- 0:00Speaker 1: The Big Show Extra sponsored by Farah and Farah.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Here for you, Here for good.
- 0:06Speaker 3: Part of your Thursday Morning, The Big Show with Country
- 0:08Speaker 3: ninety nine one WQIK.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Megan's back. We're glad to have her. Yay, I'm glad
- 0:13Speaker 2: I missed you guys. Yeah, you were gone.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I can't wait to hear about your fourth of July
- 0:17Speaker 1: weekend and your media day at the Kingfish Tournament yesterday.
- 0:21Speaker 4: Yeah, I can't wait to fill you guys in. There
- 0:23Speaker 4: was a lot of really cool things that happened.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll talk about that in a bit. Let's get
- 0:27Speaker 2: into three things.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Yeah, let's talk about Fernandina. They have a new rule
- 0:31Speaker 4: regulating e bikes. This has been a big conversation going
- 0:35Speaker 4: on about what do we do to make this safer
- 0:38Speaker 4: for everybody. So now there's a speed limit in Fernandina
- 0:41Speaker 4: ten miles per hour and this is supposed to help
- 0:47Speaker 4: just everyone be a lot more safer. If you're on
- 0:49Speaker 4: the roadways and not on like a sidewalk or bike path,
- 0:53Speaker 4: you can go up to twenty five miles an hour.
- 0:55Speaker 4: And the key here is pedestrians always get the right
- 0:58Speaker 4: of way, so if you're on an e bike, got
- 1:00Speaker 4: to still wait for people to cross.
- 1:02Speaker 3: We were talking about that yesterday at Oakleaf and watching
- 1:04Speaker 3: some e bikes go flying here and there going gosh,
- 1:06Speaker 3: they got to codify this a little bit more.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it can be some scary stuff.
- 1:10Speaker 1: So now are they going to have police with quotas
- 1:12Speaker 1: on the side of the road with a radar gun.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Shooting e bikes.
- 1:16Speaker 1: My wife, she says something funny to me the other
- 1:18Speaker 1: day about e bikes. You know, we're empty and asters,
- 1:21Speaker 1: so we don't have kids. She's like, but if we
- 1:23Speaker 1: had a kid, I would not buy the kid an
- 1:26Speaker 1: e bike. And I was like, well, that'll be the
- 1:27Speaker 1: most hated kid in school. Yeah, it would be made
- 1:29Speaker 1: fun of him. He doesn't have an e bike. And
- 1:31Speaker 1: she said, you know what, kids finally get out now
- 1:33Speaker 1: they don't even have to pedal. Yeah, for real sense,
- 1:36Speaker 1: you know, they're all indoors and they finally get outside,
- 1:39Speaker 1: and we're so lazy in first world that we don't
- 1:41Speaker 1: even pedal bikes anymore.
- 1:43Speaker 4: They do wear helmets, so I'll give them kudos there,
- 1:46Speaker 4: but it's important. E byte gangs the new Apple iPhone
- 1:51Speaker 4: products that are supposed to release sometime this year. We've
- 1:54Speaker 4: got a little Intel on when that'll be. So this
- 1:57Speaker 4: is for the iPhone eighteen PROX and that new foldable
- 2:01Speaker 4: iPhone Ultra, the one that kind of looks like a
- 2:04Speaker 4: retro look. They're saying sometime around Labor Day they may
- 2:09Speaker 4: come out. And these are also going to be equipped
- 2:11Speaker 4: with a new Apple Intelligence. So if you're into that,
- 2:16Speaker 4: get ready, it's coming up.
- 2:17Speaker 3: We know one guy who is gew Whizz. Yeah, he'll
- 2:20Speaker 3: be the knocking on that door when it opens.
- 2:22Speaker 2: And Froggy he'll be there. Oh yeah, Froggy will too.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I think he's getting the new flip one. He said. Oh,
- 2:27Speaker 2: that's funny. They're all about the Apple Intelligence. I'm an
- 2:30Speaker 2: Apple guy, but I've got a sixteen.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I haven't even progressed to the seventeen yet, and every
- 2:34Speaker 1: time I go to a new phone, I can't really
- 2:36Speaker 1: tell the difference that much.
