- 0:03Enough is enough. I don't have any series shuck and we hold the world
- 0:09ransom for excuse me while I whipped this out broadcasting live and Atlanta, Georgia
- 0:17to this. This is the Sports Shot Ship with Wing Candy. You may
- 0:24vegan, I'm gig comes comes, it comes along. Is it just I'm
- 0:38a doing? Yeah, I'm gonna go on the way you made Vegan.
- 0:42Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. You're listening to the sport Shock Show. I'm
- 0:47the Sports Shock Wing Candy. Good morning to you. How many of you
- 0:52still haven't made your mind up about Christmas and the gifts you're going to give.
- 0:58We are closing in on the Christmas holiday, winding down twenty twenty three.
- 1:03In the process as well, last night, if you had a chance
- 1:08and you tuned in here locally, some great football seven A championship went down.
- 1:15I had the pleasure of calling that game. Between the two teams,
- 1:19we're talking about at least twenty twenty five Division one players. They'll be a
- 1:25school to a school or university this week. Walton they have a big left
- 1:30guard left tackle Daniel Calhoun who's enrolling at UGA Saturday, so he will be
- 1:38able to practice on Sunday. A lot of players now with that early grant.
- 1:45I still don't believe in it. So the sports shop is still going
- 1:48to take that stand that you really need to let your kid finish out the
- 1:53process of high school. Whatever that break is them until you show me evidence
- 2:00that jumping into the college program produces you to the pros faster, then let
- 2:07them have that time. How many of you always are talking about and complaining
- 2:12kids burning out, never taking a break, Well, this is your break.
- 2:19Let the process finish. Rushing them to some bowl practice and with some
- 2:24coach convincing you that, yeah, get in here early. That's not how
- 2:30I like, I say. You want to be like Mike. Y'all seem
- 2:34to be wanting to skiff all the steps that Mike took. That's not the
- 2:38process. I believe. It was great to finish my high school year,
- 2:44to go to things like the prom to to go to basketball games and watch
- 2:51and play, and go to other sporting events and watch my other friends do
- 2:55things, and just finish out. What's the rush, senior skip, what's
- 3:00the rush? That's that's something that you believe in? Bad producer. I
- 3:06was in my monologue let the a Man come in Just Hold Down. I
- 3:10was in my monologue have I introduced y'all yet, because that's really the key.
- 3:15When I did name Yeah, I hadn't gotten to that part. So
- 3:19the bad producer is here. He is the reason why we're not going to
- 3:22the Celebration Bowl too. Just let you know. There was a gentleman,
- 3:27a Raider fan, that said he thought about it long and hard. He
- 3:31was going to get us all tickets, but he could not, in good
- 3:35conscience get one buy one for the bad producer. And he felt like he
- 3:42was playing favorites if one of us, if one of us can't go,
- 3:46then none of us. That's the explanation I got. I thought they was
- 3:50cool because they agree on so many topics, but obviously they're not. You
- 3:54know, let's get the tower and the soap bars and go to work on
- 3:59the bad because obviously listening motivation, why is Private Pole not having his guts
- 4:08stump that? Well? A great movie. Great if you've never seen Full
- 4:13Metal Jacket, that first twenty minutes or thirty whatever that first part is is
- 4:16some of the best cinema that you will ever watch. But as I said,
- 4:21college Bound Players last night. Luke Nickel from Milton and his team's who's
- 4:29a junior. He's going to Miami. Jacory Stewart, the linebacker, intercepted
- 4:32the ball. He's going to Kansas. Just a great game. Georgia producing.
- 4:38They are ranked third now in high school production across the country. As
- 4:44I said, they have slowly and it started trending. I expect them to
- 4:48be number one in a minute. It might not be a massive amount of
- 4:53production, but it seems to be turning into a lot of pro players.
- 4:58So congratulations to all those champions. Mony Thursday night football is upon us.
- 5:02Uh no, justin Herbert for the Chargers. They will be taking on the
- 5:08tonight. Uh do COMANCHI does? Well? Excuse me, Big Kennedy funny
- 5:12man himself is in the building. Good morning. We already introduced the baptus
- 5:15command. Greg is in the building, he inserted himself, trying to catch
- 5:23up. You've been here a decade and you haven't caught up, so trust
- 5:29me, you won't catch Please don't try and catch up today. Just start
- 5:31today. Go from there. But comn Greg is in the building, commanding
- 5:36Greg anything on this game tonight? Really? I mean, are they all
- 5:42both of these plan until you just said it. Well, when I say
- 5:47anything on the game other than giving the public what they want, both of
- 5:53these teams are sitting. Uh the Chargers are five and eight. I want
- 5:58to say the raid Or are five and eight. So both of them most
- 6:02likely to make the playoffs would have to win out. It's one of those
- 6:08scenarios, which is would get them nine and eight record, and that might
- 6:13barely. Uh So that's why I asked, is it really just a game
- 6:17that is on the schedule that point of the season. It's only for a
- 6:21regular season games. It's a division game. Yeah, but that's about Yeah.
- 6:27But we're going to see Aidan O'Connell versus Eastern Stick because you know about
- 6:32Eastern Stick, right, you better let you better know about that boy University,
- 6:40that's what they call it. That boy when he was at university,
- 6:45remember and they played that team. Right, he was in that that Doctor
- 6:47Pepper commercial that wasn't it was differently different and Sportshock. The listener of the
- 6:59show who was going to get us tickets and to the bad producer ruined it
- 7:02is laughing uncontrollably online at us. Oh, he thinks that's funny. He
- 7:08thinks it's hilarious. The bad Producer has ruined us because he has been trying
- 7:12to get us to get him off the show for years and now he's like,
- 7:15see what it's done for you, and he's laughing uncontrollably with the tear
- 7:19crying laughing emotions. Well, this is what I'm gonna say. Bad producer
- 7:24says, you're the reason we can't go. I think that you need to
- 7:27somewhere between now and noon. Fine four tickets to the Celebration Bowl, which
- 7:32is down at the Mercedes Being Stadium. The Celebration Bowl, Howard at a
- 7:38six and five record taking on FAM. You down here on Saturday. Good
- 7:46for a FAMI record. They had a pretty good season. Well they had
- 7:49to go to the one about eight games this year, something like that.
- 7:54Magic, Could you check that record for me? Well to that listener,
- 7:59there's a good list of our show the last couple of years. When excuse
- 8:03me, sir, uh, let's get back to the Sports Jock Show.
- 8:09The four tickets. No, the Sports Jock Show was on the four tickets
- 8:11and you providing that the Floridatium eleven and one, eleven and one. Who
- 8:18do you think they feel insulted to be playing Howard? Six and five.
- 8:24Yeah, it's the first time I think Howard might have even made it to
- 8:26this the Celebration Boat. No, they they've been there before. The me
- 8:31act. Well, but I don't need in information from you until I get
- 8:33an answer about the sponsorship of the Celebration Bowl. Since you messed up our
- 8:39endorsement of getting some free tickets, I'm calling the cap on him because I
- 8:45don't think he was gonna get the tickets anyway. If he's get the tickets
- 8:48he should have got anyway, it wouldn't hurt. It wouldn't have hurt my
- 8:52feelings if he didn't produce a turn his mic off. And why you bring
- 8:56Cap into it? That may even here. I'm addressing you bad producer about
- 9:01supplying tickets, not giving me your opinion of what someone else should be doing.
- 9:05And it'd be nice. Yes, sometimes when somebody asked a question,
- 9:09you just say yes or no. I ain't got it. I ain't got
- 9:11it, I ain't gonna do it. I ain't got give me to running
- 9:16around about how and this and pointing fingers at other people. I don't have
- 9:20no championship game connections. I'm sorry. I don't know no on any conference
- 9:24at any level, so obviously bad producer won't be providing, So guys,
- 9:31I'm sorry we won't be catching. That's a celebration both tarn it between FAMI
- 9:35and how do you know how has been ruined now and it's okay to drop
- 9:43the cool persona man, you almost fixed it fifty five the whole fax and
- 9:48stand one grip and cap and all that slango or whatever. Y'all you're fifty
- 9:56five years old, bro, I don't know where y'all. I've been trying
- 9:58to tell y'all that on the show secretly on God that God I feel you
- 10:05on me. I'm saying that you can actually communicate like people are okay at
- 10:11your age, just taking off of that eighties nineties zip out of that and
- 10:18just you have kids and I'm waiting in the next couple of months all of
- 10:24us will be talking about well grandkids. So it's okay not to be on
- 10:28cap and standing on God and rolling around hey whatever y'all come up with,
- 10:35and just be fifty five, b fifty five, stop trying to be eighteen
- 10:43again, because I don't know what cap and on facts and what all that
- 10:50got to do what I'm asking I know I couldn't get a yes or no
- 10:54about some celebration ticks, and the listener says, exhibit A on why y'all
- 10:58can't out the crime tier laughing emoji. Again he's wearing that little button out
- 11:05the crime tier laughing emotion. But we have a great show for you,
- 11:09as I said, Thursday Night football, the LA Chargers taking on the Vegas
- 11:13Raiders Celebration Bowl here in Atlanta on Saturday, how versus fam You remember college
- 11:18is over so as far as regular season, so the NFL will invade Saturday.
- 11:24Three games on Saturday for the NFL as well. We got a great
- 11:31show. We're gonna talk a little. Bill Belichick, Greg Popovich, Cam
- 11:35Newton has something to say about game managing quarterbacks. I try to tell y'all
- 11:39when he put the man in the head locked about Draymond, but nobody wanted
- 11:45to hear me when I was standing on God, preaching on cap and waving
- 11:50on wat wax or whatever. However, you you said that, in fact,
- 11:56we'll be back more than sports junk show. Right after this, Oh
- 12:00me ask God, why did get an answer? Why lose my brother the
- 12:03bullets? Why lose my grandma to counsel. Why me got I need asses?
- 12:09Quiet you straight out Atlanta while there judging the control of jail us.
- 12:13Why keep getting nullity chances? Why me got I need asshles? Joh'm bow

- 15:11the Jock of the Day on The Sports Jock Show's taking it to a completely
- 15:15different level this year where we highlight an accolade that has taken their game to
- 15:20the next level. Hey, Jamie Jase, give my time to get how
- 15:30the game? Man, you're up for Shattened by they go? You know
- 15:33you're looking at a We're not We're not there, We're so out there.
