- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning! The Root! The Root! The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 2: of your life.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Please buckle up and hold on tightly. This station is
- 0:22Speaker 1: not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne Allen Root, direct
- 0:26Speaker 1: from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. What
- 0:29Speaker 1: time is it? It's time for War! Here's your host,
- 0:36Speaker 1: 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Welcome All right, the announcer said 100% raw truth, 100%
- 0:58Speaker 1: American made. He should have added 100% right. I'm always right,
- 1:03Speaker 1: and I'm always to the right. Here's the commentary that
- 1:08Speaker 1: I wrote to start this morning, and I think we'll
- 1:11Speaker 1: start hour number two with the commentary. I've warned for
- 1:14Speaker 1: months we either pass the SAVE Act and or kill
- 1:17Speaker 1: the damn filibuster, because really you have to do both.
- 1:20Speaker 1: You know, if the House passes the SAVE Act, then
- 1:22Speaker 1: the Senate will not pass it unless they kill the filibuster,
- 1:25Speaker 1: I'll never get 60 votes. Or we lose the midterms,
- 1:28Speaker 1: the Trump presidency is over, and we lose America forever.
- 1:31Speaker 1: And after the Texas State Senate loss over the weekend,
- 1:35Speaker 1: I am proven 100% correct, as usual. All over America,
- 1:39Speaker 1: there are signs, as bright as a Las Vegas neon light,
- 1:44Speaker 1: that we are in the middle of a communist color revolution,
- 1:47Speaker 1: a violent insurrection, a coup, an overthrow of Trump, America,
- 1:51Speaker 1: and capitalism. And the people leading it, prominent Democrats, Democrat donors, NGOs, insurrectionists,
- 1:58Speaker 1: and paid protesters, who are all tied, by the way,
- 2:01Speaker 1: to foreign enemies like the CCP, are a combination of
- 2:05Speaker 1: terrorists and suicide bombers sent literally to rip this nation apart.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Worst of all is the mainstream media. They are leading
- 2:15Speaker 1: the most aggressive PSYOP in world history. The brainwashing is over-the-top, big, bold,
- 2:20Speaker 1: and aggressive. Our country is coming apart at the seams,
- 2:23Speaker 1: as I warned and predicted from the moment of President
- 2:26Speaker 1: Trump's victory in November of 2024. The next day I
- 2:28Speaker 1: was telling you, they're not going to accept this. Communists
- 2:32Speaker 1: aren't going to accept being thrown out of power. They
- 2:34Speaker 1: never have. It's now happening in real time from a
- 2:38Speaker 1: thousand different directions. What did Bush say? I think it
- 2:42Speaker 1: was George H.W.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Bush.
- 2:43Speaker 1: He talked about a thousand points of light. This is
- 2:45Speaker 1: like a thousand razor blade cuts. Look at the results
- 2:49Speaker 1: of a Texas state Senate race. This past weekend, you
- 2:52Speaker 1: know about this? A Democrat defeated a beautiful, beautiful, blonde,
- 2:57Speaker 1: well-spoken female Republican candidate by a 14 point landslide in
- 3:02Speaker 1: a deep red district in Fort Worth, Texas, where Trump
- 3:05Speaker 1: won by 17 points in the last election. That's a
- 3:08Speaker 1: 31 point turnaround. So what has Trump done in the
- 3:12Speaker 1: last year that would equal a 31-point turnaround? Are you
- 3:14Speaker 1: kidding me? And the Republican candidate badly outspent the Democrat
- 3:18Speaker 1: who literally had no chance to win. So who gives
- 3:19Speaker 1: money to a candidate who has no chance to win, right?
- 3:22Speaker 1: That's how you know he had no chance to win.
- 3:23Speaker 1: He didn't raise any money. So what are the conclusions
- 3:26Speaker 1: to be drawn how that Democrat without money beat the
- 3:29Speaker 1: Republican with all the money in a district that was unwinnable? Well,
- 3:33Speaker 1: choice number one. Conclusion to be drawn choice number one.
- 3:37Speaker 1: The election was rigged once again by dirty, corrupt Democrats. Yes,
- 3:41Speaker 1: even in deep red Texas. Until we fix the election
- 3:44Speaker 1: integrity problems and make elections safe and honest again, we
- 3:48Speaker 1: can trust no result even in Texas. I remember how
- 3:50Speaker 1: they beat Carrie Lake in addition to stuffing the ballot
- 3:53Speaker 1: box with illegal aliens and fake ballots. They also, people
- 3:57Speaker 1: went to the, in Republican red districts in Arizona. People
- 4:02Speaker 1: went to the polls and the paper didn't fit the tabulators.
- 4:06Speaker 1: And so they told them to all go home. And
- 4:08Speaker 1: when they came back at seven at night, it was
- 4:09Speaker 1: a three hour line and nobody stayed. And she lost
- 4:11Speaker 1: thousands and thousands of votes and lost close. And the
- 4:14Speaker 1: same kind of thing happened here. My understanding is. that
- 4:16Speaker 1: people showed up at polling places in Fort Worth and
- 4:19Speaker 1: were told, oh, no, no, no, you're not in the
- 4:21Speaker 1: right place, go home, and they sent them home, and
- 4:23Speaker 1: therefore their vote didn't count. Anyone on the MAGA side
- 4:26Speaker 1: who trusts these results is either a fool, incompetent, naive, delusional,
- 4:31Speaker 1: or playing for the other side. Choice number two, what happened?
- 4:35Speaker 1: The election was held on a Saturday. What? Why? Why
- 4:39Speaker 1: was it held on a Saturday? Who made that decision?
- 4:41Speaker 1: On a blustery cold weekend, probably half the people would
- 4:44Speaker 1: have voted on Tuesday and they were waiting for Tuesday.
- 4:47Speaker 1: They didn't even know the election was Saturday. Right after
- 4:50Speaker 1: a large snow and ice storm, few Republican voters even
- 4:53Speaker 1: knew there was an election on Saturday. But the Democrat
- 4:56Speaker 1: candidate had every union in the state behind him And
- 4:59Speaker 1: they got out the vote. That's always our big handicap,
- 5:02Speaker 1: by the way. You know, if a union endorses a Democrat,
- 5:05Speaker 1: they've got all these workers that know that if the
- 5:08Speaker 1: union wins and the Democrat, you know, if the Democrat wins,
- 5:11Speaker 1: they're going to get a raise. So they're motivated to
- 5:13Speaker 1: walk the streets in their spare time. And they've all
- 5:16Speaker 1: got easy jobs, they have lots of spare time. Matter
- 5:18Speaker 1: of fact, the union makes sure they get time off
- 5:20Speaker 1: just to do political campaigning. And we on our side
- 5:23Speaker 1: have nothing, nobody. A few old people who are retired
- 5:27Speaker 1: man telephones or go door to door. But for the
- 5:29Speaker 1: most part, everybody works for a living. If you work
- 5:32Speaker 1: for a living, you have no time to do this crap.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I don't man phone banks, I don't go door to door.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I have no time for that. Nobody who owns a
- 5:40Speaker 1: business has time for that. No one who works for
- 5:42Speaker 1: a small business has time for that. No one who
- 5:44Speaker 1: works for a living It's not just a small business.
