- 0:00So thank you for coming along and whereabouts are you?
- 0:04I'm in UK and thank you for having me here.
- 0:07I'm so excited. And by the way, I think you've
- 0:10got a really sexy accent. Oh, thank you.
- 0:14Yeah, yeah, I really do. So, you know, Natalia, you know,
- 0:19you've got a very, very interesting background because,
- 0:24you know, you were a nurse for 35 years and you were always a
- 0:28very optimistic person and quite upbeat.
- 0:32But your life took on a completely different journey.
- 0:38And I guess that's why we're kind of looking at it from
- 0:41crisis to empowerment, right? Yes.
- 0:46And it's it's it's just interesting, you know, like
- 0:49every single person that I interview on my show, I always
- 0:53recognize that there's something that happens in a person's life.
- 1:00It's it's like a moment where optimism gets taken over by all
- 1:08these things that go through one's mind and yet you standing
- 1:13in your power today as a person who leads other entrepreneurs to
- 1:20become and live in their greatest power, you understand
- 1:26very much about what it's like to be totally crippled by self
- 1:32doubt. So yeah, so tell me, like you
- 1:36you talked backstage with me about having images in your
- 1:41mind, right, that kept you awake at night and even put you into
- 1:48so much fear that you were having panic.
- 1:51What do you think was playing in your mind?
- 1:55Do you think it was around like Anthony Robbins always says?
- 1:59It's usually around one of a few things #1A loss of love, #2A
- 2:06loss of significance or importance, and #3 a loss of
- 2:13certainty Confidence. Which one do you think you were
- 2:19really kind of nursing and rehearsing in your mind when you
- 2:24were going through so much fear? Lost of confidence, lost of
- 2:31belief in yourself and sadly was happening to me and it was like
- 2:41my mind got reprogramming and this all happened because I have
- 2:50been told that I'm useless. Literally.
- 2:55Yeah. And see, this is, this is what
- 2:58happens, right? People, People start to tell
- 3:02themselves something. They start to tell themselves
- 3:06something. And you know, obviously you know
- 3:08better now. Like you've done all the work.
- 3:12You know you're there for the people that are, you know,
- 3:17laying in bed at night, panicking about the future.
- 3:20You know, why do you think human beings need to feel certain and
- 3:26confident about their future? Like, you mentioned to me that
- 3:31you were like, what if, what if this happens?
- 3:34What if that happens? You know, Why do you think that
- 3:38was going on? I think it's going on because we
- 3:43want to be loved, we want to be appreciated, and we want to be
- 3:50recognizing for our ability, for our best of our self what we do.
- 4:00We need to be recognized our oh, good.
- 4:08I understand, I understand. You know, I I totally get it.
- 4:12We as human beings, we need recognition.
- 4:17We need to, we need to feel recognized.
- 4:20We need to feel important, right and and we need to feel all of
- 4:26those things. Why do you feel that you?
- 4:31What do you think was at the forefront of your mind that was
- 4:36putting you into, you know, this position?
- 4:40What were the what ifs that were going through your brain?
- 4:45It was like, you know, when I lose the confidence I will start
- 4:53to worried. It's not just confidence I lost.
- 4:57I start to worried if I if I'm going to lose the money, the
- 5:02finances was great that that one worried, then I have feeling I
- 5:08let down. Everyone around me, people
- 5:12believe in me and I did not perform.
- 5:16Even in reality I was doing great job and everyone around me
- 5:22like apprised me. But the person who was close to
- 5:26me keep telling me that I'm useless, I'm losing the money.
- 5:32I will never make any good of this project and in my mind it
- 5:38will start to it's went so deep inside my heart and it's affect
- 5:45my mindset and I start to picture it all all negative self
- 5:51talk. I was like talking to myself
- 5:55negative and I was always thinking what if is this really
- 6:00happened what shall I do? How have you found the solution
- 6:05for this? And somewhere deep inside me I
- 6:09know I will find the solution and on that time there is it was
- 6:14nothing too worried about. I know this now, but on that
- 6:18time, because of that negativity going towards me, I would say
- 6:24even negative energy, negative talking and some of us affecting
- 6:31by that very deeply. Yeah, I mean, they won this.
