- 0:02Speaker 1: Welcome to a meeting of the minds crafted from decades
- 0:05Speaker 1: of talk show experience, an extension of the magic they've
- 0:09Speaker 1: created together on radio in the phenomenon called M and
- 0:13Speaker 1: M Hot Topics in the News and Wisdom from Life.
- 0:16Speaker 1: It's Mark Davis and Mike Gallagher. This is eminem extra
- 0:23Speaker 1: Hot Topics in the News and Wisdom from Life. Are
- 0:26Speaker 1: we up for both of those those high bars?
- 0:28Speaker 2: Mike, I'm one of the m's Mark Davison Texas and
- 0:31Speaker 2: Mike Allagher's in Florida, And uh so, I'm how's your show?
- 0:36Speaker 3: High? Everything good today? Oh? Early good?
- 0:38Speaker 4: I had a curveball that I want to throw your
- 0:40Speaker 4: way to start things off because it just came toward
- 0:43Speaker 4: the end of the show and I can't wait to
- 0:44Speaker 4: get your response to it. Please please, But a little
- 0:47Speaker 4: bit of a preview. We're going to have to bail
- 0:50Speaker 4: a little early today. I'm you know, we can get
- 0:54Speaker 4: pretty personal here on the on the podcast.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 0:57Speaker 4: I've got a financial plan like the next twenty years, right,
- 1:00Speaker 4: I mean, I'm mid sixties, I'm thinking what's retirement going
- 1:03Speaker 4: to look like? What do I need to do? Got
- 1:04Speaker 4: a great financial planner, of course, I got Joey Hudson,
- 1:07Speaker 4: my friend and business manager. They said, look, sell the condo,
- 1:11Speaker 4: downsize rent. Now, I haven't been in a rental in
- 1:14Speaker 4: a long time, you know, typically I buy rent.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Rent was a necessary third cog in this wheel where
- 1:23Speaker 2: it's part of my plan, maybe so much Dave Ramsey
- 1:26Speaker 2: in my head, and I love Dave, but it isn't.
- 1:28Speaker 2: I mean, owning is if you're going to downsize why,
- 1:31Speaker 2: I just oh, I mean, I don't know. Maybe if
- 1:33Speaker 2: you're being sixty something is different than being twenty something.
- 1:36Speaker 4: Well that's what that's their point. Their point is, you're
- 1:38Speaker 4: not going to outlive your mortgage. Right in Florida, when
- 1:41Speaker 4: you own, you pay the mortgage, you pay property tax,
- 1:46Speaker 4: you pay HOA fees. My HOA fee in the condo
- 1:49Speaker 4: is twenty one hundred dollars a month a month.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Good my part. What do they come by to do
- 1:53Speaker 2: for you for that?
- 1:54Speaker 4: No kidding, They keep the building going. That's a typical
- 1:57Speaker 4: high rise condo building. I guess based on my condo
- 2:02Speaker 4: property taxes, you wouldn't. I'm embarrassed to tell you what
- 2:05Speaker 4: they are. I mean, it's just embarrassing. So your rent,
- 2:09Speaker 4: you pay a fraction of that monthly outlay, you're not
- 2:13Speaker 4: going to outlive the mortgage. So even though you're not
- 2:16Speaker 4: really investing in anything, at least you're much better. It's
- 2:20Speaker 4: cash flow is way better and you're right now the
- 2:23Speaker 4: key for the next ten years or whatever it's going
- 2:25Speaker 4: to be before I retire is cash flow. So that's
- 2:28Speaker 4: why they say, you know what, let's get you into
- 2:30Speaker 4: a rental so I go find a building.
- 2:32Speaker 3: I like, this is actually so funny.
- 2:35Speaker 4: There's no way to do this story without being obnoxious.
- 2:38Speaker 4: But I got to tell you because you can. You'll
- 2:40Speaker 4: bring me back to earth and love every minute.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Of it along with the listeners as we take the
- 2:45Speaker 2: first seven minutes of an admittedly shortened episode with what
- 2:50Speaker 2: with this adventure? But this is the best at lest
- 2:52Speaker 2: anybody can talk about FACI, anybody can talk about. This
- 2:56Speaker 2: is what singles us out.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Well, you know what my problem is with getting to
- 3:00Speaker 4: proved to rent this apartment? What they're having a hard
- 3:03Speaker 4: time verifying my income? Now, I look, I don't think
- 3:09Speaker 4: it's a secret that we don't exactly make minimum wage
- 3:12Speaker 4: in this business. Okay, I mean we're very lucky, we're blessed,
- 3:15Speaker 4: we are absolutely blessed and it could.
