Election Night: Socialists win in NYC, Conservatives win in SC & GA plus Radical Judge Bars Trump from Preventing Illegals from Voting · The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson

• 0:00
Speaker 1: Welcome in a verdict with center, Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
• 0:03
Speaker 1: with you as well. Senator. We've got a big election
• 0:06
Speaker 1: night in America and the socialist Marxist communists in New
• 0:09
Speaker 1: York they're celebrating right now as we're recording.
• 0:12
Speaker 2: Well, it is election night in America, and we've got
• 0:15
Speaker 2: disparate results. We have number one socialists and left wing
• 0:19
Speaker 2: radicals winning in New York and we have number two
• 0:22
Speaker 2: in South Carolina, strong conservatives winning in South Carolina. We're
• 0:27
Speaker 2: going to break those down and what that means, what's
• 0:29
Speaker 2: happening in elections right now. We're also going to talk
• 0:32
Speaker 2: to you about a shocking and disturbing decision from a
• 0:36
Speaker 2: radical left wing judge appointed by Joe Biden who just
• 0:40
Speaker 2: struck down the Trump administrations using a federal database to
• 0:44
Speaker 2: stop illegal aliens from voting in federal elections. This is
• 0:48
Speaker 2: a ridiculous decision. We're going to give you the facts
• 0:51
  Speaker 2: behind it.
• 0:52
Speaker 1: Also, we want to talk to you real quick about
• 0:54
Speaker 1: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews and the work
• 0:56
Speaker 1: that's being done right now to help so many in
• 0:59
Speaker 1: needs still in Israel, from America's Revolutionary War to Israel's
• 1:03
Speaker 1: fight for survival in nineteen forty eight. Both nations have
• 1:08
Speaker 1: faced moments that tested their courage, yet freedom endured. In
• 1:12
Speaker 1: October of nineteen eighty five, President Ronald Reagan delivered these
• 1:15
Speaker 1: remarks about America's commitment to stand with Israel.
• 1:19
Speaker 3: In our talks, we paid special attention to two issues,
• 1:22
Speaker 3: our commitment to Israel's security and well being, and our
• 1:25
Speaker 3: shared desire to move forward together toward a just and
• 1:28
Speaker 3: lasting piece between Israel and all its Arab neighbors. A strong,
• 1:31
Speaker 3: secure Israel is a shared interest.
• 1:34
Speaker 1: As Americas celebrates its two hundred and fiftieth anniversary, the
• 1:38
Speaker 1: International Fellowship of Christians and Jews reflects on the friendship
• 1:42
Speaker 1: between the United States and Israel, two democracies built on faith, liberty,
• 1:47
Speaker 1: and hope. Sign up to receive a free USA Israel

Speaker 1: flagpen when you go online to flag pin IFCJ dot org.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: That's flag pin if CJ dot org. So it is
• 2:03
Speaker 1: a very weird election day. I love election days. You're
• 2:06
Speaker 1: heavily involved in the one that's happening right now. You
• 2:08
Speaker 1: got into some races, and we're going to talk about
• 2:10
Speaker 1: those in a second, But I want to talk about
• 2:12
Speaker 1: the takeaway of what we're witnessing in New York City.
• 2:14
Speaker 1: Mandannie went out there endorsed some people, and he got
• 2:17
Speaker 1: all them elected. He's very excited about this. This is
• 2:20
Speaker 1: full communism and socialism combined with some Marxism. It is
• 2:24
Speaker 1: flourishing in New York. What is your takeaway from this?
• 2:28
Speaker 1: It is really shocking to see how quick America, one
• 2:32
Speaker 1: of America's greatest cities, is going to fall.
• 2:35
Speaker 2: Look, it is tragic, but the Democrat Party has lost
• 2:38
Speaker 2: its ever loving mind in the age of Trump. They
• 2:41
Speaker 2: hate Trump so much. You know, there used to be
• 2:44
Speaker 2: moderate Democrats. There used to be Democrats who could see reason,
• 2:49
Speaker 2: who could find common ground. Today's election is the latest
• 2:52
Speaker 2: illustration that the base of the Democrat Party is radical.
• 2:57
Speaker 2: It is socialist, it is Marxist, it is extra And
• 3:01
Speaker 2: so we had today three primary victories for the socialist
• 3:06
Speaker 2: This is not me calling them socialists. They call themselves socialists.
• 3:10
Speaker 2: So you had number one and all of these were
• 3:12
Speaker 2: pushed by Comrade Mundamiyah. Number one, Brad Lander, who was
• 3:17
Speaker 2: the city's comptroller, defeated incumbent Representative Dan Goldman. Now, look,
• 3:22
Speaker 2: Dan Goldman was a left wing Democrat, but he was
• 3:25
Speaker 2: not totally insane. It turns out Democrat primary voters want
• 3:30
Speaker 2: totally insane, and so they just threw him out of office.
• 3:33
Speaker 2: Beyond that, Daria Liza Avila Chevalier bested Representative Adriano Espilat
• 3:42
Speaker 2: in the thirteenth District, which is Upper Manhattan and parts
• 3:44
Speaker 2: of the Bronx So again an incumbent beaten by an
• 3:49
Speaker 2: open socialist Marxist Lunatics. And then the third Mondami endorsed candidate,
• 3:54
Speaker 2: Claire Valdez, won the primary for an open house seat
• 3:58
Speaker 2: representing the seventh Day, which includes neighborhoods in Brooklyn and
• 4:02
Speaker 2: Queens and the incumbent, Nidia of Alaskez is currently represents
• 4:07
Speaker 2: the district, is not seeking reelection and the Democrat Socialists
• 4:12
Speaker 2: of America back Chevalier and Valdez. Now this is this
• 4:20
Speaker 2: is the reality of where the Democrat Party is. And
• 4:22
Speaker 2: understand this is not just this is not just New York,
• 4:26
Speaker 2: although New York is ground zero for this. You want
• 4:29
Speaker 2: to know who represents the heart of the Democrat Party today.
• 4:33
Speaker 2: It is Mandami, It is Bernie Sanders, it is AOC,
• 4:38
Speaker 2: it is ilhan Omar. And the results tonight, with three
• 4:42
Speaker 2: socialist victories in the Democrat primaries in New York is
• 4:46
Speaker 2: every Democrat in Congress. They're already terrified of the radical left.
• 4:51
Speaker 2: They will now be more terrified of the radical left.
