Police say a 15-year-old took his parents’ SUV without permission and drove 83 mph in a 30 mph zone before crashing into a car carrying three women at a stop sign. Two women died at the scene and the third died five months later; the teen pleaded guilty to all charges in adult court and received 15 years in prison followed by 15 years of probation.
