Transcript
- 0:00Work, work, work working. To me, you know, this is
- 0:03shocking to read a survey that found forty percent of shocking, forty percent amen
- 0:08of this, nearly half of workers in the United States have well horsed around
- 0:14with a co worker. Wow. Yeah, So the three of us in
- 0:20the room here, odds, are one of us at the very least has
- 0:24horsed around with the co worker in the day, back in the day,
- 0:27she says, yeah, here in this building. Nope, no, no,
- 0:29no. Back when I was college working at a country club, golf
- 0:38pro was giving me lessons and he was stopping the golf pro persistent golf pro.
- 0:43I apologize, yes, because I know a lot of times people will
- 0:47do this. You know, it starts with the horse and around, and
- 0:49then it turns into a full on office relationship, and then sometimes it even
- 0:52works out. So I'd love to know if you ended up with somebody you
- 0:55worked with seven one two eighty eight seven, How about you, Pike,
- 0:58if you messed around with any do you worked with and it worked out?
- 1:00Messed around, Amanda, there's kids listening around. Yeah, of course.
- 1:07Well, my wife, Lauren, she at one point was employed by the
- 1:08same radio company that I worked for. At this moment as an intern while
- 1:14she was So there's a clear distinction between intern and promotions team member. Bike
- 1:19were you were you a superior? I was not a superior of anybody.
- 1:27Okay, all right, kid. It's a nice coincidence because we didn't even
- 1:32realize it at the time, but we were going to MSUM in the same
- 1:34major. We're both in the advertising department. I don't even think I knew
- 1:38that. Yeah, so it was a convenient excuse to tell everybody, Oh,
- 1:42yeah, we go to school together. By the way, she works
- 1:44at the radio station too, But that's not any anybody. Somebody on the
- 1:48phone, well seven two ninety eight seven just would love to hear some you
- 1:52know, it's a good morning for a love story. People who work together
- 1:55and ended up together. I mean, usually you wanted to end up that
- 1:57way. But don't you feel like it's the opposite with workplace relationships. It's
- 2:02not gonna end well and then somebody has got to get the boot. No,
- 2:06most of the time it's not going to work out. But you know,
- 2:07forty percent of people said so intergracie, somebody on the phone, good
- 2:10morning, big nighte of point seven. So you wanted to know about people
- 2:15who have messed around with Yeah, yeah, let's keep it, let's keep
- 2:17it clean. But yeah, we would love to know. What's your name?
- 2:20Swearing? Holly? Holly? So are you guilty? I am guilty.
- 2:24Is it happening currently? It is? Oh my god? Well we
- 2:28no longer work together. Oh okay, it went to a level of one
- 2:31of us gotta go? Or how did it start? I actually it was
- 2:35just a seasonal job. I took a job to make some extra money,
- 2:38working at the scale house doing the beat harvest. And he drives from one
- 2:43of our one of the growers, and the railhouse or the scale house were
- 2:50to come in are full of beats. Oh interesting? Was it awkward?
- 2:53Did the other people working at the scale house know about it? Oh?
- 2:57Yeah yeah, and they're kind of jealous. They were kind of pissed.
- 3:00Who we got a we got a hot beat driver? I thought they were
- 3:07jails of ham and a job like that too. Like if there's like a
- 3:10male dominated job, like probably beat drivers, and there's one woman like poor
- 3:15lady, you know, expect I'm good here next like in a minute in
- 3:21the morning, big nutty eight point seven, Ready, let's he is typing
- 3:25hot today. Oh no, man, that stills that sea. Let's see.
