- 0:19and Scott Moskowitz. Hey, welcome back. It's
- 0:25No ID, North Idaho's mainstream media deconstruction
- 0:29on Erection Day. I'm Scott. Direction day. I'm
- 0:34Paul. Hello, Internet. Yeah. Have you all taken
- 0:36your blue pills today? Or actually, depending
- 0:39on who you vote for, take your red pills. I think
- 0:42we do. We specialize in the black pill around
- 0:44here. We do specialize in the black pill. Oh,
- 0:48yes. The song I've chosen for our break time
- 0:51is really good for that. So I can't wait to share
- 0:54with you guys. You know what else I can't wait
- 0:56for? What's that? I can't wait for this for this.
- 1:00primary season to be over. Dude, I had planned
- 1:04to let it pass, let it pass me by in peace. I
- 1:08was going to just quietly go into the night,
- 1:11watch it happened. Yes, I did cast a ballot,
- 1:14my wife and I both, but I really wasn't going
- 1:16to make a big noise about any of it because so
- 1:20what, who cares in some ways. And then these
- 1:24cock gobblers from North Idaho Republicans and
- 1:27I are who are not If they are Republicans, they
- 1:31are essentially the Lindsey Graham style Republicans.
- 1:34They are the big, big establishment, big government
- 1:38Republicans. And those do exist, especially at
- 1:41the national level. And I'm sure every state
- 1:42deals with them. So that's what the NIR is if
- 1:44they are Republicans, but really they vote about
- 1:4775 % of the time with the Democrats and the Idaho
- 1:49state legislature. Anyways, they're a group that
- 1:53exists up here in North Idaho and they are. running
- 1:55hard in this primary to unseat a bunch of actual
- 1:59conservative Republican candidates. It's pseudo
- 2:02Republican on actual Republican violence today.
- 2:05And I'm really curious to see how the shit show
- 2:07filters out at the end of the day. We might not
- 2:09know fully until tomorrow morning, but I'm curious
- 2:13to see. So these guys have been making a mass.
- 2:16It's they're well funded. They're well connected.
- 2:18North Idaho Republicans. I mean, gobs and gobs
- 2:20of money. And they're just it's so irritating.
- 2:23Well, they basically took over the algorithm
- 2:25on my Facebook page about middle of last week,
- 2:29beginning of last week, maybe it was maybe Monday
- 2:31or Tuesday, it started and it really started
- 2:32and it was posts like every 10 minutes from the
- 2:35likes of Russell Mann that showed and NIR, the
- 2:39organization themselves and all of their operatives.
- 2:42And if you look at all their stuff, it's the
- 2:44same shit. All of it is the same shit. Just go
- 2:47from page to page operative to operative, go
- 2:49to the main page. They're reading off the same
- 2:51script. I actually have a screenshot. of all
- 2:54of the videos that NIR did to cover their candidates.
- 2:57They did the same exact video for every single
- 3:01candidate and the candidates read off the same
- 3:03exact script. It's like, so we don't have visuals
- 3:08here because we're just an audio only podcast.
- 3:10But if you remember the YouTube videos that came
- 3:11up back in 2020, 2021, where somebody basically
- 3:16mass edited all of the AP news media stuff together
- 3:21in a running video, audio, video file where they're
- 3:24reading the news and then it brings on another
- 3:26network and then another network and they're
- 3:28all saying the same thing at the same time in
- 3:31stereo. That's the NIR. That's what they're doing.
- 3:34It's like a superimposed supercut, like layered
- 3:38one on top of the other. I'm sure I can find
- 3:40it. It's like, oh, this is a threat to our democracy.
- 3:42A threat to our democracy. Yeah, I'll find it.
- 3:45You should. Yeah, yeah, please do. Because it's...
- 3:48It's the shit that gives you chills, makes your
- 3:50hair stand on end. Well, that's what the NIR
- 3:52is doing. Anyways, they just have ruined the
- 3:56Internet for the last week and a half and destroyed
- 3:59the algorithm and every 10 minutes or less, their
- 4:01stuff was coming up. So about Thursday of last
- 4:03week, I just snapped. I just hit a point where
- 4:05I was like, you know what? Fuck you. You can't
- 4:08do this to us. Like the Internet is supposed
- 4:11to be a fun place and you've ruined it for me.
- 4:14All I wanted to do was just enjoy the Internet.
- 4:18And they wouldn't even let me have that. So then
- 4:20I decided, you know what? I'm going to be as
- 4:23obnoxious as you guys, but I'm going to be more
- 4:25fun and clever about it. So then I thus began
- 4:28Paul Banducci's dank meme emporium. And I've
- 4:32been churning them out every hour on the hour
- 4:34as much as I can within life parameters that
- 4:37allow me to do it, except for sleep time. Obviously,
- 4:39I'm not doing it at sleep time. I would, though,
- 4:41if you could schedule posts on a personal profile
- 4:44page, I would have done it. But you can't do
- 4:46that. I tried. Before you could begin operating
- 4:50the Emporium, I'm assuming they really hampered
- 4:51your permitting process based on what you were
- 4:53trying to sling from that Emporium. Yeah, they
- 4:56had to send over an inspector and I had to have
- 4:59plumbing a certain way and there had to be enough
- 5:01parking and the door to the bathroom had to be
- 5:03exactly three inches away from the sink when
- 5:06it swung open. Yeah, it was a nightmare, but
- 5:09I finally got it up and running. Okay, hey, here's
- 5:13this here's this super cut. I am Fox and Antonio's
- 5:16Jessica Headley, and I'm Ryan Wolf Our greatest
- 5:18responsibility is to serve our Treasure Valley
- 5:20communities the old Paso Las Cruces communities
- 5:23Eastern Iowa communities in Michigan communities
- 5:26We are extremely proud of the quality balanced
- 5:28journalism that CBS 4 News produces But we are
- 5:32concerned about the trouble of trying to make
- 5:34it responsible. One side of the story is plaguing
- 5:36our country. The sharing of biased and false
- 5:40news has become all too common on social media.
- 5:44More alarming, some media outlets publish the
- 5:46same fake stories without checking facts first.
- 5:49The sharing of biased and false news has become
- 5:52all too common on social media. More alarming,
- 5:55some media outlets publish the same fake stories.
- 6:01And it's, I can, you know, it's a well, they're
- 6:04all the same CBS, ABC, NBC affiliates. Like exactly.
- 6:09It's centralized top down narrative control.
- 6:13Top down narrative control. And it's so gross.
- 6:15And that is exactly what the NIR is doing. And
- 6:17of course they're committing the, you know, accuse
- 6:20your opponent of doing what you do thing. I mean,
- 6:22that is like their top, top play in their playbook.
- 6:25And anybody who disagrees with them is one of
- 6:27only a couple of things. A Nazi. a fascist, a
- 6:31jackboot, and also guilty of groupthink. I've
- 6:36had all of that thrown at me just in the last
- 6:38few days. Me, anarcho -capitalist Paul who's
- 6:42lived it. Yeah, jackboot. I've hung out in the
- 6:48cigar lounge you founded, and it is a well -known
- 6:51Nazi hangout. Oh, yeah, super, super Nazi -ish.
- 6:56We even hosted my buddy's wedding. He got married
- 6:59to his Kenyan fiance. She's a real sweetheart.
- 7:02I like her so much. Uni. I married them. I officiated
- 7:07their wedding. And then we hosted the reception
- 7:09at the racketeer. You know, normal Nazi stuff.
- 7:11Yeah, yeah. But when you had them say their vows,
- 7:14did you have your fingers crossed behind your
- 7:16back? No, but I did attempt to botch the wedding
- 7:19by almost dropping the ring into the lake. True
- 7:22story. I did actually almost drop their ring
- 7:25into the lake. The would the wedding ceremony
- 7:26was actually on a dock over Avondale Lake And
- 7:31when they gave me the rings I stuck the rings
- 7:33in my Bible that I was reading from In the crease
- 7:36of my Bible and as I was swinging my Bible over
- 7:39to hand off the rings that who it needed to go
- 7:41to Down it went. Oh Boink Boink onto the dock
- 7:45and then in between the slats of the dock and
- 7:48the ring was just barely big enough that it went
- 7:52and stuck right in between the slats. I see.
- 7:55So you tried, you tried to poison it, but it
- 7:58just didn't, somehow their false god saved them.
- 8:03Yep. That's what happened. Yeah. I see. So we
- 8:07should say before you - It's been a good time,
- 8:09man. Before you finish the meme thing, we should
- 8:10say this. So we're recording this on Tuesday,
- 8:13on election day. And this episode - Yeah, it's
- 8:15primary Tuesday right now. Yes, as you guys are
- 8:17hearing it, you know, Thursday and beyond. The
- 8:21results will have been will have come in and
- 8:23so we're recording this right before we know
- 8:25the results So take it all with a grain of salt,
- 8:26but you're gonna hear and there's no reason to
- 8:28tell you guys to go vote either because it'll
- 8:30be too late We'll tell you you'll hear it on
- 8:31Thursday. You're like, oh I should have voted
- 8:33You'll you'll kind of get to hear a lot of the
- 8:37mainstreams narratives Leading up to and how
- 8:39they cover the upcoming election day, even though
- 8:42as this hits your ears election day Hath already
- 8:44passed Womp Womp, let's start with In this year,
- 8:51did you have more on the the memes or anything?
- 8:54No, I guess just at this point, it's just I've
- 8:56been cranking them out. So actually, while we
- 8:58do this podcast, I'll probably post two more
- 9:00at least, you know, because I'm watching the
- 9:02timeline and I have to post one in about 20 some
- 9:04odd minutes because I refuse to let them I refuse
- 9:07to cede the Internet to them. Fuck them. I won't
- 9:11do it or I won't let them do it, I guess. So
- 9:14also, I had you get on there. to inspect my work
- 9:18because you're an art critic, you know art, and
- 9:21I just wanted to see what you had to say about
- 9:23it. It sounds like the NCAA CP art critic approves
- 9:29this time around. I'm looking over and his brow
- 9:33is furrowed, so the jury might still be out.
- 9:35But I, as an art critic, approve. And I like
- 9:39laughing, too, comedy and stuff. So I found them
- 9:42quite funny. Yeah, well, I figure... I mean,
- 9:46politics is pretty shitty stuff. And I figure
- 9:49we might as well have a good laugh about it.
- 9:50Right. Because I can make a pretty good point
- 9:52in a very humorous way. And I think that's that's
- 9:55actually one of my favorite ways to do to communicate,
- 9:58make a funny point and, you know, make a prescient
- 10:01point in a humorous way. And memes are just you
- 10:04want to deliver the pill to your dog. You can't
- 10:06just shove it in that you got to put it in some
- 10:08Gainsburger. You got that right. I do believe
- 10:13I am the man for my time when it comes to the
- 10:16the phenomenon we know as memes. I was built
- 10:19for them, they were built for me. I like to think
- 10:21I'm doing the Lord's work, but I don't want to
- 10:22be too cocky about it. I think the Lord's work
- 10:28for you is thwarting non -white weddings. Stay
- 10:31in your lane. Failed. Interracial. It's even
- 10:36worse, it's interracial. Here is NPR. And some
- 10:43of their leading up to the election coverage,
- 10:46there's tons of it, so it's just sort of cherry
- 10:48-picked. Oh, I can't wait. Here's one of them.
- 11:12and Young will try to retake the seat she lost
- 11:14two years ago in the GOP primary to Ben Furman
- 11:17by just four votes. Four votes. Men, talk about
- 11:20your vote mattering. Four votes. Well, it's cliche,
- 11:25but in the primaries in particular, yes, that
- 11:29is why the fight is so hard. And in Idaho, which
- 11:33is considered to be a blood red state, it's really
- 11:35not. But there are people trying to make it sort
- 11:39of a blood red conservative state. But that's
- 11:41that's it. That's why the fight is so big. A
- 11:43lot of people who are more Democrat or big government
- 11:46Republican are really trying to infiltrate and
- 11:50win in the primaries, because then once the general
- 11:53election hits in November and it's R versus D,
- 11:56R wins everywhere outside of Moscow college town.
- 12:00Go figure. And outside of let's say Lewistown
- 12:04usually sometimes picks up a Democrat to Pocatello
- 12:07picks up a number of Democrats and the Boise.
- 12:09And that's it. You know, so the Democrats represent
- 12:12maybe 15 percent of the state legislature in
- 12:14Idaho. The rest of it is an R. But most of a
- 12:18good portion of those Rs vote just like Democrats.
- 12:23And that's why the primaries matter. They really
- 12:25matter. So, yeah, those vote. And then right
- 12:27now, too, it's precinct committeemen that are
- 12:29on the ballot every two years also. So basically.
- 12:31So here's a civics lesson nobody asked for, but
- 12:33I'm going to give it real quick, Scott. Here's
- 12:35a little taste of your local flavor and politics
- 12:37and how this works every two years committee
- 12:39precinct men are also chosen and the precinct
- 12:41committees are very important because each county
- 12:44has a Republican precinct committee a Democrat
- 12:46precinct committee some of them have a libertarian
- 12:48precinct committees and what the precinct committee
- 12:50is the most responsible for is Picking who runs
- 12:54in the primaries among many other things. They're
- 12:57active in the community They do different things,
- 12:58but the like the real big headliner is they help
- 13:02decide who gets to be on that ballot and who
- 13:05gets to be on the ballot with the support of
- 13:07the precinct committee. So your precinct committee
- 13:10man really does determine the quality of the
- 13:13candidate you get to vote for in the primaries
- 13:15and often determines the quality of the candidate
- 13:18you will then vote for in the general election.
- 13:21So that is where the fight is huge, hugely, bigly
- 13:25right now, today. That's the big fight. It matters.
- 13:29So those four votes. Those four votes can determine
- 13:32who ends up on the general election ballot, which
- 13:34then determines who goes to the state legislature.
- 13:37Maybe we're going to end up with a bunch of NPCs,
- 13:40new precinct committeemen. It's like he doesn't
- 13:47have his bill. He's fishing it out of his drawer.
- 13:50I had to. I got there. I got it. I got four votes.
- 13:54Hey, listen, man. I went to physical therapy
- 13:55today for my busted ass foot. I'll kill you stand
- 13:59in. I rushed my ass home. I got set up. And here
- 14:03we are. Atta boy. Okay. I'm cutting you slack.
