- 0:06Speaker 2: This is Houston.
- 0:06Speaker 3: We are going tom on five four three two one,
- 0:18Speaker 3: Grace X RADI what we need right now is a
- 0:22Speaker 3: clear message to the people of this country. This message
- 0:26Speaker 3: must be read in every newspaper, heard on every radio scene,
- 0:29Speaker 3: on every television.
- 0:30Speaker 4: This message must resound throughout the entire and no, your.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Host, I believe this is going to be our finest Doyle.
- 0:56Speaker 5: Is it you or the Dagos? I don't think it
- 0:59Speaker 5: is because it's Taco Tuesday. It's never too early or
- 1:06Speaker 5: too late for tacos. I do believe, in fact, I
- 1:11Speaker 5: think it's part of a well balanced diet. Good afternoon,
- 1:16Speaker 5: Welcome to Chris X Radio. I'm the aforementioned X man.
- 1:20Speaker 5: Glad to have you here with us as we, of
- 1:22Speaker 5: course have assumed the airwaves. Going to try to maintain
- 1:25Speaker 5: control of these airwaves for the next two hours. As
- 1:28Speaker 5: we come bearing that gift beyond price, that is almost free.
- 1:31Speaker 5: Ladies and gentlemen, we bring you the spirit of talk radio.
- 1:35Speaker 5: We got a lot lined up here for your Taco Tuesday.
- 1:38Speaker 5: Coming up at the bottom of the hour, we have
- 1:39Speaker 5: Andy Kahn, director of Victim Services and Advocacy at Crime
- 1:43Speaker 5: Stoppers of Houston, he's been. I remember back in the day,
- 1:48Speaker 5: and I'll ask Candy about this. Back in the old
- 1:50Speaker 5: days when he just went on the lowly Chris X
- 1:52Speaker 5: radio show and none of the other media would have
- 1:55Speaker 5: him on. But he's on like khou Chow eleven. He's
- 1:58Speaker 5: on Fox twenty six every week with Breaking Bond. He's
- 2:03Speaker 5: he's hit the big time. He's on the Lieutenant Dan podcast.
- 2:07Speaker 5: That's right, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick. He's on his podcast.
- 2:12Speaker 5: So I'm glad to see that everyone else has gotten
- 2:15Speaker 5: the message that Andy Kahn needs to be a part
- 2:18Speaker 5: of their program, which means I don't have them on
- 2:20Speaker 5: as regularly as I used to.
- 2:22Speaker 6: Now.
- 2:22Speaker 5: I like Andy, but I've been interviewing Andy for twenty
- 2:25Speaker 5: five years on the radio. He's been a victim's advocate
- 2:28Speaker 5: for over thirty years. Unfortunately, society has not really gotten better.
- 2:36Speaker 5: It does do a certain degree, but then in other
- 2:39Speaker 5: ways it has gotten a whole lot worse, especially when
- 2:41Speaker 5: it comes to leniency towards criminals. These judges keep giving
- 2:46Speaker 5: these stupid get out of jail free card bonds and
- 2:48Speaker 5: people keep running away. I know it's weird you give
- 2:51Speaker 5: dangerous criminals to get out of you know, a bail,
- 2:55Speaker 5: a pr bond if you will, so they don't have
- 2:58Speaker 5: to really pay anything and they just do hear and
- 3:01Speaker 5: then the other they set other people's This story is
- 3:06Speaker 5: not funny at all. There's a suspect that has been
- 3:08Speaker 5: charged into deadly fire of the Cypress Wood apartments that
- 3:12Speaker 5: apparently he got in an argument with his family. He
- 3:15Speaker 5: set the apartment complex on fire, injured people, killed his brother,
- 3:19Speaker 5: and then, according to conditions of his bond, which I
- 3:24Speaker 5: don't know if he's posted it yet, he's not allowed
- 3:26Speaker 5: to have a lighter or matches. Well, that'll be well,
- 3:30Speaker 5: that'll clearly solve it. We'll talk with Andy Khn coming
- 3:38Speaker 5: up here at the bottom of the hour. So we
- 3:40Speaker 5: got that going on. As I mentioned, it is Taco Tuesday.
- 3:43Speaker 5: We haven't really played our taco song in a while.
- 3:45Speaker 5: I think we should play it because it's.
- 3:47Speaker 7: Just fun and tacos.
- 3:52Speaker 5: Tacos. No need ask why I could just do the
- 3:58Speaker 5: the old version without the light and jail flips.
- 4:03Speaker 8: In Vato.
- 4:05Speaker 5: Oh yes, who knew we'd get rid of Beato and
- 4:13Speaker 5: get a gay version of Let's get It.
- 4:30Speaker 9: I like this park as you as the breakfast Tacos
- 4:33Speaker 9: here in San.
- 4:34Speaker 5: Antonio, because remember with doctor Jill Biden called San Antonians
- 4:39Speaker 5: breakfast tagos, show Hispanics.
- 4:43Speaker 7: Cheez cheez, cheez cheez, it's rain.
- 4:46Speaker 5: And let's get if you really rained tacos? Would you
- 4:50Speaker 5: stand outside of your mouth open?
- 4:54Speaker 10: I'm in quadway.
- 5:15Speaker 8: Now.
- 5:15Speaker 5: I don't want to beat up trans Loaf too bad,
- 5:17Speaker 5: but I think trans Loaf has had.
- 5:18Speaker 7: Some talking several times.
- 5:21Speaker 11: Didn't win, but he didn't run, and then he sounds
- 5:24Speaker 11: like a sweet guy songwriter.
- 5:26Speaker 7: And then I write my own books.
- 5:27Speaker 5: Well, he's a songwriter. Did was Did he write Meatloaf songs?
- 5:32Speaker 5: The dude looks just like meat Loaf, but he's trans Loaf.
- 5:35Speaker 5: So he's a songwriter and he's written books, and he's
- 5:38Speaker 5: ran for Robinson and he didn't win, and I don't
- 5:40Speaker 5: think he's going to win this time either. So there
- 5:42Speaker 5: you have it, all right, welcome to the program. I'm
- 5:45Speaker 5: glad to have you here on your Taco Tuesday edition.
- 5:47Speaker 8: It is.
- 5:50Speaker 5: Well, it's all at war apparently with Iran, as the
- 5:53Speaker 5: Iranian president says, the country is at full scale war
- 5:56Speaker 5: with the United States. Were they ever really not at
- 6:01Speaker 5: war with us? Since we invaded them? I mean I think,
- 6:04Speaker 5: you know what, in all fairness, we did invade their country,
- 6:09Speaker 5: We did bomb them. Now, sure they wanted us dead
- 6:11Speaker 5: and they want Israel wiped off the map. Yeah, there's that.
- 6:14Speaker 5: And they were working towards getting a nuclear weapon in
- 6:16Speaker 5: order to bomb us and get rid of us and
- 6:19Speaker 5: knock us off the map. So there is that. But
- 6:22Speaker 5: now they're oh man, they're at war with us, full
- 6:25Speaker 5: scale war. Wonder how long this will last? I guess
- 6:28Speaker 5: we shall see. The testimony is underway in the preliminary
- 6:34Speaker 5: hearing for singer d V four D that he murdered
- 6:38Speaker 5: a fourteen year old girl. So he's a sort of
- 6:42Speaker 5: want to be rapper, but I think he is a rapper.
- 6:44Speaker 5: And he was messing around with a fourteen year old girl,
- 6:47Speaker 5: which means he had sex with her and then decided
- 6:49Speaker 5: he wanted to shut her up, so he murdered her
- 6:51Speaker 5: and left her in a car, a tesla. So there's that, okay,
- 6:56Speaker 5: So anyway that was going on also well, the top
- 7:00Speaker 5: media networks have now been put on notice after refusing
- 7:04Speaker 5: to air Donald Trump's primetime address last week. He is
- 7:08Speaker 5: the president. Representative Buddy Carter, a Republican out of Georgia's
- 7:14Speaker 5: asking the FCC to review ABC, NBCCBS and their broadcast
- 7:19Speaker 5: decisions for their networks to not air or decline to
- 7:23Speaker 5: air or cut away from President Trump's July sixteenth primetime address.
- 7:29Speaker 5: So we'll get on to that as well. I mean,
- 7:32Speaker 5: I don't know why anyone would ever say that they're
- 7:37Speaker 5: nothing more than leftist propaganda. I mean, we all heard
- 7:39Speaker 5: this after twenty twenty twenty election.
- 7:41Speaker 7: The most secure in American history.
- 7:43Speaker 12: Most secure election in American history, the most secure in
- 7:47Speaker 12: American history, most secure election in American history.
- 7:50Speaker 13: Most secure election in American history.
- 7:53Speaker 12: The most secure in American.
- 7:54Speaker 14: History, most secure election in American history. Is that's the
- 7:58Speaker 14: most secure election we've ever seen. Linas election, the safest election,
- 8:01Speaker 14: the most secure election one.
- 8:03Speaker 15: Most secure election in American history.
- 8:06Speaker 14: The most secure election in American history.
- 8:08Speaker 12: The most secure in history.
- 8:10Speaker 7: Was the most secure election.
- 8:11Speaker 16: Are the most secure election in American history.
- 8:16Speaker 12: This is the most secure election in American.
- 8:17Speaker 14: History, the most secure in US history. Is in fact,
- 8:20Speaker 14: this was the most secure election.
- 8:22Speaker 5: Yeah, this was the most secure election in history.
- 8:24Speaker 15: The most secure or the most secure election in American history,
- 8:29Speaker 15: the most secure election in history, most secure election history.
- 8:34Speaker 14: Most secure election in our history, safest and most secure
- 8:38Speaker 14: election in our history, This most secure election we have
- 8:41Speaker 14: ever had, the most secure in American history, the most
- 8:44Speaker 14: secure secure American history, most secure election in American history.
- 8:49Speaker 12: Most secure election in American history.
- 8:51Speaker 5: The most secure election in American history.
- 8:53Speaker 12: The most secure election that we've had, the safest.
- 8:55Speaker 7: Most secure elections in American history. It was the most
- 8:58Speaker 7: secure election in the history.
- 9:00Speaker 4: Of the country, the most secure in our history, most
- 9:03Speaker 4: secure election of our lifetime.
- 9:05Speaker 17: The most secure election ever, the twenty twenty election, the.
- 9:08Speaker 18: Safest, most secure election in recent history.