• 4:54
Speaker 2: And I'm going to repeat a prediction that I made
• 4:57
Speaker 2: several months ago on this podcast. I believe twenty eight
• 5:02
Speaker 2: the top two Democrat front front runners for president are
• 5:06
Speaker 2: Gavin Newsom and AOC. I believe AOC will run for president,
• 5:12
Speaker 2: and she will be a top tier candidate because that's
• 5:15
Speaker 2: where the base of the party is. By the way,
• 5:17
Speaker 2: the charter member of the AOC for President committee will
• 5:20
Speaker 2: be Chuck Schumer, who is utterly, utterly terrified that AOC
• 5:25
Speaker 2: will primary him and beat him in a Democrat primary.
• 5:28
Speaker 2: But here's my second prediction, which I've made before, but
• 5:31
Speaker 2: I want to repeat. AOC will run for president, and
• 5:35
Speaker 2: Mandami is going to run against Chuck Schumer for the Senate.
• 5:38
Speaker 2: And Mandami will beat Chuck Schumer for the Senate. Both
• 5:41
Speaker 2: of those predictions, I think you can take him to
• 5:44
  Speaker 2: the bank.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: I like this prediction. By the way, you go back
• 5:47
Speaker 1: to to how radical the Democrats are, especially in your Let.
• 5:51
Speaker 2: Me let me stop and say one of the things
• 5:52
Speaker 2: about this podcast. Yes, predictions. I make sure lots of predictions,
• 5:58
Speaker 2: and I make bold aggressive I don't know anyone. There
• 6:02
Speaker 2: are some people saying AOC is going to run for president.
• 6:04
Speaker 2: I have not heard anyone say Mondammie's gonna run for
• 6:07
Speaker 2: Senate and beat Schumer. I believe that's right. To be clear,
• 6:10
Speaker 2: on this podcast, we predicted a year before Joe Biden
• 6:15
Speaker 2: dropped out of the race that Joe Biden was going
• 6:16
Speaker 2: to drop out of a race. We predicted that. We also,
• 6:20
Speaker 2: in the height of COVID, we laid out the facts
• 6:23
Speaker 2: that COVID escaped from a Chinese lab and likely was
• 6:26
Speaker 2: manufactured a Chinese lab at the time that that was
• 6:30
Speaker 2: being suppressed all over the place. So I will say,
• 6:32
Speaker 2: we don't get every prediction right, but look, you know,
• 6:36
Speaker 2: you take no risks and you get no reward. I
• 6:39
Speaker 2: don't know that that's right. But but but is why.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: I'm on the record at Center Cruiser this podcast. And
• 6:44
Speaker 1: I said, it's because he likes doing predictions like you,
• 6:46
Speaker 1: just like this is this is where he gets to
• 6:48
Speaker 1: take the jacket off and be like, all right, here's
• 6:51
Speaker 1: I get to geek out on this in a great way.
• 6:53
Speaker 1: And this is my prediction so it is.
• 6:55
Speaker 2: And by the way, and by the way, if I'm wrong, okay,
• 6:59
Speaker 2: we'll play the segment and I'll admit it. So if
• 7:02
Speaker 2: doesne happen, I'll be like, all right, look, I don't
• 7:06
Speaker 2: bat a thousand. You know, Ted Williams and Ty Cobb
• 7:10
Speaker 2: didn't bat a thousand. If you bat four hundred, you're
• 7:12
Speaker 2: doing pretty damn well. And we bat north of four hundred.
• 7:15
Speaker 1: It ain't a thousand, but just want to be clear,
• 7:17
Speaker 1: that's Hall of Fame numbers.
• 7:18
Speaker 2: Yeah, so so, but look, that's part of what makes
• 7:22
Speaker 2: this I hope makes this podcast interesting is we could
• 7:25
Speaker 2: say the well, we don't know what's going to happen,
• 7:28
Speaker 2: so something will happen and we'll tell you after it happens.
• 7:30
Speaker 2: But we don't do that. We actually like say, all right,
• 7:33
Speaker 2: here's my best judgment. And you know I've done this
• 7:36
Speaker 2: a little while and know a little bit about it.
• 7:38
Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, you go back to the local elections
• 7:40
Speaker 1: in New York and you and I have a good
• 7:42
Speaker 1: friend Larry Kutla. We were talking about this. He's there
• 7:44
Speaker 1: in New York and I was on his show. We
• 7:47
Speaker 1: were talking about this election with this means, and I said,
• 7:49
Speaker 1: if Mandani's guys win. What this means is it's open
• 7:53
Speaker 1: season on capitalism and success. It is open season.
• 7:58
Speaker 2: On These are the same people that hadie Elon Muskin
• 8:00
Speaker 2: want to confiscate all his wealth, right, correct, That is
• 8:04
Speaker 2: the heart of the Democrat Party. Every other Democrat is terrified.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: And by the way, Dan Goldman, yeah, was as about
• 8:09
Speaker 2: as mainstream a Democrat as you could have, and he
• 8:13
Speaker 2: is now roadkill because the radical left said that's not enough.
• 8:20
Speaker 2: By the way, we are also very quickly heading to
• 8:23
  Speaker 2: a world. I believe we're maybe a couple of years
• 8:26
Speaker 2: away from a world where zero Democrats will accept a
• 8:30
Speaker 2: dollar from APAK. And that's a big shift. Look when
• 8:34
Speaker 2: I showed up in Congress, a PAK, which is the
• 8:37
Speaker 2: American Israeli Political Action Committee, are Americans, most of them
• 8:42
Speaker 2: are Jewish. They support a strong America Israel relationship, and
• 8:46
Speaker 2: they're assiduously bipartisan, obsessively bipartisan. Many of the leaders of APA.
• 8:52
Speaker 1: Check to Tech Cruz are going to check to Chuck Schumer.
• 8:55
Speaker 1: That's how bipartisan they are.
• 8:56
Speaker 2: Right, Many of the leaders of APAC, most of the
• 8:58
Speaker 2: leaders of APAC have been Democrats. And we're facing a
• 9:01
Speaker 2: world where if you look at these incumbents that were beaten,
• 9:06
Speaker 2: one of the major reasons they were beaten is that
• 9:08
Speaker 2: they had taken they'd been willing to accept funds from Americans.
• 9:12
Speaker 2: By the way, look, this effort to stigmatize APAC, I believe,
• 9:17
Speaker 2: is actually an effort to drive Jews out a public life,
• 9:19
Speaker 2: to say, if you're American and you're Jewish, your contribution
• 9:24
Speaker 2: to a candidate is unacceptable. And we are really really
• 9:29
Speaker 2: close to every single Democrat saying I don't accept APAC funds.
