  SPEAKER_00: Welcome back.
• 0:00
  SPEAKER_00: Hulind Daf Khufches.
• 0:02
SPEAKER_00: Starting off with a banger over here.
• 0:04
  SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to everyone.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_00: Hope you had a wonderful Bainasman.
• 0:06
SPEAKER_00: And Hulindaf Kufches, we'll just jump right in, but it's a very yesoidi daf as it relates to a lot of alochas that land in your kitchen and hilchastal rubweis, and it could take a very long time to go through this daff properly.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna do what we do over here and go through dafyami style.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_00: But the basic points we're gonna see me in Bemina, Tamki Ikr, all these different alakhas.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: Today's daff Hulind of Khufches is the mikar to these ideas.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: And without further ado, Zak the Mishnah.
• 0:32
  SPEAKER_00: Tipas Kholof Shanofla Alakatiha.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_00: So you have a pot, you have different pieces of meat.
• 0:37
  SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see we're we're assuming we're dealing with a pot that you're cooking in, right?
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: So you have ritav as well.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: You have your your water that turns into rite of.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: You have different things going on in this pot, but mainly a bunch of pieces of meat.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_00: So you have a tipas chalov shanafla al-khatiha.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_00: So you have a drop of milk that fell into a pot of meat, and it fell specifically onto a piece of meat that was in that pot.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: If there's enough milk that it's nice in tam in that khatiha, nicent tam is the aloh of tam ki'ikr, which is one in sixty.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: So if it's less than sixty, it's not but albashishim.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: If there was shishin, then it would be but shishin.
• 1:14
  SPEAKER_00: That's alocha.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: But if there was less than shishin, then less than shishim is the number that we know is called nicentam.
• 1:19
  SPEAKER_00: If it's less than 60, it's alocha.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: This way, it's the 60 is the number, it's not whether you taste it or not.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna taste a hazal tell you based off 60.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: So if there's more than 60 times that amount of the khala, you're not gonna taste it.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: If there's less, then it is nice and tam.
• 1:33
  SPEAKER_00: Tam is q'akr.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: It's like you have the ikr of the milk over there that's gonna be considered the isr over here.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: You have the you have the isr itself.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see soon that milk is actually the hetr and the meat is the isr over here.
• 1:43
  SPEAKER_00: It's because there's a kasov ghadiba khale.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that you have less than 60 times, it is the allacha of Tam ka ikr.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, I'm Yeshma the nice and tam the isa khatiha asr.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: If there's not shishim in this khatiha that it fell onto to be mevatil the khaleav, then it's going to be asr.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: That khatiha itself is gonna be asr.
• 2:03
  SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: What about near as what if you mix the pot?
• 2:07
  SPEAKER_00: And Rashi explains Miyad.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: You mix the pot right away.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: Why did you mix the pot right away?
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: Meaning you didn't leave enough time for this drop of milk to fall onto this piece of meat and get absorbed into that piece of meat itself.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: But rather, right away you mix the pot, so this pie this drop of milk got absorbed into the entire pot, not into one specific piece of meat right away.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: Same miyeshma, but nice and tamba.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: I say kadeira, also now we don't look at the piece of meat that it fell onto.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: We look at the entire kadeira.
• 2:30
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 2:30
SPEAKER_00: Because you didn't leave time for it to get absorbed into that one katiha of meat, and therefore we don't look at the one khatihah of meat to be mevatlo based off shishin.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: But rather we look off the we we look at the entire kadeira because that's what it got mixed into, and if that entire kadera has more than 60 times that drop of milk, then it's going to be, then it's going to be mutter.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: But if not, then if it has less than 60, it's nice in time in that kadeira, the entire Kadeira versus the drop of milk, then it is going to be Asir.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: So with that, we're gonna jump right into the Gemara.
• 3:06
  SPEAKER_00: Omar Abai.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_00: Time of Lama Masha Bahama Darais.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: So there's a big machelikus, very yesai di machelikas.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: Whether Tam ka ikr is D'Iraisa or Dirabanan.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: The isr over here, the bitl bishishim, the fact that less than shishim is gonna be nice in tam and it's tam ka ikr and it's gonna be usr.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: Is that a din da raisa or is it a din derabanan?
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: And by everything we're gonna say, we're gonna try to learn from here to uh call you sir in shabba ta'ra.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: Over here we're specifically talking about Basabahala, but we're learning to Al Isra in the ta'raza.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: Abai says time of Laimamasha, if you have only the tam, but not the mamashas of the thing.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: You don't see a bottle of tanuva milk inside the cholera.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: There's a tam, so you don't have the mamashas, but it's the tam because it's less than shish and can I get it.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: So time of laimamasha, this haloch of Tam Kiker is the Alma Daraisa.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: Everywhere else as well, it's Dai Raisa.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_00: We learn it from here.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: These talkadah darahana, because they're gonna tell me it's only darabana and me, Basa Bahala, my time and like I'm rina.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: And why wouldn't you learn it from Basa Bahala?
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: Very backwards way of saying.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_00: We learned it from Basa Bahalaf.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: We learned from Basa Bahalaf to everywhere else, Kali Surinchabaira that Tam Kiker is Dai Raisa.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: And if you don't have Shisham, if you have less than Shisham, it's gonna be Tam Kiker, it's gonna be make it's gonna make it Asir, me Dai Raisa.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: How are we learning from Basar Bahala?