- 9:11Speaker 19: Can you honestly tell me in all the states that
- 9:15Speaker 19: no ballots from people that already deceased were not filled
- 9:19Speaker 19: out in Senate.
- 9:19Speaker 12: This was the most secure election in American history.
- 9:23Speaker 5: You know how you know it wasn't. The most secure
- 9:25Speaker 5: election in American history. Is the lamestream media told you
- 9:31Speaker 5: constantly it was the safest and most secure election in
- 9:35Speaker 5: American history, over and over and over it, and anyone
- 9:40Speaker 5: who dared question it was called a conspiracy theorist. Some
- 9:44Speaker 5: were thrown in jail. Some were oh you throw in jail?
- 9:48Speaker 5: You said, oh yeah, yeah, Katherin Ingobret Scott Phillips, remember them.
- 9:51Speaker 5: They actually provided data, geolocation data from cell phones that
- 9:55Speaker 5: showed that it wasn't and.
- 9:57Speaker 20: No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 10:00Speaker 5: We got thrown in jail. Why why did they get
- 10:03Speaker 5: thrown in jail? Well, just for the midterms, to make
- 10:06Speaker 5: sure they weren't allowed to do it again, to expose
- 10:10Speaker 5: the cheating machines that goes on in our country that
- 10:14Speaker 5: the Democrats are lockstep against making sure we do anything
- 10:18Speaker 5: to address it. It's funny because when Donald Trump won
- 10:21Speaker 5: in twenty sixteen, the Democrats were all saying the Russians
- 10:24Speaker 5: did it. There was meddling in our election. That's the
- 10:26Speaker 5: only way Donald Trump was an illegitimate president. They said
- 10:30Speaker 5: it over and over and over again, and then in
- 10:33Speaker 5: twenty twenty it was the most secure, safest election. It's
- 10:38Speaker 5: almost as though they're nothing but left wing propaganda. But
- 10:42Speaker 5: then again, they're nothing but left wing propaganda, all right.
- 10:46Speaker 5: So James Tallafrico tries and fails pandering to black voters.
- 10:50Speaker 5: He did this some sort of town event, some kind
- 10:56Speaker 5: of event that was catering to people of color, which
- 10:59Speaker 5: was not just people but people of color, because white
- 11:02Speaker 5: people only have white color, but everybody else has color,
- 11:06Speaker 5: and boy, he got lit up by at least one
- 11:09Speaker 5: lady in the audience. Imagine you've probably heard the audio.
- 11:11Speaker 5: I don't really need to play that for you. I
- 11:13Speaker 5: generally am not a fan of people interrupting, you know,
- 11:17Speaker 5: politicians or people when they speak. But when you got
- 11:19Speaker 5: this phony dude up there trying to parade as a moderate,
- 11:25Speaker 5: trying to speak to his neighbors with the uterus, I
- 11:27Speaker 5: guess or it just goes on and on and on.
- 11:30Speaker 5: I mean, we could play the tellfree cod greatest hits,
- 11:33Speaker 5: but his non binary god or his trans children, and
- 11:37Speaker 5: he loves the trans children. He fanboys over the trans
- 11:40Speaker 5: podcast host. Well, he's made one large mistake being a
- 11:45Speaker 5: Democrat candidate. Unfortunately for him, they sort of made sure
- 11:52Speaker 5: they stacked the deck against Jasmine Crockett and sister Girl
- 11:56Speaker 5: was having none of it. In fact, she's still having
- 11:59Speaker 5: none of it. And unfortunately that's not really helping mister
- 12:02Speaker 5: Tallafrico in the black community. Even now, our own homegirl,
- 12:07Speaker 5: Joelanda Jones, Democrat right here in Texas, she revealed the
- 12:12Speaker 5: Tallafrico campaign is giving out money to white go TV.
- 12:17Speaker 5: Oh wait, these organizations and white infrastructure and Hispanic infrastructure,
- 12:24Speaker 5: but he's not giving it to black infrastructure. The Democrat
- 12:28Speaker 5: Party is well, as much money is going to pour
- 12:32Speaker 5: into his campaign, they are in the They're in the
- 12:35Speaker 5: midst of a civil war on their own because Jasmine
- 12:41Speaker 5: is not getting out on the campaign trail for James Talafrico.
- 12:45Speaker 5: I love the trans children, and obviously Joelanda Jones is
- 12:50Speaker 5: not getting out on board. And this woman at the
- 12:52Speaker 5: town hall was not. She said, you don't come out
- 12:55Speaker 5: here and do this and then take off and don't
- 12:56Speaker 5: answer any questions. And he tried to have a conversation.
- 13:00Speaker 5: Spoiler alert, it didn't go well. So we get into
- 13:03Speaker 5: that today. Tropic Storm Bertha has formed in the Eastern
- 13:05Speaker 5: Gulf last night. It's forecasted to slowly push closer to Louisiana,
- 13:11Speaker 5: with potential landfall there late Wednesday. It's gonna head this direction,
- 13:17Speaker 5: but it doesn't look like it's gonna hit us. Really,
- 13:20Speaker 5: they're saying, chances are we're probably we may get a
- 13:23Speaker 5: couple of showers, but that's probably it. There's no rain
- 13:25Speaker 5: really expected. All we're looking at is a couple of
- 13:28Speaker 5: days of serious heat over the next couple of days
- 13:32Speaker 5: Wednesday and Thursday, it's gonna be hot here in Houston,
- 13:35Speaker 5: so they want people to stay well hydrated and take
- 13:37Speaker 5: frequent breaks if you're gonna be outside. But it looks
- 13:40Speaker 5: like small chants of storms but peak at temperatures around
- 13:47Speaker 5: one hundred and four degrees in the Houston area. There
- 13:50Speaker 5: is a chance of scattered tropical downpourse Thursday or Friday
- 13:53Speaker 5: from whatever remains of Bertha. But it doesn't look like
- 13:56Speaker 5: it's gonna be an issue for us. For all of
- 13:58Speaker 5: you that's stocked up on toilet papers this time, just
- 14:01Speaker 5: hang on to it. Trust me, you'll need it and
- 14:05Speaker 5: then you can get to it later. President Trump has
- 14:08Speaker 5: opposed imposed a fifty percent duty on variety of Canadian goods,
- 14:14Speaker 5: including alcohol, dairy products, hockey sticks, and many others. We
- 14:18Speaker 5: can talk about that. It was right after he met
- 14:19Speaker 5: with the new guy, so we can get into that
- 14:23Speaker 5: as well. Let's go ahead and take a break. You're
- 14:24Speaker 5: listening to Chris X Radio. We're just getting started. We'll
- 14:27Speaker 5: hit on a couple of things and then we'll pick
- 14:28Speaker 5: up with our guest, Andy Kahn. He is the director
- 14:32Speaker 5: of Victim Services and Adcacy at Crime Stoppers of Houston.
- 14:35Speaker 5: I always enjoy my conversations with Andy Cohn. He's always
- 14:40Speaker 5: he's a great guy. He's one of the few people
- 14:42Speaker 5: in the country that works on behalf of victims, the
- 14:44Speaker 5: only unwilling participant in crime. They get such little help
- 14:52Speaker 5: from everybody, and that includes the entirety of the Democrat Party.
- 14:55Speaker 5: The entirety of the Democrat Party. They seem to hate victims.
- 14:59Speaker 5: How dare you come forward and talk about your rights
- 15:01Speaker 5: being violated? How dare you do this? We're gonna bend
- 15:05Speaker 5: over and stack the deck. Well, we're gonna bend you
- 15:08Speaker 5: over and stack the deck against you. It's very sad,
- 15:13Speaker 5: and we're really at a said sad time. All right,

- 17:20Speaker 25: Are you thinking about a cash out refinance? Hi, it's
- 17:23Speaker 25: Kathy from Baker Mortgage. A cash out refinance can get
- 17:26Speaker 25: you back in your comfort zone. And that's what it's
- 17:29Speaker 25: all about. A recent client who closed with us had
- 17:32Speaker 25: his payment go up about three hundred dollars, but his
- 17:35Speaker 25: monthly outgo was being reduced by twelve hundred, so giving
- 17:39Speaker 25: him a net positive cash flow of nine hundred dollars.
- 17:42Speaker 25: It's not about adding debt, but restructuring it in a
- 17:45Speaker 25: way that makes sense. And this math totally makes sense.
- 17:48Speaker 25: And please don't sweat it. If your interest rate is
- 17:51Speaker 25: going up a little, or if you're extending the term,

- 19:04Speaker 5: tacos on Taco Tuesday? You know what, I don't even honestly,
- 19:08Speaker 5: I don't really eat tacos very often, but it doesn't
- 19:11Speaker 5: mean I won't have Tex Mex m go get some
- 19:14Speaker 5: fajetas or maybe even a burrito. I like chewies Man.
- 19:18Speaker 5: Chewiese has those big, huge burritos they put queso all

- 19:42Speaker 5: they have the creamyjalapeno sauce. Oh my god, that is
- 19:45Speaker 5: so good. I like the what is it? Of course
- 19:50Speaker 5: the sauce that they use a gringos as good as well,
- 19:53Speaker 5: but they're just blown away. They're like, wait, you've already
- 19:55Speaker 5: brought us these chips and the salsa, and then you
- 19:57Speaker 5: keep refilling our drinks and it's you're not charging as extra.
- 20:00Speaker 5: What is going on? America is the greatest country that
- 20:04Speaker 5: ever existed. But the Democrats they just hated. They they're
- 20:10Speaker 5: too busy. I'm a shee melting down. Trans people melting
- 20:15Speaker 5: down over being misgendered because they were properly gendered by
- 20:19Speaker 5: the police that were called on them for melting down
- 20:21Speaker 5: because you saw a dude that looks like meat loaf
- 20:24Speaker 5: and you called him a dude. Now, the guy for
- 20:26Speaker 5: the trans love guy running for you know, main Democrat primer.
- 20:30Speaker 5: That guy, he actually seems like sweet guy. But the
- 20:33Speaker 5: one melting down that went viral on social media, oh
- 20:36Speaker 5: dear lord, he wasn't a sweet guy. He was very
- 20:39Speaker 5: angry and he was so mad when the cop was
- 20:43Speaker 5: calling in backup and referred to him as a he,
- 20:47Speaker 5: it's a she. This reminds me of the Remember the
- 20:50Speaker 5: guy melting down in the store. He probably looked about six'.
