- 0:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I say you're saying that about me?
- 0:54Speaker 1: No, I say like, I say that about me for
- 0:56Speaker 1: like an old woman. Why am I saying like so much?
- 0:59Speaker 1: It's cringe And I'm gonna work on it. I'm gonna

- 1:59Speaker 1: and I do you need to make a correction. I'm
- 2:03Speaker 1: not old well, and I feel like, wow, I feel
- 2:07Speaker 1: like as a man speaks, so he is, and I
- 2:11Speaker 1: just want to change my languaging because first of all,
- 2:13Speaker 1: I think I look great.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Bitch, compared to Robin Brown, who's ten years younger.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Than me, saying I feel like they look great. I
- 2:19Speaker 1: feel like it's all about how you feel inside of yourself.
- 2:22Speaker 1: You know, I'm so youthful. Yeah, Preddy, you're so Just
- 2:26Speaker 1: a little correction, just a minor correction before we continue. Now,
- 2:30Speaker 1: we're going to be taking your calls to talk about
- 2:33Speaker 1: Sister Wives. And if you want to call us and
- 2:36Speaker 1: sound off, all you have to do is go to
- 2:38Speaker 1: speakpipe dot com slash reality TV Crane. You have ninety
- 2:43Speaker 1: seconds you can tell us what you're thinking about. Yeah,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and it's perfectly free and we love to hear from you.
- 2:49Speaker 1: And if you do call, we may feature your message.
- 2:54Speaker 1: So fun, so much fun, fun, so cool. All right,
- 2:58Speaker 1: we'll start us off Beatrice.
- 2:59Speaker 2: All right. The first one we have is from an
- 3:02Speaker 2: anonymous raccoon.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Oh these always scare me.
- 3:04Speaker 2: They're fine because I don't know if they're gonna call.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Them make trouble.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Oh my god, like Cleatis did.
- 3:11Speaker 1: That was muzz hey, teaters Anddehlia.
- 3:15Speaker 4: I have a thought about Robin and the fact that
- 3:18Speaker 4: she seems to be trying to indicate something about her
- 3:24Speaker 4: and Cody having this sexual chemistry more than she has
- 3:27Speaker 4: in the past in more recent episodes in the last
- 3:30Speaker 4: season one on the Horse and two the Round during
- 3:36Speaker 4: the the the one on ones that she was having
- 3:40Speaker 4: with Suki, And I think that's because Robin is so jealous.
- 3:46Speaker 4: I think she is extremely jealous person. She should have
- 3:49Speaker 4: never ever signed up for this, this uh filigamy, But
- 3:54Speaker 4: I think that she did so because she knew from
- 3:58Speaker 4: her early days with Cody that he was done with
- 4:01Speaker 4: the other women and that he was going to be
- 4:02Speaker 4: all about her. But I think that she did not
- 4:06Speaker 4: like hearing all about how the news story was that
- 4:11Speaker 4: Janelle and Cody had such great sex life, and she
- 4:14Speaker 4: wants to make sure everybody knows she has this great
- 4:18Speaker 4: sex life with Cody, you know, and she doesn't want
- 4:21Speaker 4: to make she doesn't want Janelle to be looked at
- 4:23Speaker 4: as the sex wife. She has to be the everything wife,
- 4:25Speaker 4: so she is also the sex wife. Janelle might have
- 4:28Speaker 4: been in Las Vegas for a very short time, but
- 4:32Speaker 4: that she doesn't want that to be the theme, and
- 4:34Speaker 4: it's just jealousy. I do think she was extremely jealous
- 4:37Speaker 4: when she started, and that's part of the problems they
- 4:41Speaker 4: had well.
- 4:42Speaker 1: And furthermore, in the first episode of the new season,
- 4:46Speaker 1: of course, we have them out to dinner and she's
- 4:50Speaker 1: licking her fork gratuitously unfortunately in a propeller calling to mind,
- 4:57Speaker 1: I guess Falaytio or Connie lingis because then he licks
- 5:02Speaker 1: his fork and then we have this weird, anomalous conversation
- 5:07Speaker 1: from Cody Brown on the couch about polygamists and sex
- 5:11Speaker 1: and monogamists and sex, and like the only reason he
- 5:14Speaker 1: would entertain the idea of another wife is because of
- 5:17Speaker 1: his sex drive, because he's such a virile young man. Okay,
- 5:21Speaker 1: So it's it is weird. It's kind of a pivot.
