Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Well, hey everybody, welcome back to the Business Roundtable podcast.
- 0:06Speaker 1: I am your host, David Carr of Stewart Your Business.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Will help bring teams together to accomplish great things, And
- 0:13Speaker 1: as we do almost every week, I have a new
- 0:16Speaker 1: guest or returning guest, and this week, this week we've
- 0:19Speaker 1: got a brand new guest, Kenneth Lord, who is one
- 0:22Speaker 1: that I've been working with this year, and I thought,
- 0:26Speaker 1: Kenneth has just got a wealth of knowledge and background
- 0:29Speaker 1: working across multiple companies and had a lot of different
- 0:33Speaker 1: success and so I thought, let's dive in to some
- 0:37Speaker 1: of the things about what makes Kenneth unique, because when
- 0:41Speaker 1: I met Kenneth, he was really building relationship and has
- 0:44Speaker 1: some really emotional intelligence and understanding that I don't always
- 0:47Speaker 1: see in a lot of people nowadaysly, And I thought, Kenneth,
- 0:52Speaker 1: you know you've been helping working with me and my
- 0:54Speaker 1: company Stewart your Business, among others, and helping us as
- 0:59Speaker 1: business leaders be more effective in our leading ourselves, leading
- 1:05Speaker 1: our teams, and we were we've been working together on
- 1:10Speaker 1: the LinkedIn platform, and so I just thought it would
- 1:13Speaker 1: be fun, it would be great to have you here
- 1:15Speaker 1: and to go through and dig a little bit into
- 1:17Speaker 1: you know, how do we navigate growing businesses by having
- 1:22Speaker 1: really emotional intelligence. So that's kind of my opening, Kenneth.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I would love you as you feel free because you
- 1:29Speaker 1: knew the audience, share a little bit about your background
- 1:31Speaker 1: and kind of what got you here, and we'll dive
- 1:34Speaker 1: in and enjoy the conversation today.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Sure, sure, yeah, I appreciate it.
- 1:38Speaker 3: David.
- 1:38Speaker 4: It's been great to work with you and just been
- 1:42Speaker 4: an amazing experience up until now so far. And I'm
- 1:46Speaker 4: just I'm here to just really be present with all
- 1:50Speaker 4: of you so that maybe there's some idea or maybe
- 1:54Speaker 4: suggestion or way in which we're conveying things that's going
- 1:58Speaker 4: to resonate with you. And part of the conversation today, Jordy,
- 2:05Speaker 4: I guess is about LinkedIn and getting a really clear
- 2:08Speaker 4: perspective about you know, what's your angle, what's your intentions,
- 2:13Speaker 4: where are you coming from, what's your objectives, and how
- 2:17Speaker 4: to convert these individuals that you're building relationships with into
- 2:24Speaker 4: either friends.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Or colleagues or clients.
- 2:28Speaker 4: And so so I'm happy to share some of that
- 2:31Speaker 4: wisdom with with each.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Of you, and I hope that you get a lot
- 2:36Speaker 2: out of our conversation today.
- 2:38Speaker 1: So yeah, I think I think it's great to use
- 2:40Speaker 1: the LinkedIn platform because you know, it's it's the go
- 2:43Speaker 1: to professional platform. But that being said, there's a lot
- 2:47Speaker 1: of different ways. As you and I were talking before
- 2:48Speaker 1: we jumped on recording to day, ken, there's a lot
- 2:50Speaker 1: of different ways you can present yourself on there and
- 2:54Speaker 1: and and be relevant or not relevant depending on who
- 2:57Speaker 1: you're trying to reach.
- 3:00Speaker 3: And so.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Before we dive too far into that, I do want
- 3:05Speaker 1: to I want to go back because one of the
- 3:07Speaker 1: things you were helping me with and why I wanted
- 3:10Speaker 1: to have you come on here.
- 3:11Speaker 3: One of the things, Kenneth is like.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Being very conscientious of the words that I'm using and
- 3:16Speaker 1: not just kind of you know, there's AI, there's lots
- 3:19Speaker 1: of technology out there, and it's very helpful. It's very useful,
- 3:22Speaker 1: but just in and of itself, isn't that great? So
- 3:25Speaker 1: could you talk a little bit about, you know, infusing
- 3:29Speaker 1: technology and I know that you do this kind of
- 3:31Speaker 1: with this role of emotional intelligence, and like how you
- 3:36Speaker 1: were able to come to this and I know you've
- 3:38Speaker 1: been successful with many clients and companies to infuse this
- 3:43Speaker 1: understanding because I feel like it's really lost today in
- 3:45Speaker 1: today's age where people just like kind of slap something
- 3:47Speaker 1: together and give me the recipe and I just kind
- 3:49Speaker 1: of do it there. But it's it's it's doesn't it
- 3:51Speaker 1: doesn't match up with a person quite right, And then
- 3:54Speaker 1: people can sense that and they're like, this isn't this
- 3:56Speaker 1: isn't quite right.
- 3:56Speaker 3: Where you've been very intentional.
- 3:58Speaker 1: In the way that you've I can tell and you
- 4:02Speaker 1: lead yourself, but then how you've helped, for example, guide me,
- 4:06Speaker 1: and so just could you share a little bit about
- 4:07Speaker 1: your journey and out how important that is and not
- 4:10Speaker 1: just pulling something out of the box and just saying, oh,
- 4:12Speaker 1: I just copy somebody else, you know.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Sure, sure, sure, yeah.
- 4:17Speaker 4: So each of us has their own journey and their
- 4:20Speaker 4: own story. And for the last four decades I've helped
- 4:23Speaker 4: entrepreneurs grow and scale their vision and oftentimes you know,
- 4:30Speaker 4: what have come to is that your intention is the
- 4:34Speaker 4: single most significant thing that you can be cognizant of,
- 4:39Speaker 4: the conscious of, and through that.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Intention leads you down the path.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Of the next step, right, and then every decision is
- 4:49Speaker 4: going to set up your next decisions which lead to
- 4:54Speaker 4: whatever calling that is or momentum that is or challenge
- 4:59Speaker 4: that maybe for instance, and when you're present with who
- 5:04Speaker 4: you are and you understand and you're really diving deep
- 5:07Speaker 4: into who you are in the world for the betterment
- 5:09Speaker 4: of humanity, your true purpose in life, you come to
- 5:13Speaker 4: that point of just being present and pausing for a
- 5:17Speaker 4: moment and really going, you know, in regards to LinkedIn,
- 5:22Speaker 4: for instance, really understanding where that other person is coming from,
- 5:28Speaker 4: and when you really pay attention to that and take
- 5:31Speaker 4: those few minutes that it takes to dive deep into
- 5:35Speaker 4: their bio or just kind of listen and read actively
- 5:39Speaker 4: listen to the words that they're saying to you or
- 5:42Speaker 4: that's in their bio or on their website for instance,
- 5:45Speaker 4: you really get a lot out of how to communicate
- 5:50Speaker 4: with these individuals and the more that you can do that.