- 3:31So I just finished watching Being that's like documentary of Amber Heard and Johnny
- 3:36Depp. Really no new information. It's just a good way into Gracey's Like,
- 3:39oh, I checked it out. It was so good. If you
- 3:43didn't watch the trial like I did every second of it, it's a good
- 3:46highlight reel for you to kind of see how it all went down. What
- 3:49was interesting is just kind of behind the scenes of all of the drama with
- 3:53social media. I mean I was one of those people that was, you
- 3:55know, live tweeting doing every day. Yes, just they got us really
- 4:00good, but it also sucked. Made me remember that Amber Heard was supposed
- 4:03to be getting into trouble with the Australian police and actually the entire nation,
- 4:08but the government, Yeah, there was that because she brought in the dogs
- 4:11illegally. Well we found out yesterday that she will not be prosecuted for bringing
- 4:14in her little tea cup Yorkies to the country. You know, some other
- 4:16countries are really weird about animals. Like I had a friend who was moving
- 4:20to New Zealand, full plans to move to New Zealand, which is not
- 4:24Australia, but it's close. And anyway, they found out that they were
- 4:27going to have to pay like something like twenty grand to bring their dogs.
- 4:30I think they had like two dogs, and anyway, it's Christine. So
- 4:32they literally just backed out of the plans when they moved back here. My
- 4:35goodness. Well, speaking of dogs, Spears introduced us to her new little
- 4:41pup yesterday. So I guess her and Sam have five dogs between them and
- 4:46they are too many dogs trying to work out some sort of custody agreement.
- 4:48He was spotted on Monday walking one of the dogs. But she has a
- 4:54dog named Snow. It's a flight fluffy, little white dog. Original.
- 4:58How'd she come up with Snow? I don't know. I don't know,
- 5:01fluffy and white. It's kind of weird how that happened. Now, this
- 5:03is gonna be a sensitive subject because Amanda, you know, we once had
- 5:08a cat named Pumpkin because it was orange. Yeah, and so sort of
- 5:11a similar line of thinking. It was on Halloween we found said cat Pumpkin,
- 5:15and and Gracy you weren't here, But Amanda used to often mock the
- 5:18fact that Pumpkin died. No, it wasn't that I just, for some
- 5:21reason, always wanted to call your peach. I don't know why I wanted
- 5:26to call Peach instead of pumpkin. Oh, she would carelessly make up other
- 5:30names, knowing full well than Cat's name was Pumpkin. All right, I
- 5:32apologize, I apologize, but also talking about really quick Britney spears. There's
- 5:38a rumor she's going to be reconciling with her dad. So the news broke
- 5:42yesterday that her dad is really ill. I guess he's been in the hospital
- 5:46on and off for a few months. He's lost a lot of weight.
- 5:47They thought he had a serious kidney issue, but he ended up getting a
- 5:50knee replacement sixteen years ago, and there's some sort of infection going on.
- 5:55Though it wasn't in the kidney, it was the knee. It was the
- 5:57knee. And people are wondering, is this gonna make her want to reconcile.
- 6:00The answer is no as of right now. That's a hard no.
- 6:03Not gonna get out. What do you call it, like a deathbed?
- 6:06Deathbed? What reunion or something? I don't know. I don't like the
- 6:11way you phrase up, but you mean more of a Hey, let's make
- 6:13amends before you die before you go and die? Yep? Correct, ye?
- 6:15Are we ready for listen? Oh? No, we are interesting.
- 6:20Lizzo is gonna counter suit these three backup dancers who filed this harassment lawsuit against
- 6:26her earlier this month. Now, her lawyer released photos yesterday showing that the
- 6:30dancers were just having a grand old time at the topless cabaret show in Paris.
- 6:35This is the one, Isn't this where the banana incident happened. It
- 6:40was in Amsterdam, in the red light district. Okay, Well, so
- 6:44she thinks that because she has proof that they were enjoying themselves, that there's
- 6:47no possible way that she could have sexually harassed them. She is basically saying
- 6:51that the images contradict The dancers claims that their lawsuit is the fact that they
- 6:56felt pressured to go to the show, when in fact, when they were
- 6:58at the show, they were having a grand old time. But also we're
- 7:00finding out that they chose to stay on for the third leg of Lizzo's tour,
- 7:04and the contracts were signed after all of these incidents. So must not
- 7:09have been so bad, is what she's saying. If you thought I was
- 7:12so bad, why did you sign on to be a part of mine.