- 15:37You're so not here. You see, you're so up there and we're still
- 15:41in their first Hey, I'm welcome back to this one Shock show. I'm
- 15:48this one shock wing KNY. Good morning to you out there and listening land
- 15:52glad to be here with you, bright and early. We are close to
- 15:56half way through the month of d Simber, only seventeen days to a new
- 16:03year. A couple of days around the corner from Christmas. Good morning,
- 16:07bad Producer, Good morning, Big Kenny, Good morning, command Chee,
- 16:12Greg, Bad morning for Draymond Green. Draymond Green, who once again has
- 16:23moments where he's like a bad kid, the bad kid that a lot of
- 16:30us could have been in kindergarten. First, Geary, it's just mischievous,
- 16:36you know, the person I'm talking about not really a bad hearted person,
- 16:44but just a mischievous person. Knowing Big Kenny last ten, twelve, thirteen
- 16:51years, that kid, that kid, yeah, that you could just imagine
- 16:57that's been over the standing on stats, yeah and all that whatever. No
- 17:03cap right, right, I don't have a cap on, exactly, I
- 17:07don't have a cap on. And but but but you you know, listening
- 17:11to your stories and being yes, you sound like big heart lots of love,
- 17:18but had that little but get it again. They're messing with that that
- 17:23extension chord. I told him something, it's always Kenny, My mother said
- 17:29that, Why is it always you every time every time something goes awry?
- 17:33Why is it always you next to the thing that has gone wrong? Huh.
- 17:37So that's how Draymond Green shapes up to me. Uh. He's put
- 17:41together what I would say could be considered a Hall of Fame career. Might
- 17:48not be a first ballot, but wouldn't be surprised of that. Uh.
- 17:52He was just great at He was the modern day Dennis Rodman in a sense,
- 17:59undersized power forward with the ability to pass the ball and set the tempo
- 18:03mentally on the defensive end. But earlier in the year, Rudy Gobert the
- 18:11choke move. I remember sitting here asking you guys about the suspension. I
- 18:15think at that point, especially the bad producer, because we know how his
- 18:19sensibilities are, he was down to just one and a half games for the
- 18:26chokeize. That's cool, that's good basketball. Choking man for twenty seconds,
- 18:33go apologize to us. And I was like, no, I felt like
- 18:37it should be ten plus games. Yes, to really send home to Draymond
- 18:44Green that that kind of stuff is just not part of it, and it's
- 18:51a thing of it seems intentional when he does it. He seems to be
- 18:56trying to wrap it into the cloth of was Oh. I was just trying
- 19:00to sell the file something like that, you know, to the point where
- 19:06you've cold cocked this man. And when you saw nurkic on the ground.
- 19:11I know some people old nurkis just selling it. Draymond Green is about two
- 19:15hundred and forty pounds. Yes they call that heavy weight. Yes, you
- 19:22let a two hundred I don't care even if you're three hundred pounds. You
- 19:26let a two hundred and forty pounds man that's in his thirties just might've got
- 19:33to set a bitch press in before the game, turn around and punch you
- 19:37into jaw and you would be laying down to don't don't look at the movies,
- 19:41a lot of people love the base. How they would take a punch
- 19:45on television. Yeah, I would have rolled with that. No you wouldn't,
- 19:48because I was thinking man might around and knock you out. He caught
- 19:51him on the chin with a full swing. I'm talking about what they call
- 19:56we used to call a roundhouse. Yeah, and he you acting like you
- 20:00just stood there like Danos did when the Hawk punched it. You know what
- 20:03I'm saying, everybody, like, just this whole this whole show. All
- 20:07four of us are in the heavyweight division. Yes, heavyweight is anything that's
- 20:12basically two ten up and up. Yes, you have to fight heavyweight.
- 20:17They don't. They don't really have a super heavyweight. That means that if
- 20:19you're two ten and your opponent is two seventy five, that's still heavyweight.
- 20:26Heavyweight. When when Evander Holyfield was fighting George Foreman, holy Field was fighting
- 20:33round two ten. Yeah, Foreman was in his two seventies, and that's
- 20:38heavyweight. They don't have another division. So but Draymond Green right now,
- 20:44suspend it indefinitely by the NBA. For whatever reason, they've decided to leave
- 20:49this kind of open. In a way, it seems like they want maybe
- 20:56Draymond to get with a doc council, like what's going on in a kind
- 21:02of way, like, well, before we do this, is there something
- 21:04you want to tell us? Is there a divorce pending? Well? Is
- 21:07there somebody sick? And now I'll say this sports job, I think that,
- 21:12although it's warranted, I think the NBA is a pace or to behind
- 21:18on this situation because I can relate so much to personalities like Draymond. I
- 21:23know that each time I do it and you let me get away with it,
- 21:27I'm only more emboldened. I don't see the penalty as a deterrent because
- 21:34the penalties I've survived, if not thrived in the midst of so the NBA
- 21:41has watched and sat back and give him a spank on the hand several times,
- 21:47and now you want to come down with the heavy indefinite, which again
- 21:51I understand it can be warranted, but maybe the ten game suspension for the
- 21:56choking may have prevented some of this type of stuff. Well back in early
- 22:03part of December here before this incident, Rashie Wallace was on a show talking
- 22:08with Gilbert Rings and I'm saying that that's our fault the way he acts because
- 22:12the influence of Draymond being in the old four locker room with the Detroit Pistons
- 22:17as a because his best friend was was the dad was a GM, and
- 22:21him being around Ben Wallace and all them saying all this bully stuff. He's
- 22:23seen us doing this and he feels that, in his opinion, he's doing
- 22:29a lot of this. And I wanted to think, is you think if
- 22:32for come out to say something like that, right Rashid said, and maybe
- 22:36him that could have been an influence. You could that be a possibly an
- 22:40influence. Well to pick that up on the other side of the break would
- 22:42be right back. But more the Sports Shock Show in a second shoot you,
- 22:48I was down to my last I remember my past. He bought it
- 22:52up, got passed in the house. Diet shaped with a stack with the
- 22:53mouth, get passed with the rest of the mouth. But list don't bowl
- 23:02Wayne Or of The Sports Jock Show with Wayne Gandius dumming Up. Next.

- 24:11life insurance. Three quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 24:15of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have life insurance. When
- 24:21I was twenty five, me and my wife are just getting started with our
- 24:22family and thought we lived forever life insurance. Well, what's the last thing
- 24:26on my mind? What about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 24:30When I was forty, with a kid in college and bills piling up,
- 24:33I was worried how my family will survive without me. That's what I'm
- 24:34in an appointment with the insurance informant. Information gives you power and life.
- 24:38Insurance gives your family security no matter what stage of life you're in. Now
- 24:42that I'm molder, I don't worry about whether I'll leave my family with bills
- 24:47or benefits. The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 24:49whether you earn a little or a lot, All you need is the insurance
- 24:52informant to help you build a foundation of security, because without you, your
- 24:56family will have two options, benefit or bills. Which legacy will you leave
- 25:02behind? Log on today benefits or bills? Dot com that's benefits or bills
- 25:07dot com. Hi, we're the Goo Goo dolls. We're fortunate that our
- 25:11daughters have what they need to grow and learn, but that isn't the case
- 25:15for nearly thirteen million kids in the US that struggle with hunger. Childhood hunger
- 25:18is a heartbreaking reality that Feeding America is working to change. Each year,
- 25:22the Feeding American network of food banks rescues billions of pounds of good food that
- 25:26would have gone to waste and provides it to families and children in need.
- 25:30You can help kids in need in your community by visiting Feeding America dot org.
- 25:34Brought to you by Feeding America and the AD Council. And now back
- 25:42to the sports, John Wayne Gandy in the Radzo I'm not bad side,
- 25:55make you mom sets side and make you go from that side. My elusive
- 25:59Dad's I'm duh wait back to this one shock show. I'm this one shock
- 26:22Wayne game to Good morning to you, Glad to be here with you this
- 26:26morning. We left off talking about Golden State Warrior power forward Draymond Green being
- 26:32suspended again this time and definitely the NBA is going to wait to see what's
- 26:38really going on. Maybe a medical evaluation of Draymond Green. This year alone,
- 26:47he has had a couple of incidents in where he has been thrown out
- 26:51the game. He choked Rudy Gobert where he was suspended for five games through
- 26:57the ball early at Russell Westbrook. We know about last year when he stumped
- 27:04on Sabonis for the Kings, where he tried to act like he was just
- 27:10jumping over him. But really some you know, not even hidden. These
- 27:17aren't little slights that you had to catch on replay. This is like all
- 27:22the lights on as it is in a stadium for everyone to see. Now
- 27:26he's found himself being suspended indefinitely. I do know they said that if it's
- 27:32anything less than twenty games, I think he's about one point fifty or two
- 27:37hundred thousand, and if there's anything more than it goes down a little bit
- 27:41as far as each game. And that's just a fine. So we will
- 27:48see how much he's gonna lose, which he seems not to care. The
- 27:52bad producer was mentioning the great Rashet Wallace, who was cut well. The
- 28:00thing about Rashid Rashid Wallace was more talented than Draymond Green as far as a
- 28:07true power forward that could score shoot the jumper. I say, Draymond Green
- 28:12is more in the Dennis Rodman where they make an a in everything else other
- 28:18than the scoring box get you eight, ten, twelve points some kind of
- 28:25way. But it was not about their offensibility and Rashid maybe accepting a little
- 28:30responsibility of setting a wrong image for people like Draymond Green. The toughness that
- 28:40Draymond Green love it. His true nature of understanding his importance is the part
- 28:48that loses me like you a true key part to our success and the rings
- 28:56you are the third piece of the puzzle in the history book. You basically,
- 29:02as I keep going back, you brought that dimension. It was Michael
- 29:04Jordan and Scottie and you were Horace Grant, you were Dennis Rodman, two
- 29:10of those two guys where it was about those other impacts setting the example.
- 29:15I think is your question to me for Rashid bad producer? Yeah? What
- 29:21was she mentioned that him and his other teammates for his examples in the locker
- 29:25room with that no tolerance and you know him with the things that he does.
- 29:30Well, what is Raymond thirty three? So from the time that you're
- 29:33saying in two thousand and four, he's been about fourteen hanging around those guys.
- 29:38I just see Draymond Green want to be seen as something he wants to
- 29:45be. To me, he relishes this. He wants to be as commands
- 29:49she brought U us back from the commercial Billie eilis the bad guy. Yes,
- 29:55I think he wants to see ment that as that's what he brought.