- 5:54Speaker 4: And these are specifically your ideal clients, right, not just anyone.
- 5:59Speaker 4: So for example, if your dart audiences, say small businesses
- 6:03Speaker 4: or entrepreneurs, and you're a business coach, for instance, you
- 6:06Speaker 4: may not be focusing on the HR departments, right, and
- 6:09Speaker 4: so you have to really be cognizant of are these
- 6:13Speaker 4: individuals your potential clients as an example, and then because
- 6:17Speaker 4: because otherwise you may be wasting your time on those
- 6:21Speaker 4: individuals when it can be spent in other places. We
- 6:25Speaker 4: have a system that sends out eighty personalized invitations a
- 6:29Speaker 4: day and multiple messages after that, and and you you
- 6:34Speaker 4: don't have to do anything until somebody actually replies, and
- 6:38Speaker 4: and so once they once they do reply, that gives
- 6:40Speaker 4: you the opportunity to message them. Now, the reason why
- 6:43Speaker 4: I pointed that out is because where I'm coming from
- 6:48Speaker 4: is based upon having multiple people as you know, to
- 6:52Speaker 4: consider in your conversations. If you were just have one
- 6:56Speaker 4: or two people and you're talking to them and so forth,
- 6:58Speaker 4: that's you know, the time that you're spending with them
- 7:01Speaker 4: may be viable.
- 7:02Speaker 2: But when you have multiple people that are available.
- 7:05Speaker 4: In your conversations, then you really are looking you're narrowing
- 7:10Speaker 4: your conscious focus on who these individuals are. Because I
- 7:14Speaker 4: believe that every person, if you put a dollar amount
- 7:16Speaker 4: the life the customer, the acquisition costs the lifetime of
- 7:23Speaker 4: a customer for instance, what you're going to look at
- 7:26Speaker 4: is what is that number, that dollar amount that you're
- 7:29Speaker 4: putting on those individuals. And so let's just say it's
- 7:33Speaker 4: ten thousand or twenty thousand, whatever that number is that
- 7:36Speaker 4: one individual. If you're communicating with them and they instantly
- 7:42Speaker 4: opt out, which is really easy to do on any
- 7:44Speaker 4: sort of platform, then that dollar amount could have either
- 7:50Speaker 4: been made or is no longer available to you.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Right.
- 7:53Speaker 4: And so when you're really going deep into who this
- 7:56Speaker 4: individual is and you're cognizant of how communicate with them,
- 8:00Speaker 4: and then you're having this dialogue with them to build
- 8:03Speaker 4: a relationship, then you move them to an actual call.
- 8:08Speaker 2: That's when the magic happens.
- 8:10Speaker 4: Is when you're really having the deeper conversations with them,
- 8:13Speaker 4: you get a chance.
- 8:13Speaker 2: To understand them.
- 8:14Speaker 4: You get a chance to really understand who they are,
- 8:18Speaker 4: where they're at, where they're coming from. And this is
- 8:20Speaker 4: what I would say as it relates to the question
- 8:23Speaker 4: that you're actually asking me, because it really comes to
- 8:28Speaker 4: that point of knowing and understanding yourself in order to
- 8:33Speaker 4: relate and be able to convey who you are as
- 8:37Speaker 4: that examples that are as the entrepreneur, as the leader,
- 8:42Speaker 4: as the product or service that you're offering, in order
- 8:47Speaker 4: to have that multiplicity conversation that you're about to have
- 8:50Speaker 4: with these other leaders and with what they're about. And
- 8:55Speaker 4: I've had multiple conversations where the outcome of it was
- 8:59Speaker 4: simply that we're friends. It doesn't actually have to come
- 9:03Speaker 4: to me where where you're doing business together. It could
- 9:06Speaker 4: be later down the road that they are individuals that
- 9:10Speaker 4: you partner with, or maybe they're a resource for you
- 9:14Speaker 4: or vice versa. They may come to an event that
- 9:17Speaker 4: you're sponsoring or hosting. It could be a lot of
- 9:19Speaker 4: different things. And so it's it's really about building relationships.
- 9:26Speaker 4: And LinkedIn has established itself as the premiere B to
- 9:30Speaker 4: B platform. It's almost as though you know they people
- 9:34Speaker 4: have been vetted already, and they don't. It's it's almost
- 9:38Speaker 4: though that they're not really ghosting you per se as
- 9:42Speaker 4: much as say, you know, other platforms, and so you
- 9:45Speaker 4: can reach out to them anytime. I've had many clients
- 9:48Speaker 4: where they have responded to me a year, two years out,
- 9:52Speaker 4: you know, from the time that I first messaged them,
- 9:55Speaker 4: and they become clients of mine, and it's and it's
- 9:57Speaker 4: really common for those kinds of things happen to happen.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, I mean that I love the the this
- 10:07Speaker 1: perspective of it's a longer game here, a longer play,
- 10:12Speaker 1: if you will. Kenneth, and I think in today's age
- 10:15Speaker 1: I just see a lot of people pursuing the one
- 10:19Speaker 1: off opportunity.
- 10:21Speaker 3: I get a lot of that.