- 7:14Well, you know, it could be pretty damning. Like it'd be as
- 7:16if if I told you I hate bowling, can't stand bowling, and if
- 7:20you went down to the bowling alley and what do you see me bowling smile
- 7:25and laughing, giggling, having a good time. It'd be confusing. It'd
- 7:28be a lot. It'd be confusing. It wouldn't be like I don't know
- 7:30what to believe. Are you a bowler or note? In the morning work,
- 7:38I was reading a survey that's at forty percent. Can you believe this?
- 7:40Forty percent of US workers survey said they have hooked up with a co
- 7:45worker. Okay, somebody at work commanded. It's a lot. But then
- 7:49you also a lot of time there. Well you realize that you were guilty,
- 7:54right you admitted back in the day, Yes, the golf course you
- 7:57worked at, you worked at a worked at a country club in the assistant
- 8:00golf bro was giving me golf lessons. Shame, one thing led to another,
- 8:03pot put putt. We're just there's so many golfs, Like, if
- 8:07you want to really get down the innuendo road, golf is just prime,
- 8:09just ripe within the endos. Yeah, just swinging a miss No, no,
- 8:13no, nope. Well, you know, like I don't want to
- 8:16do where you are you gonna do the happy Gilmore tap? But I mean,
- 8:22just anytime you're dealing with a hole, right, there's a golf hole,
- 8:26there's a golf club which consists of the club head, the shaft mulligan,
- 8:31mulligan. Yeah, depending on how hard you swing the club, you
- 8:33need to alter the stiffness of your shaft. I mean, it's just it's
- 8:35a ripe with it. Really. Anyway, that's a lot to take in.
- 8:39We were wondering, have you ever successfully gotten together with somebody at work
- 8:43and had it work out? Actually? Seven to one two eight ninety eight
- 8:46seven, Good morning, Hi. I have a story of a couple that
- 8:50got together at work. Do you know this couple? Yes? I know
- 8:54them fairly well because forty years later I am their thirty year old daughter.
- 9:00What, oh my gosh, what happened? Where did they work? Give
- 9:03us the deeds? So my dad worked at a pizza shop during the summer,
- 9:07and one year he came back and he wasn't planning to work there anymore,
- 9:11and he saw my mom behind the counter and the owner was there,
- 9:16was trying to commence them to come back to work, and after seeing my
- 9:18mom, he thought, I guess, I guess I will. I think
- 9:22maybe I do want to deliver pizzas. Oh my gosh, right, that's
- 9:26crazy. They still make a lot of pizzas together then, or honestly,
- 9:31I don't think that each of them have ever made a homemade pizza for me.
- 9:33That would be kind of a romantic thing. Yeah, right, I
- 9:37know. Maybe I'll need to bug them about that. What was your name
- 9:39again, Taylor Haylor Sailor? Congratulations on being a pizza baby pizza. Thank
- 9:46you have a good one. What about you? You ever worked with somebody
- 9:48then end up together? Seven one two eight ninety eight seven good morning.
- 9:52I just wanted to say, my little sister met her husband at work and
- 9:58they've been married fifteen years. Where did they work as they worked at Walmart
- 10:01in two different departments. Oh interesting, So was it taboo then that two
- 10:05people were, you know, horsing around war? Oh yeah, especially because
- 10:09she is like twelve years older than he is. Oh yeah, she's a
- 10:16cougar? Was she? She wasn't the great? Or was she? No?
- 10:20No? Not on my shoulder? Oh? My gosh, hilarious.
- 10:26We talk about it. But when you think about your life, especially the
- 10:28older you get, that's where you meet people, that's where you're hanging out.
- 10:31I mean, work is kind of your life. So it is usually
- 10:35probably later in life where you're finding your significant other. Oh you either that
- 10:39or online dating. I think I'd prefer work in the morning. Have you
- 10:48seen the hashtake egg crack challenge going around TikTok and other social medias. Is
- 10:54this the one where you're supposed to give your kid an egg and hope they
- 10:56don't drop it. No, no, no, no, Oh into Gracey.