- 3:17Speaker 2: All go way tomorrow.
- 3:18Speaker 3: I don't think. I don't know it.
- 3:19Speaker 2: I thank God every day for a real cup. We
- 3:21Speaker 2: were for a real company that everybody's heard of. Do
- 3:23Speaker 2: they think you're getting stuff from an offshore cartel? I mean,
- 3:26Speaker 2: what do you mean they're trouble. I don't think they
- 3:28Speaker 2: think I'm I don't think. I don't think they think
- 3:30Speaker 2: I'm making enough to qualify for the rent. I think
- 3:34Speaker 2: it's an it's income verification. And so the problem is,
- 3:39Speaker 2: I don't know you're moving. Well, no, it's not even
- 3:43Speaker 2: it's not that crazy. The rent is. It's not nuts.
- 3:47Speaker 2: I mean the rent is like, well, should I tell
- 3:50Speaker 2: you you want to know the rent? Knock yourself out, man,
- 3:52Speaker 2: it's you, it's your your half of the show.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Five grand a month. Okay, so it's not crazy. It's look,
- 3:58Speaker 4: it's not New York City rent, but for five thousand
- 4:01Speaker 4: a month? Now, isn't there a formula with rentals where
- 4:03Speaker 4: you're supposed to like make x number of what the
- 4:06Speaker 4: monthly rent is? Isn't there like some kind of weird
- 4:10Speaker 4: what is it? Do you know what the formula is?
- 4:12Speaker 4: It's kind of funny.
- 4:12Speaker 2: I'm just trying to write once again, Dave Ramsey, I
- 4:15Speaker 2: think that your housing should never be more than a
- 4:18Speaker 2: quarter of what you make.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Okay, I get that, all right?
- 4:22Speaker 4: And Yasmin says it's the formula in New York is
- 4:25Speaker 4: forty times the rent. Forty I guess that's probably annually, right,
- 4:31Speaker 4: yas so, forty times the rent. Look, I mean, I'm
- 4:35Speaker 4: not trying to sound obnoxious here, but I think I'm
- 4:38Speaker 4: gonna be Okay.
- 4:38Speaker 3: I think I'm okay, I'm you will be.
- 4:41Speaker 2: What's gonna you know, if people can confirm that you're
- 4:44Speaker 2: actually working.
- 4:45Speaker 4: Well yeah, well yeah, I mean maybe this is all
- 4:47Speaker 4: a scam. Well, she told me the other day, she said,
- 4:50Speaker 4: the reason this could be because they're the reason it's tricky.
- 4:52Speaker 4: And I'm kind of mostly joking. I'm incorporated, so I
- 4:56Speaker 4: have an LLC. So Salem pays the LLS, see, then
- 5:00Speaker 4: the a L then the LLC pays me. That's why
- 5:03Speaker 4: I think it's kind of tricky.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Gotcha.
- 5:05Speaker 4: I think that's probably the issue. And so now they
- 5:08Speaker 4: want access to all my accounts and I said, you bet,
- 5:11Speaker 4: I'm going to rush in. They said you got to
- 5:14Speaker 4: be here at X number of this certain time and
- 5:16Speaker 4: so I said, well, I got a little work to
- 5:19Speaker 4: do here with a guy named Mark Davis, So we're
- 5:21Speaker 4: gonna we're gonna do a little bit of I got
- 5:23Speaker 4: to run over there. Then I got to run back
- 5:25Speaker 4: to Tampa to do my workout with my trainers. So
- 5:28Speaker 4: I got a visit, and then I'm there, and then
- 5:29Speaker 4: I'm meeting and then I'm meeting the moving concierge lady.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I talked about it on the show yesterday. People they
- 5:36Speaker 2: loved it.
