Mega Edition: What Was Being Said In The Aftermath Of The Virginia/Andrew Settlement? (6/28/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. On
0:05
today's episode, we're going to hear from David Boyce, who
0:09
represented Virginia Roberts and who's talking about how strong the
0:13
evidence was against the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family.
0:18
Now we all know that Prince Andrew has made this
0:20
huge push lately about the picture and how the picture
0:24
is not real. Well, we also know that all of
0:27
the receipts have been piled up against him and his claims.
0:32
And when the only person you have out here talking
0:34
about how innocent you are is some beat up ass
0:38
old socialite, you know that you're running out of road.
0:43
And if Prince Andrew and his team really thought that
0:46
this picture of Virginia Roberts and Prince Andrew was fake,
0:50
do you really think they would have settled? Forget all
0:54
of the noise about how Prince Andrew was forced to settle,
0:57
how it had to do with the jew Beilee, Forget
1:00
all of that and ask yourself, if it was you
1:03
and you had evidence that that picture was fake, would
1:06
you even entertain cutting a deal? I know I wouldn't
1:09
if somebody made these accusations against me, I would fight
1:13
tooth and nail to prove that I didn't do what
1:15
they're saying I did. I certainly wouldn't settle out of
1:18
court if I thought that I had evidence that would
1:21
prove my innocence. And let's not forget that Prince Andrew
1:24
had probably the best lawyer in the business when it
1:27
comes to this sort of case, and that's Andrew Brettler.
1:31
So it's not like his counsel was terrible. It's not
1:33
like he was getting bad advice. The fact is the
1:37
evidence was so strong against him him and his lawyers
1:40
took a look at it and said, you know what,
1:42
it's in our best interest to just settle. So all
1:45
this other garbage we're hearing after the fact is laughable
1:48
at best. You had your chance to prove your innocence
1:51
and you avoided it. And when you cut through all
1:54
the bullshit, the proof is right there in the pudding,
1:56
and that proof is Prince Andrew decided to settle instead
2:00
of defending himself in open court. And for me, that
2:04
tells us the whole story. Today's article is from the
2:08
Daily Mail headline I think the evidence was too strong
2:12
lawyer for Prince Andrew's sex abuse accuser Virginia Roberts claims
2:17
Duke of York avoided going to trial because of that
2:20
photo of them together. This article was authored by Madeleine Ross.
2:27
The lawyer representing Prince Andrew's sex abuse accuser, Virginia Roberts,
2:32
last night, said there was strong evidence in the case.
2:35
David Boys said, if US prosecutors had wanted to, they
2:39
could have brought more charges against the Duke of York.
2:43
And there's no doubt that the prosecutors had the goods
2:46
on Prince Andrew as well as many other people who
2:49
were involved with Jeffrey Epstein, but they chose not to
2:51
act on it. How many times have we seen it.
2:54
We have seen damning evidence come out surrounding people involved
2:59
with Jeffrey Epstein, and we never see those people ever
3:02
get held to account. The lawyer said he thought Andrew
3:07
avoided court because the photo of him with the then
3:10
seventeen year old Miss Roberts made him look less credible
3:14
as a witness, as he maintains that they never met.
3:18
And that's a fact. Right. If they went to court
3:20
and a jury saw this picture and an expert came
3:23
in and looked at the picture, examined it, the expert's
3:27
going to tell the jury that it's a real picture,
3:30
and that is the only reason why Prince Andrew decided
3:33
to settle your folks, What other reason could there be?
3:36
And if the picture is fake, like Prince Andrew and
3:40
his surrogates content, well, where are the receipts to prove
3:43
to us that that's the truth. Should we just take
3:46
your word for it all of a sudden, you and
3:49
your friends, the busted up socialite and the others are
3:53
photography experts, and I should take their word on what's
3:56
photoshopped and what's not. Meanwhile, on the flip side of that,
4:00
we have heard from actual experts who have told us
4:03
the picture is authentic and real. So why would I
4:06
believe anything that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family
4:09
is yapping about. He paid a rumored ten million pounds
4:13
settlement to Miss Roberts last year in a civil case
4:16
brought against him in the US without accepting liability and
4:20
maintaining his innocence, and is reportedly trying to challenge the ruling.
4:25
That would be the biggest mistake Prince Andrew ever made. Remember,
4:28
he is still not spoken with the FBI yet, and
4:32
the FBI has been pretty adamant that they'd like to
4:34
speak with Prince Andrew in regards to his relationship with
4:38
Jeffrey Epstein and what he might have seen while he
4:40
was hanging out with Epstein. But Prince Andrew can't be
4:44
bothered to come forward and talk about that, because you know,
4:48
why should he. Andrew was forced to step away from
4:51
royal duties in twenty nineteen and is unlikely to take
4:55
on a formal role at his brother's coronation as a
4:58
result of the scandal. Poor Prince Andrew, he can't go
5:02
out and play dress up in his little military outfit.
5:06
Mister Boyce told Pierres Morgan in an interview on Talk
5:09
TV that the controversial photograph of the two together made
5:13
it clear that he could not say he never met
5:15
her credibly. The Son reported. Mister Boyce suggested that once
5:20
a jury had decided that the Prince's claim that he
5:23
had never met miss Roberts was not credible, it would
5:26
be difficult for them to believe they had not had sex.
5:29
And that's a fact. If you're lying about ever meeting
5:32
somebody and then a picture is provided that says that
5:35
you actually did meet, Well, what does that do for
5:38
your credibility in front of the jury. It absolutely tramples it.
5:43
You have her testimony and you have his complete denial.
5:46
The question is is he credible or not. The lawyer
5:51
said he had been disappointed by the way the case
5:53
had been handled, and suggested that if the Duke of
5:56
York had been ordinary, more charges would have been brought
6:00
against him one hundred percent. If all of these people
6:03
who were involved with Jeffrey Epstein were just run of
6:06
the mill folks, forget it, they all would have been arrested,
6:09
all of their assets would have been seized, and the
6:11
government would have laughed all the way to the bank.
