- 0:38Speaker 2: Adam Todd Brown joining me his co host this week.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Who are you?
- 0:42Speaker 3: Connor mcspadden Back in the trap.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Gang, Connor? How's it going man?
- 0:46Speaker 3: It's going good. We got a good round up of
- 0:48Speaker 3: stories this week. You know that song Damn it Feels
- 0:50Speaker 3: Good to be a gangster? Yes, yes, I think this
- 0:52Speaker 3: episode could be called Damn it feels good to be
- 0:54Speaker 3: a grifter. It's a good time to be on the
- 0:58Speaker 3: grift in America.
- 0:59Speaker 2: It is a great time to be that right now. Yeah,
- 1:02Speaker 2: there's some interesting stuff we're covering today. We're doing a
- 1:05Speaker 2: conspiracy News roundup episode. But I feel like there's a
- 1:10Speaker 2: consistent theme through a lot of this, at least certainly
- 1:14Speaker 2: through line. Yeah, until we veer off into the pedophile
- 1:16Speaker 2: stuff the end.
- 1:17Speaker 3: But you know, the pedophile stuff is like that's uh,
- 1:20Speaker 3: it's like the it's that that's pervasive in every conspiracy.
- 1:24Speaker 3: I mean, you can have always there. You're gonna find
- 1:26Speaker 3: that in everything from JFK to Stalin's advisors. You know
- 1:30Speaker 3: it's around.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Yeah you uh.
- 1:32Speaker 3: If you need a break from the tyranny of propaganda,
- 1:35Speaker 3: I do suggest you check out my one hour stand
- 1:37Speaker 3: up special Live and Tucson out now on YouTube. You
- 1:40Speaker 3: give your brain a little break from the decay of democracy.
- 1:45Speaker 2: How is the special going? I still haven't had a
- 1:47Speaker 2: chance to watch it because there's just so much sports
- 1:50Speaker 2: on right now.
- 1:51Speaker 3: But soon it's going way better than I expected. I've
- 1:53Speaker 3: been appreciating all the support I had. Lots of unpops
- 1:56Speaker 3: people in the comments, lots of me and boys people.
- 1:58Speaker 3: So yeah, it's going great. Man.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I think honestly the only reason I haven't watched
- 2:03Speaker 2: it is it's on YouTube, and I just don't like
- 2:05Speaker 2: I When I sit down to watch TV, I never think.
- 2:08Speaker 3: You never pop up in the YouTube app.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Yeah, when I watch YouTube on TV.
- 2:13Speaker 3: When I watch YouTube on TV, I feel three times
- 2:15Speaker 3: as unemployed as I am. It's just got an extra
- 2:20Speaker 3: dimension of shame, Like, oh man, I'm watching car reviews
- 2:23Speaker 3: on the big big screen. What the fuck is the
- 2:24Speaker 3: matter with my life?
- 2:25Speaker 2: Watch it this weekend? All right, we should get into
- 2:28Speaker 2: this shit because we're gonna to cover We got a
- 2:31Speaker 2: lot to cover. A lot of it is very serious,
- 2:35Speaker 2: like the part about how we are almost certainly going
- 2:39Speaker 2: to be at the tipping point of civil war soon,
- 2:42Speaker 2: at least at least according to Sarah Palin.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Sarah Palin is back finally in pog form.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Have you missed her?
- 2:52Speaker 3: I kind of did miss Sarah Palin because she harkens
- 2:55Speaker 3: back to like Sarah Palin was the last time the
- 2:57Speaker 3: political comedy was actually funny. I mean, Tina fet doing
- 3:00Speaker 3: Sterio with Pitt Sarah Palin was actually funny. Yeah, and
- 3:03Speaker 3: then we had just four years of Alec Baldwin doing Trump,
- 3:07Speaker 3: which was tyrannical.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Yeah, that was just like.
- 3:12Speaker 3: This ego driven like it was only his ego keeping
- 3:15Speaker 3: that fucking sketch on the air. I don't think anybody
- 3:18Speaker 3: enjoyed it, No, no, But Sarah Palin was actually kind
- 3:21Speaker 3: of fun. It was actually kind of goofy. It was like,
- 3:23Speaker 3: oh my god, this this silly thing happened. Can you
- 3:25Speaker 3: believe what John McCain did.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Yeah, there was a point where she just seemed like
- 3:29Speaker 2: not harmless, but you know, she was just kind of
- 3:33Speaker 2: a goofy figure on the world stage. Sure she believes
- 3:36Speaker 2: all that conservative, right, wing bullshit.
- 3:38Speaker 3: But it makes you nostalgic for a time when this
- 3:40Speaker 3: was the scariest thing happening in America. Yeah, it's like
- 3:46Speaker 3: how naive we were.
- 3:47Speaker 2: She did the mass singer too, She didn't really, she
- 3:52Speaker 2: performed Baby Got Back on the past.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Fucking kidding me.
- 3:56Speaker 2: I'm not mistaken. Those fucking this.
- 3:59Speaker 3: They in the world, and it's not even close.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Those maniacs had fucking Juliani on.
- 4:05Speaker 3: We have our desk spots. Pop there, pussy inside fucking
- 4:09Speaker 3: snow fox costumes.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Yeah, she wrapped something. I'm pretty sure it was Baby
- 4:13Speaker 2: Got Back.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Do you remember what her get up was? She is
- 4:17Speaker 3: a Was she one of the animals she shoots from
- 4:19Speaker 3: a helicopter?
- 4:20Speaker 2: Say, it'd be really poor taste if she was a wolf. Yeah,
- 4:23Speaker 2: it looks like she's some kind of stupid ass mouse.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Yeah fuck real life.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Yeah, she does kind of have that look of sexy
- 4:31Speaker 3: cartoon mouse from a Disney movie. Yeah, like like rescue rangers,
- 4:36Speaker 3: like something you'd like fap to before you even learn
- 4:38Speaker 3: how to fap when you're eight years old.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Yeah, before you even know what you're doing.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Yeah, you're just kind of playing with it.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Yeah, she's back in the News because she is kind
- 4:47Speaker 2: of sort of threatening to overthrow the government.
- 4:50Speaker 3: That's kind of the move. Now, that's that's sort of
- 4:52Speaker 3: how you get clicks. You kind of sort of threatened
- 4:54Speaker 3: to overthrow the government.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and I mean not that we don't need the
- 4:59Speaker 2: government over throne. It's just that I don't want them
- 5:02Speaker 2: to be the ones who do it.
- 5:03Speaker 3: I know, like no one wants a brand new constitution
- 5:06Speaker 3: more than me. But I don't know if the mouse
- 5:08Speaker 3: from the Mass singers the Thomas Jefferson of it.
- 5:11Speaker 2: She was on a Newsmax show, so we're off to
- 5:16Speaker 2: a banging start.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Already America's last fucking truly independent institution Newsmax.
- 5:24Speaker 2: This is a quote from an interview she did there recently.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Those who are conducting this travesty and creating this two
- 5:32Speaker 2: tier system of justice, I want to ask them, what
- 5:35Speaker 2: the heck do you want us to be in civil war?
- 5:38Speaker 2: Because that's what's going to happen. We're not going to
- 5:40Speaker 2: keep putting up with this. She is, of course, referring
- 5:43Speaker 2: to Trump being prosecuted and indicted.
- 5:47Speaker 3: And you know she meant it because she said, heck.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Why would you just not cuss in that moment, Like
- 5:54Speaker 2: of all the times, it's that us fuck.
- 5:56Speaker 3: You know, this is a cuss worthy event. If it's
- 6:00Speaker 3: what you're talking about. It's a two tiered system of justice.
- 6:03Speaker 3: This is hellworthy. You can drop a hell on that.
- 6:06Speaker 3: I wouldn't mind a damn in there.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Yeah. She said that during an interview with Newsmax that
- 6:12Speaker 2: was conducted at the exact same time Trump was surrendering
- 6:15Speaker 2: at the Fulton County Jail. That's my favorite thing about
- 6:18Speaker 2: him making a T shirt out of his mug shot
- 6:20Speaker 2: is it says never surrender underneath it.
- 6:23Speaker 3: It's like, oh, is that is that the official march?
- 6:26Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like, bitch, you had to surrender to get
- 6:28Speaker 2: that mug shot.