- 10:22Speaker 1: And you and I've talked about this where again, I
- 10:24Speaker 1: think the lack of uh, the awareness even of themselves
- 10:29Speaker 1: or others, and so they're they're not asking questions and
- 10:34Speaker 1: maybe this would be would be a good place to
- 10:36Speaker 1: go because you when we first met and on LinkedIn
- 10:40Speaker 1: other things, you asked me some questions. You asked me like, hey,
- 10:42Speaker 1: would you consider this would be okay to connect? Would
- 10:46Speaker 1: you be able to be sharing something? So you know,
- 10:48Speaker 1: to me, you're you're it's it's you're you. You shifted
- 10:51Speaker 1: the focus from yourself to more about me and talk
- 10:55Speaker 1: a little bit about like how we get suck up
- 10:57Speaker 1: on ourselves about oh, I need to get the sale
- 11:00Speaker 1: and to make this thing happen. I'm trying and I'm
- 11:02Speaker 1: pushing really hard. But to me, that's lacking emotional awareness
- 11:06Speaker 1: and understanding of the other person. It's all about you,
- 11:08Speaker 1: it's not about the other person.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Yeah, And well, here's the thing is that they if
- 11:15Speaker 4: your focus is on the sale, for instance, right, and
- 11:19Speaker 4: this is the objective, this is the intention, then actually
- 11:24Speaker 4: you can have sales that happen pretty quickly on LinkedIn
- 11:31Speaker 4: when you have established clearly, when you have established yourself
- 11:35Speaker 4: as the authority, when you're building an actual healthy relationship
- 11:38Speaker 4: with somebody, it happens pretty quickly because they get to
- 11:41Speaker 4: know I can trust.
- 11:41Speaker 2: You pretty rapid.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Right in our conversations, you know, we have four to
- 11:46Speaker 4: five messages that we send out typically, and oftentimes they're
- 11:53Speaker 4: designed to either be part of a group, or watch
- 11:57Speaker 4: this video, or be part of a podcast, or these
- 12:00Speaker 4: kinds of things, things that actually people might be interested
- 12:03Speaker 4: in and specifically to them, specifically, right to that target demographic.
- 12:09Speaker 4: And so I would say that in any given time
- 12:13Speaker 4: you could can you know, from the beginning of your conversation,
- 12:17Speaker 4: you can convert someone within just a few weeks. It
- 12:20Speaker 4: doesn't have to take even a week or you know,
- 12:22Speaker 4: it kind of depends, but the objective behind your intention.
- 12:27Speaker 4: I receive these emails all the time, and they're just
- 12:30Speaker 4: bombarding me in the first message that they're bombarding me with,
- 12:33Speaker 4: you know, this is the sales pitch, right.
- 12:36Speaker 2: And I believe that.
- 12:39Speaker 4: There are many people who have come to the understanding
- 12:43Speaker 4: that that's not the direction. And then there's others that
- 12:46Speaker 4: that's exactly the direction, right, And I think that ultimately
- 12:50Speaker 4: there's just has to be this cognizant effort on what's
- 12:55Speaker 4: your intention, where are you coming from? And put yourself
- 12:59Speaker 4: in their shoes, put yourself in their place of receiving
- 13:02Speaker 4: what that message is. If you're sending out a message
- 13:05Speaker 4: that is relationship building, would you reply? Would you respond
- 13:08Speaker 4: in the first message, in the second message, in a
- 13:11Speaker 4: third message. And we all know that we buy into
- 13:16Speaker 4: every part of that landing page, every part of that conversation.
- 13:21Speaker 4: So if you're going to read the headline, for instance,
- 13:24Speaker 4: that has to sell you on reading the next part
- 13:28Speaker 4: of that headline or that message. Otherwise you've opted out
- 13:32Speaker 4: pretty quickly. This is why we go through it. We
- 13:34Speaker 4: look at something, we scan it really quick, you're out.
- 13:36Speaker 4: Other times we say that's kind of intriguing. Let me
- 13:39Speaker 4: read a little bit deeper, and we keep reading until
- 13:43Speaker 4: something either triggers that was amazing and or Okay, I've
- 13:46Speaker 4: got enough, or we have our own reasons for opting in.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Opting out, et cetera.
- 13:50Speaker 4: And so we really need to pay attention to that
- 13:54Speaker 4: in our profiles, right, because your profile is your message,
- 14:00Speaker 4: your brand message, your alignment of who you are. It
- 14:05Speaker 4: is the thing that when you send out a message
- 14:08Speaker 4: to someone on LinkedIn, they're going to go to your
- 14:12Speaker 4: profile and look to see who you are.
- 14:14Speaker 2: I would, wouldn't you. Yeah, So.
- 14:19Speaker 4: Essentially you're positioning yourself and making sure that your brand message,
- 14:24Speaker 4: your business message is aligned with who you are and
- 14:29Speaker 4: aligned with that ultimate goal that you have in the
- 14:31Speaker 4: world that you're that you're either doing or that you're
- 14:35Speaker 4: intending to do. And that's the first step to bringing
- 14:39Speaker 4: that relationship home to people to know, like and trust you.
- 14:44Speaker 1: So you've covered a lot of great things there, and
- 14:48Speaker 1: we're going to go I know we talked earlier and
- 14:50Speaker 1: I'm going to pull up some LinkedIn profiles. So I
- 14:52Speaker 1: do want to look at them because I think sometimes
- 14:55Speaker 1: I mean, yes, people look. Sometimes I hear people say, well,
- 14:57Speaker 1: I'm only gonna I'm only gonna update this. They don't
- 15:01Speaker 1: realize the asset that it can be that the LinkedIn
- 15:03Speaker 1: can be. And and I would argue maybe sometimes depending
- 15:09Speaker 1: even on the on the company, you might look for
- 15:11Speaker 1: the key people on LinkedIn versus their their website because
- 15:16Speaker 1: it's going to give you a different flavor or an
- 15:18Speaker 1: understanding for the makeup of the company or those you know,
- 15:21Speaker 1: those individuals that team, and you just kind of see
- 15:24Speaker 1: how that how that looks, you know, And so I
- 15:30Speaker 1: really I think that this is really important to those
- 15:32Speaker 1: of you that are listening to the podcast here. If
- 15:34Speaker 1: you haven't kind of dusted off your LinkedIn profile in
- 15:37Speaker 1: a while or looked looked at it, we'll we'll dive
- 15:41Speaker 1: in here a little bit on the podcast here and
- 15:43Speaker 1: and get some insights as to like you were saying,
- 15:46Speaker 1: and this is a great way to to I would
- 15:48Speaker 1: look at anyone. I mean, I know when I was
- 15:50Speaker 1: looking at hiring people, even from my previous company, I
- 15:53Speaker 1: would look at their LinkedIn profiles because this is their
- 15:57Speaker 1: opportunity to cure, to create the story that like you said,
- 16:03Speaker 1: what's your intensive what are you trying to get here?
- 16:05Speaker 1: What's your big idea? And I don't think people really
- 16:10Speaker 1: take that to heart. And what has been your experience
- 16:12Speaker 1: working with clients and seeing that?