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: Because Bas of Bahala, you have this Tarubas, it fell in.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: Now, if you separate them, so that you have Basr and Khalala Taruas, if you just separate them, take them apart, they're not together anymore.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: But it's still going to be Dai Raisa.
• 4:20
  SPEAKER_00: We learn it.
• 4:23
  SPEAKER_00: It's not falling in.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: Darhbishla Asra Tara, as we know, but if you cooked it together, and then even if you separated it and you eat it by itself, it's still gonna be Daraisa, and therefore, why?
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: Well, it's not uh a taruas onto its own.
• 4:34
  SPEAKER_00: It's Tom Kaker.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: This Tom Kaker we see has enough of a ramification over here that it's gonna make it Dai Raisa, and therefore we learn it with a Mamatsinu Rashid explains that Holly story, we learn to all other Isuran Chabataira, but Mamatsinu that it's going to be Usr as well.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_00: That's Abai.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: Tom Kaker is Dai Raisal if you abay from where?
• 4:54
  SPEAKER_00: From Basa Bachalov.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: The way he said it was backwards the way.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: Because if you don't say it, why wouldn't you learn from Bas of Bahala?
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: Which basically means we learn it from Bas of Bahala, to all Isuran Chabatairo.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so says the Gemara, me Bas of Bahala, my time like I mean, why wouldn't you learn from Bas of Bakhalov?
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: And in in the backwards way of saying it, Abai suggests khidushuh.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: What's your what's your premise to say that maybe we shouldn't learn it from Bas of Bahala?
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: Not like what I'm saying.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're gonna tell me because the kiddishu.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: Basur vikhalov, the fact that Tamkaker is a khiddle in itself.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: Why is it a kiddish?
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: Rashid explains it's a kiddish for two reasons.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: First of all, because Basr and Khala, both of them are mutter.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: It's not like some things that hetar got in Isaiah, in Isr, and the Isr was always Isr onto itself.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: Like uh something else, like a something traf, let's say.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: This is a kosher milk and a kosher piece of meat.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: And they're both onto their on their own things.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: They're both uh no problem.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: Each onto itself is complete hetir.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: Now it's a khidish that when you put together the two pieces of hetar, now it's all of a sudden going to be asr.
• 5:51
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: Just because I combined it?
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: If you separate them and they're muttr, so why why together are they gonna be asr?
• 5:55
  SPEAKER_00: That's already a kiddish.
• 5:56
  SPEAKER_00: And if it's a kiddish, a kiddish is a kiddish.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: And a kiddish the Tara only said it over there.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: It's a kidish, and you're not gonna be able to learn to anywhere else.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: Sabai suggests maybe you don't you want to tell me that you're not gonna be able to learn from Basr wahalif to everywhere else, the Allah of Tam ki ikars da'ra why?
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: Because it's a khiddish, i khidish who, afal gavdalakad nisintam nami.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: If it's a khiddish, then it should be asr even if it's not niceam.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, what gives you the right to limit the kiddish to naisintam?
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: Nasintam we get, Rash explains, from other sugias and shahs, and therefore we applied it over here and assuming that it that it that it applies to Bas of a Khalilab as well, that it needs to be a shishim, it needs to be less than shishim in order for it to matter.
• 6:33
  SPEAKER_00: Why me'khites?
• 6:34
SPEAKER_00: If it's a kiddish, the kiddish stands on its own.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: You don't take from other places, and therefore, me'khitsi you're limiting the kiddish to tell you that it's only gonna be usr bin time.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: Maybe even the the tiny best bit, maybe maybe even a filubamashu.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: And therefore Abba'i says it can't be a khiddish because if it isn't if it was a khidish, you would have no right to limit it, to limit the issir to a case where it's only nice and to a case where it's nice and tam where it's less than shishim.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, since it's not a kidish, I'll tell you that's how we know that Tom Kikir is doirsa by everything, by only Surun and Natar, where do I learn it from?
• 7:06
  SPEAKER_00: Bas of a chalov.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't tell me it's a kiddish, it's not a kidish, because we see we apply nice and tam.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: Raba, I'm aliva, rabb's into Zabaia that no.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: Really, I'll tell you Tom Kikr is not D'Iraisa everywhere else.
• 7:18
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna tell me what?
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: What why am I gonna tell you that?
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: Because by Basubalov, Rabba will tell you it's a kiddish.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: It is a kiddieh, and therefore you're not gonna be able to learn from from it to uh to anywhere else about this saloh of Tom Kakr being Dai Raisa.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: Aye, what what was Abai's response to that?
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: That if it's a khidish, then why are we saying uh Tom Kikr?
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: It shouldn't be limited to uh sorry, why why are we saying uh why are we limiting it to nice and tam to one in 60?
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: If it's a kiddish, it stands on its own, even the tiniest bit should be usar.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: So Rabbah answers to that, that Derach Bishal Asser Tirah I'll tell you that even though it's a kidish, it's still only usar if it's nice and tam, because that is darah bishal.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: When you cook something and you put two things together, what are you doing it for?
