🚨Putin's BOLD GOLD Move!🚨 Precious Metals Investors BEST Hear THIS - (Gold and Silver Price NEWS) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:01
Vladimir Putin makes a bold move in precious metals and there's a
0:05
lot more to this story than just what we're hearing on the
0:09
surface. We'll dig into that.
0:11
But first, is there a going out of business sale at the big
0:15
major exchanges? Is the COMEX having what other
0:18
people out in front? Somebody needs to go by and take
0:20
a picture. Are there people out in front of
0:22
the COMEX with signs that say going out of business sale?
0:25
Let's go take a look at why I'm saying that and then, yes, we
0:29
will talk about the current state of the silver and gold
0:33
market, which is a little uncomfortable today, but we get
0:37
this from traditional money. Who says silver inventories are
0:41
disappearing? All right, Should we call it an
0:43
inventory clearance sale or a going out of business sale?
0:47
The LBMA down 21.4 million oz, the COMEX down 119, the point
0:54
6,000,000 oz. This is from the start of 2026.
0:59
Guys were only what, 3 months into the year?
1:02
And the Shanghai Futures Exchange down 168.15 tons.
1:08
The world's three biggest silver vaults are being drained, and
1:13
this comes from a chart from Silver Elephant Mining.
1:16
There's the numbers right there. OK, we're going to talk about
1:19
Vladimir Putin next, but let's go out and look at the bad news
1:23
today going on in the precious metals markets.
1:26
We are looking at the spot price of gold down $124 per oz.
1:32
Silver in this quote UN quote spot market at $67.80.
1:39
Let's look at silver in the futures market, 67, 50.
1:42
So we are backward dated slightly with the futures price.
1:47
Remember this is the May contract.
1:49
So that's the futures price being slightly lower than what
1:54
what we have in the spot market. That is a very unusual
1:57
situation. Let's take a look at the dollar
2:01
index because that's providing some temporary headwinds to both
2:05
the silver and gold price. As you can see we're at 90,
2:10
9.87, right below 100. But as you know on a long term
2:15
basis, heck, we'll just pull it up and look on a like 50 year
2:19
chart. We are right here.
2:22
Get rid of that. Hold on, here we are.
2:26
Hold on, we are right at 100 right there.
2:30
We are traditionally pretty darn high.
2:33
We've only been above 100 for a couple periods out of the last
2:36
number of years. So temporary headwinds to the
2:40
silver and gold price. And heck, since we're outgoing
2:43
on a little Internet field trip, let's not forget this is what
2:48
supports everything AUS national debt of $39 trillion and
2:52
counting. Let's get the big 40 trillion
2:55
party ready and the paper upper to silver ratio still sitting at
3:00
383 to 1. So we are living in a make
3:05
believe world when it comes to the paper price of silver and
3:10
the paper price of gold. And we're going to talk about
3:13
now a big, big move by Vladimir Putin.
3:16
OK, this is big. But on top of that, there's much
3:20
more to this when we go a little underneath, underneath the
3:23
surface as to what we can expect within the precious metals
3:26
markets. You know, the headline news is
3:28
always one thing, but there's always all this depth underneath
3:32
what's really going on. And I think we've got some great
3:35
points to look at when we when we check out what's going on
3:39
right now with the gold and silver markets.
3:43
And we get this, and this comes from Bloomberg.
3:47
Second biggest gold producer on Earth is banning exports.
3:52
So big headline news yesterday, Russia is banning gold exports.
3:57
Now I get why the panic buyers are reaching out.
4:00
Putin signs decree limiting gold bullion exports from May from
4:05
Bloomberg Putin signs banning decree banning gold bullion
4:09
exports exceeding 100 grams from Russia starting May 1st.
4:14
Does have some exceptions. But guys, the important thing to
4:18
consider here, OK, This is not only Russia that is banning gold
4:23
exports, but also China, right? The two two of the world's
4:27
biggest gold powerhouses more more to consider on this OK
4:32
Russia is not like does not have a shortage of gold.
4:36
They are the world's one of the world's largest producers so why
4:40
would they be think about this they're one of the world's
4:42
biggest producers of gold. Why would they be banning
4:46
exports if they have all this gold?
4:48
OK, All right, we'll get into that.
4:50
Gold is no longer just a commodity right now.
4:53
It is becoming, not becoming. I apologize, I said that wrong.