- 14:07Slack cut. There are former lawmakers wanting
- 14:24to win their way back to the state house after
- 14:25a previous defeat, too. Notably, that includes
- 14:28Republicans Megan Blanksmith, Kerry Hanks, and
- 14:30Chad Christensen. Boise State University Associate
- 14:33Professor of Political Science Jacqueline Kettler
- 14:35says experienced candidates have built in name
- 14:38recognition, which is a huge value. It could
- 14:42make it hard for newer candidates to really launch
- 14:46a campaign, to attract the donations, to attract,
- 14:49to get that name recognition in the same ways,
- 14:52which is perhaps why we're almost at time seeing
- 14:55kind of groupings of candidates come together
- 14:58that are getting support in one way or the other.
- 15:01I don't understand why he's - I can explain that
- 15:02phenomenon. Well, I want you to explain it. Well,
- 15:04so why did he say, but? That's exactly what I
- 15:07was just going to say. It's like he didn't listen.
- 15:10to the audio that he was about, that he was presenting.
- 15:13Otherwise it's and, what do you mean but? She
- 15:15just affirmed what you just said. Yes, to a T.
- 15:19Here, one more time and then you explain it.
- 15:21Experienced candidates have built -in name recognition,
- 15:24which is a huge value. It's maybe like the only
- 15:28value, like it's the determining factor. Most
- 15:32of the new precinct committeemen out there, you
- 15:36know, they just, they're like, oh. I know that
- 15:39name. I've seen it on Iran signs. And then they
- 15:42just check the box. I don't know. Is that too
- 15:45cynical or am I being too harsh? I feel like
- 15:47that's how most people are voting. Incumbents
- 15:50have a huge built -in advantage. Yes, they do.
- 15:53It's the nature of it. It's just how it goes.
- 15:56It's name recognition. It's familiarity. The
- 15:59average voter is fairly low information. I would
- 16:03even go so far as to say the average voter is
- 16:05fairly low IQ for the most part. but definitely
- 16:09low information, and they're easy to lead. That
- 16:12is, again, what makes these primaries up here
- 16:16so savage because right now it is a battle for
- 16:19the soul of the Republican Party in North Idaho.
- 16:21It really is. Do you want conservative Republicans
- 16:23in there, or do you want big box brand, big government
- 16:28style Republicans slash Democrats? Because they
- 16:31really do resemble Democrats more often than
- 16:32they resemble what we think Republicans ought
- 16:35to be. So that's the battle. And incumbents do
- 16:39have a big advantage. But that change, again,
- 16:42that's why committee precinct men are so important
- 16:45because that can change quickly as well. Right
- 16:47now, for this primary cycle, the conservative
- 16:51candidates have the backing of the official Kootenai
- 16:54County Precinct Committee. If the conservative
- 16:57slate of precinct committee men as a whole lose
- 17:00the majority today, then that will change. And
- 17:03the NIR types will then have a much bigger grip
- 17:07on who gets to be the candidates going forward
- 17:10after this general election cycle in November.
- 17:13And that will change the makeup of the state
- 17:14for years to come. Candidates have built in name
- 17:18recognition, which is a huge value, but it could
- 17:21make it hard for newer candidates to say. So
- 17:25if they have you, the name recognition is a huge,
- 17:29huge advantage, but it makes it hard for new
- 17:33people on account of the name recognition. Okay,
- 17:36you mean and Here's the end of the clip within
- 17:39the Republican Party Kettler says the rematches
- 17:41and return candidates also illustrate the ideological
- 17:44divide within the party Which I suppose is what
- 17:47were you were referring to at the top here? But
- 17:49it's yes isn't it only appears to be within the
- 17:52party on the surface. It's really not The same
- 17:55party. It's just one the other party masquerading
- 17:58as the party that is correct Of course, they'll
- 18:02deny that all the way up and down and say that
- 18:04they are the party, that they are reasonable
- 18:07Republicans and that they themselves are true
- 18:09conservatives and that the ones that are actually
- 18:13true conservatives, they are labeled as radicals
- 18:16and extremists. And oftentimes even as libertarians,
- 18:19which really cracks me up. You know how much
- 18:21I love seeing big brand box Republicans and Democrats
- 18:25call other Republicans who are more conservative
- 18:27than them libertarians. It's hilarious. It's
- 18:31just like children, children, just shut up. None
- 18:33of you understand words, terms, definitions.
- 18:36You know, none of you know what you're talking
- 18:37about. You're hilarious. You're adorable. It'd
- 18:40be adorable if you weren't in charge of us all.
- 18:42Right. So that's the problem. The divide that
- 18:47they speak of here would be another. Here's a
- 18:49way the mainstream illustrates the divide. Here's
- 18:52Idaho News 6 and as it pertains to agriculture
- 18:56and immigration. Social issues versus the state's
- 18:59most important industry. It is a battle for the
- 19:02heart of the Republican Party that could play
- 19:04out in the coming primary election. Two Republican
- 19:07politicians say they're being targeted for their
- 19:10opposing political views surrounding agriculture.
- 19:13And some in the ag industry say it's time for
- 19:15a change. Senator Glenita Seiderveld recently
- 19:18told our Lori and Nettleton a group of dairies
- 19:20is targeting her husband's livelihood over her
- 19:23immigration enforcement positions. against us
- 19:28and we knew that there was a chance that would
- 19:31happen and a lot of it has to do with my stance
- 19:33on illegal immigration and representative Stephanie
- 19:36Mickelson a farm owner says she was targeted
- 19:38for her views on protecting farm workers so if
- 19:42you guys think that you haven't been touched
- 19:44by an illegal immigrants hands in some way You're
- 19:48kidding yourselves. Has this gal been hanging
- 19:51out with Senator Handy? Yeah, phrasing. Who likes
- 19:54to watch people go to the bathroom? I've seen
- 19:56people in every way shape or form all over the
- 19:57world going to the bathroom. So if you guys think
- 20:01that you haven't been touched by an illegal immigrant's
- 20:04hands in some way. In some way. Get off me! Oh,
- 20:09great. So I get. OK, so here's the camp there.
- 20:11They should get together and their campaign slogan
- 20:14for twenty twenty six in the general election
- 20:15should be something something to do with hands
- 20:18or like you. You hold them. I'll watch them.
- 20:22Isn't hands across America. That's a thing, isn't
- 20:24it? So what about hands across the Americas?
- 20:30Oh, their little pithy statement could be if
- 20:32you shake it twice, you're playing with it. That's
- 20:35on illegal immigration. And Representative Stephanie
- 20:37Mickelson, a farm owner, says she was targeted
- 20:40for her views on protecting farm workers. For
- 20:43her views on protecting farm workers. So they
- 20:45switch from illegal immigration to protecting
- 20:48farm workers. They're both espousing views on
- 20:52illegal immigration. But you see how they change
- 20:56the verbiage there. It's the sleight of hand.
- 20:59So she's just protecting farm workers. On protecting
- 21:03farm workers. So if you guys think that you haven't
- 21:06been touched by an illegal immigrant's hands
- 21:08in some way, you're kidding yourselves. I just
- 21:12simply said that immigrants do bring value to
- 21:15our... See how she omitted the word illegal.
- 21:18There's that slight of hand again. Well, it used
- 21:20to be undocumented. She's way behind the times
- 21:22because it was illegal, then it was undocumented.
- 21:24And now I think there was another one you brought
- 21:26up to me a few months ago where it was like unpapered
- 21:29or... Something like that. I forget what it was.
- 21:32Apparently undocumented now is too extreme. You're
- 21:35not allowed to say that either. Yeah, you're
- 21:37right. What was it? I think we should go with
- 21:38unpapered. It makes it sound like, does this
- 21:44one come with papers? No, no, it's a mutt. It's
- 21:47mixed between a Guatemalan and a Mexican, but
- 21:48it still knows how to pick avocados. It's what
- 21:50we trained it for. All right. And I am saving
- 21:53a lot of money by not getting a pure bread El
- 21:56Salvadorian. So, all right, deal. I just simply
- 22:00said that immigrants do bring value to our communities,
- 22:03communities, and we need to be thoughtful when
- 22:05we're making these policies. Both politicians
- 22:07say they paid a price. Because anybody who disagrees
- 22:10with that statement is anti -immigrant. Immigrants
- 22:13bring value to our communities, communities.
- 22:16Because my opponents think that immigrants don't
- 22:19bring value to theirs. Also communities, communities,
- 22:23communities, communities. Do you hate both? Do
- 22:25you hate your communities? Communities. Both
- 22:27politicians say they paid a price for their positions.
- 22:30Seiderfeld says the loss is costing her family
- 22:32an estimated $125 ,000 in commissions each year.
- 22:37Mickelson says threats and calls to immigration
- 22:39authorities led to repeated inspections of her
- 22:42farm. But these stories reflect a growing tension.
- 22:45Okay, wait a minute. So one family actually lost
- 22:48a massive amount of income and the other one
- 22:51got harassed a little. We're the same. Wait till
- 22:56you hear how this mainstream news presentation
- 23:00essentially sort of defends or justifies one
- 23:04version of it, but not the other. But these stories
- 23:07reflect a growing tension within the Republican
- 23:09Party between those politicians who say they'd
- 23:13like to focus on more national social issues
- 23:15and others who say they need a lot more attention
- 23:19on agriculture issues in that building. That's
- 23:23okay. We haven't gotten to them defending the
- 23:25way we just described. But does that? Am I just
- 23:29dumb? That sounds incoherent to me. It's misdirectional
- 23:33word salad. Look over here, dear viewer. One
- 23:36of them says they want to focus on national social
- 23:39issues, which that's I don't know. What are they
- 23:42referring to? Except you're part of the state
- 23:44legislatures. Your job is supposed to focus on
- 23:47Idaho issues. Right. And then the Idaho issues,
- 23:51the other side wants to focus on agriculture.
- 23:54They'd like to focus on more national social
- 23:56issues and others who say they need a lot more
- 23:59attention on agriculture issues in that building.
- 24:03OK, so just OK, what does that mean? And we know
- 24:09what side is which. You have the one side talking
- 24:11about national issues, immigration. That's the
- 24:13that's the more actual conservative side of the
- 24:16party. And I don't agree with them on everything.
- 24:18Of course, I'm a libertarian. Actually, the immigration
- 24:21thing is a really wonky one. I land kind of on
- 24:23all points. Right. We're deconstructing how the
- 24:26mainstream is presenting this crap. Not necessarily.
- 24:28And then on the other side, the people who are
- 24:31like, if you're against illegal immigration,
- 24:32you're against immigrants and you hate communities
- 24:35and farmers. Let's focus on agriculture. Right.
- 24:39So in plain English, one side of the aisle, to
- 24:42the extent that there are only two, one side
- 24:44of the aisle is like, hey, man, you got to let
- 24:47the illegals work the farms. Otherwise, who else
- 24:48will do it? And the other side is like, you can't
- 24:51allow illegal immigration no matter how much
- 24:53you say your industry needs it. Is that the plain
- 24:55English? Am I oversimplifying it or am I wrong?
- 24:57Well, it's even worse. No, it's even worse than
- 24:59that. The deeper implication is shut up. We're
- 25:04breaking the law. We're OK with people breaking
- 25:06the law because, again, selective outrage and
- 25:08selective law breaking from the very people who
- 25:10talk about the rule of law. The lawmakers shut
- 25:13up about it. They are the law makers. They are
- 25:17lawmakers. That's what they call themselves.
- 25:18And they are actively breaking the law because
- 25:22my crops, which the implication being that without
- 25:25illegal immigration, we will not get food, which
- 25:29is a whole other dark ball of wax because then
- 25:33if the system set up or we can't get food without
- 25:35illegals picking our avocados, that's a big problem
- 25:38that should be fixed all on its own. And what
- 25:42a great premise to work with by saying, Leave
- 25:46these people alone. Who else will do the shitty
- 25:49work that we don't want to pay anybody else enough
- 25:51to do? That is so racist and condescending. It's
- 25:55the same thing as saying like, but if we have
- 25:57to show our ID to vote, black people won't be
- 26:00able to vote. How will women be able to find
- 26:02their way to the polling place if they have to
- 26:04show ID? That's the same thing as what's going
- 26:06on here. If we let illegal immigration just go,
- 26:10then we won't get food and you hate communities.
- 26:15I have a clip on voter ID, Idaho voter ID momentarily.
- 26:19Let's finish this perfect day for it. It's great,
- 26:22isn't it? I want you to I want to hear the rest
- 26:23of I want you to hear the rest of the Idaho News
- 26:266 clip and how they basically are like, yeah,
- 26:30take an income away from Zyderveld is fine. Inspecting
- 26:34farms where illegals are picking crops isn't.
- 26:36We're Idaho News 6. Fifth generation rancher
- 26:39Jared Brackett says agricultural generation are
- 26:42ready to make their voices heard at the ballot
- 26:44box. When you get too far away from your constituents,
- 26:47and you're not listening to people that voted
- 26:49to put you there, we have the right and the duty
- 26:52to take you out. Strong words from a rancher
- 26:55who says Idaho agriculture has had enough of
- 26:57issues that don't support their industry. I'm
- 27:00very hopeful that we're going to change some
- 27:01things this primary season. Agriculture is king
- 27:04in Idaho. Zeiderfeld says agriculture may be
- 27:07king in Idaho, but she calls the tactics being
- 27:09used against her unfair. To me, it's almost like
- 27:13mafia tactics, you know? Choosing who to do business.
- 27:17From self -appointed King Ag. Here is editorializing
- 27:21from Idaho News 6 disguised as news delivery
- 27:24saying, hey, Zyderveld, deal with it. Choosing
- 27:26who to do business with is a protected form of
- 27:29free speech in the US, but bracket says immigration
- 27:32isn't really what this is all about. And then
- 27:35they just blow right past it. So in other words,
- 27:37hey, Zyderveld, too bad about your income. You
- 27:39know what would really be a shame is if your
- 27:41business burned down. Where are Idaho News 6?
- 27:46From from King Ag that just said we have a right
- 27:49to take you out We're gonna hear more from him
- 27:51in a moment, which up until that part I thought
- 27:53was it I thought it was really funny because
- 27:54I you know We if if politicians don't do what
- 27:57we say we've got a right to get rid of them I
- 28:00do I can think of is that scene from Rick and
- 28:01Morty was like, okay, you you could always do
- 28:03that Like like you're telling me something like
- 28:08I've had enough it's high time. We take these
- 28:10politicians out of their places Yeah, you you
- 28:13we every two years go right ahead that was always
- 28:16an option that was always an option to me it's
- 28:19almost like mafia tactics you know choosing who
- 28:22to do business with is a protected form of free
- 28:25speech in the u .s but thank you immigration
- 28:28isn't really what this is all about You know,
- 28:31immigration can be an issue, but I think as agriculture
- 28:33in general, it's a pretty small issue compared
- 28:36to some of the other things that they voted on.