- 6:29Speaker 3: Those are going to move like fucking tickle me elmos
- 6:33Speaker 3: in two thousand and three. That is going to be
- 6:35Speaker 3: the product of the year.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Yeah. I can't wait to see someone take one to
- 6:39Speaker 2: Pond Stars, like fifteen years from now.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Yeah. Immaculate, still in the plastic wrap.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and they're required to buy it by the government
- 6:48Speaker 2: because it has Trump's faced on it.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Big hosses on constant dialysis. He's hooked up to a
- 6:54Speaker 3: machine during the shoot, like some kind of job of
- 6:56Speaker 3: the Hut creature.
- 6:58Speaker 2: So kind of like pond Stars right now.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Kind of like Ponstar's says it presently is She's.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Probably not wrong about this, Sarah Palin. This does seem
- 7:07Speaker 2: like it's going to be the thing. Like, if anything
- 7:09Speaker 2: is going to cause at least one side to erupt
- 7:13Speaker 2: in violence, it'll be Trump not being allowed to run
- 7:17Speaker 2: for president again or something along those lines.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Yeah. I mean, like you just you sort of wonder
- 7:23Speaker 3: what would happen if they sort of did a January
- 7:25Speaker 3: sixth with their shit together and a little political capital.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Yeah no, and like what country instead of just at
- 7:32Speaker 2: the capital?
- 7:33Speaker 3: What did Trump even spend his political capital on? Like
- 7:36Speaker 3: Barack Obama got Obamacare? What is the Trump thing that
- 7:39Speaker 3: he used his like force majeure when he got into office,
- 7:43Speaker 3: Like I couldn't even tell you.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Space force?
- 7:46Speaker 3: Space Yeah, space force, which, which, by the way, we're
- 7:50Speaker 3: now like even in the Bided administration, they're like, oh no,
- 7:53Speaker 3: we need that. We totally need that. The military industrial
- 7:57Speaker 3: complex doesn't get smaller, that's not how it works.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we do need space force. Just it sucks
- 8:03Speaker 2: to have to agree with Trump, but.
- 8:05Speaker 3: I mean, I mean it sucks to be in a
- 8:08Speaker 3: condition of world peace that's dependent on fucking massive weapons
- 8:12Speaker 3: systems and mutually assured destruction like that.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Kind of sucks. Yeah, that also sucks. Here is a
- 8:19Speaker 2: quote from the Guardian article that we'll link to about
- 8:23Speaker 2: Sarah Palin. No one wants to believe that their beloved
- 8:26Speaker 2: democracy is in decline or headed toward war. But if
- 8:29Speaker 2: you were an analyst in a foreign country looking at
- 8:32Speaker 2: events in America the same way you'd look at events
- 8:34Speaker 2: in Ukraine or Ivory Coast or Venezuela, you would go
- 8:38Speaker 2: down a checklist, assessing each of the conditions that make
- 8:41Speaker 2: civil war likely, and what you would find is that
- 8:44Speaker 2: the United States, a democracy founded more than two centuries ago,
- 8:49Speaker 2: has entered very dangerous territory. That is Barbara F. Walter,
- 8:54Speaker 2: author of How Civil Wars Start and How to Stop Them,
- 8:58Speaker 2: speaking to the Guardian. She's also a CIA advisor, so
- 9:01Speaker 2: she knows a thing or two about toppling goddamn democracy.
- 9:05Speaker 3: I hope that the F stands for fucking Walters, because
- 9:07Speaker 3: that was quite the quote. Barbara fucking Walters. Yeah, Yeah,
- 9:11Speaker 3: that's so hilarious that she's a CIA advisor, because it
- 9:14Speaker 3: really does actually give her very rarely well being a
- 9:17Speaker 3: CIA advisor give you added credibility on conspiracy the show,
- 9:20Speaker 3: but in this case certainly.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. If you're talking about democracies falling and you're
- 9:26Speaker 2: the CIA, I trust what you're saying.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Yeah, you've been around the block.
- 9:30Speaker 2: What do you think our role is going to be
- 9:31Speaker 2: in a civil war? Are we gonna like, are we
- 9:33Speaker 2: gonna have to fight? I mean you might, you're you're
- 9:36Speaker 2: you're still young and fresh, like I'm worn out. Man.
- 9:40Speaker 3: My my role in a civil war, I'm a Canadian
- 9:43Speaker 3: refugee guy, guy running away.
- 9:47Speaker 2: You know.
- 9:48Speaker 3: They asked the guy from Walking Dead, what do you
- 9:49Speaker 3: do in his zombie apocalypse? And he said, kill my
- 9:51Speaker 3: son and then kill myself.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Yeah, uh yeah, I uh you know, I'll be one
- 9:58Speaker 2: of the wait and see guys. Tag me in last
- 10:01Speaker 2: minute if you need me. Otherwise I'm not.
- 10:04Speaker 3: There's enough of a civil war going on in America's
- 10:06Speaker 3: gas stations, you know, just at any place where there's
- 10:09Speaker 3: unhoused people. Yeah, you can. You can see it's bruin,
- 10:13Speaker 3: you know, like the all the ingredients are there.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Yeah, that's civil war. Candidate number two is homelessness. Like
- 10:20Speaker 2: even here in super liberal LA, who we are not
- 10:24Speaker 2: liberal about that shit.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Yeah, bust them off to Santa Anna. That'll continue to
- 10:28Speaker 3: work forever, exactly.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Yeah, send them to Comptent, Yeah exactly, Please don't. Yeah,
- 10:35Speaker 2: I don't know, Like it does feel like we're working
- 10:39Speaker 2: towards some sort of dissolution of this marriage.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Like I would say, just on the discourse level, we're
- 10:45Speaker 3: at soft civil war right now. There's a complete lack
- 10:47Speaker 3: of friction from either side to either side like they would.
- 10:51Speaker 3: We believe in completely separate realities. Like we've gotten to
- 10:54Speaker 3: a point where it's not politics. It's like, what's your
- 10:56Speaker 3: own personal fan fiction about what's happening in the world,
- 10:59Speaker 3: and while you want it to be happening, you know,
- 11:01Speaker 3: like some people, Oh, it's absolutely ridiculous that you know,
- 11:04Speaker 3: you'd say that Hunter Biden was involved in this ure.
- 11:07Speaker 3: No it's not. Oh, it's absolutely ridiculous that the election
- 11:10Speaker 3: was still in it. No, it wasn't. Like there's there's two
- 11:13Speaker 3: completely different sets of reality and it's just which one
- 11:17Speaker 3: are you invested in.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Yeah, it's bad times. It's really bad times in this country.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Not to get too technical with my analysis, but.
- 11:26Speaker 3: At least this next story is a glimmer of hope
- 11:28Speaker 3: oh Man.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Trump has vowed to lock up political enemies if he
- 11:33Speaker 2: returns to office. This is a thing that will definitely happen.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Oh yeah, if he wins. When he wins, for shore Right,
- 11:41Speaker 3: I'm surprised by how little locking up there was last time.
- 11:44Speaker 3: I thought there would be at least a couple like
- 11:45Speaker 3: show trials, at least a couple sort of overtures to
- 11:48Speaker 3: his base to do a little locking up. Yeah, it
- 11:52Speaker 3: was more of a it was more of a chant
- 11:54Speaker 3: than anything.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Yeah, there was nothing ever really to it, Like he
- 11:58Speaker 2: never tried, and that I wonder for Trump supporters that
- 12:02Speaker 2: had to be like kind of for me when Obama
- 12:05Speaker 2: never closed Guantanamo.
- 12:06Speaker 3: It's like, but you said, yeah, right, that's a very
- 12:09Speaker 3: good analogy.
- 12:10Speaker 2: And then Trump supporters, I'm sure we're hoping. Well. I
- 12:14Speaker 2: mean that's if you're talking QAnon Trump supporters. That's where
- 12:17Speaker 2: a lot of q Andon types eventually broke with Trump
- 12:20Speaker 2: is because they were expecting him to pull off these
- 12:24Speaker 2: mass arrests.
- 12:26Speaker 3: You said, you was, go and lock them up. Yeah,
- 12:29Speaker 3: there's even and they have a point, you know what
- 12:31Speaker 3: I mean, Like, that's that was the why they gave
- 12:34Speaker 3: you that political capital.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Yeah, and yeah, there's documentaries out there where they interview
- 12:40Speaker 2: QAnon types who after that election and it ended without
- 12:44Speaker 2: anyone being locked up. They were like, man, guy fucking
- 12:48Speaker 2: lied to us.
- 12:48Speaker 3: Huh yeah, well at least.
- 12:50Speaker 2: They still don't, like they're not deterred from believing the
- 12:53Speaker 2: QAnon stuff. It's just like, well, Trump's part of it.