- 16:15Speaker 4: Yeah, most it kind of ranges really because a lot
- 16:21Speaker 4: of times someone has a LinkedIn profile, you know, they
- 16:25Speaker 4: have some structure within it, and then others there there's
- 16:30Speaker 4: no header, you know, there's no real structure. They haven't
- 16:33Speaker 4: created significance around it. It could either be you know
- 16:36Speaker 4: their business, you know in terms of what business and
- 16:40Speaker 4: industry they're in. It could be that they didn't realize
- 16:43Speaker 4: how important that kind of thing is and they didn't
- 16:46Speaker 4: realize potentially how they can potentially get clients from that,
- 16:50Speaker 4: or how they could leverage it.
- 16:52Speaker 2: Right, And.
- 16:54Speaker 4: You can use your LinkedIn profile as a website even so.
- 16:59Speaker 2: You can because you can make changes.
- 17:02Speaker 4: You could set it up and structure it to where
- 17:04Speaker 4: when somebody says, can you send me something about you,
- 17:07Speaker 4: you can send that LinkedIn profile to them and essentially
- 17:12Speaker 4: all your information is there. You can update it pretty
- 17:15Speaker 4: easily and readily. You don't have to have a website
- 17:18Speaker 4: that you go in and you have to update this
- 17:20Speaker 4: or that.
- 17:22Speaker 2: And and then some people in.
- 17:24Speaker 4: The marketing space, for instance, they might just have landing pages, right,
- 17:28Speaker 4: so they they're not focused on websites so much. They might,
- 17:31Speaker 4: but it's around one specific thing. So depends on what
- 17:36Speaker 4: industry you're in, you're in and where your intentions are.
- 17:40Speaker 4: But I've used my LinkedIn as my as my business card,
- 17:46Speaker 4: and then you know, here's here's a little bit about
- 17:49Speaker 4: me and what I what I do. Here's some of
- 17:51Speaker 4: my businesses and so forth. Makes it much easier to
- 17:54Speaker 4: because you can make changes on the fly even you know,
- 17:56Speaker 4: you can go in there any moment to make changes,
- 17:59Speaker 4: updates and you know, add different posts, et cetera.
- 18:03Speaker 2: And it makes it much simpler for you to to maneuver.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Yeah, so maybe we can do is we can look
- 18:12Speaker 1: at pull up a profile for example, we were talking
- 18:15Speaker 1: a well like a well known individual maybe like Tony
- 18:17Speaker 1: Robbins or something, just to compare and to show.
- 18:20Speaker 3: You just how.
- 18:23Speaker 1: How simple or elaborate that you want to get. And
- 18:26Speaker 1: I'll pull it up here on the screen just to
- 18:28Speaker 1: walk through so people can start to think about this.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Be there, it'll be just my screen here. There we
- 18:35Speaker 3: go for a minute. Okay, yeah, we can pull up mine.
- 18:39Speaker 3: Let's pull over. There we go. So uh so, yeah,
- 18:44Speaker 3: you feel free of Kenneth. I'll be a guinea pig.
- 18:47Speaker 1: You can and you can say good things, bad things,
- 18:50Speaker 1: whatever it needs to be done, and you guys can
- 18:53Speaker 1: follow along. You can check out my my my LinkedIn
- 18:56Speaker 1: profile here.
- 18:58Speaker 3: So yeah, fire away, Kenneth.
- 19:00Speaker 2: So pull this up so that's full screen where it's
- 19:02Speaker 2: just the screen itself. Can you do that?
- 19:04Speaker 3: Let's see here, let me see if I can. Sorry,
- 19:11Speaker 3: I'm technical here, I'm gonna pause. That's gonna let me
- 19:16Speaker 3: do that. We're trying. We haven't done this.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Before on on our I've heard a web page, but
- 19:22Speaker 1: not the full.
- 19:26Speaker 4: Got one, so wait, just blow up?
- 19:34Speaker 3: We go?
- 19:34Speaker 1: If I copy this, I'm gonna copy it actually, and
- 19:36Speaker 1: I'll put it in a.
- 19:37Speaker 3: New browser, so that would be can sure this, I'll
- 19:41Speaker 3: put it again.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Let's should make it so it doesn't have any any
- 19:48Speaker 1: extraneous stuff in there, hopefully.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Sure.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Well, let's see what this looks like if we're not
- 19:54Speaker 1: logged in. This is what it looks like if let
- 19:56Speaker 1: me see my screen here. Sorry, I'm gonna switch my screen.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Are you can just blow up this screen a little bit,
- 20:01Speaker 4: In other words, just just zoom in.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Okay, that's on the screen.
- 20:08Speaker 4: M it's much easier to see everybody, for everybody to see,
- 20:14Speaker 4: just zoom in.
- 20:18Speaker 3: Sorry, this is not letting me do what I would
- 20:21Speaker 3: like to do here?
- 20:22Speaker 2: Are you able?
- 20:23Speaker 4: Are you able to move your mouth to where it
- 20:26Speaker 4: just zooms in the your image? Yeah?
- 20:32Speaker 3: Yeah, it says full screen here.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Here, there we go.
- 20:38Speaker 4: It's better, all right, So so let's let's look at.
- 20:43Speaker 2: This in the context.
- 20:47Speaker 4: Can you show us the whole you know, go into
- 20:50Speaker 4: your go into your profile, going to me, uh, let
- 20:54Speaker 4: me scroll down a second, scroll down, let me see
- 20:56Speaker 4: what's in there. You can just scroll down the screen there,
- 21:00Speaker 4: keep going okay, this is fine, So go ahead to
- 21:06Speaker 4: go back up to the an image here and the header.
- 21:13Speaker 2: The header right.
- 21:14Speaker 4: So, and if you want to make it just the
- 21:17Speaker 4: full screen itself, that's great, just without us having our
- 21:21Speaker 4: images there.
- 21:22Speaker 3: Sure, yeah, let me switch over. We'll just get that over.
- 21:28Speaker 2: There. We go there, you go, okay, so let me
- 21:32Speaker 2: see what we have here. Okay, So.
- 21:37Speaker 4: David, let me ask you this, And I know this
- 21:40Speaker 4: is one of the things that that you know we're
- 21:43Speaker 4: working on. But the question I have for you is
- 21:46Speaker 4: what is your real intention and what's your target audience?
- 21:51Speaker 1: So my intention is to reach business owners and team
- 21:55Speaker 1: leaders in currently and we've talked about this before.