6:13
But since it's Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein was rolling
6:17
around with all those bankers and scumbags from the financial sector, well,
6:21
we all know who pays the bills for the politicians.
6:25
He could have been prosecuted criminally if prosecutors either had
6:29
the jurisdiction over him or wanted to. I think one
6:33
of the things that was disappointing how lightly the British
6:36
prosecutors and authorities treated this. I don't know whether it
6:40
was because he was a member of the royal family
6:42
or whether he was just wealthy and could afford good lawyers.
6:46
I'm gonna say it's a little bit of both. And
6:48
the way that this case was treated in the UK
6:51
is an absolute embarrassment. Our justice system in the United States,
6:56
as well as our justice system in the United Kingdom,
6:59
greatly favored people who are well represented. And that's the truth,
7:03
right especially here in America. It's certainly paid a play.
7:07
And if you have a high powered lawyer who has
7:09
all of those connections behind the scenes, you're gonna have
7:12
a better chance of getting away with whatever crime you committed,
7:16
or being found innocent of a crime you're accused of.
7:21
I think if he had been an ordinary chap who
7:23
had done what he did, the prosecutors would have looked
7:26
at him differently. When asked if he thought criminal charges
7:29
would have been brought, the lawyer replied it was a
7:32
distinct possibility. I don't want to say that he would
7:35
have been charged, because I think you've got to look
7:38
at what all of the evidence is. I haven't seen
7:41
enough evidence to know about criminal charges. Prince Andrew was
7:44
reportedly assembled an eight million dollar war chest to fight
7:48
the settlement that was agreed with Miss Roberts last year
7:52
to resolve a civil case. The disgraced prince is understood
7:56
to be plotting a comeback that will restore his tarnished reputation,
8:00
including possible legal action against his sex abuse accuser, Virginia Roberts.
8:05
So I'd love to see it, right. If Prince Andrew
8:08
has the goods, let's see it. All I'm interested in
8:11
is the truth. And if Prince Andrew has evidence that
8:15
proves that he didn't do this, well let's see it.
8:18
But for all of these years, and for all of
8:21
the hubris and all of the big talk, we have
8:24
seen no evidence to prove what he is saying. He
8:27
is also reputed to be searching for new staff to
8:30
build up his team as he eyes a move to America. Boy,
8:33
that would be hilarious. If Prince Andrew moves to America,
8:36
that will be the biggest mistake he has ever made.
8:40
The furor surrounding the case led him to being stripped
8:42
of his honorary military titles, and any return to public
8:46
life seems improbable. According to insiders, the Duke of York
8:51
sixty two has been watching Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's
8:55
progress across the US very closely. The sixty two year
8:59
old was stripped of his royal titles en roles last year,
9:02
but insiders claim he is less bothered about the situation
9:06
than people believe. Oh, I thought he was crying. I
9:09
thought he was broken up about it. You see, they
9:11
can't even get their stories straight. So I don't believe
9:13
anything that has to do with insiders in Prince Andrew's circle,
9:17
because those insiders are Prince Andrew, Fergie and like four
9:22
other people. A source close to Andrew told the Son
9:26
that he has been following the Sussex's journey as he
9:29
considers a way to forge a new career. Andrew is
9:33
seemingly impressed at how Harry and Megan were able to
9:36
set up a new working life away from the royal
9:38
family in California. Friend said, well, here's the thing, Megan
9:44
Markel and Prince Harry aren't accused of diddling people or
9:47
hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. Their big crime is I
9:50
know this is real rough to hear, but they didn't
9:53
want to stay in England. I know that's a terrible
9:56
crime to commit and certainly worth all of the headlines
9:59
that we see on regular basis now flip the script
10:02
to Prince Andrew, and you tell me that people in
10:04
America are gonna be accepting of that zero chance, he
10:08
has a better chance of moving to fucking Mars. The
10:12
insider claimed. He is very interested in business and charity,
10:15
but unlike his nephew, would be shying away from the
10:18
Netflix style projects. The Royal is also reportedly reassembling a
10:23
team of his own. He has understood to have recently
10:26
lost his communications officer of two years. Prince Andrew has
10:30
reportedly assembled eight million dollar war chest to fight the
10:34
settlement he agreed to with Miss Roberts last year. The
10:37
news comes as it's reported that the Prince might be
10:40
forced to move from the thirty million pound Winsor home,
10:44
as he tells friends he cannot afford the upkeep. Ah,
10:47
poor guy has to move out of his thirty million
10:50
pound home because he can't afford the upkeep. You see
10:54
this right here, that's me playing the world's smallest violin
10:56
for him. The Duke said he will effectively be forced
11:01
out of Royal Lodge in April when his annual two
11:04
hundred and forty nine thousand pound grant is slashed. So
11:07
the Duke has a ten million pound war chest to
11:10
fight a losing battle over a settlement that he already
11:13
agreed to. But meanwhile he can't afford two hundred and
11:16
forty nine thousand pounds to pay for the Royal Lodge.
11:20
Something doesn't compute. It is understood that the Royal Lodge,
11:24
where the Prince sixty three lives with his ex wife, Sarah,
11:27
Duchess of York, also sixty three, requires extensive work. The
11:32
Duke has told friends he feels he is being singled out,
11:35
as his other only annual income is a small navy pension.
11:40
One friend said it feels as though his brother wishes
11:43
to a victim. But last night, a source told The
11:46
Daily Mail the claim seems to be based on fears,
11:49
not full facts. It is understood the King will not
11:52
leave him homeless or penniless, but wants Andrew to use
11:56
his own money to pay for things. I mean, imagine
11:59
a grown ass man sixty three years old has to
12:02
be told to use his own money to pay for things.