- 11:00You're very familiar with the egg crac challenge. It's so funny. Oh
- 11:03that's funny, says intern A. Man. Let me tell you about the
- 11:07egg crack challenge. You tell me if it's funny. I got a couple
- 11:09of kids. Let's see what I can do. It's basically where the parent
- 11:13leads their young child to believe that they'll be cracking an egg into a bowl,
- 11:18like, hey, we're doing a little baking together. You know,
- 11:20Yeah, that's a disaster waiting to happen, but it's a really good activity.
- 11:22Well, suddenly, instead of cracking the egg into the bowl. The
- 11:26parent cracks the egg on the child's forehead without warning. Now, the children's
- 11:33reactions vary from anger to sadness, Oh my gosh, my kids would ball,
- 11:37occasional laughter, but mostly spewed profanity, which is why it has social
- 11:43media sounding off. Okay, I wouldn't like to think of my almost three
- 11:48and four year olds are gonna swear if I do that? Well, some
- 11:52kids did. I could just see Sydney going, well, I am just
- 11:58losing her mind crying, and I guess I I'm not a parent of the
- 12:01Year. I just don't like to make mess. I don't see you with
- 12:05any like number one mom mugs or you haven't earned that title yet. Mine
- 12:11still hired mom and win wine in here that kay. But I mean,
- 12:20so, what's so funny about it? Entering crazy? Well, maybe I've
- 12:22just seen like fail videos. You hate kids? No, I don't.
- 12:26Do you think she hate kids? No? I don't hate kids. And
- 12:28that's just it the entertainment of it. Okay, first going through okay,
- 12:31might make you laugh here and there one trick that my husband likes to do,
- 12:35and it's kind of similar to this. He does it to his nieces
- 12:37and nephews. He has not done into our kids yet, and I had
- 12:41never seen this before. But it is a water bottle you put on the
- 12:45floor and then you tell them to like look into it like you're gonna do
- 12:50something, and then you splash it in their face. Nick, I know,
- 12:54but he did it to his older nieces and nephews, and one of
- 12:56them cried, the others kind of laughed about it, ruthless. I know.
- 13:00The psychologists are weighing in on the effect that the egg crack challenge can
- 13:03have on kids, and one said, you know, tricks are not for
- 13:07kids. I'd completely yeah. I was under the impression they were. What
- 13:13was that guy's name again, tricks was the rabbit? The rabbit. It's
- 13:18just a silly rabbit. I don't know what his silly rabbit tricks it for
- 13:20kids? I mean tricks. I mean listen. It goes back to I
- 13:22had a traumatic trick played on me when I was a kid when my dad
- 13:26told me that he had my nose at one point and that the times out
- 13:31he did was not it was his thumb. Gotcha, I thought it was
- 13:33my nose. So am I supposed to try this with my kids? Will
- 13:37you do it, will you please? I mean, I'll give you a
- 13:41pass. You know, I'm not gonna judge you, okay, because I
- 13:43think I just want to see and then I'll put it on there and then
- 13:45everybody will judge me. It'll be so fun open that up but laugh out,
- 13:50you know, for us, like an in the morning on Big Nutty
- 13:54eight point seven, it's not just any old Thursday, Morehead West Fargo.
- 13:58Going back to school today kind of weird this morning. It's like sticky,
- 14:03kind of moist gross. I always remember the first day school being sort of
- 14:07sticky. Oh what do that gets out of here? It is still going
- 14:11to be hot, but sticky high of eighty. Say well, if you
- 14:13want to cool off, we have a lovely idea for you because we want
- 14:16to do, you know, give back to the moms who today it can
- 14:20be an emotional day. Whether it's a happy day or a sad day or
- 14:22somewhere between, it can be emotional. So we're doing a little fun.