- 5:37Speaker 4: People loved it today because I did it on the
- 5:39Speaker 4: on the talk show and people said, that's about the
- 5:42Speaker 4: greatest idea I've ever heard. And I said, well, my
- 5:45Speaker 4: buddy Mark says, are you sure you you want them
- 5:47Speaker 4: to put everything that you want them to unpassed and
- 5:51Speaker 4: put it all up.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I said, yes, I don't want them to pack my
- 5:54Speaker 2: stuff and make that whole thing go easier. But then
- 5:56Speaker 2: just leave me the boxes and I will assemble my
- 6:00Speaker 2: Lisa and I will assemble our own household. Listen, if
- 6:03Speaker 2: you think I pushed back against that, she would go
- 6:05Speaker 2: start craving insane Lisa if because she'd lose it. She's
- 6:11Speaker 2: very She's just as obsessive as she should be. About
- 6:15Speaker 2: the any end. She's not persnickety or psycho or anything
- 6:19Speaker 2: like that, but a place for everything and everything in
- 6:22Speaker 2: its place, and she decides what that place is.
- 6:25Speaker 3: But you guys like unpacking.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I mean I don't like it, but I evil that
- 6:32Speaker 2: I but I still, ultimately I want to do it.
- 6:34Speaker 4: No, you don't, got it's no necessary evil. If you've
- 6:36Speaker 4: got a moving concierge. I got a moving concierge. Now,
- 6:40Speaker 4: if I get this right, she's gonna come show up.
- 6:43Speaker 4: They're gonna they're gonna pack everything up. She's got the movers.
- 6:47Speaker 4: They're gonna move it over to the new place. If
- 6:49Speaker 4: I qualify based on my income, we move it over
- 6:52Speaker 4: to the new place. They let me in. They may
- 6:54Speaker 4: not let me in. I'm riff raff. I am just
- 6:56Speaker 4: the dregs here of society. If they let me in,
- 6:59Speaker 4: they're gonna move me in. They're gonna unpack me, and
- 7:02Speaker 4: they're gonna put it all away. They're gonna put every
- 7:06Speaker 4: silverware in the drawer. They're gonna put every pair of
- 7:09Speaker 4: underwear in the dresser.
- 7:11Speaker 3: I'm in. I'm Mark.
- 7:14Speaker 4: I'm not kidding you. I think I'd rather have another
- 7:16Speaker 4: hip replacement than move again, I hate moving.
- 7:19Speaker 3: I loathe this. It's the worst.
- 7:21Speaker 4: So I'll keep you posted a little bit of a
- 7:23Speaker 4: shortened version today because of that, and wait till I
- 7:26Speaker 4: spring upon you when I need to spring upon you.
- 7:28Speaker 4: But first I want to spring upon the audience how
- 7:31Speaker 4: much we appreciate Echol e kk dot l dot com,
- 7:36Speaker 4: e kk L dot com rather Echol. You and I
- 7:38Speaker 4: are both jazzed about this. It's a family friendly. It
- 7:41Speaker 4: ties in nicely with the chat you and I had
- 7:43Speaker 4: this morning about the coertioning of the language and Bernie
- 7:46Speaker 4: Marino going blue with Fauci yesterday, and you're never gonna
- 7:49Speaker 4: get that at Echol Podcasts Daily Devotionals. The Robertson's Coreyan
- 7:55Speaker 4: Will Willie put this together and along with the Echole team,
- 8:00Speaker 4: it's a really great site. Echel dot com, e kk
- 8:05Speaker 4: L dot com. It's five dollars and eighty three cents
- 8:07Speaker 4: a month. And I know Mark, the first time we were
- 8:09Speaker 4: introduced to echel as being a podcast sponsor. You love
- 8:13Speaker 4: the idea of adding Echol to our team. Absolutely do.
- 8:16Speaker 2: And then the whole Robertson family angle, I think in
- 8:18Speaker 2: their radio spot, which we're also hearing a lot of
- 8:20Speaker 2: you can hear uncle cygoing echels the name of my
- 8:22Speaker 2: pet squirrel. It's their kind of charm and obviously some
- 8:25Speaker 2: of their content, but also all kinds of other content
- 8:28Speaker 2: from faith based and faith centric and faith forward. It's
- 8:31Speaker 2: not all religious topicality. Sometimes it's just stories about people's
- 8:35Speaker 2: lives that don't contain f moms and nudity. Hey how
- 8:37Speaker 2: about that?
- 8:38Speaker 3: Who the fuck?
- 8:39Speaker 2: So you can watch it with your kids, watch it
- 8:40Speaker 2: as a family. Great stuff, safe stuff, uplifting stuff from
- 8:44Speaker 2: echel e kkl echol dot com.