12:05
Must be nice to just ride the coattails of mommy
12:08
and your brother for all of these years. The King
12:12
is expected to support his brother if he wishes. With
12:15
fears of the Duke being left without somewhere to live
12:18
or any money unfounded. He is believed to have guaranteed
12:21
Andrew an income a bit reduced and the home, and
12:25
has understood to have agreed to pay privately for the
12:27
duke security estimated at three million pounds a year after
12:32
the Home Office acts to Scotland yard Protection officers. Mail
12:36
Online has approached Andrew's representatives for comment. It's interesting here
12:41
to see David Boyce talk about that picture and about
12:44
how the picture was the deciding factor. That's something I've
12:47
been saying for quite some time. And when you have
12:49
that kind of evidence, right, if the evidence is real,
12:52
if it's solid, that's the kind of evidence that ends
12:55
these kinds of cases. Because if the jerry takes a
12:58
look at it and they realize that you've been lying
13:00
this whole time, meaning Prince Andrew, your credibility is absolutely shot.
13:05
And once your credibility is shot in the courtroom with
13:08
the jurors, forget it, the game is over and you're
13:11
going to lose. Prince Andrew knew that. Andrew Brettler knew that.
13:17
And now that all is said and done, Andrew's trying
13:20
to engage in some revisionist history, and he's trying to
13:23
rewrite what happened. Unfortunately for him, there's a whole lot
13:28
of us who have been paying attention. All right, folks,
13:32
that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
13:34
information that goes with the episode can be found in
13:37
the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to
13:44
the Epstein Chronicles. King Charles has always wanted Camilla to
13:51
have the title of queen, but the Queen was never
13:54
very receptive to this idea. In fact, she was adamant
13:58
that Camilla wouldn't have that time. Now, fast forward to
14:03
the Queen on her way out and look at the
14:07
about face that was made and how Camilla is now
14:11
considered the Queen consort after Queen Elizabeth made the declaration
14:16
that that was her wish. Well, come to find out
14:20
it was all manipulated behind the scenes by Charles and
14:24
Andrew and the issue of Jeffrey Epstein and today that's
14:31
exactly what we're going to talk about in this article.
14:35
So let's just dive right in and let's see what
14:38
sort of bs these two bumbling fools over in the
14:42
UK were up to. This article is from Newsweek headline
14:47
King Charles used Prince Andrew and his legal woes to
14:50
get Queen Camilla deal. This article was authored by Jack Royston. Look,
14:56
it's always about the next move right, It's always about
14:59
how I'm gonna maneuver myself into a better position of power.
15:03
That's what it comes down to. For people like King Charles,
15:07
Prince Andrew and the so called elite, they don't care
15:10
who they're stepping on as long as they get to
15:13
the destination that they have in mind. King Charles the
15:19
Third used Prince Andrew's Jeffrey Epstein lawsuit to get Queen
15:23
Elizabeth to agree queen consort status for Camilla. An author
15:27
says the account was strongly denied by Buckingham Palace to
15:32
NBC News, but biographer Christopher Anderson doubled down during an
15:36
interview with The Today Show. So this author is saying, look,
15:41
this is what went down. I have sources that told
15:43
me this is the deal. I don't believe anything Buckingham
15:48
Palace has to say. By the way, anything that they
15:51
put out I look at sideways considering the stupid statements
15:55
they put out during the whole entire ordeal with Prince
15:57
Andrew before he was really outed. You know the nonsense
16:01
that they kept putting out, So I don't have any
16:03
faith that they're going to put out a statement that
16:06
is anywhere near the truth. The Palace told the show
16:12
the book's account was nonsense, adding it was unsourced and
16:15
categorically untrue. Yeah, just like Prince Andrew being a molester
16:19
was untrue, Just like Prince Andrew hanging out with Jeffrey
16:22
Epstein was untrue, Just like Jimmy Savill being a molester
16:25
was untrue. Should we continue? He said? It wasn't out
16:32
of the blue. It was again an unspoken arrangement between
16:35
the two of them, done behind the scenes by these
16:37
men in Gray that Diana used to talk about. Look,
16:42
do you think that these guys are above wheeling and
16:44
dealing and making deals like this to try and better
16:47
their own position. Remember, that's what it's all about. All
16:51
of the jockeying, all of the moving, all of the nonsense,
16:55
is all about more power and the consolidation of it.
17:00
Those are the corridors that these people move in. You know,
17:03
me and you, we wake up in the morning and
17:05
we're worried about the day to day. Right, how am
17:09
I gonna pay my bills? Damn gas is expensive. Yo,
17:12
I just had to pay thirty bucks for lunch. You
17:14
know that kind of shit. They don't think about that stuff.
17:17
They don't have those issues. If the whole world was
17:20
to stop tomorrow and nobody had any money, these people
17:24
would still have that money. They wouldn't miss any meals.
17:30
Andrew was always the Queen's favorite son. Charles was in
17:34
a position where he needed the Queen to endorse Camilla
17:37
as they approached the Platinum Jubilee, and these things converged
17:42
on the palace denial, he said, standard procedure for the Palace. Actually,
17:46
when they bother to issue a statement about a book,
17:49
you know you've struck an earth. There's no doubt. One
17:52
thing that we have seen in the past following the
17:54
Epstein case and what's up with Andrew, is that the
17:57
Palace is always issuing these dumb ass statements. Whenever they're
18:01
getting their cage rattle a little bit, one of these
18:03
statements is definitely coming out, and they usually mean nothing,
18:09
just a bunch of nonsense. Go back and look at
18:12
what they said about Prince Andrew, how it was all bs, this, that,
18:15
the other thing, And they've never even come back out
18:17
and recanted or said anything. As I've said earlier, I've
18:24
been covering the royal family for fifty years now. It
18:27
shocks me to say it, but the sources I have
18:30
now are unparalleled solid. This isn't an authorized biography. It's
18:35
an unauthorized biography and therefore much more accurate than the
18:40
Palace would provide. That's true, because when it's an authorized biography,
18:45
you have to adhere to the standards put to you
18:49
by the Palace or the person who's biography you're writing.