- 14:26Yes, we're bringing back mom Moosa. So we have a selectroup of people
- 14:30that we've already had as winners. So they're going to be hanging out today
- 14:33at the grotto over there. Thirty Second Avenue, forty fifth Street, behind
- 14:37kind of the tavern in time, one of my favorite intersections in town.
- 14:39Well, first of all, the patio is fantastic, but they also do
- 14:43have indoors if you want to do that. And if you're a mom,
- 14:46you've got some girlfriends and you're just kind of like, you know what,
- 14:48I just want to get to the house today and enjoy you. Mom moosa
- 14:50over at the grotto five dollar mimosas all day long, and you had used
- 14:54the term dadosa making fun of me earlier. Guys can come as well.
- 14:58It's not a big deal. It's the fact that mamosa mimosa just kind of
- 15:01had a ring to it. Dad dad Osa, daddy Mary. You know
- 15:05it was. But it's better than bloody dad. Oh my gosh, Yeah,
- 15:16whatever whatever you want to have for a little cocktail. But you're right
- 15:20though, there's so many emotions with this. My daughter is going to be
- 15:22going to kindergarten in a year from now. I'm gonna lose my mind.
- 15:26I'm just gonna be so sad. Yeah, you better. You should take
- 15:28that week off now or the week after. But just in general, or
- 15:33if you have a kid that's a senior or something. There's just then there's
- 15:35people who are genuinely right now, pop and bottles, go and get out
- 15:39of the house. That's been the longest summer of my life with you here.
- 15:41Well that and you're talking, I mean yesterday. You don't realize,
- 15:43like the daycare goss when they're not in school and it's like, well,
- 15:46I guess it's a nice, publicly funded daycare for you. Yeah, it's
- 15:52a roller coaster of emotions and all the meals. I just think of my
- 15:54kids come home in afternoon and they just had snack and they want to another
- 16:00snack, and two snacks before dinner, and then five snacks after that.
- 16:03Yeah. I can't imagine a full day that kids love snacks. God,
- 16:06that's all that's all they live for snacks. I do we have a mom
- 16:08on the phone, intern grazie we do? Okay, good morning, big
- 16:11nighty point seven. I just want to say, it's basicly gonna be a
- 16:14great day. Are you excited for back to school? No, I'm excited
- 16:17for pumpkin spice? Oh is it pumpkin spice day? Gosh? Isn't Starbucks
- 16:22rolling out pumpkin spice today? They are? And so scare Mooo, doesn't
- 16:26that feel a little too early or not? No? No, well,
- 16:29I mean it September's next week, which is crazy exactly. So besides list
- 16:33things to my favorite morning show and s and then first day of school for
- 16:37my daughter, it's a good day. Where's your daughter off to school at?
- 16:41Shea? Okay? Doesn't that with a few more emotions though it does.
- 16:47I'm trying not to acknowledge the fact that this is her last year,
- 16:52is that she's my only child, so that's really hurts for me right now.
- 16:55Oh yeah, that's what I'm saying. The things were bringing it up.
- 16:57Well, no, he's trying to avoid everybody's like, yes, it's
- 17:00back to school, get the kids out. But then there's moms of kindergarteners
- 17:03and seniors, and it's that feeling of oh, it goes so fast.
- 17:07I don't know if she's picked her college yet, but might I recommend the
- 17:11Minnesota State University of Morehead. It's right there close. You won't have to
- 17:15really lose her. Well, that's what I was telling her, and I'm
- 17:18like it all, you can always live at home, and it's obviously a
- 17:21prestigious university for anybody, so good luck on the first day of school and
- 17:25enjoy that pumpkin spice. Yeah, you guys, have a great day.
- 17:26Thank you. I get Amanda in the morning. Come on, get up
- 17:30on ninety eight point seven. It's what you need to know. Exciting day.