- 5:24Speaker 1: It's a change intact from you know, this idea that
- 5:28Speaker 1: we would never talk about money and sex on the show,
- 5:30Speaker 1: and now all of a sudden, we're riding double on
- 5:33Speaker 1: a horse that can't hold our big ass weight and
- 5:36Speaker 1: I'm licking forks. I don't get it. What do you think, Beatrice,
- 5:39Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 5:39Speaker 2: I don't know if it's like jealousy. I mean, I
- 5:42Speaker 2: definitely think she was jealous of the OG wives when
- 5:45Speaker 2: they were all together, and that's why she hoarded Cody
- 5:48Speaker 2: in her house and in her punani. But I also
- 5:50Speaker 2: think that the reason why she's doing this now and
- 5:54Speaker 2: talking about sex now is kind of to dig at
- 5:57Speaker 2: the OG wives, Like look at me, Like I was
- 5:59Speaker 2: the one and he was banging the whole time while
- 6:01Speaker 2: you guys were in miserable marriages. Because I'm so young
- 6:04Speaker 2: and desirable and hot, And I'm like, are we saying
- 6:08Speaker 2: the same thing? Because I saw her in episode two
- 6:11Speaker 2: and I was like, girl, you look at ragged.
- 6:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:15Speaker 1: It's kind of weird because they're trying to get us
- 6:18Speaker 1: to believe this idea that Robin is the shy wife.
- 6:22Speaker 2: The pretty wife.
- 6:22Speaker 1: But at the same time, she's talking about how they've
- 6:27Speaker 1: never had a problem in their sex life, so it's
- 6:29Speaker 1: not going to start now. She's mimicking relating him, and
- 6:33Speaker 1: I'm just like, I really feel like Sister Wives is
- 6:37Speaker 1: trying to soft launch a show with primarily Cody and Robin. Yeah,
- 6:43Speaker 1: and I don't get that, trying to show us a
- 6:45Speaker 1: full bodied relationship, like they're not just these thieving automaton
- 6:49Speaker 1: robots that steal. No, we actually have sex too, like robots.
- 6:53Speaker 1: It's great, Like I don't know, like maybe to try
- 6:56Speaker 1: and sell a version of themselves that make them look
- 7:00Speaker 1: interesting to keep us wanting to watch them.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Well, I don't know, it's disgusting.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm repulsed, Like.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I don't want to think about you guys have sex
- 7:08Speaker 2: at all unless it's Robin pegging.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Cody or like Robin and a sister wife. Ew, why not.
- 7:16Speaker 1: I'm here for it.
- 7:18Speaker 5: Why not?
- 7:19Speaker 1: I mean, sure that would be a surprise, and I
- 7:21Speaker 1: love surprises.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Yeah, me too.
- 7:23Speaker 1: But yeah no. And to her point about jealousy, I
- 7:26Speaker 1: can totally see that. I think that she came in
- 7:28Speaker 1: hat in hand break dancing her way right into the
- 7:31Speaker 1: position of fourth wife. But once she inserted herself, she
- 7:35Speaker 1: was feeling jealous and possessive, yeah, and territorial of Cody
- 7:40Speaker 1: and asserted herself as the one who got all of
- 7:42Speaker 1: this tension.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Well now you got him, Robin. Congrats.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Yep, I hope you like it.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, thank you, Anonymous raccoon. Next one we
- 7:51Speaker 2: have is from Tanya.
- 7:53Speaker 6: Tanya, Hey, ladies, I'm so glad that you guys have
- 7:55Speaker 6: speak pipes again. Calling from a dumpster here in Houston,
- 8:01Speaker 6: where clearly it is not fall. We are still experiencing
- 8:06Speaker 6: a hot summer anyway. So rumor is that they are
- 8:13Speaker 6: filming for season twenty one. Yeah, we thought that it
- 8:19Speaker 6: was wrapped up for twenty and it was going to
- 8:22Speaker 6: be boring, but we were going to see it through
- 8:23Speaker 6: because we're committed now. But apparently they are filming for
- 8:28Speaker 6: season twenty one. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Secondly,
- 8:37Speaker 6: I think the one hundred thousand dollars Mercedes convertible am
- 8:43Speaker 6: that he's driving around, I think he paid with that
- 8:47Speaker 6: with the money he made from Special Forces, because apparently
- 8:51Speaker 6: they get paid upfront when they're picked to be on
- 8:53Speaker 6: the show, and it is upwards of one hundred thousand dollars.