18:52
If it's unauthorized, you can do what you gotta do,
18:54
dig deeper, go a little bit harder, use sources that
18:58
you might not be able to use previously if it's
19:00
an authorized biography. So there are certainly benefits to going
19:04
this route. Virginia Roberts accused Prince Andrew of rapinger when
19:10
she was seventeen years old and a Jeffrey Epstein trafficking survivor.
19:15
He denied the allegations and settled out of court without
19:18
admitting liability. Well, that's true, he didn't admit liability, But
19:23
go ahead and take a look at the whole entire
19:26
story and then tell me you believe that he paid
19:29
because he felt like he was in a position that
19:31
he just had to please. He paid because he knew
19:34
he didn't have the truth on his side, and he
19:37
knew that, even with Brettler defending him, that his royal
19:41
goose was cooked. Anderson's previous book also contained an allegation
19:47
that Charles was the royal called out anonymously by Megan
19:51
Markle for alleged comments on possible skin color of the
19:54
Sussexes unborn child during the Oprah Winfrey interview. At the time,
20:00
a Clarence House spokesperson said, this is fiction and not
20:03
worth further comment. Look, do I think it's a comment
20:07
that's below King Charles? I do not. These people look
20:11
at other folks as less than and that's how it's
20:16
always been. What all of a sudden, the Royals are
20:19
in touch with reality, They're in touch with the common man.
20:23
They have nothing in common with the ed and Ediths
20:26
of England. People driving a cab or working in a restaurant.
20:31
What do they have in common with someone like Prince Charles.
20:35
Anderson's account is fleshed out further in the book itself.
20:38
An advanced copy of The King seen by Newsweek suggests
20:41
Charles and William both thought Andrew should cooperate with the
20:45
FBI investigation into Robert's allegations, but the Queen wanted the
20:49
bell out her favorite son. So it comes back once again,
20:54
boomerangs back to the Queen. And I know a lot
20:56
of people have favorable opinions about her, but she he
21:00
protected Andrew all the way up till the very end.
21:04
And not only protected him. I know a lot of
21:07
you don't want to hear it, but she also enabled
21:09
him when you got somebody like Charles telling you you
21:12
need to speak to the FBI, and mom Duke steps
21:15
in and says, no, that's not going to happen. Well,
21:19
what do you think is going on here? And who
21:22
do you think should be blamed for me? There's a
21:25
plenty of blame to go around, but the Queen is
21:27
the one who was in the unique position where she
21:30
could have forced this issue, but instead she didn't. The
21:34
book reads there was a catch, however, since for all
21:37
intents and purposes, such funds would ultimately be coming out
21:41
of Charles's inheritance. On becoming king, he would inherit both
21:45
access to the Duchy of Lancaster income and the bulk
21:48
of his mother's vast holdings, Charles would have to, if
21:52
not actually sign off on the deal, then at least
21:55
not offer a public objection to it. So basically, the
21:59
queen needed Charles to play ball here, and Charles knew
22:02
that his mom needed him to play ball. So he
22:05
turned this situation into something that was beneficial to him,
22:09
and that is to get his mom to declare that
22:11
Camilla would be known as Queen Consort. As distasteful as
22:17
it was to have a slice of his inheritance go,
22:19
for this purpose, Charles recognized rare opportunity for some sort
22:23
of informal quid pro quo, while the question of where
22:27
the money would come from was still very much on
22:30
the table, The Prince of Wales suggested privately that February sixth,
22:34
twenty twenty, the seventieth anniversary of Queen Elizabeth the Second's father,
22:38
George George's death, might be the ideal time to make
22:42
some sort of statement in support of Camilla becoming queen.
22:46
And you see how it all works right for Charles,
22:49
he really doesn't care about these survivors either, and he
22:52
doesn't really care that his brother was a diddler. He
22:54
cares that he was caught, and he cares that he
22:56
has to deal with it. Now, that's the real issue here.
23:02
It's not that the royal family cares all of a
23:04
sudden about these survivors. Have they reached out to any
23:07
of them? Have they offered to throw a royal ball
23:10
in their honor? Of course they haven't. On today, Anderson said,
23:15
the problem is that the Queen was practical and she
23:18
knew that putting Camilla on the throne next to Charles
23:21
would be problematic to say the least. Yeah, considering how
23:24
much everybody loved Diana and the way Charles made Diana feel,
23:28
and by the way, Charles made a pledge to the
23:31
British people to sell them on his marriage. Originally, they
23:35
would never make her queen, she would be Princess Consort.
23:39
He never intended for that to happen. He always knew
23:42
that she would be his queen. That's what he was
23:44
always pining for, what he was always maneuvering for. They're
23:51
even talking now about dropping the consort from the title.
23:53
She will be Queen Camilla. I think the moment that's
23:57
going to be defining during the coronation is that's the
24:00
moment when she is crowned next to him. I think
24:03
it's going to ruffle a lot of feathers. She's not
24:06
popular in England and for us in the West, as
24:08
far as America and you know, other countries without monarchs
24:12
and stuff. We look at this sideways, like this whole
24:15
coronation things like a big deal. But for us we're
24:17
like what, I don't even understand what's going on here.
24:23
Anderson also spoke about Prince Harry's upcoming memoir and suggested
24:27
any bombshell revelations could set a dramatic stage for Charles's
24:31
coronation in twenty twenty three. Now, I don't really know
24:34
too much about what he would have in that book.
24:37
I haven't really followed Prince Harry's saga, but I'm sure
24:41
he has some dirt to spill, he said. Obviously there
24:46
are going to be bombshells in that book. The Palace
24:49
will not be happy, and they're facing the coronation in May.