- 28:38And Brackett says, this election, politicians
- 28:41who ignore the needs of ag do so at their own
- 28:44peril. Take Back Idaho is made up of a group
- 28:46of conservative, longtime Idahoans who want to
- 28:50bring the GOP back from what they call far right,
- 28:53far right, far right issues. But they've made
- 28:55very little success in doing that so far. That's
- 28:59because they're Charlottesans and carpetbaggers.
- 29:01They end up doing their job for them. There you
- 29:05go. That's how the mainstream presents it. It's
- 29:07just immigrants and the 18th generation Idahoan
- 29:12farmer. You hate Ag if you're against illegal
- 29:16immigration. And communities. And immigrants.
- 29:19But the word illegal never comes out of his mouth.
- 29:20He does the same sleight of hand. He just says
- 29:23immigrants. Ag is king. They said it out loud.
- 29:28I think as agriculture in general, it's a pretty
- 29:31small issue compared to some of the other things
- 29:33that they voted on. So that's the other thing.
- 29:36One more time, because again, I'm like, is this
- 29:40just incoherent? Am I the idiot? What am I missing?
- 29:43Because it doesn't make any sense. Immigration
- 29:45could be an issue, but I think as agriculture
- 29:48in general, it's a pretty small issue compared
- 29:50to some of the other things that they voted on.
- 29:52What did he just say? It doesn't matter. There's
- 29:57nothing to see here. Move along. That's what
- 29:59he's saying. And again, the implication is I'm
- 30:02reasonable, they're not. Anyone who disagrees
- 30:05with me is an extremist or a radical or far right,
- 30:09far, far, far right. Which is really funny that
- 30:12Take Back Idaho, did you hear that though? Take
- 30:15Back Idaho, what they call it, a group of very
- 30:18conservative people. Take back. Idaho is made
- 30:22up of a group of conservative long time. See
- 30:26so see Idaho Bullshit, we're so safe. So that
- 30:30is the north. So take extrapolate that and Apply
- 30:35it to North Idaho Republicans up here. It's the
- 30:37same shit. So like the Coeur d 'Alene press up
- 30:39here will spout the same shit uh and be like
- 30:42yeah north idaho republicans made up of your
- 30:45friends and neighbors true conservatives who
- 30:47represent idaho values fifth generation moms
- 30:50third generation sons mothers and daughters your
- 30:54neighbors community community community conservative
- 30:57long -time idahoans who want to bring the gop
- 31:00back from what they call Far right, far right,
- 31:03far right. So how to read that is they are longtime
- 31:06Idahoans, but they they are legacy, legacy, legacy
- 31:10industries. They are the establishment. They
- 31:13are establishmentarians. They do not like it
- 31:16when there is competition for their power, for
- 31:19their market share, for what have you. I think
- 31:22the best illustration of these people is Mayor
- 31:27Bates from. The movie Wolverines, the 1984 version
- 31:31of Wolverines, which was the which was always
- 31:33has been always will be the better version. They
- 31:35made a remake. Don't even bother. It's utter
- 31:37shite. Go watch the original 1984. Will will.
- 31:42About when the communists, Russians and Cubans,
- 31:45the communists get together and invade parts
- 31:46of the U .S. and then a bunch of high school
- 31:49kids and college age kids escape from a Colorado
- 31:52town and form a form of resistance called the
- 31:54Wolverines. But the town, which actually really
- 31:57can resemble, you know, 1990s Coeur d 'Alene,
- 31:59Idaho, is run by Mayor Bates, some fifth generation
- 32:05kind of rancher on the outskirts of town who
- 32:07essentially owns the town and his family. And
- 32:10they have, you know, they've had, they're the
- 32:11classic story. You don't know much about him,
- 32:13but that's the way Mayor Bates is presented.
- 32:15That's the way he looks. The guy who has, whose
- 32:18family, you know, his father was mayor, his father's
- 32:20father was mayor. It's almost a birthright to
- 32:22these people. And Mayor Bates, notoriously, again,
- 32:26if you're paying attention, because they don't
- 32:28push it hard in the movie, but it's there. He's
- 32:31fine working with this brutal occupying force,
- 32:35literal communists, and he's okay with it as
- 32:39long as it keeps the peace and helps him keep
- 32:41his position of power. They actually keep Mayor
- 32:44Bates as mayor of the town to help quell the
- 32:48townsfolk and keep the peace. And Mayor Bates
- 32:51drinks the Kool -Aid so deeply that he presides
- 32:54over a public execution of his own townsfolk
- 32:57in order to maintain his position as mayor. That
- 33:01is North Idaho Republicans personified. That
- 33:04is the Take Back Idaho people personified. It's
- 33:06exactly the theme from North Idaho College. The
- 33:09establishmentarians would burn it down so they
- 33:11could preside over the ashes. And they tried.
- 33:14And they tried. To me you have a really good
- 33:18meme about that on Facebook by the way if any
- 33:19of you guys are on Facebook Look me up man. Go
- 33:22check it out. It's a it's a buffet a bounty of
- 33:25beautiful and you all should go take a look and
- 33:28Share and spread the word even after the election
- 33:30Some of the stuff is still evergreen and even
- 33:32if NIR wins it will be even more relevant come
- 33:35next election cycle So feel free to take what
- 33:38you want. It's free to a good home Yeah, grab
- 33:42your plastic tray and plunk it down on the the
- 33:45metal slidey thing and head right on down the
- 33:48buffet of Paul's Emporium of memes Yeah, I'm
- 33:52running a special this week, you know, take take
- 33:54one meme for free get a second one also for free
- 33:57And there's there's Paul behind the counter in
- 34:00a hairnet just slopping memes right onto your
- 34:03tray How dare you sir? No, those memes are carefully
- 34:08curated with love every Thing is meticulously
- 34:12done. I take it back. How dare you? Paul's behind
- 34:15the counter and the memes are under a heat lamp
- 34:18and he's slicing the memes to order and then
- 34:21serving them with a side of free. This shit is
- 34:25custom. And you know what? I think I'm going
- 34:27to we're going to have to take an early mid stream
- 34:30break so I can go pull the knife out of my back.
- 34:35You know, immigration could be an issue, but
- 34:37I think is agriculture in general. I love the
- 34:39dismissal like. But first of all, it's illegal
- 34:42immigration. That's the issue, not immigration.
- 34:45And it's like, yeah, yeah. Well, the immigration
- 34:47could be an issue. But like, anyway, I think
- 34:50is agriculture in general. It's a pretty small
- 34:52issue compared to some of the other things. But
- 34:54but it's but it's actually not really an issue
- 34:56at all. It's kind of like a small issue compared
- 34:58to agriculture. And just what what is what is
- 35:03that? They just throw these words around, just
- 35:06like, yeah, but agriculture. Just just remember.
- 35:09Agriculture. Right. Well, OK, and I know how
- 35:13it sounds to your community is built on agriculture
- 35:16and agriculture is built by the community. Many
- 35:19people have the impulse to to hear this sort
- 35:22of stuff and be like, well, what do you two geniuses
- 35:25propose that we do for for agriculture in Idaho?
- 35:28Who is going to pick? I mean, you can say all
- 35:30day long that Whitey is going to pick the freaking
- 35:33avocados. But in point of fact, I don't even
- 35:36I don't have an answer. I'm simply presenting
- 35:40how disingenuous the mainstream is when they
- 35:45discuss these issues. Yeah. That's all. Yeah.
- 35:51If you're going to like we were I'm always, always,
- 35:54always, always happy to have a debate in a conversation.
- 35:56Hell, a pitched a fever pitched argument. I don't
- 35:59mind that at all. But we got to start at least
- 36:03from a place of honesty and shared premise where
- 36:07we both. whatever we call ourselves and the ideology
- 36:11and the philosophy that we say we have that you
- 36:15actually have. So I've said this before. It's
- 36:18why I've got much more respect, like heaps, heaps
- 36:21more respect for the Democrats in Idaho who run
- 36:24as Democrats, the people who put a D next to
- 36:27their name. I have a higher respect for Melissa
- 36:31Wintrow and it's not even close than I do for
- 36:33somebody like Russell Mann or John Getty or you
- 36:37know, Mark Corkill or any of the NRI types who
- 36:41put on the conservative costume, but are nothing
- 36:45of the sort. At least Melissa Windrow and her
- 36:47ilk are just, they are what they are. And they
- 36:51cop to it. And they're like, yeah, I am a big
- 36:52government loving Democrat. And every solution
- 36:56I have is let the government do it and take more
- 36:59money from other people. Fund the government.
- 37:02Okay. We like, we can argue about this. Like
- 37:04let's... Yeah. All right. Let's have a genuine
- 37:07argument about this. But with the North Idaho
- 37:09Republicans, you can't have an argument about
- 37:14it and not an honest or a genuine one because
- 37:17they're trying to tell you they're the conservative
- 37:19while sounding a whole hell of a lot like Melissa
- 37:21Wintrow, but using buzzwords, code words, cloak
- 37:25and dagger tactics, sleight of hand, things like
- 37:28save NIC and take back North Idaho. Oh, and their
- 37:32favorite slogan this last week was Our freedoms
- 37:35are under attack from extremists, which if you
- 37:39don't know any better, you would think they are
- 37:42the plucky conservatives holding the line from
- 37:45the corporate interests and the leftists, but
- 37:47they are the corporate interests and the leftists.
- 37:49The extremists that they're referring to are
- 37:51actual conservatives and libertarian types. I
- 37:55mean, these cuts are killing people. Literally.
- 38:00Literally. Have we all just pay our fair share?
- 38:03Right? Right. Here is the voter ID clip, as promised.
- 38:08Most Idahoans who can vote and are watching this,
- 38:11y 'all likely have a photo ID, a driver's license.
- 38:15But dramatic turn, not all of you. And that's
- 38:18the problem. In fact, more than 49 million American
- 38:21adult citizens do not have a valid driver's license
- 38:25with their current name and their current address.
- 38:28Why? Well, some folks don't drive. Maybe they
- 38:31have disabilities. Some folks maybe just got
- 38:33married, so their name is not current on their
- 38:36license. Is he really going to go through the
- 38:37list of why? Oh, yeah. And remember, it's folks
- 38:41with an X. Some folks are struggling financially
- 38:44and are couch surfing so they don't have a permanent
- 38:47address. And that one right there is big because
- 38:50one of the big criticisms of voter ID laws like
- 38:53Idaho's is that they keep people, especially
- 38:55poor people, from voting. Now I just talked to
- 38:58the Idaho Secretary of State about voter ID laws
- 39:01and he understands the criticism, but points
- 39:04out that in Idaho you can actually get a photo
- 39:06ID totally free of charge. There's overwhelming
- 39:11support for voter identification, so whether
- 39:13it's Republicans or Democrats, lots of polling
- 39:15says that's true. ID is just common sense. We
- 39:18use it for so many different things. The national
- 39:21discussion on the Save America Act has actually
- 39:25shown. support for photo identification has grown
- 39:28in both political parties as this debate has
- 39:30happened. There's a lot of other controversy
- 39:32related to that, but in terms of photo identification,
- 39:35it's got support. One of the great things we've
- 39:37done in Idaho on that point, and I think this
- 39:38is where you're going, is we do have a free ID
- 39:41available. So let's say you don't drive, but
- 39:43you still need photo ID, whether it's to vote
- 39:45or it's something else, you can go to the local
- 39:48DMV and they will issue you a photo identification
- 39:51for voting. That's one of the free purposes to
- 39:53get one. If you need it to travel, go down to
- 39:56the DMV. We've got free ID for anybody who needs
- 39:59one to vote. There's other reasons for seniors
- 40:01and others, but Idaho does a great job of trying
- 40:03to make sure that every Idahoan has the opportunity
- 40:06to exercise the right to vote. You know, maybe
- 40:08we should have named the show Free ID. Are there
- 40:10still calls, though, for Idaho, even the country,
- 40:13to require proof of citizenship? She can't quite
- 40:17say the word. She can't get out the word citizenship.
- 40:26Are there still calls though for Idaho, even
- 40:28the country, to require proof of citizenship?
- 40:32Citizenship, that's a tough word to say. It's
- 40:34a tough one. It's tough if you never say it or
- 40:38talk about it. Did you hear the way he, voter
- 40:47fraud? He's got a frog in his throat. He says
- 40:52frog, doesn't he? Frog. He says frog. The condescending
- 41:00tone. intonation of the way he said that word
- 41:03is all you need to know like these are the these
- 41:05are the things that if you're listening you like
- 41:07once you know it once you see it you can't unsee
- 41:09it once you hear it you can't unhear it it's
- 41:11so obvious Oh, yeah, but because he's he's speaking
- 41:15he can't get over the fact that there are so
- 41:17many in this in You have his fellow neighbor
- 41:20community neighbors in their tinfoil hats who
- 41:23see through the phony baloney election procedures
- 41:26of so many Municipalities and see through the
- 41:29phony baloney 2020 election where that so a fake
- 41:31president served for four years who got 900 million
- 41:35more votes than Obama who was a rock star and
- 41:38anyone who asks questions about that is a What
- 41:42does he say? Yeah, and the lawmakers making those
- 41:45calls say the country's voting laws are allowing
- 41:47voter fraud. But McGrane has said that that is
- 41:51very, very rare. In fact, they found only 11
- 41:54non -citizens who were on the voter rolls back
- 41:56in twenty twenty four and none of them voted.
- 42:00Oh, see, there you go. Case closed. There's no
- 42:02such thing as voter fraud. That's it. Wrap it
- 42:07up. We called them. Hey, are you you doing fraud
- 42:10over there? No, not appropriately. No, no. We
- 42:13would never do that. No. Oh, OK. Carry on. You
- 42:18can't track non -registered voters, by the way.
- 42:22I guess, can you? Can you line that up? Is there
- 42:24a way to line up? I don't know. I mean, maybe
- 42:27in Idaho, you can track because we have voter
- 42:30ID and you have to have proof of residence to
- 42:32vote. So, yeah, you can track in Idaho. Actually,
- 42:35come to think of it, this is the argument they're
- 42:37making. This is the way they're making this argument.