- 8:46Speaker 4: And I have to ask you, while we're on the
- 8:48Speaker 4: subject of making people's lives a little better, how's your
- 8:51Speaker 4: shoulder feel?
- 8:53Speaker 2: How can I it's day? This is day four four
- 8:57Speaker 2: four text.
- 8:58Speaker 4: It took me about two week two and a half
- 8:59Speaker 4: weeks before I noticed a difference with relief factor.
- 9:02Speaker 2: So two things that are tricky about my little rotator
- 9:04Speaker 2: cuff issue Number one. It's a medium issue. Some days
- 9:07Speaker 2: I don't even think about it at all. Other days
- 9:10Speaker 2: I'm lofting a tennis ball for the Golden retriever. It's like, oh,
- 9:12Speaker 2: there it is. Other times I'm reaching for something in
- 9:15Speaker 2: the backseat of the cars, like map there it is.
- 9:17Speaker 2: So what I need to have happen is have a
- 9:19Speaker 2: situation where it would ordinarily bother me. I can feel
- 9:22Speaker 2: it a little bit right now, but there will will
- 9:25Speaker 2: be a day, if you know, fingers crossed for this
- 9:27Speaker 2: where the relief factor stuff all natural. It's not anything
- 9:30Speaker 2: that's going to counteract with any you know, kind of
- 9:32Speaker 2: prescriptions you may be taking for other things. And so
- 9:35Speaker 2: I promise I will, I will report, and I will
- 9:38Speaker 2: testify as to whether the occasional and the shoulder is
- 9:42Speaker 2: a thing in the past. I trust it will be.
- 9:44Speaker 4: We've got mark on relief Factor. You try it yourself
- 9:47Speaker 4: the three week Quick Start seventeen seventy six Relief Factor
- 9:50Speaker 4: dot com seventeen dollars seventy six cents in honor of
- 9:53Speaker 4: America's two hundred and fiftieth Give it a try relieffactor
- 9:56Speaker 4: dot com and let's see if we can get you
- 9:58Speaker 4: out of rotator, cuff, pain, hip paint or leg back.
- 10:01Speaker 4: Next Shoulder Relief Factor dot com or call eight hundred
- 10:04Speaker 4: four Relief eight hundred the number four relief. By the way,
- 10:07Speaker 4: can I just add before we get into what I'm
- 10:09Speaker 4: dying to tell you about with Mom Donnie and New
- 10:11Speaker 4: York City. I have to say something about your pain level.
- 10:15Speaker 4: I have to, I have to confess something. I am
- 10:18Speaker 4: so impressed with how quickly and effortlessly you got through
- 10:24Speaker 4: your angioplasty because catheterization. It wasn't natural angioplast but the
- 10:31Speaker 4: cathtization was no small task. I mean they go in
- 10:35Speaker 4: there like like you're snaking through the plumbing system of
- 10:38Speaker 4: your house, and they went through your arm, they went
- 10:41Speaker 4: down into your heart. You had to have a sling
- 10:43Speaker 4: for a couple of days. But I was talking to
- 10:45Speaker 4: you and and Lisa all throughout it. You did n't
- 10:47Speaker 4: act like you had any real problems with paint at all.
- 10:50Speaker 4: Now me, I'd be in the IC until about October.
- 10:54Speaker 4: October is my prediction. Oh yeah, I'd be on a
- 10:57Speaker 4: I'd say, can you put me on life support? Just
- 10:59Speaker 4: to be safe, to be careful, and but good for you.
- 11:02Speaker 4: You're like, well, you're a man's man and I'm a
- 11:04Speaker 4: big wim.
- 11:05Speaker 3: No, it's a win.
- 11:07Speaker 2: I listen. Pain threshold is an interesting thing. And I
- 11:12Speaker 2: know we got a little comedy bit going in your life,
- 11:14Speaker 2: but some of which may well be based in how
- 11:17Speaker 2: does one know what one's pain threshold is when all
- 11:21Speaker 2: you have to compare it with is yourself. I mean,
- 11:23Speaker 2: I guess I've known somebody who's you know, had an
- 11:25Speaker 2: arm lopped off at the elbow and gone going back
- 11:28Speaker 2: to work. I guess we've all known that person. It's
- 11:30Speaker 2: never going to be me, But I mean, it's just
- 11:32Speaker 2: because it was. There was a day of pretty ample discomfort.