- 20:54Speaker 5: Five he's a, big blonde haired. Dude he was clearly a,
- 20:58Speaker 5: dude and the guy behind him in line kept calling him,
- 21:01Speaker 5: sir it's. Ma'am i'm a. Mam if you get that
- 21:07Speaker 5: mad over whatever someone calls, you you've got to it's your,
- 21:10Speaker 5: problem not. SOCIETY'S i literally was on the phone years
- 21:17Speaker 5: ago and it was somebody about customer, service and the
- 21:21Speaker 5: person it was a, girl woman on the. PHONE i,
- 21:23Speaker 5: believe a woman on the phone who kept saying ma'm or,
- 21:25Speaker 5: sir whatever the case may, be because she couldn't determine
- 21:29Speaker 5: my voice WHETHER i was a mail or. Not and
- 21:35Speaker 5: when you're calling for customer service and you get that
- 21:38Speaker 5: over and over, again it's kind of. FUNNY i, WAS
- 21:41Speaker 5: i was, angry BECAUSE i wanted, to you, know whatever the.
- 21:43Speaker 5: CASE i don't even remember what it was, now but
- 21:45Speaker 5: Just i'm, sorry ma'm or, sir whatever the case may.
- 21:48Speaker 5: Be and after about the fifth, TIME i was, like
- 21:50Speaker 5: are you doing this on? Purpose AND i never ONCEED i,
- 21:53Speaker 5: Go i'm a ma'am Cause i'm a mam on my,
- 21:58Speaker 5: own my, own my. Own nor DID i say WAS
- 22:04Speaker 5: i a. SIR i just let the person keep saying
- 22:07Speaker 5: it BECAUSE i didn't want them to. Know at that,
- 22:08Speaker 5: POINT i, WELL i guess they weren't misgendering. Me they
- 22:14Speaker 5: were making SURE i was, covered whatever the case may.
- 22:16Speaker 5: BE i wonder if that's acceptable terminology now. Anyway oh
- 22:24Speaker 5: by the, way coming up here in the next, segment
- 22:25Speaker 5: we're gonna catch up With andy Conn he's the director
- 22:27Speaker 5: Of Victims services And advocacy A Crime Stoppers. Houston there's more,
- 22:33Speaker 5: LUNACY i guess taking place here In Harris county And.
- 22:35Speaker 5: Houston with the judicial, system it seems to be about
- 22:39Speaker 5: everything other than. Justice it doesn't make any sense. Anymore
- 22:46Speaker 5: look at, that people already hung up on us before
- 22:48Speaker 5: we even get the caller on the. Line we'll look at.

- 23:22Speaker 5: the MAPS i guess are the the computer advisory keeps
- 23:25Speaker 5: sending them but. Here but that's gonna be Like thursday Or.
- 23:28Speaker 5: Friday but until, then we've got really hot days that
- 23:32Speaker 5: are saying that we're gonna say we're gonna use the
- 23:34Speaker 5: maximum we've ever used the. Most we're gonna break the
- 23:37Speaker 5: record on the. Grid SO i was, saying oh my,
- 23:39Speaker 5: god grid. Issues and then they, said but the grid
- 23:42Speaker 5: seems to have plenty of. Capacity we're gonna be fine
- 23:44Speaker 5: because of the upgrades they. Did so watch for grid
- 23:48Speaker 5: freaker outers coming up here very. Soon but we'll see
- 23:52Speaker 5: the grid should have the, capacity should. Handle it reminds

- 29:07Speaker 17: Again you bet my. Pleasure, chris tell me what's going
- 29:11Speaker 17: on in the.
- 29:11Speaker 5: World, well there's a lot going, on you, KNOW i
- 29:14Speaker 5: remember the old. Days we'll just step back a few
- 29:16Speaker 5: years back when the only program that was having poor
- 29:19Speaker 5: Lowly Andy kahn on Was CHRIS X radio here on
- 29:22Speaker 5: seven HUNDRED. Amkcv and those days have changed, dramastic dramatically
- 29:28Speaker 5: and crazily because now not only are you being picked
- 29:31Speaker 5: up every week On fox twenty six with your breaking bond,
- 29:34Speaker 5: segments you're going on the other news. Outlets even The
- 29:37Speaker 5: Lieutenant governor with The Lieutenant dan's podcast has been smart
- 29:40Speaker 5: enough to have you on and get your expertise regarding
- 29:43Speaker 5: crime because there's really not a better source of information
- 29:47Speaker 5: regarding the insanity that is the crime, situation not knowing
- 29:51Speaker 5: the world but here In Harris county, Especially and there's
- 29:53Speaker 5: a STORY i saw you post about it earlier today
- 29:56Speaker 5: on social. Media this guy set a fire over at
- 29:59Speaker 5: the cybers would have apartments and ended up killing his
- 30:02Speaker 5: brother and wounding some other. People was a terrible. Situation,
- 30:06Speaker 5: now conditions of his bond apparently are he's not allowed
- 30:10Speaker 5: to have a lighter or. Matches Uh, andy is this
- 30:14Speaker 5: a real?
- 30:14Speaker 17: Story it, Is but let me tell, You, chris you
- 30:19Speaker 17: have a three year old little boy that has ninety
- 30:22Speaker 17: five percent burns and is Now enshriner's hospital as a
- 30:28Speaker 17: result of what this defendant. Did i'm not going to
- 30:32Speaker 17: use the word, allegedly because he did this that is absolutely.
- 30:38Speaker 17: Horrific the carnage that one person could. Cost and In
- 30:43Speaker 17: april of twenty six he picked up five charges In Jasper.
- 30:49Speaker 17: County he led authorities law enforcement on a four county
- 30:55Speaker 17: chase through four different counties and then he turned and
- 31:00Speaker 17: he rammed his car into a police vehicle and he
- 31:04Speaker 17: ends up getting charged with aggravator to assault on a police,
- 31:08Speaker 17: officer auto, set evading, arrest daily deadly, conduct and unlostly
- 31:15Speaker 17: carrying a. Weapon so that's five. Charges on those five,
- 31:18Speaker 17: charges he was giving a total bond of one hundred thousand,
- 31:23Speaker 17: dollars which he posted In Jasper county In. May so
- 31:27Speaker 17: he's now out on five bonds Since. May back In Harris,
- 31:32Speaker 17: county now he's charged with murder arson AND i truly
- 31:37Speaker 17: hope there's a reason we have the death penalty in
- 31:40Speaker 17: the state Of, texas And Matthew atwater just jumped to
- 31:46Speaker 17: the top of the list for.
- 31:47Speaker 5: Me you, Know, andy the story as you have dug
- 31:52Speaker 5: into it turns out this isn't a one time. Offender
- 31:54Speaker 5: this is a guy that should have been locked, up
- 31:56Speaker 5: which is something that you deal with on an unfortunately
- 31:59Speaker 5: far too. Often but this, guy This Matthew attwater guy
- 32:03Speaker 5: apparently got in some sort of argument with his, family
- 32:06Speaker 5: so then he just started WITH i guess his brother
- 32:08Speaker 5: and his, MOM i. Guess so then he left and
- 32:10Speaker 5: came back and then set the apartment complex it was
- 32:12Speaker 5: The cypresswood apartments over there AT i guess Cypress wood
- 32:16Speaker 5: Near kirkandahl and set him on fire AROUND i guess
- 32:19Speaker 5: it was around one thirty am in the. Morning it
- 32:21Speaker 5: ended up killing his brother and seriously wounding this, child
- 32:25Speaker 5: and the judge somehow still decided after the other five bond,
- 32:30Speaker 5: violations have they decided to offer this guy bond as?
- 32:34Speaker 5: Well and did he get a pr bond or at
- 32:35Speaker 5: least he said one hundred? Thousand what's his?
- 32:38Speaker 17: Bond, well you, know basically the, magistrate you, know had
- 32:43Speaker 17: to put some sort of bond because right now The
- 32:46Speaker 17: District attorney's office and right rightfully, so has requested a
- 32:50Speaker 17: null bomb. Hearing but until then you had to put
- 32:53Speaker 17: down on. Paper SO i just thought it was just comically.
- 32:57Speaker 17: Funny i've seen a lot of strange bond can. Do
- 33:00Speaker 17: but to put a condition on someone, that let's just hypothetically,
- 33:05Speaker 17: say if he was ever to be, released which really
- 33:09Speaker 17: he's not gonna get on, bond that he can't have,
- 33:12Speaker 17: matches all, lighters or any piro. EQUIPMENT i just literally
- 33:17Speaker 17: burst out laugh and, go how are you going to enforce?
- 33:19Speaker 17: That who's Gonna is there some sort of secret match
- 33:23Speaker 17: police that goes around checking to see if people are
- 33:25Speaker 17: on bond who aren't supposed to have matches or. LIGHTERS i,
- 33:29Speaker 17: just you, know sometimes you got to laugh at the
- 33:32Speaker 17: absurdity of the whole, situation and this certainly was one
- 33:35Speaker 17: of the cases for. That you know WHAT i do, Hope,
- 33:38Speaker 17: chris and, again assuming he is convicted of this, offense
- 33:44Speaker 17: looking at a potential death, penalty life without, parole whenever
- 33:48Speaker 17: he's convicted of either of those, SENTENCES i would hope
- 33:52Speaker 17: that the judge would stipulate pictures of this three year
- 33:57Speaker 17: old boy In shriner's hospit but all to be plastered
- 34:01Speaker 17: all over his prison cell for the rest of his,
- 34:04Speaker 17: life so that's what he sees every single.
