Birmingham’s Jefferson County Coroner’s Office has finally identified skeletal remains found in April as those of 68-year-old Jesse Strong, who vanished from the West End Community in 2024. The bones were discovered near overgrown lots—possibly unearthed by dogs—and later found inside an abandoned duplex, with cause of death still unknown.