- 11:37Speaker 2: The next day was better, and the day after that
- 11:38Speaker 2: was was perfectly fine. I didn't that didn't strike me
- 11:41Speaker 2: as well and herculean.
- 11:43Speaker 4: And in my case, even though I joke about being
- 11:46Speaker 4: a hypochondriac, and I guess I am, when I'm confronted
- 11:49Speaker 4: with like actual pain, I do just fine. I mean, look,
- 11:52Speaker 4: I had a hip replacement. That wasn't easy, uh, I mean,
- 11:55Speaker 4: that's pretty I was back to work day after the
- 11:57Speaker 4: two days after I die.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Do remember that, because I mean I was thinking by that.
- 12:01Speaker 2: I don't know if that lies in my future. Everybody
- 12:02Speaker 2: I knows had a hip replacement, So I mean, is
- 12:05Speaker 2: that as I don't know how many surgeries you've had,
- 12:07Speaker 2: I haven't had. I haven't had surgery like of any
- 12:10Speaker 2: kind except on my eyeball.
- 12:11Speaker 4: I was thinking about that the other day I've had
- 12:13Speaker 4: an appen deck to me. Have you had those one
- 12:15Speaker 4: of those hedge your tonsils out when you're a kid?
- 12:20Speaker 4: I don't think so. Okay, oh wow, appen deck to me,
- 12:25Speaker 4: hip replacement tonsiles. That's the only surgeries I guess I've
- 12:28Speaker 4: ever had. I think I'm I feel like I'm missing
- 12:30Speaker 4: something anyway. All right, enough about health, enough about boomerism.
- 12:34Speaker 4: At the end, toward the end of the show today,
- 12:36Speaker 4: I was handed a story that made me just almost
- 12:39Speaker 4: fall off the chair. Now, Zoe Roun, Mom, Donnie is
- 12:43Speaker 4: considering cash reparations for people in New York who've been
- 12:48Speaker 4: impacted by slavery. Now I'm reading this and I'm recognizing Mark,
- 12:53Speaker 4: they'll pull this off, knowing what's go where we are
- 12:56Speaker 4: right now, the state of America with the socialist takeover,
- 13:00Speaker 4: and they'll pull this off. I remember a decade ago
- 13:02Speaker 4: when reparations were first started to be floated, I said
- 13:07Speaker 4: on air, and I'll say it again today. If the
- 13:09Speaker 4: day arrives when a hard working non black person has
- 13:16Speaker 4: to pay, like literally forfeit a portion of their paycheck
- 13:21Speaker 4: to a neighbor or somebody in their community, simply by
- 13:25Speaker 4: virtue of the fact that they have black skin, We're
- 13:28Speaker 4: going to have a real problem. And by real problem, Mark,
- 13:31Speaker 4: I mean like civil war stuff. I hate to say that,
- 13:35Speaker 4: but if that, because if it works in New York, Mark,
- 13:38Speaker 4: it'll work. They'll go and they'll go with it.
- 13:40Speaker 2: And what's the definition of working people just tolerating being
- 13:44Speaker 2: a highway rob for this in which and used an
- 13:46Speaker 2: interesting piece of code language there, he said that the
- 13:49Speaker 2: reparations would go to people impacted by implaver Is it
- 13:53Speaker 2: like unhoused persons? Is that like you know, birthing persons.
- 13:58Speaker 2: We're talking about black people as as they are known
- 14:00Speaker 2: colloquially black people. People who have slavery in their ancestry
- 14:04Speaker 2: totally understand that. We all stipulate what history says about slavery,
- 14:09Speaker 2: and it's I can't I can't believe we even ever
- 14:10Speaker 2: did that, or anybody in human race ever did that.
- 14:13Speaker 2: But for people who were never slaves to be awarded
- 14:17Speaker 2: cash out of the pockets of people who never held
- 14:20Speaker 2: slaves is insane. And I wonder if in New York
- 14:25Speaker 2: it's even gonna fly. Lean, I lean against it happening,
- 14:29Speaker 2: And I don't know.
- 14:30Speaker 4: Make the case, make the case that a black person
- 14:35Speaker 4: is impacted by slavery in twenty twenty six.
- 14:39Speaker 3: How do you make that case.
- 14:41Speaker 2: I've asked this of people and here's the answer I get.