- 42:39Voter ID. and voter fraud is not really a huge
- 42:43issue in Idaho. So that just means it's not an
- 42:46issue at all. But the reason why it's less of
- 42:48an issue in Idaho is because Idaho is more stringent.
- 42:51You don't have to present voter ID when you go
- 42:54to vote, but you do have to present voter ID
- 42:56when you register to vote. So that's the other
- 42:58thing that isn't being mentioned. Another important
- 43:00distinction is that you gotta have your ID to
- 43:02register. You gotta have proof of residence.
- 43:05Then once you're registered, to my knowledge,
- 43:08You don't flash your ID again. Maybe you do to
- 43:13get your ballot. That would be interesting. I
- 43:16guess I haven't voted in person since I lived
- 43:18in Post Falls back in 2018, I think was the last
- 43:21time I voted in person. And I stopped doing it
- 43:24because I realized what a scam it was. And it
- 43:26just pissed me off so hard because the voting,
- 43:29the poll places, they always have them at the
- 43:31temples of the state. So they're always at firehouses
- 43:34or school buildings, which is where government
- 43:37employees live and work. or work, I should say.
- 43:40So it's super easy for those who leech off the
- 43:43state to go cast a ballot. But the rest of us
- 43:46who work in the private sector have to take the
- 43:47time out of our day to go cast a vote. And it
- 43:51just disgusted me. So at that point, I just said,
- 43:53nah, get fucked. I'll just do mail in. I'm not
- 43:56going to take time out of my day. Also, the notion
- 44:00of the statistic he cited at the beginning of
- 44:0449 million adults don't have photo ID, but it's
- 44:10like one in seven, dude. It's it's actually like
- 44:13one in five because in the in the U .S. there's
- 44:15like of of the population that are, you know,
- 44:18only certain sentences, adults. It's like two
- 44:20hundred sixty, two hundred seventy million that
- 44:21are adults. And of that, forty nine million is
- 44:24like one in five. So in other words, ask five
- 44:27of your friends and one of them won't have a
- 44:29night. But he'd actually listen to how he phrases
- 44:31those Idahoans who fact more than forty nine
- 44:34million American adult citizens. do not have
- 44:37a valid driver's license with their current name
- 44:40and their current address. So it's very specific,
- 44:44actually. So it's like you kind of come away
- 44:46from it going like, well, 49 million Americans
- 44:48don't have ID. No, it's it's driver's license,
- 44:52current with current name and current address.
- 44:55It's actually very it's very specific. In other
- 44:58words, a large number of the I don't know what
- 45:01the number is, but of that 49 million that he's
- 45:04citing have photo ID. Obviously, it's just maybe
- 45:07like, oh, it hasn't you haven't changed it to
- 45:09your married name yet, or because he goes through
- 45:11some of the things. But it's just a disingenuous
- 45:14presentation. You come you come away from it
- 45:16going like, oh, one in five people don't have
- 45:18ID. Well, again, sleight of hand. I mean, there's
- 45:22so much of it, especially around election time.
- 45:24So you're right. We have rich material to work
- 45:27with today. Lots of people. But again, it doesn't.
- 45:31And they the premise they're operating from here
- 45:33is like. you know, what you don't know about
- 45:35having the wrong address on your photo ID could
- 45:38kill you. But really not. Because again, when
- 45:47they require proof of residence, guess what you
- 45:49can bring in a VISTA bill, your utility bill,
- 45:52you can bring your change of mailing address.
- 45:54There's all kinds of other documents you can
- 45:55bring. Most of them are like property tax documents
- 45:57or billing documents, things like that to prove
- 46:00proof of residence. So you give them your ID
- 46:02and then you go, yeah, and then the address is
- 46:04old. Here's where I live. Here's proof of residence.
- 46:06Here's my name. There's the address. There's
- 46:07the bill. And they go, OK, cool. You registered
- 46:09to vote. It doesn't stop you from voting. It's
- 46:13it's not a barrier. If you as usual, if you're
- 46:16legit, it's not a barrier. What if you're epileptic
- 46:21and you are couchsurfing and so you don't have
- 46:24a permanent address and you just changed your
- 46:28name so that you can have an alias? OK, then
- 46:31don't vote. I don't know. Don't vote. Yeah, well
- 46:34at that point you're probably either a vagrant
- 46:37a migrant or Some pinko commie social justice
- 46:41warrior in any case. I'm okay if you don't participate
- 46:44in the process Go right ahead and not that don't
- 46:46vote. Yeah, please stay home on your couch Let's
- 46:51before we take our mid show breather so we can
- 46:54go have a nap on our own couches here Let's do
- 46:57a very brief for yourself. I'm still be digging
- 46:59out this dagger out behind behind my shoulder
- 47:01blades. All right Here's Ask Paul. You can insult
- 47:05me. You can insult my dogs. You can insult my
- 47:08family. But by God, you insult my business or
- 47:11my memes. I won't stand for it, sir. Gotta draw
- 47:14the line somewhere. Here comes the question.
- 47:17Big or small? Make your guess before we call.
- 47:19The game begins. It's Ask. Brought to you by
- 47:23Pfizer. The Boise School District continues to
- 47:26shed students, according to the Idaho Press.
- 47:29During this week's board meeting, officials said
- 47:31they've lost nearly 4 ,500 students since the
- 47:342016 -2017 academic year. They attribute the
- 47:38drop to what? Oh, oh, I know. I know. I know.
- 47:45I know. I know. I know. Hold on. I need time
- 47:47so I can get to this clip. Now, what they're
- 48:06saying is HB 93, the tax credit bill to allow
- 48:11families to actually get their own money back
- 48:14as a tax credit, not a cash in hand type situation
- 48:17for putting their children in private schools.
- 48:25They attribute the no partly to lower birth rates
- 48:27in Ada County, as well as the higher price of
- 48:30housing. Lower birth rates and houses are expensive.
- 48:37I have never been so confident in an Ask Paul
- 48:40answer for, I don't know, in like the last three
- 48:44months maybe I haven't been as confident. I was
- 48:46so, wow, okay. I got you. Kings to you, Fernand.
- 48:51Kings to you. All right, listen to the rest of
- 48:53it. As well as the higher price of housing. Wait,
- 48:56say it. What was the reference? Kings to you,
- 48:59Fernand. I don't. Help. Send help. How to count
- 49:06of Monte Cristo, I've never seen it or read it.
- 49:09It's also a book. Yeah, I never read it Yeah,
- 49:13I've read a lot of classics, but that one has
- 49:15escaped. Oh, I don't know. Okay. Well I'm right
- 49:18now. I'm just gonna stop the show and you need
- 49:21to write it down I want to hear you scribble.
- 49:23I'm gonna start again until you scribble it.
- 49:25Let me know you Go watch the movie that has Jim
- 49:28Caviezel in it. It's it's fantastic. My god,
- 49:33and then the book I won't be upset if you don't
- 49:36read the book. It's huge. And there are parts
- 49:38that are kind of hard to get through. Overall,
- 49:41though, it's an epic story. Yeah. I feel like
- 49:46I might have started it at some point because
- 49:48I've never read any other. Is it Alexander Dumbass?
- 49:52Is that like his only? No, he actually wrote
- 49:56a couple of others that have that is his most
- 49:59famous, but he actually was rather prolific and
- 50:03wrote a couple of other decent things. Also,
- 50:05Speaking of your, I mean, so your NCAAP person
- 50:09may not have been a huge fan of my answer, but
- 50:13I'll make it up to him because Alexandre Dumas
- 50:16is considered to be African, like kind of, he's
- 50:19French, but was also considered to be not white.
- 50:23There you go. Okay. Well, he's nodding in approval.
- 50:25Yeah. Okay. Finally, he approves of something
- 50:28you said. Okay. Here's the rest of the clip and
- 50:30you can hear the reasoning or... behind what
- 50:33they're citing as the reason that the public
- 50:36school enrollment numbers have dropped so much
- 50:37in recent years. They attribute the drop partly
- 50:40to lower birth rates in Ada County as well as
- 50:42the higher price of housing. After the peak of
- 50:45the COVID -19 pandemic, the district says parents
- 50:48told them they had to move for affordability
- 50:50reasons. Next door in Idaho's largest public
- 50:53school district, West Ada has dropped about 1
- 50:56,200 students since the 2022 -2023 school year.
- 51:00So at the height of the COVID -19 pandemic, which
- 51:04I'm not. What do they consider the height of
- 51:06it? They they associate, of course, restrictions
- 51:09and chaos with the height of it. So I'm assuming
- 51:12they mean 2020, 2021. So it was a two year height,
- 51:16I guess, in their mind. Yeah, that would make
- 51:19sense to me. I mean, that's kind of what I think
- 51:21of as the height is toward the middle end of
- 51:242020, beginning middle of 2021. So after that,
- 51:27let's dissect it. After the height of it, parents
- 51:30told them. The district says parents told them
- 51:33they had to move for affordability reasons. So
- 51:35parents, hey, why isn't your kid coming back
- 51:39to school? School district? That's what they're
- 51:41saying. The district says parents told them they
- 51:43had to move for affordability reasons. So according
- 51:46to the district, when they were like, hey, where's
- 51:49your kid? Are they coming back to school? And
- 51:51the parents were like, no, we have to move because
- 51:55of affordability reasons. I don't understand.
- 52:03I guess, man, I don't know, man. They're probably
- 52:08not entirely wrong. But they were already living
- 52:10there, and their kids were going to public school,
- 52:13and then now they're not on account of affordability.
- 52:16I don't get it. I don't get it. I don't. Do you?
- 52:21But why mail model? I feel like I'm missing something.
- 52:25You are. We are. I think a lot of it is they
- 52:29don't want to admit that people pulled their
- 52:31kids out. Well, of course not. I mean, that's
- 52:33obviously what happened, but they're going, they're
- 52:36jumping through great fiery hoops to avoid the
- 52:38obvious explanation. Because housing unaffordability
- 52:42is something they can use for their political
- 52:46agenda and ideology. Now they'll twist it the
- 52:48way they want to twist it and, you know, blame
- 52:51capitalism or whatever. When really it's the
- 52:54opposite of capitalism is why housing is so expensive.
- 52:57Why would it apply to people already living there?
- 53:02What didn't weren't you damn it Scott weren't
- 53:05you listening? They don't live there anymore.
- 53:07They can't live there anymore So of course it
- 53:09doesn't apply to them because they no longer
- 53:11live there jackass the only thing that I wouldn't
- 53:13think that that would have changed that Dramatically
- 53:16with regard to affordability now obviously everything
- 53:18got less. It seems like everything got less affordable
- 53:20It's actually just because the currency was devalued
- 53:23That was the case everywhere, though. There's
- 53:25nowhere you can go where that would like we're
- 53:26going to leave Boise and go where where that's
- 53:28not true. The only thing I can think of is their
- 53:31property taxes went way up because their assessments
- 53:33went way up. But the irony there is that would
- 53:37be the public school system apparatus driving
- 53:40them from their homes with increased assessments.
- 53:43And I don't know what other what other thing
- 53:45would have changed. Wouldn't that be hilarious
- 53:47if that actually was true? It might be but it
- 53:50would be really funny if the school district
- 53:52levied themselves out of a out of a levy base
- 53:55Or I guess out of out of enrollment anyways,
- 53:59I mean I guess the property tax base is still
- 54:01there and now it's just it's just old leftist
- 54:03boomers who Love taxes at least they say they
- 54:08do but they work hard to avoid taxes But they
- 54:11don't have any kids. So enrollment is down but
- 54:13the cost of indoctrinating children is up and
- 54:17property taxes are going to just keep doing what
- 54:20they do. But I actually, I understand your question.
- 54:24Like how, yeah, you already, so basically you
- 54:26already own a home. You, you, you bought the
- 54:29house. So you don't typically leave and say that
- 54:34my house was too expensive. So we got to leave
- 54:37is you already, you're already in the house.
- 54:39You have the house. That's what I mean. Maybe
- 54:42you struggle to make the payments, I guess. I
- 54:43don't know. But why would that have changed?
- 54:45500 students worth. Job changes. I don't know.
- 54:49I mean, for the same reason that 45 million license
- 54:52licenses aren't exactly correct. People move
- 54:56or they couch surf. Well, not everyone owns a
- 55:01home, dude. So what about all the people who
- 55:03rent? Rent went way up. Like, OK, why did rent
- 55:06go way up? Well, tons of people are moving here.
- 55:10Why is that? Why was there a sudden influx? There's
- 55:14been obviously many over the years, but why was
- 55:15there such a explosion in people coming during
- 55:18the, quote, height of the COVID -19 pandemic?
- 55:21Are we connecting any dots there? Honestly, I
- 55:25have no idea what you could possibly be talking
- 55:29about. Of course not. And as far as boomers or
- 55:33people in the CommiePinko set in general, you
- 55:37were like, well, they like They like taxes. If
- 55:40you recall what Lori Wolf, how she summed it
- 55:43up on last week's show, it's not that they like
- 55:46taxes. I like your taxes. It's pretty wild. And
- 55:52having them say the quiet part out loud, I like
- 55:55your taxes. You just straight upset it. And then
- 55:58it was like, oh, and so that's what we're doing.
- 56:02Well, thank you. If we disagree with that take,
- 56:06or we don't recognize Ag as being king, or we
- 56:10otherwise value liberty and know commie pinkos
- 56:13who call themselves Republicans when we see them,
- 56:15remember what Lori Wolf says to us. Maybe this
- 56:18isn't the state for you. I'm your king. I'm happy
- 56:26to be a bureaucrat. I'll bet you are. You know
- 56:29what we're happy to be? A couple of podcasters
- 56:36running on value for value. The exact ding dang
- 56:39opposite of taxes. I like your taxes. Damn right.
- 56:44We. Oh, no. You stopped playing. Why did you
- 56:46do that? I thought I had the setting. Well, you
- 56:48stopped playing, sir. Don't you point the finger
- 56:50at me. What did I do here? I like your taxes.
- 56:53Oh, I got that. I clicked the wrong button. OK,
- 56:55let's try that again. Sorry. Settings, man. Technology.
- 57:00Anyway, what we are a podcasters running on the
- 57:02value for value model. We we require voluntary.
