speaker 1: features on it. He's wearing a backpack. He tries to
- 54:45Speaker 1: cover the camera at one point with his hand. And
- 54:50Speaker 1: so that has produced relatively clear images. It does look
- 54:54Speaker 1: like he's got a mustache here, by the way. And
- 54:57Speaker 1: so everyone, the whole internet's all buzzing about this thing,
- 54:59Speaker 1: trying to figure out who the hell this guy is. Additionally,
- 55:03Speaker 1: we actually have video of the guy approaching the camera.
- 55:06Speaker 1: And you'll see, those of you watching rumble.com slash Vince,
- 55:09Speaker 1: he takes his hand and he tries to cover the camera.
- 55:11Speaker 1: It's almost like he didn't know the camera was there.
- 55:13Speaker 1: He walks up. He tries to cover the camera with
- 55:19Speaker 1: one hand, and it looks like his other hand actually dropped, perhaps,
- 55:22Speaker 1: to press the doorbell itself. Look at this, for those
- 55:25Speaker 1: of you watching. His lower thumb goes to press a button.
- 55:29Speaker 1: He's pushing. Maybe he's pushing the actual doorbell there to
- 55:33Speaker 1: try and solicit a response from Nancy Guthrie to get
- 55:36Speaker 1: her to answer the door. As he walks up, you
- 55:39Speaker 1: can see he looks like he's got a gun holstered openly. It's...
- 55:44Speaker 1: It's carried. It's almost like an appendix carry. He's carrying
- 55:49Speaker 1: it outside of his clothing. Authorities suggesting that perhaps this
- 55:55Speaker 1: was an intimidation tactic. He's wearing very thick gloves, by
- 55:58Speaker 1: the way. Any of you shooters out there? It looks
- 56:02Speaker 1: like the gloves are thick. They don't look conducive to
- 56:04Speaker 1: actually sticking your finger into a trigger and pulling it.
- 56:07Speaker 1: You typically need gloves that are a little more form-fitting
- 56:11Speaker 1: if you're going to handle a weapon. But there he is.
- 56:15Speaker 1: on the porch. He's got his backpack. He strolls off,
- 56:17Speaker 1: grabs some foliage, and then he takes the foliage, the
- 56:21Speaker 1: plant material, whatever he grabbed off the ground, and he
- 56:24Speaker 1: tries to use it to cover the camera up. This
- 56:26Speaker 1: seems like a very amateurish thing. So that's the footage.
- 56:33Speaker 1: That's what the FBI has released. And in case you're wondering, yeah,
- 56:38Speaker 1: Google can still access images even if you don't subscribe,
- 56:42Speaker 1: just so you know. That's That's one of the lessons
- 56:45Speaker 1: in all of this. A blood trail has been discovered
- 56:47Speaker 1: outside of the home. Fox News reports, they talk to
- 56:51Speaker 1: sources that tell them that there was a blood trail,
- 56:54Speaker 1: blood droplets discovered on Nancy Guthrie's porch, according to law enforcement.
- 56:57Speaker 1: It went from the front entrance of the home to
- 56:59Speaker 1: the edge of the driveway. Authorities have confirmed the blood
- 57:03Speaker 1: belonged to Guthrie, to Nancy Guthrie. It's her blood. That's
- 57:08Speaker 1: just awful. You can even see here in the law
- 57:11Speaker 1: enforcement photos, look at that. You can see the foliage
- 57:14Speaker 1: on the ground that had been used to try and
- 57:17Speaker 1: cover the camera. It's just sitting there right where the
- 57:20Speaker 1: doorbell camera is. So that's the update there. So they
- 57:24Speaker 1: took a guy into custody last night. As I was
- 57:27Speaker 1: heading to bed last night, I'm seeing all these reports
- 57:28Speaker 1: that they took a man into custody. They detained him.
- 57:32Speaker 1: He's an Arizona DoorDash driver who identified himself only by
- 57:36Speaker 1: the name Carlos to the media agency. Basically, cops take
- 57:39Speaker 1: him into custody. They had him for a bit and
- 57:43Speaker 1: and then they released him because I guess they assume
- 57:45Speaker 1: he's not their suspect. And Carlos, he talked to the
- 57:49Speaker 1: media last night. Here he is being interviewed as CBS
- 57:53Speaker 1: reporter capturing some of this footage explaining what he just
- 57:57Speaker 1: went through. Here's Carlos Washington.
- 57:59Speaker 3: Are you shocked?