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: You're doing it to be nice and tom, you're doing it so it gives it flavor, you're doing it to be nice and tom, and therefore that is the the the issir in the taira is derach bishal asr taira.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: It's only gonna be usr if you cook it darach bishal, the normal way that you would cook something together.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: And the normal way that you would cook something together is the amount that it's gonna be nice and tam, that it's gonna give uh it's gonna matter, it's gonna make a difference over here.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, since the whole din in the taira of the isr over here is darach bishal asr taira, darach bishal has always been nice and tam, and that's why I'm applying it over here.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: It's not that I'm taking a random aloha of nice and tam and applying it to this uh to this aloha by by Basar Vahalov.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: There's nothing to do with that.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: It's the fact that the Torah Asir Derah Bishul, Darkh Bishol has always been Nice and Tam because that is how you cook.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: You want to give flavor, and you're putting it in in order to give flavor, and therefore we apply nice and tam, even though it's a kiddish.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: But zak Ravah, it's a kiddhist, and therefore I'm not gonna be able to learn to call Isurin Sheh Bittoira that that uh tamke ikr is darisa, says the Gemara.
• 8:56
  SPEAKER_00: Amarav.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: So that was Machakis Abaiver.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: Rava again, Aba'i says that we learn it from Basar Bukhalib to everywhere else in the time, that Tam Kikir is Daraisa, and Rav argues and says, no, it's a khidish only by Basar Bahalib, and we're not gonna be able to learn it to everywhere else.
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_00: Amarav.
• 9:08
  SPEAKER_00: Rav says, continuing along.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: Kevon Shenosan Tambachatiho, Khatiho astmas atmanasas navalo.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: So Rah Rav says uh another Yesoid Halochah that we're about to learn.
• 9:19
  SPEAKER_00: Going on the Mishnah.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah told us that you have a drop of milk that falls into a pot.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: If it lands on a piece of meat, that piece of meat needs shishim in order to be mavatul.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_00: And if it doesn't have shishim, then it's going to be asr.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: Meaning that piece of meat is going to be asr, right?
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: Because it landed on it.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_00: We're not talking about where you started up right away.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: The first case in the Mishnah.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: It landed on the piece of meat, that piece of meat needs shishim.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have shishim, it's going to be asr.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: On that, Rav says, Omar Rab, Kay Mishnah Tama chatiha.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: It once it lands on that piece of meat and it gave tam to that khatiha.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: You didn't have shishim within that khatiha itself to be mivatalit.
• 9:52
  SPEAKER_00: Khatiha at smonasis nevela.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: The way we look at this piece of meat is not that uh you had this piece of meat and it's this little drop of milk.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: It didn't have shishim, so it asar in it, but it's still only the little drop of milk.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: That's the actual isr within this piece of meat.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: That's not how we look at it.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: The way we look at it is that the entire piece of meat now becomes a shtick nevela.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: The entire piece of meat is not actual nevela, that we're using nevela to teach you it's isr.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: The entire piece of meat is considered like a nevela, that the entire piece of meat is isr.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: How is that gonna affect things?
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: What does it make a difference if I look at the either it's usr because there's a little piece of milk, or it's usr because the entire piece of meat is usr, that's gonna make a difference?
• 10:28
SPEAKER_00: Klape the rest of the pot.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: Does the rest of the pot, in order to be kosher, need shishim against the little drop of milk that's in that piece of meat, or against the entire piece of meat?
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: It's a whole different animal over here.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: You have an entire piece of meat that's gonna be much bigger, it's gonna be hard to get the shishim, connect the rest of the pot.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: So this is the aloha that Rab says, Kamehastama chatiha, as soon as that piece of milk lands on that khatiha and it was no saintam, it was less than shishim, canegad that piece of meat, that entire piece of meat becomes Isr itself.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Khatiha Atma Nasis Nivela, this is alocha known as Hanan, Khatiha Atma Nasis Nivela, that the chatiha itself becomes a piece of nibela, and therefore what?
• 11:09
  SPEAKER_00: What's the nafkamina?
• 11:10
SPEAKER_00: We just spoke it out.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: It's going to sorry, I just explained shishim, not shishim, nothing new is shishim.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: Even if it's more than shishim, it's gonna ask her them why minbeminah in a bottle that we're about to see.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna ask her, it's gonna ask her that all the rest of the chatichas in the pot.
• 11:28
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: Because they're the same min.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: Meat and meat is the same min, and we know that allah, according to Rabiuda, we're gonna see, Minbemino in a bottle, even Bishishim, a fila be elef lay bottle.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: Even in a thousand min bamina, if you have the same type of min, so if you have two different minas that got this area, so yeah, bit of bashishim, you have a lach of shishim.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: But if you have min bem mini falls into the same exact thing, the same thing, meat and meat, and a bunch of pieces of meat, min bemino in a bottle, a fila beflay bottle, and therefore, what's gonna happen here is that you have a problem.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: Rav says as soon as it lands on this piece of meat that was sitting at the top of the pot, the entire piece of meat.
• 12:00
  SPEAKER_00: You weren't a saravit, right?
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: You didn't uh mix it up right away.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_00: But that piece of meat absorbed the khalov, and it didn't have shishim klape the chalov, so that piece of meat now becomes isir itself, nivela.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: That piece of meat now is considered a shtik nivela, and it asers the entire pot.
• 12:17
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: Because again, even if you have more than 60 in the entire pot, you have you have a hundred pieces of meat, and this is only one piece of meat, it's still gonna asser everything because min bamina in a bottle mimnishina.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: Umle marzuchrader of mari la ravina.
• 12:29
  SPEAKER_00: Marzueda varisa ravina.
• 12:31
  SPEAKER_00: Mihti.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: Let's try to figure out Rav over here.