- 5:48Speaker 1: If you work for Costco, you have no time for this.
- 5:51Speaker 1: So anyone who works for a living has no time
- 5:53Speaker 1: to help Republicans. You just have time to vote. But
- 5:56Speaker 1: anyone who works for a union has time. So the
- 5:59Speaker 1: union got out the vote, which means the Texas GOP
- 6:03Speaker 1: is a massive incompetent failure. Choice number three, Republican and
- 6:07Speaker 1: MAGA voters are so angry and disgusted at the do
- 6:09Speaker 1: nothing GOP Congress. And I call them that because they've
- 6:12Speaker 1: done absolutely nothing. and their refusal to either pass the
- 6:15Speaker 1: SAVE Act or kill the filibuster in order to install
- 6:19Speaker 1: voter ID and proof of citizenship for federal elections, that
- 6:24Speaker 1: they just won't come out to vote anymore for the GOP.
- 6:26Speaker 1: GOP voters will not come out to vote for the GOP.
- 6:30Speaker 1: They're so disgusted at the uniparty system. That's another possibility,
- 6:34Speaker 1: which means the entire GOP, RNC, Republican National Committee, and
- 6:39Speaker 1: GOP Congress are all incompetent, do-nothing failures. Choice number four,
- 6:44Speaker 1: the GOP messaging is the worst of all time. Democrats
- 6:47Speaker 1: have convinced, and by the way, I think all of
- 6:49Speaker 1: these are true. Democrats have convinced the whole country, even Texas,
- 6:53Speaker 1: I mean, you have to assume this, A lot of people,
- 6:55Speaker 1: the two dead insurrectionists fighting and threatening ICE in the
- 6:58Speaker 1: middle of the riots, are more important than thousands of
- 7:02Speaker 1: dead Americans murdered, raped, robbed, and assaulted annually by illegal aliens.
- 7:06Speaker 1: And over one million dead American young people in the
- 7:09Speaker 1: past decade, killed by drugs like fentanyl, brought into the U.S.
- 7:13Speaker 1: and sold on street corners. In Democrat-run cities by illegal
- 7:17Speaker 1: aliens and drug cartel gangs. You know, just the other
- 7:19Speaker 1: day I called someone and he said, I said, where
- 7:22Speaker 1: are you? You know, I hear a lot of noise
- 7:23Speaker 1: in the background. He said, I'm at a funeral. I said,
- 7:25Speaker 1: who died? He said one of his friends or somebody
- 7:28Speaker 1: did business with, I can't remember who it was, but
- 7:30Speaker 1: somebody did business with or one of his friends, their
- 7:34Speaker 1: son died of a drug overdose, fentanyl. in their house
- 7:37Speaker 1: because he was 30 years old and lived in mommy
- 7:39Speaker 1: and daddy's house in a bedroom and they found him
- 7:41Speaker 1: dead in the morning. And this was in Las Vegas.
- 7:44Speaker 1: And this happens every day all across the United States
- 7:46Speaker 1: and cities all across this country. Who's bringing the drugs,
- 7:49Speaker 1: the drug cartels, who's selling drugs, drug cartels. And you
- 7:52Speaker 1: think it's more important. We shouldn't be stopping that because
- 7:55Speaker 1: you might hurt an insurrectionist rioter. You know what? They
- 7:59Speaker 1: made that choice when they attacked ICE. They made that
- 8:02Speaker 1: choice when they took over Minneapolis street corners. If this
- 8:06Speaker 1: is true, then America is completely lost and finished. And
- 8:09Speaker 1: the GOP leadership is to blame for the worst messaging
- 8:12Speaker 1: of all time. And finally, choice number five. Finally, I
- 8:16Speaker 1: come to the media psy-op, which may be the most
- 8:19Speaker 1: important of all besides stolen elections. The people are being
- 8:22Speaker 1: gaslit and brainwashed by the mainstream media like Kool-Aid drinking
- 8:25Speaker 1: Stepford wives. The media is trying to desperately convince us
- 8:29Speaker 1: of two things. Number one, that President Trump is an evil, mean,
- 8:32Speaker 1: Hitler-like criminal. Orange man bad. Despite the fact that Trump
- 8:37Speaker 1: just enjoyed another remarkable week. I mean, it really was.
- 8:41Speaker 1: But if you don't watch my show or listen to
- 8:43Speaker 1: my show, you don't know it. Another remarkable week of success,
- 8:46Speaker 1: which I'll lay out in detail in my next column.
- 8:49Speaker 1: As I keep reporting, it's now my signature saying, President
- 8:52Speaker 1: Trump achieves more each week than any president in history
- 8:54Speaker 1: ever achieved in two terms, including my hero, Ronald Reagan.
- 8:58Speaker 1: And then next week, Trump does it again. But most
- 9:01Speaker 1: voters have no idea of any of Trump's remarkable nonstop
- 9:04Speaker 1: successes because it's a total media blackout and psy-op. And
- 9:10Speaker 1: they're trying to convince us, the media, that everyone hates
- 9:13Speaker 1: this evil mass deportation, this heartless mass deportation by Trump
- 9:18Speaker 1: and ICE. Despite the fact that Obama took credit for
- 9:22Speaker 1: deporting 3 million illegals, by the way, Trump hasn't come
- 9:24Speaker 1: close to 3 million yet, and no one said a word,
- 9:27Speaker 1: not one protest, no media headlines, not a peep. no riots,
- 9:32Speaker 1: and most of those deported illegals were not murderers or felons.
- 9:35Speaker 1: They were simply ordinary, average, everyday illegal aliens, as Democrats
- 9:39Speaker 1: would say, here in America to do better for their family.
- 9:42Speaker 1: And we deported them under Obama. No one said a word,
- 9:45Speaker 1: not a peep, not a protest, and not a riot.