- 6:35I mean, you listen to podcast after podcast and and you are a
- 6:39classic example of living proof that, you know, if you're an
- 6:44entrepreneur out there, if you're a person that knows that
- 6:48you are smart, you know you are clever, and all of a sudden you
- 6:53move into this fear around money because it sounds like it was
- 6:57around money for you and yet you were doing great.
- 7:01In fact, you were doing so great that you actually invested and
- 7:07you ended up making a profit, you know, a clean profit of
- 7:13$40,000 in your pocket, you know, in six short months.
- 7:20But then once you'd actually made that profit, you suddenly
- 7:25were brought down by an ex partner who was like,
- 7:30pessimistic. So how does a person like even
- 7:35this is the the absolute, the way it works, right.
- 7:39So how does a person actually go from being just, you know, like
- 7:46winning Lotto, making $40,000, you know, having that to
- 7:53suddenly just crashing and having panic attacks?
- 7:59And this is to me, this is so typical, isn't it, of you know,
- 8:02they say to you, be careful of who you're rubbing shoulders
- 8:06with, be careful of whom you are listening to, because how much
- 8:13of it was in your mind, Natalia. It was significant amount of of
- 8:19this in my mind because you know you you have your like property
- 8:28investors, friends there somewhere but day-to-day you
- 8:33talk to them but you cannot talk to them all the time.
- 8:36But day-to-day you have you living in negativity environment
- 8:46where you're not appreciated and then the more you're like
- 8:52rubbing shoulders with that person then the more you
- 8:57affected by that energy and it's it's true you need to if you're
- 9:07if the relationship, your friends, family, no family
- 9:13probably you cannot change because it's your family.
- 9:16But someone like your partner giving you that that negativity
- 9:27giving put it you down, you know without appreciating, without
- 9:33telling you apprising you a bit. I'm not telling it should be
- 9:38like 24/7 but at least recognize your achievement and be happy
- 9:44for you if that person not giving you that.
- 9:48So it's it's affect, it's affect you and you you start to think
- 9:56probably I am not that good enough probably what I done.
- 10:00It's nothing. It's nothing.
- 10:02It's like day-to-day stuff. It's like going to the shop and
- 10:06do the shopping but it's I'm, I'm not that good as I thought I
- 10:11am. And then these all like it's
- 10:15like a snowball. It started from little things
- 10:18and then it's going more and more and more and if we are not
- 10:22addressing this problem, this is where it's actually affected you
- 10:28dramatically and you're you're going from just panic attack.
- 10:34You can come to depression if you're not addressing these
- 10:38things and your life, it's become very unhappy place and we
- 10:45all deserve to be happy. Absolutely.
- 10:49Look, I I can recall, you know, having a whole lot of negative
- 10:56self talk that I'd accumulated, accumulated over the years that
- 11:00I I was, you know, constantly telling myself and I became very
- 11:06driven as a result. It actually drove me to become a
- 11:11workaholic. And I know for you, you crashed
- 11:16and you really you you mentioned to me before that even after
- 11:21making that money, like you were doing well.
- 11:24And you were always, you know, obviously a very well to do
- 11:27lady. And you know, you'd always come
- 11:30in from a a a great career being a nurse for over 35 years now,
- 11:36being an entrepreneur and obviously a very empowered one
- 11:41at that, who knows these special techniques to help other people
- 11:45with. But you talk about, I guess, a
- 11:49similar situation that I could really relate to and that was
- 11:53that you became so down that you actually didn't even want to
- 12:00talk to people anymore. It was like you would go into a
- 12:04panic attack. And, yeah, and and and then it's
- 12:08like, I wonder, is this really what very smart, clever human
- 12:14beings go through? And look, Natalia, I can tell
- 12:18you right now, mine became so bad, I couldn't even talk.