• 9:33
Speaker 2: And by the way, that puts a pack in a
• 9:35
Speaker 2: position where they are not a Republican organization at all.
• 9:41
Speaker 2: And yet the Democrat.
• 9:42
Speaker 1: Party events so very quickly.
• 9:46
Speaker 2: It is. But by the way, Dan Goldman, I don't
• 9:49
Speaker 2: know if you watched online, he went in the past
• 9:52
Speaker 2: couple of days to a coffee shop in New York
• 9:55
Speaker 2: in his district. He was there with his seven year
• 9:57
Speaker 2: old daughter, to a coffee shop. He bought a nine
• 9:59
Speaker 2: dollar coffee because it's New York. That's how much a
• 10:01
Speaker 2: cup of coffee costs is nine dollars. And the coffee shop,
• 10:06
Speaker 2: I think it was like called poetic or something like that.
• 10:09
Speaker 2: They saw that he was there afterwards, and they said,
• 10:12
Speaker 2: you're an Israel loving, apac accepting genocide supporting nut and
• 10:18
Speaker 2: so they refunded him as nine dollars and said we
• 10:21
Speaker 2: won't take your money. So there's so much hate that
• 10:26
Speaker 2: this lefty, woke coffee shop said, by the way, you
• 10:31
Speaker 2: bought the coffee and drank it, but we're returning your
• 10:33
Speaker 2: money because we hate you. We hate Israel. And really
• 10:39
Speaker 2: what they're saying, we hate Jews so much that your
• 10:43
Speaker 2: money is not acceptable in our shop. That's where the
• 10:46
Speaker 2: Democrat Party is right now.
• 10:48
Speaker 1: Yeah, And I think this is I think what we
• 10:51
Speaker 1: learn from this election New York tonight is this. This
• 10:54
Speaker 1: is going to be a large portion, as you mentioned earlier,
• 10:58
Speaker 1: of what the presidential Democratic primary is going to look like.
• 11:01
Speaker 1: There is now a not just space on the maps.
• 11:04
Speaker 2: I'm gonna make another prediction.
• 11:06
Speaker 1: Center of the stage for communism.
• 11:08
Speaker 2: Yes, I'm gonna make another prediction. So in a normal world,
• 11:12
Speaker 2: one of the front runners for the Democrat presidential primary
• 11:15
Speaker 2: would be Josh Shapiro. Josh Shapiro is the incumbent governor
• 11:18
Speaker 2: of Pennsylvania, the largest swing state in America. He is
• 11:22
Speaker 2: perceived as a relatively moderate, successful, popular Governor. Shapiro in
• 11:28
Speaker 2: any normal, sane world would have been Kamala Harris's natural
• 11:31
Speaker 2: choice as VP. Yeah, because if she wins Pennsylvania, her
• 11:36
Speaker 2: chances of winning the presidential rise dramatically. Obviously, Shapiro did
• 11:41
Speaker 2: not get the NOD. I believe if Josh Shapiro's name
• 11:43
Speaker 2: were Josh Smith, he would have been the VP nominee.
• 11:47
Speaker 2: It would it would have been Harris Smith. Kamala refused
• 11:51
Speaker 2: to pick him because he was Jewish. I think in
• 11:55
Speaker 2: the Democrat Party, being Jewish is now a disqualifier. You
• 12:00
Speaker 2: are not acceptable. And so another prediction, Josh Shapiro probably
• 12:04
Speaker 2: runs by the way. Andy Basheer, the governor of Kentucky,
• 12:08
Speaker 2: I think he's going to run in a general stage.
• 12:12
Speaker 2: In general, someone like an Andy Basheer, if he were
• 12:15
Speaker 2: the nominee, could be formidable. He's a Bill Clinton type
• 12:18
Speaker 2: character elected in the red state, perceived as moderate. I
• 12:22
Speaker 2: think Shapiro and Bashir have zero chance, zero point zero
• 12:27
Speaker 2: chance of being the Democrat nominee because they don't want moderate,
• 12:31
Speaker 2: they don't want reasonable, they want full on foam coming
• 12:36
Speaker 2: out of the mouth, Israel hating America, hating Marxist. That's
• 12:42
Speaker 2: where their party is.
• 12:45
Speaker 1: Let's talk about South Carolina. South Carolina also a very
• 12:49
Speaker 1: important state. You got involved in just a little bit.
• 12:51
Speaker 1: You went all in in South Carolina for a couple
• 12:53
Speaker 1: of different candidates. Explain what happened there and your endorsement's
• 12:57
  Speaker 1: clearly meant something.
• 12:58
Speaker 2: Yeah, and let me step back, let me step back
• 13:00
Speaker 2: ten days ago. So ten days ago, I made a
• 13:03
Speaker 2: couple of endorsements in two big races, the Georgia gubernatorial race,
• 13:07
Speaker 2: in the South Carolina gubernatorial race. In Georgia, I endorsed
• 13:15
Speaker 2: Rick Jackson, and in South Carolina, I endorsed Alan Wilson. Now,
• 13:21
Speaker 2: it so happened, This was not by design, but it
• 13:24
Speaker 2: happened that President Trump had endorsed against both of those candidates. Now,
• 13:31
Speaker 2: now listen, if you make an endorsement in a Republican
• 13:33
Speaker 2: primary and the president is on the other side, that
• 13:36
Speaker 2: is inherently bumpy, that is inherently challenging. In both races,
• 13:42
Speaker 2: President Trump had made the endorsements really early. In Georgia,
• 13:46
Speaker 2: he had endorsed the lieutenant governor early before Rick Jackson
• 13:49
Speaker 2: was even in the race, and so he didn't know
• 13:51
Speaker 2: that Jackson was running. But he had made those endorsements.
• 13:56
Speaker 2: A while ago. I looked at both races, and I
• 14:00
Speaker 2: have a philosophy in terms of making endorsements and races
• 14:03
Speaker 2: which as I endorse the most conservative candidate who can win,
• 14:08
Speaker 2: and I'm interested in both. Give me a proven record
• 14:11
Speaker 2: that you're a real conservative and show me a path
• 14:13
Speaker 2: to victory. This is not we're not playing around. We're
• 14:15
Speaker 2: not playing a game. We're trying to save America. So
• 14:17
Speaker 2: I want to see how you can win and give
• 14:20
Speaker 2: me the best evidence that you're going to be a
• 14:22
Speaker 2: real conservative in office. Rick Jackson, we talked about this
• 14:26
Speaker 2: on an earlier podcast. An amazing personal story. Grew up
• 14:31
Speaker 2: in the projects in Atlanta, in utter poverty, raised by
• 14:35
Speaker 2: a single mom who faced serious substance abuse issues. He
• 14:38
Speaker 2: ran away from home. He ended up in foster carr
• 14:41
Speaker 2: He had five different foster families. He started with every disadvantage, nothing,
• 14:46
Speaker 2: and he ended up building this amazing business. He's worth
• 14:50
  Speaker 2: several billion dollars.