- 9:48Speaker 1: And 50-plus illegal aliens died in custody of ICE under Obama,
- 9:52Speaker 1: not even close. He's beating Trump by a mile. No
- 9:55Speaker 1: one said a word, not a peep. It's only a
- 9:57Speaker 1: problem if Trump's president and someone dies. Just like Bandami,
- 10:01Speaker 1: the radical communist Muslim terrorist supporting mayor of New York
- 10:04Speaker 1: City who changed the law resulting in 16 homeless people
- 10:07Speaker 1: freezing to death in the past week. 16. If a
- 10:10Speaker 1: Trump policy change caused the same result, there would be
- 10:13Speaker 1: nationwide protests and riots with Democrat politicians calling Trump a
- 10:18Speaker 1: mass murderer. By the way, some people are dumb. Some
- 10:21Speaker 1: people are crazy. But you know what? There are smart
- 10:24Speaker 1: people who are dumb and crazy. They're homeless in Los
- 10:27Speaker 1: Angeles or San Diego. Who's dumb enough to be homeless
- 10:30Speaker 1: in New York City living outside in the winter? No
- 10:33Speaker 1: wonder you froze to death. You're so dumb. It's beyond belief.
- 10:36Speaker 1: You could go to L.A., Tucson, Phoenix. God forbid I
- 10:40Speaker 1: say it. Las Vegas. 71 degrees and sunny here. They're
- 10:44Speaker 1: homeless in New York City. Shows you they're mentally ill.
- 10:47Speaker 3: Folks.
- 10:48Speaker 1: It's all a PSYOP, the biggest, boldest, and baddest in history.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Based on all the factors above, the GOP has zero
- 10:54Speaker 1: chance to win the midterms, which means only a little
- 10:57Speaker 1: over one year after winning electoral landslide... and a sweep
- 11:00Speaker 1: of the presidency, House, and Senate. For all intents and purposes,
- 11:03Speaker 1: Trump's presidency will be over this fall. There's only one
- 11:06Speaker 1: chance to break this narrative, one and only one. The
- 11:09Speaker 1: do-nothing GOP House and Senate must pass the SAVE Act
- 11:12Speaker 1: and or kill the filibuster, or both, so we can
- 11:15Speaker 1: install voter ID and proof of citizenship for federal elections.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Short of that, if Democrats win the midterms, Trump will
- 11:21Speaker 1: never pass another bill, the MAGA agenda's dead, Trump will
- 11:24Speaker 1: face nonstop impeachments, ICE will be defunded, mass deportation, will
- 11:28Speaker 1: end forever. Voter integrity will be dead forever. And Democrats
- 11:32Speaker 1: will keep rigging and stealing elections for the rest of
- 11:34Speaker 1: all time till we are a one-party nation. So, Republicans,
- 11:39Speaker 1: pass the SAVE Act and or kill the damn filibuster
- 11:44Speaker 1: or it's the end of America. We'll be right back.
- 11:56Speaker 4: All right.
- 11:57Speaker 1: One of my favorite guests ever, Alan Pariser, is with us,
- 11:59Speaker 1: an advocate for GreatPatriotStore.com. He's been a customer for 36 years,
- 12:05Speaker 1: almost four decades. My wife and I, Cindy, do much
- 12:08Speaker 1: of our monthly shopping now at GreatPatriotStore.com. It's an alternative
- 12:12Speaker 1: to wokeness. It's run by pro-American conservatives. USA Today voted
- 12:17Speaker 1: it one of the best stores in America in 2025.
- 12:20Speaker 1: And with all these communists taking over Ellen Pariser, New York, Seattle, Chicago,
- 12:25Speaker 1: promising cheap government groceries are free. You need to buy American.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Tell us why.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Absolutely. You know, a lot of our competitors have completely
- 12:34Speaker 5: lost it. They've gone totally woke over the years. But
- 12:37Speaker 5: our founding axiom is really very simple. For 41 years,
- 12:41Speaker 5: we've been focused on manufacturing exceptional products at reasonable prices
- 12:46Speaker 5: made by Americans here in America for Americans. And we've expanded.
- 12:51Speaker 5: We have manufacturing plants across the United States, distribution plants
- 12:55Speaker 5: across the United States. And not only can Americans get
- 12:58Speaker 5: the best quality, the best price from Great Patriot Store,
- 13:01Speaker 5: in most cases, we can deliver to your front door
- 13:04Speaker 5: even faster than Amazon.
- 13:07Speaker 1: So prices are high everywhere. Procter & Gamble and Amazon
- 13:11Speaker 1: are considering price increases. How do the prices of Great
- 13:14Speaker 1: Patriot Store compare to national brands?
- 13:17Speaker 5: Well, we've got hundreds of products, Wayne, but if you
- 13:20Speaker 5: just take a look at one like our laundry detergent,
- 13:22Speaker 5: we make it. It's patented, and it's literally almost fractions,
- 13:26Speaker 5: almost half the price of our competitors, and you get
- 13:30Speaker 5: 96 loads of wash. It's the best value. There's no
- 13:33Speaker 5: toxic chemicals in any of our products whatsoever. And if
- 13:36Speaker 5: you're looking to lose some of those holiday pounds, you
- 13:38Speaker 5: don't need the shots with the LPG-1 drugs. We have
- 13:41Speaker 5: something called Berberine. Nature's Ozempic is what people are calling it.
- 13:46Speaker 1: It's legit.
- 13:47Speaker 3: It works.
- 13:47Speaker 5: And we've got it at a better price than anybody,
- 13:50Speaker 5: any of our competitors.
- 13:52Speaker 1: All right. We've got just seconds to go. So be quick.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I love your beef. I eat your sirloin and your
- 13:57Speaker 1: New York steak all the time. It's kind of breakfast
- 14:00Speaker 1: and lunch for me all the time. Why is your
- 14:02Speaker 1: beef superior?
- 14:04Speaker 5: Made in America, never, ever any hormones, ever any antibiotics,
- 14:09Speaker 5: no mRNA.
- 14:09Speaker 1: It's all prime.
- 14:10Speaker 5: It's the best quality that you can find at the
- 14:12Speaker 5: best price, free shipping, and it's the best beef on
- 14:15Speaker 5: the planet.
- 14:17Speaker 4: All right.
- 14:17Speaker 1: To get your free gift, that's right, a free gift,
- 14:20Speaker 1: purchase the beef and other great American products. You've got
- 14:23Speaker 1: to be a member. Go to greatpatriotstore.com. Fill out the form.
- 14:26Speaker 1: One of their conservative team members will contact you right away. Greatpatriotstore.com.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Thank you, Alan. Thank you, Wayne. God bless. All right,
- 15:08Speaker 1: sway down the roots. I don't know why I'm having
- 15:10Speaker 1: trouble with this IFB. It goes backwards on me. I
- 15:13Speaker 1: have no idea why. There we go. It echoes when
- 15:16Speaker 1: it goes backwards. And it's just not a perfect fit
- 15:20Speaker 1: for my ear. And the one that was a perfect
- 15:21Speaker 1: fit broke a couple weeks ago. So I've been using
- 15:23Speaker 1: the backup while we wait to order two more IFBs
- 15:27Speaker 1: coming in, two more earpieces. So hopefully everything will be fine.