- 29:59These are moments that he is gonna love twenty years from now of people showing
- 30:03in replay of how I told your granddaddy usued to be a bad man.
- 30:08Granddaddy Right there, boy, I ain't take none of that. When you
- 30:12on that court, you showed granddaddy exactly how missen. But since this is
- 30:18not I'm just asking this question then, So that's gonna take away from what
- 30:22you did earlier in your career because a lot of the stuff, these antics
- 30:26have happened after you won those championships. So that's gonna that will to me,
- 30:30that's taken away as you as a player is making. They're gonna talk
- 30:33about the work, the things that you did. It hurt Dennis Rodman,
- 30:37How has it? How did any of Dennis Rodman antics? But we knew
- 30:41then has always had those antics before, even before the trophies. Draymond,
- 30:48you know, he really wasn't acting out until like about the third one and
- 30:52he started like understanding, oh, I'm a big part of this. Well,
- 30:55Dennis Rodman didn't act like this when he was a piston, right and
- 30:57didn't go well, he was the worm too when he was I mean he
- 31:03wasn't. He was the worm as the pistol, right, but he wasn't
- 31:10he won the Dennis Roden right, Okay, that's what he became. The
- 31:15different person in women's wedding gowns and dating Madonna, and all of that came
- 31:22as Dennis Rodman, the worm had transitioned, had had done the little chrysalis
- 31:29to caterpillar thing by the time he started all of that. Draymond Green doesn't
- 31:33care about his legacy. He when he won those rings, it made him
- 31:38famous. He wanted infamy, He wanted people to fear him. He wanted
- 31:42to be talked about in the Outlaws circles. And he's made that his benchmark.
- 31:48And he's I think nobody else in the NBA is doing it quite like
- 31:52he's doing it because he's managing to negotiate his way through the NBA with all
- 31:57of these infractions. I'm a rank had about two or three chances to mess
- 32:02up and they got rid of him for half a season. And there's been
- 32:07this man's been doing this, Draymond Green, for what seven ten seasons.
- 32:10You take someone like your man, Charles Oakley, the great Nick the you
- 32:17know, he starready with the Bulls, went to the Knicks. But Charles
- 32:20Oakley relishes in society as he walks around here when I see him in Atlanta
- 32:28as being some intimidator, being the guy that he solidified in the public eye
- 32:37as a guy you just don't roll up on you don't want me. That's
- 32:43he really relishes that, I know, to the point I've had to let
- 32:47him know that was just a basketball court. Smoke is burning over here.
- 32:53I got smoked real hot. That's that basketball intimidation. And God bless you
- 33:00you you sold those guys. But that ain't football aggression. Oh you're verified
- 33:06on that one. So don't think that this is not something Draymond wants to
- 33:09lay. The law to be laid, you know. And he's at that
- 33:14point. He's in the back end of his career. He's made a lot
- 33:17of money. He's still making a lot of money. But to spend a
- 33:22couple of million to solidify a certain brand going forward. Next thing, you
- 33:27know, he'll be an action hero, I'm telling you, and he'll be
- 33:30in expendables five I'm telling you now, I'm I'm I'm. My thing is
- 33:35I'm not knocking what he's doing as far as an individual trying to get his
- 33:40get into his bag, but he's doing it at the expense of hurting his
- 33:46team. His team, And now this is going to be the other part
- 33:50and real legacy is what no, No, it's not hurting what legacy as
- 33:54his team. I just asked you what legacy? How did it hurt Charles
- 33:59Oakley? How that hurt Dennis Rodman. But I'm looking at the as I
- 34:02guess. I'm looking at the team aspect with Clay and stuff and the rest
- 34:07of the guys have been there for a while. Like you said, he's
- 34:10been the part that's that. I'm looking at it as that part. I
- 34:14understand the individuality of what what you're saying. I'm just looking at well,
- 34:17he's looking at the roster and feeling like we're not championship this year. And
- 34:22you know what, Joe, this is a great year for me to do
- 34:25this. And the only thing that he's waiting on is for a challenger.
- 34:30He waiting on the next kid think he fast with the iron to come onto
- 34:34the court and want to challenge him. I'm gonna knock the next dude up
- 34:37out and I'll be famous forever. I'll be an action hero. I'll be
- 34:43making all kinds of comic commercials because I'm strong and tough and I get it
- 34:47knocked out. I'm telling you, Draymond Green, if he did not if
- 34:53he were not intentional about this. Something would have changed by now. And
- 34:59if I'm the long, if I'm Schwartzenega von Dom, He's in my movie,
- 35:04I beat him up first. He might not have a major role.
- 35:07Excuse me, he's the first guy we kill. Oh, not this guy.
- 35:14Because we get to the door. He's acting like he's so tough and
- 35:16everybody that Draymond Green, and then he has right. He dressed in some
- 35:22commando uniform and he slammed a couple of people around and then they hit him
- 35:29in the head with a board and he's done. And that's as simple as
- 35:35infamous in our society today. This there's a lane for this after the sports.
- 35:43Yes, this is this is where you can be. And Draymond Green,
- 35:46once again, as I said, the biggest problem, he is hurting
- 35:49the team. He's a big distraction. You could see the frustration of these
- 35:52players and Steve Kerr when they do the interview that almost like it's like a
- 35:58run on sentence. Now by the time I just finished explaining you, I'm
- 36:04back to explaining you. My mama got tired of trying to explain. She
- 36:08got tied. Why am I always explaining you? Kenny? Can't he get
- 36:12out of the car. Ain't now you know where we're going. You can't
- 36:16stay here. Hey, guys, I played with a couple of players,
- 36:21a guy named Tea Pot Brown. I might have mentioned him through the years.
- 36:23He played full back. Eventually Tea Pot everybody on left. Can't take
- 36:29Teapot to the party. Hey man, y'all go, no Teapot, We're
- 36:32going. Were just going to Crystals. Are you finna go get some burn?
- 36:39That's a formal christ he gonna he's gonna antagonize a fight. He was
- 36:46just that guy. Everybody, everybody's had that guy. Like, no,
- 36:50man, we're not even going there for that tea Pot you you just want
- 36:53to fight somebody? Who did that idea come from? We were going to
- 36:58the basketball game, and how did this scheme transpire? And then he catch
- 37:01you coming back? Want to fight you. I thought y'all was going to
- 37:04Crystal We got tell y'all, let's get a fake bag. We'll be back
- 37:07with more than sports Jock show right after this. That's not a big sharlie.
- 37:15You're drinking on. I want to see you in a volcanic cary A

- 40:39Golden State story. Golden State, go ahead on and trade Clay Thompson down
- 40:44to the Lakers. Clay Thompson just looks like when I see him on the
- 40:46sideline, he just doesn't want to be in Golden State anymore. He's not
- 40:52having a good year. Look like you just want a fresh start. Go
- 40:55and trade him to the Lakers and let him play where his dad used to
- 40:59play down in La. You sound like my uncle. Hey the Lakers.
- 41:04We fed him for years, did daddy used to play with Gonna send him
- 41:06home? Yeah, send him on down there, let him play. He
- 41:08just looks like he's being in there in that area and he wants to move
- 41:13on something new, challenge. That's how I see him when he's out on
- 41:16the field, I mean out on the court. Al Michaels is out at
- 41:22NBC's NFL Playoff covers this year in a move that even al Michaels wasn't expecting.
- 41:30He thought that he was going to be able to work this playoff season,
- 41:35but he is not. A lot of this is coming from a couple
- 41:37of weeks ago doing the broadcast. Al Michaels took a lot of flak from
- 41:44what people felt like not being energetic. We talked about that on the show.
- 41:49Al Michaels, who is right there with his feet up on like seventy
- 41:53nine. I think we looked up his age and he was like seventy nine
- 41:58years old, and I'm going to speak, they're hard. I'm saying it's
- 42:01yes on God, yeah yeah, in his bad on a cap? Yeah
- 42:07no caps, No, no caps. You don't want you don't want caps.
- 42:12Oh, you don't want caps. Caps is bad? Okay, does
- 42:15Al know that, I'm not sure. He's seventy nine. Yeah, he
- 42:20doubt he doubt he knows that the caps are bad. It's seventy nine.
- 42:24He still thinks that caps are something that goes on drinks. Bring me that
- 42:30cap from this drink. And I just kept thinking, this is ageism at
- 42:34his finest. Al who is one of the legendary broadcasters of our generation,
- 42:39to even hear his voice. He is just as impactful and then been at
- 42:45sporting events and moments as any of the greats from the past to how it
- 42:50Co sales, the John Maddens, the Dick Vitals, any of those great
- 42:54Bob Costlas. Some people just so long in the industry you don't even recognize
- 43:02how long you've been hearing and listening to their voice, Right, someone like
- 43:07al Michaels said at that age, and now they're saying just energy. And
- 43:09I think the game that they're accusing was a night game, right, wasn't
- 43:15that a night game? A Thursday night game? He's been which is which
- 43:19was a night game? Yeah, he's been criticized for talking about the Thursday
- 43:24night games if they're like boring matchups. How he's that's probably affecting him.
- 43:34It's not a great let's be honest. Hold on, holdo I told you
- 43:37the Chargers are playing the night against the Raiders. You say that Eastern Stick
- 43:46is starting for the Chargers, which should be reason enough to watch, And
- 43:51O'Connell's starting for the you know O'Connell right, which, yes, which the
- 43:59university? What about that made you want to watch tonight? Dude? You
- 44:02know what you you nothing. I was trying to sound anxiety. Listen and
- 44:08this is what I'm gonna say. And that's what when they when they when
- 44:12he got the schedule and they said, I don't want to do that,
- 44:16and then he broadcasts it like he doesn't want to do it. But now
- 44:21we know that there are certain realities in our industry. He is a broadcaster
- 44:28of the game of the week, and that comes with the necessity for a
- 44:34certain amount of entertainment in your presentation. Uh age, just like it affects
- 44:39driving. Uh your reflex is, your timing, your vision, all of
- 44:44those things are affected. The older he gets, all of those things are
- 44:49affected. So I can kind of see where some people might look at him
- 44:53and think he's lost a step or this isn't the kind of do you think
- 44:57it's partly because they're trying to add so many bells and whistles to the broadcast.