• 14:52
Speaker 1: It's it is an incredible story.
• 14:54
Speaker 2: It's an American success story. And he has also been
• 14:58
Speaker 2: incredibly charitable, in particular taking care of foster kids in
• 15:03
Speaker 2: Georgia because he came from that environment. Doing things like
• 15:06
Speaker 2: covering their expenses in college. He's also been incredibly generous
• 15:10
Speaker 2: to college, to Christian ministries. He funds a Christian orphanage
• 15:14
Speaker 2: in China, I'm told, the only orphanage in China that
• 15:18
Speaker 2: is actually allowed to preach the Gospel to the kids.
• 15:21
  Speaker 1: It's incredible.
• 15:22
Speaker 2: And so I looked at him and I said, listen,
• 15:25
Speaker 2: this guy is going to be a real conservative. He's
• 15:27
Speaker 2: pledging to abolish the income tax in Georgia, and he
• 15:32
Speaker 2: is an incredible general election candidate. He's already put one
• 15:35
Speaker 2: hundred million dollars of his own money into the primary
• 15:38
Speaker 2: and he's going to put at least that into the general.
• 15:40
Speaker 2: And so my view was, this guy can win the general,
• 15:43
Speaker 2: but not only that. With Rick Jackson as the nominee
• 15:47
Speaker 2: in Georgia, I think are chances of winning the Senate
• 15:50
Speaker 2: seat in Georgia go way way up, because if he
• 15:52
Speaker 2: puts another one hundred million into the general, if he's
• 15:54
Speaker 2: got a huge turnout operation, if he's telling an inspirational
• 15:58
Speaker 2: story that wins crossover votes in Atlanta, that's how you
• 16:03
Speaker 2: win not just the gubernatorial race, but the Senate race.
• 16:05
Speaker 2: So I endorsed him, and I will tell you after
• 16:09
Speaker 2: I endorsed him. Donald Trump Junior endorsed him the day
• 16:14
Speaker 2: before the election. I was encouraged by that, and I
• 16:18
Speaker 2: think that was a statement that that was done with
• 16:20
Speaker 2: the blessings of the White House. I went a week
• 16:24
Speaker 2: ago Monday and campaigned with Rick just outside Atlanta, had
• 16:28
Speaker 2: a big rally, and Rick ends up winning. Then this
• 16:32
Speaker 2: week Alan Wilson, same dynamic Allan. President Trump early on
• 16:39
Speaker 2: had endorsed the Lieutenant governor. I don't know the lieutenant governor.
• 16:44
Speaker 2: I have no issues against her. I've said nothing negative
• 16:46
Speaker 2: about her. But I've known Allan for more than a decade.
• 16:50
Speaker 2: He's the sitting Attorney general. When he was elected, he
• 16:53
Speaker 2: was the youngest attorney general in the country. He has
• 16:55
Speaker 2: been re elected repeatedly. He has a strong conservative record,
• 16:59
Speaker 2: over and over and over again. And so as I
• 17:02
Speaker 2: look at the two candidates, I think Allan clearly had
• 17:05
Speaker 2: the stronger conservative record, and so I endorsed him. And
• 17:09
Speaker 2: by the way, at the time I endorsed him, it
• 17:12
Speaker 2: was not at all clear what was going to happen. Well,
• 17:15
Speaker 2: I'm very happy to say that after I endorsed him,
• 17:18
Speaker 2: shortly thereafter, President Trump came out and endorsed him as well,
• 17:22
Speaker 2: so he'd indorsed both candidates, and I'm grateful for that.
• 17:24
Speaker 2: And the reporters all tried to make this into a thing, well, gosh,
• 17:28
Speaker 2: aren't you endorsing against Trump? And isn't that like a thing?
• 17:31
Speaker 2: And I sort of laughed. I said, listen, I've spent
• 17:34
Speaker 2: a decade as President Trump's strongest ally in the Senate.
• 17:37
Speaker 2: I'm proud to be so. I think President Trump has
• 17:41
Speaker 2: been an extraordinary president. And he and I agree on
• 17:44
Speaker 2: the vast majority of races, the overwhelming majority of races.
• 17:47
Speaker 2: He and I aren't exactly the same side. It so
• 17:51
Speaker 2: happens in these two races. I got involved much later
• 17:54
Speaker 2: than he did, and at the stage in the race
• 17:57
Speaker 2: where I got involved, I thought there was a clear difference,
• 17:59
Speaker 2: and I thought Rick and I thought Allan were the
• 18:02
Speaker 2: two stronger candidates. What ended up happening. Look, once I
• 18:07
Speaker 2: endorsed President Trump endorsed and then actually Tim Scott endorsed
• 18:10
Speaker 2: Allen as well, and he ended up winning. By Okay,
• 18:14
Speaker 2: we're sitting here right now, it is eleven fifty eight.
• 18:18
Speaker 2: Let me look at the numbers as of right now.
• 18:22
Speaker 2: As of right now, with ninety nine percent of the
• 18:26
Speaker 2: vote in Allen has sixty eight point six percent and
• 18:34
Speaker 2: a vet his opponent has thirty one point four percent.
• 18:37
Speaker 1: That's a beat down, just for for people they don't know.
• 18:39
  Speaker 1: That's a beat down in.
• 18:40
Speaker 2: Possibly a twenty seven point victory, and listen, that's a
• 18:45
Speaker 2: beat down. I actually think it has some similar dynamics
• 18:49
Speaker 2: to the Paxton corn And race in Texas, where I
• 18:53
Speaker 2: think Paxton was likely going to win the runoff. All
• 18:56
Speaker 2: of the numbers i'd seen showed him about eight to
• 19:00
Speaker 2: twelve points up. Yeah, so I think he was likely
• 19:03
Speaker 2: to win. And then at the end President Trump endorsed
• 19:05
Speaker 2: Paxton and he won by twenty eight points. And I
• 19:08
Speaker 2: actually talked to the President and I said, look, I
• 19:09
Speaker 2: think your endorsement was worth about twenty points. So I
• 19:12
Speaker 2: mean it had a real impact. It turned what was
• 19:15
Speaker 2: going to be a victory into a blowout. And I
• 19:18
Speaker 2: think in South Carolina the President's endorsement did the same thing.
