- 0:00Speaker 1: It's the Mark Simone Show. Live from the WOR LifeVac studios. Well,
- 0:08Speaker 1: Ann Coulter, the best-selling author, the great columnist. She's also
- 0:12Speaker 1: got a big Rumble channel. You should be watching her
- 0:14Speaker 1: Rumble channel. And, of course, follow her on Twitter. And
- 0:18Speaker 1: even better, Substack. She's got podcasts and videos and all
- 0:21Speaker 1: sorts of stuff, interviews on Substack. It's anncoulter.substack.com. Ann Coulter,
- 0:27Speaker 1: how are you doing?
- 0:29Speaker 2: Fantastic. How are you, Mark Simone?
- 0:31Speaker 1: I'm good. What do you think about the midterms, Republicans?
- 0:34Speaker 1: They don't seem to have a message. What's the message?
- 0:39Speaker 2: That we promise we'll end the Iran war soon? No,
- 0:42Speaker 2: they don't really have much of a message. I mean,
- 0:44Speaker 2: they have, and Democrats give this to them, how scary
- 0:50Speaker 2: Democrats are. But they're only, I don't know, there's... There
- 0:54Speaker 2: are only so many times you can run on how
- 0:56Speaker 2: bad the other team are. There are some great things
- 0:59Speaker 2: that Trump has done, but I mean, I love him
- 1:02Speaker 2: getting rid of the DEI and the horrible things that
- 1:06Speaker 2: are said about our country from our national museums and parks,
- 1:09Speaker 2: that sort of thing, ending the open discrimination against white males.
- 1:17Speaker 2: And ICE is doing a lot of deportations. I think
- 1:21Speaker 2: we could always use more. But, you know, it's very
- 1:26Speaker 2: easy for the media to let people forget about that
- 1:31Speaker 2: by talking about Trump's obsession with putting his name on
- 1:34Speaker 2: the Kennedy Center, which really is not what we voted for.
- 1:39Speaker 2: It's all this other stuff. And his little tributes to himself,
- 1:46Speaker 2: it's not a disaster. It's not horrible. It's not like
- 1:49Speaker 2: the Iran war. But it is kind of embarrassing and juvenile,
- 1:53Speaker 2: and that's really not what we wanted Donald Trump to
- 1:56Speaker 2: be the president for.
- 1:57Speaker 1: So you're telling me that when people voted for Donald Trump,
- 2:00Speaker 1: they said, this is the kind of guy who will
- 2:02Speaker 1: never put his name on anything. This looks like a
- 2:05Speaker 1: guy without an ego. His name is on everything he
- 2:10Speaker 1: ever built.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Yes, oh my gosh, and what he's done to the
- 2:15Speaker 2: Oval Office. I look forward to the next president coming
- 2:17Speaker 2: in and removing... The gold, it looks like Liberace's lair.
- 2:24Speaker 1: No, wait, the gold was a great idea, but maybe
- 2:27Speaker 1: not every inch of every wall.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Have you seen the pictures of it? It is so,
- 2:35Speaker 2: so awful. Okay, that's not a reason to vote for
- 2:37Speaker 2: or against him.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Well, no, I like the fact that he brought back
- 2:39Speaker 1: some of those paintings. That was a great idea, but
- 2:41Speaker 1: maybe not 200 of them in one room. Maybe 20.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Yes, I'm quite sure I would trust your taste over Trump.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Well, I'm sure nobody printed out a picture of the
- 2:57Speaker 1: Oval to give to their decorator saying, can we do
- 2:59Speaker 1: something like this?
- 3:06Speaker 2: Yes, that is true. But, you know, there were enough
- 3:10Speaker 2: good things about Trump that all of that was brushed aside.
- 3:15Speaker 2: But now that he is president, I really wish he
- 3:17Speaker 2: would concentrate on presidential duties and the things we really,
- 3:21Speaker 2: really need him for that no other Republican president has done,
- 3:25Speaker 2: like enforcing immigration law, like enforcing criminal laws, like enforcing
- 3:31Speaker 2: civil rights laws, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race.
- 3:35Speaker 2: We could really use that. And it's getting to be
- 3:40Speaker 2: kind of cliche, oh, we can chew gum and walk
- 3:43Speaker 2: at the same time. No, you really can't. There's only
- 3:45Speaker 2: a certain number of hours in the day. And even
- 3:49Speaker 2: if he were doing all the great stuff and then
- 3:52Speaker 2: only spending, oh, 30 minutes on the ballroom or the
- 3:58Speaker 2: name on Kennedy Center or his picture on the passport,
- 4:01Speaker 2: the media is going to spend 90% of the time,
- 4:03Speaker 2: probably 99% of the time, talking about the frivolous things
- 4:07Speaker 2: he's wasting his time on.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Well, but every president has a hobby. Eisenhower would play golf.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Johnson would go swimming. Clinton, we know what that hobby was.