24:52
It's obviously got them all on tenter hooks. So there
24:57
you have it, folks. The deal that was made by
24:59
Prince Andrew and King Charles to get Camilla as queen
25:04
and to get Prince Andrew off the hook as far
25:08
as the payment goes, so like usual behind the scenes maneuvering,
25:13
and it's always about the same thing. A cover your
25:17
ass and b increase your power. However, you can all right, folks,
25:23
that's gonna do it for this one. I'll be back
25:25
later on with a little bit more. But if you'd
25:27
like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
25:30
Kopuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bb Y c
25:34
apu Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find
25:39
me on Twitter at Bobby underscore c ap u Cci.
25:46
The link that I discussed can be found in the
25:48
description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to the
25:53
Epstein Chronicles. So Prince Andrew is telling everybody who will
25:58
listen that he's a man a war chest because he's
26:01
going to get his settlement overturned. Meanwhile, the rest of
26:06
us who live in reality are having a hell of
26:09
a laugh at the expense of this moron. Once again,
26:13
he's like the gift that keeps on giving. Right, as
26:16
a content creator, I could just sit back and wait
26:19
for Prince Andrew to make comments and then go to town,
26:23
because anything this dude touches turns from gold directly into
26:28
dog shit. So this latest hair brained idea that he's
26:32
come up with is being backed by none other than
26:35
the human trafficker herself, the bipedal serpent Golen Maxwell. Oh,
26:40
and did you hear about the photo expert that came
26:43
in and gave their expert opinion about that photo of
26:46
Virginia and Prince Andrew. Wait a minute, hold on what
26:50
She's not an expert? So you mean to tell me
26:53
that a former socialite, lady Victoria Heavey, is not in
26:59
fact a photographic expert. Well, the way she's running around
27:02
talking about this picture, you would think that she created polaroid.
27:06
You see, folks, we learn something new every day, right,
27:09
went from socialite to photograph expert real quick, and it's
27:13
nothing new. This is the same story that she's been
27:16
running for how long? And like usual, no proof provided,
27:20
just my opinion, just this that the other thing, no receipts,
27:24
And until somebody shows up with some receipts, I'm gonna
27:27
have to go with the actual expert who actually looked
27:30
at the original photo. Yeah, he probably knows more about
27:33
photography and if a picture is real or not, then
27:37
Victoria Hervey and certainly more than Glene Maxwell. You mean
27:41
to tell me someone who has been busted for perjury
27:45
lying in a deposition against Virginia Roberts has the audacity
27:49
to come out here and tell anybody somebody else is
27:51
a liar. I mean, the irony is so thick you
27:56
can almost eat it. So when I see all of
27:58
these headlines talking about this recycled garbage that we've heard
28:02
from them for years now, it just makes me shake
28:05
my head that anyone would give this any air whatsoever.
28:09
I mean, is this all you have, Prince Andrew, After
28:12
all of these years, after all of those high profile attorneys,
28:16
after all of the information that has been out there,
28:19
this is all you have? Huh? The picture is fake?
28:23
Doesn't seem very convincing to me. Today we have an
28:26
article from the Sun headline Andy's legal war chest Prince
28:31
Andrew aka the Joe Exotic of the Royal Family a
28:34
mass is a ten million pound fund to launch legal
28:37
case against sex abuse accuser Virginia Roberts. This article was
28:42
authored by Chris Pollard. Prince Andrew has a mass to
28:47
ten million pound war chest to launch a legal case
28:50
against sex abuse victim Virginia Roberts. So this guy really
28:54
thinks that this is the right way to go, this
28:57
is the proper way forward. Huh does he not realize
29:00
how much bigger the hole he is digging for himself
29:03
is getting? And does he really think that the authorities
29:07
in America, the federal government meaning the FB high doesn't
29:10
want to talk to him. Still, so say he does
29:13
go and try and get this overturned, what sort of
29:16
legal jeopardy meaning criminal legal jeopardy is he going to
29:20
find himself in? Imagine being such a dumbass that you
29:23
were taking legal advice from Gallane Maxwell, who is serving
29:27
two hundred and forty months and a former socialite. I mean, really,
29:31
so Andrew Brettler's legal advice that wasn't solid. But let
29:35
me see what Gallainne Maxwell has to say from behind bars.
29:39
The Duke of York sixty two will claim he never
29:42
met her and that a photo of them was faked. Well,
29:45
you can make whatever claims you want, but how are
29:47
you going to prove that? That's the question. Where are
29:50
all of the experts coming forward and backing up your claims.
29:54
There has been none of that. So until we see
29:56
some experts bringing receipts, how are we supposed to believe a
30:00
convicted human trafficker, This dunce of a prince and Victoria Hervey,
30:05
whoever the hell that even is. Now people in the
30:08
UK might know who that is, but here in the
30:10
United States, give me a break already with a lady
30:14
Vikkoya Heavy. He has been given freshop after Roberts thirty
30:19
eight Withdrew sex abuse allegations against US lawyer Alan I
30:23
kept my underpants on Dershowitz, admitting she may have made
30:27
a mistake. Even with that being the case, how is
30:32
Andrew trying to extrapolate that and put it on himself?
30:36
It is ridiculous. Now, with that said, I am always
30:40
willing to look at whatever evidence is provided. The problem
30:43
for Prince Andrew and Gallaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein is
30:47
for all the bullshit they've talked, they've provided zero receipts
30:51
and they've provided no witnesses to come forward who are
30:54
outside of their circle and to talk about, Oh, this
30:57
is bullshit, This never happened. In the fact, it's been
31:00
the complete opposite. In an interview on Talk TV tonight,
31:05
Kallayne Maxwell, who also features in the photo, insists it
31:08
has been doctored and the meeting never happened. So we're
31:12
going to believe somebody who got nailed for perjury twice
31:16
against the same person she's lying on again here. So
31:19
is that what you're trying to sell me, Because if
31:22
that's the case, you're gonna need to sell me a
31:25
bit stronger. And I'm gonna need to see some of
31:27
those receipts and some of the backing up material for
31:30
what you have to say, because so far, all we
31:33
have heard is that the picture is real, and that's
31:36
from the photographic expert who took a look at it.