4:58
Gold is reclaiming its spot and silver as the world's original
5:05
reserve currencies. It's being used in trade.
5:08
Countries aren't trusting each other.
5:10
And it's getting, we got a, we got a some very interesting
5:14
developments in our world that we're going to talk about.
5:17
They're protecting real money, OK?
5:20
They know. And, and, and Putin's on record
5:22
saying this like 2 years ago, like the West uses imaginary
5:26
make believe money, right? They print whatever they want,
5:29
blah blah, blah. So think about this, OK?
5:32
China is not allowing gold exports.
5:35
Russia is not allowing gold exports on top of that.
5:39
We know that. Hold on a second.
5:42
OK, sorry about that. We know this this we talked
5:45
about this what a week ago, right?
5:48
China, the, the, the big summit between President Xi Jinping and
5:52
China and Donald Trump was canceled. the United States says
5:55
it was Trump who decided to cancel it.
5:57
And I think we're getting reports from China that that are
6:00
saying maybe insinuating the China was the one that canceled
6:03
it. All right.
6:04
And we have the war in the Middle East, which we're going
6:07
to get an update on, a very simple update because it's very
6:11
confusing, but some powerful simple points that are made
6:13
about what's going on there. A big war at the same time.
6:17
The bottom line is, think about it, when it comes to and gold,
6:21
the countries of the world are hoarding it.
6:24
OK, The world central banks we know are hoarding it.
6:28
Tether, the world's biggest crypto company, is hoarding it.
6:31
They're the world's biggest buyer of gold behind central
6:33
banks because there's a breakdown in trust.
6:37
There's massive uncertainty. I don't like it.
6:39
I wish we, I'm sure you do too. We wish we lived in a more
6:43
certain safe, peaceful world. But there's a lot of turmoil
6:48
going on in the world right now. That's why we come to the
6:51
basement and hang out with each other.
6:54
It's like a safe harbor during these uncertain times and I love
6:58
when you come down here and spend some time with me.
7:01
We trust each other. Please do us a favor.
7:04
Subscribe to the channel, give the video a thumbs up.
7:07
Those are both free. Leave a comment in the comments
7:10
section that's free too. We want to learn from you in
7:13
super chat. Super thanks.
7:15
Never expected at all. Always super appreciated.
7:19
Now we're going to good. We're going to get to the war in
7:23
big things there in just one, one second.
7:25
But to show that there's a scramble in the world for gold.
7:28
It's not just Russia saying we want our gold or China saying we
7:32
want our gold or this big news report, which I'm going to cover
7:35
tomorrow, that France, the country of France just
7:38
refinished, repatriating all of their gold.
7:41
Let's take a quick look at what's happening in Turkey.
7:47
This is crazy. Gold is gone in Turkey.
7:51
OK, here's a post and we're going to come back because
7:54
there's more, a jeweler in Bilek, Bilekchek said.
7:58
I've been a jeweler for 28 years in Turkey.
8:03
This is the first time there's no gold in 28 years.
8:10
If there were any gold, we'd be selling it.
8:13
And I can't read Turkish, but I believe his sign says, sorry, no
8:17
gold for you, No soup for you, no gold for you.
8:20
Now let's go down and see what's happening in in, in Japan
8:26
because JP and I Japan shares this with us.
8:29
OK, Similar story for silver in Japan.
8:32
I went to some dealers and they have super low supplies.
8:37
Also trading P2P on the biggest Japanese type eBay site at a 58%
8:43
premium over what the COMEX says the prices right now.
8:48
So it's happening in Turkey, it's happening in Japan, it's
8:52
happening. We know in Singapore, we get
8:54
updates from Bullion Star, big groups.
8:56
People are scrambling, countries are scrambling, companies are
9:00
scrambling to get their hands on these metals.
9:02
Why? Because there's a massive
9:04
breakdown interest in the world right now.
9:07
I want to say thank you to channel sponsor first meant,
9:09
right, the silver exclusive meant you guys love them.
9:13

9:17
There it is right there. Hold on, there you go.
9:20

9:23
world's best silver bullion products.

9:40

9:43
have been. So happy with everything from
9:46
First meant. I get unbelievable positive
9:49
feedback and channel sponsor First Mining Gold.