- 15:31Speaker 1: I saw this article. It caught my eye. I was
- 15:34Speaker 1: going to start with this story about voter ID and
- 15:38Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer, which proves me right about everything I said
- 15:40Speaker 1: in my commentary. But I saw this and I have
- 15:42Speaker 1: to mention it. 18% of the total United States home
- 15:48Speaker 1: health care billing is coming out of L.A. County. And
- 15:52Speaker 1: one doctor billed the government for $ 120 million in one year.
- 15:57Speaker 1: So the Trump administration and Dr. Oz, my buddy, actually,
- 16:00Speaker 1: my personal buddy, Dr. Oz, have turned their attention to L.A.
- 16:03Speaker 1: County and the massive amount of alleged medical fraud that
- 16:06Speaker 1: is being reported from California. According to Fox News, one L.A.
- 16:10Speaker 1: doctor billed the government $ 120 million claiming to oversee 1,900
- 16:14Speaker 1: patients in one year. 18% of the entire country's home
- 16:20Speaker 1: health care billing is coming out of L.A. County, almost 20%.
- 16:24Speaker 1: And Los Angeles has almost 2,000 registered hospice agencies. That's
- 16:28Speaker 1: more than 36 states combined and 37 times more than
- 16:34Speaker 1: the states of Florida and New York. Dr. Oz explained
- 16:39Speaker 1: how easy it would be to open a hospice in LA.
- 16:41Speaker 1: You don't even have to live there. How is that possible?
- 16:43Speaker 1: Take a look at the map. A cluster of 287
- 16:45Speaker 1: hospice providers in a two mile radius, some in strip malls,
- 16:50Speaker 1: unmarked buildings, even a wrecking yard and a vacant lot.
- 16:53Speaker 1: All of it is just paperwork. I could fill that
- 16:55Speaker 1: out in Kakashtan if I want and get a hospice
- 16:58Speaker 1: license waiting for me, said Dr.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Oz.
- 17:01Speaker 1: So this is the fraud. This is it right here.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Our country's being ripped off, ripped off to such a degree.
- 17:09Speaker 1: And this is why the Democrats want weapons of mass distraction. First,
- 17:13Speaker 1: they want to steal elections. No voter ID so they
- 17:15Speaker 1: can steal elections. No proof of citizenship so they can
- 17:18Speaker 1: steal elections. I keep it like winter in here. It's
- 17:21Speaker 1: like Antarctica. So Pitar, my director, just put a winter
- 17:24Speaker 1: coat on. He needs a winter coat with wing root
- 17:27Speaker 1: because it's so cold. It's probably like 60 degrees in
- 17:29Speaker 1: this room. Maybe it's 58. He says 58. Nicki Minaj. Boy,
- 17:36Speaker 1: she come over to our side. She's a rap legend.
- 17:39Speaker 1: She's blasting Democrats after left wingers at the Grammys ridiculed her.
- 17:44Speaker 1: She says any Christian who votes Democrat again is a fool.
- 17:48Speaker 1: The demons inside them are so bothered. Boy, she's got
- 17:52Speaker 1: it right. She's a black rapper. And she's come all
- 17:55Speaker 1: the way around and she's 100% right. This is 100%,
- 17:59Speaker 1: 100% about demons occupying the brains of liberals. And any
- 18:05Speaker 1: Christian who votes Democrat absolutely is a fool. Absolutely is
- 18:08Speaker 1: a fool. Here's a Clinton judge goes on an unhinged rant. Okay,
- 18:14Speaker 1: in a county run by activist judges, excuse me, a
- 18:17Speaker 1: country now run by activist judges who get to decide
- 18:20Speaker 1: the will of the people, a Clinton-appointed U.S. District Judge
- 18:22Speaker 1: has just written quite discreet in a three-page ruling ordering
- 18:26Speaker 1: the immediate release of a five-year-old and his father from
- 18:29Speaker 1: an immigration detention facility because it's mean to detain illegals.
- 18:34Speaker 2: U.S.
- 18:34Speaker 1: District Judge Fred Bieri, 78, went on a complete unhinged
- 18:41Speaker 1: rant against the Trump administration. These are the judges that
- 18:44Speaker 1: should be arrested, perp walked out, and brought straight on
- 18:48Speaker 1: con air to Gitmo, right? And they should be on
- 18:51Speaker 1: trial for treason. He says, observing human behavior confirms that
- 18:56Speaker 1: for some among us, the lust for unbridled power and
- 18:59Speaker 1: the imposition of cruelty in its quest, no, no bounds
- 19:03Speaker 1: and our bereft of human decency and the rule of
- 19:06Speaker 1: law be damned. This case has its genesis in the
- 19:09Speaker 1: ill-conceived and incompetently implemented government pursuit of daily deportation quotas. Apparently, also,
- 19:16Speaker 1: it's the government's ignorance of an American historical document called
- 19:19Speaker 1: the Declaration of Independence. He compared the Trump administration to
- 19:23Speaker 1: King George III, quoting grievances from the Declaration of Independence
- 19:28Speaker 1: and accused the government of needing a civics lesson on
- 19:31Speaker 1: the Fourth Amendment. And then he ended his ruling with
- 19:34Speaker 1: a Bible quote. The elderly judge updated the ruling saying,
- 19:38Speaker 1: The verses referenced Matthew 19, 14 and John 11, 35.
- 19:43Speaker 1: He referenced Jesus' words about letting children come to him.
- 19:48Speaker 1: And the second simply states Jesus. wept. These people are
- 19:53Speaker 1: all insane. The father was about to be arrested. He
- 19:57Speaker 1: fled on foot and abandoned his child. And rather than
- 20:00Speaker 1: leave the child in the middle of the street, ICE
- 20:04Speaker 1: grabbed the child to protect him. I mean, this is
- 20:08Speaker 1: really just insane. Great Patriot Store is the sponsor of

- 20:50Speaker 1: I lost 25 pounds of fat, including the dangerous inner

- 20:55Speaker 1: only 88 days. Now, I look the best of my life.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I'll be on this program for life because it's simple
- 21:01Speaker 1: and easy. John and Chelsea have the only patent pending
- 21:04Speaker 1: in the world for a method of achieving intracellular hydration.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Now that's credibility. The patent application includes over 500 pages
- 21:11Speaker 1: of science, sequencing, and processes of how to transform your
- 21:15Speaker 1: cells so they can hydrate, allowing you to lose fat
- 21:17Speaker 1: and upgrade your health and immune system. No one else
- 21:20Speaker 1: has this science of inner body hydration. It's all set
- 21:22Speaker 1: up in a program that's simple and scientific. This is
- 21:25Speaker 1: your time to be healthy from the inside out and
- 21:27Speaker 1: be the best you can be. Energized Health is offering

- 21:35Speaker 1: Call 888-444-8895, energizedhealth.com. All right, Wayne Allen Ruth from Las Vegas.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Las Vegas, beautiful Las Vegas. I think it was 71
- 22:05Speaker 1: degrees and sunny today. I took a great walk with
- 22:08Speaker 1: my dog Bubba. We walk an hour a day nowadays.