• 19:21
Speaker 2: I think Allen was going to win, and it may
• 19:25
Speaker 2: have been in that same range. I'm less confident, but
• 19:27
Speaker 2: my guess is the sort of eight to twelve point
• 19:29
Speaker 2: range is where he was, and when the President came in,
• 19:33
Speaker 2: it again was worth about twenty points and drove it
• 19:36
Speaker 2: up to twenty seven points. So that look, I think
• 19:39
Speaker 2: that is a good outcome, and I think it's important
• 19:45
Speaker 2: you and I cared deeply about the elections in November.
• 19:48
Speaker 2: Part of the way we have a good election day
• 19:50
Speaker 2: is nominating the strongest candidates who have the most conservative
• 19:54
Speaker 2: record but also have a path to victory. And I
• 19:57
Speaker 2: think in both Georgia and South Carolina that's exactly what
• 20:01
  Speaker 2: we did.
• 20:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, no, it absolutely is. I want to get to
• 20:04
Speaker 1: this other issue, and that's the election database, actors, judges,
• 20:08
Speaker 1: and a shocking really came down. But before we get
• 20:10
Speaker 1: to that center, I just have to tell you thing
• 20:12
Speaker 1: funny that happened today. So you know there's a new
• 20:14
Speaker 1: Air Force one, right, I do you know that? Right now?
• 20:17
Speaker 1: Here's the thing that matters. You've not been on that
• 20:20
Speaker 1: Air Force one? Correct? I want to make that very okay.
• 20:22
  Speaker 2: I have not.
• 20:26
  Speaker 1: It's fine.
• 20:27
Speaker 2: So my kids, the new one is in the air.
• 20:30
Speaker 1: It's it's in the air from the report I saw
• 20:32
Speaker 1: on TV earlier today.
• 20:33
Speaker 2: I believe you. I just hadn't seen that.
• 20:35
Speaker 1: So it was on TV. The kids look at me
• 20:37
Speaker 1: and they're like, hey, Dad, have you ever been on
• 20:38
Speaker 1: Air Force one. I'm like I have, and they're like, well,
• 20:40
Speaker 1: have you been on the new one. I'm like no,
• 20:41
Speaker 1: like it just started, like that's why it's on the
• 20:43
Speaker 1: news today, like you're dealing with seven and nine. They're like,
• 20:45
Speaker 1: you know, figuring it out, and I'm like no, They're
• 20:47
Speaker 1: like they look at me. They're like, well as Senator Cruiz.
• 20:49
Speaker 1: He's like, no, he hasn't either. So actually, I just
• 20:53
Speaker 1: this moment in time, you and I are the same.
• 20:55
Speaker 1: We've both been on the old Air Force one. Neither
• 20:57
Speaker 1: has it been on the new Air Force one. I
• 20:59
Speaker 1: just want to make very clear for all the kids
• 21:01
Speaker 1: out there were on the same right now, I just want.
• 21:03
Speaker 2: I want to clarify that Bend. That was what you
• 21:06
Speaker 2: were saying is on the tennis court, you and I
• 21:09
Speaker 2: are the same. That's that's what I heard.
• 21:12
Speaker 1: I just I just want to throw that bit of
• 21:14
Speaker 1: humor out there, because.
• 21:15
  Speaker 2: I'm not saying I admit I think you and I
• 21:17
Speaker 2: are equally matched at tennis. Never mind that you were
• 21:20
Speaker 2: a Division one varsity tennis player and I like can
• 21:23
Speaker 2: barely hit the ball.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: But I heard say the game, when was the first
• 21:28
Speaker 1: year you were ever on Air Force one because I
• 21:29
Speaker 1: think I'm going to beat you in this one.
• 21:31
Speaker 2: Of course you are, because you were on with Bush.
• 21:33
Speaker 2: I was never on with Bush.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: Okay, so I got I got the longest tenure of
• 21:37
Speaker 1: being on on an Air Force One. I like, I
• 21:39
Speaker 1: loving this game right now. I'll tell the kids in
• 21:42
  Speaker 1: the morning.
• 21:42
Speaker 2: I like, now now I was on the Say.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: How many times have you been on? That would change
• 21:47
  Speaker 1: the scale?
• 21:48
Speaker 2: Obviously, I was on the campaign plane with Bush in
• 21:51
Speaker 2: nineteen ninety nine, So I beat you on the campaign plane.
• 21:54
Speaker 2: You do, But I never rode on the Air Force
• 22:00
Speaker 2: one with Bush. I have not done Marine one. I
• 22:04
Speaker 2: have Marine one envy, I really do. I've done the
• 22:07
Speaker 2: Beast a bunch of times, and the Beast is really cool.
• 22:09
Speaker 2: But Marine one. I want to get on Marine one,
• 22:12
Speaker 2: and I just haven't been on it. The first time
• 22:14
Speaker 2: I went on on Air Force one. I mean, listen,
• 22:16
Speaker 2: during most of Bush's presidency, I was back in Texas.
• 22:19
Speaker 2: I was the SG of Texas. So you were in
• 22:22
Speaker 2: the White House while I was back, you know, actually
• 22:25
Speaker 2: in the heart of America.
• 22:26
Speaker 1: And hold on, lightning's about to go. I've gotta dodge
• 22:33
Speaker 1: these bullets coming in here. Man, there's a connection here?
• 22:36
  Speaker 1: All right?
• 22:37
Speaker 2: Do you want to hear the even more depressing thing.
• 22:40
Speaker 2: Do you know the first time I went on Air
• 22:41
  Speaker 2: Force One?
• 22:42
  Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm ready.
• 22:43
Speaker 2: That might be with Barack Obama. No, yeah, that's a buzzkill.
• 22:48
Speaker 2: I got elected to the Senate in twenty twelve and
• 22:50
Speaker 2: so Obama was president, and I think I believe the
• 22:54
Speaker 2: first time I was on Air Force one was we
• 22:58
Speaker 2: went back to Dallas. Do you remember when five police
• 23:00
Speaker 2: officers were shot in a horrible mass shooting by this
• 23:03
Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter RADICALUS and Obama the White House said, hey,
• 23:08
Speaker 2: do you Obama came back to speak at the funeral,
• 23:11
Speaker 2: and he offered for me to ride on the plane.