- 17:34It is back to school for Westbargo and Morehead. But last week we
- 17:38got some really really hard news for a lot of people to digest. We
- 17:41found out that an elementary school principle is facing child porn charges and these are
- 17:45serious conversations that needed to be had. Yesterday, the district did send on
- 17:49an email saying that they were shocked by the news and they just want to
- 17:52convey to parents that they are offering as many resources as possible for those who
- 17:59are wondering how to just guss topics like that with your child. That was
- 18:00the first conversation I thought in my head, how do you have that conversation?
- 18:06And then he had kids as well, and oh, there's just so
- 18:08many layers. So well, it sounds like they're you know, handling well
- 18:11and you know, providing resources, which is all you can do, right
- 18:14absolutely, And he was trending last night. It's kind of funny because of
- 18:18course he's our governor. So of course we know Governor Bergham, but yesterday
- 18:22people were going Bergham never heard of him, and he about twenty four hours
- 18:27ago we hit refreshing found out he had a basketball injury. He was playing
- 18:32a pickup game of basketball. He ended up rupturing his achilles tendon. What
- 18:36was he doing? I mean, how hard was he going? He was
- 18:38going hard, obviously, just driving the lane, probably attacking the rim.
- 18:42And just when you think you knew the guy, I didn't know he was
- 18:45such a hoops I no idea. I mean, obviously Obama was like a
- 18:48big basketball guy. But you know, maybe it's a good maybe be good
- 18:51of a president who knows how to be a bala attack the rim Gala.
- 18:56Anyway, we did find out last night that he can stand his ground.
- 19:00I watched the entire thing. It was very interesting. At one point,
- 19:03I'm like, is he even going to get a chance to talk? Just
- 19:06because there were eight people up there, so a lot of people weren't getting
- 19:10a whole lot of time to shine. Believe it or not, during this
- 19:11debate Pike, a lot of people were talking over each other. Really interesting
- 19:15to me to see what was actually trending on Twitter, so Bergham was but
- 19:19people were talking about his eyebrows, which I've never even noticed until people know.
- 19:26There was a lot of people very happy that he was talking more about
- 19:30the Constitution. At one point he whipped it out of your little Constitution the
- 19:33book. Yeah, he pulled out the Constitution. Yeah, uh yeah.
- 19:37He was referencing the fact that we need to get back to this. Like
- 19:40I hope he didn't actually pull the real one out. That'd be questionable.
- 19:44He's still doing that home getting he wore George Washington's, you know, military
- 19:48outfit. Some of the positive feedback. He feels like a neighbor, he's
- 19:51likable, and they want to hear more. Interesting. We'll see if we
- 19:55get a chance to hear more because there's another debate coming up. I don't
- 19:57I don't know where the and all that stuff is. If he's gonna keep
- 20:02on rolling, but there's a lot of candidates. Yeah. Weatherwise today,
- 20:06it's gonna be sunny. How you have eighty six, it's gonna be perfect.
- 20:08I'm in the patio. We're heading over there in a little bit for
- 20:11mom moosas at the grotto. Also breaking news, Today's pumpkin spice latte day.
- 20:15As I see on the TV that's not ready for it's fall. It's
- 20:17officially fall. No, it's not. What do you like how sticky it
- 20:19is? I don't. I don't care for how sticky it is. But
- 20:22there's still plenty of pontoon time to be in the water and relax. It's
- 20:26not even Labor day yet. Let's chill. What does that mean? Put
- 20:29your pumpkins spice away. Give me a margarita with Sultan lime. No,
- 20:33no, no, no, I don't remember that one. I just know
- 20:37that yesterday I could agrease the black star sweat coming off of me. It's
- 20:41like a minute in the morning, Big ninety eight point seven, Big ninety
- 20:44your point seven, Good morning. We're pike in the manday in the morning
- 20:47weatherwise today for your first day back to school for West Fargo and Moorhead.
- 20:51Kind of foggy and sticky and gross this morning, but it is going to
- 20:52be sunny in eighty six by the end of the day. We'll gather round.