• 12:33
  SPEAKER_00: Rav Kiman Omelashmaitse.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: Who is Rav going in?
• 12:35
  SPEAKER_00: Which sheetah?
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: He's going like Rabbiuda, clearly, the ummar min bamina and la bottle.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: Ribiuda is the shita that holds that min bamina the bottle.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: Not everyone agrees to that.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gamar Lima Pliggyad Ravba.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_00: So let's say that he argues with what Rava said in Sheetah's Rebuhuda.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: Because from the way he set up his alakha, it must be that he's not going like Rava.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: Because again, the anakhma is, of course he's going like Rabbiuda, because his whole premise is based on the fact that Min Bemina in a bottle.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: But it must be that he's not going like Rava's understanding in Rabbiuda.
• 13:02
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: The ummar of a Rubba says, Kesava Rabuda, Rabuda holds, according to Rava, that Kol Shu Min, Ummina Vidobar Akhar, anytime you have Min Beminoi, only Min Bemino.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_00: You have a bunch of pieces of meat, let's say nothing else.
• 13:14
SPEAKER_00: So that's mini according to the Bihuda, classic case loy bottle.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: What if you have min biminoi?
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: You have isr, that's the min.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: Let's call it over here the shtick of uh flesh you have, the piece of meat.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: And you have memino vidabar achar.
• 13:27
SPEAKER_00: The thing it's being desirabed into is, yeah, it's the same min, there's pieces of meat, but there's also other stuff.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: There's rotev, there's soup, there's a whole goncerons going on, there's other things over here.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it's not pure min beminoi, it's min that got mixed into min visha e naimina.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: Min, it's a it got mixed to other into other pieces of meat, but there's also other stuff going on over that.
• 13:47
SPEAKER_00: It's also right that every time you're cooking, there's other, it's not only pure pieces of meat.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: You got water, you got soup, you got uh you got your rotev, and therefore, let's say that he does not like rabba, because raba explained within Sheeta's Rabbiuda that even though Rabbiuda said min memina in a bottle, Kesav Rabidah Rabbi agrees that koshum min u minabarachr, anything that's min.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: But it got mixed into something that's minoi bedavarakher, heter of its own min and heter of dabaracher, like rotev.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: Salekas mit noi kamisheino, we look at the min of heter, the pieces of meat that's heter over there, as if it's not there.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: We put it aside for a second.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: And whatever's left over there, the sha'inoi mini, like the roitev that you have over there.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_00: If it's raba lovamavatl, it's gonna be, meaning, if it if we look at it, it's gonna be uh it's a roiv compared to the meat, it's gonna be mevatl, the min.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: We look at this like a tarub is a min bishe'inoiminoi, because the right tev is rabba lovamavatle to the heter of min.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Beshein mina raba raba lovamavatle, and you're gonna have a classic case over here of min bisha'ino mino that for sure will be batal.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be botal bashishu.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: So, from the fact that Rav said over here that what do you have when you have this chanan, chatiho atmos nas neveylo, and therefore it's gonna be it's gonna aster the entire pot over here because all of a sudden this piece of meat becomes this, and you have min beminoi uh because you're looking at the other pieces of meat, so even Ba'elef it's gonna be melatal the entire pot, and therefore, meaning it's gonna ask her the entire pot because of this haloch of Khanan, says the Gemara, let's say, Rav Marzutra said to Ravina, that let's say, or rather Marzutra Breedar Amari Set Ravina, that it must be that Rav is not going like Rava.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: Because Rav explained within Rabbi Huda, if you under if you go within Rav's understanding of Rabbiuda in this case, then it would come out that it actually would have a loch of bitl because we would look at this like Min Bishina Mina, because it's not pure Min Mamina, there's Rotav over here also, and therefore in this type of case, he would say, you look at the Rotev, that it's Rabba Nomivatl.
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: Oh my, but he answered the back, then no.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you like this.
• 15:46
  SPEAKER_00: Eb the nafabaritavra.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: If it fell into a type of cholent where you have it, it was very soft and it was very liquidy, then you're right.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_00: That's what he would say.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: That's what Rabba would say.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: That's where Rubba says his idea within Sheeta Surbihuda, that it's not gonna have this Adoha Minaminala bottle.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: But Hokumaiskina, what are we talking about?
• 16:03
  SPEAKER_00: Dana Faber Abah.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_00: We're talking in this case, not where it was liquidy.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about where it was very thick, it was like a thick type of cholent.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: And where you have a right, a thick type of righthev, and it's more of a combined pieces along with the pieces of meat, that is Dino Kibasr.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see, and that is, or we just saw that, that's how Raj explains it.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: That is Dino Kebasu that has the aloha of basr itself, and you're back to the aloha of Rabbi Huda, back to the aloha like Rab just said over here, that the piece itself becomes Isr.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: And now it's going to be, it's gonna asir all the rest of the pieces of meat.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: Aye, what about Rubba's understanding within Rabbi Huda that uh if anytime you have min and also min bishainoi min, it should be rabba lovabato, and it should be considered not it should be considered regular min bisheinoi minai.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_00: That is only true if it's rav, but if it's above, it's gonna have the dinner meat, and all you have is meat and meat, you're gonna have an allaha.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: Even in Rav over here, that's min beminoy einoi bottle, says the Gamar.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: Mikeisavar, what does rav hold exactly?