- 22:10Speaker 1: It's a brand new thing. I've been doing it for
- 22:11Speaker 1: about two months. And I get fresh air and sunshine.
- 22:14Speaker 1: It is so beautiful out. Our winters are so great.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Summers are the problem. It's too hot in the summer.
- 22:20Speaker 1: But nine months a year are so beautiful. And like
- 22:23Speaker 1: seven of those nine months are a ten. And it's
- 22:26Speaker 1: 71 degrees and sunny here on February 2nd. Just beautiful.
- 22:29Speaker 1: We've got a guest, John Jubilee, with us, owner and
- 22:33Speaker 1: founder and operator of Energized Health. Website is energizedhealth.com. Let
- 22:38Speaker 1: me first say hi to John, and then we'll cue
- 22:40Speaker 1: the video. John, you there? We got the big John Jubilee?
- 22:43Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 22:44Speaker 1: There he is.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Hey, John, how are you?
- 22:45Speaker 1: Good to see you.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Good to see you, brother.
- 22:47Speaker 1: All right, we got the video to cue now. David,
- 22:49Speaker 1: play the video testimonial.
- 22:52Speaker 6: All these years we've taken care of the church, we've
- 22:55Speaker 6: taken care of our seven children and our 29 grandkids.
- 22:59Speaker 3: We decided it's time to take.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Care of us. It's been a good choice.
- 23:02Speaker 6: But my blood pressure has been around 117, 120, over 70.
- 23:07Speaker 6: I saw my doctor on Monday and she let me
- 23:11Speaker 6: cut back to a third, but I can now go
- 23:14Speaker 6: off that totally next week.
- 23:16Speaker 1: I've been on blood pressure medication since I was 45.
- 23:20Speaker 3: We saw our doctor.
- 23:21Speaker 2: I'm off 100 milligrams of my blood pressure medication.
- 23:26Speaker 3: I'm down to nothing there. We're just rejoicing.
- 23:31Speaker 1: All right. So there's a couple that struck me. Their
- 23:35Speaker 1: opening comments are very interesting. They said, we've taken care
- 23:38Speaker 1: of our church. We take care of kids. We took
- 23:40Speaker 1: care of everyone except ourselves. And that's what people do
- 23:43Speaker 1: in America. It's the same reason that they elect idiots.
- 23:45Speaker 1: They don't pay attention to politics because they're too busy
- 23:48Speaker 1: running around to their kids' volleyball game and their kids'
- 23:50Speaker 1: baseball game and their kids' church and Sunday morning at church.
- 23:54Speaker 1: And they do everything for the community, the church, their kids,
- 23:58Speaker 1: everyone but themselves. So, John, energized health is a way
- 24:03Speaker 1: to take care of yourself, which is important because otherwise
- 24:06Speaker 1: you drop dead and you're no good to anybody.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Well, it's so true, Wayne. And, you know, a lot
- 24:12Speaker 3: of Christians misquote.
- 24:15Speaker 4: They misquote and they say, love your neighbor, love your neighbor,
- 24:20Speaker 4: love your neighbor. Sounds really good. But that is not
- 24:23Speaker 4: what Jesus said, Wayne. Jesus said, love your neighbor as
- 24:27Speaker 4: you love yourself. As you love yourself, that's right. You
- 24:30Speaker 4: have to take care of yourself first or you won't
- 24:33Speaker 4: even be around to take care.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Of your neighbor. Exactly.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Because guess what? You know, heart attacks.
- 24:39Speaker 4: Wayne, do you know that heart attacks have went up 97.6%
- 24:41Speaker 4: for people under 50?
- 24:47Speaker 3: Under 50, up 97 points, almost 100%.
- 24:50Speaker 1: John, I'm sure that's since 2021 when the COVID vaccine
- 24:54Speaker 1: came around. That's what's causing all these heart attacks, right?
- 24:57Speaker 1: That's the reason.
- 24:57Speaker 3: You know what? Absolutely, Wayne. It's a big part of it.
- 25:00Speaker 4: And all the crazy toxins and everything that people are
- 25:05Speaker 4: dealing with today.
- 25:07Speaker 3: And Wayne, I've never met a person yet.
- 25:09Speaker 4: You know, we've been helping people for 29 years, tens
- 25:11Speaker 4: of thousands of people. And, you know, we talked to
- 25:15Speaker 4: thousands that say, you know, my husband had a heart attack,
- 25:19Speaker 4: you know, and oh my gosh, you know, he never.
- 25:21Speaker 3: Dreamed in a million years.
- 25:22Speaker 4: He was, you know, he's out golfing, you know, every
- 25:24Speaker 4: weekend and blah, blah, blah. Wayne, no one plans to
- 25:27Speaker 4: have a heart attack. Nobody ever thinks it's going to
- 25:30Speaker 4: happen to them. No one wakes up and goes, today,
- 25:33Speaker 4: I'm going to have a heart attack. No, they just
- 25:35Speaker 4: don't do the right stuff. They don't take care of themselves, Wayne.
- 25:39Speaker 3: And then.
- 25:41Speaker 4: They can't take care of themselves because they just had
- 25:43Speaker 4: a heart attack or they broke their hip or they
- 25:46Speaker 4: broke their back or they just found out, you know,
- 25:49Speaker 4: they have a chronic illness or disease because they didn't
- 25:51Speaker 4: take care of themselves first.
- 25:53Speaker 1: I was just going to say that no one wakes
- 25:55Speaker 1: up and says, today's the day the doctor is going
- 25:57Speaker 1: to tell me I have stage four cancer, which is
- 25:59Speaker 1: what so many people are hearing now. I mean, it's
- 26:01Speaker 1: just unbelievable. It's stunning. How many people? I mean, I
- 26:04Speaker 1: know I have a big Rolodex. I know that very
- 26:06Speaker 1: few people have 6,000 people in their cell phone. I do.
- 26:09Speaker 1: So I know a lot of people. But at this
- 26:11Speaker 1: very moment, John, I know like 15 people with cancer
- 26:15Speaker 1: and 20 people who are really sick or dying of something,
- 26:18Speaker 1: whether it's heart disease, cancer, kidney disease. One of my
- 26:22Speaker 1: friends who I grew up with needs a, well, Matt,
- 26:25Speaker 1: my friend, has got cancer pretty bad. And then my
- 26:27Speaker 1: other friend I grew up with, Carl, Needs an organ replacement.