- 34:07Speaker 5: Minute you, know this is the, Perspective AND i know
- 34:12Speaker 5: you've developed a bit of a dark sense of humor
- 34:15Speaker 5: because you almost have to have one with the things
- 34:17Speaker 5: that you have dealt with over the thirty plus years
- 34:19Speaker 5: you've been a victim's, advocate not over the city Of,
- 34:22Speaker 5: houston but now with Crime stoppers Of. Houston so it's
- 34:25Speaker 5: you kind of have To some of these things you
- 34:27Speaker 5: literally have to laugh At and it's utterly ludicrous to
- 34:30Speaker 5: believe that if this guy somehow was able to obtain
- 34:34Speaker 5: bond would be precluded from getting a lighter or, matches
- 34:38Speaker 5: like they're going to check his idea and, go, no,
- 34:39Speaker 5: sorry we're not going to give you. That so that's
- 34:43Speaker 5: that is the insanity that has become our justice system
- 34:47Speaker 5: that we have dealt with for, WELL i say we as,
- 34:49Speaker 5: citizens we have to deal with, this but you deal
- 34:51Speaker 5: with it with a far more personal basis by working
- 34:53Speaker 5: on behalf of these victims and these family. Members AND
- 34:57Speaker 5: i wish the. SAME i wish they could do that
- 34:59Speaker 5: and force this guy to have to look at what
- 35:01Speaker 5: he did to this. Child but these people that commit these,
- 35:04Speaker 5: crimes and far too often they don't seem to have a,
- 35:07Speaker 5: Conscience they don't seem to care about, anyone even. Themselves
- 35:11Speaker 5: maybe to a certain, degree the guy killed his own
- 35:13Speaker 5: brother over an. ARGUMENT i. Guess my assumption is the
- 35:16Speaker 5: guy died in the. FIRE i guess his mother and
- 35:19Speaker 5: others were able to, escape but not everybody was because
- 35:22Speaker 5: he set this place on. Fire this also ties in
- 35:25Speaker 5: with another story that. SAW i saw you were On
- 35:28Speaker 5: newsmax where there were three others and at least two of,
- 35:32Speaker 5: them if not all, three had tried to burn had
- 35:35Speaker 5: set fires as.
- 35:35Speaker 8: Well and then we're just a good.
- 35:37Speaker 17: Point, yeah, yeah that's a good. Correlation So i've been
- 35:41Speaker 17: monitoring defendants who were declared and confidence to stand trial
- 35:45Speaker 17: by a. Court then they go to a mental state,
- 35:49Speaker 17: hospital and in these three cases they were miraculously restored
- 35:53Speaker 17: to confidency in less than the, year So, god their
- 35:56Speaker 17: staff must be really. Good and then they returned them
- 35:59Speaker 17: back To Harris, county and instead of keeping him in
- 36:02Speaker 17: jail pending disposition the, trial they're released on a personal
- 36:06Speaker 17: recognance pr get out of jail free, card and they're
- 36:10Speaker 17: told to go live in this assisted living, facility a
- 36:13Speaker 17: residential home in the middle of a, neighborhood basically acting
- 36:17Speaker 17: as a quasi halfway, house only there's very few restrictions
- 36:21Speaker 17: and the neighbors are not privy what they have living
- 36:24Speaker 17: in their. Community so all three of them showed up,
- 36:28Speaker 17: there and within a matter of, weeks all three of
- 36:31Speaker 17: them opened the door and basically, said zion, Aarra i'm
- 36:34Speaker 17: out of. Here and they've been wanted fugitives ever since,
- 36:37Speaker 17: then which means The Crime stoppers has to put an
- 36:40Speaker 17: up to a five thousand dollars reward on these three.
- 36:44Speaker 17: Individuals this is not an, Anomaly, Chris i've been, monitoring
- 36:48Speaker 17: watching this for. Years probably your listeners might remember what
- 36:53Speaker 17: happened to eighty year old Grandmother Rosalie cook back in
- 36:57Speaker 17: twenty twenty when she was walking out Of walgreens In
- 37:01Speaker 17: myerland on A saturday morning and she stumbled into a
- 37:05Speaker 17: gun Named Randy, lewis who had had over sixty arrest
- 37:09Speaker 17: Justin Harris, county and he too was declared, incompetent restored the,
- 37:15Speaker 17: competency told to go live in one of these. Homes
- 37:18Speaker 17: he did for a, day walked. Out no one saw
- 37:21Speaker 17: him for two, weeks nobody reported, it there were no,
- 37:24Speaker 17: warrants nobody looking for, him and then he tried to
- 37:27Speaker 17: Carjack rosalie parking lot and stabbed her to. Death this
- 37:30Speaker 17: is happening more often than you want to, believe.
- 37:35Speaker 5: You, KNOW i remember us talking about that particular case
- 37:37Speaker 5: because it was very high profile with what, happened and
- 37:40Speaker 5: people were shocked that these kind of people are being
- 37:43Speaker 5: are being let out or are going to you, know
- 37:45Speaker 5: they're they're mentally incompetent to stand, trial and then they
- 37:48Speaker 5: go to these facilities and then they're declared competent in
- 37:50Speaker 5: a very short amount of. Time and then as you
- 37:53Speaker 5: mentioned these other, three these other three, people was it
- 37:55Speaker 5: all of them that had had tried to set or
- 37:58Speaker 5: that had set? FIRES i guess one of them tried
- 37:59Speaker 5: to burn DOWN i guess his ex girlfriend's home or
- 38:02Speaker 5: something like. This did they all stet fires or were
- 38:05Speaker 5: they all just basically somehow miraculous he cured of their
- 38:08Speaker 5: incompetency to go just disappear into.
- 38:10Speaker 17: Society two of two out of the three were charged with,
- 38:15Speaker 17: arson and one of them was actually observed by a
- 38:18Speaker 17: fire captain on The Houston Fire department lighting fires to
- 38:23Speaker 17: trees and bushes within one hundred feet of a residential
- 38:27Speaker 17: neighborhood and basically described him as a pyromaniac and a
- 38:33Speaker 17: significant threat to public safety because if he wasn't there
- 38:37Speaker 17: to observe. It those fires could have easily spread out
- 38:40Speaker 17: of control into residential. Homes the other one was an
- 38:43Speaker 17: aggravator assault with a deadly weapon in which he threatened
- 38:47Speaker 17: a female who wouldn't comply with his sexual demands and
- 38:51Speaker 17: he threatened to cutter with a.
- 38:52Speaker 5: Knife these are really outstanding.
- 38:56Speaker 17: Citizens, yeah, yeah, Absolutely and LIKE i, said you, know
- 39:01Speaker 17: either our mental facilities must be getting really good because
- 39:04Speaker 17: these guys were miraculously cured and deemed confident to stay in.
- 39:09Speaker 17: TRIAL i, mean you really can't script us in the
- 39:14Speaker 17: amount of these homes in residential, communities and most of
- 39:19Speaker 17: these are in Unincorporated Harris, county have more than doubled
- 39:24Speaker 17: in the last two, years so there could be a
- 39:27Speaker 17: home in your. Neighbor and one of the stories that
- 39:29Speaker 17: we did On Breaking bond a couple of years, ago you,
- 39:32Speaker 17: know we went to one of the homes and neighbors
- 39:35Speaker 17: were telling, us you, know we've seen people just coming
- 39:38Speaker 17: and going in all hours of the, night people walking
- 39:41Speaker 17: down the streets. Going we had no idea that the
- 39:45Speaker 17: individuals that were residing there were court ordered to be.
- 39:49Speaker 5: There we're talking With Any, kahn the director Of Victim
- 39:54Speaker 5: services and advocacy At Crime stoppers Of. Houston you mentioned
- 39:57Speaker 5: Crime stoppers paying out These in, fact LIKE i, said
- 40:01Speaker 5: something that we had never seen. BEFORE i guess as
- 40:03Speaker 5: a recent trend in the last what, five, six, seven
- 40:05Speaker 5: eight years or, so is the fact that you sometimes
- 40:08Speaker 5: are paying out multiple rewards for the same person who
- 40:12Speaker 5: keeps getting let. Out people need to know The Crime
- 40:15Speaker 5: stoppers is a FIVE o ONE c three and nonprofit
- 40:18Speaker 5: and they work on your. Donations so those who want
- 40:21Speaker 5: to go and check Out Crime stoppers make sure they're
- 40:23Speaker 5: one of the great. Organizations and of course they've Employed
- 40:26Speaker 5: andy as their. Director else in the city Of, houston
- 40:34Speaker 5: from WHAT i can, tell there's probably nobody else Within
- 40:37Speaker 5: Harris county or even in the state Of texas working
- 40:39Speaker 5: on behalf of victims such as you. Do and you've
- 40:41Speaker 5: been doing this for over thirty. Years. ANDY i KNOW
- 40:44Speaker 5: i asked you this last. Time you seem to be more.
- 40:46Speaker 5: Positive you, said things seem to be getting. BETTER i
- 40:49Speaker 5: don't know if they're getting better or just getting.
- 40:51Speaker 17: Different that's a good, Combination, CHRIS i MEANS i have
- 40:56Speaker 17: seen things getting better down at the. Courthouse i've seen
- 41:00Speaker 17: our district attorney Use prop, three the constitutional amendment which
- 41:04Speaker 17: we passed to give judges discretion not to grant bond
- 41:08Speaker 17: to defend us charge with certain violent. Crimes i've seen
- 41:10Speaker 17: them use it, religiously and most of the time when
- 41:13Speaker 17: they're requesting, it the courts are agreeing and they're putting no.
- 41:17Speaker 17: Bond so that's a positive sign because of the legislation
- 41:21Speaker 17: that we had to pass going back to twenty twenty
- 41:23Speaker 17: one has made a significant improvement and. Difference but then
- 41:29Speaker 17: you come up with some of, these you know cases
- 41:31Speaker 17: that we see right. Here now keep in mind the
- 41:34Speaker 17: one in this charge with the murder In. Arson those
- 41:37Speaker 17: five bonds came out Of Jasper. County and Why Jasper
- 41:41Speaker 17: county saw fit to give them five bonds for one
- 41:44Speaker 17: hundred thousand dollars when he was clearly a threat to public.
- 41:48Speaker 17: Safety you, know that's something for the authorities to answer over.
- 41:52Speaker 17: There BUT i have seen, improvement but we can continue
- 41:55Speaker 17: to see, improvement and that's why we're gearing up again
- 41:58Speaker 17: for another legislative session to see whatever we can craft
- 42:01Speaker 17: to enhance public safety and victims'. Rights and if you
- 42:04Speaker 17: do want to support crime, stoppers as you, said we
- 42:07Speaker 17: are five oh ONE. C three. Nonprofit go to our,
- 42:11Speaker 17: website you can donate if you want to attend their
- 42:14Speaker 17: big gala In october as their big. Fundraiser you're more
- 42:18Speaker 17: than welcome to join us and join so many others
- 42:20Speaker 17: that are public safety.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Advocates, Yeah LIKE i, Said i've.