- 2:39Speaker 4: Well, chrispy Kreme is doing something so exciting. You two
- 2:42Speaker 4: are going to be excited about this. They're teaming up
- 2:44Speaker 4: with Girl Scouts for limited time Girl Scout Cookie Donuts
- 2:47Speaker 4: and I'll feel you in on the flavors. There'll be
- 2:49Speaker 4: a thin mince donut, limon ups donut, and of course
- 2:53Speaker 4: you can't have Girl scout cookie donut without the samoas.
- 2:56Speaker 2: So these all look really good.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Limited time offer and if we order any in here,
- 3:02Speaker 4: just no Chumley, you're not gonna get to taste one.
- 3:04Speaker 2: You'll have to order your home fus.
- 3:05Speaker 3: She'll be swiftly out of the back door, just like
- 3:08Speaker 3: like a flashed.
- 3:09Speaker 2: People need to keep those elastic waistbans handy. Yeah, I'm Meghan.
- 3:13Speaker 2: That's three things you need to know.
- 3:15Speaker 3: I listen from her fourth of July weekend and then
- 3:17Speaker 3: yesterday getting on the boat the Kingfish Tournament media day
- 3:20Speaker 3: had a little bit of fun. It's the big show
- 3:22Speaker 3: with Country ninety nine one WQIK.
- 3:24Speaker 1: And it's another hot one today. I imagine you know,
- 3:28Speaker 1: yesterday we got up to ninety eight degrees. I mean
- 3:30Speaker 1: it was stifling Florida hot. Was it hot out on
- 3:33Speaker 1: the boat.
- 3:34Speaker 2: It was really hot on the boat.
- 3:36Speaker 4: But luckily it didn't feel that bad because we were
- 3:39Speaker 4: having so much fun.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Yeah, you kind of forget about it.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Yeah, because we I learned so much about the fish
- 3:44Speaker 4: life the ocean, different types of fish, different types of mackerels.
- 3:49Speaker 2: I caught a shark. I was so excited to call
- 3:51Speaker 2: you guys right at the end of the show.
- 3:54Speaker 3: If you missed it, Meghan caught a shark and the
- 3:57Speaker 3: guy already embellished it within minutes of catching it. Your
- 4:00Speaker 3: buddy embellished it. That it was all of a sudden,
- 4:02Speaker 3: We're going to need a bigger boat. That's how big
- 4:04Speaker 3: they start.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I was saying, yeah, it was at least eight feet,
- 4:06Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty pounds. And then I saw your
- 4:09Speaker 1: video on our social media page and not quite but
- 4:12Speaker 1: it's still a shark.
- 4:13Speaker 2: That's kind of cool.
- 4:14Speaker 4: That was a big boy for me. But Ed and Kevin,
- 4:17Speaker 4: we were on Kevin's boat. He was who his friends
- 4:19Speaker 4: call him Ricky Bobby, So I knew I was going
- 4:22Speaker 4: to be in good company when when he told me
- 4:24Speaker 4: that we've caught some Spanish mackerels, which was cool. I
- 4:29Speaker 4: didn't know what that was before. They're really cute.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, yeah, she finds fish. That's awesome.
- 4:34Speaker 4: One of them exploded like the Ed was showing us
- 4:38Speaker 4: how to take our best fish pictures, and so it
- 4:42Speaker 4: was the one all he caught. So then all he
- 4:44Speaker 4: grabs this fish and it exploded, blood all over the boat.
- 4:46Speaker 2: It's a white boat, very nice white fish.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Yeah, that happens like, oh my gosh, what do we do?
- 4:52Speaker 4: It looks like Jawn's jumped up here for a minute.
- 4:54Speaker 2: But we had just such a great time.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Now, I'll tell you something I learned I never knew
- 5:01Speaker 4: of before. The captain he grabs out a dollar bill
- 5:04Speaker 4: because we were not catching any kingfish at all, and
- 5:07Speaker 4: we're like trying to will these fish to come to us.
- 5:10Speaker 2: He takes out a dollar bill, pass it around. He's like, Meg,
- 5:14Speaker 2: rub this all right? Where what do I do with this?
- 5:18Speaker 2: You know? But we all pass it around. Then he
- 5:21Speaker 2: rolls it up.
