  Now this has been going on for a very long time, but usually what

  people do is they promise people job they give them Cos and when

  they get here there's no work anyway.

  And at that point they've paid 10s of thousands of pounds just

  to get here and there's no work. Some of them were sleeping on

  the streets, UK BCD, a documentary on this whole thing

  and people were just like ohh these people are not lucky but
• 0:49
  now people have taken it to a different level.

  Now they are issuing fake Cos. Now let me just take it back.

  Cos is basically certificates of sponsorship where a company you

  apply for a job and they give you Cos for you to take to the
• 1:07
  embassies who apply for a visa and when you get the visa, you
• 1:11
  come and then you start working. This is free.
• 1:15
  OK, This is actually free if you go through the right process.

  Let's say you're a doctor, you're a nurse, your eye in IT,
• 1:22
  you're a teacher or a profession that you can actually get a job
• 1:26
  from your home country going to a different country, they issue
• 1:30
  certificates of sponsorship, the company employing you will give
• 1:33
  you a certificate of sponsorship and then that is what you take
• 1:36
  to the embassy to get your visa, you relocate and then you start
• 1:40
  working. Now when this whole thing went
• 1:42
  to a different level was when UK started looking for healthcare
• 1:45
  workers. You know after the pandemic they
• 1:47
  were short of styles, short of workers.
• 1:50
  They were not issuing certificates of sponsorship to
• 1:53
  any company who can bring in workers.
• 1:56
  Basically a lot of people took advantage of this.
• 1:59
  You can even partner with an agency who already recruited
• 2:02
  workers. Your your role is basically to
• 2:05
  get them workers because after the Brexit they were short of
• 2:09
  staff and everything. So people were recruiting from
• 2:13
  all over the world and UK BA which is the UK Home Office made
• 2:18
  it easy by issuing certificates of sponsorship.

  But requirement is you have a registered company who is on
• 2:24
  their the website, they will issue you a PCOS which you will
• 2:28
  now give the number to your candidates who you have given
• 2:33
  employment because people started taking advantage of it.

  And the whole lots of people, not just Nigerians, Africans,
• 2:39
  even the Indians, you know a lot of the Asian countries this
• 2:46
  they're making money out of these things.

  You see somebody wake up on money, register for company and
• 2:51
  then apply for PCOS and then you're issuing CAS to everybody.

  Sometimes they tell these people there are no jobs but once you
• 2:59
  get into the UK you can't walk. But the stipulation there is

  that that person can only work 20 hours outside of the hours
• 3:07
  that you're giving them. And sometimes some of these
• 3:09
  people are honest about it, to tell them that we don't have
• 3:12
  work but we're getting you to the UK.

  They pay 10s. Like I hear 10,015, thousand,
• 3:19
  20,000 people are paying just to come to the UK.

  And then when you get here, there's no job, you start seeing

  the reality of things. BBC did a documentary on this

  thing. People were not listening, but

  right now they haven't taken it to a different level where

  people are now issuing fake PCOS.

  Like why would you take 10,000 from somebody just to give them

  a fix US? Why would you do that?

  A lot of people have been banned from the UK for 10 years because

  they applied with a fix US. There's this lady that cried to

  very dark black man saying that she paid 2222 million naira for

  Cos when they got to the embassy, like they sold

  everything, sold their houses, resigned from their job, sold

  properties, sold land, borrowed money only to get to the
• 4:11
  embassy. And they were told that the Cos
• 4:14
  was fake and they were banned from the UK for 10 years.

  We're thinking, OK, maybe this is a one off, this is a one off.

  And we started hearing stories. Now these are people in Nigeria.

  Another person said they were added to a WhatsApp group and

  she the the the admin told them that this is somebody who who

  does CS, vouch for the person and she got 38,000 lbs.

  She literally gathered people. But people in the UK looking for
• 4:46
  how to change from student visa to work visa gather these people
• 4:51
  38,000 lbs. They give to this lady only for
• 4:57
  her to issue fake Cos to people. People are stranded.

  Now we are hearing about £100,000 from a church group.

  What God cannot do does not exist.

  Group yeah, he got that. People, people paid £100,000 to
• 5:22
  get PCOS only to be issued fake CMOS.

  Then you start wondering, OK, you get information, somebody

  told you, you're seeing people complaining left right centre.

  And then you think, OK, this is a church.

  This is a church that every what we cannot do doesn't exist.

  So whether everybody is having problems, I believe what God

  UK is crazy. Anybody thinking they want to

  Make sure you have paid your school fees in full if you have