31:39
I'm certainly no photographic expert. I don't know the first
31:43
thing about the first thing. But when a guy who
31:45
does it for a living and who has no reason
31:48
to lie or take sides, comes out and says that
31:50
the photo is legit, that the photo is real, then
31:54
why would I believe a convicted felon, Kallaiinne Maxwell or
31:58
Prince Andrew who is out here allegedly diddling people. That
32:02
is just bizarre to me. I'm not going to believe
32:06
a convicted felon who is a known notorious liar, or
32:10
the guy who is in hot water because of the
32:12
picture You're gonna have to do better than that, A
32:16
royal source said. Andrew has always insisted he is innocent
32:19
and finally wants to prove it in a US court.
32:23
He had his chance, he signed this settlement. He's a
32:26
grown ass adult. What he doesn't have the mental capability
32:29
to sign the statement, I mean, sign the settlement. So
32:32
what is the everybody in the world should just go
32:34
back now and say, ah, you know what, I signed
32:36
off on that agreement. I think I want to give
32:38
it another look. I was in a car accident a
32:40
few years ago and I had to sign off on
32:42
some paperwork to get my settlement. Should I go back
32:46
and revisit that now as well? Who does this guy
32:48
really think he is? You had your chance to do
32:51
the honorable thing, like you said you were going to do,
32:54
speak to the FBI, come clean about everything, and you
32:57
chose not to. So miss me with all the bullshit
32:59
about oh I want to defend myself in court, you lieon,
33:03
son of a bitch. He was pressured into settling the
33:07
case to avoid overshadowing the Platinum Jubilee and has paid
33:11
a heavy price personally and professionally. Oh, we feel so
33:15
bad for him. Have empathy for Prince Andrew, who's living
33:18
in a gilded cage of his own making. Fuck at
33:21
he here with this guy. The King is happy for
33:24
him to pursue this. Oh he is Huh. Someone should
33:26
get the King on record. Not that I'd be shocked,
33:29
considering the King was accepting bags a dough from Bin
33:33
Madden's family, and that he was paling around with Jimmy
33:35
Saville as head of state. He can't back them publicly,
33:39
but Andrew is still his brother and he wants what's
33:42
best for him. What's best for Andrew is a long
33:45
vacation far, far away from the public. Andrew has never
33:50
been more financially secure, said the source. So let's squander
33:54
all of that money that I just got on this
33:56
go nowhere case. Sounds like a good idea. This dude
34:00
truly wants to go down as the biggest moron in
34:03
the history of morons, and man, he's doing a fantastic job.
34:08
He and ex wife Sarah Ferguson made ten million pounds
34:11
from selling their Swiss ski Shechalet last year. The Queen
34:15
is thought to have left him an inheritance of several million.
34:18
Andrew reportedly settled with miss Roberts for twelve million pounds,
34:22
but sources close to him say it was closer to
34:25
three million pounds. Oh, I'm sure. I am sure that's
34:28
exactly the price tag that it was. I mean sources
34:32
close to him. Who exactly are these sources that are
34:35
close to Prince Andrew. At this point, it is ridiculous
34:39
to me that you're out here talking about sources. We
34:42
know what the source is Prince Andrew himself. He has
34:46
always denied her claims that his pal, convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein,
34:51
introduced them in London in two thousand and one, when
34:53
Miss Roberts was seventeen. Maxwell Epstein's X, you mean co conspirator,
34:59
fellow all around on scusbag bipedal serpent, that's what you mean,
35:03
right is serving twenty years for child sex trafficking. Asked
35:08
about the photo, she said from jail in Florida, it's
35:10
a fake. I don't believe it's real for a second.
35:13
In fact, I'm sure it's not. The fact that she
35:15
says that it's a fact that it's not automatically makes
35:18
me believe right away that the picture is real. I
35:21
honestly believe that Glene Maxwell doesn't have a truthful bone
35:25
in her body. She's resentful, she's full of all kinds
35:30
of anger, she has a chip on her shoulder, and
35:33
she truly believes she did nothing wrong. Here folks serving
35:36
up girls to her buddy Jeffrey Epstein, Well, that was
35:39
just an everyday occurrence. There's nothing wrong with that as
35:41
long as they're your children, These sick, disgusting animals. There
35:46
is no original, just copies of copies, and parts of it,
35:49
according to some experts, look like it has been photoshopped.
35:52
I don't remember her in my home. What experts? Can
35:55
you point them out? Please? We have seen no experts
35:58
come forward and back up up and Booyer claims. All
36:02
we've seen is weirdos and other people accused of hanging
36:05
out with Epstein circle the wagons. So who are these experts?
36:10
Where are they and where do I find that evidence?
36:13
Because in my four years of covering this case, I
36:16
have not seen one single bit of evidence that would
36:19
prove these statements to be true. So as Glenn Maxwell
36:23
and Prince Andrew have their little pity party, you better
36:27
believe we'll be here on a daily basis to mock
36:30
the stupidity coming from the Prince in his camp. All right, folks,
36:35
that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
36:38
information that goes with this episode can be found in
36:42
the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to
36:46
the Epstein Chronicles. Alan Dershowitz is out here giving Prince
36:50
Andrew some more unsolicited advice, saying that Prince Andrew made
36:54
a big mistake by settling his sexual abuse case with
36:58
Virginia Roberts. And he made these comments while he was
37:02
giving a interview to The Times Radio on Tuesday, And well,
37:07
all of that sounds great, and it sounds easy for
37:10
mister Dershowitz to say that mister Dershowitz wasn't privy to
37:14
everything that was brought as evidence. And if we're talking
37:18
about lawyers, I would say that Bretler is a better
37:21
lawyer than Dershowitz. That's right. I'm on record saying that
37:25
I'd much rather have Andrew Brettler as my lawyer than
37:28
Alan Dershowitz any day of the week. And Andrew Brettler
37:32
was the lawyer that was employed by Prince Andrew. So
37:35
let's not act like Prince Andrew didn't get good counsel here.