- 45:01They got the Peyton and Elion in the background. They look like they're
- 45:06in man caves with screens, and they're bringing in these special guests. You
- 45:09got College Game Day bringing in a celebrity picker, and then here we come
- 45:15with old al Michaels all I got is to play by play. That's it.
- 45:19And you're telling me I'm not exciting enough. But I don't have bear
- 45:22picking the point spread for me. I mean, well, you know,
- 45:27I think Michael he's in tune. NBC bought Mike Turrico in what about three
- 45:34four years ago, and before that they was like a gifts Mike Rico even
- 45:38being on, he was only doing little spot things as far as with the
- 45:42football, and now within the last year or two he's now doing a couple
- 45:45more games. And then you got al Wood said, you know, I'm
- 45:49not doing access Hollywood. I'm here to do football. So you got a
- 45:52lot of other elements that's coming along with that. And I really think that
- 45:57that he's still he's a great play by play. I haven't heard of miss
- 46:00a beat. Well. I think the answer to both of your the collision
- 46:04of both of your statements is really that Al Michaels at his age and his
- 46:09tutelage, is not about the bells and whistle exactly. His idea of what
- 46:16makes a game is the game right, not about Taylor Swift being in the
- 46:21stands, not about who's having the halftime show, but the game making the
- 46:25game and being in the broadcast booth, even last night a couple of hours
- 46:31ago, calling I was genuinely excited, Yes I was. I had no
- 46:37problem expressing that I was there. I was thinking, wow, but one
- 46:43side, one team got about twelve college players, the other team got like
- 46:47sixteen. Let's get this on. When you started, you said I'm excited,
- 46:52I'm nervous. You could see the excitement. And speaking of which,
- 46:55Sir Kubaza Hawthorne, one of our listeners, says, good morning, good
- 46:59job sports jock for the excellent call of the wood Word Academy game. In
- 47:02parentheses, alumni have a great weekend. And so basically I'm saying all that
- 47:08to say, games make games, even as a the Bad Producers is a
- 47:14part time referee, I'm quite sure there's games he gets that he's hoping they
- 47:20get over, and then there's games he get that he been waiting on the
- 47:23number one draft pick. They got this kid that they think is I can't
- 47:28wait to call again. He missed the call trying to see the doc like,
- 47:30oh yeah, sometimes you calling a file on the kid just so he
- 47:35can go over there and have a conversation with it. Hey, what's going
- 47:37on? Man? Hey victim Wama, Oh yeah, that was a file
- 47:42that we got to keep the arm down just so he can have that.
- 47:45I told him how to keep that fact. You know what I'm saying.

- 51:07McKinney Comanchi, Greg Bad producer All in the Building. The Lakers won.
- 51:14Just to hit on this. The Lakers won the nd season tournament, but
- 51:16a lot of people are criticizing them for announcing they were going to hang the
- 51:22banner up in the stadium. From Charles Barkley to Chris Russo, a lot
- 51:32of people have criticized them for making that announcement of hanging the banner interesting because
- 51:42what do you think they supposed to do. It's the first time they ever
- 51:45had an nd season tournament. I think some of the motivation once Lebron and
- 51:51ad got to that point was predicated on, well, it's not a championship,
- 51:58but is the first of this, so we'll be able to be the
- 52:00first people to ever be on it that we want it, which is prestigious.
- 52:05But guys, what are the Lakers supposed to do with this banner?
- 52:10If people don't think they should hang it up in the rafters, where should
- 52:15they? What should they do with it? Well, I think it leads
- 52:19to even larger question. If it's not prestigious enough, if it's not important
- 52:25enough to warrant hanging from your rafters in your stadium even after you won,
- 52:32If it's not worth hanging up in the arena, why are we playing these
- 52:36games? Why do we have this whole somebody come in and ugly up the
- 52:39court with this horrendous little artistic display, And why did we in the middle
- 52:45of the season have all of these teams playing each other and now we give
- 52:51out the award and everyone goes, oh, that's so ridiculous. Where were
- 52:54you, Charles Barkley when they were doing tip off in the first game of
- 53:00the nd season tournament. So I would think that it speaks to the larger
- 53:04issue of if it's not worth hanging up, then let's stop doing it.
- 53:07Just make players play when they're supposed to play. I think it's, uh,
- 53:15it's a new era. I mean, I think it's as far as
- 53:17like having this tournament and you know, bringing making the games matter. I
- 53:23think a lot of people are just going by. They saw the clip of
- 53:28Kobe Bryant saying, oh, we don't hang division championship banners or conference championship
- 53:31banners, really hang NBA championship banners. So people are just really just going
- 53:37off of that. But because it's the first of its kind, it's still
- 53:40something to be proud of, so I don't mind them hanging a banner.
- 53:43Producer, well, seeing that clip, and some teams are like that,
- 53:46even on the college level, they don't hang like divisions or we were only
- 53:52gonna hang the regular season or a championship banner in which the Laker fans are
- 53:58saying, you know, as if you win the regular season championship also then
- 54:01attached that on to the banner as a championship banner. But there are other
- 54:05teams who in colleges and professional teams, they only hang the championship banners.
- 54:10But that is a championship, is it. I mean, it's a championship
- 54:15banner. It's a brand new contest. I mean, my Yankees wouldn't have
- 54:17pened, but that's not the World Series. And then well the Yankees,
- 54:22so far, no one's been That's I'm getting people to relax about. Basically,
- 54:27if the Lakers can't hang theirs, no one after this can hang there
- 54:31in season tournament banner. So what's the significant of even winning it? Nobody
- 54:37would know you want it because it doesn't hang anywhere. Should we just get
- 54:40rid of the tournament altogether? You say you're Yankees, but the Yankees and
- 54:45Major League Baseball hasn't created in season tournament banner right to be able to be
- 54:52in this position. And also what I'm saying is though that as the fan,
- 54:59some teams have this thing that whether it's the Dallas Mavericks, the Lakers,
- 55:04or the Hawks, we're only gonna hang these certain banners in the arena.
- 55:07Until this banner came into existence. This is literally the first time this
- 55:14has ever been done. The NBA went out of their way to create this,
- 55:19and now that it's here, it's like breakdancing being in the Olympics.
- 55:23There was no championship gold medalist breakdancer, and now we're about to have that
- 55:29in the Olympics. So are you to say that that person doesn't deserve a
- 55:32gold medal. No, there's like, for example, versonl So let's get
- 55:37back to my original question. So what should the Lakers and basically when you're
- 55:44making this decision, you're making it for basically how other teams will view it
- 55:50as well. Yes, what should they do with the banner? They should
- 55:54put the banner and the trophy in the middle of the Staple Center, right
- 56:00there where the fans come in and motivation hopefully that we can win the championship
- 56:05this year whatever team each year, you let that sit there until the season
- 56:08is over and hopefully to let your fans know, hey, we're on we
- 56:13won the end season. Hopefully this gives us motivation. We're gonna go and
- 56:16we're gonna try to win the Davy O Brian Trophy. For toll me,
- 56:21what you said the start us off is that then if it has so little
- 56:25significant then they shouldn't even have the tournament, And why am I out here
- 56:32diving for a ball out there trying to get a rebound when you just we
- 56:37just out of there, wasting time? If I can't take any pride of
- 56:42it, right, especially the inaugural. Yeah, you're talking about putting it
- 56:45in the broom close and you're saying I don't get to see it unless I
- 56:49walk through the front door. Where as a player winners Lebron James came through
- 56:53general admission. Well see at any state at any statement, Well, he's
- 56:59never seeing anything. He didn't somebody probably tell you, man, you know
- 57:01they got a big old life size. He's never been in that. I
- 57:06get lost in places. You could take me to Auburn Stadium. If you
- 57:09take me the wrong way, I'm lost. I don't know how to get
- 57:14around elevator. You got elevators. I'm still thinking you both. I don't
- 57:17know that. So people coming to me, how you get to who do
- 57:22you go through by tickets at the club. So you're not inspiring the players
- 57:27to walk by the banner and see it up there? Now, Well,
- 57:30now I can I can go with you that we can hang it in the
- 57:32rafters. Yes, and at the end of the season, take it down.
- 57:37We could do that, but I would be taking pride that at this
- 57:39point in this junction, we actually proved something well. And then you have
- 57:45a lot of fans and a lot of people. You're not talking about a
- 57:46lot of fans and a lot of people. I've been talking to you about
- 57:50your opinion, and you keep telling me about it. Well, in my
- 57:52opinion, a lot of this was about this end season was about making additional
- 57:55money. Also, that's one of the guys. So now that wasn't about
- 58:00no additional money for the players. Oh yeah, that was just what they
- 58:02used to motivate the players. Yeah, the players didn't go, hey,
- 58:06man, you know we need what we need to sell a bonus round to
- 58:09add on to my fifty million. What I need to do is now if
- 58:14I get close to it, it becomes the money. But you don't make
- 58:16the you don't make the playoffs for the playoff check right, nobody's sitting in
- 58:22the locker room talking about, man, you know, we got to make
- 58:25the playoff so we can get that playoff bonus. That's not that's not the
- 58:30guys putting on the uniform. I need to make the playoffs because that's the
- 58:32only way they try to get to the Super Bowl right right, But it
- 58:37was about the check though. That's where I want to be right. So
- 58:42we'll be back with more than Sports Shock Show right after this. It can

- 1:01:24Glad to be here with you on this Thursday, Big Kenny Comanchi Greg
- 1:01:30Bad Producer in the building. We were just talking about the end season tournament.
- 1:01:34What should the Lakers do with that banner? Should they hang it?
- 1:01:36They say they're gonna hang it. It's the first one. Uh, it's
- 1:01:38the inaugural banner. Uh. Nobody knows whether to take pride in it or
- 1:01:44not. How the players want to be it. The Bad Producer thinks it's
- 1:01:46about money. I don't think the guys, even until they qualified, I
- 1:01:52thought it was about money, right, if anything, because you know what
- 1:01:54they do with that kind of money. You know what you do what you
- 1:01:57play off check, you blow it, you buy something specifically, but to
- 1:02:02play them at the amount of that, So whatever it is, you go
- 1:02:07in your mind at the tax dollars and you go and buy with that.