- 20:56Kids. Have I ever told you the story of the time when I
- 20:57was a young young man when I praying for called somebody? Oh, I
- 21:02do recall, but I think there's a lot of people that don't know how
- 21:03terrible you were. Well it ended in uh, it did end in criminal
- 21:07charges. Not proud of that, but hey, what the hell kitchen now?
- 21:11Look at me now, Frank calling people on the radio. It's Pikes
- 21:14Prank, the intro song, of course, written and recorded by my band,
- 21:17Low standards. Take it away, fellas you suspect a thing when you
- 21:21hear the telephone, fix fraend, it's lucky. Never is listening, fie
- 21:29fraend. He won't get arrested. Bikes, Frank. Let's see if we
- 21:34can get this guy Mike to play ball a little bit. His friend Trent
- 21:37hit us up, and I guess he's missing a backpack, which can be
- 21:41frustrating. He ever lost. I mean, it's not so much the backpack,
- 21:42it's the stuff in the backpack, right yeah, No, I mean
- 21:45but something that could be a very sentimental back there's some stuff or no,
- 21:49let's just say we found some interesting items in this back Oh gosh, let's
- 21:53see if we can return it to its rightful owner. Here we go.
- 22:03Hello, Hey, there, I'm looking for a Mike. This is Mike.
- 22:10Hey Mike, it's Hank tank Keiney, Director of lost and found over
- 22:12the city of Fargo. How are you doing this morning? All right,
- 22:15go on, well, we got good news for you. Somebody turned in
- 22:19a backpack that was found at park and after it looks like this maybe yours.
- 22:26Did you happen to lose a backpack? Oh? Yeah, I did
- 22:30everything, all right? Excellent, excellent? Okay. So, first of
- 22:33all, do you do you remember anything you might have had in the backpack?
- 22:34Yeah, my wallets, there go, my driver's place. Okay,
- 22:37Okay. Now I'm gonna go through a few of the other items we found
- 22:41in there, and you're just gonna have to identify a few of the characteristics.
- 22:44So, first off, we did find a large set of women's underwear
- 22:48in the backpack, and so if you could just go ahead and identify the
- 22:52pattern on that big set underwear. Yeah, I don't don't know what that's
- 22:56about. I don't know what's talk about. Okay, So you got no
- 22:57idea what I'm talking about there? No? Okay, how about this one?
- 23:00We found a receipt in the backpack. Do you do you remember having
- 23:03a receipt in their mic? No? So he was a victorious secret receipt.
- 23:08It looks like for one set of large women's underwear. Yeah, I
- 23:14haven't you remember you back You're saying you don't have a big pair of women's
- 23:18underwearing your backpack. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I don't literally never owned a
- 23:22pair of women's underwear. I don't know what you're talking about. Well,
- 23:23we do. Here have a thank you card written to an anonymous person thanking
- 23:29them for the large women's underwear. It says here, quote of all the
- 23:33numerous pairs of women's underwear I've owned, these are the best yet, signed
- 23:37by Mike. M Yeah, I don't know what's going on. Okay,
- 23:42Yeah, I don't know what to do here then, because we can't obviously
- 23:45give you this backpack. It sounds like it's not yours. Yeah, I'll
- 23:48just take the wall in the driver's like, yeah, we can't keep you
- 23:49that. I don't care man. Hey Mike, Yeah yeah, Mike,
- 23:53Sorry to break the stupid but we've been prank calling you this whole time.
- 23:56Not serious? Okay, good, I think he was on do it.
- 24:00Mike gets Pike and Amandy in the morning. Your misery here because it sounds
- 24:03like you were not in the mood to play around today. Not really,
- 24:07I mean you got my backpack. I don't have You're fat back I'm sorry,
- 24:12damn no, I know somebody, somebody might have be backpack. But
- 24:15your buddy Trent, you know Trent, right, Old Trent. Yeah,
- 24:18yeah, old Trent. Yeah. He said you were missing a backpack,
- 24:21and Trent was field silly. He wanted us to prank. Call you,
- 24:25oh man, I'm gonna wreck him. You're gonna wreck him, Trent,
- 24:29consider yourself wrecked in the morning. Seven did you see this insane story.