- 22:01Speaker 3: I've been in the AEC space.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Does I go beyond that, But That's been my background
- 22:06Speaker 1: for the last twenty plus years, and so I've been
- 22:08Speaker 1: focusing in that that realm working environmental consultants, architectures, engineers, construction,
- 22:14Speaker 1: all of that that area. So basically working in helping
- 22:18Speaker 1: business owners and their teams develop.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Scale and grow.
- 22:23Speaker 4: Okay, so are these colors your colors? Are they outdated?
- 22:28Speaker 4: Are the new colors?
- 22:29Speaker 3: Is that?
- 22:29Speaker 2: Is that? Are those the colors that.
- 22:31Speaker 4: You're wanting to use? Is the image with your arms crossed?
- 22:35Speaker 4: Is that the image that you're looking to create? In
- 22:39Speaker 4: other words, does it here? Does your brand message speak
- 22:43Speaker 4: to what you're talking about?
- 22:45Speaker 3: Mm hmmm right.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Definitely want to convey confidence, understanding, you know, advocate where
- 22:57Speaker 1: there's collaboration. You can kind of see that says enhance
- 23:00Speaker 1: coover image, but it's letting me, uh you know, so
- 23:03Speaker 1: I put some things in there.
- 23:06Speaker 3: For uh success, you know.
- 23:09Speaker 1: So these elements of the words potential, power, you know, empower, growth, success,
- 23:16Speaker 1: and so I definitely want to convey that to those
- 23:20Speaker 1: that are coming in and seeing my profile that they
- 23:23Speaker 1: know that they could number one, feel confident in working
- 23:28Speaker 1: with me and knowing that I understand project management, I
- 23:31Speaker 1: understand teams, I understand collaboration, things of that nature.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Kind of.
- 23:36Speaker 4: Yeah, So here's where let's switch over and look at
- 23:42Speaker 4: another profile. Sure, we can kind of come back to
- 23:45Speaker 4: this one if you have somebody else like.
- 23:49Speaker 5: Tony Robbins for instances there okay, So looking at his
- 23:57Speaker 5: brand here, M hmm, what do you what is it
- 24:00Speaker 5: what you're feeling around this brand right here?
- 24:03Speaker 2: Let's just say it wasn't you know the.
- 24:05Speaker 4: Name Tony Robbins for instance, Sure, sure, I'm talking about
- 24:08Speaker 4: the image they enter him with, you know, smiling with.
- 24:13Speaker 2: The lavalier and and so on.
- 24:16Speaker 4: What is that in his in his portrait pa face
- 24:19Speaker 4: going off to the side, What is that?
- 24:21Speaker 2: And what's your feeling about that?
- 24:24Speaker 1: I get like a sense of expanse or expansion. I
- 24:27Speaker 1: get a sense of I know, with his the profile
- 24:34Speaker 1: picture of kind of a stoicism. I get a sense
- 24:37Speaker 1: of confidence.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Reach.
- 24:40Speaker 1: There's a large reach because you're like these screens in
- 24:42Speaker 1: the back there, you know, and then the headline here
- 24:45Speaker 1: is number one New York Times Everyone's best selling offer.
- 24:48Speaker 1: So kind of you've got this external validation from a
- 24:51Speaker 1: well known publication and that he again, it's very I
- 24:57Speaker 1: don't say larger than life, but very you know, you're
- 24:59Speaker 1: talking about it's a big life strategist, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, kind
- 25:03Speaker 1: of very high level. And it's not as specific as
- 25:07Speaker 1: I was I was at look or I'm saying ac industry,
- 25:10Speaker 1: you know, I'm very niche down. You and I tig
- 25:13Speaker 1: brothers more about where how we're niching?
- 25:15Speaker 3: So it does it? It's definitely not niched down at all.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Okay.
- 25:19Speaker 4: But at the same time, does this give you a
- 25:23Speaker 4: level of conversation that you might consider continuing the conversation below?
- 25:30Speaker 2: Like reading continuing your reading?
- 25:32Speaker 3: Right? Yeah?
- 25:33Speaker 4: Definitely, like this person who established himself as an authority
- 25:37Speaker 4: in their industry and and they're confident and as a
- 25:41Speaker 4: leader and so forth.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Is that how you would say? Okay, now, let's roll
- 25:45Speaker 2: back to yours for a minute.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Mm hm.
- 25:49Speaker 4: And those are authentic pictures of him, right, yeah, So
- 25:53Speaker 4: let's look, let's let's review yours just from a perspective
- 25:57Speaker 4: of the same type of conversation.
- 25:59Speaker 2: So if you can hands the cover image, that would
- 26:01Speaker 2: be great.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 26:03Speaker 2: So in this pull it up there, yea, in.
- 26:09Speaker 4: This particular image here, what does this say to you
- 26:15Speaker 4: as it relates to your you know, the intention that
- 26:20Speaker 4: you have be behind your brand, your message and so forth.
- 26:26Speaker 2: What would that come to you if you were reading.
- 26:29Speaker 1: This the intention again, and I have colored glasses.
- 26:35Speaker 2: As I worked, if you were separate, if you were
- 26:38Speaker 2: separate from this.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I see I see different people from different backgrounds coming
- 26:44Speaker 1: together here on the right, obviously celebrating. They're they're happy,
- 26:49Speaker 1: they're like something as good as happening. I see the
- 26:53Speaker 1: words that jump out of potential growth success, like how
- 26:56Speaker 1: do I you know?
- 26:57Speaker 3: Okay? What is what is that? I want to know
- 26:59Speaker 3: more about? What is that I don't want? You know? So?
- 27:04Speaker 1: And then there's you know, just the basic information of
- 27:06Speaker 1: like where where I'm at?
- 27:08Speaker 3: There? Okay? So perfect.
- 27:11Speaker 4: So so remember every every part of our messaging has
- 27:16Speaker 4: to align with who we are, right So one of
- 27:23Speaker 4: the things that we'll be working on is is modifying
- 27:26Speaker 4: this header right here, and I'm going to share with
- 27:30Speaker 4: you why the images are stock images. The telephone number
- 27:36Speaker 4: and all the different emails and so forth. People aren't
- 27:38Speaker 4: going to read or pay attention to. The words are
- 27:42Speaker 4: nebulous to where they're not really gonna matter to somebody
- 27:47Speaker 4: because they're overused words for instance. That's something that you
- 27:51Speaker 4: and I will be working on. So quite an exit
- 27:53Speaker 4: out of this for a second, and then just I
- 28:00Speaker 4: mean no, I mean exit out of that image. Yeah,
- 28:04Speaker 4: so we can look at the other producact and then
- 28:07Speaker 4: and then when it says empowering that word also is
- 28:10Speaker 4: really overused. So what we're going to do is we're
- 28:13Speaker 4: going to be focusing more on refining this messaging. And
- 28:18Speaker 4: so one of the things that I would say, so
- 28:23Speaker 4: you now have team development, integrator, consultant and coach, host
- 28:29Speaker 4: of a round table, project manager and so forth. If
- 28:34Speaker 4: you were someone else, would you continue to read like
- 28:37Speaker 4: what does this say to you?