• 23:13
Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, sure, and I was coming the funeral,
• 23:16
Speaker 2: and oddly enough, he seated me next to Nancy Pelosi,
• 23:20
Speaker 2: And it is the first time i'd met Nancy Pelosi.
• 23:22
Speaker 2: Like you actually think, like these folks in Washington all
• 23:24
Speaker 2: hang out together. Do you know I've never met AOC
• 23:27
Speaker 2: I've never met ilhan Omar, I've never met Hillary Clinton.
• 23:32
Speaker 1: I mean that your blessings, by the way, on that one,
• 23:34
Speaker 1: count your blessings. I've met two of the three in
• 23:36
Speaker 1: the green rooms at TV. Count your blessings.
• 23:39
Speaker 2: So I will say, like Pelosi, and this is the
• 23:43
Speaker 2: only time I really met her, but she and I
• 23:45
Speaker 2: were seated next to each other for a three hour flight,
• 23:48
Speaker 2: and she was very pleasant and gracious. To her credit,
• 23:51
Speaker 2: we were talking and she's got a child that lives
• 23:53
Speaker 2: in Houston and grandkids that are in Texas, and we
• 23:56
Speaker 2: were talking about family. Obviously we agree on very little obstinctively,
• 24:00
Speaker 2: but it was to her credit she could be a nice,
• 24:03
Speaker 2: gracious civil person, which which I didn't know. And and
• 24:08
Speaker 2: it was interesting. Obama the entire flight, like did not
• 24:12
Speaker 2: come out of his office at all. He came out
• 24:14
Speaker 2: for like two minutes at the end of the flight,
• 24:17
Speaker 2: and he was so aloof whereas Trump and I've been
• 24:20
Speaker 2: on Air Force one a ton with Trump. Trump like
• 24:24
Speaker 2: hangs out with you for hours and you just like.
• 24:27
Speaker 1: And you can get a lot of work to himself off.
• 24:29
Speaker 2: Yeah, he's not separated himself off and he's going NonStop
• 24:33
Speaker 2: and you're going and I'll typically bring like three or
• 24:36
Speaker 2: four note cards in my pocket of issues that I
• 24:38
Speaker 2: want to raise with the president because like being on
• 24:40
Speaker 2: Air Force one can be really productive and you can
• 24:43
Speaker 2: raise issues and get things done but the contrast, like
• 24:47
Speaker 2: Obama was so aloof that he didn't use that time.
• 24:50
Speaker 2: But I have not been on the new Air Force one.
• 24:53
Speaker 2: Now do you know what Trump said the first time
• 24:55
Speaker 2: I was on Air Force one with him?
• 24:56
Speaker 1: What did he say?
• 24:58
  Speaker 3: So?
• 24:58
Speaker 2: This was like I think March twenty seventeen, so just
• 25:01
Speaker 2: a couple of months into the presidency, and he and
• 25:03
  Speaker 2: I don't.
• 25:03
Speaker 1: Know, if only I wouldn't have been born, you could
• 25:05
Speaker 1: have been on this plane, it'd be you as president.
• 25:07
Speaker 1: That's what I would that would have lied.
• 25:08
Speaker 2: I would I imagine, yeah, my line.
• 25:12
Speaker 1: If I was Trump, I would have like, man, just
• 25:14
Speaker 1: imagine if I wasn't born, this would be your plane
• 25:16
Speaker 1: right now. That would have been my life.
• 25:18
Speaker 2: You're a much meaner guy than Donald Trump. So so
• 25:22
Speaker 2: I'm on the plane with them, and it's like pretty cool.
• 25:25
Speaker 2: I think it was the second time I'd been on
• 25:26
Speaker 2: Air Force one. So I'm like geeking out and I'm
• 25:30
Speaker 2: looking around and I said, nice, nice plane, mister president.
• 25:35
Speaker 2: And his immediate response is he said, yeah, my old
• 25:37
Speaker 2: one was nicer. And then my response was was, yeah,
• 25:41
Speaker 2: but it didn't have missiles, which which he laughed at.
• 25:45
Speaker 2: But I will say I have also been on Trump's
• 25:48
Speaker 2: personal plane, and he's not wrong. His personal plane is
• 25:51
Speaker 2: nicer than the old Air Force one, the Katari one,
• 25:54
Speaker 2: maybe nicer than both of them. I assume I'll probably
• 25:57
Speaker 2: be honored at some point, and so when I get
• 25:59
Speaker 2: on it, I'll give you a report, give me a report.
• 26:01
Speaker 1: Well, I can't wait to see the new one. Looks amazing.
• 26:03
Speaker 1: That's why. That's why it was. It was a funny
• 26:05
Speaker 1: topic because they were like, have you been I'm like,
• 26:07
Speaker 1: I've not been on that.
• 26:07
  Speaker 2: No, I've not.
• 26:09
Speaker 1: What I do I promised the boys that said, when
• 26:11
Speaker 1: I get on there, I will bring you back the
• 26:12
Speaker 1: M and ms because that that is a true sign
• 26:14
Speaker 1: you've been on Air Force one.
• 26:15
Speaker 2: Okay. By the way, the eminem's thing like members of
• 26:19
  Speaker 2: Congress will.
• 26:21
Speaker 1: I got it right here. So that's that's the box.
• 26:23
Speaker 2: Like, that's the presidential By the way, the M and
• 26:25
Speaker 2: ms have the president's signature on it.
• 26:27
  Speaker 1: Yeah, there's the M and M and then there's this
• 26:29
Speaker 1: his famous signature there.
• 26:31
Speaker 2: And by the way, Trump makes very good use of
• 26:34
Speaker 2: Air Force One. He puts people on and he like
• 26:36
Speaker 2: whips votes and he uses it. One of the things
• 26:40
Speaker 2: I was grateful was Obama was so damn aloof and
• 26:45
Speaker 2: arrogant that he didn't actually use Air Force one. He
• 26:48
Speaker 2: could have accomplished much more damage to America if he
• 26:52
Speaker 2: would just woo House members or centers. Look, Democrat senator or.
• 26:58
Speaker 1: He never used the House and Senate to his advantage
• 27:00
Speaker 1: at all when he became.
• 27:02
Speaker 2: He thought he was above everyone. Democrat senators privately when
• 27:06
Speaker 2: Obama was president, would bitch NonStop that he wouldn't talk
• 27:10
Speaker 2: to them, he ignored them, that they were barely people.