- 8:58Speaker 1: All right, bye, shut up, Tanya, I need you to
- 9:04Speaker 1: cite your sources. It's not that I don't believe you,
- 9:07Speaker 1: but like, where are you getting there? How are you
- 9:09Speaker 1: getting on that juicy freaking tea one hundred thousand dollars
- 9:14Speaker 1: for Special Forces for the entire season?
- 9:17Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 9:17Speaker 1: Maybe I don't. I don't really know. I mean it's
- 9:19Speaker 1: produced by Fox and not necessarily TLC, which doesn't pay anything.
- 9:24Speaker 1: But wow, that's crazy.
- 9:26Speaker 2: No wonder he wanted to do it then? Mm hmm,
- 9:28Speaker 2: that's a cool hundred k.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely, and he went.
- 9:31Speaker 2: And bottom Mercedes allegedly.
- 9:33Speaker 1: That's wild, But I could see it because he's so
- 9:37Speaker 1: fiscally financially irresponsible and he's always about the appearance and
- 9:42Speaker 1: how he looks. I could see him spending that money
- 9:45Speaker 1: from Special Forces instead of saving that money. Because this
- 9:49Speaker 1: show is going.
- 9:49Speaker 2: To end yeah, oh for sure. But I just I
- 9:52Speaker 2: don't understand why he doesn't spend his money wisely and
- 9:55Speaker 2: like go to Turkey and get hair plugs, like you
- 9:57Speaker 2: could look if you're so worried about your hair, your hair,
- 10:01Speaker 2: if you're so worried about your image, why wouldn't you
- 10:03Speaker 2: fix your hair? Like I don't understand.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Maybe he likes it the way it is. Maybe that's
- 10:07Speaker 1: a style that he's cultivated over many years and he
- 10:09Speaker 1: really digs at Beatrice.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Sure, jan whatever you say, But what do you think
- 10:14Speaker 2: about them potentially filming for season twenty one?
- 10:18Speaker 1: Filming?
- 10:19Speaker 5: What?
- 10:19Speaker 1: What are we filming? What are we filming?
- 10:22Speaker 6: Literally?
- 10:22Speaker 1: What are we filming? Where are we going to film
- 10:24Speaker 1: the behind the scenes of him going on Special Forces?
- 10:27Speaker 2: I don't Oh my god, what if I mean?
- 10:29Speaker 1: And we're all following the ladies on Instagram And I
- 10:33Speaker 1: don't see Christine doing anything but acquiring new properties. And
- 10:37Speaker 1: that's great and all, but I don't care.
- 10:39Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I don't see anything but Janelle breaking ground for Tide
- 10:43Speaker 1: of Farms, which is cool, sure, and maybe I would
- 10:46Speaker 1: like to see a little bit of that, but an
- 10:47Speaker 1: entire season. And then we've got Mary in her red blazer.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Going speedating I'm talking about egg plants.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I literally couldn't so, so I mean maybe that's who
- 10:58Speaker 1: we are though, as the odd And said, maybe we
- 11:00Speaker 1: just need to accept this, like we're just gonna watch
- 11:03Speaker 1: any foul directshit that they're going to put in front
- 11:06Speaker 1: of us, and we're gonna be alright with it.
- 11:07Speaker 2: I mean, look at us, we're watching this. We are
- 11:10Speaker 2: professional recappers, but we would watch it. Though if we
- 11:14Speaker 2: weren't recapping.
- 11:14Speaker 1: I don't know that I would you would keep up
- 11:17Speaker 1: with Why would I would follow them on IG? I
- 11:21Speaker 1: would maybe listen listen to other recappers who are nowhere
- 11:24Speaker 1: near as great as we are, But like, I don't
- 11:27Speaker 1: know that I would watch it. I'm like bored to
- 11:28Speaker 1: fucking tears already for season twenty, I know, and I'm
- 11:31Speaker 1: hoping they're going to be bringing us some drama and
- 11:34Speaker 1: some authenticity, but like, what are we going to do
- 11:36Speaker 1: in a season twenty one? And how many episodes are
- 11:39Speaker 1: we going to have in season twenty I thought we
- 11:42Speaker 1: were just tier rakus to wrap this shit up. We're
- 11:44Speaker 1: going to go on an apology tour. We're going to
- 11:46Speaker 1: race cars with David and then we're gonna go and
- 11:49Speaker 1: it's gonna be by well.