- 42:24Speaker 5: Always encouraged people to make sure you're paying attention for
- 42:27Speaker 5: one and donating to crime, stoppers doing what you can
- 42:31Speaker 5: to help about because once, again you, guys that's how you,
- 42:34Speaker 5: operate and we want to make sure that we're staying
- 42:36Speaker 5: out there because you've gotten i don't know well crime
- 42:38Speaker 5: stoppers and of course you along with, them have gotten
- 42:41Speaker 5: so many of these dangerous people off the. Streets one
- 42:44Speaker 5: of the things THAT i started off with back in
- 42:46Speaker 5: the old, days there were very few outlets that were
- 42:49Speaker 5: reaching out and having you on their. Programs that doesn't
- 42:52Speaker 5: seem to be the case. ANYMORE i know you do
- 42:53Speaker 5: your breaking bond pretty much every, week still going. Strong
- 42:56Speaker 5: after how many years you get.
- 42:58Speaker 17: On some of the other networks.
- 43:00Speaker 5: Six, yeah six, years and then of course you go
- 43:03Speaker 5: on the other networks as. Well but, also as as,
- 43:05Speaker 5: mentioned you're On The Lieutenant Dan Lieutenant Patrick Dan patrick
- 43:09Speaker 5: his new, Podcast The Lieutenant dan. Podcast what did you
- 43:12Speaker 5: and The lieutenant governor talk? About why did he have
- 43:14Speaker 5: you on his?
- 43:15Speaker 17: Podcast you, Know, chris it was great spending time With.
- 43:17Speaker 17: Dan dan AND i go way, Back we'll age myself
- 43:21Speaker 17: back to nineteen ninety four and When dan was running
- 43:26Speaker 17: and having his own talk show ON, ksv we actually
- 43:29Speaker 17: formed what was called The Houston Crime, commission and we
- 43:33Speaker 17: highlighted certain, cases we did some, fundraising and eventually we
- 43:37Speaker 17: merged that into the organization Of justice For. All So
- 43:41Speaker 17: dan AND i, have you, know a three decade record
- 43:45Speaker 17: of talking about crime and passing, Legislation so it was
- 43:48Speaker 17: great spending time With. Dan we talked about some of
- 43:51Speaker 17: the positive things that we've seen come out of are
- 43:54Speaker 17: out of The capitol as, well and then we talked
- 43:57Speaker 17: about some of the issues that we still need to,
- 43:59Speaker 17: face and particularly individuals who are on probation and who
- 44:03Speaker 17: are violating probation and getting convicted of other offenses while
- 44:07Speaker 17: on probation and yet are still allowed to be on,
- 44:10Speaker 17: probation which is beyond my, comprehension and then committing, brutal heinous,
- 44:15Speaker 17: crimes which we saw last month in the death of
- 44:18Speaker 17: a fifty six year old father Named Louis reba whose
- 44:22Speaker 17: son's truck was, carjacked and then his son called him
- 44:26Speaker 17: and he came out and tracked the truck down and
- 44:29Speaker 17: ended up getting shot and killed in a shootout with
- 44:31Speaker 17: an individual that was on that had been a prison multiple,
- 44:36Speaker 17: times yet still was given. Probation and then while on,
- 44:39Speaker 17: probation you get, this he crosses state, line goes To
- 44:45Speaker 17: louisiana and obvious violation your, probation and he's charged with
- 44:49Speaker 17: four felonies In. Louisiana one of them was trying to
- 44:53Speaker 17: deliver drugs to a federal correctional. Facility you would think
- 44:57Speaker 17: that would be enough to revoke your, probation right, right,
- 45:01Speaker 17: Wrong well.
- 45:02Speaker 5: In the old, days maybe.
- 45:06Speaker 17: So they. Don't they just they dismissed the motion to revoke,
- 45:10Speaker 17: Probation they allowing to remain on provaated and he gets
- 45:13Speaker 17: convicted of the offense In. Louisiana so Now louisiana gives
- 45:18Speaker 17: them another. Probation so now he's on probation in two different,
- 45:21Speaker 17: states which, again why bother having probation conditions if you're
- 45:26Speaker 17: not gonna if you're not gonna violate someone who got
- 45:30Speaker 17: a new. Conviction now he's charged with murder never ever
- 45:34Speaker 17: should have.
- 45:34Speaker 5: Happened, no it's like, said and you've seen this far
- 45:38Speaker 5: too many times over the you know your your duration
- 45:41Speaker 5: here is a director Of Victim services And, agacy Our

- 46:32Speaker 5: they've got Their Dave. Ward Dave ward was a big
- 46:34Speaker 5: advocate for crime. Stoppers and, yeah LIKE i, said Now
- 46:36Speaker 5: i'm kind of. JEALOUS i Thought i'd been Interviewing andy
- 46:39Speaker 5: for twenty. YEARS i THOUGHT i had the. Seniority turns
- 46:41Speaker 5: out The Lieutenant governor has me smoked by about PROBABLY
- 46:44Speaker 5: i don't, know five ten years with his relationship With Andy.
- 46:47Speaker 5: Cohn and now you understand why he got elected to
- 46:50Speaker 5: the State senate and then eventually lieutenant governor because he's
- 46:53Speaker 5: been focusing on things like. This if you want to
- 46:55Speaker 5: Catch andy on The Lieutenant governor's, podcast it's The Lieutenant

- 51:35Speaker 5: At Crime stoppers Of. Houston the guy's been at this
- 51:38Speaker 5: for a long. Time it was. WEIRD i had dinner
- 51:41Speaker 5: With andy probably about five six years, ago and maybe. Longer, Man,
- 51:46Speaker 5: No i'm about eight years ago, Now My, Lord time
- 51:49Speaker 5: flies and one of the things we talked. ABOUT i was,
- 51:53Speaker 5: like you, KNOW i figured at a certain point we,
- 51:55Speaker 5: would you, know hopefully as society, evolved that we would
- 51:59Speaker 5: no longer needs someone Like Andy. Cohn, right the fact,
- 52:03Speaker 5: is we Need Andy cohn as, much if not, more
- 52:06Speaker 5: than we've ever Needed andy because of the way things
- 52:09Speaker 5: have gone with these magistrates and these, judges and the
- 52:12Speaker 5: insanity that is the justice system now in our. Country
- 52:16Speaker 5: people like The Zoron Mom donnie In New, york they
- 52:19Speaker 5: side with the, criminals they side with the, terrorists and
- 52:24Speaker 5: they just keep letting these dirt bags out to go
- 52:28Speaker 5: on and commit more, crimes and people are dying because of.
- 52:30Speaker 5: IT i can't tell you how FURIOUS i would be
- 52:36Speaker 5: if one of my family members or someone THAT i
- 52:38Speaker 5: knew really well was killed by one of these, dirtbags
- 52:43Speaker 5: somebody that should have been locked up behind bars but
- 52:45Speaker 5: is continually let out by dirt bags who have no
- 52:48Speaker 5: vested interest in these people are in the community in
- 52:52Speaker 5: which they allow these people to be released. Into they
- 52:57Speaker 5: claim this is a is, progress but it's. Not it
- 53:00Speaker 5: is actually. Regress it is anything but. Progress but that
- 53:05Speaker 5: is how the leftist mind. Operates that is how The
- 53:07Speaker 5: democrat mind, operates we shall lower the bar and treat
- 53:12Speaker 5: everyone as. Criminals we'll treat the law abiding citizens as
- 53:15Speaker 5: criminals and really throw the book at. Them but you
- 53:17Speaker 5: know these criminals that continually go and do things over
- 53:21Speaker 5: and over and over, again well we'll let them. Go
- 53:23Speaker 5: the dangerous. People it's insane. Anyway that's Why i'm a
- 53:28Speaker 5: big fan of Crime stoppers Of. Houston been a fan
- 53:31Speaker 5: of them since the. Eighties my brother got was one thousand.
- 53:34Speaker 5: Dollars at one, point there was a dude that got
- 53:38Speaker 5: out of prison In. Austin he was from The houston.
- 53:41Speaker 5: Area he came back and was attacking young, girls and
- 53:45Speaker 5: my brother was, like, man this year sounds like so and.
- 53:48Speaker 5: SO i won't say's name because he has since died behind,
- 53:50Speaker 5: bars but he got, out came back To, houston was
- 53:53Speaker 5: attacking young, girls attacking. CLASSMATES i, was you, know. CLASSMATES
- 53:57Speaker 5: i went To Kingwand High school and he attacked a few.
- 53:59Speaker 5: Girls it went To Kingwod High school and sure enough
- 54:03Speaker 5: we figured it. Out he went and reported, him and
- 54:06Speaker 5: they ended up leading to an arrest and they ended
- 54:08Speaker 5: up giving HIM i think it was one thousand. DOLLARS
- 54:10Speaker 5: i don't remember what it. Was So i've got a

- 1:02:34Speaker 5: president says that the country is now in full scale
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: war with The United states Of, America so we'll get
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: into that also when we get. Time the top media
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: networks were put on notice after refusing to Air trump's
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: primetime address this. Week we'll get into that with a
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: Representative Buddy carter out Of georgia asking THE fcc to

- 1:02:58Speaker 5: declined to air or cut away From President Trump's july
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: sixteenth presidential. Address it's funny how that, Works. Huh they
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: consider him an illegitimate? President why because they they hate,
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: Him they hate his. Politics it doesn't, matter, good, bad
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: and it doesn't. Matter they're part of the woke left propaganda.
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: Outlet so we'll get into. That you Got tealafrico who
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: tried to pander to black voters. Yesday it was day before,
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: yesterday and one of the black voters he was trying
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: to pander too was having none of. It i'm sure
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: you've heard the audio by, now SO i don't need
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: to play it for. You but basically she just hammered.
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: Him you're coming out, here you want our, vote acting
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: like a. Phony he's, like, well thank you for coming,
- 1:03:40Speaker 5: out AND i appreciate you coming to. That SH i
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: didn't come for. YOU i came for my. People so
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: we can get into that as. Well Tropical Storm bertha
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: has formed in The gulf yesterday, evening which it looks
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: like it's slowly going to push Into louisiana where we
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: will most likely make landfall late tomorrow evening and then
- 1:04:03Speaker 5: eventually it's gonna. Work they say it's gonna work its way.
- 1:04:05Speaker 5: West usually they don't you do. That usually when they
- 1:04:08Speaker 5: hit the, coast they tend, to you, know head up.