9:51
Canadian gold developer with two huge multi million ounce
9:54
projects in Canada. I have a interview coming out
9:58
tomorrow that we did with Paul Morris, their Director of
10:01
Investor Relations and Richard Juan, their Vice President of
10:05
Corporate Development. A lot of exciting things going
10:08
on with First Mining Gold and you can learn more about them at
10:12
firstmininggold.com and we are back.
10:16
Oh, and please don't forget, I'm not a financial advisor.
10:19
Don't buy or sell silver, gold, stocks, bonds, mutual funds,
10:21
cryptocurrency. Adopt A puppy.
10:23
Don't do anything based on what I say.
10:26
Always be responsible with any of your financial decisions.
10:29
I will give that advice. Let's get an update on what's
10:33
going on in the war. I thought this summed it up as
10:37
good as anything and this comes from WF whale fudd.
10:42
Big account as I remember 440,000 of followers.
10:47
He said the current war situation Trump you have 48
10:51
hours to meet her demands. Iran says we won't Trump then
10:55
let's take 5 days and negotiate. Iran says.
10:58
Iran says we're not stopping. Trump says how about a one month
11:01
ceasefire. Iran says not needed Trump then
11:05
we'll send U.S. troops and Iran says come closer.
11:08
All in the span of a week. It's a I'm not I will say this.
11:13
I'm not a political channel, but I don't like war.
11:16
I don't like what's going on. But when I read that, I thought
11:20
that kind of seems like what's been happening lately.
11:22
Let's hope for the best out there in the world, but we
11:25
aren't going to keep our heads in the sand, right?
11:28
There's a lot of turmoil, a lot of uncertainty going on in the
11:32
world right now. A lot of why the gold and silver
11:35
price have been beat down during this war, right?
11:38
Everybody's confused. I get it.
11:40
Everybody thinks, oh, when the water breaks out, people should
11:42
be going to safe haven. People are because gold has been
11:46
such a safe haven. And I read this last night from
11:49
one of the top analysts, right? It's given people in areas of
11:53
the world that are being torn apart right now the ability to
11:57
use that gold to protect themselves.
12:00
Unfortunately, that meant that a lot of people in a lot of parts
12:03
of the world have had to liquidate their gold and silver
12:06
holdings, right, to raise cash. That's why the US dollar is
12:10
going up in the end, right? Look, it's not good noise.
12:14
I don't like war at all. I wish it wasn't happening, but
12:17
it's a lot of short term noise. Gold and silver in the long run
12:21
are going to do incredibly, incredibly well.
12:24
OK, the a big secret factor that will push up the price of gold
12:31
and silver is the tokenization of gold and silver.
12:36
And it's happening on a mass scale right now.
12:39
I even heard Pierre Lasson, the legendary Pierre Lasson talking
12:42
about the company Tether the other day.
12:45
They have this product XAUT. It's a gold token.
12:49
Each token, right, is backed by 1 ounce of real gold and a
12:52
vault. And big news came out.
12:54
Even Kitco is following this story about what Tether is doing
12:59
next in this is a is a big major development.
13:04
It says with gold holdings reaching sovereign scale.
13:08
Yes, this company Tether has as much gold now as a let when they
13:12
say sovereign scale, they mean as many countries in the world.
13:16
Tether announces the first full audit by a BIG4 firm.
13:21
That's one of the big Four accounting firms.
13:24
Tether, the largest stable coin issue in the world and one of
13:27
the largest buyers and holders of physical gold, announced it
13:31
is that it has engaged one of the big four accounting firms to
13:34
conduct the first full independent audit since its
13:37
founding. What that means is they are
13:39
going to allow the Big Four accounting firm to confirm, to
13:43
validate that yes, indeed, for each one of those tokens that
13:48
the Tether has created, the gold token, there is one ounce of
13:52
gold in the vaults in Switzerland.
13:54
In an announcement published at the company's website, Tether
13:57
said the long-awaited move would constitute the largest ever
14:02
inaugural audit in the history of financial markets, a scale
14:08
rarely seen outside the world's largest financial largest
14:11
sovereign institutions, and encompassing a unique, complex
14:16
mix of digital assets, traditional reserves and
14:19
tokenized liabilities. This audit marks a defining
14:22
moment not only for Tether, but for the evolution of modern
14:26
finance itself. Whether you like crypto or don't
14:29
like crypto, that's besides the point.