• 27:14
Speaker 2: And it's to Trump's credit. Look, Trump spends a ton
• 27:18
Speaker 2: of time. If I call Trump, he either answers or
• 27:22
Speaker 2: he calls back, usually within the day. And that's true
• 27:27
Speaker 2: of most senators, that's true of many House members. I mean,
• 27:31
Speaker 2: he spends hours a day on the phone. I try
• 27:35
Speaker 2: not to abuse that, by the way. I mean, I
• 27:37
Speaker 2: end up talking to him probably once a week. But
• 27:39
Speaker 2: it's funny. My staff is like, oh, you ought to
• 27:41
Speaker 2: call the president more often, and I'm like, I don't
• 27:43
Speaker 2: want to bother the guy, like when I called him America. Yeah. Yeah,
• 27:47
Speaker 2: he's got a lot of demands on his time, So
• 27:49
Speaker 2: I don't call him just to like shoot the breeze
• 27:52
Speaker 2: and be like you know, aren't I cool? I call
• 27:54
Speaker 2: him when there's like a topic that I need a decision,
• 27:58
Speaker 2: that I need something. But it's it is his responsiveness.
• 28:05
Speaker 2: It is actually phenomenal and unlike certainly unlike any president
• 28:11
Speaker 2: I've ever known, and that is one of the keys
• 28:13
Speaker 2: of his strength. You look at something like the Working
• 28:17
Speaker 2: Family's tax cut, also called the One Big Beautiful Bill. Yeah,
• 28:22
Speaker 2: there were tons of House members and senators voting no,
• 28:25
Speaker 2: and Trump just spent a ton of time, sometimes with honey,
• 28:30
Speaker 2: sometimes with vinegar, sometimes just just you know, being nice
• 28:34
Speaker 2: and cojoling, and other times just taking a two by
• 28:37
Speaker 2: four to them. But it's how he got the votes.
• 28:39
Speaker 2: And it's very very potent, like one box of M
• 28:42
Speaker 2: and MS can get you the vote you need, and
• 28:46
Speaker 2: Trump is giving a lot of h.
• 28:48
Speaker 1: All right, I want to take a moment. I want
• 28:50
Speaker 1: to talk to you for just second, honestly about how
• 28:53
Speaker 1: an act of compassion really feels. A few years ago,
• 28:56
Speaker 1: I made the choice to partner with Compassion International to
• 29:00
Speaker 1: sponsor a child who is.
• 29:02
  Speaker 2: In desperate need.
• 29:03
Speaker 1: Now, it was a great idea, right, that's what most
• 29:06
Speaker 1: people say. All right, it's nice, sure, but you really
• 29:09
Speaker 1: have no idea just how much that simple act can
• 29:12
Speaker 1: actually change a life. And I'm not just talking about
• 29:15
Speaker 1: the child. I'm talking about my life now. I sponsored
• 29:18
Speaker 1: Naudia and got to watch your life change right in
• 29:21
Speaker 1: front of my eyes, going from starving alone on the
• 29:24
Speaker 1: street to getting the health care and education that she
• 29:27
Speaker 1: needs to reach her God given potential. I got to
• 29:31
Speaker 1: be a part of that change, and the light of
• 29:33
Speaker 1: that compassion not only illuminated her, it illuminated me. That's
• 29:38
Speaker 1: the power of compassion and it's something I'm trying to
• 29:40
Speaker 1: teach my children about as well. Now the light of
• 29:43
Speaker 1: Christ shines on all of us, and you can feel
• 29:47
Speaker 1: this for yourself and for your children. You can sponsor
• 29:51
Speaker 1: child and have them involved. That's what I love so much.
• 29:54
Speaker 1: So not only are you changing a child's life, you're
• 29:57
Speaker 1: helping change the world, but you may even be changing
• 29:59
Speaker 1: yourself and your family. You can sponsor a child today,
• 30:04
Speaker 1: visit compassion dot com. That's compassion dot com. I want
• 30:10
Speaker 1: to get to this form around of time, and that
• 30:13
Speaker 1: is election database. And this activist judge explain this judge
• 30:19
Speaker 1: what she has done here in a simplistic way. What
• 30:23
Speaker 1: they were trying to do is make sure that people
• 30:25
Speaker 1: that were not American citizens and those are not eligible
• 30:28
Speaker 1: vote would not be able to eligible to vote. That
• 30:31
Speaker 1: doesn't seem controversial. The majority of Americans are in favor
• 30:34
Speaker 1: of the Save Act. It's seventy five eighty percent depending
• 30:36
Speaker 1: on what poll you look at. And this judge said, hey,
• 30:39
Speaker 1: you guys can't crosscheck in different groups, like so security
• 30:42
Speaker 1: can't work with others, and you guys know we're not
• 30:46
Speaker 1: going to allow this to happen. That was shocking.
• 30:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, so I'm gonna read from the Associated Press. A
• 30:52
Speaker 2: federal judge on Monday ruled that a recently revamped version
• 30:55
Speaker 2: of a federal tool central to the Trump Administration's effort
• 30:58
Speaker 2: to nationalize electtion can no longer be used. US District
• 31:03
Speaker 2: Court Judge Sparkle L. Suknnan. I want you to stop
• 31:08
Speaker 2: and think there's a friggin judge in America named Sparkle L. Suknnan.
• 31:15
Speaker 2: By the way, she was a clerk for Sonya Sotomayor.