- 26:31Speaker 1: I can't remember if it's a kidney or a liver,
- 26:32Speaker 1: but he needs something replaced. He's got to get an
- 26:34Speaker 1: organ replacement. He's on the list. He doesn't know if
- 26:36Speaker 1: he'll make it before he makes it to the top
- 26:38Speaker 1: of the list. I know a lot of sick people, man.
- 26:41Speaker 1: It's amazing. People say it's going around, illness, the flu. Actually,
- 26:45Speaker 1: what's going around is dying. People are really sick. And
- 26:49Speaker 1: I think the vaccine is at the root of all
- 26:50Speaker 1: of it. And I think energized health can make a
- 26:53Speaker 1: big difference. Tomorrow at 5 p.m. Eastern, 2 p.m. Pacific,
- 26:57Speaker 1: you and Chelsea, your wife, are hosting a free webinar
- 27:01Speaker 1: called Inside the Cell. Tell us about it.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Free.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Tell us about it.
- 27:05Speaker 3: Yeah, so this is a cellular health training, Wayne.
- 27:08Speaker 4: We've had a lot of doctors over the years that
- 27:11Speaker 4: we've helped, we've done these trainings for, and we realized, hey,
- 27:15Speaker 4: let's just simplify this and do it for real people.
- 27:18Speaker 4: So if it has transformed and changed these doctors' lives
- 27:21Speaker 4: and even how they think about patient care, about going
- 27:25Speaker 4: to the root cause, imagine sharing that information in a
- 27:29Speaker 4: simplified format just with real everyday people.
- 27:34Speaker 3: And so that's what we have going on right now.
- 27:36Speaker 4: And guys, this really will be, if you were in
- 27:40Speaker 4: second grade, if you were eight years old, you could understand,
- 27:44Speaker 4: we're going to make the science, even though it is
- 27:46Speaker 4: really complex, we're going to make it so simple. It's
- 27:50Speaker 4: like starting your car. It's like, hey, push this button. Well,
- 27:54Speaker 4: there's 37 electronic and mechanical functions that happen when you
- 27:57Speaker 4: push that button in your car. But do you really
- 27:59Speaker 4: care what they are?
- 28:00Speaker 3: You don't care.
- 28:01Speaker 4: You just want your car to start. And that's what
- 28:04Speaker 4: we're going to do to intracellular hydration. We're going to
- 28:07Speaker 4: make it so simple. We're going to show you the
- 28:10Speaker 4: six buttons that need to be pushed to be healthy
- 28:13Speaker 4: at the cellular level.
- 28:14Speaker 3: And my wife is.
- 28:15Speaker 1: So fun, guys.
- 28:16Speaker 3: She makes science entertaining. So you're going to have a
- 28:18Speaker 3: great time with us tomorrow.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Chelsea is fun. I can testify to that. Tomorrow at
- 28:22Speaker 1: 5 p.m. Eastern. 2 p.m. Pacific, in other words, the minute, well,
- 28:27Speaker 1: it's not the minute my show's over. It's during my show.
- 28:29Speaker 1: What am I saying? 5 p.m. Eastern, 2 p.m. Pacific. No,
- 28:32Speaker 1: it's right before my show. That's it. I was trying
- 28:35Speaker 1: to think of the time. My show starts at 6 p.m. Eastern,
- 28:37Speaker 1: so it's right before this show. 5 p.m. Eastern, 2 p.m. Pacific.
- 28:41Speaker 1: You and Chelsea, a free seminar today. inside the cell. Now,
- 28:45Speaker 1: I just want to mention to people, people complain everything
- 28:48Speaker 1: costs money. This is free. Doesn't cost you a dime
- 28:52Speaker 1: to show up and learn how to become healthier and
- 28:54Speaker 1: live longer. So check it out. How do you do it?
- 28:57Speaker 1: You go to energizehealth.com. You click on the red button
- 29:01Speaker 1: titled Cellular Health Training. Cellular Health Training. Red button at energizehealth.com. Now,
- 29:09Speaker 1: you have a patent pending on your protocol for What's
- 29:12Speaker 1: the big secret? What makes it unique?
- 29:16Speaker 4: Well, the really big secret, Wayne, is why is it
- 29:19Speaker 4: that everyone's drinking more water and we are more dehydrated
- 29:24Speaker 4: than we've ever been? So, you know, whoever thought, you know, Wayne,
- 29:29Speaker 4: we're from the same generation. Did you ever dream in
- 29:32Speaker 4: a million years when we were little boys, we'd be
- 29:35Speaker 4: paying five dollars for a bottle of water or at
- 29:38Speaker 4: the restaurants.
- 29:39Speaker 1: I go out to in vegas i pay ten dollars
- 29:41Speaker 1: for a bottle of water at dinner no we never
- 29:44Speaker 1: and i drink two bottles so i spent twenty dollars
- 29:46Speaker 1: on water for dinner Yeah.
- 29:49Speaker 3: Well, we never dreamed.
- 29:50Speaker 4: Why? Because we drank the water out of the hose
- 29:52Speaker 4: and out of the kitchen sink. And, you know, nobody
- 29:54Speaker 4: ever dreamed. It'd be, no, drink your water, drink your water,
- 29:57Speaker 4: drink your water. And yet we're more dehydrated than we
- 30:00Speaker 4: were when.
- 30:01Speaker 3: We were little boys, you know, drinking out of the hose.
- 30:04Speaker 4: Because we didn't have the toxins and the EMFs and
- 30:07Speaker 4: all the food additives and all those things that are.
- 30:10Speaker 3: Working against us.
- 30:10Speaker 4: So the big secret is with everything that's in the
- 30:13Speaker 4: world today, you know, I've been hydrated for 29 years.
- 30:18Speaker 3: You know, not one medical doctor visit. And Wayne, this
- 30:22Speaker 3: is funny.
- 30:23Speaker 4: I didn't have to pay a penny of insurance for
- 30:25Speaker 4: 29 years except for During Obamacare, when they forced us, right,
- 30:29Speaker 4: they forced us to get insurance. During Obamacare, we had
- 30:33Speaker 4: to be happy.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Let's make sure everyone knows that, you know, you changed
- 30:36Speaker 1: my life and I'm 64 years old. I'll be 65
- 30:39Speaker 1: this July and I'll be setting up Medicare in April.
- 30:42Speaker 1: I already have an agent call me and said, April 1st,
- 30:44Speaker 1: you got to start setting up. your Medicare, which is
- 30:46Speaker 1: kind of amazing because I don't think I look 65
- 30:49Speaker 1: years old and you are a year older than me.
- 30:52Speaker 1: So you and I are Medicare guys now and we
- 30:55Speaker 1: both look and feel great because we're both on your program.