14:32
Everybody's entitled to their own thoughts or the blockchain.
14:35
Tokenized gold. Tokenized silver is here to
14:39
stay, and it's growing and growing.
14:41
And the reason why it's important is because each time
14:45
one of these tokens is created, it requires, in this instance,
14:50
Tether, to buy an ounce of gold or buy an ounce of silver.
14:54
There's tokenized silver products out there as well from
14:58
the company Kinesis. I'm doing research on Kinesis by
15:00
the way. If any of you guys have worked
15:02
with them or have an opinion, send me an e-mail.
15:05
You can get the e-mail address and the description of this
15:07
video. Nonetheless it could it is it is
15:11
people all over the world and Pierre Lassan said this like the
15:14
five 500 million people have have have have access to crypto
15:19
wallets and access to this tokenized gold right and think
15:23
about it right throughout the world, people love gold, people
15:27
love silver. So whether you like the
15:28
blockchain, crypto, any of that that, that that's besides the
15:31
point. The reality is that as tokenized
15:34
gold and silver continue to be adopted, it's going to create.
15:38
I believe in five years we're going to be down here and you're
15:41
going to say, we talked about it first in the basement that it's
15:45
going to be the biggest, you know, like solar and still is,
15:49
right. This big new wave of demand for
15:52
silver, the tokenization of gold and silver will be the next big
15:56
wave of demand for gold and silver as we take weather move
16:01
through the coming months, quarters and years.
16:04
Very, very interesting. Let's go to our good friend, the
16:07
silver billionaire, David Bateman, who's putting out more
16:11
powerful statements about silver.
16:15
It's incredible. Before I do that, I also want to
16:17
say thank you to channel sponsor Brixton Metals.
16:20
They're Canadian Metals Exploration company.
16:24
It's a stock I own personally for six years before they
16:27
sponsored the channel. They've got 4 projects, all of
16:31
them are in Canada, in the United States, and their
16:33
exploration projects are for copper, gold, silver, nickel,
16:38
and they just put out some incredible interesting drill
16:41
results from their Langus Silver project up in Canada.
16:45
Again, I'm not a financial advisor.
16:47
All stocks, all bonds, everything is risky.
16:50
Please do your own research and be responsible as well.
16:54
What I would say. All right, let's go to the
16:55
silver billionaire and see what he's up to.
16:58
Our old friend, he's dropping it.
17:00
He's dropping the mic on this one.
17:02
But then we've got a little manifesto that he wrote that
17:05
we're going to read as well. David Bateman.
17:07
Yeah, this guy owns like 15,000,000 ounces of physical
17:12
silver. He says this.
17:14
This is the 2030 monetary Olympics.
17:17
Spoiler alert, the gold medal in 20-30 will go to silver, the
17:23
silver medal will go to gold, and the bronze medal will go to
17:28
copper. Dishonorable mentions Fiat,
17:31
crypto, and CBDC. OK, now let's go on to the next
17:36
one from Mr. Bateman. This is a powerful that last one
17:40
was fun, but true. This is a powerful statement
17:43
from Bateman. The mathematical certainty of
17:45
Fiat in credit collapse. OK, it look, math shows no
17:49
forgiveness, guys on the on the altar of truth.
17:53
Remember, we looked at the US debt clock just a little bit
17:55
ago. We are up a Creek without a
17:57
paddle. The credit collapse is
17:59
simultaneously our biggest risk and greatest opportunity.
18:04
In the short term, you should have a plan to feed and protect
18:07
your family. In an extreme collapse scenario,
18:10
he says it could be coming. On the other hand, this is the
18:13
greatest chance in history, excuse me, to put an end to the
18:18
secret criminal networks that run the world.
18:20
They're scared. They've been meticulously
18:22
planned to maintain power through this collapse for
18:25
decades, but it's not insured. We decide what kind of world
18:30
will rise from the ashes. Will you fight for the right
18:33
outcome? What can you do?
18:35
He says. I submit you don't need to storm
18:37
the castle or take up arms. You need to convert your savings
18:41
into silver. Physical only, not for financial
18:48
reasons, but because silver is the Achilles of the Cabal.
18:52
When silver runs out, the chains that bind us break in the chaos
18:56
begins. Godspeed.
18:58
So there you go. From the Silver billionaire
19:01
himself. Quite a powerful statement.
