- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the past 24 hours, the Democrats on
- 0:08Speaker 1: the House Judiciary Committee have unveiled their Epstein-slash-Trump report. And
- 0:15Speaker 1: the allegations made inside of that report are more than damning.
- 0:19Speaker 1: I mean, just think about it for a second. These
- 0:22Speaker 1: kinds of allegations, being lobbed against a sitting president, Just
- 0:26Speaker 1: take a look at the presidents of the past and
- 0:28Speaker 1: some of the controversies that sunk them. And then frame
- 0:32Speaker 1: that with what we've heard about Donald Trump. Now look,
- 0:36Speaker 1: I'm not saying all these allegations against Trump are true.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't know. And I'm not going to sit here
- 0:40Speaker 1: and make pretend I do know. But what I do
- 0:43Speaker 1: know for a fact is this. Whenever there's allegations such
- 0:47Speaker 1: as these, they need to be looked at. And they
- 0:49Speaker 1: need to be looked at by an independent party. Because
- 0:53Speaker 1: there's no doubt that the Democrats have a lot to gain.
- 0:55Speaker 1: by trying to torpedo Trump. But does that make what
- 0:58Speaker 1: they're saying untrue? Of course it doesn't. And for those
- 1:02Speaker 1: of you who are familiar with election season, you know
- 1:05Speaker 1: that there's always an October surprise. And this year, I
- 1:09Speaker 1: thought it was going to be the story about Lindsey Graham.
- 1:12Speaker 1: But instead, we get this new report by the Democrats.
- 1:16Speaker 1: And I think it's going to help them during the midterms.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I mean, anytime you have a report like this that
- 1:21Speaker 1: comes out, and there's people that have been sitting on
- 1:24Speaker 1: the fence... It's going to push them away from the
- 1:28Speaker 1: ruling party, right? I'm talking about independent voters, not people
- 1:32Speaker 1: that are MAGA or, you know, the base, whatever. I'm
- 1:35Speaker 1: talking about independents that might have crossed party lines last
- 1:39Speaker 1: time around to vote for Donald Trump. A lot of
- 1:42Speaker 1: those same people are staying home. And I've talked to
- 1:47Speaker 1: a lot of people in my own life, independents, who
- 1:49Speaker 1: aren't even bothering voting this time around because they feel disenfranchised.
- 1:54Speaker 1: They feel like they've been lied to. Like they've been
- 1:56Speaker 1: dog walked. We were told there's going to be no wars.
- 2:00Speaker 1: We were told that the Epstein folks are going to
- 2:01Speaker 1: be held accountable. All sorts of shit. And of course,
- 2:06Speaker 1: none of it's come to fruition. So when you have
- 2:08Speaker 1: a situation like that, that's already on fire, and you
- 2:11Speaker 1: add more gasoline to it, known as Jeffrey Epstein, it's
- 2:14Speaker 1: not going to work out for you. And if you
- 2:16Speaker 1: thought that the report stopped there, you're mistaken. Because the
- 2:20Speaker 1: report also goes into the cover-up. and talks about Todd
- 2:24Speaker 1: Blanche and how he scared Maxwell away from a Trump accuser.
- 2:29Speaker 1: So in today's episode, we have an article from Above
- 2:32Speaker 1: the Law, and we're going to dive into that topic
- 2:34Speaker 1: a little bit more. Headline, House Democrats say Todd Blanche
- 2:39Speaker 1: scared Ghislaine Maxwell away from a Trump accuser. This article
- 2:44Speaker 1: was authored by Catherine Rubino. Eight days before election day,
- 2:49Speaker 1: House Judiciary Committee Democrats released a 50-plus page staff report
- 2:54Speaker 1: whose title borrows from the birthday letter Donald Trump insists
- 2:57Speaker 1: he never wrote. We have certain things in common, Jeffrey.
- 3:01Speaker 1: The case against Donald Trump emerging in the Epstein files
- 3:05Speaker 1: and the DOJ's desperate effort to cover it up. Think
- 3:09Speaker 1: about how damning that is. We have a sitting president
- 3:13Speaker 1: and this is the controversy surrounding him? Boy, somebody go
- 3:17Speaker 1: tell Gary Hart, The report released Monday by ranking member
- 3:22Speaker 1: Jamie Raskin details evidence involving 11 women. Five of them
- 3:26Speaker 1: directly accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Jeffrey
- 3:30Speaker 1: Epstein's company or presence. And two of the allegations involve
- 3:34Speaker 1: 13-year-old girls. Democrats want an independent counsel to investigate both
- 3:40Speaker 1: Epstein's co-conspirators and the Justice Department's handling of the whole mess.