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: Ik savar, so now we're bringing another sugiov, efshaltoy moth.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: So this is a lacha that you when whenever you have, let's say, arcades, you have chalov that gets uh absorbed into a piece of meat.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: What if you take that piece of meat and you re-cook it?
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: You cook it for a second time along with hetr.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: So there's an idea of efshal sikhto, it's over here, sef skita means to squeeze out, right?
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: But does the khalaf, does the itzr become squeezed out of this piece of meat?
• 17:25
  SPEAKER_00: Does it come removed?
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: Is it niflat that now it's gonna be mutter among those other pieces of meat that uh again you can't do this l-hathilah everyone agrees in mivatal in isr l-hathilah but you have this piece of meat that's usar, it has milk in it, and you take it and you re-cook it a second time along with other pieces of hetr.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: So do we look at that epsilhtai mutter?
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna be niflat now?
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be uh taken out through that second cooking, it's gonna have the then of bitl among everything else, and now it's gonna be mutter or efraltai asr.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: That's the aloha, that's the question over here.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: So says the gimmara Rab that says this halacha of khanan, chatiha atmis nasis nava.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: That piece of meat that it fell onto becomes a nibela, it becomes a shtik isr that's going to asr everything else.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: So Rab that says that what does he hold as it relates to Efshr Lasehtai Mutter?
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see it's very much tally hadaho.
• 18:12
  SPEAKER_00: What does Rab hold?
• 18:17
SPEAKER_00: Even if you re-cook it over here and everything comes out, it's still going to be uh it's still going to be usr and it didn't uh fix anything over here, then chatiha amai nasas nevela, then why would the piece of meat itself, why would the piece of meat itself that it fell onto in our case, our case of our mission, it falls onto a piece, that piece itself, according to Ralph, became an available.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_00: That piece itself became usr.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that if in a case where you recook it and it and once the once the milk comes out of that piece all of a sudden it becomes mutter, then how can you possibly tell me that the entire piece becomes isr?
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 18:53
SPEAKER_00: Because in our case, what happens over here?
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: It falls into that uh piece of meat, you didn't mix it right away, and therefore that piece becomes isr.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: But in the end of the day, it is part of this cholanth, and it will be nipple, it will come out of it at a certain point.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: So just like in the case where you re-cook it and it comes out, all of a sudden it fixes things.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: So Sotovir, how can you tell me that the entire piece of meat becomes Isr if it's gonna come out eventually, it's gonna spread out between everything else.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, if you recook it and there's no if you re-cook it and it comes out and all of a sudden there's no isr over here, then how could you possibly tell me that the khatiha atmas nas this entire piece of meat becomes nibela, it becomes Isr forever, the two don't combine, they don't go together.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, says the Gemara that it must be if you tell me that usr, you can't possibly say Rab Salah Bh Khanat.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: You can't possibly say Rav Salaha that the entire piece of meat becomes Isr, because again, he uh according to you, there's a way out.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: So obviously he holds that what?
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_00: Efshalla Saihtah, Usr.
• 19:51
  SPEAKER_00: This would not help.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: Even if you recook a piece of meat and it comes out, it will remain usr forever and it's not going to work, and that's the premise.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: That's how he's able to say that the chatih atma's nasa tumela, that khatiha itself becomes isr, and I don't care what happens next.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: We still look at this entire piece of meat as if it's usr, and that's gonna be forever.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, the Gemar speaks that out.
• 20:08
SPEAKER_00: So Alakazamar must be that he holds Ash's Usr.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, he holdshta usr, and that's how he's able to say that Khatiha Atma Nasis Nivela, this piece itself becomes Isr onto its own, and I don't care that it the milk might have left it later on, that doesn't make a difference.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: It becomes Isr onto its own.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: And where do we see Rav holds this by Eshlessekta Asr, the It's Mar.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: We actually have him in first here.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: We have that Rav Virabchanina viribana, and Rav is the one that we need over here.
• 20:36
  SPEAKER_00: That's what we're trying to prove.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: So Ravchanina and say the Amri Eshl Sechtah Asir, Shmu, Virab Shiman, the Amri Felassehtay Mutter.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_00: So we see R Rav clearly holds that Eshal Sechtah Asir, and that's how he's able to say that Khatiha Atman Asis Nevelah, and I don't even care that the milk came out later on if it got mixed into the cholins, and then the day if it became a nevela, it became an eva, and that piece of meat is always gonna be usur.
• 20:57
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gemara.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: Does Rav really hold that?
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: And they're gonna tell me, yeah, what do you mean?
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: We just brought a memra that says Rav and Rishlakish, and uh, or rather Rav and Rukhina and Rayachna literally say that verbanum.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_00: So that's actually not the Gemar's question.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: And the Gemara's question, as the Mufarsham explained, is that Rav is saying, and the Gemara is asking, does Rav really hold of this halach of Khanad?
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: Of Khatiha Atman Asas Nibelah?
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Why are we using the words Efshal Sichta Asr?
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: Because we just saw in the Gemara that it's Talih Ha Baha.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: We just saw that you could only hold that the Gemara said you can uh we just said that you could only hold chatiha atman asas neve if you say that effta asr.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_00: So when the Gemara says, does Rav really hold Efshal Sehta Asr?
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: The way we have to understand that right now, this is the only way it's gonna make sense, the Gemara in the Hamshah.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: So the g the the way we have to understand the Gemara is really asking, does Rav really hold that Hatiha Atzman asas nebeh?
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: And again, why is the Gemara using the words Efshal Sa'ta Asr?