19:03
I don't know if you agree with that or don't agree with that,
19:05
but we do know one thing for sure, as we talked about earlier
19:13
during this live stream, right? Everyone is scrambling for
19:17
precious metals, absolutely, no doubt about it.
19:20
And we're getting more and more sorry, my phone is blowing up.
19:24
Hold on one second. Hold on, guys.
19:28
I'll be right back. OK, All right.
19:32
I don't know why, but it keeps making noises on me.
19:35
I apologize, but we get good news, right?
19:39
A big reason. A big.
19:40
A big a big example, a big fact of why that's the case is
19:44
because the world central banks have been buying a lot of gold
19:47
and we get new news about what we can expect throughout 2026.
19:53
Let's go right here to the headline from Investing Live.
19:58
Central banks seen sustaining gold demand amid geopolitics and
20:04
de dollarization. And we'll just talk about the
20:06
highlights, which tell us. Central banks are expected to
20:11
remain active gold buyers in 2026.
20:14
New and previously inactive buyers are entering the market.
20:19
Recent purchases from Indonesia, Malaysia and Guatemala.
20:24
The demand is tied to geopolitical risk, right?
20:27
People don't trust each other, including countries and the
20:31
dollarization trends. Gold prices sharply lower from
20:34
recent highs. Elevated prices may slow the the
20:38
pace of purchases or the bargain basement prices that it feels
20:42
like we're getting right now could increase them in industry
20:45
forecast should be viewed in context of vested interest.
20:49
Central bank's demand for gold is expected to remain a key
20:53
support for the market throughout 2026, underpinned by
20:57
geopolitical and the continued move away from the US dollar and
21:03
our good friend silver trade. You want to hear about something
21:06
here? Want to hear about something
21:07
good? On a day when silver and gold
21:11
are getting clobbered, our friend Silver Trade has raised
21:14
his estimate of the silver price to $250 per oz.
21:20
That sounds like music to our ears right now.
21:23
Let's go take a look at what he says.
21:25
Why? I've raised my target to $250.
21:28
As US stagflation transitions from a modest annoyance to a
21:34
deadly tidal wave, the erroneous mindset of the Western investor
21:38
crowd will be corrected. And what I dubbed the panic
21:42
reset of intelligence and what he's talking about #1 is
21:47
stagflation. Yes, the economy is stagnant by
21:50
most measures. OK, some people are calling for
21:54
a major recession. More and more Wall Street
21:57
analysts are telling us that we are going to have a recession.
22:01
I've got a article we're going to look at tomorrow on that
22:04
recession with inflation. Look the cats out of the bag
22:08
with what happened in the Middle East.
22:09
The ship has sailed, OK? Oil prices skyrocketed.
22:14
This is not going to get fixed overnight.
22:17
And best case scenario, maybe by the end of the year we get at
22:20
oil prices maybe back in that 6065 range.
22:25
We have a recessionary, very high recessionary outlook coming
22:32
in 2026 and we definitely are going to have elevated
22:37
inflation. That is stagflation.
22:40
That's what he's talking about when it comes to everybody else.
22:43
And that's what he referred to, this collective awakening or
22:46
collective intelligence waking up, right.
22:49
Those are the other 98% of the people in the United States, the
22:55
people that don't get what's going on, the people that have
22:58
no clue what real money is that have even invested like you have
23:02
into learning right about what's really going on, right?
23:06
And when they, they're not going to wake up by doing research,
23:10
you know how they're going to wake up.
23:12
They're going to wake up when they start hearing about all
23:14
their friends getting laid off. They're going to wake up when
23:16
they go to the grocery store, right?
23:19
And groceries suddenly cost 2025 thirty, 40% more than they're
23:24
going to wake up. All right, The other inflation
23:27
that we had what, back in 2022, post C-19, I mean that that like
23:32
shocked people, right? And I said this all along that
23:36
when the next wave of inflation hits similar to what it did in
23:39
the 70s, that's when we're going to have a big number of people,
23:43
people that we like to affectionately refer to as the
23:46
sheeple, right? When they wake up, they're going
23:52
to, they're going to say, what am I going to do, right?
23:55
My dollars are becoming worthless, not worthless, worth
24:00
less. And then they're going to say,
24:02
you know, I've been hearing a lot about silver.
24:05
I've been hearing a lot about gold, right?
24:07
That's why silver trade is talking in my opinion.