• 31:19
Speaker 2: She's a radical leftist. I voted against her confirmation. But
• 31:23
Speaker 2: she is a district judge in Washington, d C. And
• 31:25
Speaker 2: Judge Sparkle sided with the advocacy groups that argue that
• 31:30
Speaker 2: the recent upgrades to the program called the Systematic Alien
• 31:34
Speaker 2: Verification for Entitlements, or save aggregated American sensitive personal data
• 31:40
Speaker 2: in a way that could result in voters being wrongly
• 31:42
Speaker 2: purged from voter rules. Quote. All in all, the federal
• 31:46
Speaker 2: government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American
• 31:49
Speaker 2: citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote,
• 31:54
Speaker 2: Sukanan said in an order explaining the decision, This court
• 31:59
Speaker 2: cannot stand idly by while that happens. She says, Congress
• 32:03
Speaker 2: had expressly prohibited the government from centralizing American's personal identifying information,
• 32:07
Speaker 2: and the federal agencies that created the same program quote
• 32:10
Speaker 2: knew that the database violates these statutory protections. Now, this
• 32:16
Speaker 2: is a liberal activist decision. It is also a decision
• 32:22
Speaker 2: that doesn't make sense under the statute. The statutes that
• 32:27
Speaker 2: she was looking at. Number one, the statute is the
• 32:31
Speaker 2: Social Security Act, and the so Security Act requires quote
• 32:36
Speaker 2: SO Security account numbers of record that are obtained or
• 32:39
Speaker 2: maintained by persons pursuant to any provision of law shall
• 32:43
Speaker 2: be confidential, and no authorized persons shall disclose any such
• 32:46
Speaker 2: SOI Security account number or related record. Well, you know
• 32:49
Speaker 2: what Trump administration did disclose anyone so Security number that
• 32:54
Speaker 2: if they released you know, your Social Security number, that
• 32:59
Speaker 2: would a violation of the SoC Security Act. They didn't
• 33:02
Speaker 2: do that. So Security Act doesn't say the federal government
• 33:06
Speaker 2: can't look at Social Security numbers. Like the government is
• 33:08
Speaker 2: one entity and it is a bizarre system that says
• 33:14
Speaker 2: you have records that show if people are illegal aliens
• 33:17
Speaker 2: or not. You the federal government are not allowed to
• 33:20
Speaker 2: look at those records because a law says you can't
• 33:22
Speaker 2: publicly disclose them to others. They didn't. There's another there's
• 33:27
Speaker 2: another law called the Privacy Act, and the Privacy Act
• 33:31
Speaker 2: they claim it violated this as well. But again, the
• 33:36
Speaker 2: Privacy Act does not prohibit the federal government from looking
• 33:41
Speaker 2: at its own records. I mean, understand, this is a
• 33:44
Speaker 2: ruling from a radical judge who's saying, even though the
• 33:47
Speaker 2: federal government, and initially this SAVE database was set up
• 33:52
Speaker 2: to stop the federal government from giving government benefits giving
• 33:57
Speaker 2: welfare to illegal aliens. Now, mind you, it is illegal
• 34:01
Speaker 2: to give government benefits to give welfare to illegal aliens.
• 34:04
Speaker 2: Congress has passed that law over and over and over again.
• 34:08
Speaker 2: And Democrats, when they're being completely split personality on this.
• 34:13
Speaker 2: They will say repeatedly, well, we don't give welfare benefits
• 34:17
Speaker 2: to illegal aliens. They'll say that over and over again.
• 34:19
Speaker 2: They'll simultaneously say, dear God, we've got to give welfare
• 34:22
Speaker 2: benefits to illegal aliens. What a monster would deny them?
• 34:25
Speaker 2: So they say them both. Remember when every Democrat running
• 34:28
Speaker 2: for president twenty twenty was asked, should we give free
• 34:31
Speaker 2: health care to every illegal in America? And they all
• 34:33
Speaker 2: raise their hand yep yup, every one of them right
• 34:36
Speaker 2: down the line. But at the end of the day,
• 34:40
Speaker 2: Congress has passed repeated laws saying do not give welfare
• 34:43
Speaker 2: benefits to illegal aliens. And Judge Sparkle, and look, by
• 34:47
Speaker 2: the way, I think it is really impressive that my
• 34:51
Speaker 2: little pony is now a federal judge. But I just
• 34:55
Speaker 2: wish my little pony was not a Marxist. You would
• 34:59
Speaker 2: think that, Judge Arkle, what would recognize something beautiful like
• 35:03
Speaker 2: like the Constitution or federal law. It is insane to
• 35:08
Speaker 2: say that the same Congress that says you cannot give
• 35:13
Speaker 2: government benefits or welfare to illegal aliens somehow said, but
• 35:17
Speaker 2: you're not allowed to look to see if anyone's an
• 35:19
Speaker 2: illegal alien. Nope, you're the government is blindfolded from looking
• 35:23
Speaker 2: at your own databases. I'm going to make another prediction
• 35:26
Speaker 2: in this show. Decision will be reversed.
• 35:31
Speaker 1: It will be when and how quickly.
• 35:33
Speaker 2: I don't know how quickly it might be reversed by
• 35:37
Speaker 2: the d C Circuit. If it's not reversed by the
• 35:40
Speaker 2: d C Circuit, I think it will be reversed by
• 35:42
Speaker 2: the US Supreme Court. What I don't know is if
• 35:45
Speaker 2: it gets reversed in time for the election. Part of
• 35:48
Speaker 2: the strategy of the litigans is delay, and generally speaking,
• 35:54
Speaker 2: these decisions can take a lot of time. Now, the
• 35:56
Speaker 2: Department of Justice likely will seek emergency relief from the
• 36:01
Speaker 2: DC Circuit. Now, it will depend on what panel of
• 36:03
Speaker 2: judges you get. You get three random judges on the
• 36:06
Speaker 2: DC Circuit, and then if the DC Circuit the probably
• 36:12
Speaker 2: the biggest danger is they seek emergency relief in the
• 36:16
Speaker 2: DC Circuit and they get a bad draw of left
• 36:18
Speaker 2: wing judges in the DC Circuit. And what I predict
• 36:21
Speaker 2: they would do then is just try to delay it
• 36:23
Speaker 2: till after the elections. They just slow walk it, and.
• 36:27
Speaker 1: It's naturally they can make sure that they don't have
• 36:29
Speaker 1: any of this eiment for election day so you can
• 36:31
Speaker 1: have more people that can vote.
• 36:32
Speaker 2: I legally yes, and so if you get a good
• 36:38
Speaker 2: panel on the DC Circuit, I am quite confident this
• 36:41
Speaker 2: will be reversed. And by the way, if the d
• 36:43
Speaker 2: C Circuit upholds this decision, I think the Supreme Court
• 36:47
Speaker 2: would take the case and reverse it. But in the
• 36:50
Speaker 2: normal course of things, that would take a couple of years,
• 36:53
Speaker 2: so that would not impact the twenty sixth election. It
• 36:55
Speaker 2: would probably be in time for the twenty eight election.
• 36:58
Speaker 2: My hope is they take an emergency appeal and the
• 37:01
Speaker 2: DC Circuit overturns it quickly, or even if the DC
• 37:04
Speaker 2: Circuit rejects the appeal, I want them to make a
• 37:06
Speaker 2: decision fast because then they could appeal that to the Supremes.
• 37:10
Speaker 2: I think the Supremes would act quickly. The danger is
• 37:13
Speaker 2: the d C Circuit slow walks it for another six months.
• 37:16
Speaker 1: I tell you what, this has been a fun show.
• 37:18
Speaker 1: We got predictions. You and I have. Neither of us
• 37:20
Speaker 1: have been on the Air Force, the new Air Force one.