- 14:44Speaker 2: And it will come a pretty well to do black man,
- 14:47Speaker 2: he said, I might be the first person where you'd
- 14:49Speaker 2: look at me and say, I'm clearly unaffected by slavery
- 14:52Speaker 2: because I'm black, I'm in America, and I make three
- 14:54Speaker 2: hundred grand a year. I said, yep, your textbook case.
- 14:58Speaker 2: He said, it's not all all financial that maybe in
- 15:02Speaker 2: my life I've had fewer avenues available to me because
- 15:06Speaker 2: of my blackness. I never let that hold me back.
- 15:09Speaker 2: I never let it dispirit me. I still love this country.
- 15:12Speaker 2: I love the opportunity I've had. But it may well
- 15:14Speaker 2: be that my success was a smidge harder earned than
- 15:17Speaker 2: a white guy. To said, you know what, maybe, and
- 15:20Speaker 2: it's not possible to know whether that's possible to know,
- 15:23Speaker 2: and there's no way to prove it right, prove it
- 15:26Speaker 2: because it's true. Even if that is true, that doesn't
- 15:28Speaker 2: mean that reparations are a good idea because they're crazy.
- 15:32Speaker 2: But it has to be true.
- 15:33Speaker 4: You've got to be able to substantially prove that it
- 15:37Speaker 4: was harder for you to get a job in America
- 15:39Speaker 4: because of slavery. All I'm saying is make the case
- 15:42Speaker 4: that slavery. Look, what he's talking about is the so
- 15:47Speaker 4: called institutional racism or bigotry? All right, well, I would
- 15:51Speaker 4: make the case. Does racism exist? You bet there are
- 15:54Speaker 4: bigots everywhere. Does that mean it's because of slavery? You
- 15:58Speaker 4: can't tie that to.
- 15:59Speaker 2: An historical accurrence. You can find a residual racist in
- 16:03Speaker 2: America in twenty twenty six. You know, a guy out
- 16:06Speaker 2: on the porch you just doesn't like black people, and
- 16:07Speaker 2: he wire you know, that's not because of slavery, right,
- 16:10Speaker 2: that's because of a guy with a modern prejudice in
- 16:13Speaker 2: his heart right here, right now.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Thank you, thank you. That's my that's the that's the
- 16:17Speaker 4: bottom line. So look, I pray it doesn't happen. I
- 16:20Speaker 4: worry about it very much. I'm actually terrified it's going
- 16:24Speaker 4: to happen, because I don't like to see what my
- 16:27Speaker 4: country's going to turn into. You you picture some hard
- 16:29Speaker 4: working Italian construction worker in Queens and he's going to
- 16:33Speaker 4: find out I have to make him Italian. And yet
- 16:35Speaker 4: oh yeah, Queen construction worker, you're asking you're asking me
- 16:40Speaker 4: to do what what? Yeah, this hard hat who's got
- 16:43Speaker 4: tattoos on his forearm, Mom, love Mom. And he's out there,
- 16:47Speaker 4: you know, slinging away every day. He's going to be told,
- 16:50Speaker 4: you're going to have to give a portion of your
- 16:52Speaker 4: paycheck to Betsy, the black woman who lives on the corner.
- 16:57Speaker 3: The caveman. They're the caveman.
- 16:59Speaker 4: I'm looking at the caveman trolling going on in the
- 17:02Speaker 4: more on that just a moment. Caveman's trolling everybody again
- 17:04Speaker 4: in the chat room. But but but the construction worker
- 17:08Speaker 4: is going to flip his lid. And it's and not
- 17:11Speaker 4: in a good way, Mark, not in a good one.
- 17:12Speaker 2: And this is and this is societal poison in New
- 17:15Speaker 2: York City where the black folks, the Italian folks, the
- 17:19Speaker 2: Puerto Ricans, the Jews that this that that, the Ukrainians,
- 17:21Speaker 2: the Eskimos, everybody finds a way in the delicious ballet
- 17:25Speaker 2: that is New York City to all kind of get
- 17:27Speaker 2: along in a wonderful ethnic zip. And this and this
- 17:30Speaker 2: is going to destroy that harmony.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Awful, awful, awful on every single level. Now, let's let's
- 17:37Speaker 4: talk quickly about and we've invited people to join us
- 17:40Speaker 4: live today on YouTube, which many people are in there.