- 58:00Speaker 1: Fuck yeah, I was.
- 58:01Speaker 2: Come on.
- 58:01Speaker 1: They helped me against my will. They didn't even give
- 58:04Speaker 1: me my rights until two hours later.
- 58:05Speaker 2: Okay?
- 58:05Speaker 1: You know what I mean? My wrist is all fucking swollen.
- 58:08Speaker 3: From the handcuffs?
- 58:24Speaker 1: You know, he's this guy. I don't know anything. I
- 58:26Speaker 1: don't know anything. Somebody in the media asked him, like, hey,
- 58:30Speaker 1: did you do a DoorDash delivery to that house? And
- 58:33Speaker 1: he says he doesn't know. Well, that may be what's
- 58:36Speaker 1: going on here. They may have geolocated this dude based
- 58:39Speaker 1: on his cell phone. It may have been that very
- 58:41Speaker 1: night that he had stopped by. Law enforcement doesn't pick
- 58:44Speaker 1: him up for no reason. It's not like they just
- 58:45Speaker 1: went and hassled him for no reason. And there are
- 58:49Speaker 1: reports that the authorities spoke to one of his relatives
- 58:53Speaker 1: and authorities asked, hey, do you recognize this guy? They
- 58:56Speaker 1: showed her the image and she said, well, it kind
- 58:59Speaker 1: of looks like his eyes. So maybe that was enough
- 59:01Speaker 1: for them to decide, okay, this is somebody we should question.
- 59:05Speaker 1: They questioned him and then they let him go. Now,
- 59:07Speaker 1: does it mean they're done with him? No, it doesn't
- 59:09Speaker 1: mean anything. It's means that they talked to the guy
- 59:11Speaker 1: and they may circle back to him at some point.
- 59:15Speaker 1: But for now, a flurry of developments in the Nancy
- 59:18Speaker 1: Guthrie case, it seems like now we finally have some
- 59:21Speaker 1: very meaningful puzzle pieces and hopefully they can get to
- 59:23Speaker 1: the bottom of this thing really quickly. The president of
- 59:25Speaker 1: the United States is very on top of this, to
- 59:27Speaker 1: be clear. Caroline Levitt said yesterday at the White House
- 59:30Speaker 1: press briefing that they are very eager to get to
- 59:34Speaker 1: the bottom of this because it's a horrifying crime against
- 59:36Speaker 1: an elderly woman. And the president wants to see it
- 59:40Speaker 1: brought to justice and wants to see Nancy Guthrie rescued.
- 59:43Speaker 1: He's a decent guy. He's a he's a great president.
- 59:45Speaker 1: Glad we have him. And I'm glad I have you.
- 59:47Speaker 1: You're the best audience anywhere. You really are. We got
- 59:50Speaker 1: a lot more to get to. Would you thank you?
- 59:52Speaker 1: Lucas MP 47 has jumped in on Spotify and followed.
- 59:56Speaker 1: Thank you for that. If you wouldn't mind following on Spotify,
- 59:59Speaker 1: if that's something that you've got some bandwidth for, I'd
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: appreciate the click and the download on the podcasts there
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: on Spotify. Whatever we can do to get up there.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: I want to help Dan out because poor Dan is
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: all by himself at the top, and he really needs
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: company up there. Joe Rogan's not going to cut it.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Seems like a nice guy, but come on now. Dan
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: needs one of his boys to show up. I'll be
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: there for him. Let's do that. Ladies and gentlemen, thank you. Again,
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Sean Farish is going to be with you tomorrow on
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: the show. He's filling in for me. I'm taking, I'm
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: not on the radio show today. I'm not on the
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: radio show tomorrow. I'm taking those off. And then Sean's
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: filling in on the podcast in the morning. I'm off
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: to the hospital here. And I don't know, whenever my
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: wife takes me, we're going soon. And we're going to
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: knock out a quick surgery. It's going to be totally awesome.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: It's going to be wonderful. And then I'll be right
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: back with you on Friday. We're going to have huge
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: shows for you. I promise. I have all this time
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: laid up, just staring at the news and obsessing over
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: what I'm going to talk about with you next time
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: I see you. Thank you very much. Great to chat today.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: Appreciate you always. Make sure to tune in to Dan.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: Tune in to Haley. Subscribe to all of it. Talk
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: to you again soon. The Dan Bongino Show.
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: This is not a football game. If you vote, we
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: will win. It is not complicated. The Dan Bongino Show.