- 1:02:14It's not that that's just how people need it to be framed up. So
- 1:02:22what will they do? We will see, because we don't know. This
- 1:02:25is uncharted territory. Some teams, if they haven't won in a long time,
- 1:02:30they do put up banners when they win, just the conference. A
- 1:02:34lot of this is just the arrogance of Laker fans who feel like championship or
- 1:02:40nothing, and that is these are different teams different times. But you go
- 1:02:46into the Hawk venue, they hang up that we won the East Conference finals
- 1:02:52because in their tenure they haven't been able to put up any championship. So
- 1:02:57that's the only thing. And I'm quite sure maybe even if they win one
- 1:03:00one day they might pull those down. But until the ND I got to
- 1:03:04do something else. But it is the inaugural championship. But there are some
- 1:03:07teams who put up everything and some teams put up everything. Yeah, how
- 1:03:14you gonna dismiss my effort in winning that? I mean, it's it's an
- 1:03:16award, it's it's it's the prize and we wanted so, you know.
- 1:03:23And also you said it comes from a clip you think circulating with Kobe Bryant
- 1:03:29the arrogance of Lakers fans based on a statement by the most arrogant Laker that
- 1:03:35we've ever known, Kobe Bryant. Of course he would make a statement like
- 1:03:39that, the Mamba, the Mamba mentality leading the way. Juwan Howard the
- 1:03:46head coach of Michigan Wolverines basketball. There are reports that Juwan Howard was in
- 1:03:54a dispute with his strength and conditioning coach John Samson. Uh, he's an
- 1:04:00assistant coach, he's a strengthen conditioning And this was all over Juwan Howard's son,
- 1:04:08Jace Howard, who's a junior on this Wolverine basketball team. There's still
- 1:04:15issues and storylines coming out about this, but it happened where I think Jace,
- 1:04:25Jue's son, has been battling back from some injuries and maybe a difference
- 1:04:30in opinion on what Jace should be expected to do or do. But we
- 1:04:36will find out more how this goes along. Remember just a couple of years
- 1:04:41ago, Juwan Howard punched or swung at a coach in the line, and
- 1:04:49just like with Ja Draymond Green, I was standing on God standing holding up
- 1:04:56the wall with no cap with no caps on h saying at Juan how it
- 1:05:00should be suspended and actually arrested is what I said, to make sure that
- 1:05:11people understand you can't do that. NCAA kind of gave him a little slap
- 1:05:15on the wrist, so that didn't reel in his attitude. Now, coaches
- 1:05:19getting in arguments and disputes, that's part of the intensity of the locker room.
- 1:05:26Now, this may be coming from a personal point point until more information
- 1:05:30or you have something more on it. Yes, So according to this is
- 1:05:36from the Detroit Wolverine's wire that he said, uh, Jayron said something to
- 1:05:48the trainer that was over the line, and the trainer responded with that's why
- 1:05:55the efing culture is the way it is around here. And and so they
- 1:06:00didn't no one, no one there was. It wasn't a physical altercation.
- 1:06:08They just got in each other's face. And these are both guys are about
- 1:06:11six nine to seventy. No, you would have to imagine, and I
- 1:06:15don't know their relationship. A lot of times the weight coach and the head
- 1:06:19coaches in programs are great friends or someone that the head coach brought in specifically
- 1:06:28because of that attitude that they actually want to be perceived. So you will
- 1:06:35see a head coach take his weight coach everywhere he goes if he has that
- 1:06:43opportunity. If that guy is not working and the head coach gets a job,
- 1:06:48he's going to bring the weight coach that he entrusts with his program.
- 1:06:53So I guess we have to see because for that weight coach to say something
- 1:06:58like that, maybe he felt like he was okay of letting his true opinion
- 1:07:03be known. Because they have such a long history with each other. Yeah,
- 1:07:11that's kind of thing getting an investigation spark too for you to say,
- 1:07:14that's why the culture is what it is. Everybody, what are you talking
- 1:07:17about? Well, and that's what and that's what I'm saying. I don't
- 1:07:19know specifically what it could be. Maybe the trainer was saying that Jay skipped
- 1:07:25this and Juwan didn't hold him accountable. He could be that's why the culture
- 1:07:30around here has changed because you're letting guys get away with X, Y and
- 1:07:34Z or he was late to strength and conditioning. So until we find that
- 1:07:40part out of why he would go down that but it seemed to touch home
- 1:07:45with Juwan Howard and brought them knows to know is the strength and conditioning coach
- 1:07:48of Michigan guy himself as Juan Because I'm wondering what him saying the culture of
- 1:07:54just if I maybe that's why juwann to say, hey, I played here
- 1:07:57at Michigan. What you know about the culture I brought you in? Well,
- 1:08:00his strength coach is not about whether I played here or not. It's
- 1:08:03about you hiring me to set the tempo of the mindset of the players.
- 1:08:10That's what his job is. His job is to be the guy, the
- 1:08:16neutral party that's here completely for the love of trying to make you a better
- 1:08:23player. So, and as I said, it could be someone who trained
- 1:08:29to one earlier, my trainer in my career, Tony Vallani. If I
- 1:08:33went into football, I would have found some kind of way to get Tony
- 1:08:38Valani on the staff of wherever I went, because I would have felt like
- 1:08:42he got me right. He was doing the things I know work work.
- 1:08:46So I want to put that guy somewhere. Even if I got a fire
- 1:08:50to assistant strength and conditioning coach, I'm gonna find him a job and he
- 1:08:54might have never coached until that moment. So that's how they really go along.
- 1:09:00Yeah, that with with if you try to go with that angle,
- 1:09:06how long he's been there He proceeded Juwan Howard as far as as being at
- 1:09:12Michigan as a streaming he's been there for fifteen years. Okay, Well,
- 1:09:15so I can I go with him with the culture part of it then,
- 1:09:18so he's been in the environment and he understands because he's been there. I'm
- 1:09:26saying he could just be good at his job and it doesn't matter whether he
- 1:09:30was at and he ought to see the culture up close more than anybody,
- 1:09:32right, because that's what I said. He's been there, so I mean
- 1:09:36he could go with Juwan. I guess I guess no cap, no,
- 1:09:45no, no understanding. I don't know what no cap means understanding understanding that
- 1:09:49right there? Uh in person lecture courses called prime time. It's a performance
- 1:09:56in leadership class at the University of Colorado is offering guys. We've seen this
- 1:10:03in the recent years here were different colleges, even here in Atlanta. We've
- 1:10:10seen where music artists get classes over at Georgia State and outcasts aren't they?
- 1:10:18Is this miscarriage of education? What is it about these classes? I don't
- 1:10:26know if you've known someone to take some of these classes. Are this just
- 1:10:30a ploy to market a certain course? I think it's a combination of things.
- 1:10:39First, I was always confused about someone teaching a class who was not
- 1:10:44a professional instructor. I didn't think that you could start off as a rapper
- 1:10:49and end up teaching a class at a university. I know different now,
- 1:10:55And I also wonder about the efficacy of this education. What am I going
- 1:10:59to do with a leadership course taught by coach Prime. Is he teaching the
- 1:11:03course himself? I think it's an I think, so, okay, so
- 1:11:06he's going to make sense in person. But I guess that doesn't mean him
- 1:11:11though, maybe just means you have to come to the class is not going
- 1:11:14to be offered online. I'm not sure, But I don't know what it
- 1:11:16is. What am I supposed to get from this? How does this add
- 1:11:20to my curriculum and graduation concerns? And you know, it just seems a
- 1:11:27lot like so much of entertainment has bled into every facet of our lives that
- 1:11:33the lines have begun to blur. I don't know if this is school or
- 1:11:38entertainment. I don't know if I'm working at the school or just you know,
- 1:11:44working here as a professional athlete, or I'm supposed to be a student
- 1:11:47too. It's just so much stuff that used to be clearly defined, and
- 1:11:51it's not me. Well, I think there's a reason for it. Like
- 1:11:55he went four and eight, but he was name sportsperson of the year.
- 1:11:59We hear a story every time he gets a transfer from the from the portal.
- 1:12:04We get stories about who commits and who he commits from Colorado. We
- 1:12:09haven't talked about Colorado like that. Even so, what's the test? How
- 1:12:15do you make a test? All the things you just said, what do
- 1:12:16you make a test? What was Coach Prime's record last year? Is that
- 1:12:21that how the test goes? Or you just had last year? Or or
- 1:12:25you go get you some shades and a hoodie and get up to and get
- 1:12:29the blender sponsorship. How to get Travis under to come up with what you
- 1:12:33tell them your basically, how to market yourself relevant? Run with a Jerry
- 1:12:41Curl and hang out with MC hammer. I'm gonna flunk this class. I
- 1:12:46already know. Did Jerry Carroll got me done with the Falcons, baby,
- 1:12:51And that's why I said, not just him as we go, as we
- 1:12:55go to break, not just Coach Prime. We've seen different courses. I
- 1:12:58think they had a Chris Bridges Ludacris Ludacris class here one year for Georgiana State.
- 1:13:03There's a Rick Ross class. We've seen different classes over the last years.
- 1:13:10Taylor Swifts have two courses at the university takes where they're throwing these names
- 1:13:15out Harry style and I'm not understanding the course in general, but this is
- 1:13:20a public performance and leadership course called prime time Ludaclin class was called move trick
- 1:13:28one O one, We'll be more shot right after this. You want to
- 1:13:32come at you through the stud said yes, don't try me and a lamb.

- 1:17:31comedian JB. Smooth is fifty eight years of age. The Bad Producer says,
- 1:17:41there are some residencies going to Vegas if you're interested. Some old schoolers.
- 1:17:47Jodasy will be at Mandalay Bay. Only Dad with Jodasy. I wouldn't
- 1:17:55trust that everybody's going to show up, and it ain't but two I gotta
- 1:17:59give him up. Clan also will be out there, which is a lot
- 1:18:04of people to get to show. I wouldn't trust them all showing up.