• 21:50
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's Talihabaha.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara, Rav and Fsha Sehta Asr, does Rav really hold that chatiha atzmanasas nibelah?
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: In this case, the piece of milk fell onto the piece of meat and got absorbed.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: That entire piece of meat now becomes Isir.
• 22:02
  SPEAKER_00: Is that true?
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: But it was said over the following Kazaias Basar Shafala's like Yarusha Khalav.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: You have a Kazaiasr that fell into a massive vat of milk.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: So it's a Yarushal, it's a vat that for sure has shishin.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: Can I get the basar?
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: So what do we do over here?
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: Some of Rav Rav says, Basr Asir, the khalamatr.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: The busr is gonna be awser because the busr on to its own.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: It's a tiny piece of meat and it's full of milk.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: The basr is gonna be usr.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: But the khalaf in the vat is gonna be mutr because you have a ton of milk compared to the basr and it's not gonna be a problem.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, V Sal Kadai Thshal Sechte Asr.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: Great question, says the Gimar.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me, Sechte Asr, which again what does it mean over here?
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that Khatiha Atzmanasis Nivela, that piece of meat itself becomes a shtick of Isr onto its own, then now anything that comes out of it is gonna be uh Isr.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: So what happened over here?
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: You have a piece of meat that falls into a vat of milk.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_00: All of a sudden you have all this milk that's uh nivla into this piece of meat.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that that piece of meat now becomes Isr onto itself, khatiha atmanas nivaila is a lach of khanan, then chalov amai muttr, then why is the entire vat of milk muttr?
• 23:07
  SPEAKER_00: Khalav nivailahu.
• 23:08
  SPEAKER_00: It's considered khalam nivela.
• 23:10
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: Picture this the piece of meat falls in, it gets absorbed milk, right?
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: Milk gets absorbed into this piece of meat.
• 23:16
SPEAKER_00: What's the Allah Rab's gonna tell you?
• 23:17
  SPEAKER_00: Khanan.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_00: Khatiha atmanas melah, this piece of meat, the entire thing becomes isr, and everything in this piece of meat becomes uh isr.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_00: All the milk that got absorbed into this piece of meat is nivela.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it's swimming around this piece of meat, even if you take it out, you know, 30 seconds later, it doesn't matter, it's still here, and you have milk going in and out.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: Picture, you have milk the same way milk went into it and became nivela, that milk goes right out of it as well.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: It's nivla, it's nifla, and therefore it comes in and out.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: The milk that came in, khatiha atman asas neveelah, this entire piece of meat, along with the milk that was nivla, and it becomes nevela.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_00: When you have that milk that now comes back out into the vat, that's milk of nivelah going into a vat.
• 23:55
  SPEAKER_00: I have shishim, I don't care, it's min meminoi.
• 23:58
  SPEAKER_00: Minmamina in a batal.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: So says the gemara, if you're gonna tell me, khatiha atmin nasa nevela, in this case, why are you separating it?
• 24:03
SPEAKER_00: The piece of meat is asr, and the vat is mutter, you have shishim, what are you talking about?
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: You have milk that came out of the piece of meat, and therefore khatih nasan's newlah, and it should be min memino in a bottle and khal of nibelahu.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_00: This entire vat should be a problem, says the gemara.
• 24:16
  SPEAKER_00: The unlum kisava Rav.
• 24:19
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, really, I'll tell you that no.
• 24:21
SPEAKER_00: Rav does hold of this halahu.
• 24:23
  SPEAKER_00: He holds of Khanan.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: Khatiha Atzmanash and Fsehta is gonna be Usr.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: I have a question, what we just said, and therefore we should say that the entire thing should be Usr.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you that it's a totally different reason over there.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: The apostle says, which teaches us that Allah said it three times, one lachilah, one la bisho, as we know it always said in the lear in the terms of Bishal, to teach you that it's only gonna be usr if you first cook it der a khbishal, even lachilah but the point is that uh one is for a one is for bisha, one is for hana.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: But all the times it said it said it derhbishhal.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: So what does this teach me?
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: It teaches me something else.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: It teaches me that gidi asra taira, the emphasis over here was on the gidi, on the piece of meat.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: The taira, when it tells you don't cook meat and milk together, it's telling you, don't cook the meat in the milk.
• 25:15
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: Because the meat is gonna become asr.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: Gidi asr ta'h blah khale, the gidi is the problem, the meat is the problem, and the khalib is actually not the problem.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_00: So anytime you have a tarubas that's asr, it's also because of the meat Shabbai.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: The meat is asr and the khalib is actually not gonna be asr.
• 25:28
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore, what?
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: That is the premise to tell you that the rest of the vada milk is gonna be fine.
• 25:32
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: Because the tarah never asserted it.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_00: Nothing to do with the fact that min be min thy bottle, no, even the khalib that went into the meat is not a problem.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: What it comes back out, it's nibela.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: It's a totally different saqass that the milk is not a problem over here.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: And that's the Allah, but across the board, Rav holds Khatiha Atma Nasis Nivela, senzi gama.
• 25:49
SPEAKER_00: Mesabah Rav gidias tai khalab, is that true?
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: Rav holds that the tairah only asar and the tarubas of basar ba khalam.
• 25:56
SPEAKER_00: The tarah only asked the basar, and the chalob onto its own is really not a problem.
• 25:59
  SPEAKER_00: Is that true?