- 3:45Speaker 1: And I am 100% on board with that. But... Not
- 3:49Speaker 1: just this administration. Going all the way back. That includes Obama.
- 3:54Speaker 1: That includes Biden. And that includes Clinton. So I hope
- 3:59Speaker 1: everybody understands the stakes. We're not talking about just one-way
- 4:03Speaker 1: traffic here. If we get a special counsel, a real
- 4:06Speaker 1: special counsel, it's going to be on. And everybody is
- 4:10Speaker 1: going to be left holding the bag. Consider this the
- 4:15Speaker 1: Democrats' October surprise, released with Election Day in sight. It
- 4:19Speaker 1: may not cut through the MAGA haze, very little does,
- 4:22Speaker 1: but at least someone's trying. The newest allegation comes from
- 4:26Speaker 1: Beatrice Kuhl, a Swiss former pageant contestant. She says that
- 4:31Speaker 1: Trump raped her in Plaza Hotel Suite during his 1993
- 4:34Speaker 1: American Dream pageant on the same day Epstein introduced himself
- 4:38Speaker 1: to her as Don's best friend. Not exactly a glowing recommendation, huh? Yeah,
- 4:43Speaker 1: I'm Donald Trump's best friend. But sure, they didn't really
- 4:47Speaker 1: know each other, right? They weren't homies. The account rests
- 4:52Speaker 1: on her interviews with the committee staff, and she was
- 4:55Speaker 1: previously described the encounter as an attempted rape. The White
- 4:58Speaker 1: House says none of it's true. And look, again, I
- 5:01Speaker 1: have no idea. I wasn't there. It should be investigated, though.
- 5:05Speaker 1: That's what I'm calling for. I'm not calling for anybody
- 5:08Speaker 1: to be strung up without being investigated. I'm calling for
- 5:12Speaker 1: a robust, real investigation that drags everybody in. Is that
- 5:16Speaker 1: too much to ask for as an American citizen? I
- 5:20Speaker 1: guess it is. I mean, God forbid, I want allegations
- 5:23Speaker 1: of childhood abuse looked into. God forbid. And on the
- 5:28Speaker 1: flip side of that, if I was part of the
- 5:30Speaker 1: Trump administration or one of these people that says they've
- 5:33Speaker 1: been wrongly accused, I'd want a special investigator to clear
- 5:37Speaker 1: my name. Why are they so against it? What are
- 5:42Speaker 1: you trying to hide? The cover-up section of the report
- 5:46Speaker 1: is also damning. Start with Todd Blanch, Trump's former criminal
- 5:49Speaker 1: defense lawyer and now Attorney General, who personally interviewed Ghislaine
- 5:53Speaker 1: Maxwell in 2025. According to the report, Blanch steered Maxwell
- 5:59Speaker 1: away on at least three separate occasions from discussing Jane.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Jane is a survivor whose account in the FBI files
- 6:06Speaker 1: say Epstein introduced her to Trump at Mar-a-Lago when she
- 6:10Speaker 1: was 14 with the line, this is a good one, huh?
- 6:13Speaker 1: At one point, Blanche told Maxwell, let's not talk about individuals. Yeah,
- 6:18Speaker 1: that's a little bit of obstruction of justice, no? Just
- 6:21Speaker 1: like I told you at the time. Todd Blanche is
- 6:23Speaker 1: dick deep. And if we had a real country that
- 6:26Speaker 1: cared about scumbaggery, Todd Blanche wouldn't be the Attorney General.