37:38
Let's not act like Prince Andrew didn't have a lawyer
37:41
of note, he had the lawyer that everybody in Hollywood
37:44
runs to when they make a mistake. And not only that,
37:47
but Bretler actually wins Andrew. Butrettler is not the kind
37:50
of lawyer that's just gonna tell his client to settle,
37:53
especially when it's a client like Prince Andrew. That's just
37:56
never going to happen. And Alan Dershowitz out here running
37:59
off at the trap talking about this, that or the
38:01
other thing makes for a good interview maybe, but when
38:05
you run it and cross check it with reality, it
38:07
just doesn't stand up. Today's article is from The Independent
38:12
and the headline Prince Andrew may have been pressured by
38:14
the Queen to settle sex case. Jeffrey Epstein's former lawyer suggests, So,
38:19
here's a good idea. Why doesn't Prince Andrew just hire
38:23
Alan Dershowitz and re litigate. If that's the case and
38:26
you feel like your name is being dragged through the
38:28
mud and all of this is untrue, Sue all of
38:31
these outlets that have said it. Sue everybody that said it,
38:34
and let's get to discovery and for some nice flavoring
38:37
on top of it. Have Dershowitz be your lawyer. Let's
38:40
go all the way in. If you're so confident in
38:42
what you're saying, if you're so confident that Prince Andrew
38:45
didn't do what has been alleged of them, then the
38:48
time for talk is long over. Let's get a little
38:51
bit of action. But the problem is that's not going
38:53
to occur because the actual lawyers who are looking at
38:56
all of this, Prince Andrew's lawyers, they knew that he
38:59
was up again, and they knew that he had no
39:01
chance in hell to win over a jury if it
39:03
ever went to trial. That's why he paid a big
39:06
ass bag. This article was authored by Andy Gregory. Jeffrey
39:12
Epstein's former lawyer. Alan Dershowitz has said he suspects Prince
39:16
Andrew was pressured by his mother, the Queen ELIZABETHID to
39:20
settle the civil sexual assault case against him. I don't
39:23
buy that either. If the Queen wanted him to settle,
39:26
that would have happened a long time ago. It wouldn't
39:28
have got to the discovery phase. So again, Alan Dershowitz
39:32
is just throwing shit out there and making pretend he
39:35
knows what he's talking about, and the fact that he
39:37
keeps getting platformed is hilarious. Honestly, I thought he didn't
39:40
know anything about Epstein. I thought he had no idea
39:43
about the operation. Then why do you keep opening your mouth? Dumb? Dumb.
39:47
The Duke of York reached a multimillion pound settlement in
39:50
February twenty twenty two with Virginia Roberts, the Epstein survivor
39:55
who accused Andrew of sexually abusing her while she was
39:58
under age in the United Slates States, But mister Dershowitz,
40:02
who worked for Epstein from two thousand and eight, has
40:05
now claimed that he believes the Duke of York made
40:07
a terrible mistake in paying millions to settle the case.
40:11
Not a terrible mistake in paling around with Epstein, not
40:14
a terrible mistake in giving Glenn Maxwell run of the keep. No,
40:19
but settling with an accuser who credibly accused you. Oh,
40:23
that's a gigantic mistake. Is this guy for real or
40:26
what real? Easy to say that shit from the Peanut
40:29
gallery when you're not the one on the hook. And
40:31
it doesn't matter that Dershowitz is a lawyer. He hasn't
40:34
seen all of this documentation. He's not privy to what
40:36
Prince Andrew and Virginia brought out in the court, so
40:40
I don't even know what he's talking about. I think
40:42
he made a terrible mistake. I suspect he was pressured
40:45
by his mother to make that mistake. Mister Dershowitz told
40:48
Times Radio on Tuesday, You suspect huh, how would you know?
40:52
And that's the real question, Dershowitz, Mister, I have nothing
40:55
to do with any of these people. Is he just speculating?
40:58
Is he just shooting from hip like everybody else, or
41:01
does he have the inside track, Because it can't be
41:04
both ways, right, You can't be an insider and not
41:07
know anything. So I guess that's my question. Is he
41:10
an insider still or is he just shooting from the
41:12
hip and speculating. And if he is just speculating, why
41:15
should anyone take anything he has to say about Prince
41:18
Andrew and Virginia Roberts and their settlement seriously. If he
41:22
had fought that case, I believe he would have won.
41:25
I believe the case would have been dismissed on a
41:27
variety of grounds, But he didn't want to sit through
41:29
a deposition, or people around him didn't want to sit
41:32
through a deposition, so he settled the case. Oh if
41:35
it was just that easy. What an absolute load of bs?
41:39
You really think Andrew Brettler, of all people, is just
41:42
gonna say, you know what, let's settle. We have enough
41:44
here that we could win, We have enough here from
41:46
discovery that we could really crack this off. But let's
41:50
just settle, because you know why not? Now? Who does
41:53
that make sense to? Maybe Alan Dershowitz and his mushdass
41:57
old geriatric brain. But the rest of us, well, we
42:00
can all see the forest through the trees, and the
42:02
fact that Prince Andrew settled here tells us everything that
42:05
we need to know. Now. Of course, Alan Dershowitz is
42:08
entitled to his opinion, But like most things that come
42:11
out of Dershowitz's mouth, I happen to disagree, and I
42:14
think that Bretler would disagree. I wonder if anyone got
42:17
Bretler on record, or if anyone's going to get Breler
42:20
on record. In response to Dershowitz making claims such as this,
42:24
he's basically saying that Andrew Brettler is not a good lawyer.