- 12:56Speaker 3: They're like, that obviously is not the issue. Yeah, the
- 12:59Speaker 3: storm is coming. Trump has been compromised. I love that
- 13:02Speaker 3: this is a real throwback to Glenn Beck, who was
- 13:06Speaker 3: kind of I remember his kind of heyday during the
- 13:08Speaker 3: John Stewart era, and he was really sort of just
- 13:11Speaker 3: Alex Jones with a tie, like he was kind of
- 13:14Speaker 3: prep school Alex Jones.
- 13:15Speaker 2: I don't remember exactly what happened, didn't something happen that
- 13:19Speaker 2: got Glenn Beck kind of jettisoned from the public eye.
- 13:22Speaker 3: He kind of got deplatformed or lost his show or
- 13:25Speaker 3: something like that. I forget exactly went down, but you're right, yeah.
- 13:28Speaker 2: He's This interview with Trump happened on the Blaze TV,
- 13:32Speaker 2: which call your local cable operator and demand the Blaze TV.
- 13:36Speaker 3: I would say it's the only outlet that said that
- 13:38Speaker 3: rivals the legitimacy of Newsmax for sure.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Glenn Beck he was interviewing Trump on his Bullshit TV
- 13:46Speaker 2: channel and at one point he asked Trump this, do
- 13:49Speaker 2: you regret not locking Clinton up? And if your president again,
- 13:52Speaker 2: will you lock people up? Which what a boneheaded, fucking question.
- 13:57Speaker 3: It sounds like something a little kid, would you know
- 13:59Speaker 3: what I mean?
- 14:00Speaker 2: Yeah, he just asked to blow him already?
- 14:03Speaker 3: Will you make the bad guys go away?
- 14:06Speaker 2: And Trump replied the answer is you have no choice
- 14:10Speaker 2: because they're doing it to us, which I don't know
- 14:14Speaker 2: that that's true, but that I wouldn't expect any other answer.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Yeah, And I mean the guy is being indicted, he
- 14:20Speaker 3: can This is like another It looks like a point,
- 14:23Speaker 3: you know what I mean? Yeah?
- 14:25Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah. He's currently under four indictments, facing ninety one
- 14:29Speaker 2: criminal charges. Back in August, Politico crunched the numbers and
- 14:34Speaker 2: found that if Trump was convicted on every charge and
- 14:37Speaker 2: sentenced to the maximum punishment possible, he'd be facing six
- 14:41Speaker 2: hundred and forty one years in jail.
- 14:43Speaker 3: Now, I have a feeling that this number is just
- 14:45Speaker 3: going to illustrate how much he got away with in
- 14:48Speaker 3: three and a half months. When it's uh yeah, he
- 14:51Speaker 3: gets a slap on the wrist and yeah, fine or something.
- 14:53Speaker 2: And all that was before the Georgia indictment. When you
- 14:56Speaker 2: take that into account, he's facing seven hundred and seventeen years.
- 15:00Speaker 2: But that's only if he got indicted on every count
- 15:02Speaker 2: and got the maximum sentence. So like I would have
- 15:06Speaker 2: to be the judge for Trump to get that kind
- 15:09Speaker 2: of sentence. But still it's a lot. He's seventy seven.
- 15:13Speaker 2: That feels like not old enough.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Like yeah, and well, any prison sentence is like almost
- 15:19Speaker 3: a life sentence maybe, you know.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Right, Also at seventy seven, I feel like, oh god,
- 15:25Speaker 2: that could go either way. He could be around another
- 15:27Speaker 2: twenty years.
- 15:28Speaker 3: The meanest grandparent lives the longest. You know that old rule.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Have you heard Trump's personal theory of human energy and
- 15:35Speaker 3: life and death? Oh no, this is this is absolutely fascinating,
- 15:39Speaker 3: As he's admitted this in interviews before that he believes
- 15:43Speaker 3: basically that you have a finite amount of movement in
- 15:46Speaker 3: your body, so he tries to move as little as
- 15:49Speaker 3: possible as a strategy for longevity. Like he believes that
- 15:53Speaker 3: you have a definite amount of manna that you can
- 15:56Speaker 3: exert into your body and by not moving, he's actually
- 16:00Speaker 3: like doing the healthy thing.
- 16:02Speaker 2: That is so crazy.
- 16:04Speaker 3: It is really really fantastic. It's one of my favorite facts.
- 16:07Speaker 2: But that that sounds so much like Trump because what
- 16:09Speaker 2: he's basically saying is, Okay, you know, everything they say
- 16:14Speaker 2: about how to live longer, none of that now opposite,
- 16:18Speaker 2: I have.
- 16:18Speaker 3: A new paradigm that allows you to eat Cheetos.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Hard and rejoice Cheeto that's for sure.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Well, you know you can't. You can't dispute one of
- 16:27Speaker 3: America's fucking the Tom Brady of snacks.
- 16:31Speaker 2: So Republicans, in response to Trump being indicted, impeached, all
- 16:37Speaker 2: of these things, they're going their own course and trying
- 16:41Speaker 2: to get Biden impeached. That's just one thing they're trying
- 16:45Speaker 2: to do.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Yeah, which I like, we used to impeach people because
- 16:49Speaker 3: like there's some crazy reason. Now it's like weo fucking
- 16:52Speaker 3: it's not fair.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it's got to be even.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Yeah, well is not to say that the hunter Biden
- 16:57Speaker 3: Ukraine shit does not stink to the highest heavens.
- 17:00Speaker 2: That's the thing, and you kind of touched on it earlier,
- 17:03Speaker 2: like I get that we as a country have chosen
- 17:07Speaker 2: our sides, but that doesn't mean you have to act
- 17:10Speaker 2: like Hunter Biden didn't do anything. Yeah, Like it's pretty
- 17:15Speaker 2: like you can just really basic details, like the real details,
- 17:20Speaker 2: like the actual story. Yeah, and it's pretty clear like
- 17:24Speaker 2: Hunter Biden probably was not on the up and up.
- 17:26Speaker 3: And by denying it, don't you make yourself look worse?
- 17:29Speaker 3: Like don't you make your fucking argument look less salient
- 17:33Speaker 3: by not admitting like fucking black and white facts.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Yeah, Like I get it, like never Trump, like we
- 17:41Speaker 2: don't want Trump to be our president, but that doesn't
- 17:44Speaker 2: mean you have to pretend Hunter Biden's not a fucking
- 17:47Speaker 2: sleeze ball.
- 17:48Speaker 3: Like we've gotten to the point on a divisiveness level
- 17:51Speaker 3: where Barack Obama's like fucking bloviating platitudes start to seem meaningful. Yeah,
- 17:57Speaker 3: Like like baracko Manbama having that guy over for a
- 17:59Speaker 3: b seems like the fucking woodstock all of a sudden
- 18:04Speaker 3: compared to this.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Yeah, Like Hunter Biden takes pictures of himself smoking crack,
- 18:10Speaker 2: Like that's crackalthy, Does I promise you that?
- 18:15Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 18:16Speaker 2: So that's what the impeachment hearings are center centering around.
- 18:22Speaker 2: And the problem for Republicans is Hunter Biden and Joe
- 18:25Speaker 2: Biden are not the same person.
- 18:27Speaker 3: No, And there's a pretty good argument to be made
- 18:30Speaker 3: that Hunter that Joe Biden is not aware of anything
- 18:32Speaker 3: that's going on and is an administrated like exactly do
- 18:35Speaker 3: you want to talk talk about insulated?
- 18:37Speaker 2: Like and what about that too?
- 18:40Speaker 1: Like?
- 18:40Speaker 2: On the one hand, Republicans are arguing, like, Joe Biden
- 18:43Speaker 2: doesn't even have his faculties about him. You can't even think.
- 18:46Speaker 2: And it's like, and he's also pulling off massive crimes
- 18:48Speaker 2: in Ukraine?
- 18:49Speaker 3: Yeah, is it one or the other?
- 18:50Speaker 2: You know?
- 18:51Speaker 3: Like, how about we have him draw clock? That would
- 18:54Speaker 3: be the trial of the centry? To me, is Joe
- 18:56Speaker 3: Biden draw clock?
- 18:59Speaker 2: And this idea that if Hunter Biden was committing crimes
- 19:03Speaker 2: as part of his role as an advisor to an
- 19:06Speaker 2: energy company in Ukraine, that Joe Biden, like some reason,
- 19:10Speaker 2: had to know about that. Why I wouldn't tell Dad
- 19:14Speaker 2: about that? If I was Hunter Biden and.