- 12:22I remember. I mean, the gift of the gab is,
- 12:24is, is my thing, right? I've always been a talker since
- 12:27I knew how to talk. And I remember I was real
- 12:31estate. I was in real estate and I went
- 12:33to a a home open, and I started to talk to a customer as they
- 12:38walked in the door. But I can remember feeling dread
- 12:41and I can remember feeling that horrible panic feeling.
- 12:47And then when I did try to talk, it was like my words were all
- 12:51jumbled and I became nervous. And then later on I discovered I
- 12:58had suffered actually a nervous breakdown.
- 13:01And you know, I always say that's the breakthrough, the
- 13:05break through, but for you it was a little bit different.
- 13:10So one sunny day and like me, you like sunshine.
- 13:15I love you. Yeah, me too.
- 13:18That's why I spend a lot of time in Bali in winter here and I'll
- 13:22be coming to Europe hopefully too.
- 13:24By the way, this year I'm I'm hoping to visit Europe in your
- 13:30in your summer months, so. Yes, that would be great.
- 13:34Yes, we must connect. So one sunny day and you love
- 13:39the sunshine, but it wasn't so sunny for you inside because you
- 13:45were crying and you were sitting alone with tears streaming down
- 13:49your face. And you knew that you'd been
- 13:53through this relentless struggle, this crisis that had
- 13:57totally shaken you to your core. And once an optimistic person
- 14:03like I totally relate to that, like really optimistic like you
- 14:06are now today positive with the a knack of resolving issues.
- 14:12You found yourself in the clutches and realized of so much
- 14:18self doubt and in your words you talk about it as all the what
- 14:24ifs. I probably should put a trigger
- 14:27warning on this, right? Because this may trigger people,
- 14:30but the good thing is that it has a very good ending, like
- 14:36most superhero movies do. So what happened?
- 14:40Tell us about that moment, that moment where there was tears,
- 14:45but then there was clarity and you decided enough is enough.
- 14:49What happened inside you? You know it was telling the
- 14:53tears cleaning your soul and it's probably this would happen.
- 14:59I don't know. I was crying my eyes out and
- 15:03then suddenly I have a thought Enough.
- 15:06It's enough by sitting crying here it's it will not help me in
- 15:13any way. What what I need I need to help.
- 15:18I need to get out and start to looking for help and and I truly
- 15:26believe getting help, asking for help.
- 15:30It's not signs of weakness, it's a signs of your power.
- 15:36It's a signs of breakthrough. You you know you enough to be
- 15:42victim and nobody will come and help you just just out of blue.
- 15:51You need to look for this and this is when I start my personal
- 15:57development journey. This is where I went out and
- 16:01look for a coach, look for a mentor to help me to, to Get Me
- 16:07Out of here. Stop feeling victim because I'm
- 16:13very active person. I'm very happy person all the
- 16:17time and suddenly something happened to me and on that time
- 16:22I don't have that knowledge. I could not, I could not
- 16:27understand what's going on with me, why suddenly I change.
- 16:31But I think the recognition of this condition, of this
- 16:37situation, of your feelings, of your emotions, it's it's the
- 16:42first step forward. Yeah, absolutely.
- 16:46And I love what you just said about asking for help is not a
- 16:51sign of weakness. It's actually a sign of
- 16:54strength. Because I think that, you know,
- 16:57pride comes before a fall and if people are too proud to ask for
- 17:07help or their they're just bottling it up inside, it starts
- 17:12to act as triggers. And the good news is that we're
- 17:16going to talk about how to switch off those triggers.
- 17:21So that's the good news, guys. It's not all doom and gloom
- 17:23around here today because we're going to get really down into it
- 17:29about some of the greatest modalities that truly, truly
- 17:35have helped Natalia become rise and become a coach of coaches.
- 17:40A coach of entrepreneurs, a. A leading specialist in in
- 17:46empowerment and understanding that you don't have to be stuck
- 17:52in the imposter syndrome trap and allowing these crippling,
- 17:57you know, uncertain thoughts to take away from your life because
- 18:02life is so short. So under the guidance of this
- 18:08mentor, and I have to say congratulations because your
- 18:12story is so similar to mine, and why does that not surprise me?