42:27
That Andrew Butler has no idea what he's doing, and
42:30
I find that shit to be laughable. And if you
42:32
don't know who Andrew Butretler is, just do a quick
42:35
Google search and you'll learn real quick. Often you settle
42:39
cases not because you're guilty of what you're charged with,
42:42
but because you don't want to admit other things that
42:45
you've done. Like what what else has Prince Andrew done
42:48
that he didn't want to admit? He added, I feel
42:51
sorry for Prince Andrew for this reason, assuming everything they
42:55
say about him is correct. The woman who accused him
42:57
was over the age of consent, apparently bragged about it
43:01
to her friends, and she collected millions and millions of
43:03
dollars for that. Yeah, I feel sorry for him. Meanwhile,
43:07
how many millions of dollars did you collect, mister Dershowitz
43:11
to protect Jeffrey Epstein when he legitimately was raping high
43:15
school girls in Palm Beach? Do we want to talk
43:18
about that for a minute or not? How many millions
43:20
did you pocket on the back of those girls suffering? Now,
43:23
I get it, that's your job as a lawyer, but
43:25
don't sit here and try and act like you're mister
43:28
squeaky clean, like you had nothing to do with Epstein
43:30
this whole entire time. Now, the allegations that Virginia made
43:35
against Dershowitz, let's be very clear, she retracted them. So
43:38
I'm not going to sit here and try and make
43:41
that argument. I wasn't there. I don't know, But what
43:44
I do know is this Dershowitz coming out and acting
43:47
like he's some sort of moral barometer is some of
43:50
the most laughable shit that I've ever seen in my life.
43:53
This is a condemnable man. This is a man that
43:56
wasn't only Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer, this was Jeffrey Epstein's friend.
44:00
So run home and tell that Alan Dershowitz. The allegations
44:04
levied at Epstein and the pedophile Financiers Associates have again
44:08
come to the fore after a US judge ordered the
44:11
release of hundreds of core documents relating to a defamation
44:14
lawsuit brought by Miss Roberts against Epstein's former partner and
44:19
convicted sex trafficker Gallain Maxwell, which was settled in twenty seventeen.
44:24
The trove includes forty documents of evidence from Johanna Schoberg,
44:28
who has claimed that the Duke of York touched her
44:31
breast while sitting on a couch at Epstein's Manhattan apartment
44:34
in two thousand and one. And we just got done
44:36
going through that whole entire deposition, and now we've moved
44:40
on to the Sarah Ransom deposition, so that you folks
44:43
get the whole story, unfiltered, unadulterated, and that way you
44:48
have all the contexts you need to decide what you believe.
44:52
Further extracts saw arguments resurface from Maxwell's lawyers, who claim
44:56
that Robert's allegations of having sex with Prince Andrew and
44:59
a bathtub while she was underage or obvious lies because
45:03
the bathtub in question was too small for a man
45:06
of his size to enjoy a bath in, let alone sex.
45:09
Anybody who's ever been to college, or anybody who's ever had,
45:13
let us say, an adventurous younger life, knows that that
45:16
shit is bs, back seats of cars, closets, under tables,
45:21
you name it. Come on, now, what we're all stupid.
45:24
We were never teenagers, we never went to college. The
45:27
bathtub's too small, that's right up there with my fingers
45:30
are too fat, or I don't have the right kit
45:32
to go to the pizza joint. I mean, for real,
45:34
who the hell's buying this nonsense. Documents unsealed on Monday
45:38
also included emails filed to the court by mister Dershowitz
45:42
lawyers in an attempt to discredit Epstein accuser Sarah Ransom.
45:46
These appear to show miss Ransom claiming to a reporter
45:49
that Epstein had secretly filmed and kept tapes the Prince Andrew,
45:53
Bill Clinton, and Richard Branson having sex. All three men
45:57
reject the claims. A spokesperson from mister Brandon Virgin Group
46:01
said any suggestion that Richard Branson was involved in any
46:04
sex tape is entirely false. The allegations are baseless and unfounded.
46:09
The actions of Jeffrey Epstein were abhorrent, and we support
46:12
the right of justice for the many victims impacted by
46:16
his abuse. So as far as the videotapes go, I
46:19
don't know. I didn't see them. I wasn't there. That's
46:22
gonna have to be something that either comes out later
46:25
on or that Sarah herself is gonna have to answer
46:28
at some point. They added, we categorically reject all allegations
46:32
made by Sarah Ransom. In twenty nineteen, she admitted to
46:36
The New Yorker that the tapes had been invented, But
46:39
then we know that she doubled down on her account,
46:42
making her statement on the British TV show Good Morning Britain.
46:46
So which is it. We're gonna have to wait and
46:49
see when all the smoke clears and when all of
46:52
the what's what has been said? Because as of now
46:55
we got some serious allegations here. Right question is are
46:58
they true? Mister Clinton's folkesperson also directed The Independent to
47:04
the twenty nineteen New Yorker article, which reported Miss Ransom
47:07
as saying she had invented the tapes to draw attention
47:10
to Epstein's behavior and to make him believe that she
47:14
had evidence that would come out if he harmed her.
47:17
But Miss Ransom alleged on Tuesday that her retraction had
47:20
been in response to threats from Epstein that she and
47:23
her family would be harmed, and claimed she would be
47:26
willing to testify under oath. As she told ITVS Good
47:29
Morning Britain, there are videos that exist. So Sarah Ransom
47:33
threw down the gauntlet. She says, look, I will go
47:36
under oath and I will say under oath that these
47:39
videos exist. And now that Sarah Ransom has thrown down
47:43
the gauntlet like that, I wonder what the response is
47:45
going to be. And once we have a response or
47:48
some movement one way or the other, we will get
47:50
it added to the catalog. All right, folks, that's going
47:53
to do it for this one. All of the information
47:55