- 11:51Speaker 2: And that's the thing. I could see them doing a
- 11:53Speaker 2: season twenty one if like season twenty was only ten
- 11:57Speaker 2: episodes and then the rest of what was to be
- 12:00Speaker 2: season twenty ends up being season twenty one, just so
- 12:02Speaker 2: they can keep eking it out to get as much
- 12:05Speaker 2: money as possible.
- 12:07Speaker 1: So I paused here because I had to look up
- 12:11Speaker 1: the ratings for season twenty because I have my opinion
- 12:15Speaker 1: on what I think of this content, so to you,
- 12:17Speaker 1: but like I'm wondering what everybody is thinking out there. Well,
- 12:20Speaker 1: they're doing great. Sister Wives Season twenty debuted on September
- 12:25Speaker 1: twenty eighth, twenty twenty five, with the premiere episode drawing
- 12:28Speaker 1: an audience of over two million viewers. When you think
- 12:32Speaker 1: about the fact that The Valley on Bravo only garnered
- 12:36Speaker 1: like around three hundred thousand viewers or less per week,
- 12:42Speaker 1: my god, when you think about Real Housewives of any
- 12:45Speaker 1: franchise making like two hundred to seven hundred thousand views
- 12:49Speaker 1: a week, and the Sister Wives are debuting at two million. Now,
- 12:54Speaker 1: I don't know what it's going to be for season
- 12:57Speaker 1: or episode two. I don't know how much the drop
- 12:59Speaker 1: off is to be Yeah, but last season, where we
- 13:02Speaker 1: had thirty episodes or whatever, I was tracking the ratings
- 13:06Speaker 1: and they stayed at around seven eight or nine hundred
- 13:09Speaker 1: thousand each week. Oh my god.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Ctlc's going to try forever.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Then we're here forever. Oh my god, you're absolutely right.
- 13:16Speaker 5: Oh my wild.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Thank you for that juicyt because that's crazy.
- 13:21Speaker 5: All right.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Next one we have is from Rachel.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Hi, Carols, I'm so glad to see you again. Not
- 13:26Speaker 3: that I stopped watching you, because I've been watching all
- 13:28Speaker 3: the recaps, but anyway, I'm just excited you're back. I'm
- 13:31Speaker 3: excited to have more insights from you about Sister Rives
- 13:35Speaker 3: season twenty. So when you were talking about not being
- 13:40Speaker 3: sure when things were recorded, I think you're absolutely right.
- 13:45Speaker 3: This dinner between Cooty and Rob them, I believe that
- 13:50Speaker 3: happened earlier because he doesn't look the way he looks
- 13:53Speaker 3: on Special Forces, and we can kind of tell when
- 13:57Speaker 3: Special Forces was recorded or when it was taped or whatever.
- 14:03Speaker 3: We can keep track of that timeline much easier than
- 14:05Speaker 3: we can keep track of of TLC and their crappy timeline.
- 14:11Speaker 3: And also, I was thinking about it the other day
- 14:13Speaker 3: and I couldn't figure out what his lack of hair
- 14:17Speaker 3: or whatever reminded me of. It's you know, when you
- 14:20Speaker 3: shut corn and you take the hut, it's husking or whatever.
- 14:24Speaker 3: You take the husks off corn and there's that little
- 14:26Speaker 3: hair in there. That's what it is. It's his corn
- 14:29Speaker 3: husk hair. It's like he ripped it off of the
- 14:31Speaker 3: corn any and he attached it to his head somehow. Anyway,
- 14:36Speaker 3: love you girls, you keep me laughing. Talk to you soon.
- 14:41Speaker 2: I mean, she's not wrong, she's not wrong.
- 14:43Speaker 1: And as we said last week, I can see Robin
- 14:46Speaker 1: collecting those corn hust hares and then gluing them to
- 14:50Speaker 1: her American girl dolls. Yeah, oh my god, yeah, probably yes.