- 18:16You, you really came up and out and you discovered a whole world
- 18:24of neuro linguistic programming hypnosis and you know a lot of
- 18:29therapeutic healing modalities that just liberated you, that
- 18:37gave you a new found knowledge, that gave you the, I guess the
- 18:42freedom to just start living a new life.
- 18:47Tell me about do you have a moment where you were, may have
- 18:51been either in a class or a session where you were going
- 18:57through a technique And I know you love the anchoring, the
- 19:02anchoring in, but can you remember what that was like when
- 19:07you first experienced that? Oh, I remember that very well.
- 19:12I remember. And it was, it was amazing.
- 19:19You know, I'm very, very analytic person.
- 19:22My mind is is built to analyse and it took me time to learn to
- 19:29trust, to trust my mentor, to trust the process and just do
- 19:37not ask how, just just concentrate that it's work, just
- 19:43believe and trust. So that was very exciting moment
- 19:48and I I was like closing my eyes and my mentor was talking to me,
- 19:54what I supposed to do, how I imagine my happy place.
- 19:59And again, I was like I was scaring.
- 20:02My happy place. When?
- 20:04When was that? When was that my happy place?
- 20:07Where is it? It took me a while actually to
- 20:11take me there, to visualize myself where I'm happy when I'm
- 20:17truly happy. And then during this session
- 20:26when the anchoring my happy place the the life change
- 20:31straight away you know and it's like in the beginning of the I
- 20:37will check I will check and every time I use my anchor it's
- 20:45I start to look at the situation from different different
- 20:49perspective and it's because I'm more calm inside myself and this
- 20:56is what I want to another people to experience.
- 21:04You don't need to make decision or on based on your emotion you
- 21:10need to look at the situation from the different perspective
- 21:14and then make your decision. So in it's give me more calm in
- 21:21my life it's give me more clarity and it's my favorite
- 21:27one. It's well, I like I love a lot
- 21:30of modalities. It is just so powerful.
- 21:33Yes, it's so powerful and it's. Yeah.
- 21:36And I'm just going to, I'm just going to trust my subconscious
- 21:39mind right here and now. But as you're talking about that
- 21:42beautiful experience, and I get it, you know, you've got,
- 21:47although I'm not so much like you would have become from a
- 21:50world of science and analysis, being a nurse and medicine, that
- 21:54kind of element. So I understand that level of
- 21:58intelligence that, you know, you obviously were in.
- 22:03And I guess that that will help people out there that are in
- 22:07that same kind of scientific mindset where facts and
- 22:12everything else and facts and figures are the thing to
- 22:15actually understand that there's something inside of all of us
- 22:19that is even above science and it's spirit.
- 22:24And I feel you were spirit LED. I I feel that that moment you
- 22:29had on that sunny day, those tears that you had that cleaned
- 22:33your soul and that moment where you then made a decision, went
- 22:38forward and stepped into your power and really anchored
- 22:43yourself into your happy place. I so, so, so get it.
- 22:47See when I did NLP my marriage had broke broken down and I had
- 22:54been with my my original husband since we were kids.
- 23:01So we were like brother and sister, in fact Siamese twins.
- 23:06So it it obviously when our marriage fell apart nobody knew.
- 23:12So there was so many people that was so shocked and I actually
- 23:18lost a lot out of that, but I I guess I could have gone down
- 23:23that path. But at the time that's when I
- 23:27discovered NLP and I remember going in like totally open
- 23:32minded. I mean we even have a joke
- 23:35around it because I'd met Ian and he I said to him I don't, I
- 23:42don't really have the money to put forward at the moment.
- 23:45I'm better off to you know, just sort of sit on it.