- 1:18:09Now, that's who I wouldn't trust all the Wu Tang to do three shows
- 1:18:12today? Come on many? Can I say this about Joe Desy. I
- 1:18:18want to give them credit when they and I was shocked too, because they
- 1:18:23went on tour with the new edition a couple of years ago, and that
- 1:18:27was the thing. It was the first time they had got back and everybody
- 1:18:30they made the whole tour. They no miss no mishaps, nobody missed the
- 1:18:35date or anything. And they did it for like two years, and they've
- 1:18:38been doing a good job, and I think that they're showing that they earned
- 1:18:42they've proven themselves to pros possibly earn this, and I'm hoping that they continue
- 1:18:45to not be no shows because a lot of our stars they they're getting bad
- 1:18:50pressed by showing up late for concerts or not showing up at all. But
- 1:18:55I like the fact that these are some of the ones we grew up with
- 1:18:58are getting these residencies. I guess Usher made it a little bit like you
- 1:19:01know, look, I mean, I know we've had a couple of artists
- 1:19:04out there before, but I think like there's some groups you think back like
- 1:19:09that should possibly been doing residency a long time ago, like new additions than
- 1:19:13those at Vegas. But you know, you see that, and I think
- 1:19:15it's a good deal for them. Okay, So when I say that I
- 1:19:23worry about them showing up, you think that's just based on what I said,
- 1:19:31like I said prior, Yes, but the lack they've proven that they
- 1:19:35have how long have they been proving that last two years they've been good,
- 1:19:40they've been showing up. How long have they been showing that they would not
- 1:19:45I'm not for sure about that a while, Well research that then and then
- 1:19:48we'll see what we stand on. And I guarantee you the people who have
- 1:19:53given them the residents to see are sitting around like, hey, make sure
- 1:19:56they show up. They got somebody on full time makes or they show up
- 1:20:00duty. I guarantee you that because we know you're biased. You're always biased
- 1:20:06about who you like and what you don't like, so we get that.
- 1:20:10So we're just saying you never look on the other side. If twenty five
- 1:20:13years of your career you have been not being showing up and then you start
- 1:20:17for two years, that doesn't balance out like, oh okay, they're reliable.
- 1:20:24Look like you're trying to try a different way, but that doesn't make
- 1:20:27you reliable. And now we're finn to put you in one location for an
- 1:20:30state that amount of time you'll take liberties beg canny. You have a story
- 1:20:33about a compassionate release and an arm merch truck. Yes, yes, and
- 1:20:42it's not funny. I'm not going to laugh. But uh, there was
- 1:20:46a gentleman sixty years old and he was released from prison after serving twenty six
- 1:20:53years of a forty six year sentence. He robbed banks. His name is
- 1:20:57Markham David Bond. He robbed banks and armored cars from between eighty five and
- 1:21:00ninety five, did twenty six years in prison. Asserted that he wasn't feeling
- 1:21:05well, his health was fragile, he was no longer a threat to society,
- 1:21:10cannot have compassionate release. The Department of Justice was against it, but
- 1:21:14California released him anyway, and he went right back to sticking up armored trucks.
- 1:21:19He has now been re arrested for robbing an armored car. So okay,
- 1:21:26now do you think like sometimes his health, how long? How long
- 1:21:29had he been in twenty six years? Do you think he's into institutionalized at
- 1:21:34his time? And he just it's very possible. I don't know how to
- 1:21:38make it out here because in a yeah, he couldn't necessary he could have
- 1:21:42got out what it was that it was a scene in the Shawshank Redemption.
- 1:21:45Yes, well, he tried to go to work, Yeah, Brooks right,
- 1:21:48and he tried to got out, thought it was going to be one
- 1:21:51thing, and realized that it wasn't like everything that was familiar he had he
- 1:21:57had been in so long he no longer saw jail as this worst place to
- 1:22:02be right. He saw it at home. Right, This is what is
- 1:22:05familiar to me, what I'm comfortable with. It happens a lot of times
- 1:22:11with people who are convicted. I've known people to go to prison and they
- 1:22:15say, it's like putting putting you in a preservation jar. You are the
- 1:22:20age, the look, the everything when you get out that you were when
- 1:22:24you went in, but nothing else is the same. When you went in.
- 1:22:27People had flip phones. Now they're literally talking to each other on video.
- 1:22:31All of that stuff takes time to adjust to and many can't handle it.
- 1:22:35But the only way they can get back in jail is to commit crimes.
- 1:22:40So and I even said that last show when I was talking about the
- 1:22:44young lady for the Martin Luther King it sounds like, yeah, you're funny,
- 1:22:47but I'm thinking, well, it's cold weather. I don't know her
- 1:22:50situation, and maybe she was. She didn't want to do something that would
- 1:22:56just get her taken down to the station and released. She was trying to
- 1:22:59do something thing that I'm gonna have to be here at least till its warm,
- 1:23:01get a couple of evaluations. Yes, you know, and they got
- 1:23:05to feed me and house me and those kind of things. Uh. At
- 1:23:09and T Stadium worker charged with accepting bribes last Sunday night to let ticket list
- 1:23:17fans into the Cowboys versus Eagles game. So basically he was in his bag,
- 1:23:26was letting people open the door, just letting people in the stadium out
- 1:23:30of real hustle going on at and T Stadium. That's how much charged.
- 1:23:38They didn't say how much he was charging to discourage other people from doing it.
- 1:23:41I would imagine he probably didn't pay one of the workers. They're real
- 1:23:45and they went and snitched on him. So we'll be back with more of

- 1:27:24Back in twenty ten, Cam Newton one of the more excitable players that
- 1:27:31we have seen in recent years always dress to the nines, giving Big Kenny
- 1:27:40so much material for his comedy shows. Thank you, Cam, But that's
- 1:27:45Cam. He sees himself as a fashion nista. That's how he expresses his
- 1:27:51self. That's really why I've never The only time I've knocked Cam clothing is
- 1:27:57when it's like he forgets that he's six' five two fifty. So it's
- 1:28:02not the colors or it's just when he puts on things like that onesie right
- 1:28:10and you got all four quad muscles showing. It's like, Cam, you
- 1:28:14do know your six' five fifty now about cut up right built? So
- 1:28:18it just doesn't look right for man that cut up to be in on hones
- 1:28:23Schwartzenegger in a onesie just didn't look But I love his expression of style definitely.
- 1:28:29He's from Atlanta. Really, he's just showing you kind of how someone
- 1:28:33like an Andre three thousand, yes, and it seems it's him. That's
- 1:28:38why I as that word what we say, authentic, authentic. Yes,
- 1:28:43it's one thing I only can disagree with you when you're trying to put on
- 1:28:46to be somebody else. This is how he likes to address and express hisself.
- 1:28:51Your closet space must be on what's the word on ten? Well,
- 1:28:57what's what's the cool word? Cleek? Oh fleek, Yeah, don't really
- 1:29:00use it. Dripp it's got riz. His closet came through. That don't
- 1:29:08even make sense. He got plenty of drip in his closet came through.
- 1:29:12But how would I describe that the closet must be big? No, no,
- 1:29:15that he I was just trying to let him make it, sir.
- 1:29:18Sometimes we don't get caught up in it because I can see the vortex coming
- 1:29:23and I just been trying to side step that. So, but the costumes
- 1:29:28is almost like he has a costume clause. Yes, he can cipher through
- 1:29:31it and put it on, and he'd be killing it for his look.
- 1:29:35He says he doesn't wear the or he's starting to try to wear stuff more
- 1:29:42than once because he was asserting that all of those looks were one offs and
- 1:29:45he was wasting a lot of money. He was wasting a lot of a
- 1:29:47lot of one offs. But he has time now as a retiree. He
- 1:29:53was on his fourth and one podcast, Cam Newton. He was making a
- 1:29:56big statement about some of the current quarter that are in the MVP voting uh
- 1:30:02this season where he was calling them game managers. We have that clip.
- 1:30:08Yes, here's Cam Newton. It from just like Cam, just like it's
- 1:30:20always like obviously Patrick Mahomes, Dak Prescott, Brat parody like, but Brock
- 1:30:27Let's they're not winning because of him. He's not turning the ball over,
- 1:30:30he's managing the game. And if we were to put that in its own
- 1:30:38right as game managers, Brock parody to a tongue of below, Jared Goff
- 1:30:45and really Dak Prescott, these are game managers. They're they're not difference makers.
- 1:30:50And when you say game manager, I'm not asking you to go out
- 1:30:54and win the game. I'm just asking you not to lose, not to
- 1:30:56lose the game. That's listening. I don't give a dam what you do.
- 1:31:00You don't have to score every time. You just don't have to throw
- 1:31:02a pick every time either. That is Cam Newton's in his own words there
- 1:31:08Now, in my opinion, Cam is wrong. In my opinion, when
- 1:31:19I hear statements like that from Cam, what I hear is a young man
- 1:31:28who could still be in the NFL, who is speaking from a point of
- 1:31:36jealousy It's what I heard, meaning that I got John Blade. I heard
- 1:31:46him in my mind saying, I wish I was Brought Party. I wish
- 1:31:58I was Jared Go, I wish I was Dak Prescott. It's what I
- 1:32:08heard Cam saying, a lot of jealousy, a lot of envy. I've
- 1:32:12heard this this season with Brock Party, that he's not well. If Brock
- 1:32:17Purty is a game manager, what was Joe Montana? He had Jerry Rice,
- 1:32:26John Taylor, he had Roger Craig, Tom Rathman, John Lynch.
- 1:32:32Didn't he have d John Lynch? He had the big tight end? What
- 1:32:34was the tight ends? Name Jones? French Jones? No, he Dwight
- 1:32:39Clark, the White Clark. Yeah. So what was Joe Montana? Hall
- 1:32:43of Famer? What was Steve Young? Same thing, the same, the
- 1:32:48same thing, hall of Famer? What was Troy Aiman? Anybody else want
- 1:32:55to take this one? He is also Yeah, I kind of feel like
- 1:32:58I'm answering all of the question. So what do you want these guys to
- 1:33:02do? I haven't the slightest idea. I think it's interesting when Cam Newton
- 1:33:08is criticizing another quarterback's efficacy and their abilities to lead their team when his entire
- 1:33:15career was mired with those same criticisms, his inability to stand in the pocket,
- 1:33:21his inability to be coached, his unprofessionalism on the sidelines. He was
- 1:33:28just a flash in the pan. A lot of people had criticism about him,
- 1:33:32and he felt like it was unfair. And now he's sitting on the
- 1:33:35other side of retirement doing the same thing to them that they used to do
- 1:33:41to him. So it was Tom Brady, So I heard him saying,
- 1:33:45who was Peyton Manning? Reggie Wayne? You keep naming quarterback, and you
- 1:33:53keep you keep naming all these Hall of famers too. It's hand in glove.
- 1:33:59It's hand in glove. It might not be the same glove every year.
- 1:34:04But who succeed what quarterback succeeds without talent, and what talent succeeds without
- 1:34:12a quarterback? Tell tell me, tell me the guy I'm supposed to be
- 1:34:16looking at that at least in that season. Maybe he didn't have that that
- 1:34:20personnel every year. But what makes you different? It's Hall of famers is
- 1:34:30super Bowl champions that look like you've got to have the talent for both of
- 1:34:34us to work. Bad producer and those da Mahomes and Lamar Jackson like there.