- 5:21Speaker 4: Then he throws it in and he tells me, He's like,
- 5:24Speaker 4: how do you expect to catch him if you don't
- 5:26Speaker 4: pay him.
- 5:28Speaker 2: A little fishing check. I'm gonna have to remember that. Yeah,
- 5:31Speaker 2: well it didn't work for him. It didn't catch any No,
- 5:33Speaker 2: it didn't. But it was real, real fun.
- 5:35Speaker 1: If you're on the beach this week, you might see
- 5:38Speaker 1: a dollar wash up found treasure.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Two or three. It's lucky.
- 5:44Speaker 1: The forty six annual Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament. It is
- 5:47Speaker 1: the finest fishing experience been around, you know again forty
- 5:51Speaker 1: six years.
- 5:51Speaker 2: It's the big one here in North Florida.
- 5:53Speaker 1: But happening Jim King Park and Boat Rampant Sisters Creek
- 5:57Speaker 1: and the general tournament's July seventeenth. You still have time
- 6:00Speaker 1: to get in.
- 6:01Speaker 2: You know what was so cool about this too?
- 6:03Speaker 4: This tournament, I was asking all kinds of questions on
- 6:06Speaker 4: who can get in? Do you have to qualify for
- 6:08Speaker 4: different events or anything? No, you just you pay the
- 6:12Speaker 4: entry fee and then you can kind of be wherever
- 6:15Speaker 4: you want.
- 6:15Speaker 2: It's really cool and.
- 6:17Speaker 4: It really inspired me because I enjoy stuff like that.
- 6:21Speaker 2: But I feel like there's a learning curve for me.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Oh sure, And I feel like after that, No, this
- 6:27Speaker 4: is something anyone really can go do.
- 6:29Speaker 1: They call it fishing, not catching, but you could win.
- 6:32Speaker 1: There's three hundred and sixty six thousand dollars in payouts
- 6:36Speaker 1: in that tournament. I mean it's a big one, including
- 6:39Speaker 1: a brand new contender boat with a couple of twin
- 6:41Speaker 1: two hundred horsepower Yamaha motors.
- 6:44Speaker 2: That's that's a lot of motor That's what we need
- 6:46Speaker 2: for the three of us to be honest moving around.
- 6:49Speaker 2: That is what is up.
- 6:51Speaker 3: N Chomley, John Meghan and Froggy. Froggy's got some feel
- 6:54Speaker 3: goods in just a couple of minutes with Country ninety
- 6:56Speaker 3: nine one WQIK.
- 6:58Speaker 1: John, you used to live in an h but now
- 7:00Speaker 1: you've got the John Scott family compounds and Meghan.
- 7:04Speaker 2: I am free, free at last from my Hoa.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Megan, you're in the trailer hood, so you probably can't
- 7:09Speaker 1: relate to this right now. Have you ever lived in
- 7:11Speaker 1: an HOA community?
- 7:12Speaker 4: I have, yes, But honestly, the way the trailer park runs,
- 7:16Speaker 4: you would think there's a lot of rules and they
- 7:19Speaker 4: they'll find you and they'll get on you for all
- 7:21Speaker 4: kinds of stuff.
- 7:22Speaker 1: So my neighbor wonderful people. They keep their yard pristine.
- 7:26Speaker 1: And here I am next door. My art's good. I
- 7:30Speaker 1: could do some weeding right now, but I don't know
- 7:31Speaker 1: if you've noticed. It is scorching hot outside. So I
- 7:35Speaker 1: skipped this past week. I'll probably have to mold ale
- 7:37Speaker 1: on this coming Saturday. But my neighbor gets this HOA
- 7:40Speaker 1: letter for grass growing in the cracks of the driveway.
- 7:44Speaker 1: So I'm looking at their driveway and then I'm looking
- 7:47Speaker 1: at mine way more grass than the crad and I
- 7:49Speaker 1: didn't get the letter. She's all upset looking at my driveway,
- 7:53Speaker 1: and I don't blame her. He's doing comparison shopping there.
- 7:56Speaker 1: So I'm just like, I don't know what to tell you.
- 7:58Speaker 1: You know, maybe they just liked me better. Did you?
- 8:00Speaker 1: Did you get on their beds to tick them off?