24:10
I'm not putting words in his mouth, but I think his post is
24:13
very accurate. That's why people are going to
24:16
wake up. And at that point, there could
24:18
be a mad rush for physical gold and silver.
24:21
And don't forget, guys, there's not a lot out there.
24:24
The retail silver market is very, very.
24:28
Are you sensitive? Well, the retail silver market
24:31
is as sensitive as they get, right?
24:34
Like a 12 year old boy or girl. I'll leave that one alone
24:38
anyway, right? Super sensitive, right?
24:42
It takes very little. Remember, remember, right?
24:45
Since I've been down here making, making videos and
24:48
connecting with you in the basement, we've had two times
24:50
where there was big shortages, right?
24:53
Waiting 5678 weeks to get physical metal.
24:57
And that's nothing I don't, I think compared to what we're
25:00
going to see sometime in the next four or five years, maybe
25:04
the next four or five months, I don't know, maybe I'm wrong.
25:08
But the, but I do know one thing for sure, the retail silver
25:12
market is so sensitive. There's not a lot out there.
25:15
Yeah, sure, you can go to your local coin shop today and know
25:18
that their shelves will be full. But it just takes a little
25:21
shift, right, a little movement, maybe another one or 2% to start
25:27
of the US population. They might be able to get some
25:30
silver and gold as well. But when 5%, six percent, 8% of
25:36
people decide they want to protect themselves with silver
25:39
and gold, it's going to be wiped out.
25:41
OK. There's not going to be any to
25:43
go around. All right, let's talk about
25:45
China. They're up to it again.
25:47
OK China is vacuuming in the world.
25:50
Silver. Uh oh.
25:52
What is this? What?
25:55
Hold on. Which one do I hit?
25:56
No, OK, something just popped up on up.
26:00
You didn't see it. Now I've got the right screen
26:03
shared something Chinese just popped up on my channel.
26:07
Over 790 tons, China's silver imports touch eight-year highs
26:14
in early 2026. Yes, that's January and
26:19
February. China imported 790 tons in the
26:24
first two months of the year. But wait, there's more because
26:28
International Stacker, great channel, I think they call
26:31
themselves the crustacean nation says China is quietly vacuum,
26:36
vacuuming up the world's silver like an auric.
26:39
And inventories are collaborating.
26:41
New analysis from Silver seek shows reportedly Shanghai silver
26:46
inventories have plunged back to levels not seen since 2015.
26:50
We looked at that earlier, right?
26:52
Is there a clearance sale? Is there a going out of business
26:54
sale? Right, If the Shanghai gold
26:56
Exchange in the Shanghai futures exchange, what about the LBMA in
27:00
the COMEX? China flipped to a net importer
27:04
in February, 450 tons. Retail investors are piling into
27:08
silver bars as a cheaper alternative to gold.
27:12
Solar manufacturers in China are stockpiling ahead of policy
27:16
changing changing. This is happening while the
27:18
Comex vaults continue to bleed and have a inventory reduction
27:23
sale and global silver remains in its sixth straight year of
27:29
structural deficit. Paper can be get manipulated.
27:32
Physical silver is disappearing fast, especially in China.
27:37
OK, thank you. And he says to the Crustacean
27:39
Nation, Silver's channel, Silver's China's.
27:44
Easy for me to say. China's silver appetite, next
27:47
big catalyst. Silver breaking out sooner than
27:50
expected. You buying more?
27:52
He's asking his community that question.
27:54
OK. And you know, while we're at it,
27:57
let's just go out to our friend the Oriental Ghost and get an
28:00
update on today's physical silver price in China, just to
28:05
demonstrate. Make sure we're up.
28:07
Yep, we're up on the right screen.
28:10
OK? For those of you who are new,
28:12
this is the Shanghai Gold Exchange and the Shanghai
28:16
Futures Exchange. This is the Shanghai Gold
28:20
Exchange, and this is silver. And this shows us that in China,
28:25
silver closed at $78 per oz. That's their physical market,
28:32
that's their spot market, the Shanghai Gold Exchange, where
28:35
you actually are required to have the physical metal to
28:39
execute trades, which is very interesting, $78 in China.
28:44
Let's go to hold on here, let's go to our spot market, which is
28:51
$68, a full $10 discount inventory reduction sale right
28:57
now at the LBMA in the spot market.