- 4:15Speaker 1: But with Trump, it's building. It's construction. That's his hobby
- 4:21Speaker 1: while he's in office.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Well, maybe after the midterms, he should resign so he
- 4:26Speaker 2: can spend more time doing the building and let Let
- 4:30Speaker 2: us have J.D. Vance for 10 years.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Hey, well, I wouldn't count on that. Hey, after 9-11,
- 4:38Speaker 1: you know, Friday, we're watching all the 9-11 reliving and
- 4:41Speaker 1: all of that. After that, it's hard to believe they
- 4:45Speaker 1: left the border open for 20 years after we went
- 4:47Speaker 1: through 9-11. They just left the border wide open. Were
- 4:51Speaker 1: we insane? Republicans and Democrats left it open.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Yes and not only that president bush that one pedal
- 4:58Speaker 2: to the metal to bring in or more muslim immigrants
- 5:02Speaker 2: to show uh... how much we love them so maybe
- 5:04Speaker 2: they won't attack us again uh... i mean by the
- 5:08Speaker 2: time george bush left office the muslim population in america
- 5:12Speaker 2: had had doubled i'm not taking that that they should
- 5:16Speaker 2: be persecuted but why would you do that we don't
- 5:20Speaker 2: really need anymore people uh... And I might add that
- 5:25Speaker 2: the Muslim immigrants we got back in the 90s were
- 5:31Speaker 2: probably exclusively well-educated. They were doctors and engineers. And no,
- 5:40Speaker 2: recently it's been more the third world of all sorts
- 5:45Speaker 2: of religions and ethnicities. Just, you know, as long as
- 5:49Speaker 2: your ancestors didn't invent the wheel, welcome, welcome.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's not just us. You were in Europe
- 5:55Speaker 1: this summer. Europeans are a minority now in Europe, aren't they?
- 6:02Speaker 2: I'm glad you asked. No, we are so much further
- 6:04Speaker 2: gone than they are. Even in England, which is one
- 6:09Speaker 2: of the worst, it's still about 85% white British. Same
- 6:14Speaker 2: thing with the rest of Europe. I mean, it used
- 6:17Speaker 2: to be 98% white European in Europe. in Western Europe. So, yeah,
- 6:26Speaker 2: they brought in a lot, but we're 56% white American.
- 6:31Speaker 2: I mean, you see these little areas where third world
- 6:36Speaker 2: immigrants will, they form ghettos and they all live in
- 6:39Speaker 2: the same towns together. So, yeah, they'll take over town
- 6:42Speaker 2: squares and it's heartbreaking to see these beautiful British towns
- 6:45Speaker 2: with angry chanting Muslims in them. But it's a tiny
- 6:50Speaker 2: percentage of their population, especially compared to us.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Hey, Ann Coulter, I was looking at your Twitter. Are
- 6:57Speaker 1: you defending these flock cameras, these surveillance cameras everywhere?
- 7:02Speaker 2: Ferociously, yes. Why? Well, because I think people are being
- 7:10Speaker 2: hysterical about this. We're already on camera every place. Walk
- 7:14Speaker 2: into a Walmart store. Look at all these crimes that
- 7:17Speaker 2: have been caught. You know, Brian Kohlberger, the guy who
- 7:20Speaker 2: killed all those Iowa students, he was caught 100% because
- 7:25Speaker 2: his car got caught on, luckily, neighbor's cameras. Same thing
- 7:32Speaker 2: with the shooter of Charlie Kirk. Same thing with all
- 7:34Speaker 2: sorts of crimes. They're catching kidnappers. And one, not as
- 7:40Speaker 2: important in the criminal area, but, you know, these poor
- 7:42Speaker 2: dementia patients wander off. uh... get in a car drive
- 7:46Speaker 2: someplace the family's going crazy they found dementia patients that
- 7:50Speaker 2: way and we're already on camera here on camera all
- 7:56Speaker 2: over the place uh... unfortunately dot b you know you
- 8:01Speaker 2: probably don't have to worry in new york because it
- 8:03Speaker 2: will be uh... the people have to make sure the
- 8:05Speaker 2: cameras are running our people who work for the new
- 8:08Speaker 2: york city government so they will never ever be working
- 8:11Speaker 2: well So you're fully safe here. You only have to
- 8:14Speaker 2: worry about the ring cameras in New York.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Yeah, but flock cameras, first of all, it makes it
- 8:18Speaker 1: tougher for speeding. That's a problem. We don't want that,
- 8:23Speaker 1: do we?