- 24:36I know it's a local story because he's from Minnesota. This fourteen year old
- 24:40boy who was out fishing with his family when he snagged a big one.
- 24:44A big one. How big are we talking? Why? He thought it
- 24:47was a decent sized little fish, so he starts reeling it in. But
- 24:49when he reeled it in, Connor Halsa realized it wasn't a fish on the
- 24:55line. Oh gosh, what was it? It was a man? It
- 24:57was a wallet wallet. So it's like, okay, all right, whatever,
- 25:02junk, throw it back. Well, he went to the wallet.
- 25:03Turns out the wallet still pretty intact. Looks inside the wallet two thousand dollars
- 25:08of cash in my wallet. So first of all, somebody lost their wallet.
- 25:14That's a bummer. I mean that is just the bottom of the leg
- 25:17wallet. Yeah, how many sunglasses, all the things? Oh yeah,
- 25:21his phones, especially ice fishing that little ice, the little hole. You
- 25:23know, many phones have gone down in there. Absolutely, it's endless.
- 25:26But who has just two thousand dollars in cash? I mean, that's so
- 25:32crazy and made up to me because I lose so many things. You don't
- 25:34nervous, like I'm scared to carry around a twenty in my wallet because I
- 25:37just know I'm gonna lose it, you know. But this kid, Connor
- 25:41said, his cousin opened up the wallet and said some words that you probably
- 25:44shouldn't say. I can imagine. Boys. Well, anyway, it was
- 25:48two thousand dollars and they looked inside there was a business card. So he
- 25:51looked at his dad and his dad said we should probably return it. So
- 25:55he said, yeah, I guess we probably should. So they called the
- 25:56number Dad track down the owner. I know, And it's not like the
- 26:00way it was written. It was basically like he looked at his dad and
- 26:03as soon as his dad said that they should return it, he agreed.
- 26:06Yeah. Otherwise he was like, okay, two thousand dollars. I could
- 26:08get a bike, I could get a scooter. He's like going through all
- 26:11the things in the mold. Would you give it back? Oh? For
- 26:15sure? I mean I think without it, I would hope that there was
- 26:18a finder's fee. For sure, there's not going to be a finder's fee.
- 26:22Would you if that was you and it was your wallet, would you
- 26:23give the person of the money at least one hundred bucks? Especially if I'm
- 26:26rocking two grand in my wallet, I'd give him at least one hundred bucks.
- 26:30I'd give him a little the home alone two tip you know in the
- 26:33hotel gives him a stick of gum. So question, though, here's for
- 26:37your trouble. How is this not deteriorated? You know, we know,
- 26:41like how long it was in there? Because I'm just thinking all this water,
- 26:44just in general money, you'd think it would be gross. But then
- 26:47how would the business card have not been all wet and soggy. Well,
- 26:49that's a great question, and not to mention just the sheer odds of catching
- 26:52a wallet. They said, I mean it's a huge light. The seventy
- 26:56mile long. The light was it seventy miles wide? God, that's a
- 26:59good question, Amanda. I'm sorry. I so many words, so many
- 27:03questions. No I would I wouldn't have had to research that before we started
- 27:04talking. It's all good. It doesn't matter. It's the fact that it
- 27:07could have been on Middle Leaf Lake where we hang out. It's a small
- 27:10little lake. I don't care if it was in somebody's pool in the backyard.
- 27:12It's hard to catch it. I've been looking for an anchor I've lost
- 27:15for years, alright, like, and it's only in fifteen feet of water,
- 27:19so the chances of this are very slim. What happened to the anchor?
- 27:23You know? It's funny. I thought it was tied onto the end
- 27:26of the punk and it wasn't. And what I did like because I just
- 27:30tossed it in the lake, like gave you a