- 30:58Speaker 1: So I appreciate that. When you're in this free webinar tomorrow,
- 31:02Speaker 1: are you going to reveal this secret of hydration during
- 31:06Speaker 1: your webinar?
- 31:07Speaker 3: We are, guys.
- 31:07Speaker 4: I'm going to lay it out and I'm going to
- 31:09Speaker 4: make it so simple. I'm going to tell you the
- 31:11Speaker 4: secret and I'm going to make it simple for you.
- 31:13Speaker 1: All right. I like it. I like it. February is
- 31:16Speaker 1: heart health month. And with heart disease, the number one
- 31:19Speaker 1: cause of death in America. And as you said, it's
- 31:22Speaker 1: growing much and much worse. It's a conversation we all
- 31:25Speaker 1: need to have. What are the warning signs people overlook
- 31:28Speaker 1: when it comes to poor heart and circulatory health?
- 31:33Speaker 4: Well, this is one of the biggest challenges, Wayne, right,
- 31:36Speaker 4: is most people, you know, never really see it coming.
- 31:40Speaker 4: But let me tell you a couple things, and it's
- 31:44Speaker 4: going to sound like, really, that? Yeah. So number one
- 31:46Speaker 4: is if you crave sugar. If you crave sugar, you
- 31:51Speaker 4: are dehydrated. Now, I'm not saying if you eat sugar,
- 31:54Speaker 4: because I eat sugar, Wayne, in moderation. But I have
- 31:58Speaker 4: no craving for sugar because I have cellular hydration like
- 32:02Speaker 4: you do. And so you don't crave it, but you
- 32:05Speaker 4: can still eat it if you want to. But if
- 32:07Speaker 4: you crave sugar, you're dehydrated, which means your arteries and
- 32:12Speaker 4: your veins are shriveling up. They are shrinking up and
- 32:16Speaker 4: closing down. And all it takes is one main artery
- 32:20Speaker 4: going to your heart to shrivel up because of that
- 32:23Speaker 4: dehydration combined with your sludge blood. Your blood should be
- 32:28Speaker 4: like water, but it becomes like ketchup. When it's dehydrated,
- 32:31Speaker 4: it thickens. And that's what brings on a heart attack, Wayne.
- 32:35Speaker 4: Faster than anything is the dehydration.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Well, thank goodness I'm on your program. I had my
- 32:40Speaker 1: annual physical. I mentioned this a couple weeks ago. And
- 32:43Speaker 1: the doctor said, whatever you're doing, keep it up. You
- 32:45Speaker 1: look great. And you look like, he said, you look
- 32:47Speaker 1: like a football linebacker. And I am looking like my
- 32:51Speaker 1: old 18-year-old Wayne Root, monster back, kind of a combination
- 32:54Speaker 1: of linebacker and strong safety. And because of John's program.
- 32:58Speaker 1: And he said, forget about the way you look. I've
- 33:00Speaker 1: got your blood results, your blood tests in my hand.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Everything is perfect. Absolutely perfect. So you're doing something right.
- 33:07Speaker 1: He said it's even better than it was a year ago.
- 33:09Speaker 1: So thank you, John, for expanding your my life, and
- 33:12Speaker 1: expanding my career on TV. Register for the free webinar
- 33:16Speaker 1: with John and Chelsea Jubilee tomorrow, 5 p.m. Eastern, 2 p.m. Pacific.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Go right now to energizehealth.com. Click on the red button
- 33:23Speaker 1: titled Cellular Health Training. CellularHealthTraining, energizehealth.com. Thank you, John. Thank you, Wayne.
- 33:34Speaker 1: All right, a special treat for you. I want to
- 33:35Speaker 1: introduce you to a real hero of the American energy industry,
- 33:39Speaker 1: a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and CEO of Lost Soldier
- 33:43Speaker 1: Oil and Gas. In the United States, Lost Soldier is
- 33:46Speaker 1: the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation. This is
- 33:52Speaker 1: code for a monster field where gas or oil is
- 33:56Speaker 1: in a basin, which makes the drilling and production much
- 33:59Speaker 1: easier and Mark, you're a legend in the oil industry
- 34:02Speaker 1: and the gas industry. Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 34:09Speaker 2: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 34:12Speaker 2: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 34:15Speaker 2: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in.
- 34:22Speaker 1: The United States.
- 34:23Speaker 2: When it sold out to U.S. Steel, I worked with
- 34:26Speaker 2: him for four years. I've been in the oil and
- 34:27Speaker 2: gas business ever since. You would probably know me better
- 34:31Speaker 2: as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum. And I Ultra had
- 34:35Speaker 2: a pretty good track record, which you're very familiar with,
- 34:38Speaker 2: I think.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 34:43Speaker 1: into $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine-year run
- 34:47Speaker 1: of your publicly traded company?
- 34:48Speaker 3: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 34:51Speaker 1: $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned into
- 34:55Speaker 1: $ 130 million. That's an incredible track record. Now tell me
- 34:58Speaker 1: why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project is so important.
- 35:02Speaker 1: I hear about projects and deals all the time. What
- 35:05Speaker 1: makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 2: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:10Speaker 2: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:12Speaker 2: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 2: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 2: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:21Speaker 2: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 2: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Is 85% empty.
- 35:30Speaker 2: So we made this discovery. We are the only operator
- 35:33Speaker 2: in this field. And right now we can see that
- 35:36Speaker 2: we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells out here
- 35:40Speaker 2: with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting. It's the
- 35:43Speaker 2: new basin in the United States. And as far as
- 35:46Speaker 2: I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude bigger than
- 35:49Speaker 2: Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 1: All right. The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff. Lostsoldier.com.
- 35:58Speaker 1: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 36:03Speaker 1: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company.
- 36:06Speaker 1: That's the project. But the website, Lostsoldier.com. If you're an
- 36:11Speaker 1: accredited investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you
- 36:13Speaker 1: want to hear more information, check it out. Fill out
- 36:16Speaker 1: the form and you get to Lost Soldier. Mark and
- 36:18Speaker 1: his people will get back to you as CFOs. and
- 36:20Speaker 1: let you know all the details you need to know, LostSoldier.com. Thanks, Mark,
- 36:25Speaker 1: for being with us today.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Hey, thank you, Wayne.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Good to see you again. All right, control madness, I said.
- 36:52Speaker 1: It was madness to get ready for this segment. A
- 36:55Speaker 1: lot going on. So I never got to this Schumer story.
- 36:59Speaker 1: I wanted to go over it again. Schumer nukes the
- 37:02Speaker 1: GOP push for voter ID laws in Trump-backed shutdown package.
- 37:08Speaker 1: He threatens to kill the funding deal if the House
- 37:10Speaker 1: Republicans attach election bill requiring photo ID and citizenship proof.
