  Speaker 1: want to get a fancy one, you can, but I

  Speaker 1: like to keep it basic. And you're going to do

  Speaker 1: this over the course of a weekend. You may want

  Speaker 1: to buy some candles or crystal, or maybe if there's

  Speaker 1: a show that you're going to binge that weekend that

  Speaker 1: you're not super passionate about, do it during that time.

  Speaker 1: And you're going to fill this notebook with letters to
• 0:47
  Speaker 1: this man that you want. And it's your way of
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: having a cosmic conversation with him. And you're going to

  Speaker 1: tell him everything. You're going to ask him question, You're
• 1:00
  Speaker 1: going to speak your truth. Tell him what you want
• 1:04
  Speaker 1: in a relationship, what you want in a family, if
• 1:07
  Speaker 1: you want to get married, what you want in your
• 1:10
  Speaker 1: sex life, what you want your social life to be like,
• 1:16
  Speaker 1: Tell him everything, tell him your flaws, tell him your strengths.

  Speaker 1: You can ask him his flaws, his strengths. Dump your

  Speaker 1: heart onto the page. Fill this notebook with letters, and

  Speaker 1: if you like some structure, you can do it in

  Speaker 1: fifteen minute increments. If you are going to take a

  Speaker 1: minimalist approach to this practice, just do fifteen minutes on Friday,

  Speaker 1: fifteen minutes on Saturday, fifteen minutes on Sunday, or if

  Speaker 1: you want to just dive in and you don't care

  Speaker 1: how long it takes. I mean, pour your heart onto

  Speaker 1: the page, and the intention is that you are again

  Speaker 1: cosmically connecting with this boyfriend that you desire. And then

  Speaker 1: when you get to Sunday, I want you to release

  Speaker 1: the notebook to the universe and say, definitively, I am

  Speaker 1: now open and available to meeting a man who matches

  Speaker 1: my truest desire. That's it. That's it, and be with

  Speaker 1: it and know that your angels, your guides are carrying

  Speaker 1: this energy out into the universe and bringing you back

  Speaker 1: all that you desire. Now, if you are a private person,

  Speaker 1: pass it away. If you feel like you need to

  Speaker 1: keep it, keep it, but it is yours. You don't

  Speaker 1: have to ever share it with anyone. It's between you

  Speaker 1: and the higher self of your ideal partner, and that