- 14:55Speaker 1: So what do you think of the timeline stuff?
- 14:57Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, it makes sense because we I've seen
- 15:01Speaker 2: talking heads with Cody with a full beard, and then
- 15:03Speaker 2: we've seen talking heads where he's got it shaved and
- 15:05Speaker 2: he's got a douche go tea. So of course it's
- 15:08Speaker 2: different timelines. But that's just par for the course. It's
- 15:11Speaker 2: like the entirety of Season nineteen was. I mean, I
- 15:15Speaker 2: feel like multiple years.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Of content all over the place.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Smushed together, and I'm so tired of that. But we've
- 15:21Speaker 2: talked about that a million times before. It's just really
- 15:24Speaker 2: annoying to have to keep everything together when they're like
- 15:27Speaker 2: purposely manufacturing content and splicing it in artificially to create
- 15:33Speaker 2: a storyline.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Yeah, it is annoying. And maybe they're trying to rectify
- 15:38Speaker 1: that in season twenty, like by coming back so soon
- 15:41Speaker 1: and we're only like in a year away, so it's
- 15:43Speaker 1: like maybe narrowing the gap. But yeah, you know what
- 15:48Speaker 1: I noticed. This has me thinking because it's so different
- 15:51Speaker 1: than what we've seen before in the various timelines. There's
- 15:54Speaker 1: something about Cody's really strange expressions. Yeah, when he's talking,
- 15:59Speaker 1: for example, about not being able to be naughty, or
- 16:04Speaker 1: like if he was going to be with another woman,
- 16:06Speaker 1: she'd have to be a diamond. And like the way
- 16:09Speaker 1: his expressions are, it just seems like he's in a
- 16:11Speaker 1: new season of his psychotic life. Yeah, and things are degrading,
- 16:18Speaker 1: and I'm wondering where in the timeline that exists. It
- 16:20Speaker 1: feels like it's closer to now. To me, my vibe
- 16:23Speaker 1: is like that's probably fairly recent, which just gives me
- 16:27Speaker 1: the feeling that he has not grown at all after
- 16:31Speaker 1: Garrison's passing. He has not grown at all after something
- 16:35Speaker 1: like Special Forces, which I think the underlying purpose of
- 16:38Speaker 1: this is to get you to face the stuff inside
- 16:42Speaker 1: of you that's holding you back and like transcend and
- 16:44Speaker 1: transform that. Like I don't see any of that happening,
- 16:47Speaker 1: given like these weird expressions and things that he's doing
- 16:51Speaker 1: on camera.
- 16:52Speaker 2: Yeah, it's super weird. I think I said this last week,
- 16:55Speaker 2: or maybe I forgot, but like he's like a demon
- 16:58Speaker 2: trying to pretend like they're a human. So he's like
- 17:02Speaker 2: having these weird caricature expressions that are not normal. And
- 17:07Speaker 2: maybe it's his psychosis, maybe it's his MPD. I don't know,
- 17:10Speaker 2: but it's it's super weird. It makes me uncomfortable when
- 17:14Speaker 2: he makes those expressions because it's so grandiose. Maybe it's
- 17:18Speaker 2: his booze brain and he thinks that he's just being
- 17:21Speaker 2: normal and he's got wet brain. I don't know.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Well, it makes me think of like people getting older,
- 17:28Speaker 1: because what I've noticed is somebody in that demographic, you know,
- 17:31Speaker 1: and knowing people who are aging, like I notice that
- 17:35Speaker 1: people tend to crystallize into certain aspects of themselves, like
- 17:41Speaker 1: if they're working on themselves. If like their brain is
- 17:44Speaker 1: still there's some plasticity, some flexibility, and they're trying to
- 17:47Speaker 1: grow still, Like you don't see it as much, but
- 17:49Speaker 1: if they're settled in their ways, it's almost like their
- 17:52Speaker 1: brain and their body chooses a personality type or an
- 17:55Speaker 1: aspect and then they just go with that. And I
- 17:57Speaker 1: feel like with Cody, what I'm saying is we're seeing
- 18:00Speaker 1: him having chosen this weird, narcissistic, angry, yeah, toxically demonstrative
- 18:06Speaker 1: aspect of himself, and it's now just kind of getting bigger.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Oh definitely, Yeah, I think you're right.