- 57:10What's the word not engaged? Oh, no, we don't
- 57:12require we request request. Yes. Well, we work
- 57:15hard to earn That a better way to say it sure
- 57:20time talent treasure and memes That's what Scott
- 57:23is trying to say time talent treasure and memes
- 57:25and today especially today your talent and your
- 57:29time I'm requesting to get on down to Paul's
- 57:34dank meme Emporium and sift through the beautiful
- 57:38work And it's, you know, we could even do like
- 57:41a take a meme, give a meme type thing. You know,
- 57:44you leave one, you take one. But, you know, I
- 57:47humbly request your time and your talent to get
- 57:50these memes out where they belong to flay and
- 57:53make fun of those who have no sense of humor
- 57:56or political understanding or understanding of
- 57:59what words and terms mean either. Well, you know,
- 58:02I would have hit up your meme emporium, but housing
- 58:06is so expensive. All right. All right. Well,
- 58:12hey, you know what? I got this. I'm doing my
- 58:17part. I'm doing my part. I'm doing my part. I
- 58:20didn't do fucking shit. There you go. That's
- 58:23for you, Scott. The value for value model is
- 58:27what the show runs on and what it means is, as
- 58:30Paul just mentioned, time, talent and treasure.
- 58:32Is how we ask you to contribute value back to
- 58:35this program if you find it valuable. That's
- 58:38it super simple There's no advertisers. There's
- 58:41no sponsors. You won't ever hear us do a live
- 58:44read or you know run commercials for like Clorox
- 58:48or or or tied or any other laundry products or
- 58:52any other products other than Paul's meme Emporium
- 58:56sponsored by Paul's dank meme Emporium And that's
- 58:59why we avoid sounding like this. That's why we
- 59:15opted for the Value for Value model. If you find
- 59:17our program to be a valuable addition to your
- 59:20week, then please consider contributing value
- 59:22back to the program at noidshow .com you can
- 59:25do all of that there are clickable buttons for
- 59:27the treasure portion which is of course fiat
- 59:30currency greatly appreciated and a huge value
- 59:32add time and talent is as well taking the time
- 59:36to interact and contribute i still have one in
- 59:40the can from northbound signal and i do want
- 59:42to thank once again eric bennett for providing
- 59:45the show art for last week's show Which I I decided
- 59:49not to do the The whatever was the sucking on
- 59:53the both ends of the potato or whatever it was
- 59:55we were talking about I was like, you know, yeah
- 59:57I started to I started to prompt it and I was
- 59:59just like, you know, and I'm gonna use Eric's
- 1:00:01art You went a really different direction you
- 1:00:02went with you went with art with a bar skanks.
- 1:00:05So I knew it wasn't you That art's got to be
- 1:00:08somebody else. No, that was a different one.
- 1:00:10No, the bar skanks one was me for the newsletter
- 1:00:12But the actual show art, the cover art is from
- 1:00:15Eric Bennett. And it's it's like we have a we
- 1:00:18have a star on the Coeur d 'Alene Walk of Fame.
- 1:00:21Did you have you not seen it? Oh, yeah, I saw
- 1:00:24that. OK. Yeah. Yeah. The what you're describing
- 1:00:27was because we called it Townies and Tramps,
- 1:00:30which, by the way, I heard from from Joel for
- 1:00:32the editor of the People's Pen. We talked a bit
- 1:00:34this week and he was like, he was like, hey,
- 1:00:36I saw that the show that just came out was called
- 1:00:37Townies and Tramps. Was that it? Was that a nod
- 1:00:39to the? to the article that we did with the townies
- 1:00:43and transplants. I was like, no, it had nothing
- 1:00:44to do with it. And then I hung up. Mind your
- 1:00:50own business. So in any case, yes, submitting
- 1:00:54show art, submitting articles, submitting boots
- 1:00:56on the ground reports, which I do have one of
- 1:00:58those in a moment, a very interesting one. Well,
- 1:01:02actually, let's just. Do it now. Why not? No

- 1:01:21that all at no ID show dot com here. Let me play
- 1:01:24this first because the boots on the ground report
- 1:01:26is with regard to a trial that started in Spokane
- 1:01:29this week. Hold on, hold on, Scott. Are we is
- 1:01:32are we still in the time, talent and treasure
- 1:01:33for the value for value portion? Yeah, we are.
- 1:01:35We already moved on. No, we have. We're still
- 1:01:37in time, talent, treasure. Yeah, because this
- 1:01:38was so smooth. I couldn't even tell. I was just
- 1:01:40making sure because I was like, I got to go pee,
- 1:01:42man. I want to take that break. Plus, I picked
- 1:01:44a song. Plus, I was like, we just skipped past
- 1:01:46Scott shots. No, we didn't. No, this week I'm
- 1:01:48not. I'm not passing it up this week. No, but
- 1:01:50I just I have a boots on the ground court that
- 1:01:52I wanted to read. So I wanted to set it up first.
- 1:01:53But if you have to this is going to do it. So
- 1:01:55if you have to pee, you can go now. Actually,
- 1:01:59you just want me to leave so I won't interrupt.
- 1:02:01Okay, are you gonna go or no? Okay, guess he
- 1:02:06left right? Did I lose you? No, I'm right here.
- 1:02:18I Don't I don't hear the story. I thought you
- 1:02:21went to pee. I did. Oh good. Okay I thought I'd
- 1:02:25come back and you'd still be telling the story
- 1:02:27Well, you have to hear it. Oh That's funny. Are
- 1:02:32you kidding? Yeah, okay react to it Well, I was
- 1:02:36gonna just jump in mid whatever and interrupt
- 1:02:39and make a mess of things. And then just stumble
- 1:02:41into the middle of a movie and start asking all
- 1:02:43the questions. Dude, midstream, yeah. That's
- 1:02:46funny. Okay, here is the setup for what the boots
- 1:02:50on the ground is referencing. Okay, hold on,
- 1:02:54are you gonna edit that blank space out then?
- 1:02:56Of course. I thought you were just gonna start...
- 1:02:57Oh, thank god. You know what I'm gonna do? I
- 1:02:59thought you were gonna start just reading and
- 1:03:00I was like... Dude, I'm going to splice in the
- 1:03:02sound of somebody taking a leak and then like
- 1:03:04a flushing toilet, kind of like that plumber
- 1:03:05story from a couple of weeks back. What the hell
- 1:03:08kind of shit show is this? And don't you dare,
- 1:03:10because I don't do potty humor. Shit show? I
- 1:03:13thought you just went number one. What are we
- 1:03:15eight years old? I did. I went pee, which hints
- 1:03:19my joke about a minute. I was like, yeah, I interrupt
- 1:03:21you midstream. Yeah, man. Keep up. Keep up. All
- 1:03:24right. Here is the setup. New this morning from
- 1:03:27the Breaking Now desk, three defendants connected
- 1:03:30to last summer's downtown Spokane ICE protest
- 1:03:33will face a jury today. Here is video from that
- 1:03:37protest. It started when a crowd tried to block
- 1:03:39ICE agents from deporting two men from Venezuela
- 1:03:43to a detention center in Tacoma. Former Spokane
- 1:03:46City Council President Ben Stuckert helped organize
- 1:03:49the protest. He also served as the legal guardian
- 1:03:52for one of the men, but despite his efforts,
- 1:03:55authorities dep - both men back to Venezuela.
- 1:03:59If I've learned one thing over the last six months,
- 1:04:02if it is you can do the right thing and still
- 1:04:05have negative consequences. So he's the former
- 1:04:08president of the Spokane City Council, the sweet
- 1:04:11summer child who once served in that position.
- 1:04:14He's learned one thing and that one thing is
- 1:04:16that sometimes bad things happen to good people.
- 1:04:20Ben Stuckert is a poster child for shithead.
- 1:04:24Oh dude, Spokane City Council, that guy. Yeah,
- 1:04:29sweet summer child. The contempt for the law.
- 1:04:32These are the people who will march up to yours
- 1:04:34and mine's door and issue us code violations
- 1:04:37for having some shit on the sidewalk or something
- 1:04:39because it's the law. But they'll smuggle a human
- 1:04:42being into their basement because fuck the law.
- 1:04:46You can do the right thing. and still have negative
- 1:04:49consequences. Nine people were indicted, including
- 1:04:53Stuckard. Stuckard and five others took plea
- 1:04:56deals, while three others plan to fight the charges
- 1:04:58today in court. Supporters of the defendants
- 1:05:02called him... But Stuckard's the one up there
- 1:05:04at the mic, giving the speech. He took a plea
- 1:05:07deal. He didn't even fight it all the way through.
- 1:05:08Correct. The first thing I thought of was the
- 1:05:11meme from the Ballot of Buster Scruggs, where
- 1:05:15the James Franco character is about to be hung.
- 1:05:17for the second time. And he looks over at the
- 1:05:20guy who's losing his shit and he goes, first
- 1:05:22time. Welcome to the world, Ben Stuckert. Yeah,
- 1:05:27the government will hurt you if they don't like
- 1:05:29what you're doing. Who knew? This whole time,
- 1:05:31we thought the government was our friend. Yeah.
- 1:05:34And meanwhile, there he was just trying to do
- 1:05:35the right thing. And he had negative consequences.
- 1:05:38What the hell is this? I just love that he took
- 1:05:40a plea deal. He took the easy way out and he
- 1:05:42gets to be the one speaking into the mic. What
- 1:05:45a chode. Supporters of the defendants call them
- 1:05:48the Spokane Three and argue that the charges
- 1:05:51are unjust. Reporting in studio Hannah Joy for
- 1:05:54News Now. Wait a minute. What happened to what
- 1:05:56the supporters say the charges are just? What
- 1:05:58are the what are the detractors say? Are you
- 1:06:00just going to present the one side? OK, so that's
- 1:06:02the setup. Nothing. They're Nazis. Not not far
- 1:06:05right, far right, far right. The trial started
- 1:06:08this week and we have a boots on the ground from
- 1:06:11one of our insiders. We have more than one. Inside
- 1:06:14the city of Spokane Stan and let me pull up his
- 1:06:17note. He asked to be kept anonymous It is not
- 1:06:20the spook from Spokane. It is a different insider
- 1:06:23who works in the court building and he says I
- 1:06:28know it isn't no ID. I know it is in North Idaho,
- 1:06:31but Spokane is too close for comfort and worth
- 1:06:33keeping an eye on Okay, this is okay. So for
- 1:06:36the record You can obtain these publicly available
- 1:06:39documents via pacer .gov the website that anybody
- 1:06:43can use to obtain federal court records and it's
- 1:06:45cost 10 cents per page and he gives them information
- 1:06:48the case number if we're interested after some
- 1:06:51digging you'll you realize that the honorable
- 1:06:53judge rebecca panel panel who was randomly, he
- 1:06:58says actually true, it was randomly assigned
- 1:07:00to this case, was one of the last actions of
- 1:07:02the AutoPen presidency of Joe Biden, filling
- 1:07:04a vacancy on the Eastern District Court that
- 1:07:07was nearly filled by some lady named Bligeon
- 1:07:10or Beligeon or something, okay, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:07:13The previous lady made it to the Senate confirmation,
- 1:07:16but couldn't answer simple questions about the
- 1:07:18Constitution and got bounced. Just before Biden
- 1:07:21headed out the door, officially the AutoPen appointed
- 1:07:23Judge Pennell. She's an odd duck, but seems nice
- 1:07:28enough. Definitely a lefty loon refers to defendants
- 1:07:30by name in many orders rather than defendant,
- 1:07:34which is what is common with the other judges.
- 1:07:36She's really trying to, quote, see the person
- 1:07:38behind the heinous criminal. Trial begins today
- 1:07:41and the courthouse is nuts with people wanting
- 1:07:44to sit in on the trial. And we're all on notice
- 1:07:46as to potential protesters in the front of the
- 1:07:49building. The parade of retards has been great.
- 1:07:52A couple of kiffiers, a kind of a ton of disc
- 1:07:55earrings and those stupid bull nose rings and
- 1:07:58some dresses on dudes. My favorite was a guy
- 1:08:00who came out in some regalia like you wear as
- 1:08:02a graduate that hangs down in the front. I'm
- 1:08:05sure it has a name that isn't a sash, but you
- 1:08:07get the idea. Anyway, he was obviously, he obviously
- 1:08:10quilted it himself and I'm sure there was great
- 1:08:13meaning behind each square. In any case, they
- 1:08:15are all sitting in a sad room together as the
- 1:08:18courtroom filled up super quick and they're all
- 1:08:19in overflow, hilarious. So their political sashers
- 1:08:22aren't even being seen. by the judge, oh the
- 1:08:24humanity, we'll see where it goes. The main issue
- 1:08:26appears to be whether barricading an ice van
- 1:08:28with a Yaris while you and your friends let air
- 1:08:32out of the tires and vandalize it is free speech
- 1:08:36or not. But who knows where the case will go.
- 1:08:38Enjoy the attached Yaris motion and Yaris order.
- 1:08:40That's how he's referring it. And that's from
- 1:08:42our insider in the courtroom in Spokane. So here's,
- 1:08:46I want to play real quick the... Thank you, by
- 1:08:48the way, very much for the boots on the ground
- 1:08:50report. That is a value contributed value for
- 1:08:53value, which is why we're still in the value
- 1:08:54for value segment. Thank you. value for value
- 1:08:57means contributing stuff just like that. Your
- 1:08:59area of expertise where you work insider information.
- 1:09:02Here is the CREM Channel 2 version of it. A federal
- 1:09:05trial tied to an ICE protest in downtown Spokane
- 1:09:08is set to begin today. CREM 2's Brandon T. Jones
- 1:09:11is live for us this morning. So Brandon, tell
- 1:09:13us more about what prosecutors are arguing in
- 1:09:15this case and what we can expect as the trial
- 1:09:17gets underway today. Good morning. Good morning.
- 1:09:21Breaking yeah, good morning Tim. Well nearly
- 1:09:23a full year later three of those protesters will
- 1:09:26be standing in front of a federal judge today
- 1:09:28Learning whether or not they will be charged
- 1:09:31with impeding work by federal officers as they
- 1:09:34were transporting federal detainees to their
- 1:09:37immigration Hearing so so that's what I wanted
- 1:09:40to hear not they will be charged with impeding
- 1:09:42work by federal officers Will they be impeding
- 1:09:45work charge work federal officers like that's
- 1:09:47that's literally what that was instruction of
- 1:09:50Wouldn't they say, by the way, they're all, if
- 1:09:55you go look at the videos of this, they're all,
- 1:09:58almost all masked up. So at least they were protecting
- 1:10:02grandma. You got to give them credit for that.