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: It's my butt of said over the following chatzi zais, basar ba chatzi zaice, chalob shiboshan zaimze.
• 26:05
SPEAKER_00: You have a half azayis, so that's chatzishir, right?
• 26:08
SPEAKER_00: If a half azais of basar, along with a half azais of khalom that you cook together.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_00: Amarab Rab says, Loike a lachila.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: So if you eat that, meaning combined, they they make a kazais.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: So you eat a half aze of the basar, and you eat a half aze of the khaleb that were cooked together.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna be like you're gonna get mauchas for eating it, but you're not gonna get mauchas for cooking it.
• 26:26
  SPEAKER_00: Ain't like I'll be shulay.
• 26:28
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 26:28
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see in a second, by the way.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_00: That's not our focus in this question.
• 26:31
SPEAKER_00: But the Gemar is about to explain in the next Gemara why there's a difference.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: Meaning the Gemara is gonna say manuf.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: If it's considered uh uh if it's considered mitstarfin, then you should be like on both.
• 26:41
SPEAKER_00: If not, like on none.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean you're only like for eating and not for and not for bishop?
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: So says the gmar, either way that's not the focus right now.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_00: But the question is like this algadiof starbala khalov.
• 26:50
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that the issir over here, that the asir and tarubis is only the basr and not the khalahilah, am I like it?
• 26:57
SPEAKER_00: Why are you getting malchus for the akhilah?
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: Did you eat a sheer?
• 27:01
  SPEAKER_00: You didn't eat a shir.
• 27:02
SPEAKER_00: You ate half a sheer, you ate half uh kazayas of the basr.
• 27:06
  SPEAKER_00: That was the isr.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_00: What about the half of the zayas that the chalov that you were trying to be metaref?
• 27:10
  SPEAKER_00: Gidi Asr Taray Khalaf.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_00: The chhalif is actually not usr.
• 27:13
SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna tell me that the chalib is not usr, why over here are you getting Malchus?
• 27:17
  SPEAKER_00: I'm I like it, chatsi shiru.
• 27:19
  SPEAKER_00: It's a chatsi shir.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_00: And we know there's uh machlekis, famous machelikes, Rabiakin Reshlakesh, chatzishir asumanatira, mutumanatara, we pask in like acharan that chatsi shir is asmanatara, but even Rabi'ichanan that holds that it's the raisa to eat a chatishir is gonna be masking that you don't get malchus, you only get malkas for a full shir.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_00: Why does the taira tell you she'urin?
• 27:37
SPEAKER_00: That's for the ainish, that's for the malchus, and therefore everyone's gonna agree across the board you're never you're never gonna get malchus on a chatishir, by the way, very interesting, not for now, but is uh that is where where where do we learn Hatsishir Asmanatara?
• 27:50
SPEAKER_00: It's learned from Kol Khelev.
• 27:51
SPEAKER_00: Kol teaches me any, even the tiniest amount, a chatzishir is gonna be asir as relates to Khailov.
• 27:56
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna and if you notice, anytime Hatsishir comes up in Shas, it's only by Midi dachil, it's only by by by uh by Isurin of Achilah, it's not by other things.
• 28:04
SPEAKER_00: Many people, many poiskim don't agree with this and they apply it to Heshab, it's all different types of things.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_00: But Khanzvi says kol chalev, that's where I learned it from, but it's limited to only Midi Da Akilah.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_00: Chatzishir Asamanatara is only true, or Vadi as a whole true man this, it's actually Avi Paskins, and this is Naget everything in Hil Khashab is all day.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: Chatzishir Asamanatara or not, is it darisa to do chatishir of an insidarisa or is it only daraban?
• 28:28
SPEAKER_00: So if you say the chatishir as applies to everything in the tarah, it's darisa across the board.
• 28:32
  SPEAKER_00: You did a chatzishir.
• 28:33
SPEAKER_00: But if chatzishir is only by Mididahilah, because we learned it from Kol Chilev, that's the whole Reba in the Paslik, that's what the Khachamsvi says, that's a khidish, that it only applies by Mididah Khilah then yeah, we pass in Chatishir Asmanatarah by Mididahila.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: Taruv is this and that, but by all other Isurin in the Tara, all other shirin that were sent in the Tarah in order to be Hayab, that would actually be Dira Banan.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_00: If you do chatzishir, it's actually gonna be mutar minatara, everything else, even according to the Byechan.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_00: But either way, it says the command like this.
• 28:59
  SPEAKER_00: That what's the question?
• 29:01
SPEAKER_00: The question is if you're gonna tell me that only the milk is the milk is actually not a problem, Idaraisa, then why in this case where you ate a half a zeis of busr and a half a zice of milk, are you gonna be like it?
• 29:11
SPEAKER_00: Even according to the Biakhan that says Hatsishir Asumatara, he's gonna be masking that that's only to be Iver is darisa.
• 29:17
SPEAKER_00: But Malchus, you're not gonna get Malchus unless you're Ivar ishir.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, I'm I like Hatsishir, who and everyone agrees, Hatshir you're not gonna get Malkus.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_00: Elonum Khasov Rav, Halov Nami Asr.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_00: Must be that Rav holds that the Khhalab itself is gonna be m uh usr, and he doesn't hold the salocha of uh Gedi Asser Tavalay Khalav.
• 29:34
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara of Achamaskin on Okay, so if the Khalib itself is Usr, then back to the question.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_00: Why is the vat, why is the entire vat not Usr now, right?