- 19:16Speaker 3: He has lunch with Kamala Harris every week, I bet
- 19:18Speaker 3: he doesn't even know that he does that. I bet
- 19:22Speaker 3: he's like, who's that nice lady?
- 19:23Speaker 2: Exactly? If anyone was gonna arrest Joe Biden, it'd be
- 19:26Speaker 2: Kamala Harris, she's such a fucking cop. Yeah, he was
- 19:29Speaker 2: committing crimes, he'd go down right away. And yeah the
- 19:33Speaker 2: other Yeah, that's the other problem. Republicans don't have any evidence,
- 19:36Speaker 2: Like there's no way to prove Hunter Biden and Joe
- 19:38Speaker 2: Biden like talked about what Hunter Biden might have been
- 19:42Speaker 2: doing in Ukraine, which also hasn't been proven. By the way,
- 19:46Speaker 2: I just like I don't.
- 19:47Speaker 3: And I imagine that they have a like every politician
- 19:50Speaker 3: has a team of people that's dedicated to help them
- 19:53Speaker 3: commit crimes. And for some reason, I think that the
- 19:57Speaker 3: the Biden team is a little bit more grounded than
- 19:59Speaker 3: the Trump Giuliani team. Oh you know, like call me biased.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Have you looked into the Hunter Biden laptop thing?
- 20:07Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's some good stuff.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Because that also I, on the one hand, again am
- 20:14Speaker 2: completely open to the idea that Hunter Biden might have
- 20:18Speaker 2: committed some crimes, But that laptop story is bonkers. Like
- 20:23Speaker 2: a guy just happened to pick the one right wing leaning,
- 20:29Speaker 2: mostly blind computer shop to drop this laptop off at,
- 20:34Speaker 2: and that just magically makes its way to Rudy Giuliani
- 20:38Speaker 2: and like Giuliani when there was a point where someone
- 20:42Speaker 2: a reporter asked. They were like, well, will you just
- 20:45Speaker 2: show us this evidence that you say is on this
- 20:47Speaker 2: laptop And his actual response was no, you'll just try
- 20:51Speaker 2: to debunk it. It's like, yeah, man, that's what the
- 20:55Speaker 2: media does.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Well, if it wasn't bunk, wouldn't you want it to be,
- 20:59Speaker 3: wouldn't you? It was great evidence when you put it
- 21:01Speaker 3: out there, and to see how sterling it is.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it's so crazy, Like you should.
- 21:06Speaker 3: Really check the stickers, the bumper stickers in the parking
- 21:09Speaker 3: lot before you drop your laptop off at the computer shop,
- 21:12Speaker 3: Like you need to see if there's like two, if
- 21:14Speaker 3: more than one locker up, you gotta fucking find someplace else.
- 21:17Speaker 2: I wonder how that how did they even find that place?
- 21:21Speaker 2: Because what a stroke of luck that the guy they
- 21:24Speaker 2: dropped that computer off at is also blind, so he
- 21:27Speaker 2: can't definitively be like, yeah it was Hunter Biden.
- 21:31Speaker 3: And how is does he work on computers? By feel
- 21:33Speaker 3: like some kind of savant, like he just knows the
- 21:36Speaker 3: circuit boards?
- 21:37Speaker 2: And why's Hunter Biden taking his own laptop? And like
- 21:41Speaker 2: you're rich, you have someone do that for you?
- 21:43Speaker 3: Throw it at your personal assistant with a Starbucks gift card,
- 21:46Speaker 3: Like what is being rich for?
- 21:48Speaker 2: Exactly? Our next story, this one is.
- 21:52Speaker 3: This guy is awesome.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Yeah, this, this guy could have been the entire episode.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Right Wing conspiracy theorist Stu Peters has called for Hunter
- 22:01Speaker 2: Biden to be executed.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Have you ever heard more of a narky name in
- 22:06Speaker 3: your life than Stu Peters?
- 22:08Speaker 2: And the way it's spelled, that's that's not like I
- 22:12Speaker 2: get it, but it's like a bowl of Stu. Yeah,
- 22:14Speaker 2: he's spelling it like the meal as opposed to like
- 22:18Speaker 2: Stu and I get it. Maybe his name is spelled
- 22:21Speaker 2: s T E W A r T, but still you
- 22:24Speaker 2: can play you can play Lucy Goosey with that. You know.
- 22:27Speaker 3: John Stewart's name didn't have one N in it before
- 22:30Speaker 3: Show Business or no h you know, like.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Yeah, like a S T E P H E N
- 22:37Speaker 2: translates to Steve just fine, and there's no V and Steven.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Just mix it up, dude, Come on, Stu, Peter and
- 22:45Speaker 2: p and and and Peters, Stu Peters, Peter's out this guy,
- 22:51Speaker 2: this fucking guy during a stop on the Reawaken America tour,
- 22:56Speaker 2: which I'm sure as a fucking blast.
- 22:58Speaker 3: It's like for anti vaxxers.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like Michael Flynn's Traveling Conspiracy Theory road show.
- 23:07Speaker 3: It's like when Charlie Sheen was doing that Torpedo of
- 23:10Speaker 3: Truth tour.
- 23:11Speaker 2: I wish I went to that.
- 23:13Speaker 3: Yeah, that was sick, just.
- 23:15Speaker 2: To see what the fuck was going on. There was
- 23:17Speaker 2: it just him talking.
- 23:18Speaker 3: I'm well, it was him and Jeff Ross. I think
- 23:21Speaker 3: got a point, but I was like fourteen. But yeah,
- 23:24Speaker 3: there was a there was an element of it that
- 23:25Speaker 3: was just Charlie Sheen monologuing his manifesto.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Yeah, amazing. He's still alive, right, Charlie Sheen.
- 23:31Speaker 3: Oh yeah, he's still kicking. I mean he's got the
- 23:33Speaker 3: fucking magic Johnson Aid's drugs.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that makes sense.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Yeah, probably live longer than we will.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Sure will, probably because he'll align with the right wing
- 23:43Speaker 2: when they inevitably take over the country. So at this
- 23:47Speaker 2: tour stop, Stu Peters not only called for Hunter Biden
- 23:50Speaker 2: to be executed, also doctor Anthony Fauci. He said Fauci
- 23:55Speaker 2: should quote hang from a length of thick rope until he.
- 23:59Speaker 3: Is dead, and the thick rope was that necessary?
- 24:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean Fauci is a very slight guy. We
- 24:07Speaker 2: should save the thick rope for like higger people like
- 24:10Speaker 2: Michael Moore or whatever.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Yeah, you gotta Michael Moore. You might need some industrial
- 24:16Speaker 3: chains exactly a forklift or something.
- 24:20Speaker 2: He said. Fauci deserves the rope for backing a Wuhan
- 24:24Speaker 2: bioweapons lab to do research that eventually cost millions of lives.
- 24:29Speaker 2: So he's saying Anthony Fauci started COVID basically, oh yeah.
- 24:34Speaker 2: And as for Hunter Biden, he said he should get
- 24:36Speaker 2: quote the Julius and Ethel Rosenberg treatment.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Which very deep conspiracy pull.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:43Speaker 3: That I had to look that one up.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Yeah, he's gonna have to explain that one to a
- 24:47Speaker 2: couple of people like I vaguely recognized the names as
- 24:51Speaker 2: those people being spies, and just in the context of
- 24:54Speaker 2: what he said, I was like, Oh, they must be spies.
- 24:57Speaker 3: But yeah, the League nuclear see and stuff back in
- 25:01Speaker 3: the fifties.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Yeah, and they might have been framed maybe framed. Actually
- 25:05Speaker 2: I saw one bit of analysis on it that said
- 25:08Speaker 2: they were guilty and framed all at the same time.
- 25:10Speaker 3: Oh, interesting they were. They were guilty enough to be framed, right, they.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Were guilty enough, but good enough at what they did
- 25:17Speaker 2: that they couldn't really be caught, so we had to
- 25:19Speaker 2: frame them.
- 25:20Speaker 3: Interesting. Well, you know that sounds like America. Yeah, we
- 25:23Speaker 3: need a good story, we need we need to fucking
- 25:25Speaker 3: uh you know, Jack Ruby to come in and clean
- 25:29Speaker 3: up the loose ends.