- 23:47He said it's OK, Job's right. I've got this and I said, you
- 23:53know, I said I'll pay him back. So I remember I I went out with
- 23:56him one night and was sitting at A at A at A at a bar and I
- 24:02pulled out a $50 note and he just got this kind of smirk on
- 24:06his face. And because every course I'd
- 24:09ever done was $50.00. So I I handed him $50 and lo and
- 24:18behold, then two months Fast forward.
- 24:23I go into this place and I think this is pretty sophisticated and
- 24:28what I didn't realize is every technique changed you.
- 24:32It changed something in your life.
- 24:35And I I made a statement that day.
- 24:39This is the part that I wanted to share here.
- 24:42Not really the the story about the $50.00 but I had said that
- 24:47I'm going to have the most dignified divorce and I refuse
- 24:55to drag my children through the mud in it like a lot of people
- 24:59do when they get people become angry and emotional and and you
- 25:05know, to be honest, I always loved my my original partner and
- 25:10even to this day I still feel that strong love for him.
- 25:16But the fact is that it wasn't right.
- 25:18It was it was really terminal and we both knew when it
- 25:24finished but unfortunately no one else did.
- 25:27So I made that statement. I'm going to have the most
- 25:31dignified divorce and it's going to be the most perfect,
- 25:36imperfect situation. And around about 10 years later,
- 25:40I'm not even joking because this is way back in 2006.
- 25:44I'm in the shopping center. I still remember.
- 25:46I'm in Kohl's and I'm walking around with my trolley.
- 25:50My teacher rings up and says, Terry, Terry, it's it's Daryl.
- 25:55I'm like, oh, wow, OK You know, it's like great to hear from
- 25:59him, but I'm in Kohl's. He goes, I need you to tell me
- 26:03that statement you made. You know, that statement you
- 26:06made when when you first broke up.
- 26:08And I'm like, this is 10 years ago.
- 26:10What? I'm going Daryl, I'm going to
- 26:13have to call you back, you know, trolley full of stuff.
- 26:17And I had time to collect myself.
- 26:22Daryl had five children and and was married.
- 26:25And when I called him back I said, OK, I told him, this is
- 26:30what I said, Daryl. But it took me a while to kind
- 26:33of remember I said, why do you need that so much?
- 26:37You rang me to find that out and I found out he was going through
- 26:41that marital break up with his wife and five children.
- 26:45And it's never easy, is it? It's never ever easy.
- 26:51So tell me, what was your favorite technique?
- 27:01It's anchoring. Anchoring.
- 27:04It's favorite is the easy one. And it's favorite one and
- 27:12favorite, I don't know. I love I'll have majority of
- 27:16them. I'll I'll I love to see how
- 27:22people life changed when I teach them what to do and how they
- 27:28using these tools. The life is change.
- 27:32It's for example, I love another one.
- 27:35It's drop through when you're dropping through your emotion
- 27:43and you're landing in the happy place and that happy place is
- 27:47staying with you as well. It's easy.
- 27:49It's all related to the happiness to the best result.
- 27:53It's it's like take it off the blockage, take it over the
- 27:59weight from our shoulders we carrying unnecessarily in our
- 28:05life. This probably, too, is the most
- 28:09my favorite one. I love that.
- 28:12Would I can I be really cheeky with you and actually put you on
- 28:16the spot? Because I mean I'm, I know our
- 28:19listeners, when it hits the podcast we'll be absolutely
- 28:24delighted. But would you like to just teach
- 28:28us like 1 Little one, like whether it's a drop through or
- 28:32an anchor and just really bring that to the audience?
- 28:36OK it's probably Anchor will be easier to do that and everyone
- 28:44who is listening now I want you to get comfortable sit down
- 28:49somewhere close your eyes and just decided we need to use some
- 29:00part of our body what is easy to reach easy to access.
- 29:05It's usually it's very easy to squeeze your fist on the time
- 29:14when I will tell you to do that and so you decide you may you
- 29:21may decided to touch your collarbone or any your ear or
- 29:27whatever you It's easy for you. But in my way it's then in my
- 29:35opinion to squeeze your feast is the easy way.
- 29:40So I want you just relax, close your eyes and just listen to me.