- 37:17Speaker 1: That is the proof that Democrats are stealing elections. What
- 37:21Speaker 1: more do you need? There's no other proof necessary. Every
- 37:26Speaker 1: single idiot in the world to do every single idiotic
- 37:29Speaker 1: thing needs ID except to vote. In places like California,
- 37:34Speaker 1: they look at you like you have a grenade in
- 37:36Speaker 1: your hand if you show them your ID. In Nevada, even,
- 37:40Speaker 1: they look at you like you have a grenade in
- 37:41Speaker 1: your hand. They're like.
- 37:44Speaker 1: What? No, no, no. Put it away.
- 37:47Speaker 3: You don't need that.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Why does it scare them so much that I show
- 37:51Speaker 1: you my ID to prove it's me as opposed to
- 37:53Speaker 1: someone else voting who doesn't deserve to vote? Because they're
- 37:58Speaker 1: stealing elections. And when they steal elections, what do they do?
- 38:02Speaker 1: They ruin the country. Here's a good example. California's drag
- 38:06Speaker 1: weight laws are drowning restaurants. Here are the 10 worst.
- 38:09Speaker 1: So when they say drag weight, um, It's the drag
- 38:14Speaker 1: on the economy, I guess they're talking about. And so,
- 38:17Speaker 1: let me see what the ten worst are. They got
- 38:19Speaker 1: a list. Okay. The Private Attorneys General Act. Labor Code 2698.
- 38:25Speaker 1: This is the nuclear option. One technical violation can turn
- 38:29Speaker 1: into a statewide-style litigation risk. Penalties stacked per employee per
- 38:34Speaker 1: pay period and years of legal expense. Almost every business...
- 38:38Speaker 1: And California has dealt with fictitious labor lawsuits under PAGA,
- 38:43Speaker 1: Private Attorneys General Act, a scam that's encouraged by the state.
- 38:46Speaker 1: Number two, fast food minimum wage. A special carve-out wage floor,
- 38:51Speaker 1: $ 20 an hour, starting April 1st, and a standard-setting council
- 38:55Speaker 1: layered on top. Even for operators not covered, it sets
- 38:59Speaker 1: a pricing labor expectation that bleeds into the entire market.
- 39:05Speaker 1: statewide minimum wage racket. The statewide minimum wage is $ 16. 90
- 39:10Speaker 1: per hour in California, effective January 1st of this year.
- 39:14Speaker 1: Many cities stack higher local minimum wages on top of that.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Keep in mind, this applies to tipped workers and businesses
- 39:22Speaker 1: pay full payroll taxes on wages and tips. No one
- 39:26Speaker 1: could survive in California. You can't. I left 23 years ago.
- 39:29Speaker 1: I was a genius. The rest of these people are
- 39:31Speaker 1: just figuring it out now. Number four, the hidden fees
- 39:35Speaker 1: on his pricing law and amendments. Effective July 1st, 2024,
- 39:39Speaker 1: it's California's all-in pricing rules changed how restaurants disclose mandatory fees,
- 39:45Speaker 1: charges on menus and advertising, and It's more compliance risk,
- 39:48Speaker 1: more signage rules, more gotcha exposure, especially for multi-location operators.
- 39:54Speaker 1: Number five, organics composting mandate, edible food recovery. Restaurants are
- 40:00Speaker 1: directly impacted by mandatory organics collection rules and related compliance
- 40:05Speaker 1: expectations that vary by jurisdiction. More bins, more hauling costs,
- 40:11Speaker 1: more back-of-the-house labor, more inspections. Number six, Plastic Pollution Prevention
- 40:16Speaker 1: and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act. Even when obligations land on producers,
- 40:21Speaker 1: restaurants live downstream of packaging rules. Availability, price hikes, approved materials,
- 40:26Speaker 1: foam restrictions, especially for takeout-heavy restaurants. Then the number seven,
- 40:33Speaker 1: allergen labeling rules is part of the growing demand. Menu
- 40:36Speaker 1: label compliance category. Again, more exposure in the places customers
- 40:40Speaker 1: touch every day. Menus, boards, ordering flows. AB 578, number eight,
- 40:46Speaker 1: delivery app requirements. Restaurants already get squeezed by delivery economics
- 40:50Speaker 1: and regulatory mandates. You get more administrative burden and dispute friction.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Number nine, Cal Savers expansion. The treasurer's office states all
- 40:59Speaker 1: California companies with one or more employees must provide access
- 41:05Speaker 1: to a qualified retirement program. Yet another compliance program with
- 41:09Speaker 1: penalties for noncompliance. And number 10, each of these regulations...
- 41:13Speaker 1: changes at a regular interval you could be trying to
- 41:16Speaker 1: do the right thing and get clipped because the rules
- 41:18Speaker 1: are stacked documentation expectations are unrealistic penalties don't scale to
- 41:23Speaker 1: intent and you simply don't know the rule had changed
- 41:26Speaker 1: california still california the outside world sunshine surfing hiking the
- 41:31Speaker 1: dream but for people actually opening restaurants here it's increasingly
- 41:35Speaker 1: the opposite of the american dream it's a compliance paperwork
- 41:38Speaker 1: and litigation hell Unbelievable. Unbelievable. This is what has happened
- 41:45Speaker 1: to California. Nobody should open a business in California, let
- 41:48Speaker 1: alone a restaurant. And I mentioned earlier in the show,
- 41:51Speaker 1: huge surge in new orders. send U.S. manufacturing activity near
- 41:55Speaker 1: four-year highs. Thank you, President Trump. We get a great
- 41:58Speaker 1: deal with India. We lower the tariffs on them. They
- 42:01Speaker 1: lower our tariffs to zero. And they agree to invest
- 42:04Speaker 1: $ 500 billion in the United States economy in energy, technology, farm, coal,
- 42:10Speaker 1: and other exports. And Trump announces a $ 12 billion critical
- 42:15Speaker 1: mineral stockpile. And one more bit of good news, new
- 42:18Speaker 1: SNAP work requirements, meaning... To get food stamps, you have
- 42:21Speaker 1: to work, take effect in more states, expanding to more states,
- 42:25Speaker 1: tightening eligibility, reshaping benefits under a Trump-backed law according to
- 42:30Speaker 1: federal estimates. So, you know, we're kicking some people off
- 42:34Speaker 1: of food stamps that don't deserve it. They need to
- 42:35Speaker 1: get a job and they need to work. Get off
- 42:38Speaker 1: your ass and work. Good for the rest of us.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Less taxes, hopefully. Trump does some good things. Lost Soldier

- 42:56Speaker 1: to 1 for investors. Ultra Petroleum, 1,000 to 1 for investors. $ 10, 000
- 43:00Speaker 1: investment turned into $ 13 million over 10 years. To learn