- 28:38Speaker 2: Overall?
- 28:40Speaker 4: With a picture of this person outside their arms folded,
- 28:46Speaker 4: what give me the bigger picture of what? And I
- 28:48Speaker 4: probably be better to use somebody else just because but
- 28:53Speaker 4: I'm still gonna put you on the spot here.
- 28:55Speaker 3: That's okay. Absolutely.
- 28:58Speaker 1: I think the outside part is the reason I put
- 29:00Speaker 1: outside is because my background and environmental consulting for over
- 29:03Speaker 1: twenty years and being outdoors, so people know me from
- 29:06Speaker 1: that perspective as you as you you know, read down further, uh,
- 29:12Speaker 1: and it definitely connects with the environmental consulting side of things,
- 29:20Speaker 1: but it doesn't doesn't emphasize as much that this particular
- 29:23Speaker 1: picture that the team.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Development although.
- 29:27Speaker 1: That specifically, so they're trying to link that you kind
- 29:29Speaker 1: of like Tony Robbins was doing here, where you have
- 29:32Speaker 1: this kind of larger picture and then this individual picture.
- 29:38Speaker 5: Okay, so go back to them again, and then this
- 29:42Speaker 5: is okay, I'm listening.
- 29:47Speaker 2: I'm listening ahead.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
- 29:49Speaker 1: So anyways, this has been a transition as as as
- 29:52Speaker 1: I started stared your business a couple of years ago,
- 29:55Speaker 1: uh rebranding if you will, as I was previously director
- 30:01Speaker 1: of Biological Resources and chief operating officer and some other things.
- 30:06Speaker 1: So I've been using LinkedIn in the last few years
- 30:09Speaker 1: in a different way than I did previously in my
- 30:13Speaker 1: environmental consulting world. So it's kind of showing the diversification
- 30:17Speaker 1: of what I've been doing to the folks that I've
- 30:20Speaker 1: been connected with over the years, and so that they know, oh,
- 30:24Speaker 1: David is going in this direction now and this is
- 30:26Speaker 1: what he's doing, which is different than in the past.
- 30:30Speaker 4: Got it, Okay. So there are a few of these
- 30:34Speaker 4: things that just need to be adjusted. So for example,
- 30:37Speaker 4: some of the wording maybe we need to the syntax
- 30:39Speaker 4: needs to be.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Changed a little bit, and so on.
- 30:41Speaker 4: Right, So we'll be working on those kinds of things
- 30:44Speaker 4: over the next couple of days. And so let's go
- 30:48Speaker 4: over to my profile for instance, and remember what I'm
- 30:54Speaker 4: actually sharing with you is your message has to be
- 30:58Speaker 4: aligned with who you are are and every piece of it.
- 31:02Speaker 4: People are reading from top left to bottom right, and
- 31:05Speaker 4: there they have to be bought into what it is
- 31:08Speaker 4: that you you know that your message is so and
- 31:12Speaker 4: and by by all means this is I love feedback.
- 31:16Speaker 4: So I'm simply sharing with you a perspective about this.
- 31:21Speaker 4: And so we looked at Tony's for instance, in his
- 31:24Speaker 4: clearly he has seven million.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Followers, he's very well known.
- 31:30Speaker 4: The screens behind him make you know, the entirety of
- 31:35Speaker 4: his message speak without louder than words, right. And then
- 31:40Speaker 4: you have David's, which is more specific and where you're
- 31:45Speaker 4: focusing on, you know, the message itself or that demographic. Basically,
- 31:51Speaker 4: so in this particular example, when you look at this individual,
- 31:57Speaker 4: the intention behind it is there's a power full statement
- 32:01Speaker 4: that our perspective, we get paid for our perspective, and
- 32:06Speaker 4: that creates a model where people start to ponder, that's true,
- 32:11Speaker 4: that's an accurate statement. We can all create power statements.
- 32:16Speaker 4: And then there's the image of me with the lavalier.
- 32:20Speaker 4: So then again naturally somebody is going to think, oh,
- 32:23Speaker 4: this is a speaker, for instance, and then there's the
- 32:26Speaker 4: forward facing image, and then we go into founder. At
- 32:30Speaker 4: any time you say I or I help, that diminishes
- 32:36Speaker 4: your level of power, and I've.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Seen that many times.
- 32:39Speaker 4: But when you begin with founder or number one, something
- 32:43Speaker 4: of that nature, then that creates your credibility from the beginning.
- 32:47Speaker 4: So in this case, it's founder at the true leader, Institute,
- 32:53Speaker 4: public speaker, and then so the In this case, there's
- 32:58Speaker 4: a couple of different messages going on. There's an institute,
- 33:02Speaker 4: which is known to be an establishment some sort of
- 33:06Speaker 4: an establishment, and then there's the public speaker. Then there's
- 33:10Speaker 4: the business growth partner, which is more about walking with
- 33:14Speaker 4: entrepreneurs and business owners and clients to help them grow
- 33:17Speaker 4: and scale their vision. So in this case, it's a
- 33:20Speaker 4: business growth partner for visionary leaders to develop strategies, systems
- 33:24Speaker 4: to scale their impact. The word impact to develop strategies
- 33:28Speaker 4: and systems to scale their impact is in itself a
- 33:32Speaker 4: powerful statement because most entrepreneurs, most business owners want to
- 33:40Speaker 4: have someone help them and or make sure that they
- 33:44Speaker 4: have systems and strategies in place because they have this
- 33:48Speaker 4: big vision, their ultimate goal, their big vision, and because
- 33:51Speaker 4: their big vision and is designed to create an impact
- 33:55Speaker 4: in the world right. And so every part of this
- 33:59Speaker 4: conversation is designed to give people a perspective or understanding
- 34:05Speaker 4: about themselves and how they can partner or participate with me,
- 34:10Speaker 4: and or with you and or with Tony for instance.