- 1:04:10Speaker 5: North but this one they're saying it's gonna come. West
- 1:04:13Speaker 5: but it's gonna be a non event for. Us we
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: may get some, showers but not, much if anything at,
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: all because they think it's gonna head back out over
- 1:04:21Speaker 5: The gulf because of these high pressure system which is
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: making things exceptionally hot in our. Area it was it
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: was ninety nine degrees. Earlier let me go look and
- 1:04:29Speaker 5: see what it is in our. Area now it looks
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: like it's still ninety nine in my, area so very.
- 1:04:34Speaker 5: Hot tomorrow is gonna be over one, hundred and Then
- 1:04:38Speaker 5: thursday will probably be around the. Same the heat index
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: is expected to be around one oh, eight could be even,
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: higher so it could be up that there's someone are
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: saying it could. Be you, know temperatures are peaking in
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: the extreme heat for tomorrow around one oh five some
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: in some areas up to one fifteen heat. Indecks so
- 1:04:57Speaker 5: it's gonna be very very hot for the next couple of.
- 1:04:59Speaker 5: Days we get ACTUAL i, use probably some more of
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: that little bit of rain to cool things off a little,
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: bit but doesn't look like we're gonna get, much if,
- 1:05:07Speaker 5: Any and then of course the temperature is gonna be
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: around one hundred four. Degrees they always talk about the.
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: Grid that's been a big issue since twenty twenty one
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: with that ice. Storm, well this is the time of
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: year when the grid really gets pushed with everybody running
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: electricity in their. Acs they're saying this will break the
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: record demand for the, grid which people are, go oh,
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: no that's. Scary, well they also say the grid has
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: plenty of capacity and should be able to handle it.
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: Easy in, Fact i'm gonna go look at the grid right.
- 1:05:37Speaker 5: NOW i always like to go check it out whenever
- 1:05:39Speaker 5: we start getting this time of. Year this is the
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: time of year When texans tend to use more. Electricity
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: so if you want to go check it, out you
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: can always go to urkot dot com go check out the.
- 1:05:51Speaker 5: Grid the supply and Demand i'm looking at. Today, now
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: we're good, today in, fact it's not even not even really.
- 1:05:58Speaker 5: Close and then we're good today and then tomorrow still
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: looks Like the demand forecast is for eighty four, thousand
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: two hundred and three. Megawatts but the capacity is at
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: ninety eight, thousand so we're gonna be good for. Tomorrow
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: and then let's Say, thursday the demand forecasted is seventy one,
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: thousand six hundred and eighty one, megawatts so it looks
- 1:06:27Speaker 5: like the demand will be a little bit less than.
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: Tomorrow but what's amazing is the capacity is it one
- 1:06:33Speaker 5: hundred and two, thousand nine hundred and thirty five so
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: basically one hundred and three thousand. Megawatts that's a good.
- 1:06:39Speaker 5: Sign looks like smooth sailing from What i'm looking at
- 1:06:41Speaker 5: at the grid monitoring. Deal so you can do that
- 1:06:44Speaker 5: over at urkot dot. Com so it looks like we're
- 1:06:46Speaker 5: okay on the grid because of some of the upgrades
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: they did and made to where we can have access
- 1:06:51Speaker 5: to more. Capacity and they, said we're gonna need to
- 1:06:54Speaker 5: continue to do. That with all the crazy people moving To,
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: texas all of these out of, towners they all came.
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: Here we don't want their. Politics leave your politics at,
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: home don't be bringing them To. Texas so you got,
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: that but uh so it looks.
- 1:07:11Speaker 8: Like we got.
- 1:07:12Speaker 5: Them LIKE i, said the first, tropical is that the first?
- 1:07:15Speaker 5: TROPICAL i think it's the second maybe we already had.
- 1:07:19Speaker 5: Another well It's. BERTHA i guess it is the second.
- 1:07:21Speaker 5: ONE i don't know what the other one. Was but
- 1:07:25Speaker 5: so it's a second tropical storm in The gulf Of. America,
- 1:07:28Speaker 5: okay it's a five better golf now that it's The
- 1:07:31Speaker 5: gulf Of. America, okay probably the greatest golf of all
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: golfs in The, americas which is so funny because for
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: years it was The gulf Of. Mexico but if you
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: look at, it it's, all LIKE i, said this is
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: The america's actually including that part of the. World so
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: it's now The gulf Of. America so the golf is now.
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: Raised this according to, Lefties President trump has imposed a

- 1:08:00Speaker 5: alcohol dairy, products hockey, sticks and. More if we good,
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: time well we can go into that as. Well so
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: let's kick off things here in the second hour once,
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: again if you want to join. Us two eight one

- 1:20:33Speaker 5: days of. SUMMER a lot of people on, vacation so
- 1:20:36Speaker 5: a lot of people are going and taking some time.
- 1:20:38Speaker 5: OFF i MAY i may take a day off or
- 1:20:39Speaker 5: two next. WEEK i generally don't take a lot of
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: vacation this time of year BECAUSE i don't have kids
- 1:20:45Speaker 5: that are out of school or that sort of. STUFF
- 1:20:47Speaker 5: i always take them out at the end of the
- 1:20:48Speaker 5: year when things are really. Slow but if things seem
- 1:20:50Speaker 5: a little, quiet that has a lot to do with.
- 1:20:52Speaker 5: It this is the vacation time of. Year i've looked
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: at people's pictures on social. Media, boy people are taking
- 1:20:58Speaker 5: their vacations, absolutely and then, again IF i do take
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: a vacation and go, SOMEWHERE i tend to need a
- 1:21:06Speaker 5: lot of sunscreen If i'm going to be, outside which
- 1:21:10Speaker 5: by the, Way I'm i'm planning to run up to
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: the hill country on A friday of this. Week my,
- 1:21:16Speaker 5: FEEDERS i know it's. OUT i THINK i need to
- 1:21:19Speaker 5: replace the batteries in. That and then my game. Cam
- 1:21:22Speaker 5: it's funny because for YEARS i didn't have a game
- 1:21:24Speaker 5: cam up, there and then once you install it and
- 1:21:27Speaker 5: you kind of see things coming and going from the.
- 1:21:28Speaker 5: FEEDER i want to keep my feeder filled with corn
- 1:21:31Speaker 5: because it's not that. Expensive and then of, course definitely
- 1:21:34Speaker 5: the batteries you got to have going in your cam
- 1:21:38Speaker 5: so you can see what comes and, goes and you
- 1:21:39Speaker 5: get to see all kinds of, things, hogs, raccoons get
- 1:21:43Speaker 5: to see the occasional red. Stag those are. Incredible it was.
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: AMAZING i saw a. PICTURE i still have my cameras,
- 1:21:50Speaker 5: low but it's still, working AND i got a. PICTURE
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: i was, like, man that's a very dark looking deer
- 1:21:55Speaker 5: that was going by my. Feeder and then AS i
- 1:21:57Speaker 5: zoomed in on the. Picture it was a baby red.
- 1:21:59Speaker 5: Stack the baby red stags are the size of large
- 1:22:03Speaker 5: white tails because the red stags they're, massive they're six
- 1:22:10Speaker 5: seven eight hundred, pounds especially the. Males this look like a,
- 1:22:13Speaker 5: female but it was probably a. Yearling and they're as,
- 1:22:16Speaker 5: big if not, bigger than the average white tail out.
- 1:22:19Speaker 5: There and we looked At we didn't have those when
- 1:22:20Speaker 5: we were. Kids they weren't. There they apparently had escaped
- 1:22:24Speaker 5: from one of those wild, games you, know those exotic game,
- 1:22:28Speaker 5: ranches and then have have thurished in the. Wild but
- 1:22:32Speaker 5: these are massive. Deer they look like. Elk they're. Huge
- 1:22:36Speaker 5: so it's interesting too because you often see them Around
- 1:22:40Speaker 5: february and then this time of. Year it's interesting. Anyway,
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: okay SO i wanted to talk about the top media
- 1:22:46Speaker 5: networks that have now been put on. Notice Representative Buddy
- 1:22:49Speaker 5: carter out Of georgia is asking The Federal Communications commission
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: to REVIEW, ABC, nbc AND cbs broadcast decisions after the
- 1:22:58Speaker 5: network's either declined to air live or got away From
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: President Trump's july sixteenth primetime. Address in a letter obtained
- 1:23:05Speaker 5: By Fox News digital sent On, Monday carter asked THE
- 1:23:08Speaker 5: fcc Chair Brendan carter review whether the networks violated their
- 1:23:11Speaker 5: obligation to serve the public interest and whether their action
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: should be considered in future broadcast license. Proceedings oopsies quote
- 1:23:23Speaker 5: the public airwaves should inform The american, people not be
- 1:23:26Speaker 5: used by corporate executives to decide which matters of national
- 1:23:30Speaker 5: importance they are permitted to, Hear carter. Wrote carter raised
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: serious concerns in the, letters laying saying that the networks
- 1:23:39Speaker 5: can disagree With President trump's remarks while still airing what he.
- 1:23:42Speaker 5: Says broadcasters may, criticize, analyze or fact check the president's,
- 1:23:46Speaker 5: statements he, Wrote, however refusing to air a major presidential
- 1:23:50Speaker 5: address because executives disagree with its content raises serious concerns
- 1:23:56Speaker 5: that they intend to keep The american people in the
- 1:23:58Speaker 5: dark about potential foreign and interference in our. Elections carter
- 1:24:05Speaker 5: also argued That americans should have been allowed to make
- 1:24:07Speaker 5: up their own, minds regardless of political. Affiliation The american
- 1:24:11Speaker 5: people deserve to hear this information directly from the president
- 1:24:14Speaker 5: and judge it for. Themselves, INSTEAD abcnbc declined to broadcast
- 1:24:19Speaker 5: the speech on their television, networks WHILE cbs cut away
- 1:24:23Speaker 5: before The president completed his, Remarks and AS i said
- 1:24:26Speaker 5: earlier in the, PROGRAM i don't know why anyone would
- 1:24:28Speaker 5: say that there are anything more than propagandist leftist. Propaganda
- 1:24:34Speaker 5: if you will, remember after the twenty twenty, election they
- 1:24:37Speaker 5: were all in on telling us it was the most
- 1:24:40Speaker 5: fair and honest election of our, lifetimes ever in the
- 1:24:43Speaker 5: history of our. Country and now documentation has been provided
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: to show that it. Wasn't there was foreign, meddling not
- 1:24:50Speaker 5: only By, china But russia and other people tried to
- 1:24:52Speaker 5: meddle in our, election but also our agencies weaponize things
- 1:24:57Speaker 5: against the president and weren't informing him of what was taking.