29:01
Unbelievable. Wonder what our futures price
29:03
is. Here we go $68 per oz Crazy.
29:08
Hey, while we're out here, let's go look at this because it is
29:13
getting precariously high. This is the 20 year U.S.
29:17
Treasury yield. And guys, this is a big, big
29:21
problem. 5% is kind of the line in the sand.
29:25
People are talking about the fact that the basically the
29:29
government runs into big, big problems right around this 5%
29:34
twenty year Treasury yield number.
29:36
We're talking about mortgage rates going to 7%.
29:39
We're talking about lending costs going up.
29:41
What that indicates is that people do not want to buy longer
29:45
term debt of the United States. And can you blame them, right?
29:49
I mean, do you want to loan money to the United States for
29:53
20 years for 5% interest? When you know, when you can look
29:57
at the US debt clock and see what's happening there, it's
30:00
going to be interesting, right? We will navigate these choppy
30:04
waters together a lot. What we are experiencing right
30:08
now in my opinion in the precious metals market is a lot
30:13
of short term noise. OK, look out a year from now,
30:18
look out two years from now. Look at the fundamental factors
30:23
that are supporting the prices that we have right now.
30:26
Silver consolidating right in the mid 60s to mid 70s range.
30:31
Gold consolidating above $4000 per oz.
30:35
And when you take into account the big primary fundamental
30:39
factors, basic, quite simply, the devaluation, the loss in
30:45
real value in the US dollar, the the outlook for the precious
30:50
metals looks better than ever. Hey, thank you for joining me
30:53
down here in the basement. We really appreciate you
30:56
upstairs. Susie's a little under the
30:57
weather, so give her a little give her a little love in the
31:01
comments section. Oh, wait a minute.
31:03
Hold on here. Oh, Jimmy Blue, thank you for
31:07
the Super chat. And National Rod and Susie Day.
31:12
Oh, boy. Yeah, that that.
31:14
I'll tell you what. Here, let's pull them up.
31:16
You are famous on the Internet, my friend.
31:19
If that's the case, we're in real trouble.
31:22
But we do appreciate the Super chat.
31:24
We appreciate all of you joining us down here in the basement.
31:27
Please subscribe to the channel, leave a comment in the comment
31:30
section and we will navigate these choppy waters of the
31:34
precious metals and we will do it together.
31:39
Think about where we're going to be two years from now.
31:41
Because two years ago when we were down here together, those
31:45
of you who were down here, part of the basement dweller
31:48
community, we had no idea two years ago where we would be
31:53
today. If we had told our two years ago
31:56
selves that take your current age and subtract 2 years, right?
32:00
That we would have $6867 silver, that we would have gold right
32:06
above $4000, right? And I believe there to stay, we
32:10
would be jumping for joy. Consolidations are normal in any
32:16
market. Nothing goes up in a straight
32:19
line unfortunately, OK, except for the US national debt.
32:25
But any asset like gold and silver.
32:27
And again, you know, that's if we, if we choose to measure
32:32
ounces of gold and oz of silver, if we choose to use the US
32:36
dollar as the unit of measure, the really smart people.
32:39
And I don't include myself in that because I have a hard time
32:43
remembering this value. Their precious metals in ounces,
32:48
OK, not based on EUR or dollars or yen or anything else.
32:53
Remember, gold and silver had been the reserve currency of the
32:58
world, right? The only form of real money.
33:01
People get mad when you use that word currency, but you get my
33:03
point. Gold and silver had been there
33:06
through the entirety of history. OK, guess what, We got something
33:10
in common. You may not realize that, but
33:13
it's very likely that you and I have a common relative who was
33:17
alive 4000 years ago. OK, our great, great, great to
33:21
the 99.9 whatever degree, grandpa, right, a common
33:27
relative 3000 years ago and that person when they held an ounce
33:33
of silver or an ounce of gold in their hand, it was basically as
33:37
valuable as it is today. It is timeless.
33:41
There's a lot of short term noise.
33:42
Buckle up, right? There may be more short term
33:45
noise, but I believe that silver and gold are a wise way to
33:49
protect our wells now and in the future.
33:52
I will look forward to seeing you next time.
33:54
Thanks for joining me down here in the basement.
33:56
Take care, all right? You're important.
33:58
Be good to yourself and I'll see you soon.
34:01
Bye. Bye.