- 6:30Speaker 1: He'd be on trial for corruption. But unfortunately, we do
- 6:35Speaker 1: not have that kind of world or that country. Democrats
- 6:38Speaker 1: say that may amount to witness tampering and obstruction. I
- 6:41Speaker 1: agree with that, it sure does. at the very least
- 6:43Speaker 1: a basis for an investigation. Where's the OIG investigating Todd Blanche? Maxwell,
- 6:52Speaker 1: you'll recall, was moved to a minimum security camp in
- 6:55Speaker 1: Texas roughly a week after that interview. A transfer, Senator
- 6:58Speaker 1: Sheldon Whitehouse, is still waiting for Blanche to explain. Never
- 7:02Speaker 1: gonna happen. Blanche can do whatever he wants, and remember
- 7:06Speaker 1: the reason why. The reason why is because they know
- 7:10Speaker 1: they're all gonna get pardons. They know that Donald Trump's
- 7:12Speaker 1: going to pardon them all. So they're going to do
- 7:14Speaker 1: whatever he wants them to do. And it's going to
- 7:19Speaker 1: go on like this forever now. Every administration is going
- 7:22Speaker 1: to do the same thing because they know they can
- 7:24Speaker 1: get away with it. And that's why it's such a
- 7:26Speaker 1: big fucking deal. And that's why I'm against this kind
- 7:28Speaker 1: of shit no matter what party is doing it. Then
- 7:32Speaker 1: there are the documents. The report says an FBI agent's
- 7:35Speaker 1: internal search for Trump and Epstein under exploitation of minors
- 7:40Speaker 1: returned a case number tied to Epstein's 2007 federal investigation.
- 7:45Speaker 1: A whistleblower told Democrats that documents linked to that case
- 7:50Speaker 1: have been withheld from Congress and the public. How is
- 7:54Speaker 1: that acceptable? Not one single piece of documentation that might
- 7:59Speaker 1: be damning should be withheld. That's what the law called for.
- 8:04Speaker 1: So what are these dudes doing? And why are they
- 8:06Speaker 1: getting away with it? A still redacted 2009 email From
- 8:10Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyer, says Trump, specifically asked his own attorney to
- 8:14Speaker 1: let Epstein's team know about Trump's interview with the lawyer
- 8:17Speaker 1: for Epstein's victims. That same redacted 2009 material has Trump
- 8:22Speaker 1: saying Epstein was never asked to leave Mar-a-Lago. Well, well, well,
- 8:26Speaker 1: I thought that Donald Trump got rid of him because
- 8:30Speaker 1: he was such a menace, such a pest. Come on,
- 8:33Speaker 1: are you telling me that Donald Trump's bullshitting us? There's
- 8:36Speaker 1: no way. We're talking about Honest Abe over here, right?
- 8:41Speaker 1: George Washington. The man's never told a lie. Just a
- 8:44Speaker 1: bastion of honesty. A pillar of society. A real salt-of-the-earth type.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Who the fuck do they think they're kidding? That's awkward,
- 8:54Speaker 1: since I kicked him out has been the official story
- 8:57Speaker 1: for years. Blanche's explanation for the redaction is that it's
- 9:01Speaker 1: privileged communication between counsel. Of course, Blanche will always have
- 9:06Speaker 1: some kind of reasoning. Well, you see, what had happened was...
- 9:11Speaker 1: And I'm so sick of it. I'm so sick of
- 9:13Speaker 1: these people getting away with this bullshit while the rest
- 9:15Speaker 1: of us have the full weight of the government dropped
- 9:17Speaker 1: on us if we jaywalk. The Epstein Files Transparency Act,
- 9:24Speaker 1: which Trump signed, allows redactions to protect victims. It has
- 9:27Speaker 1: no carve-out for things that make the president look bad,
- 9:31Speaker 1: a distinction the DOJ has struggled with since Jump. Blanche
- 9:35Speaker 1: personally blocked the DEA from releasing an unredacted document about
- 9:39Speaker 1: a 2015 investigation into Epstein's associates. Then, Katie Fang sued him,
- 9:46Speaker 1: and Judge Emmett Sullivan found Blanche had effectively conceded he
- 9:49Speaker 1: was violating the law. Well, yeah, because that's what he
- 9:52Speaker 1: was doing. Blanche answered with a brief that reads like
- 9:57Speaker 1: a kid yelling that's not fair, and by September, Sullivan
- 10:00Speaker 1: was warning him about contempt. New Mexico sued too, because
- 10:04Speaker 1: it can't get the files it needs for its own
- 10:06Speaker 1: criminal investigation into Epstein's Oro Ranch. So the state and
- 10:10Speaker 1: foreign prosecutors part of Raskin's demand isn't hypothetical. Well, we
- 10:16Speaker 1: also have the UK trying to get information from about
- 10:19Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, and the Trump administration's just stonewalling them the
- 10:23Speaker 1: whole entire time. Ask yourself why. And last week brought
- 10:32Speaker 1: reports that the White House officials helped draft the July
- 10:35Speaker 1: 2025 FBI DOJ memo that effectively shut down further Epstein investigations. Well,
- 10:42Speaker 1: what do you know? Could it be that the White
- 10:45Speaker 1: House is at the sticks and controlling this whole entire cover-up?