- 8:02Speaker 2: Somehow? Maybe they took the letter to the wrong house.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Maybe it know it had her name on it. I
- 8:08Speaker 1: don't even you made sure it had her name on it.
- 8:11Speaker 1: But somehow I am unscathed. And it's always those type
- 8:15Speaker 1: of people that and no offense. If you're part of
- 8:17Speaker 1: your hoa and you're a wonderful person, right, I find
- 8:20Speaker 1: the type of person that gets on the aoa or
- 8:24Speaker 1: hoa is that same person at high school that would
- 8:27Speaker 1: at the end of class, teacher, you forgot to give
- 8:29Speaker 1: us homework.
- 8:30Speaker 2: It's that same kind of person. It is, Yes, that
- 8:34Speaker 2: is them.
- 8:34Speaker 4: I don't know why they're so concerned about what everyone
- 8:37Speaker 4: else is doing.
- 8:37Speaker 3: And maybe when you join the hoa you're thinking, oh,
- 8:40Speaker 3: you have good intentions, and then maybe it turns in
- 8:42Speaker 3: it spends itself into ugliness. That happens, and maybe there
- 8:46Speaker 3: is that one. And so if you're a nice member
- 8:48Speaker 3: of the hoa, you know somebody on that hoa that
- 8:50Speaker 3: you're not happy with either there should.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Be required therapy sessions for those people that are sitting
- 8:56Speaker 4: on the HOA boards because.
- 8:57Speaker 2: They need some help. They are so alled up about everything.
- 9:01Speaker 1: I've lived in this neighborhood for twenty years and I've
- 9:04Speaker 1: gone to two of the meetings and it was horrible experience.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I'll never go back. I couldn't imagine being part of
- 9:12Speaker 1: the HOA and on the board. Those people take so
- 9:15Speaker 1: much abuse. It's horrible, but they can also be horrible.
- 9:19Speaker 3: With Country ninety nine one wq I K and the
- 9:21Speaker 3: Big Show, we go down to the Treasure Coast called
- 9:24Speaker 3: this the dumb Coast guy went and filled out a
- 9:28Speaker 3: full job application at this business with a copy of
- 9:31Speaker 3: the driver's license, went to a story and then got
- 9:34Speaker 3: out to his car, came back with a half faced
- 9:37Speaker 3: medical mask, didn't even change clothes, came back and robbed
- 9:41Speaker 3: the place.
- 9:41Speaker 2: A gunpoint wow.
- 9:44Speaker 3: And they said he was really shocked that the police
- 9:46Speaker 3: found him just minutes later at his house.
- 9:49Speaker 1: And first when you said the dumb Coast, I kind
- 9:52Speaker 1: of felt bad for them, But now I get it
- 9:57Speaker 1: wq I K.
- 10:01Speaker 3: And then don't forget tomorrow Night's Mega million, six hundred
- 10:03Speaker 3: and four. We don't normally talk about the lottery stuff.
- 10:07Speaker 3: But when the combined number is over a billion, yeah,
- 10:10Speaker 3: they're getting up there gets my attention, like once again,
- 10:12Speaker 3: like twenty million is not going to change my life,
- 10:14Speaker 3: but six hundred.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Well, and I think you have a one and two
- 10:17Speaker 1: hundred and some million chants of hitting it. But I'm
- 10:19Speaker 1: still gonna spend twenty bucks on a ticket, you know,
- 10:22Speaker 1: just to thought that I might be able to win.
- 10:24Speaker 2: That is awesome. We are the big show.
- 10:25Speaker 3: It's Chumley, John, Meghan and Froggy in Country ninety nine
- 10:28Speaker 3: one WQIK.
- 10:29Speaker 2: So are you buying a lottery ticket tonight or what? Oh? Yeah,
- 10:32Speaker 2: going with those kinds of numbers.
- 10:33Speaker 4: After they take all the taxes, you still are living large.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I gotta have a couple hundred million bucks
- 10:39Speaker 1: in the bank, so now you just live off the interest.
- 10:42Speaker 3: And now it's stuff up at the top of your head.