- 29:47We are going on the beautiful beautiful journey.
- 29:52You're going to visit your happy place.
- 29:57Just bring to your mind the place and time when you were
- 30:05happy. And when you reach that place,
- 30:13just think about your feeling on that time.
- 30:21Listen to the noises around you. See in your mind what it was,
- 30:30how beautiful it was. I don't know where is it, but
- 30:35it's you. Just be there.
- 30:38Be in that moment. Enjoy that moment, that happy
- 30:43moment in your life. And now I want to, I want you to
- 30:51dial in to multiply that feeling.
- 30:58Be there, be present, enjoy, enjoy what you see.
- 31:03It's remember your feeling. It just make it more stronger.
- 31:11And I want you to dial in a bit more and make it even more
- 31:17stronger. And if it's what you're feeling
- 31:24now, on the scale from 1:00 to 10:00, close to 10, probably
- 31:30like 9-10, just knock your head. And if you reach that point, I
- 31:38want you to actually touch the place you decided it will be.
- 31:44Your ankle. Either your ear, your way or
- 31:49your squeeze, your fist and hold it.
- 31:58Now imagine you're still there and you still feel that
- 32:08happiness. I want you to squeeze your fist
- 32:15again, really tight. Really.
- 32:20Meaning it's there, you know? This is where it's your happy
- 32:24place now. OK, Now can you open your eyes?
- 32:32Have a deep breath and let's check your trigger.
- 32:39Yes, check. Check your ankle.
- 32:42If you close your eyes and squeeze your fist, is it giving
- 32:51you happiness? Good.
- 32:53Yes, it's good. I'm glad it's worked for you.
- 32:57It is so good. That is amazing.
- 32:59And you know, I had set up an anchor many years ago which is
- 33:04on my knuckle. And when I would actually do
- 33:09this with clients in clinic, I would just, I'd always ask them
- 33:12permission. Is it OK if I touch you on your
- 33:15knuckle or maybe on your shoulder and they would say yes
- 33:20and then, you know, bringing up that space and then just
- 33:25clicking it in, But soon as you said that and then the second
- 33:29time around, Oh my gosh, so what's what's happening in our
- 33:34neuro pathways, Natalia, that that we know.
- 33:39I mean, obviously I understand about this magic, but from where
- 33:43you're, where you're sitting, do you feel it's because we're
- 33:48tapping into our coding system of our sensories or what's your
- 33:53kind of, you know, view on that? In my view it's we tapping to
- 34:01our coding, to our we all preconditioning from since we
- 34:08are children, by family by teachers like mommy told you to
- 34:13finish your food and plates should be clean.
- 34:17The teacher told you do exactly what I told you to do and no no
- 34:24thinking just follow just follow this instruction and it's went
- 34:28on and on and on with our work with our with our culture we
- 34:34have rules all the time. I'm not against the rules but
- 34:39it's preconditioning cars and when we tapping to that we we
- 34:49changing beat way of of with thinking and it's on the deep
- 34:58neurological study it's very complicated.
- 35:02If someone want to know more please listen to doctor Judy
- 35:07Spencer one of my favorite one and it's there is more
- 35:12explanation in that how our neutron is working how the our
- 35:19thoughts are very powerful and it's scientifically proved by
- 35:24the scans and a lot of studies. So when we thinking positive
- 35:31when the picture the positive situation our positive thoughts
- 35:37they created like happy Natrons in our mind and it's it's all
- 35:44there and me as I said me being very logical when you listening
- 35:49to that and then you understand it's actually physically
- 35:54happening. People can change the way they
- 35:57thinking, people can change the way they're living and some
- 36:01people can even heal themselves by the by the positive thoughts
- 36:07of that and we're not going deep into that but it does work as
- 36:15and I would suggest when you going through the using NLP
- 36:23modality do not think how just trust the process.
- 36:29You're not the first you're not the last and it's work.
- 36:33If you trust the process and it just on that mind it just empty
- 36:39your mind and just go with the flow and see what's happened.