- 1:10:04And does anyone ever ask what the connection
- 1:10:06is between the masks and why these people are
- 1:10:08wearing them at a protest in 2025? But in any
- 1:10:10case, the like, the notion that they wouldn't
- 1:10:13themselves say, Yes, we were there to impede
- 1:10:17the van. That was the whole we set up a barricade.
- 1:10:19Our objective was to impede the van. And then
- 1:10:22now they're in court and they're trying to figure
- 1:10:24out if that's what we're doing, whether or not
- 1:10:26they will be charged with impeding work by federal
- 1:10:29officers. Why wouldn't they be charged with impeding
- 1:10:31work by federal officers exactly what they were
- 1:10:33doing potential property destruction to which
- 1:10:35property destruction is a big deal in general,
- 1:10:38I think, of course, but man, the government does
- 1:10:40not like it when you mess with their with our
- 1:10:43property, their property. No, they don't. I'm
- 1:10:45not going to blame you. I guess unless you're
- 1:10:47on the correct side of the political spectrum,
- 1:10:49of course. Right. Yes. Which these people appear
- 1:10:52to be the mainstream loves them. So we'll see
- 1:10:55what actually ends up happening to them. I didn't
- 1:10:57I didn't get any information about the plea deals
- 1:10:59that the the city council president, former president
- 1:11:03guy took. So I'm not really sure the nature of
- 1:11:05the actual consequences that they're facing other
- 1:11:07than having hero's welcomes on the mainstream
- 1:11:09media. Don't know but it's a rule. I will I'm
- 1:11:12sure hear more as this progresses and Hopefully
- 1:11:15get more boots on the ground if anything fun
- 1:11:17or interesting happens in Curious it'll be that'll
- 1:11:21that's kind of a bellwether case right next door.
- 1:11:23So Thank you for the dish guys Absolutely now
- 1:11:27true to the treasure portion of time talent treasure
- 1:11:30contributing back to the show with treasure is
- 1:11:33huge Once again no ID show commas where you can
- 1:11:36do all that and that if you contribute with treasure
- 1:11:38that makes you an executive Producer as you are
- 1:11:41all producers of this show not just listeners,
- 1:11:43but the treasure Donators are executive producers.
- 1:11:48Let's start this week with Cyrus W who is back
- 1:11:54for the first time since November with 250 bucks
- 1:11:59and he says a very short no made it count Did
- 1:12:04he says keep doing you guys with love? Is it
- 1:12:09like keep doing you like you do you I think he
- 1:12:12means that's all it says maybe we're supposed
- 1:12:14to do each is just like that that meme with Mike
- 1:12:17Tyson was like now Keith Gay you're supposed
- 1:12:21to kiss or something. I mean for 200 bucks. I'd
- 1:12:24consider it Scott's a handsome man He's got a
- 1:12:25head full of hair beautiful blue eyes, you know,
- 1:12:28I like him. He's just just right for a gay time
- 1:12:32I get to be Big Spoon Thank you very much Cyrus
- 1:12:37W that he's the single that is the single biggest
- 1:12:40donation that we've gotten back He's donated
- 1:12:42the same amount back in November 250 and once
- 1:12:45again He steps up to the plate swinging hard
- 1:12:47for the fences and we appreciate it a lot. Thanks,
- 1:12:51dude Yeah, thanks very much Cyrus. I think I
- 1:12:54mean now it sounds like I'm gonna have to be
- 1:12:55swinging hard for Scott over here now what I'm
- 1:12:58hearing I don't know about swinging man. You
- 1:13:01said your roommate with benefits is approved
- 1:13:04Hey -o! No, jealous. There's a difference. But
- 1:13:08she has every right to be. I mean, have you met
- 1:13:10me? You know, I'd be possessive of me too. Have
- 1:13:14you seen my dank memes? Like, not alone. The
- 1:13:17wealth I possess, alone. You know who I bet has
- 1:13:22seen your dank memes is the next executive producer
- 1:13:26this week, Kevin Killian, who sent 150 bucks.
- 1:13:33And he did not send a note. He made a count,
- 1:13:35too. He did. No note, though. No note at all.
- 1:13:38Nothing. Not even a TTT. Nothing. Oh, well, you
- 1:13:41know what? Well, hold on. We have a text thread
- 1:13:42with him. I think I missed something on last
- 1:13:45week. Did I? Well, let me pull it up. Oh, yes.
- 1:13:51He this wasn't the donation note, but it was
- 1:13:53a note that he sent regarding the seatbelt buzzers.
- 1:13:58The car dinging at you. This is the clicker that
- 1:14:01ITD is doing click it or ticket. And so in response
- 1:14:05to that, he said, if you by the way, if you want
- 1:14:09to disengage the seatbelt buzzer, there is an
- 1:14:12easier way. And that was in response to me saying
- 1:14:13that you like befriend your local auto tech so
- 1:14:16they can use the dealer module to plug it into
- 1:14:19your car and disable it that way. And by the
- 1:14:21way, I talked to the auto tech that did that
- 1:14:23for me, my buddy. And he said that that's actually
- 1:14:26exclusive to Toyota. That's only true for Toyota
- 1:14:29Lexus. So I'm not sure. But in any case, Kevin
- 1:14:31said that the easier way is go to the dealer
- 1:14:33and ask for a seatbelt extender. They have to
- 1:14:37provide it to you at zero cost. You just insert
- 1:14:39it into the seatbelt and leave it there forever.
- 1:14:41And your car will forever believe that you are
- 1:14:43buckled in. In my previous life, my seatbelt
- 1:14:46would always get hung up on my duty pistol. And
- 1:14:48the seatbelt extender solved two problems for
- 1:14:50me. So I'd never heard of that. And my tech buddy
- 1:14:52was not familiar either. But there's a word to
- 1:14:55the wise. If you want your car to shut up. Yeah,
- 1:14:59well my seatbelt always gets hung up on something
- 1:15:02else of mine My strong sense of Liberty, obviously
- 1:15:08duh. I don't know what you were thinking about
- 1:15:10now Keith one more this week executive producer
- 1:15:16Back for the first time since 420, which is the
- 1:15:20last donation. He sent in Tony Alvarez That long
- 1:15:23ago was not Tony said another no note Tony sent
- 1:15:28in a shiny schmeckle donation, which is nine
- 1:15:32nine nine and but yeah, but no note But thank
- 1:15:36you very much Tony for the for the treasure much
- 1:15:40appreciated. Yes. Thank you very much, Tony Thank
- 1:15:43you, Cyrus. Thank you, Kevin. Thank you, Tony.
- 1:15:45We do really appreciate it Every time Cyrus pops
- 1:15:48up. I immediately think of my son Silas Silas
- 1:15:52I almost and Cyrus was a name. I almost went
- 1:15:55for because I think it's a great name, too But
- 1:15:57I'm Paul, so my first son had to be a Silas,
- 1:16:00just like Paul and Silas. That, I believe, wraps
- 1:16:05it for Value for Value. Once again, please remember
- 1:16:08us at NoIDShow .com. Contribute back value, time,
- 1:16:11talent, or treasure. We love and appreciate it
- 1:16:13all if you find our show valuable. So you already
- 1:16:35took your potty break and I Didn't so you did
- 1:16:39but I can go get some water. Okay, go for ya
- 1:16:41Cue up that the beats and I'll be back in a moment
- 1:16:43All right. So this song I think fits today very
- 1:16:47very well It's a little rough around the edges
- 1:16:49and I don't obviously agree with everything in
- 1:16:51it But I think it sets the mood very well. So
- 1:16:54I hope you all enjoy and if you don't I don't
- 1:16:56want to hear about it Welcome to the United Snakes,
- 1:17:34land of the thief, home of the slave. Grand Imperial
- 1:17:38Guard where the dollar is sacred and proud. Let's
- 1:17:40do this real, come on now. Smoke and mirrors,
- 1:17:43stripes and stars. Stoning for the cross in the
- 1:17:45name of God. Bloodshed, genocide, rape and fraud.
- 1:17:49Written to the pages of the law, good law. The
- 1:17:53cold cotton and latchkey child ran away one day
- 1:17:56and started acting foul. King of where the wild
- 1:17:58things are, daddy's proud cause the Roman Empire
- 1:18:01done passed it down. Imported and tortured a
- 1:18:05workforce that never healed the wounds or shook
- 1:18:07the curse off. Not a grown -up Goliath nation
- 1:18:11holding open auditions for the part of David.
- 1:18:14And you feel nothing can save you. You question
- 1:18:17the rain, you get rushed in and chained up. Fish
- 1:18:20raised, but I must be insane, because I can't
- 1:18:22figure a single, single damn way to change. But
- 1:18:25welcome to the United Snakes, land of the thief,
- 1:18:29home of the slave. The grand imperial guard,
- 1:18:33where the dollar is sacred and power is God.
- 1:18:36Welcome to the United Snakes. Land of the thief,
- 1:18:40home of the slave The grand imperial guard, where
- 1:18:44the dollar is sacred and power's gone All must
- 1:18:47bow to the fat and lazy The people obey me and
- 1:18:51why do they hate me? Who me? Only two generations
- 1:18:54away From the world's most despicable slavery
- 1:18:57trade Pioneered so many ways to degrade a human
- 1:19:00being that it can't be changed to this day. Legacy
- 1:19:04so ingrained in the way that we think we no longer
- 1:19:07need chains to be slain. Lord, it's a shameful
- 1:19:10display. The overseers even got raped along the
- 1:19:13way. Cause the children can't escape from the
- 1:19:16pain and they're born with the poisonous hatred
- 1:19:18in their veins. Try and separate a man from his
- 1:19:22soul. You only strengthen him and lose your own.
- 1:19:25But shoot that... We walk near the throne Remind
- 1:19:28him that this is my home Now I'm gone Welcome
- 1:19:31to the United Snakes Land of the thief Home of
- 1:19:35the slave Grand Imperial Guard Where the dollar
- 1:19:39is sacred Power is gone Welcome to the United
- 1:19:44Land of the thief Home of the slave Grand Imperial
- 1:19:48Guard Where the dollar is sacred You don't give
- 1:19:53money to the bums On the corner with a sign bleeding
- 1:19:56from their gums Talk about you don't support
- 1:19:59a crackhead What you think happens to the money
- 1:20:02from your taxes? The government's the addict
- 1:20:05With a billion dollar a week killed brown people
- 1:20:08habit And even if you ain't on the front line
- 1:20:11When master yell crunch time you right back at
- 1:20:14it You ain't look at how you hustling backwards
- 1:20:16At the end of the year add up what they subtracted
- 1:20:20Three out of 12 months, your salary, pay for
- 1:20:22that madness. Man, that's a sadness. What's left?
- 1:20:26Get a big ass plasma to see where they made Dan
- 1:20:29Bather point the damn camera. Only approved questions
- 1:20:32get answered. Now stand your ass up for that
- 1:20:35national anthem. Welcome to the United States.
- 1:20:39Land of the free, home of the slave. The grand
- 1:20:42imperial guard, where the dollar is sacred and
- 1:20:45power is gone. Welcome to the United States.
- 1:20:49Land of the thief, home of the slave. Grand Imperial
- 1:20:54Guard, where the dollar is sacred and power is
- 1:20:57charge. I thought so. As an anarchist, libertarian,
- 1:22:03and cap, whatever you want to call it. There's
- 1:22:05a lot in there that resonates pretty well. Some
- 1:22:09of the racism stuff he peddles I don't agree
- 1:22:10with. saying that basically implying that American
- 1:22:15slave trade was the worst in human history. Not
- 1:22:17even close. Get a grip, guy. But I love how he
- 1:22:19brings up, you know, it's like all the stuff
- 1:22:21you don't like your taxes pay for that. Also,
- 1:22:23the media doesn't approve of what I'm saying
- 1:22:25and they don't approve of you either. Things
- 1:22:27like that on point. And that's that's Brother
- 1:22:31Ali, the albino who doesn't sound like an albino.
- 1:22:37Nope. OK. All right. Half of you know what time
- 1:22:41it is, Scott. I do. I'm ready. Second half of
- 1:22:43show. All right, I'm gonna do my now that I'm
- 1:22:48thinking about it is also about a white guy who
- 1:22:50beats up the black guy So you better Linder up
- 1:22:56limber up I'm actually just quietly focused on
- 1:23:01my mental chi from my seat How progressive I
- 1:23:08have my hands folded in front right? Well, I'm
- 1:23:10here to like I'm in prayer. Okay, I'm ready here
- 1:23:14to disrupt your chi Hardcore here Okay In 2023,
- 1:23:25there was a poll. And so excuse me, 2022, 2022,
- 1:23:31January of 2022, to be exact. There was a poll.
- 1:23:36They polled Democrats and Republicans. And they
- 1:23:39had questions such as, so that's a five parter.
- 1:23:41And I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna throw it out
- 1:23:44there. Question number one, would you approve
- 1:23:48of fining as in like a fee fine? the unvaccinated,
- 1:23:56what proportion of Democrats said yes? I sort
- 1:24:03of recall these. And as I recall, they were like
- 1:24:07progressively escalated in consequences. And
- 1:24:10they kept asking people like, would you approve
- 1:24:11of that? Would you approve of that? If I'm thinking
- 1:24:12of the same thing. Finding the unvaccinated?
- 1:24:15I'm going to play some background music while
- 1:24:15you do it, because since it's a five -parter,
- 1:24:17I'm going to keep it popping fresh here. OK.
- 1:24:20My impulse was to say really high, like 85, 90
- 1:24:24percent. But I'm going to I think that's I think
- 1:24:26you're counterintuitive being me here. So I think
- 1:24:29that one might have been a little lower, that
- 1:24:32particular question, because they basically favor
- 1:24:35much more harsh consequences than just a fine.
- 1:24:37So I'm going to say like 60 percent. All right.
- 1:24:44One for one so far. It was you're close enough.
- 1:24:47I'll give it to you. Fifty seven percent. What
- 1:24:52percent now? What actually is surprising, though,
- 1:24:54is the number of Republicans is one. I know it's
- 1:24:57like 20 or something, right? 25? I'm pretty sure.