- 10:44Speaker 3: What would you buy automatically? And you can't be good
- 10:47Speaker 3: with it? You got to be for you a boat
- 10:49Speaker 3: I can live on.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I'd like to just travel around and stop in you know,
- 10:53Speaker 1: tropical places in the winter and non tropical places in
- 10:57Speaker 1: the summer. Maybe get my own captain and still wake
- 10:59Speaker 1: up four am to do the Big Show with us.
- 11:02Speaker 2: No, that's part my come on, Wookie to Starlink. I
- 11:05Speaker 2: mean this is a great job. Great, Yeah, yeah, Meg,
- 11:08Speaker 2: what would you do?
- 11:08Speaker 4: I think I would buy myself a cute little camper
- 11:12Speaker 4: and rig it out to be like a studio setup
- 11:15Speaker 4: in there, so then I can do like podcasts in there.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Maybe I'll call in on my you know, my rich
- 11:22Speaker 4: my rich lifestyle and bee on the Big Show with
- 11:24Speaker 4: you guys, and Flaunna.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Bougie with Megan. I'm partying with Elon Musk. That's what's happening.
- 11:30Speaker 2: What do you spending it on?
- 11:31Speaker 4: John?
- 11:32Speaker 3: We're going to Carolina? You might not see me again.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Which one packing up in North Carolina?
- 11:37Speaker 2: See you going underground? You want to tell us where
- 11:38Speaker 2: you're going?
- 11:39Speaker 5: No?
- 11:39Speaker 2: Maybe not.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Let's get three things going on and see what's happening
- 11:43Speaker 3: in your world.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Well, Krispy Kremes teaming up with the Girl Scouts for
- 11:47Speaker 4: limited time a Girl Scout Cookie Donuts, thin Mints, limon ups.
- 11:51Speaker 2: And samoas are the flavors.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Limited times, So if you want to try these, you
- 11:56Speaker 4: gotta get in line and get them.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Girl Scout Cookie season ended but now it's kind of
- 12:00Speaker 1: been extended in the doughnut world.
- 12:02Speaker 2: I like it. Krispy Kreme is awesome.
- 12:05Speaker 4: There's e bike regulations that have been set up for Fernandina.
- 12:08Speaker 4: Two ten miles per hours is speed limit if you're
- 12:12Speaker 4: on any kind of shared spaces like sidewalks, trails, multi
- 12:16Speaker 4: use paths kind of thing. But if you're on the road,
- 12:18Speaker 4: you can go up to twenty five miles an hour,
- 12:21Speaker 4: but no more than that or else you'll get a ticket.
- 12:24Speaker 3: When you're walking and somebody's going twenty five past you,
- 12:26Speaker 3: it seems like they're blowing past you.
- 12:27Speaker 2: And when you're driving, they better not be in the
- 12:29Speaker 2: left lane. I got places to go.
- 12:32Speaker 4: I know what's time for the e bikers, but you
- 12:35Speaker 4: do need to know that pedestrians they have the right
- 12:37Speaker 4: of way. So if your kids are on the e
- 12:39Speaker 4: bikes and those little e byke gangs, make sure they
- 12:41Speaker 4: wear their helmet and also make sure they're letting people
- 12:44Speaker 4: walk by them. We've got some new intel on the
- 12:46Speaker 4: new Apple products and the possible release date for it
- 12:50Speaker 4: this year. It's looking like sometime in September, close to
- 12:53Speaker 4: Labor Day from what various sources are saying.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Online.
- 12:57Speaker 4: This is for the new iPhone eighteen Pro Max and
- 13:00Speaker 4: then that foldable fancy iPhone Ultra, and all of them
- 13:03Speaker 4: have the Apple intelligence on them.
- 13:05Speaker 2: You're not an Apple person, I am, Okay, you're Apple.
- 13:09Speaker 2: What about you? You're not You're an Android guy. I've
- 13:12Speaker 2: never been Apple. I'm a house divided.
- 13:14Speaker 1: My wife is Android and I'm Apple only because I
- 13:18Speaker 1: don't want to switch and try to figure out how
- 13:20Speaker 1: to use.
- 13:20Speaker 3: I'm the same way I started Android, and I was like,
- 13:23Speaker 3: I don't need the Apple.