- 8:26Speaker 2: I thought some courts had ruled that that was illegal
- 8:28Speaker 2: because there wasn't a person there. Anyway, no, we don't
- 8:33Speaker 2: want it for stupid stuff, and this is always how
- 8:36Speaker 2: liberals will try to wreck excellent technology. No, it's not
- 8:39Speaker 2: supposed to be used to prove... You know, so that
- 8:43Speaker 2: they can impose even greater property taxes or income taxes
- 8:49Speaker 2: or for speeding. This is supposed to be used for crime.
- 8:52Speaker 1: So our crazy Mayor Mamdani, he's got this Vision Zero.
- 8:56Speaker 1: He wants more bike lanes, more pedestrian malls in the
- 9:01Speaker 1: middle of New York City. What is it with these
- 9:02Speaker 1: Democrats and their war on the roads, on streets, on cars?
- 9:09Speaker 2: It is very strange. It seems to be... I mean,
- 9:15Speaker 2: their love for public transportation just seems so... And New
- 9:20Speaker 2: York City subways, when you don't have to worry about
- 9:23Speaker 2: being pushed on the tracks or raped or mugged or robbed,
- 9:27Speaker 2: they do run fast or catching leprosy from these disgusting subways.
- 9:34Speaker 2: But they do move fast, so that's great. But... I
- 9:39Speaker 2: think they just hate the American individualism of being able
- 9:42Speaker 2: to drive in your own car, listen to your own music,
- 9:46Speaker 2: go in the direction you want to go in. No,
- 9:50Speaker 2: they want us all gathered together, going the same way,
- 9:55Speaker 2: facing the same way. You'll all pile into and the
- 9:58Speaker 2: government will control everything. where you go and how fast
- 10:02Speaker 2: you go. I mean, I guess that isn't true with
- 10:04Speaker 2: the bikes, but it's not turning out to be the
- 10:07Speaker 2: utopia I think leftists thought it would be. Not with
- 10:10Speaker 2: these motorized bikes. The accidents and the deaths from that,
- 10:15Speaker 2: I mean, terrifying crossing the street. Yeah.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Well, they said it was to stop car accidents, but
- 10:20Speaker 1: you're right. The bike accidents are much more than the
- 10:22Speaker 1: car accidents. And start giving out tickets to the bikes.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Start regulating them. Make them get licensed. You're right.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Yes, they clearly do not do that. Bikes going absurdly fast,
- 10:35Speaker 2: faster than cars. Very difficult if you're riding your bike
- 10:38Speaker 2: for fun, as I sometimes do in Central Park.
- 10:42Speaker 1: You?
- 10:42Speaker 2: I mean, it's really death to.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
- 10:44Speaker 2: Oh, okay. It's death-defying, these scooters and bikes going faster
- 10:51Speaker 2: than motorcycles. And, yeah, I suppose there's some law someplace
- 10:56Speaker 2: that makes that illegal, but they're not enforcing the murder laws.
- 11:00Speaker 2: They're certainly not going to enforce, apparently, the speeding laws
- 11:06Speaker 2: for these motorized bikes.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Well, we're out of time, but Ann Coulter, great stuff. Hey,
- 11:10Speaker 1: check out her Rumble channel. Ann Coulter on Rumble, a
- 11:14Speaker 1: whole channel of stuff, and you've got something new coming
- 11:16Speaker 1: out tomorrow?
- 11:18Speaker 2: Yes, that'll be the Rumble video, and I have a
- 11:23Speaker 2: column going up shortly on this hysteria over artificial intelligence,
- 11:27Speaker 2: which is a total scam, and don't fall for it.
- 11:30Speaker 1: All right, everybody check that out. Go to Ann Coulter
- 11:32Speaker 1: on Twitter. Follow her on Substack, anncoulter.substack.com. Ann Coulter, thanks
- 11:38Speaker 1: for being with us.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Good to talk to you, Mark Simone. Bye-bye.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Take care. Hey, don't forget, coming up at noon, Buck Saxton,
- 11:46Speaker 1: Clay Travis. And don't forget, I'm here three hours every day.
- 11:50Speaker 1: It's a three-hour show now. It's 9 to noon every day.
- 11:54Speaker 1: And then, of course, before me, 6 to 9, you
- 11:56Speaker 1: got Curtis Lewa, Larry Menti, every morning here on 710WOR.
