In today's episode we head to new York where I'm joined with Sydney, we speak about Chronic Illnesses Sydney has 5 and she talks and explains them in more depth. On Halloween she was in hospital battling sepsis which was frightening for her and her battled covid-19 earlier this year in January. We speak about what can really impact you when you have a chronic Illness. A really good conversation from New York but we also said it's important to have a laugh sometimes we can chronic illness and someone knows your body like yourself. Thank you again Sydney.