- 10:49Speaker 1: Who would have guessed it? The DOJ kept a 2009
- 10:53Speaker 1: email about the president under wraps, but it published survivors
- 10:56Speaker 1: identifying information. It withheld files tied to an exploitation of
- 11:01Speaker 1: minor's case number, but it somehow found room in the
- 11:04Speaker 1: production for an above-the-law newsletter written years after Epstein died
- 11:09Speaker 1: because the government has taken this very seriously and Raskin
- 11:13Speaker 1: isn't mincing words. Trump's Justice Department appears to be covering
- 11:16Speaker 1: up these crimes to protect the president. said Judiciary Ranking
- 11:20Speaker 1: Member Jamie Raskin in a statement. The women who survived
- 11:24Speaker 1: Epstein deserve to be heard. Congress must have the complete
- 11:27Speaker 1: files required by law, and an independent special counsel must
- 11:31Speaker 1: investigate Epstein's co-conspirators and the DOJ's cover-up and ensure that
- 11:35Speaker 1: state and foreign prosecutors have the evidence they need to
- 11:39Speaker 1: pursue justice. Does that seem like a gigantic ask? That
- 11:43Speaker 1: seems like just the most basic duty, right? You have
- 11:47Speaker 1: other law enforcement... divisions, or organizations asking for help, and
- 11:52Speaker 1: you're refusing? The report itself is doubtful the administration will
- 11:57Speaker 1: take even that minimal step, and it's not hard to
- 12:00Speaker 1: see why. Blanche has already told the Senate the DOJ
- 12:04Speaker 1: won't prosecute anyone else connected to Epstein. And he once
- 12:07Speaker 1: explained that it isn't a crime to party with Mr. Epstein.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Imagine being the Attorney General and popping that shit. I
- 12:14Speaker 1: wonder if Mr. Blanche would think it would be okay
- 12:17Speaker 1: if his daughter was partying with Jeffrey Epstein. Somehow I
- 12:20Speaker 1: think that would ring some alarm bells. Under the special
- 12:26Speaker 1: counsel regulations, the decision to appoint one belongs to the
- 12:30Speaker 1: attorney general. So call on whether to investigate the president's
- 12:34Speaker 1: ties to Epstein belongs to the president's lawyer. Sorry, former lawyer.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I'll definitely be holding my breath for that one. So
- 12:43Speaker 1: this report's not only damning for Trump, it's damning for
- 12:46Speaker 1: Todd Blanche. And for me, in my opinion, I think
- 12:49Speaker 1: the most damning part of it is the cover-up, because
- 12:53Speaker 1: we can prove that. The other stuff, it's going to
- 12:55Speaker 1: take a lot of work, right? And when you have
- 12:57Speaker 1: this kind of DOJ that doesn't seem interested in digging deeper,
- 13:01Speaker 1: it's going to be pretty difficult. But when it comes
- 13:03Speaker 1: to the cover-up, oh, there's other ways to go about that.
- 13:06Speaker 1: And remember, if we open the door with concrete allegations,
- 13:11Speaker 1: such as the cover-up, then who knows where it goes?
- 13:15Speaker 1: Because once you're in, you're in. Now, the caveat to
- 13:18Speaker 1: all of this is that if the Democrats don't win
- 13:21Speaker 1: the House, then Todd Blanch and the Trump administration is
- 13:24Speaker 1: going to continue to try and put this to bed.
- 13:26Speaker 1: They're going to continue to try and make pretend it's
- 13:30Speaker 1: a big hoax. So there's a lot on the line
- 13:33Speaker 1: as far as this story goes. And I think a
- 13:35Speaker 1: lot of that's going to come down to what happens
- 13:38Speaker 1: on Election Day. And I think after the election... we'll
- 13:42Speaker 1: have a better idea as to where things are going.
- 13:44Speaker 1: And when we have some more information, one way or
- 13:47Speaker 1: the other, we'll get that added to the catalog as well.
- 13:51Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 13:53Speaker 1: found in the description box.