- 25:30Speaker 2: Yeah. And for the record, the Julius and Ethel Rosenberg treatment,
- 25:35Speaker 2: they got electrocuted. They died by electric chair.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Which I would rather not that I'm into, you know,
- 25:42Speaker 3: like X like not that i'd want to go see
- 25:43Speaker 3: a public hanging, but if I was to go see
- 25:45Speaker 3: a public execution, I think i'd rather see an electric
- 25:47Speaker 3: chair than are hanging.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Yeah, there's gonna be way more theatrics in a hanging. Oh,
- 25:52Speaker 2: it's just brutal if they don't die right away. Oh,
- 25:55Speaker 2: you don't want to watch that.
- 25:56Speaker 3: I can't even watch the episode of Members only. The
- 25:59Speaker 3: episode is a pran is where Gene Panikorvo hangs himself.
- 26:03Speaker 3: The acting is too good. It's brutal.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Yeah. They also it's not the series finale of Homeland,
- 26:09Speaker 2: but one of the season finales of Homeland. The fucking
- 26:13Speaker 2: redhead Dufist from Billions gets hanged, and it's a tough
- 26:17Speaker 2: scene to watch, yeah, because leading up to it, he's like,
- 26:21Speaker 2: there's something wrong with that rope. It's not long enough.
- 26:24Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm just gonna choke up there. I'm gonna suffer.
- 26:27Speaker 2: And that's exactly what happens pretty rough.
- 26:32Speaker 3: What do you say about the Secretary of Homeland Security
- 26:34Speaker 3: at him.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Oh man, The Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Maiorcis Stu
- 26:39Speaker 2: Peters wants him executed as a treasonous trader for allowing
- 26:44Speaker 2: rapists and murders and killers and goons to cross the
- 26:48Speaker 2: border into the United States.
- 26:51Speaker 3: By which he just means Mexicans. No, is it not
- 26:54Speaker 3: just exactly what he's saying pretty much?
- 26:57Speaker 2: Yeah, which I mean that's not a surprising talking point
- 27:00Speaker 2: from this crowd, but no, they're usually not.
- 27:04Speaker 3: He could have said delicious food and cheap labor and
- 27:07Speaker 3: fun people exactly.
- 27:09Speaker 2: So this is a quote from Stu Peters in the
- 27:12Speaker 2: world that we're going to build traders will hang end quote.
- 27:17Speaker 3: It sounds sounds like a villain from a BioShock game.
- 27:21Speaker 3: It's just for the measure, the grandiosity of these people.
- 27:24Speaker 3: It's like it never ceases to amaze me.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Yeah. He also, for good measure called for the drowning
- 27:31Speaker 2: of doctors who care for transgender patients. I wonder how
- 27:35Speaker 2: he decides the method of execution for each other.
- 27:38Speaker 3: That's a great point. Some people get a thick rope,
- 27:41Speaker 3: some people it's a shallow grave. Some people got to drown.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Like if history has taught us anything, at some point
- 27:47Speaker 2: they're gonna have to come up with some more efficient
- 27:50Speaker 2: options because Nazis put up numbers when it comes to
- 27:53Speaker 2: killing people.
- 27:54Speaker 3: And that's that's the thing. When you really got to do,
- 27:57Speaker 3: got to move volume. It's like you're gonna have a
- 27:58Speaker 3: guy tying individual newses for every one of these people.
- 28:01Speaker 3: Where we get in the rope, I mean, we got.
- 28:03Speaker 2: All this small batch artists and murder ain't cut it.
- 28:07Speaker 2: I'm going I have to factory that shit.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Silver Lake Farmers Market murder.
- 28:13Speaker 2: Stup Peters for those who don't know. And this will
- 28:15Speaker 2: certainly jog your memory once I say it. He's a
- 28:18Speaker 2: filmmaker who has cranked out some classic films over the
- 28:22Speaker 2: past couple of years, including Watch the Water, which is
- 28:25Speaker 2: about how covid is say it with me people at
- 28:28Speaker 2: home caused by snake venom in our drinking water, and
- 28:31Speaker 2: the vaccine turns humans into satanic hybrids, which that's kind
- 28:36Speaker 2: of neat. We're hybrids now, we're like X men.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Great, and this guy is speaking to like fifty thousand
- 28:42Speaker 3: person crowds.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, you know. That's what I have.
- 28:46Speaker 3: That's what I always have to respect about the right
- 28:48Speaker 3: wing is that they just they just get on board.
- 28:50Speaker 3: While while liberals are quibbling about like means testing and
- 28:55Speaker 3: whether or not we should say the word retarded, they're
- 28:58Speaker 3: just like, hey, fucking anything that gets the number up.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Yeah, Or like countrymen fans, like country music fans will
- 29:06Speaker 2: take any country music you put in front of them
- 29:09Speaker 2: because it all sounds the same anyway. Yeah, same with
- 29:12Speaker 2: these fucking Republicans.
- 29:13Speaker 3: And they'll buy the CDs.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. It just has to be an idea. It
- 29:19Speaker 2: doesn't matter a good one.
- 29:21Speaker 3: As long as as long as the idea is in
- 29:23Speaker 3: support of your thing. You're like, yeah, cool, whatever, Steake Venom,
- 29:26Speaker 3: that's fine.
- 29:27Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. He also made a movie called Died Suddenly,
- 29:31Speaker 2: which pushes the claim that COVID vaccines are causing an
- 29:35Speaker 2: epidemic of heart failure around the world. Like, I think
- 29:38Speaker 2: that's fentanyl you're talking about.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Yeah, good point.
- 29:42Speaker 2: I don't know that that's COVID, the high fruit.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Dose corn syrup of drugs.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:46Speaker 3: Yeah, you put it in everything. It just works, makes
- 29:49Speaker 3: it a little more addictive. You know. It's such a
- 29:51Speaker 3: good mark. It makes too much sense for them not
- 29:53Speaker 3: to do it.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Yeah. True. He also claims the titan submersible was destroyed
- 29:57Speaker 2: on purpose to conceal the fans that the Titanic was
- 30:01Speaker 2: not sunk by an iceberg, but instead was sunk on
- 30:04Speaker 2: purpose by the Rothschilds.
- 30:06Speaker 3: Like they're going to find the giant star of David
- 30:08Speaker 3: sticking out of the hole.
- 30:10Speaker 2: Yeah, what were they going to do down there to
- 30:13Speaker 2: prove anything? Like?
- 30:14Speaker 3: Yeah, for a one hundred years after the fact.
- 30:17Speaker 2: And it's not like we've never been there, like, No,
- 30:20Speaker 2: there have been missions to the Titanic.
- 30:22Speaker 3: Like James Cameron brought a real submarine and a camera.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Yeah exactly. Yea. If anyone's going to prove that shit,
- 30:28Speaker 2: it's going to be Cameron.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Come on, now, can we get to the best part
- 30:31Speaker 3: of the story.
- 30:32Speaker 2: This guy also used to be a rapper named Focus
- 30:37Speaker 2: and that is spelled f ok I S S Connor.
- 30:41Speaker 2: Did you listen?
- 30:42Speaker 3: Oh yes, I did.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Focus is music.
- 30:45Speaker 3: I listened to his most popular song, two hundred and
- 30:48Speaker 3: twenty five thousand years I never made it, and uh,
- 30:51Speaker 3: you know what, guy, he never did.
- 30:53Speaker 2: He never did, and you'll understand why. Yeah, listen to
- 30:57Speaker 2: this song like it.
- 30:58Speaker 3: Sounds like a rap song you'd make in high school
- 31:01Speaker 3: with your white friends. Yeah, you know, with like a
- 31:04Speaker 3: fruity look beat.
- 31:05Speaker 2: It's really bad times. He's got a bunch of videos.
- 31:09Speaker 3: I was surprised by how many songs he had and
- 31:11Speaker 3: that they were still up. It's like, did this guy
- 31:13Speaker 3: not know does he lose the login for this page?
- 31:15Speaker 3: Does he not see how this is diluting the brand?
- 31:18Speaker 2: Yeah? Why did he just stick with this? Why isn't
- 31:21Speaker 2: he coming out at the fucking Reawaken America tour fucking
- 31:24Speaker 2: dropping bars like Forgiato Blow.
- 31:27Speaker 3: Yeah about about five g and shit, that would be awesome.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, there's the uh Forgiato Blow. He's like a
- 31:35Speaker 2: maga rapper. I never heard before Trump. He was not
- 31:39Speaker 2: politically at all, but he just saw a gimmick he
- 31:43Speaker 2: could latch on too.