- 18:11Speaker 1: I feel like he's crazy, dude.
- 18:12Speaker 2: He is absolutely insane, and like, I don't think he's
- 18:15Speaker 2: ever going to change, because if you don't change now,
- 18:17Speaker 2: you're stuck this way forever, and then you're gonna die
- 18:20Speaker 2: and you're gonna have some crazy karmic debt that you're
- 18:22Speaker 2: gonna have to deal with, because I like, how can
- 18:25Speaker 2: you fuck up your life so bad? I don't know,
- 18:28Speaker 2: it's wild to watch, And how can Robin On the
- 18:31Speaker 2: same coin, she's also kind of crystallizing into herself.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Unfortunately it's really.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Terrible, But I'm like, how can Robin just like love
- 18:40Speaker 2: a person like this. It makes me question Robin's character
- 18:43Speaker 2: even more than because.
- 18:44Speaker 1: She's incredibly compatible with this nature that we're seeing. Gross
- 18:48Speaker 1: and Cody and I was recently watching some podcasting. No
- 18:52Speaker 1: I told you about it, but this guy was talking
- 18:53Speaker 1: about fitness, and he's like, you need to train for
- 18:57Speaker 1: old age. Like it's not like you're just gonna be
- 19:00Speaker 1: old and you're going to retain like your foundational structure
- 19:03Speaker 1: and strength. No, you need to be actively training full
- 19:07Speaker 1: time for your physical well being as you get older.
- 19:10Speaker 1: But it's not just the physical, it's the mental. And
- 19:13Speaker 1: it's like, if you're not continuing to challenge yourself in
- 19:16Speaker 1: how you care for people and are compassionate and your
- 19:19Speaker 1: viewpoints on the world and society, Like, if you're not
- 19:22Speaker 1: constantly engaging and challenging yourself to be a better person,
- 19:26Speaker 1: like you do just end up in like one zone
- 19:28Speaker 1: of your fucked up reptilian brain and you end up
- 19:31Speaker 1: just being you'd be an angry old person or you're
- 19:34Speaker 1: somebody who's inflexible as an old person. And I think
- 19:37Speaker 1: that's who Cody's gonna be, which makes me feel like
- 19:41Speaker 1: there's not a lot of hope for healing with his
- 19:44Speaker 1: children and him, because even as he's talking about it
- 19:47Speaker 1: now in these first couple of episodes, he's like, well,
- 19:50Speaker 1: it's on their terms, So I guess we're never gonna
- 19:53Speaker 1: heal or you know, innuendo and trash talking like he's
- 19:56Speaker 1: not changing gu whatsoever.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Yeah, he has no ounce of such reflection in his
- 20:01Speaker 2: tiny little body.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Yep, it's a small body, it is. It's a very
- 20:05Speaker 1: wee mind.
- 20:05Speaker 2: It's a weird body.
- 20:07Speaker 1: So we kind of went off in a tangent, but
- 20:09Speaker 1: good thoughts, Rachel.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Yeah, thanks Rachel. All right, last one we have is
- 20:12Speaker 2: from Emily.
- 20:13Speaker 5: Emily, Hi, gurlies, It's Emily from the Irish Dumpster. I
- 20:18Speaker 5: just wanted to check in with you guys after the
- 20:20Speaker 5: first episode of season twenty. So what I want to
- 20:24Speaker 5: know is if you guys caught the scene with having
- 20:29Speaker 5: her picture taken from the first day of third grade
- 20:32Speaker 5: or whatever it's at. I have seen happier looking people
- 20:36Speaker 5: in hostage videos, so if you guys have any thoughts
- 20:40Speaker 5: on that, I'd love to hear it. Love you guys, bye.
- 20:43Speaker 2: I mean, she didn't look happy. None of those kids
- 20:46Speaker 2: really look happy.
- 20:47Speaker 1: I just feel like they do have that very severe affect,
- 20:51Speaker 1: you know. Yeah, it's gotta be to play Ariela's advocate,
- 20:55Speaker 1: Like there's cameras around you for this is your first
- 20:59Speaker 1: day of school. Is it the first day of school
- 21:01Speaker 1: for kindergarten? Now she's older than that.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Right, yeah, she's I feel like she's like in middle school.