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: Place they were hiding that information not only from The american,
- 1:25:04Speaker 5: people but from The president himself and his daily presidential.
- 1:25:08Speaker 5: Briefings and while this was taking, place the media was saying,
- 1:25:12Speaker 5: this they were just.
- 1:25:13Speaker 22: Twenty twenty, election the most secure.
- 1:25:16Speaker 12: In american, history most secure election In american, history the

- 1:26:48Speaker 19: that no ballots from people that already deceased were not
- 1:26:52Speaker 19: filled out In.
- 1:26:52Speaker 12: Senate this was the most the most secure election In american.
- 1:26:56Speaker 5: History so it's funny because four years, Earlier ussia colluded
- 1:27:00Speaker 5: With trump to steal the. Election can just remember that
- 1:27:04Speaker 5: The trump, collusion and they got, In, Oh Robert, muller
- 1:27:09Speaker 5: they brought him. In they spend millions of dollars trying
- 1:27:12Speaker 5: to prove something that didn't, happen that wasn't. TRUE i,
- 1:27:16Speaker 5: mean maybe they were, meddling but they weren't meddling With Donald.
- 1:27:19Speaker 5: Trump And Donald trump was an illegitimate president Because Hillary
- 1:27:22Speaker 5: Clinton democrats told us repeatedly That trump somehow stole the
- 1:27:25Speaker 5: election over and over and over and over and over
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: and over in their propaganda, mouthpiece The Democrat, cult you,
- 1:27:32Speaker 5: know the, ABC's, NBCs, CBS's, CNNs. Msdncs they all just
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: set over and over and over, Again russia meddled in the.
- 1:27:42Speaker 5: Election hillary paid groups to try to pretend that somehow
- 1:27:50Speaker 5: there Was russian meddling all over the place in twenty,
- 1:27:52Speaker 5: sixteen but then in twenty, twenty when they violated multiple
- 1:27:57Speaker 5: state legislatures throughout multiple states in the, country collecting faulty
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: mail in, ballots running off pole watchers claiming a pipe
- 1:28:08Speaker 5: Burst Fulton, County, georgia and then soon as everybody was run,
- 1:28:12Speaker 5: off they pulled out ballots from underneath the tables and
- 1:28:15Speaker 5: fed them through the machines and then gave those people
- 1:28:17Speaker 5: awards for doing such a great, job and you weren't
- 1:28:20Speaker 5: allowed to question, it Like Rudy giuliani did so then
- 1:28:23Speaker 5: they of course went after him and destroyed, him tried
- 1:28:26Speaker 5: to run him over, it and then put out the talking.
- 1:28:29Speaker 5: Points it's the most secure election IN us. History and
- 1:28:33Speaker 5: now we know they were all, lying they were voluntarily.
- 1:28:37Speaker 5: Lying why did they? Lie why would they? Lie it's
- 1:28:41Speaker 5: almost as though they're the propaganda apparatus of The democrat,
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: cult because that's what they. Are they're all Radical. Democrats
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: they Hate Donald, trump they've considered him to be an
- 1:28:51Speaker 5: illegitimate president and will never ever admit what actually. Happened why,
- 1:28:59Speaker 5: not as they're vested all THAT usaid. Money why do
- 1:29:04Speaker 5: you think they're so upset that you get cut off
- 1:29:06Speaker 5: because it was being funneled through media outlets and public
- 1:29:11Speaker 5: radio and lots of groups and things that got billions
- 1:29:15Speaker 5: and billions and billions of your tax dollars to continue
- 1:29:18Speaker 5: their leftist. Ways it is amazing and then now, they're
- 1:29:22Speaker 5: oh my, god you can't do, that you can't stop
- 1:29:25Speaker 5: all the. Fraud as they told, us The somalis are
- 1:29:30Speaker 5: the greatest examples Of americans. Ever In, minnesota there's no.
- 1:29:34Speaker 5: Fraud and then turns out over nine billion dollars in
- 1:29:37Speaker 5: fraud has been discovered so, far and the leering center shut,
- 1:29:40Speaker 5: down and then they split the, country and they split
- 1:29:43Speaker 5: the country with hundreds of millions and billions of. Dollars
- 1:29:46Speaker 5: you remember just a couple of years ago when The
- 1:29:48Speaker 5: somalis that were leaving the country got found with literal
- 1:29:51Speaker 5: suitcases full of, cash and cash strapped around their waist
- 1:29:55Speaker 5: and all that, stuff and nobody looked twice at. It
- 1:29:58Speaker 5: you want to know, why because they're nothing but leftist.
- 1:30:01Speaker 5: Propaganda they were all in on. It they were all
- 1:30:05Speaker 5: on the, take and if you say one, word it
- 1:30:12Speaker 5: all got thrown out in. Court they were all thrown
- 1:30:14Speaker 5: out on. Standing not a single judge would look at.
- 1:30:17Speaker 5: It no judge wants to be responsible for determining the
- 1:30:20Speaker 5: outcome of an, election so they throw it out on.
- 1:30:22Speaker 5: Standing if you don't know what on standing, means go,
- 1:30:25Speaker 5: away look it. Up i'm not a legal, expert BUT
- 1:30:29Speaker 5: i know what standing. Means it means they wouldn't even
- 1:30:32Speaker 5: look at. It and then they tried to ruin people
- 1:30:35Speaker 5: Like Sidney, Powell Rudy, giuliani anyone who dared question. It
- 1:30:41Speaker 5: you will be. Ruined they came after me on this.

- 1:36:04Speaker 5: coming up here In, november because look at, it we're
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: already virtually we're almost. Through we're the twenty first Of,
- 1:36:09Speaker 5: September i'm, Sorry, july and then we Got, August, September
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: october and then the, elections so we got three, months
- 1:36:16Speaker 5: three months in about a week, NOW i. Guess so
- 1:36:19Speaker 5: we're getting really. Close so the candidates are out candidating.
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: Campaigning BUT i like candidating because that's What James telafrego
- 1:36:29Speaker 5: seems to be. Doing he had a people Of colors
- 1:36:31Speaker 5: summit On.
- 1:36:32Speaker 8: Sunday what.
- 1:36:38Speaker 5: This very. Weird once, Again democrats are. Amazing you can
- 1:36:41Speaker 5: put a little white guy Like james Tall rico and
- 1:36:45Speaker 5: just try to press him off with people of color
- 1:36:47Speaker 5: saying he's for, them and he's for the trans, people
- 1:36:54Speaker 5: and he's for he's for a lot of. Things but
- 1:36:59Speaker 5: he does does this seemed to be For. Texans he
- 1:37:02Speaker 5: has to run against everything he said for and voted
- 1:37:05Speaker 5: for for the last how many years To Texas. House
- 1:37:09Speaker 5: by the, WAY i want to mention the young, lady
- 1:37:12Speaker 5: young Actress Kaylee. Hoddle she was eighteen years. Old she
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: was the deaf actress that was in The godzilla Versus calling,
- 1:37:18Speaker 5: movie and then she was in another. One she got
- 1:37:21Speaker 5: killed in a car, accident which is. Terrible she's very young,
- 1:37:23Speaker 5: lady so that's very. Sad BUT i was gonna mention
- 1:37:28Speaker 5: that earlier in the. Program just saw it flash on the,
- 1:37:30Speaker 5: News so that's very. Sad hollywood dies a slow. DEATH
- 1:37:36Speaker 5: i guess The New odyssey movies. Out some people have
- 1:37:39Speaker 5: gone and seen. It it's getting pretty, panned pretty, hard
- 1:37:43Speaker 5: but it's still making decent money from WHAT i can. Tell,
- 1:37:46Speaker 5: ANYWAY i THINK i Bet james tallergo probably will go see.
- 1:37:51Speaker 5: It i'm just saying, Anyway. Tallerigo of, course he said
- 1:37:56Speaker 5: his neighbors with the. Uterus that's how he refers to,
- 1:37:59Speaker 5: win not the trans. Women those are the best of the.
- 1:38:04Speaker 5: BEST i guess he forgot that there were black people
- 1:38:07Speaker 5: In texas as, well and black voters and black activists
- 1:38:13Speaker 5: are letting him know. That so he launched one of
- 1:38:17Speaker 5: the phoniest and most embarrassing pander campaigns Since Hillary clinton
- 1:38:20Speaker 5: declared she ain't no ways. Tired you remember THAT i
- 1:38:25Speaker 5: ain't no ways. Tired she developed tw like WHAT aoc
- 1:38:29Speaker 5: did this week head to The south and developed A southern,
- 1:38:32Speaker 5: accent thinking That southern people are too stupid to realize
- 1:38:36Speaker 5: they're doing. THAT i find it very. Patronizing then, again
- 1:38:41Speaker 5: if you're voting for A, democrat maybe you are that.
- 1:38:44Speaker 5: Stupid tellafrico's problems began with a favorable treatment he received
- 1:38:49Speaker 5: from The democrat establishment over his primary, Opponent Representative Jasmine.
- 1:38:53Speaker 5: Crockett most notable example was when CBS's former host Of
- 1:39:00Speaker 5: The Whatever Stephen Colbert show was Hyping Tallafrico's february appearance
- 1:39:05Speaker 5: On The now it was, canceled the show The Late.