- 31:44Speaker 3: I see.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Indeed, he's got something like twenty five songs and they're
- 31:48Speaker 2: all called Let's Go Brandon. It's just like different variations
- 31:54Speaker 2: of the same song, and on one of them he
- 31:58Speaker 2: has this guy who ran for Congress in Ohio named
- 32:02Speaker 2: j R. Maschewski I think or JP Mschewski something like that,
- 32:07Speaker 2: And that guy wraps on one of the versions of
- 32:09Speaker 2: Let's Go Brandon, and it is the most awkward, goddamn
- 32:13Speaker 2: thing I've ever heard.
- 32:14Speaker 3: I do like that. The way to affect American culture
- 32:17Speaker 3: now is literally just like lean into clickbait like you're
- 32:20Speaker 3: mister Beast exactly, and eventually you'll have a platform big
- 32:25Speaker 3: enough to fuck up the democratic institutions of our country.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Thanks focus. So yeah, Stu Peters, he wants people murdered,
- 32:35Speaker 2: but then again, what Republican doesn't want people murdered right now? Yeah,
- 32:39Speaker 2: this next story is fascinating to me.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Oh the Juliani thing.
- 32:44Speaker 2: Yeah, Like the headline makes it sound kind of silly.
- 32:48Speaker 2: The headline, this is a Rolling Stone article will link
- 32:51Speaker 2: to this and everything else that we are covering today.
- 32:54Speaker 2: In the notes headline, Jack Smith's team grilled witnesses about
- 32:59Speaker 2: Rudy jewel Leani's drinking, and on the one hand that
- 33:03Speaker 2: that seems fun because anything relating to the downfall of
- 33:07Speaker 2: Rudy Giuliani is fun to talk about.
- 33:10Speaker 3: Oh yeah, and I liked that he was getting toasty
- 33:12Speaker 3: on election day, like he was feeling himself, or he
- 33:14Speaker 3: was not feeling himself, he was drowning his emotions. I
- 33:17Speaker 3: don't know.
- 33:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm sure it came and went both ways throughout
- 33:20Speaker 2: the day.
- 33:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Probably special counsel Jack Smith, who I'm pretty sure is
- 33:26Speaker 2: also coach Beard from ted Lasso. They look a whole
- 33:29Speaker 2: lot of like he and his team have apparently been
- 33:32Speaker 2: growing witnesses about how much Rudy Giuliani was drinking, not
- 33:36Speaker 2: just on election day, but kind of just in general,
- 33:40Speaker 2: like how much the drinker is Juliani.
- 33:42Speaker 3: How wet is Rudy?
- 33:45Speaker 2: And like they were asking like did Trump ever like
- 33:49Speaker 2: gossip about how much Juliani drinks or anything about like
- 33:54Speaker 2: him working a little different when he's drunk. They've asked
- 33:58Speaker 2: about I don't.
- 33:59Speaker 3: Think Trump would miss an opportunity to then a great routie.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Oh no, definitely not.
- 34:03Speaker 3: You know, if he had an opening, he'd take it.
- 34:05Speaker 2: And they also asked if Giuliani was maybe drunk at
- 34:10Speaker 2: any point during like key moments throughout Trump trying to
- 34:14Speaker 2: steal the election. And they're asking about all this, not
- 34:17Speaker 2: because getting drunk is a crime, obviously, but because Trump's
- 34:21Speaker 2: defense is most likely just going to be well, I
- 34:25Speaker 2: was following the advice of my legal counsel when I
- 34:28Speaker 2: did all this, so I thought I was in the clear.
- 34:30Speaker 3: So my defense is I'm throwing you under the bus, right, Yeah,
- 34:35Speaker 3: which everyone in his orbit exists to be thrown under
- 34:39Speaker 3: a hypothetical bus that has not yet emerged.
- 34:41Speaker 2: And I don't know how people don't take that into
- 34:43Speaker 2: account when they enter into partnerships with this fucking.
- 34:46Speaker 3: Guy, Like, have they not seen the writing on the wall?
- 34:49Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 34:49Speaker 3: I mean all politics really, but Trump is a hyper
- 34:51Speaker 3: accelerated form of it, right.
- 34:54Speaker 2: And the reason this is important is because with that,
- 34:59Speaker 2: while I was just following the advice of my legal counsel. Claim.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Here's a quote. This is Mitchell Epner, a former assistant
- 35:06Speaker 2: US attorney for the District of New Jersey, speaking to
- 35:09Speaker 2: Rolling Stone. He explained that for the argument to work,
- 35:13Speaker 2: the accused has to have disclosed all material facts to
- 35:16Speaker 2: the legal counsel in question. Here's the quote that requires
- 35:20Speaker 2: the attorney understands what's being told to them. If you
- 35:24Speaker 2: know that your attorney is drunk, that does not count
- 35:27Speaker 2: as making full disclosure of all material facts, which makes sense.
- 35:32Speaker 2: It's like that would be right up there with if
- 35:35Speaker 2: Giuliani was passed out and Trump.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Was like, can we storm the capitola if you were
- 35:41Speaker 3: in the hospital high on painkillers?
- 35:44Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. You're just not allowed to make legal decisions
- 35:47Speaker 2: and situations like that according to the law, and you
- 35:51Speaker 2: also have to prove that you followed your legal counsel's
- 35:55Speaker 2: advice in good faith. And what they're reaching for here
- 35:59Speaker 2: is that on election day and several other times after that,
- 36:03Speaker 2: Trump would go to Giuliani during the day and run
- 36:07Speaker 2: his legal questions by him, and he'd get very regular
- 36:11Speaker 2: lawyerly answers that would not land him in prison. And
- 36:14Speaker 2: then he'd wait for Rudy to get hammered, and then
- 36:17Speaker 2: he'd go up now and then go back later that
- 36:21Speaker 2: night and ask those same questions, and when Giuliani was
- 36:24Speaker 2: a little more hammed up and excited, he would follow
- 36:28Speaker 2: that advice. And again that's as pointed out in this
- 36:31Speaker 2: article that it's just.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Like when you this is like when I would ask
- 36:34Speaker 3: my mom for shit when she was tired, because I
- 36:36Speaker 3: knew she would say yes.
- 36:37Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it's exactly like that. And apparently a bunch
- 36:42Speaker 2: of witnesses did testify that they saw Juliani drink a
- 36:47Speaker 2: whole bunch on election day and uh like visibly drunk.
- 36:52Speaker 2: You could smell it, you slurn his words, you could
- 36:55Speaker 2: see he was drunk. People saw him drinking a bunch.
- 36:59Speaker 2: So that probably is that's what happened. Trump probably got
- 37:02Speaker 2: a lot of the advice he followed in the days
- 37:05Speaker 2: after the election from a fucking hammered Rudy Giuliani.
- 37:09Speaker 3: This is kind of like when I smoke pots so
- 37:11Speaker 3: I can have the lowered end pulls control. I need
- 37:13Speaker 3: to buy a new jacket, Like I like the idea
- 37:16Speaker 3: that Rudy was like, I'm going to need to be
- 37:18Speaker 3: pretty fucked up if I'm going to tell this guy
- 37:20Speaker 3: to do what I need to tell him to do.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it seems like there's kind of an aspect
- 37:28Speaker 2: of this in the Classified Documents investigation, because one of
- 37:32Speaker 2: the sticking points there is that when the National Archives
- 37:36Speaker 2: reached out and they were like, give us back the documents,
- 37:39Speaker 2: Trump sent some back, but then they hired a lawyer
- 37:43Speaker 2: who it seems like they didn't really tell everything to
- 37:47Speaker 2: and that lawyer went back to the National Archives and
- 37:49Speaker 2: was like, we searched and we didn't find anything. So
- 37:53Speaker 2: they were just like kind of trying to not be
- 37:55Speaker 2: the ones to lie. They just hired a lawyer and
- 37:58Speaker 2: lied to him. So then he accidentally lied in an
- 38:02Speaker 2: official capacity.
- 38:04Speaker 3: To make him a kind of a horse crux of.
- 38:06Speaker 2: Lyne right, which again don't work with Donald Trump. My god, Yeah,
- 38:10Speaker 2: that's what you're asking for.
- 38:12Speaker 3: You don't even you barely even get you get fourteen
- 38:15Speaker 3: minutes of fame.
- 38:16Speaker 2: You don't not even the full one. Five. No, So
- 38:21Speaker 2: we'll link to the article again. The headline makes it
- 38:24Speaker 2: sound kind of silly, but.