- 21:06Speaker 1: I don't have any idea. I'm sorry, I don't know.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I'm not connected to that. Okay, So it's her first
- 21:10Speaker 1: day of school. It's already kind of like an anxious
- 21:13Speaker 1: place to be. She might be a little insecure about that.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Now we've got the production team and dad and mom
- 21:19Speaker 1: performing again like puppeteers on the demonic stage. Like, I
- 21:23Speaker 1: just feel like that would be a strange situation to
- 21:26Speaker 1: be in as a child.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Definitely. I could also see a world where Cody and
- 21:32Speaker 2: Robin are constantly talking and scheming about what they're gonna
- 21:38Speaker 2: say on the show before they start filming, and they
- 21:41Speaker 2: constantly bring the kids into it and like coach them
- 21:44Speaker 2: of what to say and how to act everything. I
- 21:46Speaker 2: could imagine being a kid in that household and just
- 21:50Speaker 2: being exhausted with how much my narcissistic as parents are
- 21:55Speaker 2: just talking about themselves, talking about their plans talking about
- 21:58Speaker 2: a multimillion dollar mansion and like also wondering, at my
- 22:01Speaker 2: kid brain, why don't I see my other siblings, and
- 22:04Speaker 2: then having Robin in my ear also saying, Oh, it's
- 22:07Speaker 2: because they all fucking hate you. Like you know, I
- 22:10Speaker 2: feel like it'd be really difficult to be a kid
- 22:12Speaker 2: of Robin and Cody.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Well, and it's a lot for Robin and Cody to
- 22:16Speaker 1: manage trying to rehab their image, and so like them
- 22:19Speaker 1: to place that on the shoulders of your children who
- 22:22Speaker 1: then have to perform it, Like if you're young and
- 22:24Speaker 1: you don't know how to manage all of that, it
- 22:26Speaker 1: would be very overwhelming, I think. And I hope that
- 22:30Speaker 1: Solomon and Ari are happy. I hope that they get
- 22:34Speaker 1: everything that they should have and that they have a
- 22:38Speaker 1: loving home therapy. I wish I wish that they could
- 22:43Speaker 1: have access to their siblings. I think that when Maddie says,
- 22:47Speaker 1: for example, in episode one, like that she really or
- 22:50Speaker 1: they reference back to when she had a conversation with
- 22:52Speaker 1: Leon and they were both saying that they really wish
- 22:55Speaker 1: they could have a relationship with Robin's kids, And I
- 22:58Speaker 1: think it would be so good for them generally, speaking,
- 23:02Speaker 1: and I mean a lot of us grew up in
- 23:05Speaker 1: homes where our parents were unstable, whether that was narcissism
- 23:10Speaker 1: or substance abuse or something else, and it's a minefield
- 23:14Speaker 1: to try to navigate. I imagine Solomon and Ariela, I mean,
- 23:19Speaker 1: at least subconsciously, probably feel a little bit of that
- 23:22Speaker 1: if we're seeing it. I mean they're feeling.
- 23:24Speaker 2: It, definitely, I would think, I think so.
- 23:26Speaker 1: But I hope that they're happy. They're good kids me too.
- 23:29Speaker 2: I mean, they have that big old mansion that they
- 23:31Speaker 2: live in now, and.
- 23:32Speaker 1: So they don't have to see each other.
- 23:33Speaker 2: It will, but they probably get everything they want. They
- 23:36Speaker 2: probably get all their gifts and all their little toys
- 23:38Speaker 2: and stuff. Not that that makes children happy.
- 23:40Speaker 1: But you know, speaking of the children of Robin, there
- 23:47Speaker 1: was that recent I think it was a TikTok that
- 23:50Speaker 1: Peydon made in which he said, in passing, very fleetingly,
- 23:55Speaker 1: something like, well, Dayton had to leave the house of
- 23:59Speaker 1: Robin and Cody because he did a bad thing.
- 24:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 24:02Speaker 1: He did not expand upon that, and then there was
- 24:06Speaker 1: some conversation across the reddits like what do we think
- 24:09Speaker 1: peyden was referring to? Was it perhaps that he didn't
- 24:12Speaker 1: want to comply with all the COVID hysteria of Cody
- 24:17Speaker 1: and Robin. Was it that he decided to spend time
- 24:21Speaker 1: with his bio dad David Preston, Yeah, I think so
- 24:25Speaker 1: David Preston. Which there had been rumors that he had
- 24:30Speaker 1: gone to actually live with his biodad Or was there
- 24:34Speaker 1: something more nefarious that happened like that Dayton did that
- 24:37Speaker 1: they had to exile him for. What did you think
- 24:39Speaker 1: about all that?