- 1:34:45I guess they are difference makers in his opinion because he mentioned them like
- 1:34:49and then he went in to say, like party in and even with the
- 1:34:55great Patrick Mahomes. As I keep telling you, Travis Kelsey is him is
- 1:35:05what makes that car go? How many routes? Those Patrick Mahomes, who's
- 1:35:12a Hall of Famer, the baddest man on the planet, but a lot
- 1:35:16of his work is three four yard routes and some dynamic playmakers. Yes,
- 1:35:25yes, Now Lamar Jackson is in a whole nother kind of box because you
- 1:35:30have to add in what his game is, run pass and that about.
- 1:35:36It's not about trying to get a whole bunch of talent, because he's going
- 1:35:41to do that. So where are these guys that are not on the list
- 1:35:49of what would be considered a game manager? And then the people that you
- 1:35:56just named, the Patrick Mahomes, the Lamar Jackson mirrored Cam style. Maybe
- 1:36:01that's what he sees in them is they kind of play like I used to
- 1:36:05play, So I see flashes of myself in their performances. But these other
- 1:36:11guys are doing what they had asked Cam to do. The majority of his
- 1:36:15career and had shipped him to different places to see if he could drop back,
- 1:36:21stand in the pocket and pass the ball, read his coverage, get
- 1:36:26the open man. If I can't just throw the ball out of it,
- 1:36:29you running and losing yardage. And when last thing I'll and I'll turn it
- 1:36:32over is we wind this down. But people keep killing Rock Party. But
- 1:36:38when Trey Lance had the same talent, the ball didn't move. When Jimmy
- 1:36:47g had this talent, he got a little gas on the pedal, but
- 1:36:55it didn't move like when Rock Perty murmur murmur murmur So we've had examples in
- 1:37:00the last couple of years with that same talent, and he bowl Christian McCaffrey,
- 1:37:05all these guys out there, Trey Lance couldn't get it going down.
- 1:37:09Murmur murmur sir murmur so bad producer, there's murmur. I guess Sam's looking
- 1:37:16at like, what what talent he had when he was in Carolina? If
- 1:37:20he had a he had McCaffrey for one year, he was hurt. Why
- 1:37:24he if he had a debo, if he had some of those uh talents
- 1:37:29in Carolina, you know it would have been he wouldn't have been so much
- 1:37:32on him, but he calls them game managers, almost as if they're almost
- 1:37:36as if their contributions are negligible, Like you could put anybody back there.
- 1:37:44And that's what sports Jack is saying. They've had two people that they thought
- 1:37:47were better that he was there until he got hurt. That said, he
- 1:37:50put a little gas, but it didn't move like this. It didn't move
- 1:37:53like this. Have you seen it lately where you actually look scared? Ain't
- 1:38:00nobody trying to get at San Francisco right now. I'm just saying, I'm
- 1:38:03just telling you and we can go. And I'm not Cam is a quarterback.
- 1:38:09He's an MVP quarterback. Yes he's making I'm not telling you these guys
- 1:38:14aren't game managers. I'm telling you. When I hear Cam speak like that,
- 1:38:16I see I hear envy and everybody wish they had everybody else's talent around
- 1:38:25them. What do you tell him about that? A that's not a You
- 1:38:29know, the guy that's drafted first in the draft, he wants to be
- 1:38:32drafted first because he gets the money, but he wished he had team number
- 1:38:38thirty two's talent, right, because those guys, if you're picking thirty two,
- 1:38:42you went to the Super Bowl. Right if you getting picked number one,
- 1:38:45you like Carolina, you won one game, you like the flip flop.
- 1:38:49Sure, but you can't hold that against Dak Prescott. To tell me
- 1:38:55that he is a game manager and not impactful, that's that's an incorrect statement.
- 1:39:02We'll be back with more to Sports Jock Show right after this. Don't

- 1:42:48Wayne Candy. Cam Newton makes a great conversation. What's a game manager?
- 1:42:54A lot of people don't really understand that being in the NFL is based on
- 1:42:58the team. Game managers are tip people try to find when a team is
- 1:43:01more defensive base. So when you hear about the Chicago Bears in the eighties,
- 1:43:10they were looking for guys like Jim McMahon, Mike toms At, good
- 1:43:15quality guys that could take hits, knew where to hand the ball, make
- 1:43:19checks. Wasn't asked to throw for three hundred yards, do much really,
- 1:43:24just conversion, get the ball to Walter Payton or whoever's hot. Phil Simms,
- 1:43:28as I was giving you an example, even to a Troy Aigman.
- 1:43:32Where Troy Aigman kind of went it was more in his career a game what
- 1:43:35you would consider a game manager. With Dallas's defense and the way they ran
- 1:43:40the ball. That don't mean that you're not Hall of Famer. That doesn't
- 1:43:43mean that you're not impactful. But you don't really want a quarterback where he
- 1:43:48has to make a play. That's some of the issues with the Buffalo Bills
- 1:43:51this year. Too much. Do they ask Josh Allen to play hero ball
- 1:43:58like we got you, Josh, so don't we don't have the rest of
- 1:44:00y'all don't have to really worry about doing your job. No, that's not
- 1:44:03really true. Do you think that's a that's a preference thing, because I
- 1:44:09think Josh Allen plays how Cam Newton played, where he's the centerpiece of the
- 1:44:14running game also, and so now it's now you have this guy who does
- 1:44:17everything. It's it's that it's is it a preference thing, like, oh,
- 1:44:21I prefer someone who has that kind of ability over someone who is going
- 1:44:28to protect the ball or you know, be efficient passing the ball. Well,
- 1:44:31you get that opportunity to get that kind of athlete like a Lamar Jackson.
- 1:44:35That's what I'm saying. Everybody has their different style. Cam Newton would
- 1:44:40fall into the Lamar Jackson. The Michael Vick, the Josh Allen style of
- 1:44:45quarterback where it is an equal a system where you don't want to limit them
- 1:44:55to be able to do what they are because they're special athletes. So it's
- 1:44:59more when that quarterback is just an extreme early young John Elway in the eighty
- 1:45:04they used to do him like that. That's why I say, even Ben
- 1:45:09Roethlisberger, the young Ben, before all the surgeries and the medication and the
- 1:45:14duct tape on his neck and all that kind of stuff, he was asked
- 1:45:17to make up the difference with his ability to sit there and get out of
- 1:45:23sacks and things like that. But in this statement, I think, just
- 1:45:27for me, it's inflammatory because Cam saying it as though there aren't any legendary
- 1:45:33game managers or legendary players who operated the system or who had extraordinary talent around
- 1:45:45them at the time. And that's why the first name, if Rock Purdy
- 1:45:48is a game manager, what was Joe Montana? He threw Tua in there,
- 1:45:54and like, why would Tua do more when he's got a Christian McCaffrey.
- 1:45:58Is Roger Craig Egg Yes is he not? He is? In every
- 1:46:04d bow is Jerry Rice and John Taylor Kittles Is Dwhighte Clark. San Francisco
- 1:46:15had a great offensive line back then as well, and they had a great
- 1:46:19defense. Trust me, I faced them a lot. They't a stubble field,
- 1:46:25Brian Young, those guys Ken Norton, Junr. Yes, bring bringing
- 1:46:30that smoke. I'm talking about this, hey man, cancer smoke blacks over
- 1:46:39there, Chris Dolman coming off the edge. You know now, I don't
- 1:46:43have time to help you guard. I'm out here with all I got right
- 1:46:45here, Brian. I won't be giving you any chips today. I'm gonna
- 1:46:48be over here trying to keep this man from putting this check his hand around
- 1:46:53my throat. So they had a great defense. And then they decided to
- 1:46:58plug Steve Young Young in the Hall of Famer's look that up common And all
- 1:47:03they did was they kept Jared Rice, they brought in to real Owens.
- 1:47:06They changed Roger Craig into Ricky Waters. Huh, because anybody wanted to go
- 1:47:11to church, take your time, take your time? Is it just me?
- 1:47:15That's what they did, Yes, they did. They got a little
- 1:47:18younger tight end. The next tight end after the White Cart was pretty good
- 1:47:21too. I can't remember his name, Brett Jones is right now, So
- 1:47:27how is Brett Jones not effective? If I'm sitting here thirty years lady?
- 1:47:30Remember they did have a tight end as well. So this is the same
- 1:47:33thing that's brought party. He's using what he has and I don't know bad
- 1:47:43producer. As I said, I'm not knocking Cam. I get what he's
- 1:47:45saying, but I do hear a little man. I wish I had that
- 1:47:48play set too, But do you think maybe he wished he could be that
- 1:47:51place set. We've all all the little kids went to our friends' houses and
- 1:47:58they had the full set. We we have race cars. You had one,
- 1:48:01we had to we had to two lane. My cousin had the six
- 1:48:04lane racing track. I didn't even know they made that, like six hole
- 1:48:09lane you lying. Then we got there, it was set up like six
- 1:48:13lanes. I'm looking at my mother like, wow, you and daddy really
- 1:48:16think y'all fee out here, take a picture. This is what loved loved
- 1:48:20me right, he don't even get a's in school and cleaned his room and
- 1:48:27cleaned his room in a Monthories I used to love my race track. No,
- 1:48:31That's what I'm saying. Cam looked like you went to visit a cousin
- 1:48:34and he had the six Lange. I had to train six too, I
- 1:48:38had. I just bought bat memories man Cam one of them. I want
- 1:48:42to train set like that. But other guys on that list, as I
- 1:48:45said, Ben Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw, Joe Flacco, game manager won
- 1:48:49a Super Bowl, Eli Manning, game manager won two Super Bowl. Phil
- 1:48:54Sims, Russell Wilson would be also a game would you for what Cam is
- 1:49:00talking about, would be a game manager. And the Legion of Boom,
- 1:49:05which means you're gonna get the Legion of Boom is only gonna give up ten
- 1:49:09points today. And Russell, don't throw an interception. Get actually, you
- 1:49:12know what, just get a ball to Beast Mode behind this all pro offensive
- 1:49:16lineup here. Remember when he was there and it was like four guys up
- 1:49:19there, all pro on the old line, and he would just give it
- 1:49:24the beast Mode and Beach Moe would run and then dive into the end zone.