- 38:25Speaker 3: It is a really fascinating legal gambit that they've gotten
- 38:28Speaker 3: themselves into.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, it's it's a lot of reading, but it's
- 38:31Speaker 2: it's interesting. All right, let's talk about the twenty twenty
- 38:35Speaker 2: four election. This is an article from the South Florida
- 38:39Speaker 2: Sun Sentinel. Use code conspiracy at checkout to save twelve
- 38:43Speaker 2: percent of subscription.
- 38:44Speaker 3: That sounds like a like a magazine that only is
- 38:47Speaker 3: distributed to retirement homes. Probably is, yeah, probably, you might
- 38:52Speaker 3: be right.
- 38:53Speaker 2: Election workers are already getting threatened in the run up
- 38:57Speaker 2: to the twenty twenty four elections, Like goddamn miss decorations.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Every year earlier and earlier, roll.
- 39:04Speaker 2: Out the threats to election workers earlier and early.
- 39:08Speaker 3: This has got to be one of the Like, if
- 39:09Speaker 3: you're making a checklist for civil war, this has got
- 39:12Speaker 3: to be on uh whatever, Mary fucking Peter's her checklist
- 39:17Speaker 3: for civil war brewing election workers being threatened is like,
- 39:21Speaker 3: I don't know, it's just it's it's it's not even
- 39:25Speaker 3: scary anymore. It's just it's just hilarious. I don't know.
- 39:28Speaker 2: Yeah, it's I mean, I don't want to put it
- 39:31Speaker 2: this way, but it's turning into like a boy who
- 39:33Speaker 2: cried wolf kind of thing. Yeah, the threats of violence
- 39:38Speaker 2: are happening so often it's just like, okay, will you
- 39:41Speaker 2: shut up, you're not going to do anything. Yeah, But
- 39:43Speaker 2: also that's not really the attitude you want to take.
- 39:46Speaker 2: You don't want to do it, and if you're so tough.
- 39:49Speaker 3: And it's also not like they never do anything, you know,
- 39:52Speaker 3: it's not like nothing never happens, like.
- 39:54Speaker 2: They did storm the capital for instance.
- 39:57Speaker 3: Yeah, and they had thousands of these threats and I mean,
- 39:59Speaker 3: so with one of some of them are credible. Some
- 40:01Speaker 3: of these fucking crazy people meant it, you know.
- 40:03Speaker 2: Yeah. And the thing is, election workers kind of always
- 40:07Speaker 2: get threatened, like that's part of the job.
- 40:10Speaker 3: Par for the course.
- 40:11Speaker 2: It's just that usually there's like an off season of
- 40:15Speaker 2: sorts where there aren't really any elections that are contentious
- 40:20Speaker 2: enough that anyone cares to issue threats.
- 40:22Speaker 3: This is like people are paying attention to summer basketball.
- 40:26Speaker 2: Yeah exactly. This is the g League of issuing political threats.
- 40:30Speaker 2: And yeah, it's happening now, just people like in anticipation
- 40:35Speaker 2: of the twenty twenty four election. We're more than a
- 40:37Speaker 2: year away, and you're not going to believe this, but
- 40:40Speaker 2: a lot of experts think it might have something to
- 40:42Speaker 2: do with Trump and oh yeah, something about the behavior
- 40:47Speaker 2: of his followers in general and the behavior of the
- 40:51Speaker 2: person they follow just leads experts to think it might
- 40:54Speaker 2: be Trump stoke in all this, which can knock me
- 40:56Speaker 2: over with a feather when I heard that. Get out
- 40:59Speaker 2: of here. There is a task force that has been
- 41:03Speaker 2: put together to deal with all of this. The Election
- 41:07Speaker 2: Threats task Force was created in twenty twenty one. It
- 41:10Speaker 2: will definitely never be weaponized against the American people once
- 41:15Speaker 2: it's inevitably in Republican hands.
- 41:17Speaker 3: Like, we're so far beyond that idea of you got
- 41:19Speaker 3: to respect the you know, rules and the Senate parliamentarian
- 41:25Speaker 3: and the institutions and the traditions. It's now it's just
- 41:28Speaker 3: you have to completely take the ball and run as
- 41:30Speaker 3: far in your direction as possible and see how many
- 41:33Speaker 3: things you can break. You know, there is no like,
- 41:36Speaker 3: let's keep it, you know, some fucking checks and balance.
- 41:39Speaker 3: There's none of that.
- 41:40Speaker 2: None. This task force has filed fourteen cases so far.
- 41:45Speaker 2: Two have resulted in prison sentences. They highlight one example,
- 41:49Speaker 2: an Iowa man named Mark Reesi was sentenced to two
- 41:52Speaker 2: and a half years for threatening to hang in Arizona
- 41:55Speaker 2: election official big stup peters fan Yeah, zacht. He through
- 42:01Speaker 2: his lawyer, said he was fed a bunch of misinformation
- 42:05Speaker 2: that prompted him to issue that threat, and.
- 42:08Speaker 3: That's probably that's probably true.
- 42:10Speaker 2: Yeah, and he's very sorry for what he did. The
- 42:13Speaker 2: problem with that argument, yeah, he's definitely not lying. I'm
- 42:16Speaker 2: sure he got exactly the amount of misinformation, he says,
- 42:20Speaker 2: But also, motherfucker, everyone was telling you that was misinformation. Yeah,
- 42:24Speaker 2: right up to the point you decided to threaten to
- 42:27Speaker 2: hang an election worker. So fuck you.
- 42:30Speaker 3: Yeah you kind of did that shit.
- 42:31Speaker 2: Yeah. They also point out there was a texasman who
- 42:35Speaker 2: got three and a half years for suggesting a mass
- 42:38Speaker 2: shooting targeting poll workers and election officials. And they say
- 42:44Speaker 2: these threats and harassment tends to come in waves after
- 42:48Speaker 2: social media posts or appearances by prominent conspiracy believers, which, yeah,
- 42:55Speaker 2: I believe.
- 42:55Speaker 3: That Stoke in the Flames proformation.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Yeah, kind of like how Stu Peter's wrap page is
- 43:02Speaker 2: going to get here, just a wave of interest after
- 43:06Speaker 2: being mentioned on Conspiracy the show.
- 43:08Speaker 3: I don't I don't have anything helpful to add, but
- 43:09Speaker 3: poll workers would be a good name for sex workers.
- 43:13Speaker 2: It would be. When I worked at Playboy, I ran
- 43:16Speaker 2: a comedy website that they ran very briefly that was
- 43:21Speaker 2: only good when I ran it, called the Smoking Jacket.
- 43:24Speaker 3: Oh that's a great name.
- 43:25Speaker 2: One of the things we would do is these like
- 43:28Speaker 2: funny poles, like we found like a pole making software
- 43:32Speaker 2: and shit. And the name I came up with them
- 43:35Speaker 2: with for them was Smoking Pole. And since it was Playboy,
- 43:40Speaker 2: no one gave a shit. They let me just use that.
- 43:42Speaker 3: Awesome.
- 43:43Speaker 2: Yeah, this next story, I feel like we can we
- 43:45Speaker 2: can get through this. Pretty quick.
- 43:47Speaker 3: Yeah, this is this is pretty cut and dry.
- 43:49Speaker 2: I didn't even put notes for it. Capital Doctors have
- 43:52Speaker 2: cleared Mitch McConnell to return to work. This man has
- 43:57Speaker 2: short circuited to the point that he just stayed in
- 44:00Speaker 2: silence for thirty solid seconds two different times over the
- 44:04Speaker 2: course of one month. And now Capital Doctors are like, Yep,
- 44:07Speaker 2: he can run the country. It'll be fine.
- 44:10Speaker 3: Finally, Mitch McConnell and Dianne Feinstein have something in common exactly.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Yeah, they both need to fucking retire.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Guy.
- 44:18Speaker 3: I'm not sure if it was Barbara Boxer a Dianne Feinstein,
- 44:21Speaker 3: but when I was a kid in elementary school, I
- 44:24Speaker 3: was in this, like I don't know, a gifted class
- 44:27Speaker 3: or whatever, and they had one of the senators come
- 44:29Speaker 3: and talk to the kids, and I got in a
- 44:31Speaker 3: huge fight with the senator. And I've always been very
- 44:33Speaker 3: proud of that.
- 44:35Speaker 2: That is something to be proud of.
- 44:37Speaker 3: Even when I was five years old, I was woke.
- 44:40Speaker 2: What was the argument about?
- 44:42Speaker 3: I fucking would would wish I could remember for a
- 44:44Speaker 3: million dollars, I have no idea.
