The clock is ticking! PURA is set to make a final decision on Eversource’s proposed sale of Aquarion Water Company by March 25th. Recently, PURA tentatively approved it, mostly because it was out of their jurisdiction to reject it. That’s based on a sneaky state law that passed in 2024.