- 13:24Speaker 4: I really want one of those nothing phones. Is where
- 13:26Speaker 4: I think I'm leaning towards peace kind of yes, yeah, no,
- 13:30Speaker 4: I get it. Yeah, but the face time's nice. And
- 13:32Speaker 4: when I text your wife when I need something I
- 13:36Speaker 4: have is where I think I'm leaning towards peace.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Kind of yes, yeah, no, I get it. Yeah, but
- 13:42Speaker 2: the face time's nice.
- 13:43Speaker 4: And when I text your wife when I need something,
- 13:45Speaker 4: I have a hard time because those green bubbles kind
- 13:49Speaker 4: of like John, if I send this picture, I don't know.
- 13:53Speaker 2: What he's gonna get on the REV and I may
- 13:56Speaker 2: getting this. Three things you need to know, Well.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Let's get two people to play the up quiz Callers
- 14:00Speaker 3: nine to ten nine oh four, three, eight, eight, thirty six
- 14:03Speaker 3: ninety nine winners going to get a pair of tickets
- 14:04Speaker 3: to see Loan Star.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Good luck one WQIK. We're talking Hoa's.
- 14:08Speaker 1: My neighbor got an Hoa letter for having grass growing
- 14:11Speaker 1: in the cracks of the driveway and she's telling me
- 14:13Speaker 1: about it. We're looking at my driveway way more crass.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Somehow I didn't get that Hoa letter. But yeah, Hoa's
- 14:19Speaker 1: gonna be tough, and a lot of people live in Hoa's.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Teresa, what about you?
- 14:24Speaker 6: So I used to live in.
- 14:26Speaker 7: Hoa and they would Our trash days were on Monday,
- 14:30Speaker 7: and they would ride around on Monday in the afternoons
- 14:34Speaker 7: and take pictures of your garbage cans still being at
- 14:37Speaker 7: the side of the at the curb.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Uh huh.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I don't know about you, but uh I put mine
- 14:43Speaker 1: out on Mondays and then when I come home from
- 14:46Speaker 1: work is when I drag it back to where it's
- 14:48Speaker 1: supposed to be.
- 14:48Speaker 2: So you know, you can't really do it in the afternoon.
- 14:51Speaker 6: Yeah, that's what we would do. And sometimes the trash
- 14:54Speaker 6: would come at seven in the morning. Sometimes they wouldn't
- 14:56Speaker 6: come till three in the afternoon. Right, So where they
- 15:00Speaker 6: are driving through every Monday taking pictures of everybody's trash cans.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Now, do you still live in that neighborhood?
- 15:06Speaker 7: No, thank the lord.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Oh well good, now we can trash that HOA. What
- 15:11Speaker 1: neighborhood was this?
- 15:14Speaker 7: This was a neighborhood called Kindlewood in Middleburg.
- 15:18Speaker 2: The Yeah.
- 15:19Speaker 4: Apparently if you live in Kindlewood you're not allowed to
- 15:21Speaker 4: have a day job.
- 15:24Speaker 1: You're goad to hire the neighbor who's retired to bring
- 15:27Speaker 1: your trash.
- 15:28Speaker 2: In for you.

- 15:40Speaker 2: trailer park and.
- 15:42Speaker 8: These people are ridiculous, ma'am. I live at the end
- 15:46Speaker 8: of the road. No, but when you're pulling, you go
- 15:48Speaker 8: straight down to our house. We have a on the
- 15:51Speaker 8: and over our car port thing. Yeah, and every time
- 15:55Speaker 8: you turn around we'll get a note about cleaning the
- 15:58Speaker 8: limbs off of it. Are cleaning the dirt off of it.
- 16:02Speaker 8: Everybody in there all look the same. But because you
- 16:05Speaker 8: can see our driving down the road, they can plain
- 16:08Speaker 8: all the time.
- 16:09Speaker 4: These trailer parks around here. They do not play. I'll
- 16:12Speaker 4: tell you what and mine we have. Our neighbors are
- 16:15Speaker 4: supposed to be recording us in our yards and what
- 16:18Speaker 4: we're doing.
- 16:19Speaker 2: It's so bad.
- 16:20Speaker 8: Well, I'll ride around and look at the other trailer
- 16:23Speaker 8: from over. Do we get the note about cleaning the trailer?