- 44:46Speaker 2: And yeah, Mitch McConnell, fucking like, even if you're not
- 44:49Speaker 2: fritzing out on live TV. Just retire anyway, you fucking
- 44:53Speaker 2: suck dude.
- 44:54Speaker 3: Well, and you've done. You've He's one of the most
- 44:57Speaker 3: prolific and effective Republican operators in my lifetime, if not
- 45:01Speaker 3: the most. Just that the judges he's appointed alone, Like,
- 45:05Speaker 3: you've done enough. You've destroyed the world, dude, You fucking
- 45:08Speaker 3: did it, man, you did it. Play with your grandkids, yeah,
- 45:10Speaker 3: you have accomplished your goals.
- 45:12Speaker 2: He probably ate his grandkids.
- 45:16Speaker 3: When they were still in their eggs.
- 45:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Mitch McConnell needs to hang it up, but
- 45:22Speaker 2: it's probably not gonna happen. Like he's seems like fine.
- 45:25Speaker 2: Stain too is just gonna fucking hang on.
- 45:27Speaker 3: They're just gonna pump them for it. Flow more adderall
- 45:30Speaker 3: and it's gonna be They're going to continue to do
- 45:32Speaker 3: an impression of the living.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, let's talk about this last story.
- 45:36Speaker 3: This is a good one, one of my favorites.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein's calendar, as it turns out, contained multiple meetings
- 45:44Speaker 2: with Peter Teal. This was reported by the Wall Street Journal,
- 45:48Speaker 2: So farewell to the Wall Street Journal. Probably, yeah, Peter
- 45:52Speaker 2: Teal is the same guy that got Gawker killed. Oh
- 45:55Speaker 2: that's right, Yeah, that's right, kind of just by having
- 46:00Speaker 2: more money in better lawyers than Gawker.
- 46:02Speaker 3: I mean, that's how you kill anything in this world.
- 46:04Speaker 2: Yeah, Like he set a precedent that I'm surprised hasn't
- 46:08Speaker 2: been followed more because he really did just kind of
- 46:11Speaker 2: get mad at Gawker for reporting something about him, and
- 46:15Speaker 2: he was like.
- 46:16Speaker 3: Just pulled up the pirate ship, you know, like fucking
- 46:18Speaker 3: threw the pikes over the side of the fucking ship.
- 46:21Speaker 2: And he didn't even go after them over what they
- 46:25Speaker 2: said about him. He just funded someone else's lawsuit, fucking
- 46:29Speaker 2: Hulk Hogan.
- 46:30Speaker 3: That's right.
- 46:31Speaker 2: Yeah, he tagged that tag team partnered with Hulk Hogan
- 46:35Speaker 2: and was like, I will you can have any money
- 46:38Speaker 2: you need to take these motherfuckers down.
- 46:40Speaker 3: Yeah, it is a it is a moral imperative that
- 46:42Speaker 3: Hulk Hogan's virtue be defended.
- 46:45Speaker 2: Yeah. And so this seems to be news that was
- 46:48Speaker 2: kind of already out there that Peter Thiel had had
- 46:51Speaker 2: contact with Jeffrey Epstein at some point. And the issue
- 46:56Speaker 2: is he apparently told the Washington Post like back around
- 47:00Speaker 2: twenty sixteen, seventeen something like that that he was just
- 47:03Speaker 2: naive and he wasn't thinking about what Epstein's agenda might be.
- 47:09Speaker 3: I only had one meeting with him.
- 47:11Speaker 2: Yeah, which that's gonna have to be the case with
- 47:14Speaker 2: some of the people who Jeffrey Epstein is linked to,
- 47:17Speaker 2: like and some.
- 47:18Speaker 3: Of those people, I believe you, you know what I mean, Like,
- 47:20Speaker 3: I believe that that happened.
- 47:21Speaker 2: Yeah, Like Chris Tucker's a great example. His name can
- 47:25Speaker 2: in theory be linked to Jeffrey Epstein, but.
- 47:28Speaker 3: It can be more likely linked to a party on
- 47:30Speaker 3: an island in him being crystal. This is business as
- 47:33Speaker 3: usual for him, you know, and.
- 47:35Speaker 2: Not just that. But the reason Chris Tucker's name showed
- 47:38Speaker 2: up on Jeffrey Epstein's flight manifest is Chris Tucker was
- 47:43Speaker 2: doing some kind of charity thing and it was happening
- 47:46Speaker 2: in more than one location, and he along with like
- 47:50Speaker 2: Bill Clinton and all these I know that doesn't like
- 47:52Speaker 2: call the fires any but yeah, like all these other
- 47:55Speaker 2: famous people all got on this Epstein plane and traveled
- 47:59Speaker 2: to the next charity thing and there's like cameras, like
- 48:02Speaker 2: it's all recorded, like nothing untoward was happening. But then
- 48:06Speaker 2: when all this came out, Chris Tucker had to be.
- 48:08Speaker 3: Like, man, why I'm so broke if someone robed me?
- 48:13Speaker 3: It just be practiced, fucking great joke.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Chris Tucker was so great.
- 48:19Speaker 3: This is like, this just proves what we've known for
- 48:21Speaker 3: years and years, which is that tech guys don't know
- 48:24Speaker 3: how to get pussy. They just they really don't. It
- 48:26Speaker 3: doesn't make sense to them. They need a third party involved.
- 48:30Speaker 2: Because that's what's come out now. He did admit to
- 48:34Speaker 2: the Washington Post that he had that one meeting with
- 48:36Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein. But now what the Wall Street Journal has
- 48:40Speaker 2: found is that Peter Thiele scheduled quote multiple meetings with
- 48:45Speaker 2: Epstein at his home in New York, and that like,
- 48:51Speaker 2: once you've lied and said you only had the one
- 48:55Speaker 2: and then we find out there's multiple, it's like, Okay,
- 48:57Speaker 2: what the fuck is that one on?
- 48:59Speaker 3: Now you are officially hiding something.
- 49:02Speaker 2: Yeah, and who knows if that'll ever come out. Peter,
- 49:06Speaker 2: Tele's got a lot of fucking money.
- 49:09Speaker 3: Like you said, I'm surprised this much came out, you know. Yeah,
- 49:12Speaker 3: Like I was talking to my mom about Epstein and
- 49:14Speaker 3: I was like, the thing that I'm most surprised about
- 49:16Speaker 3: is that there's still new information coming, Like I really
- 49:18Speaker 3: cannot believe that there's still stuff trickling out. Yeah, and
- 49:21Speaker 3: Wall Street Journal, to their credit, has been putting a
- 49:23Speaker 3: lot of stuff out.
- 49:24Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I mean the Wall Street Journal, for all
- 49:26Speaker 2: of their like conservative leanings, they are still a respectable
- 49:31Speaker 2: news outlet that does their job the right way. Like
- 49:34Speaker 2: they really are the definition of Okay, well you do
- 49:37Speaker 2: have we have different opinions, but.
- 49:40Speaker 3: Facts are the facts. Yeah, you hung out with the
- 49:43Speaker 3: Pedophile several times.
- 49:47Speaker 2: And yeah, this not much has come from it yet
- 49:50Speaker 2: because the Washington or the Wall Street Journal just reported this.
- 49:54Speaker 2: But it's a bad look for Peter Teal. But once
- 49:56Speaker 2: you have that much money, Like, what's it fucking matter? Yeah, Like,
- 50:00Speaker 2: what's gonna happen Peter Teal? Like, I doubt he's gonna
- 50:03Speaker 2: get fucking investigated for this.
- 50:06Speaker 3: I found out that a lot of people consider this
- 50:09Speaker 3: the greatest car ever made, the McLaren F one. Elon
- 50:12Speaker 3: Musk had one of them, and he was taking Peter
- 50:14Speaker 3: Teal for a joy ride down the Bakersfield Highway and
- 50:17Speaker 3: was kind of screwing around and did something and he
- 50:20Speaker 3: rolled the car into a ditch and they both survived.
- 50:23Speaker 3: Like God, damn it. Do we live in the worst
- 50:25Speaker 3: of possible universes?
- 50:27Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, that is unjust Yeah, that is fucking terrible universe.
- 50:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:33Speaker 2: So uh yeah, good luck Peter Teal. I don't mean that, like,
- 50:36Speaker 2: I don't care what happens to Peter Teal and.
- 50:39Speaker 3: He doesn't need the good luck. He'll be fine. Yeah,
- 50:41Speaker 3: it'll be He'll be in a new livery, he'll be
- 50:43Speaker 3: in one of these new libertarian charter cities.