- 1:25:0020%. 20 % on the nose. I'm pretty sure they were
- 1:25:03all from the North Idaho Republicans club. What
- 1:25:07percentage of Democrats said it was acceptable
- 1:25:11to lock unvaccinated people at home, lock them
- 1:25:15in to their homes? So now we're getting more
- 1:25:19into the territory of the type of consequences
- 1:25:21those... type of consequences they would have
- 1:25:25preferred much more harsh than a fine so but
- 1:25:28it's probably pretty close to the same because
- 1:25:30we're still not they really want us to go to
- 1:25:33camps where work set you free so i'm going to
- 1:25:35say it's probably about the same i'm going to
- 1:25:37go 60 percent again hey dog down 60 on the nose
- 1:25:46two for two scott you're well on your way to
- 1:25:49that self -eatless seat beltless toyota sir as
- 1:25:52your grand prize redemption after the last several
- 1:25:54failures What percentage? Oh, by the way, in
- 1:25:59the percentage of Republicans, 21 % more Republicans
- 1:26:02found it acceptable to lock somebody in their
- 1:26:05home than they found it acceptable to just find
- 1:26:08them, which I think is really funny. We'll lock
- 1:26:13them in a cage, but take their money. No, no,
- 1:26:16no, that's absurd. We're Republicans. We don't
- 1:26:17do that. But we do know that staying home saves
- 1:26:20lives. Don't you watch the news? We are. We are
- 1:26:24pro locking people in cages. What percentage
- 1:26:29of Democrats considered it acceptable to send
- 1:26:32unvaccinated people to quarantine camps? Yeah,
- 1:26:37see, that's the one that that's the one that
- 1:26:43was that was like alarming and maybe but maybe
- 1:26:46now I'm trying to think maybe that's the like,
- 1:26:48sort of Mandela effect thing where I think it's
- 1:26:5190%. But that doesn't mean that it is. That doesn't
- 1:26:53mean that's how I remember it. In truth, it's
- 1:26:56probably less than the previous because I don't
- 1:27:01know how the fact that anybody feels okay publicly
- 1:27:03admitting that they're for something like that
- 1:27:05is is crazy. But and so me recalling that it's
- 1:27:09very high. It's very high for what the question
- 1:27:12is. And it's probably less than 60. Because you
- 1:27:16have to want to put you have to be okay with
- 1:27:17publicly admitting it. So I'm going to go down
- 1:27:19actually, I'm going to try I'm going counterintuitive,
- 1:27:21because I've been going with my impulse last
- 1:27:22few weeks, and it's not worked. It's been counterintuitive.
- 1:27:25So I'm going to go down, I'm going to say like,
- 1:27:3048 percent, 50 percent? I don't know if I can
- 1:27:36give that one to you. It's close. I'm not going
- 1:27:38to give you a bell. About 43 percent. Oh, OK.
- 1:27:41But I had the right idea. I was like going lower.
- 1:27:43You're in the right. Yeah, you're in. You're
- 1:27:44in the realm. I don't know if I can give that
- 1:27:46one to you. You're two for three. But that was
- 1:27:49it wasn't bad, dude. It was bad. I like your
- 1:27:50thought process. Half the fun is just listening
- 1:27:52to you crank on it. Question number four. What
- 1:27:55percentage of them? Oh, by the way, Republicans,
- 1:27:58even more on that one. Twenty three percent.
- 1:28:02Perfect. So not only are we happy with like,
- 1:28:04no, no, we're not going to take your money. We
- 1:28:06don't do that. We're Republicans. Lock you in
- 1:28:08your own home, in your own cage. Definitely.
- 1:28:10Absolutely. Lock you in our cage. Absolutely.
- 1:28:13Even better. Even better. My favorite cage is
- 1:28:17the cage that taxpayers pay for. We're going
- 1:28:21to lock you in there. That's so crazy. Republicans,
- 1:28:23you crazy. Democrats, what percentage of them
- 1:28:27said it was acceptable to take? children away
- 1:28:31from their unvaccinated parents. It's tough.
- 1:28:39I mean, the counterintuitive thing again is at
- 1:28:42play because I, my mind wants to go up from 45
- 1:28:45up into the back to the 60 realm. Yeah. And they
- 1:28:51love taking kids away. They love like CPS and
- 1:28:53stuff. So I'm going to go back up to 60%. Fortunately,
- 1:29:00it wasn't that high. 35%. But that was straight
- 1:29:06wrong. So it went down again. 30. five percent.
- 1:29:12Which that means that way more than that are
- 1:29:15actually okay with it. That's the percentage
- 1:29:16that will admit it readily to a pollster. So
- 1:29:20that's, that's what I love about you. One of
- 1:29:22the many things I love about you, Scott, is like
- 1:29:24you think beyond that first level is that this
- 1:29:27is just what people admitted to. This isn't what
- 1:29:29they secretly amongst themselves, their family,
- 1:29:32their friends that are like them believe is,
- 1:29:35you know, when they get together, they talk a
- 1:29:36bigger game than what they actually will pull.
- 1:29:39But, but This is still astoundingly high for
- 1:29:42public polls. Amazing. Yep. And about 10 percent
- 1:29:47of Republicans agreed. Yeah. But again, so that's
- 1:29:51how you that's how you can tell the difference
- 1:29:52between Republicans and Democrats. The Republicans
- 1:29:54are like, whoa, whoa, whoa, your money and your
- 1:29:56kids. No, no, those are yours. Your freedom.
- 1:29:59Fuck you. Oh, dude. All right. And last one.
- 1:30:07How many of them thought it was acceptable to
- 1:30:09fine and imprison? Critics of the vaccine. Any
- 1:30:14vaccine. Oh, man, that's so tough. Finding and
- 1:30:28imprisoning critics of the vaccine. So all of
- 1:30:30this, by the way, goes back to pure genius. That
- 1:30:35is the pharmaceutical marketing complex. This
- 1:30:38is all pharma marketing that has programmed people
- 1:30:41to be OK with this sort of stuff because not
- 1:30:44injecting their products makes you an evil human.
- 1:30:47That is unbelievable marketing. I think their
- 1:30:52marketing has been successful in so much as getting
- 1:30:55people to think that whatever Big Pharma puts
- 1:30:59out is ethical and safe. But the overarching
- 1:31:03issue, which is the just shut up and take it
- 1:31:06or take it or else, that's a statism thing. Pure.
- 1:31:12Well, they're very closely aligned. That's a
- 1:31:14three, four, five, six generations of state -run
- 1:31:17indoctrination camps. Yes, the new the new addition
- 1:31:23at Gitmo being built by Lockheed Martin and of
- 1:31:28course brought to you by Pfizer I'm gonna go
- 1:31:32with and your friendly neighborhood community
- 1:31:34community community politician I'm gonna go with
- 1:31:38I'm gonna go back down to half that seems like
- 1:31:40something about half of Democrats would be like
- 1:31:41Oh, yeah, no you ask questions about you You're
- 1:31:43an anti -vaxxer and you have the audacity to
- 1:31:45publicly ask questions to the gulag 50 % Yeah
- 1:31:54but I guess I have no choice. Alright, I feel
- 1:31:59pretty good about that one. Bingo. 50 % on the
- 1:32:01nose, homeslice. Alright, well done. Thank you.
- 1:32:04You got three out of five. That's 60%. You, uh,
- 1:32:07Ds do get degrees, they say, so you pass. Well
- 1:32:11done. Thank you very kindly. Feel good. You are
- 1:32:15quite welcome. That was fun. You, uh, you did
- 1:32:18well, sir. Thank you. I'm proud of you. Okay,
- 1:32:20let's move along. I've got lots more stuff here,
- 1:32:23but we are kind of running over time. So let's
- 1:32:25do a couple more. We are. Speaking of Big Pharma
- 1:32:29and the latest scare they're attempting to...
- 1:32:32They've tried to pull start the pandemic engine
- 1:32:35many, many times before, during and after, quote,
- 1:32:39the peak of the COVID -19 pandemic, close quote.
- 1:32:41And the most recent one, and they're really,
- 1:32:44they're trying as hard as they've ever tried.
- 1:32:47It's a rare, but potentially deadly virus that's
- 1:32:50suddenly raising alarms with Southwest District
- 1:32:53Health telling me they've been flooded with questions
- 1:32:55from worried neighbors, neighbors about hantavirus.
- 1:32:59I'm a neighborhood reporter, Leslie Solis and
- 1:33:00I spoke with the health district. She's your
- 1:33:02friendly neighborhood reporter and she said,
- 1:33:04why might people be so alarmed? Might it be because
- 1:33:07your friendly neighborhood reporters are jamming
- 1:33:09it down everyone's throats around the clock such
- 1:33:11that the boomers who still take legacy media
- 1:33:14seriously are blowing calls in? to the health
- 1:33:16district, which they also still take seriously
- 1:33:19to ask if they should be scared. Please tell
- 1:33:22me, should I be scared of the air again? I'm
- 1:33:24a neighborhood reporter, Leslie Solis, and I
- 1:33:26spoke with the health district to separate fact
- 1:33:28from fear. Oh, yes, please help us separate facts
- 1:33:31from fear. That's definitely who I trust to help
- 1:33:34me separate fact from fear is the news outlets.
- 1:33:38It's your friendly neighborhood reporter. Well,
- 1:33:41my friendly neighborhood news, my friendly community,
- 1:33:44community, community, community. News outlets?
- 1:33:46Yes. I can't wait to hear what they have to say.
- 1:33:50It's pretty rare, not just in Idaho, all across
- 1:33:52the United States. Epidemiologist Lakshmi Rita
- 1:33:54Vinagopal tells me... What? ...concerns around...
- 1:33:56Listen again. Did she say it's pretty there?
- 1:34:00She said it's pretty rare. It's pretty rare,
- 1:34:04not just in Idaho, all across the United States.
- 1:34:07Epidemiologist Lakshmi Rita Venugopal tells me
- 1:34:10concerns surrounding hantavirus have been growing
- 1:34:12in Idaho after - I have to give her the news
- 1:34:15reader credit. I have no idea if she got it right,
- 1:34:17but I do appreciate that she didn't go all Julie
- 1:34:19Luketa. on us and she actually like attempted
- 1:34:22to say it. It was exotic, I'll give her that.
- 1:34:29Wow. What's the line from office space? Amir,
- 1:34:35NASA, Naga, not going to work here anymore anyway.
- 1:34:42to the virus. She says there are only 21 different
- 1:34:46strains of hantavirus and Idaho has only seen
- 1:34:49three cases in the last five years. Most of them
- 1:34:52just spread from rodents to humans, except for
- 1:34:56the one that's causing this cruise ship outbreak,
- 1:34:59which is called the Andes virus. It can spread
- 1:35:01from human to human, but we don't have that virus
- 1:35:04concern in Idaho right now. Not right now. You
- 1:35:09hear the little pause? No, no, they're waiting.
- 1:35:14You want to know what they're waiting for? They're
- 1:35:16waiting for the triad and the conjunction of
- 1:35:20the triad, a famine produced by the shortage
- 1:35:25of fertilizer because of the Strait of Hormuz
- 1:35:28nonsense. So about a third of the world doesn't
- 1:35:31have enough fertilizer to grow their crops this
- 1:35:33year. So they're saying and that's going to cause
- 1:35:35famine to about potentially, you know, like actual
- 1:35:39famine to anywhere from a fifth to a quarter
- 1:35:41of the world, mainly the third and second world.
- 1:35:44But it'll bleed over to parts of the first world
- 1:35:45where we won't get the things we're used to getting
- 1:35:47and it will cost way more. Coupled with an oil
- 1:35:51crisis that they're already saying is starting
- 1:35:53to happen because again, a bunch of oil, you
- 1:35:55know, A big part of that region relies on the
- 1:35:59ability of oil to flow through it. And if oil
- 1:36:01doesn't flow through it, which supplies 40 %
- 1:36:04of the world, 50 % of the world. Well, the problem
- 1:36:07is everybody's reserves are almost to nothing.
- 1:36:09There's only a few countries now that aren't
- 1:36:10feeling it. And we're one of them because we've
- 1:36:12got bigger reserves. And then this, the hantavirus.
- 1:36:17And what they're going to do though is they're
- 1:36:18going to find a way to marry Ebola and hantavirus
- 1:36:20into one big viral scare. Ibiza love it. Yeah,
- 1:36:28the golden triad of famine viral scares and no
- 1:36:33oil agenda 2030 baby We're a little over halfway
- 1:36:38there. You know, just remember the next thing
- 1:36:40is down the pike. They're gonna see what what
- 1:36:43catches so they can trigger the next mass psychosis
- 1:36:45event. Just be aware. I know it sounds crazy.
- 1:36:48I know it sounds crazy, but it's really not that
- 1:36:50crazy because if anybody, if you take a breath
- 1:36:52and you take stock of what it takes for our lives
- 1:36:55as we know them to exist and the way they exist,
- 1:36:58you take away the oil. Almost nothing we have
- 1:37:02exists anymore. You make shortages. You know,
- 1:37:04if you, if oil, everything runs on oil. So shortages
- 1:37:08are going to be a problem. And then, of course,
- 1:37:11we all have a powerful need to eat. And if modern
- 1:37:15agriculture, if King Ag in Idaho can't get fertilizer,
- 1:37:20that's a problem. And then the virus will just
- 1:37:23be the icing on the cake. So you're starving.
- 1:37:26You're scared. You can't drive anywhere. The
- 1:37:29standard of living has decreased and also stay
- 1:37:31indoors because there's a new virus coming, baby.
- 1:37:35Just throw it out there. Well, you say it sounds
- 1:37:37crazy. It only sounds crazy if you You pretend
- 1:37:41the last five years never happened, and you also
- 1:37:44don't pay attention to any of the figurehead
- 1:37:47Davos podium microphone speakers who repeatedly
- 1:37:49told you Agenda 2030 was what they were planning
- 1:37:53and executing. They say it publicly. They've
- 1:37:55actually said this stuff out loud. All the time.
- 1:37:57They're proud of it. When it comes down to it,
- 1:38:00a lot of people, they don't trust the government
- 1:38:02simply because they don't like who's in charge
- 1:38:04in that moment. I don't trust the government
- 1:38:06ever because I'm a history buff. Hanta virus
- 1:38:10is a rare but serious virus mostly commonly spread
- 1:38:13through contact with infected rodents and their
- 1:38:16droppings the last reported cases in the state
- 1:38:19were linked just don't have sex with rats problem
- 1:38:21solved geez guys come on the last reported cases
- 1:38:24in the state were linked to a bridge too far
- 1:38:26deer mice droppings Rodents need only about a
- 1:38:29quarter inch of space to squeeze through people's
- 1:38:32homes, garages and sheds, which are common. Oh,
- 1:38:35but remember, she's separating fact from fear,
- 1:38:37even though she's telling you that rodents are
- 1:38:40attempting to get under your garage door, even
- 1:38:42though it's sealed to the concrete of space to
- 1:38:44squeeze people's. This is like that dude telling
- 1:38:46trying to explain to us why people's addresses
- 1:38:48might not line up with their name. Like they
- 1:38:51have an ID, but the addresses aren't aren't correct.