- 16:25Speaker 7: Man?
- 16:26Speaker 8: Most of them are ten times worse of what.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Mine is comparative.
- 16:30Speaker 8: Buy me a pressure wars so I can do it myself.
- 16:32Speaker 2: We appreciate it all.
- 16:34Speaker 8: I love y'all guys.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Yeah, how's life in your trailer hood, Megan?
- 16:39Speaker 4: Well, my new neighbors they put up this grill in
- 16:41Speaker 4: between our trailers. John, you've been to my house before.
- 16:44Speaker 4: You know that these trailers are almost kissing.
- 16:47Speaker 2: They're so yes.
- 16:48Speaker 4: Close there's only space for their grill. So it's a
- 16:51Speaker 4: matter of time before our trailer is up in flames.
- 16:54Speaker 2: You notice the siding on your trailer melting?
- 16:56Speaker 4: Yet there is some holes that I don't know who
- 17:00Speaker 4: is wandering in the night drilling holes, But I did
- 17:02Speaker 4: hear a noise and there are holes in the side
- 17:05Speaker 4: of our trailer.
- 17:06Speaker 2: You can't make this stuff up.
- 17:07Speaker 3: Well, all the issues people have with hoa's need a
- 17:09Speaker 3: little feel good Froggy's Feel Good a couple of minutes
- 17:11Speaker 3: await Also, we still have a.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Fifty dollars gift card to Kiki's got an hoa letter
- 17:15Speaker 1: about grass and the cracks of her driveway, and then
- 17:19Speaker 1: as we're talking about she's looking at my driveway way
- 17:21Speaker 1: more grass than the crack. But I didn't get the letter.
- 17:23Speaker 1: She did say she was a little offended. I don't
- 17:25Speaker 1: blame her.
- 17:26Speaker 3: We're hearing from you at nine oh four three eight
- 17:28Speaker 3: eight thirty six ninety nine with Country ninety nine one
- 17:30Speaker 3: WQIK Emily, thanks for listening and thanks for calling.
- 17:32Speaker 8: What you got okay?
- 17:33Speaker 5: So I have I have one? Well, first of all,
- 17:35Speaker 5: I wasn't quite ship with Hoa's. I didn't think they
- 17:39Speaker 5: had any teeth or any good and I just was unsure.
- 17:43Speaker 5: But where I live is one and I didn't think
- 17:46Speaker 5: it came in handy until about a year and a
- 17:48Speaker 5: half ago when we came home and our neighbor down
- 17:51Speaker 5: the street had changed their house color from a really soft,
- 17:54Speaker 5: real pretty sandy peach to no kidding you, pepto bismal tea.
- 18:02Speaker 1: We call those Key West colors colors.
- 18:07Speaker 5: It took nine months. It took nine months of the
- 18:10Speaker 5: HOA fight in the family to finally get them to
- 18:13Speaker 5: repaint their house. So I'm agin coming home to that
- 18:16Speaker 5: nightmare down the street for nine months.
- 18:19Speaker 3: I agree with you, hoa's have a place, but sometimes
- 18:22Speaker 3: they have easy, easy issues overstepping their boundaries. But yes,
- 18:26Speaker 3: to change the pepto bismo or the Key West color
- 18:29Speaker 3: as Chimney calls it.
- 18:30Speaker 5: Yes, the puke the puke color. I don't know who
- 18:33Speaker 5: decided to take that color, and they did it without
- 18:35Speaker 5: the HOA of course approval, because there's no way we
- 18:38Speaker 5: would think logically they would have painted you know, the
- 18:40Speaker 5: color and approved that. But oh yeah, and when they
- 18:43Speaker 5: painted it, oh they were so mad. They did until
- 18:46Speaker 5: they were pissed, but we didn't care.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Emily, thank you so much for calling.
- 18:52Speaker 5: You're welcome. He y'all have a good day, you.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Too, Take care. You know, that's the thing with hoa's.
- 18:57Speaker 1: You want to make sure you at least talk to
- 19:00Speaker 1: your ho A before you go through the time and
- 19:03Speaker 1: money of painting your house, because if you.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Have to change that color, that's a real problem. You
- 19:08Speaker 2: can get to look at it every single day too.