- 34:12Speaker 4: And in this case, what would this if you were
- 34:16Speaker 4: looking at this and reading this, What is the impression
- 34:18Speaker 4: you're receiving from this? It's not gonna hurt my feelings?
- 34:23Speaker 4: What's the impression that you're receiving from this? And the
- 34:26Speaker 4: messaging associated uh.
- 34:29Speaker 1: Again, it's similar kind of in the sense to Tony
- 34:34Speaker 1: in the sense of it's broad meaning when I lead
- 34:37Speaker 1: leadership that covers a lot of different things, it's not
- 34:39Speaker 1: so niche down you also touch on different elements of
- 34:48Speaker 1: what you do. You you do public speaking, which is
- 34:51Speaker 1: evident by the leveler Mike that you said, but then
- 34:54Speaker 1: you also are this growth partner. You also provide support
- 35:00Speaker 1: for impact, like you said philanthropists, you're giving away, you know,
- 35:03Speaker 1: you're supporting things, and you're you're.
- 35:05Speaker 3: An entrepreneur yourself.
- 35:06Speaker 1: So there's a lot of pieces there when I read this,
- 35:10Speaker 1: but I see what you're saying from left to right,
- 35:12Speaker 1: how how kind of get the most important things? And
- 35:15Speaker 1: then you kind of keep moving down and you put
- 35:17Speaker 1: the words in an order.
- 35:19Speaker 3: That are.
- 35:21Speaker 1: Relevant to certain people that when they look at this,
- 35:24Speaker 1: so like, Okay, Kenneth is bona fide.
- 35:29Speaker 4: Yeah, and whomever that is, right, it's each of us, right,
- 35:33Speaker 4: and and so and some more more introduction than others.
- 35:38Speaker 2: Right.
- 35:38Speaker 4: So, if you go into other individuals, whether it be
- 35:42Speaker 4: you or Tony or myself or Dean or anybody who's
- 35:45Speaker 4: on LinkedIn, for instance, the conversation and this is really
- 35:49Speaker 4: where the point is, right because if we send out
- 35:51Speaker 4: messages that are designed to build relationships, what we're going
- 35:55Speaker 4: to do is we're going to look at these profiles first,
- 35:57Speaker 4: this top portion here, and we're gonna make a quick
- 36:01Speaker 4: assessment whether we want to interact with them, accept their invitation,
- 36:06Speaker 4: or participate with any sort of conversation at all. This
- 36:11Speaker 4: this is the first piece to that conversation. Then as
- 36:16Speaker 4: you move down, as you scale down your your your
- 36:20Speaker 4: bio is going to lend itself to credibility the companies
- 36:25Speaker 4: that you've established.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Go ahead and go into UH to Tony's for instance.
- 36:30Speaker 4: Sure the UH and the reason why I'm using this
- 36:36Speaker 4: example is just for for context and from the standpoint
- 36:41Speaker 4: of seeing UH someone who is successful in in a
- 36:45Speaker 4: really significant.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Way, and so in his in his.
- 36:51Speaker 4: About side of things, you're going to see, you know, again,
- 36:55Speaker 4: more information about him, some of his accomplishments and look
- 37:00Speaker 4: looking at how he can impact or how he has
- 37:03Speaker 4: impacted other people.
- 37:05Speaker 2: And it hits worded in.
- 37:07Speaker 4: Some ways as a third party perspective, mister Robbins. It
- 37:13Speaker 4: doesn't say I, it says mister Robbins. And it also
- 37:17Speaker 4: says the accomplishments in that context of there has been
- 37:22Speaker 4: some level of success or achievement.
- 37:25Speaker 2: In that area.
- 37:26Speaker 4: And we want to hone in on some of these
- 37:30Speaker 4: types of conversations because it really is about and if
- 37:35Speaker 4: you if you if you write it into a first
- 37:38Speaker 4: person or a second person or a third person for instance,
- 37:41Speaker 4: right then people are going to receive it in a
- 37:45Speaker 4: certain way if you say I, it's all about you.
- 37:48Speaker 4: And a question becomes is your client potential client going
- 37:53Speaker 4: to want what you're saying about you? Or is it
- 37:57Speaker 4: they want it about them and how you could potentially
- 38:00Speaker 4: helped them because you have achieved this or you've done this,
- 38:03Speaker 4: you have the experience in it, and so on and
- 38:05Speaker 4: so forth. And again it's not about in this in
- 38:08Speaker 4: this example, it's mister Robbins, is the author of seven
- 38:12Speaker 4: international bestsellers, and so on and so forth. Right, so,
- 38:15Speaker 4: and if you keep if you continue down that conversation
- 38:18Speaker 4: or that path of thought, you can continue down the
- 38:22Speaker 4: businesses side of things. These are his hosts and so forth.
- 38:25Speaker 4: But if you continue down to his different businesses, pretty
- 38:32Speaker 4: sure there's only one which is right there. And and
- 38:36Speaker 4: what he's done essentially is he's compiled all the different
- 38:41Speaker 4: businesses that he has under under this umbrella, right and UH,
- 38:47Speaker 4: which includes a bunch of things because he's structured his
- 38:51Speaker 4: his entities in a certain way for UH, for success.
- 38:57Speaker 4: If you go into others, you'll find there's multiple you know, businesses,
- 39:03Speaker 4: multiplets and so on, and they have their own structure.
- 39:08Speaker 4: And so anytime that you're looking at again your messaging,
- 39:12Speaker 4: the question becomes, how would you communicate with him? How
- 39:16Speaker 4: would you communicate with me? How would you communicate with
- 39:19Speaker 4: David Ordine or Joe or Marie or anyone for that matter.
- 39:24Speaker 4: And when you're communicating with them, you're basically looking deeper
- 39:30Speaker 4: into their profile.
- 39:31Speaker 2: You're seeing who they are.
- 39:33Speaker 4: You're realizing what alignment they have with you and or
- 39:36Speaker 4: that potential client or partnership et cetera. What you're looking
- 39:40Speaker 4: to create with that individual, and then you're moving that
- 39:43Speaker 4: conversation forward based upon what you find to be the
- 39:47Speaker 4: most intriguing part of the conversation or messaging that you're
- 39:51Speaker 4: that you're sharing with them.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Yes, very very very very powerful.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Know we're I know we're coming up on time, so
- 40:02Speaker 1: I want to be you know, I'm to bring it
- 40:03Speaker 1: back here so we can see each other.
- 40:05Speaker 3: This was You're just giving us a little.