- 1:39:08Speaker 5: Show that's, right it Was Late show With Stephen colbert
- 1:39:11Speaker 5: when it quit being about being funny and then it
- 1:39:14Speaker 5: became just all political. ACTIVISM cbs And colbert were so
- 1:39:18Speaker 5: eager to Snub Jasmine crockett to avoid the FCC's equal
- 1:39:23Speaker 5: time rule that they would have Required colbert actually have
- 1:39:26Speaker 5: to Have Jasmine crockett on his show as well that
- 1:39:29Speaker 5: The tallafrico interview wasn't even aired ON cbs but eventually
- 1:39:32Speaker 5: posted on. YouTube this drew more attention To tallafrico since
- 1:39:38Speaker 5: Beating crockett In march by what a mere six. Points
- 1:39:42Speaker 5: crockett has not been shy about Snubbing tallafrico and claims
- 1:39:45Speaker 5: that he snubbed her first with these half hearted attempts
- 1:39:48Speaker 5: to make her part of his. Campaign in the months,
- 1:39:52Speaker 5: since she has not campaigned for, him and her lack
- 1:39:55Speaker 5: of support is glaring and potentially deadly for A. Democrat
- 1:39:59Speaker 5: here In, texas she dominated the predominantly black districts by
- 1:40:05Speaker 5: fifty and sixty. Points it wasn't even. Close and then
- 1:40:08Speaker 5: earlier this, Month State Representative joe line To jones right
- 1:40:11Speaker 5: here out Of texas Or houston, area revealed That tallafrico's
- 1:40:14Speaker 5: campaign is giving out money to White GO tv organizations
- 1:40:18Speaker 5: and white infrastructure And hispanic, infrastructure but it's not giving
- 1:40:25Speaker 5: it to the black. Infrastructure before we get To tallafrico's desperate,
- 1:40:32Speaker 5: pandering the question, is how could the famously Heterosexual tallafrico
- 1:40:38Speaker 5: allow things to get this? FAR i love how THE
- 1:40:41Speaker 5: i always refer to them as dangerously the famously heterosexual
- 1:40:45Speaker 5: is he out of? Touch how out of touch is
- 1:40:48Speaker 5: he to allow this to? Happen despite having all the establishment.
- 1:40:53Speaker 5: Advantages crockett nearly beat him and stomped all over them
- 1:40:56Speaker 5: in the black. Districts but is a pasty faced little
- 1:41:01Speaker 5: phony and definitely not gay. Though but he looks about
- 1:41:05Speaker 5: as comfortable in a cowboy hat in jeans As Barack
- 1:41:07Speaker 5: obama did throwing a. Baseball and if he wants to,
- 1:41:12Speaker 5: win he's going to need the black vote here In texas,
- 1:41:16Speaker 5: instead his campaign has allowed the impression to rise De
- 1:41:19Speaker 5: he's not just snubbing Crack, crocket but black voters in
- 1:41:23Speaker 5: general as. Well is he young Crack? NO i don't think.
- 1:41:26Speaker 5: So so how's the pandering working?
- 1:41:28Speaker 8: Out?
- 1:41:29Speaker 5: Well Tell africa is a ridiculous. Person he's a false,
- 1:41:34Speaker 5: prophet he's a. Blasphemer he's a guy who apparently took
- 1:41:38Speaker 5: the black vote for granted figure just because he's A,
- 1:41:40Speaker 5: democrat he's going to get.
- 1:41:41Speaker 8: It and.
- 1:41:43Speaker 5: That may not be the, case not only With republicans
- 1:41:46Speaker 5: finally seeking their vote thanks To Donald, trump who got
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: a large amount of black voters to non white. Voters
- 1:41:53Speaker 5: this unforced error makes Tall rico look pretty much, incompetent
- 1:41:57Speaker 5: which could be the death knail for a campaign For
- 1:42:00Speaker 5: democrat here In. Texas we'll see how he's able to
- 1:42:03Speaker 5: work his way to ingratiate himself in the black community
- 1:42:07Speaker 5: because he has not done, well and he is the
- 1:42:11Speaker 5: epitome of a privileged white. Boy he UNEs around talking
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: about how fanboys over trans hosts and just loves. It
- 1:42:20Speaker 5: his only hope is That Ken paxton doesn't do. Well
- 1:42:26Speaker 5: but you got to remember they Said Ken paxton wasn't
- 1:42:29Speaker 5: going to do well Against John, cornyan who does far
- 1:42:32Speaker 5: better with, moderates and he Got corning got obliterated by
- 1:42:37Speaker 5: what was, it twenty eight, Points so it'll be. Interesting all,

- 1:49:50Speaker 1: PACTON i, mean they both got stuff against, them And
- 1:49:56Speaker 1: i'm really.
- 1:49:57Speaker 5: Torn so you don't think the most successful attorney general
- 1:50:02Speaker 5: in the history of the country the state Of texas
- 1:50:05Speaker 5: is a better choice than a guy who loves trans
- 1:50:07Speaker 5: children and fanboys over trans podcast hosts.
- 1:50:11Speaker 1: The most successful at filing privileged lawsuits and the most
- 1:50:15Speaker 1: successful of acquiring acquiring real. Estate, man he's got a
- 1:50:19Speaker 1: lot at. Homes how do you get fifteen homes on
- 1:50:21Speaker 1: the government? SALARY i don't.
- 1:50:24Speaker 5: KNOW i didn't know that he owned fifteen. Homes sounds
- 1:50:27Speaker 5: like it.
- 1:50:29Speaker 1: Doesn't sound like the, NEWS i, Guess.
- 1:50:32Speaker 5: David it doesn't sound like you're you're you're you're actually
- 1:50:35Speaker 5: struggling with this decision at. All sounds like you're all
- 1:50:37Speaker 5: in for the trans.
- 1:50:38Speaker 1: Boy, well that's kind of a derogatory, term considering there's
- 1:50:44Speaker 1: a lot of gay people and uh and probably trans
- 1:50:48Speaker 1: people The interpublican. PARTY i, mean we know that you're
- 1:50:53Speaker 1: advantage of go.
- 1:50:55Speaker 5: Ahead is Your god non binary as?
- 1:50:57Speaker 1: Well it is My god non? BINARY i Mean god Is?
- 1:51:04Speaker 13: God?
- 1:51:04Speaker 1: RIGHT i, mean let me.
- 1:51:05Speaker 5: Ask, You, david how many sexes are?
- 1:51:09Speaker 7: There, yeah well.
- 1:51:12Speaker 16: There's male and.
- 1:51:13Speaker 1: Female but what do you say to the people that
- 1:51:14Speaker 1: are born with two? Sexests do you say you have
- 1:51:17Speaker 1: to choose? One you have to chop off something and
- 1:51:19Speaker 1: to make a decision right then and?
- 1:51:21Speaker 3: There?
- 1:51:21Speaker 18: What?
- 1:51:21Speaker 1: What what are people?
- 1:51:22Speaker 15: THAT i?
- 1:51:23Speaker 1: Mean biology is. COMPLICATED i mean it's break everything down
- 1:51:28Speaker 1: to a black and white, issue like it is actually.
- 1:51:31Speaker 5: Black and white people that are born gender dysmorphia is one,
- 1:51:34Speaker 5: thing is a real. Thing but also there are people
- 1:51:36Speaker 5: that are born with two sets of, organs but they're
- 1:51:38Speaker 5: primarily female or. Male there is no such thing as
- 1:51:41Speaker 5: a female male together and they don't get to choose
- 1:51:45Speaker 5: that was chosen for them and then they can determine
- 1:51:47Speaker 5: which direction they want to go. In, so once, again
- 1:51:49Speaker 5: how many sexes are?
- 1:51:50Speaker 1: There you know that's you just admitted that people can have. More,
- 1:51:59Speaker 1: no they know THEIR dna they are that, happened and
- 1:52:04Speaker 1: you're telling people they have to.
- 1:52:05Speaker 5: Choose, no, No, David i'm saying something you're unfamiliar. With
- 1:52:10Speaker 5: it's called. Science people that are born with dual sexual
- 1:52:14Speaker 5: organs do not mean they're male or. Female their, genetics
- 1:52:19Speaker 5: if you go back and look at THEIR, dna are
- 1:52:20Speaker 5: primarily either female or. Male there one or the. Other
- 1:52:24Speaker 5: there is no in. Between so they can choose to
- 1:52:28Speaker 5: live because we live in a free, country to be
- 1:52:30Speaker 5: whatever they. Want but the reality is they're either genetically
- 1:52:33Speaker 5: male or genetically. Female what are the other sexes that
- 1:52:36Speaker 5: you're you're trying to tell me about?
- 1:52:38Speaker 1: Here, hey, hey, No i'm not an expert on, that all,
- 1:52:42Speaker 1: right BUT i understaying that's kind of like people's personal,
- 1:52:45Speaker 1: business Right LIKE i don't, Care Like i'm NOT i
- 1:52:49Speaker 1: don't want to investigate people's underwear to to determine if
- 1:52:53Speaker 1: they can go in a restroom or. NOT i, mean
- 1:52:55Speaker 1: if they look like a, female they can go in
- 1:52:57Speaker 1: the female. Restroom if they look like a, MALE i
- 1:52:59Speaker 1: would think that they would go in the male. Restroom
- 1:53:01Speaker 1: but you would, think who's going to be investigating people's
- 1:53:04Speaker 1: underpants before they go to the. Restroom people like. That
- 1:53:08Speaker 1: are we going to have underwear Like Jacks jo when
- 1:53:10Speaker 1: people go to the, Restroom.
- 1:53:12Speaker 5: People Like James tallafrico who want allowed dudes to go
- 1:53:14Speaker 5: into a women's restroom whether they look like a dude or.
- 1:53:16Speaker 1: Not i'm not sure that's the. CASE i, mean but
- 1:53:21Speaker 1: who's going to? Enforce who enforces? Bathroom and how do we?
- 1:53:25Speaker 13: Expected you know, What i'll.
- 1:53:27Speaker 5: Let jaffe see thanks to the Cal david your your
- 1:53:31Speaker 5: your level of education and science is about the same
- 1:53:36Speaker 5: as your level of education in. Politics James tallerrigo was
- 1:53:40Speaker 5: the one who said there were six in fact six
- 1:53:41Speaker 5: sexes when there are only, two and now he's changed
- 1:53:44Speaker 5: his opinion on. That he's the guy who fanboys over
- 1:53:47Speaker 5: trans podcast hosts says he loves the trans. Children do
- 1:53:51Speaker 5: you think we should be transing? Children children who aren't
- 1:53:54Speaker 5: old enough to drive or allowed to, Smoke but we
- 1:53:56Speaker 5: should give them life altering body, surgeries changing their body
- 1:54:00Speaker 5: to mimic that of the opposite, sex and literally destroying
- 1:54:03Speaker 5: their future because most of, them it doesn't make them,
- 1:54:06Speaker 5: happy it doesn't. Help in, fact they're still the sex
- 1:54:11Speaker 5: they don't want to. Be it's really, sad it's really.
- 1:54:14Speaker 5: Dangerous and it's really. BAD i don't want those kind
- 1:54:17Speaker 5: of people working at the state, level at least from my.
- 1:54:21Speaker 5: World all, right we'll see you. Tomorrow be. Sick