- 24:40Speaker 2: I don't know. I thought it was very interesting. I
- 24:42Speaker 2: could see a world where he got exiled because he
- 24:45Speaker 2: wanted to go spend time with his dad. But I
- 24:47Speaker 2: could also see a world where he was kicked out
- 24:50Speaker 2: because he started to question, like what's been going on?
- 24:53Speaker 2: Because Dayton and Peyden and some of the older boys,
- 24:58Speaker 2: like from Janelle's side, we're all pretty good friends when
- 25:01Speaker 2: they were younger and they were really close, and so
- 25:04Speaker 2: I wonder if like maybe he started talking to them again.
- 25:07Speaker 2: And some of the older kids were like, yo, dude,
- 25:09Speaker 2: your mom has got it wrong, Like this is how
- 25:12Speaker 2: it actually went down. My dad's fucking whack and he
- 25:15Speaker 2: doesn't talk to any of us and he's a piece
- 25:16Speaker 2: of shit, Like just watch some of the show, like
- 25:18Speaker 2: maybe Dayton started to gain consciousness and realize like, yikes,
- 25:23Speaker 2: Cody and Robin are scary or crazy and got.
- 25:27Speaker 1: But if that's what Dayton did, would Peyden have really
- 25:30Speaker 1: referred to it as a bad thing. It could be
- 25:32Speaker 1: a bad thing. I think Peyden would consider that to
- 25:35Speaker 1: be a good thing, especially since recently Peyden has come
- 25:38Speaker 1: out on his TikTok and said something to the effect like,
- 25:41Speaker 1: please don't compare me to my father. I don't want
- 25:44Speaker 1: to be anything like my dad. He is very critical
- 25:47Speaker 1: of both Cody and Robin, and so if Dayton had
- 25:50Speaker 1: rebelled against whatever it is that they were doing, or
- 25:53Speaker 1: if Dayton had chosen to realign himself with his biodad,
- 25:57Speaker 1: I don't think Peyden would classify that as bad thing,
- 26:01Speaker 1: which leaves the possibility that Dayton actually did something bad.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Maybe he got into some trouble, some substance.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Maybe he's been means some women, or that r V
- 26:16Speaker 1: having himself at the time of his little life also
- 26:20Speaker 1: not a bad thing though.
- 26:20Speaker 2: No for sure. Yeah, or maybe he's just Peyton is
- 26:23Speaker 2: trying to say face. Or maybe he says it's a
- 26:26Speaker 2: bad thing because that's what Cody and Robin would consider
- 26:29Speaker 2: a bad thing. I don't know. I wish somebody in
- 26:31Speaker 2: this goddamn family would just spill some fucking tea.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Tell the truth.
- 26:37Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 26:37Speaker 1: My impression of Dayton though, was that he was an
- 26:41Speaker 1: upstanding young man. Yeah, like he was, he had integrity. Yeah,
- 26:44Speaker 1: like he is well loved and liked by all of
- 26:47Speaker 1: the other siblings, and so I just don't feel like
- 26:49Speaker 1: he would do something dastardly or me either, But I
- 26:52Speaker 1: would like to know more. I will say that.
- 26:55Speaker 2: I don't know why nobody in this family doesn't just talk.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Are they really all under NDA? Why can't you just
- 27:00Speaker 2: fucking spill it out?
- 27:01Speaker 1: Kids, aren't I mean, just let it out? Remember, wasn't
- 27:04Speaker 1: Cody trying to impose some sort of illegal ramification on
- 27:08Speaker 1: Gwen or Peydon or something like that? Yeah, like having
- 27:11Speaker 1: TLC get them under an NDA because they were talking,
- 27:14Speaker 1: because they were on their patreons. I don't know, but like, yeah, agreed,
- 27:18Speaker 1: I wish they would talk. But yeah, very interesting for Ariela.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I hope she's happy. And that's all we can say
- 27:24Speaker 1: about that. Me too, Well, thank you so very much