- 17:43Speaker 4: And I like I like chats, I like texts, I
- 17:46Speaker 4: like feedback. But I also am not real big on trolls.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Now.
- 17:49Speaker 4: I don't know if you call Captain Caveman, who's one
- 17:51Speaker 4: of our our commenters, a troll, but he's in there,
- 17:55Speaker 4: and and I have a little bit of a disagreement
- 17:57Speaker 4: with Yasmin, who kind of watches this too, because Yasmin
- 18:01Speaker 4: wants to keep him in there. I want to ban him.
- 18:03Speaker 4: I want to get rid of him. But Captain Caveman
- 18:05Speaker 4: said more Republicans died, and this ties into Fauci's testimony yesterday.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Captain Caveman is on there right now in the live
- 18:14Speaker 4: chat spouting and maybe Yasmin's right to this extent now
- 18:16Speaker 4: gives me a talking point. Captain Caveman said more Republicans
- 18:20Speaker 4: died from COVID than Republicans because they listened to podcasters
- 18:26Speaker 4: like you and me, Mark instead of the experts like
- 18:29Speaker 4: Tony Fauci. Now this is a typical leftist dogma. This
- 18:34Speaker 4: is what these people think. And for Captain Caveman to
- 18:39Speaker 4: say that after we saw what Fauci really is his diary.
- 18:44Speaker 4: That probe what a liar he is, proved what a scoundrel.
- 18:49Speaker 4: He knew it was going to be two oh zero
- 18:51Speaker 4: point two or zero point three percent mortality rate, but
- 18:54Speaker 4: he publicly said three or four percent. He knew that
- 18:57Speaker 4: there was gain a function, He knew about the wuhan
- 18:59Speaker 4: La lab. He lied, He locked places down like New
- 19:03Speaker 4: York City and denied it. He lied, he lied, he lied,
- 19:06Speaker 4: and yet people like Cape Captain Caveman stubbornly think trust
- 19:11Speaker 4: the science. Trust Fauci. You shouldn't listen to podcasters, Hey,
- 19:16Speaker 4: Captain Caveman, dummy. A lot of the podcasters were right.
- 19:21Speaker 4: John Fetterman himself. It was the one Democrat with a
- 19:25Speaker 4: shred of courage. Uh bad Doctor Fauci in front of him,
- 19:28Speaker 4: Lord knows you wasn't answering questions and said, you know,
- 19:30Speaker 4: I think back to a lot of the things that
- 19:32Speaker 4: people were saying sort of about the lab and the
- 19:34Speaker 4: origins and stuff that people said were right wing conspiracy theories,
- 19:38Speaker 4: and he wound up being true. He said, it's kind
- 19:40Speaker 4: of sad that in our evaluation of what is factual
- 19:43Speaker 4: and what is not wound up breaking along partisan lines.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Just another great objective moment, just a sensible moment from
- 19:50Speaker 4: Fetterman on what was amen?
- 19:53Speaker 3: So what are you on on banning the trolls from
- 19:56Speaker 3: the you want to keep me in there?
- 19:58Speaker 2: I tend to be more permissive. I think there's wisdom
- 20:00Speaker 2: and knowing whom to ignore that there are people with
- 20:03Speaker 2: actual radio talk shows in America who are not as
- 20:05Speaker 2: famous as you've made this guy. I think there's a
- 20:08Speaker 2: little uh Ram Paul obsession on your part.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Cord No, no, I just don't like trolls. See.
- 20:13Speaker 2: My theory is just let it go, but let them go.
- 20:17Speaker 4: But my theory is that the people in the chat
- 20:20Speaker 4: room are kind of like minded, and I want them
- 20:21Speaker 4: to have a nice experience, not something jerk who's trying
- 20:24Speaker 4: to poke the bear. They're just trying to pick at
- 20:26Speaker 4: other people.
- 20:27Speaker 3: I don't like that.
- 20:27Speaker 4: But that's just me all right for now, he stays,
- 20:30Speaker 4: I'm going to have to go, but thank goodness, I
- 20:32Speaker 4: run out of here lighter because of PhD weight loss
- 20:35Speaker 4: and nutrition. Before we leave, being let me remind you
- 20:37Speaker 4: about what it means to lose weight the PhD way.

- 22:10Speaker 2: is they're only about a billion of them out there.