- 40:08Speaker 1: Take of the things that you do and you help
- 40:11Speaker 1: business owners and being really intentional in this, and I
- 40:17Speaker 1: very much appreciate you, you know, showing this because you know,
- 40:21Speaker 1: although I've been on LinkedIn candidly since pretty very much
- 40:24Speaker 1: early adopter about two thousand and seven, I think when
- 40:26Speaker 1: they launched it, there's been like you said, new components,
- 40:29Speaker 1: new things added, new features put in there, and people
- 40:32Speaker 1: are like, I don't know what I what do I
- 40:34Speaker 1: do with this?
- 40:34Speaker 3: Or there's different ways. There's not one just way. It
- 40:37Speaker 3: depends on who you're trying to reach, and so.
- 40:42Speaker 1: You know, and I don't mind being a guinea pig too,
- 40:44Speaker 1: because I feel like I can always learn and and
- 40:46Speaker 1: and being being a coach myself. I want to be
- 40:48Speaker 1: coachable and learn and see how can I how can
- 40:50Speaker 1: I get a better message? We all struggle with, you know,
- 40:54Speaker 1: making the messages cure, sure and direct as we can
- 40:58Speaker 1: in a good way of reaching people and.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Trying to minimize that.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Yeah, confusion, and we all have it at some level,
- 41:11Speaker 1: you know, And so I appreciate you bringing some clarity
- 41:14Speaker 1: and cutting through some things, Kenneth, like saying, look, you know,
- 41:17Speaker 1: especially with people's busy days and all the things that
- 41:21Speaker 1: are going on, all things are coming out of how
- 41:23Speaker 1: can we make it as impactful meaning for them so
- 41:26Speaker 1: that they can make a decision whether or not Hey,
- 41:28Speaker 1: this is this is a person to work with.
- 41:30Speaker 3: I get it that they cut through.
- 41:31Speaker 1: They cut through a lot of the fluff, right, and
- 41:34Speaker 1: to make it meaningful so we can actually have an engage.
- 41:38Speaker 4: Deeper connections, deeper connection right, relationships, rapport And yeah.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I would love I'd love to have you come back, Kenneth,
- 41:48Speaker 1: because I think, like I said, we're just we're just
- 41:50Speaker 1: scratching the surface here, and I think this would be
- 41:53Speaker 1: great to have another roundtable. We are bringing some other
- 41:55Speaker 1: folks in, but how do people I mean, how what's
- 41:58Speaker 1: the best way for people to find you, just connect
- 42:00Speaker 1: with you on LinkedIn if they message you or how
- 42:02Speaker 1: what's the best way for people to reach you?
- 42:04Speaker 4: Yeah, probably not on LinkedIn actually because.
- 42:08Speaker 3: I yeah, I know what ye what is the best way?
- 42:10Speaker 3: Where are you?
- 42:12Speaker 4: I would say that, h I'm gonna I'll send you,
- 42:16Speaker 4: I'll put a link.
- 42:17Speaker 2: In the if you'd like to, let's put it in
- 42:19Speaker 2: the well put it.
- 42:22Speaker 4: Then that would be That would be awesome to to
- 42:25Speaker 4: create that relationship and build the The thing that we're
- 42:31Speaker 4: up to these days is you know, one of our
- 42:36Speaker 4: businesses is is uh, you know, scaling scaling entrepreneurs and
- 42:41Speaker 4: helping them to grow through LinkedIn. And so that's that's
- 42:44Speaker 4: uh one of the one of the options that that
- 42:47Speaker 4: maybe you know that somebody might be interested in. I
- 42:50Speaker 4: would just say that, you know, in these businesses like
- 42:54Speaker 4: you for instance, you know, we're basically sending out eighty
- 42:57Speaker 4: to one hundred personized invitations a day, then most messages
- 43:00Speaker 4: after that, and allowing you know, your messaging to happen
- 43:04Speaker 4: super fast so that you don't have to do anything
- 43:06Speaker 4: until somebody replies. And what I do is I work
- 43:10Speaker 4: with you one on one to help you to psychologically
- 43:13Speaker 4: understand how to communicate with people and how to message people,
- 43:17Speaker 4: and how to you know, bridge the gap. So and
- 43:21Speaker 4: create all of your you know, build all of the
- 43:24Speaker 4: all of your profile for you and with you, and
- 43:26Speaker 4: really kind of build out with you, write all your messages.
- 43:29Speaker 4: All those things are all part of it. So if
- 43:33Speaker 4: where would I put this.
- 43:35Speaker 3: We'll put it in the show notes.
- 43:37Speaker 1: So I'll make sure we get it in our show
- 43:38Speaker 1: notes at the end here, can I think that's fine
- 43:40Speaker 1: and we'll make sure I get it added in there
- 43:42Speaker 1: when we when we send this out for everybody then
- 43:45Speaker 1: whether they're listening to it on the podcast platform, speaker, Apple, whatever.
- 43:50Speaker 3: That might be, also on a YouTube channel.
- 43:53Speaker 1: So we we appreciate everybody that follows along on a
- 43:57Speaker 1: week by week basis and they come back and joy
- 44:00Speaker 1: getting to have guests like yourself here, Kenneth, and learning
- 44:03Speaker 1: from others, because that's what we really want to do
- 44:05Speaker 1: on the Business Roundtable podcast is we bring others that
- 44:07Speaker 1: share value, just like you did, Kenneth, and kind of
- 44:10Speaker 1: cut through the noise and say, look, here's people that
- 44:12Speaker 1: really do care want to see the success of their
- 44:16Speaker 1: of their clients. And you know, and that's been my
- 44:19Speaker 1: experience working with you, and so that's why I wanted
- 44:22Speaker 1: to have you on the podcast here today, just to
- 44:24Speaker 1: dig into this a little bit, open up eyes, and
- 44:26Speaker 1: to get people consider, oh man, maybe I haven't been
- 44:29Speaker 1: looking at this the right way and in giving a
- 44:32Speaker 1: new perspective, just like you did with me today, a
- 44:34Speaker 1: new frame and saying hey, is this really what you're
- 44:36Speaker 1: intending and asking the good I think the good deeper
- 44:39Speaker 1: questions to get a better.
- 44:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 44:42Speaker 2: Absolutely, Yeah, I'm excited about next steps.
- 44:45Speaker 4: And you know I we'll put the information in the
- 44:49Speaker 4: show notes and the question you have, please feel free
- 44:52Speaker 4: to reach out. I'll you know, we can schedule something