- 1:49:30Lad. It looked real easy, so much so that people are still
- 1:49:32doing it. And we'll be back with more than sports Stock Show right after

- 1:51:58put a spin on life and sports and how they intermingle on the Sports Jack
- 1:52:03Show with Wayne Gandy You take my money, well I'm in need. Yes,
- 1:52:13it's a trifling friend. Indeed, Oh she's a goldigger well over town
- 1:52:20that digs on me. Do you kill me? Mon? Now, I
- 1:52:25ain't saying she a go digit MACHINEUS and win no broke you bro will be
- 1:52:30mon now. I ain't saying she a gold digit MACHINEUS and win no broke
- 1:52:33bro What about do the Sport Shop show. I'm the sports Shop Wayne Ganey,
- 1:52:38Really you could just label this whole segment the Ocean. I mean,
- 1:52:44I've never had a full eight minute, eleven minute ocean, but if I
- 1:52:48could just throw everybody in this segment in the ocean. Uh. It starts
- 1:52:53out with, uh, some of bad producers, good friends. The two
- 1:52:59referee that were fighting down in Texas, I mean in Colorado at the fourth
- 1:53:06grade game. Uh. If you haven't seen that, seen that video,
- 1:53:12you can literally text in just two reefs fighting doing fourth grade game and it'll
- 1:53:15pop up. They're just fighting in the middle of the court. Like I'm
- 1:53:23talking about the two reefs now, not a fan in a ref, not
- 1:53:26a coach, and a ref not a player in a ref, the two
- 1:53:30officials that's calling the game in black and white because so because when you click
- 1:53:34on, you're gonna be confused and you're gonna be trying to figure out what
- 1:53:38happened to whoever started to fight? Well, they were fighting. Have you
- 1:53:44ever seen two refs? I know you you umpire games, you do basketball
- 1:53:46games. Uh, this is a fourth grade basketball game out in Lakewood,
- 1:53:50Colorado? Did you have you ever seen anything like the locker room at the
- 1:53:56game? Now? What could they have been fighting about? On the court?
- 1:54:01Man probably called in his area or he was calling too much, uh,
- 1:54:05or one guy probably thinking you wouldn't call enough files because the fans probably
- 1:54:10hollered. You let my kids get hurt. Some of the other guys probably
- 1:54:13being sensitive. We gotta call more than the other guys, like, hey,
- 1:54:15they gotta play through it. There's no hotel. It's probably I've seen
- 1:54:17guys get paid by the by the call, and you just get paid by
- 1:54:23I mean, I mean, I'm trying to tell you I've been in halftime
- 1:54:26and been shocked. I've seen guys tell another guy you put up call in
- 1:54:30my area again on me, and you got a problem and I'm sitting there
- 1:54:32the whole time. I'm like, well, I ain't about to blow the
- 1:54:34whistle. And from the video I'm seeing, it starts off as two referees
- 1:54:42fighting, a referee getting involved, and now it looks like what they call
- 1:54:47in the sports world a melee of just Now, these are the people who
- 1:54:54are supposed to be preventing all of this happen, and they in full fistic
- 1:54:59coffs. Let me tell you how violent the video is. It comes with
- 1:55:00a warning on YouTube. Imagine that a place where you can see anything.
- 1:55:05It says, all right, now that might not be appropriate. I said,
- 1:55:09when I saw it, looked like something that Seth MacFarland would write into
- 1:55:12family guy. It really does look like Peter and his friends at the side
- 1:55:16to go refer game or something. Quag Yeah, you're not making those calls
- 1:55:24and giggity giggy. So we moved from Colorado and we moved down to Texas
- 1:55:28where a seventeen year old and twenty two year old his brother name they gave
- 1:55:32his name Jerk Allen, down at Texas Willis High School, decided on December
- 1:55:40to fifth they were going to the two brothers. They jumped Willis high school
- 1:55:45head coach. After the game, the two brothers felt like the coach should
- 1:55:51not have benched a seventeen year old. They didn't give his name. So
- 1:55:56after the game, out in the parking lot, the two brothers jumped the
- 1:56:00coach for benching. That kind of makes sense. You can see how they
- 1:56:06worked that. You kind of see how we you and you now which now
- 1:56:10which one of them called the mama? Which one of them called mama?
- 1:56:13Now that's what I kept thinking, the oldest one, because you know,
- 1:56:16the youngest one is to find the scream influenced. I was just upon in
- 1:56:21his game, Mama. He just he came down. I was already emotional
- 1:56:26for getting benched, and he came over like, hey, gassing me up,
- 1:56:30No cap, no cap, Mama on God, he came and gassed
- 1:56:35me up, and me jumping on that man. Well, first of all,
- 1:56:38you know, our moms would have slapped us for any slang. Oh
- 1:56:41you couldn't talk to our parents back in the dud slang words, especially with
- 1:56:45nothing about God in it. Boy he blasphemed. Uh. So these two
- 1:56:50brothers were arrested. They assaulted the coach in certain states because I kept thinking
- 1:56:57the coach may step in and just not filed charges, but in some states
- 1:57:02they can. Yeah, you can take them back the chargers right well,
- 1:57:05I mean you can drop the charges, but the state will pursue it.
- 1:57:10It is okay, you can go home, but they still got It's all
- 1:57:15right. Now, I take responsibility for benching. I shouldn't have benched him.
- 1:57:18You're right, get well, but my man, don't forget on the
- 1:57:21thirteenth. Now you got a court day. I'm gonna need you down here.
- 1:57:26And I would love to know if mama balled both of them or did
- 1:57:30she get some tough love, because that's that's a hard till, especially for
- 1:57:34that seventeen year old. She came, if she it came and got the
- 1:57:38twenty two year old, and she just left you in there like you need
- 1:57:41to learn. You need to learn. My mama wan to jest. You
- 1:57:44and your brother stay together. Brothers ought to be together. So I'm gonna
- 1:57:48leave both y'all in there. And then we move over to Turkey. The
- 1:57:51Turkey soccer club president socked the referee during the game. President came down and
- 1:57:59keep punk the referee. Wait, now, the president like the one who
- 1:58:03sit in the booth with the suit on and always be on the phone.
- 1:58:06The flash up too. Yeah, the soccer club president of Turkey, he
- 1:58:11signed checks and stuff. I wonder what the ref said to him. Nothing,
- 1:58:15I'm up in the booth. How could I hear you came down on
- 1:58:17the field. Oh you said, I can't down to punch you. That's
- 1:58:21what I'm saying. By the time he got down to the field, his
- 1:58:24mind was made up. Oh yeah, I'm finna go punch this dude.
- 1:58:27How did that transpire? Where did that come from? I do know this.
- 1:58:30If you watch some as I said, the high school football Championships,
- 1:58:35at any point of the last three days, they consistently ran a commercial about
- 1:58:42how, especially in the state of Georgia, participation for referees is at its
- 1:58:48lowest. It is at its lowest. They're running. They ran a complete
- 1:58:51ad about it. Every time it's a young lady sitting there in a referee
- 1:58:57uniform on like look like some was at a basketball bleachers and uh, they're
- 1:59:03just talking you through. That is the lawyers, and most of it is
- 1:59:08pointed towards the parents and the coaches and how they treat the referees. So
- 1:59:13nobody is coming out to even participate and try to be And I would like
- 1:59:17to say if there's anybody you know, if you know anybody sitting them my
- 1:59:21way, because I will help these people, help them out. Because we
- 1:59:25are in the state of Georgia. We are low on all areas. And
- 1:59:28when sports jocks say that we have we'd number three in the state, I
- 1:59:31mean in the nation. We need good referees will help keep us there because
- 1:59:35as being you got to have great officials along with this great talent out here.
- 1:59:41So if I mean, I appreciate the ads that I seen this week
- 1:59:45from doctor Robin Hines and Georgia High School on this situation because we are down.
- 1:59:50And remember if the bad producer can pass the tests. Hey, come
- 1:59:54on, man, I'm thinking I'm making everybody about that you're gonna help me
- 2:00:00fight? Oh I got you, look, look, look and we all
- 2:00:03I got you in the ocean. The truth is he will throw your in
- 2:00:10the ocean. It's time to wrap things up on the Sports Junk Show with
- 2:00:15Wayne Guinny. When you decide an ocean to give us, moort shout testamented
- 2:00:44to Vin. We'd like to thank you for tuning in to today's show.
- 2:00:45Big Kenny Comanchi, Greg Bad producer, thank you for your participation in today's
- 2:00:53show. We hope uh. If you get a chance, or if you
- 2:00:55miss any of the shows Monday or today, go on Spotify, Apple Podcast
- 2:01:00and check out the Sportshock Show on the replay. Going into the weekend,
- 2:01:05as I said, have a lot of games on Saturday and the nffel coming
- 2:01:12up. Only four weeks left in the regular season Thursday Night Football Chargers Raiders
- 2:01:17tonight the Celebration Bowl here in Atlanta. Bowl season is upon us as well,
- 2:01:25going in the ocean. Is anyone involved in the Bucks Pacers game last
- 2:01:32night on the court between the two teams was about two billion dollars. Ver's
- 2:01:41the salary if you take all the players and all the coaches and the owner
- 2:01:45and put them in there, which talk about billions and billions of dollars.
- 2:01:48And they were fighting over the game ball, Yes, the game, the
- 2:01:55last ball. The Yiannis wanted the ball, Tyler Hilliburton, one of the
- 2:01:59pay he said, taking the ball and a melee, as Big Kenny said
- 2:02:02earlier, took place over the basketball. A ball that's going to get lost
- 2:02:10in the halls of time anyway down the road, but Yanna scored sixty four.
- 2:02:15He wanted the ball and he started a fight. Sounds like millennials,
- 2:02:19sounds like Generation Z used to be. We fought over you're sleeping with my
- 2:02:25girlfriend. Now we have just reduced it to fighting over what you say about
- 2:02:31my mom. Basketball, so Pacers and Bucks in the Shenanigans of last night
- 2:02:40game fucked up clank. Bill Romanowski is somewhere thinking, man, I had
- 2:02:55to spit on the man to get a fight back in the day, had
- 2:03:00actually spit on them. Man. Now all you gotta do is take the
- 2:03:02ball and go home and you can get a fight. And we laughed,
- 2:03:05and from the Sports Shout Show, we hope you have a good weekend.
- 2:03:09And as we say on Thursday, we'll see you in the future. Peace,