• 29:46
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 29:46
SPEAKER_00: Because you have this piece of milk that went back out, min bimina, it should be it should be uh in a bottle to us of the whole thing.
• 29:52
SPEAKER_00: We're dealing with the case over there in the vat.
• 29:55
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about where the vat is boiling.
• 29:57
SPEAKER_00: Now we're assuming that the whole time, right?
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: But what's the khadish over here?
• 30:00
SPEAKER_00: That if it's boiling and it was in a consistent state of boiling, then miblla bala miflat laipala.
• 30:07
SPEAKER_00: It's only by laya this piece of meat, and none of the milk that was absorbed in this piece of meat is niflat back out into the rest of the vat over here.
• 30:16
SPEAKER_00: None of it goes back out.
• 30:16
SPEAKER_00: You're right, if it went back out, you would have this problem.
• 30:18
SPEAKER_00: Khaticha atmos nature, it went back out, min bimina in a butt, the whole thing.
• 30:23
SPEAKER_00: But none of it goes back out.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_00: It's only nibla and the the the the lumness over here is that while it's boiling, it could only do one job.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_00: And if it's intaking, it's only intaking, it's not polit anything.
• 30:34
SPEAKER_00: Mivla bala miflet loy polit, it's not niflet anything back out anything into this vat, and therefore it's not gonna be a problem.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_00: So you're right, in khajbin, if a pea little uh drop of milk came out of this piece of meat, khatiha atma nasa de me la minamina in a bottle, the entire vat would be would be a problem.
• 30:49
SPEAKER_00: But we're talking about a case where it was boiling the whole time, and therefore the piece of meat did not expel good word anything.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_00: So as the Gemara, okay, but what's the question?
• 30:58
SPEAKER_00: Safe safe, kinaih when it calms down and stops boiling, hot or it.
• 31:03
SPEAKER_00: I understand that while it's boiling, this this piece of meat is very busy at work being boiling.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_00: But as soon as it stops boiling, it's gonna it's gonna be nipped out.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_00: What it was by it's gonna be nipped uh milk right back into the vat.
• 31:14
SPEAKER_00: Says Gimara, because she caught him a silk of a tom in a case, Mitssias, where he took it out while it was still boiling, and it never got to the point where it stopped boiling, and therefore, you're right, Mitssias.
• 31:22
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't it, uh why isn't it gonna answer the whole thing?
• 31:24
SPEAKER_00: Because this piece of meat actually didn't expel any piece of milk back into the vat.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_00: And that's why it's different in that case.
• 31:29
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Gufa.
• 31:39
SPEAKER_00: Now we're gonna ask the question we referenced before.
• 31:43
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_00: If it's Mistarf together, the Hatsi shir, then you should be high also for Bishop.
• 31:47
SPEAKER_00: And if they're not Mistarf, then Akila Namile, okay.
• 31:49
SPEAKER_00: You shouldn't get Malkash for the Achilo.
• 31:50
SPEAKER_00: So what mayh tas you're gonna Malkash with Akhilo, but not for the Bishop.
• 31:53
SPEAKER_00: So it's like Mistarfi, really it's not Mitsarif.
• 31:55
  SPEAKER_00: Uh bib, miyarigada.
• 31:57
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about it's really two different cases.
• 31:58
SPEAKER_00: The case of Achilah and the case of Bishop is two different cases.
• 32:01
SPEAKER_00: The case of Achilo is different.
• 32:03
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about where he started with a full shear.
• 32:05
SPEAKER_00: There was a full kazais of each one.
• 32:07
SPEAKER_00: It's not just that he ended up eating a half aze of this and a half azeis of that, but you had the right starting point.
• 32:12
SPEAKER_00: You had the right starting point of the full kazais of each one.
• 32:14
SPEAKER_00: Whereas by Bishop, you only started with a half aze of each one, and that's one of the case of difference.
• 32:18
SPEAKER_00: V Levi Amar, so that was that was all and Rav, right?
• 32:23
  SPEAKER_00: Levy argues.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_00: Levi says, Af like albishulli.
• 32:25
SPEAKER_00: No, Levi argues and says you're even gonna get Malchus on the Bishel, the Khain Tanya Levi Masnis, and Levi talk over in a braid so that's a good thing.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_00: The same way you get Malchus for eating, for eating it in this type of case, so too you're gonna get Malchus for cooking it for half a share and half a sheer.
• 32:39
SPEAKER_00: They are going to be Mitsarif of the Eze Bishop Amra.
• 32:42
SPEAKER_00: And which bisho are we talking about that you're gonna be high?
• 32:44
SPEAKER_00: How much do you have to cook it?
• 32:48
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about bishool that others, Rashi says it's of uh, a bishop that an akum would eat it, and what's that?
• 32:55
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about the bisho that others would eat it, and what is that?
• 33:00
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be a bishop cut sarcha.
• 33:02
SPEAKER_00: You need to cook it all the way in order to be hive.
• 33:06
SPEAKER_00: If the akum would eat this, meaning it was cult sarakai, that is where you're gonna be haived.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_00: Malchus, according to Levi, Ralph argues, and Ralph says that you're only gonna be high in this case where you eat it, but not in the case of not in the case of Bishul, and we saw the reason a minute ago, and we'll hold it over here.
• 33:22
SPEAKER_00: Anyways, this next Khajman goes to