- 36:42Nothing bad will happen to you. Only the good positive things
- 36:47will happen and your life start to change and you will notice.
- 36:52You will see how how better your life become when you actually
- 36:59get rid of that blockage in you. On that self talk, it's, you
- 37:10know, when we are, when we start, when we have our self
- 37:17talk positive way that's that's brilliant.
- 37:22But when our mindset, it's shifting more to scarcity.
- 37:30This is when we start to suffering.
- 37:32This is when we start to have imposter syndrome.
- 37:36This is when we start to have our limited beliefs affected us
- 37:41and then we start to have self doubt and then we start to fear
- 37:46or failure. Then we have procrastination
- 37:50which not helping anyone to do anything because I said OK OK I
- 37:55will do that later. It's it's affected a lot of
- 38:01places in our life but I would say just trust the process and
- 38:08if you if you need to help just asking.
- 38:13Yeah, love it. Love it.
- 38:15Let's just take a break for a minute and then we'll come back

- 38:53got a story, maybe you want to turn it into your glory.
- 38:57Go ahead and contact me because we would love to hear from you
- 39:02and make sure you bless someone with this podcast.
- 39:07Share it, subscribe, and let's wind down for the big run across
- 39:13the finishing line with my favorite question.
- 39:18Well, Natalia, you know, I had a interesting podcast some weeks
- 39:25ago with a lady who told me she was so nervous coming on board
- 39:29that she could barely eat for the few days leading up.
- 39:33I'm thinking, Oh my gosh, wow. And I asked her this question at
- 39:38the end and she told me, Terry, I'm still having revelations of
- 39:46what I would love to share. And this is what happens.
- 39:51It kind of, like, literally awakens that genius.
- 39:55But you know, if there was one thing, one thing right here that
- 40:00you could share. You could share with that woman
- 40:03that is or maybe that man who's in pain, who's suffering at the
- 40:08moment, that is really going through a situation where, you
- 40:14know, maybe their life is not so bad, but they're flooded with
- 40:19these uncertainties. They're flooded with these panic
- 40:24feelings. And, you know, they, they feel
- 40:26like they're showing up, but they feel like they're almost
- 40:29suffering from imposter syndrome.
- 40:33What would be the very thing that if we close down the show
- 40:37now and you didn't get to say it, and then you thought, oh,
- 40:41I'd love to share that. What is the one thing you would
- 40:45love to impart and share to that person who is in suffering right
- 40:52now and who is actually so worthy of their own power and
- 40:58their own life? First of all, I want to remind
- 41:03that life, it's happened for us, not to us.
- 41:10Whatever it's happened in our life, embrace and make it and
- 41:16get the lesson from that. Address that.
- 41:21If someone suffering imposter syndrome right now, I would
- 41:26suggest just have a quiet moment and think about what you
- 41:32achieve, what you achieve in your life, why, why you
- 41:38comparing yourself to someone and even comparing to someone.
- 41:43It's not too bad things. Think about someone in your
- 41:47professional life or your business who just started.
- 41:51You're ahead of them because you have knowledge and experience
- 41:56and it will be always someone ahead of you.
- 41:58And that's fine. You just sharing with people
- 42:04your experience. You have knowledge and you have
- 42:08experience. Be wise and share with people.
- 42:11Wow. That's, that's gold.
- 42:13That's gold right there. Just let that land, guys.
- 42:19Let that land. Yeah.
- 42:22And and out of the wisdom of my my own mother today she said,
- 42:26you know, you know, when we can look 10,000 years into the
- 42:31future if we could, what's really important is this, is
- 42:37this really that important? And I thought, wow, I teach this
- 42:42stuff and Mum just, you know, being the gracious, beautiful
- 42:48woman that she is, just came out with it.
- 42:50But Natalia, I just want to thank you so, so very much.
- 42:54We'll drop the links so people can be in touch with you.
- 42:58And I look forward to seeing you very soon.
- 43:01Thank you very much for having me.
- 43:03It was a pleasure to be here.