- 1:38:53Here are the 12 reasons, the top 12 reasons why
- 1:38:56that might happen. This lady's trying to explain
- 1:38:58to us how mice and rats can get into a house.
- 1:39:01What is this? They're going to infect you with
- 1:39:05hantavirus. Don't be afraid. Hopefully while
- 1:39:07I'm sleeping. rodents need only about a quarter
- 1:39:11inch of space to squeeze through people's homes,
- 1:39:14garages and sheds, which are commonly exposable
- 1:39:17areas. Most of your rats are going to carry some
- 1:39:20pest control ad, especially the organics. This
- 1:39:25guy, by the way, is a He they had like they were
- 1:39:27interviewing like an exterminator on like someone's
- 1:39:30driveway and he was wearing his what he's got
- 1:39:32the backpack with the sprayer. Like, yeah, this
- 1:39:34the voice you're hearing right now is is an exterminator,
- 1:39:36which are commonly exposable areas. Most of your
- 1:39:39rats are going to carry some sort of diseases,
- 1:39:42especially the two major ones is going to be
- 1:39:45haunted virus. We always recommend that. I didn't
- 1:39:48listen to that. I did not cut that out. That
- 1:39:49was how it was broadcast. Did he say that? The
- 1:39:54exterminator said that. That wasn't like an edit.
- 1:39:58It was, I didn't edit this at all. This was how
- 1:40:00it was presented. Now they edited it because
- 1:40:03I'm sorry. I don't mean to see, I guess it's
- 1:40:05my turn to stab you in the back. I know you don't
- 1:40:06edit audio stuff like that. It just, that felt
- 1:40:09like, Hey, that's what you get my memes. Now
- 1:40:13I'm going to insult your audio. Well, I'm impenetrable,
- 1:40:16dude. I'm fine. Just, you know, I'm like the
- 1:40:19guys from scream. You can just keep stabbing
- 1:40:20me over and over, but I just, I bleed, but I'm
- 1:40:22just like, okay, I go about my business. I had
- 1:40:27a couple of ideas for jokes on that one. I'm
- 1:40:28going to let it slide. So you're here. It's confusing.
- 1:40:34This dude actually said the hantavirus. So you
- 1:40:35are hearing edits, but they edited him out him.
- 1:40:39So obviously he said two, but they only they
- 1:40:41cut out whatever the number two is. Most of your
- 1:40:44rats are going to carry some sort of diseases,
- 1:40:47especially the two major ones is going to be
- 1:40:49hantavirus. And then the other one is cut that
- 1:40:53out. So now they cut that out. I don't know what,
- 1:40:56but I guess what I'm saying is I'm, I am surprised
- 1:40:59that they got him to say that because a hantavirus
- 1:41:03isn't a new basically like, here's what I expect
- 1:41:05him to say. Yeah. You know, right. I've been
- 1:41:06doing this for 20 years, right. And rats, they
- 1:41:08get places, we all know it and they carry diseases.
- 1:41:11Typically they carry these two main diseases
- 1:41:13like, you know, I don't know plague and Malaria,
- 1:41:17whatever. I know they don't carry malaria, but
- 1:41:19the two normal diseases that they always carry.
- 1:41:22That's what I expected this guy to say. But no,
- 1:41:23they actually got him to say the brand spanking
- 1:41:27new, as of just yesterday, disease as disease
- 1:41:30number one, not that they will carry, not that
- 1:41:34they do. Yep, they carry it. And the way he said
- 1:41:38it, it made it sound like they've been carrying
- 1:41:40it and it's just been happening the whole time.
- 1:41:43It's always been a thing. That's what I'm aiming
- 1:41:45at here. I haven't done a good job of explaining
- 1:41:47what I'm aiming at here, but it was just so casual.
- 1:41:49And that's why I thought, did they edit that,
- 1:41:50or did you edit that? They do it all for humor.
- 1:41:54The tactic is common. They do it all the time,
- 1:41:56where they introduce brand new terminology, brand
- 1:41:58new phraseology, and then they act like it's
- 1:42:00always been a thing. And in this case, the guy
- 1:42:03could easily be a plant. He could have easily
- 1:42:06been prompted by the segment producer who's standing
- 1:42:09behind the camera who's like who's could like
- 1:42:10a reality TV producer where they're like cajoling
- 1:42:12him to say something or he could just be another
- 1:42:16mainstream media consumer who Suddenly thinks
- 1:42:20that hanta virus is a huge threat, even though
- 1:42:22remember we're separating from fear sheds. Most
- 1:42:25of your rats are going to carry some sort of
- 1:42:27diseases, especially the two major ones is going
- 1:42:30to be haunted virus. We always recommend that
- 1:42:32no matter what type of rat or rodent always take
- 1:42:35the precautions. Health experts experts also
- 1:42:38warn there is currently no vaccine or specific
- 1:42:41treatment available for hanta virus. How can
- 1:42:43someone figure out if they have symptoms? Watch
- 1:42:46for symptoms. Oh well, you know what? on the
- 1:42:48fly, ask Paul. Here comes the question, big or
- 1:42:51small, make your guess before we call. The game
- 1:42:54begins. It's ask Paul brought to you by Pfizer.
- 1:42:58We know vaccine or specific treatment available.
- 1:43:01Guess who is working on a vaccine. You'll never
- 1:43:03get a virus. How can someone figure out if they
- 1:43:06have symptoms? OK, so how can you how how can
- 1:43:08they figure out if they have symptoms? You got
- 1:43:11to watch for flu like symptoms or if grandpa
- 1:43:14suddenly dies, one of those two. How can someone
- 1:43:17figure out if they have symptoms? Watch for symptoms
- 1:43:20for eight weeks following the exposure. So the
- 1:43:23initial symptoms would appear just like a flu,
- 1:43:27running nose, fever, fatigue, body pain, muscle
- 1:43:30pain. It's always best to seek health care. Because
- 1:43:34these strains are just different strains of the
- 1:43:36flu. Health care always best to seek health care.
- 1:43:41I'm a neighborhood reporter. Let's see Solis,
- 1:43:43Idaho News 6. It's our friendly neighborhood
- 1:43:45reporter helping us separate fear from fiction
- 1:43:48or what did she say? And then they spend the
- 1:43:50entire report cranking fear into everybody. What
- 1:43:55you don't know about where mice can go will kill
- 1:43:58you more than 11 unless you don't make it unless
- 1:44:00you don't make it to six. You might be dead already.
- 1:44:03Check yourself. But we want to separate fact
- 1:44:05from fear. OK. uh let's do one more two of the
- 1:44:10viruses the old the two viruses that the rats
- 1:44:12have always carried were hantavirus and i'm your
- 1:44:20friendly neighborhood reporter irving farquhar
- 1:44:23okay so this was uh this is a story you may die
- 1:44:28but that's a sacrifice i'm willing to make A
- 1:44:31story that's come up many times on this program
- 1:44:33and yet there's yet more breaking, breaking,
- 1:44:35breaking news. The woman dragged from a legislative
- 1:44:37town hall at the Coeur d 'Alene High School on
- 1:44:39Victorian last year is filing a federal lawsuit.
- 1:44:43According to the Coeur d 'Alene Press, Theresa
- 1:44:44Borenpool filed that lawsuit in U .S. District
- 1:44:46Court yesterday, naming Kootenai County Sheriff
- 1:44:49Bob Norris and Republican Central Committee Chair
- 1:44:52Brent Reagan, in addition to security company
- 1:44:55owner Paul Tourette. his employees and his business.
- 1:44:59Bornpool was one of several attendees who spoke
- 1:45:01out of turn and criticized legislators. She was
- 1:45:05asked to leave. Nope. Here we go. She didn't
- 1:45:06just speak out of turn. Well, she did, but it
- 1:45:10wasn't just, she spoke out of turn. It was, she
- 1:45:12wouldn't shut up. She stood up and she would
- 1:45:14not let anybody else speak. She was disruptive
- 1:45:17in a way that meant the meeting couldn't continue.
- 1:45:19It was a meeting put on by a private organization,
- 1:45:22never mentioned in a public space. And of course
- 1:45:25it's not. because they always talk about the
- 1:45:27people on the other side of it are like First
- 1:45:29Amendment, First Amendment is like, well, it
- 1:45:31was a it was a open to the public event, but
- 1:45:34put on by a private organization who paid for
- 1:45:38the space. And it was I think it took place in
- 1:45:41a school, but they but they rented the space
- 1:45:43out from the school. So they bought the space,
- 1:45:46they rented it, whatever. And as a private organization,
- 1:45:48they have a right to throw anybody out. They
- 1:45:51always have reserved that right. You always reserve
- 1:45:53that right when you are a private organization.
- 1:45:56paying for a space. Anyways, Teresa Borenpol,
- 1:45:59like the toddler in the checkout aisle who didn't
- 1:46:01get the gum that she wanted, threw a temper tantrum,
- 1:46:05shouted, screamed, yelled, would not let anybody
- 1:46:07else speak or anybody else participate or let
- 1:46:09the meeting continue. And that is why she was
- 1:46:12ultimately ejected and she fought back. So that's
- 1:46:16why it got physical. She bit, she spit, she clawed
- 1:46:20the people who were trying to at first peaceably
- 1:46:24eject her. And then when it didn't go peaceably,
- 1:46:27yeah, they, they zip tied her and they had to
- 1:46:30immobilize her so she couldn't bite them anymore
- 1:46:32and claw them anymore. And then they removed
- 1:46:34her and our good old North Idaho Republicans
- 1:46:37defended her the whole time. And we're like,
- 1:46:39Oh, freedom of speech. Oh, mean Brett Reagan.
- 1:46:42Oh, the Cooney County Republicans. This is what
- 1:46:45they do. They're Nazis. Yeah, freedom of speech.
- 1:46:48Meanwhile, if you question the efficacy of big
- 1:46:51pharma's products, you should have your kids
- 1:46:54taken away and you should be thrown in a concentration
- 1:46:56camp for freedom of speech. Our freedoms are
- 1:47:00under attack by extremists, but don't worry,
- 1:47:02the NIR is here for you. She was asked to leave
- 1:47:05and then was dragged from the auditorium when
- 1:47:07she refused. Bornpool says the dragging violated
- 1:47:10her fourth amendment rights, left her with scratches
- 1:47:13and bruises and caused emotional distress that
- 1:47:16continued long after the town hall within days
- 1:47:19of the guarantee. She went in there with emotional
- 1:47:21distress, not a stable person. She is known.
- 1:47:25She's faint. She's made her her fame locally
- 1:47:27by being a disruptor of meetings such as this.
- 1:47:31She's a big mouth and they love her for it. Within
- 1:47:35days of the incident, the city of Coeur d 'Alene
- 1:47:36revoked Chourette's business license, but a jury
- 1:47:39did not find that he committed any crimes against
- 1:47:42Bornpool. Idaho's attorney general also declined
- 1:47:45to file any charges against Sheriff Norris for
- 1:47:47this incident. Bornpool is seeking a jury trial
- 1:47:50and monetary damages. It's interesting they phrase
- 1:47:53it in the negative. A jury did not find that
- 1:47:56he committed any crimes, as opposed to saying
- 1:47:58a jury found he didn't. Wait, how do they say?
- 1:48:03Or a jury found Teresa Borenpol's claims to be
- 1:48:06spurious and retarded. License, but a jury did
- 1:48:10not find that he committed any crimes against
- 1:48:13Borenpol. A jury found that he didn't commit
- 1:48:17any crimes. A jury did not find that he committed...
- 1:48:21It's a very strange way to phrase it. You don't
- 1:48:24say what the jury did not find. Slight of hand.
- 1:48:27Yeah, it is this weird slight of hand. It's subtle.
- 1:48:29And I don't want to say, well, what are you saying,
- 1:48:31man? You're saying that these genius newsreaders
- 1:48:34are just trying to get one up? No, I'm not saying
- 1:48:36that. I'm just saying they do this sort of sleight
- 1:48:38of hand thing all the time. I don't even think
- 1:48:40the teleprompter plugger inners know. I don't
- 1:48:43know that a large percentage of them know they're
- 1:48:45doing it. In fact, I'm sure a very tiny percentage
- 1:48:47of them know. It's inherent. And when you have
- 1:48:50inherent bias, you're going to write things,
- 1:48:52you're going to read things, you're going to
- 1:48:53say things in a way that betrays that bias. Yes.
- 1:48:58OK, I want to do one final thing to close the
- 1:49:01show here. And I should have done it earlier
- 1:49:02because it's a couple of minutes long, but it's
- 1:49:04worth it. This was sent in talking about value
- 1:49:07for value. Appreciate the value returned from
- 1:49:10Northbound Signal, who has submitted show art
- 1:49:14a couple of weeks ago. And Northbound Signal
- 1:49:16said, let me pull it up. Hey, fellas came across
- 1:49:20this post from Ryan McClintock's sister that
- 1:49:24the algorithm randomly sent to my feed. I don't
- 1:49:26know why, as far as I know, I have no connection
- 1:49:29to her, no mutuals, nothing. Some of the wording
- 1:49:32is oddly vague, but it's interesting. So I thought
- 1:49:35I'd pass it along. I appreciate it. It is interesting.
- 1:49:38I plugged it into 11 Labs. So you're going to
- 1:49:41hear a AI voice in a theme because it's a sister.
- 1:49:44Her name is Jessica. And she posted this, I believe,
- 1:49:47I think it was two days ago. This is Ryan McClintock
- 1:49:50was the guy who was arrested after smashing the
- 1:49:55windows. of the Kootenay County Sheriff's Office
- 1:49:57last month. I have held my tongue for the last
- 1:49:5943 days while my brother sits in maximum security
- 1:50:02at the Kootenay County jail awaiting trial for
- 1:50:05a crime that, in my opinion, should never have
- 1:50:07happened. I watched Ryan display rapidly escalating
- 1:50:11and deeply out of character behavior during what
- 1:50:14many of us believed was a severe mental health
- 1:50:16crisis. We contacted the Crisis Center of North
- 1:50:19Idaho, law enforcement, and repeatedly tried
- 1:50:22to get help before this situation escalated.
- 1:50:25Instead of intervention, we were met with dismissal
- 1:50:28and told there was little that could be done.
- 1:50:31The day before his arrest, the crisis center
- 1:50:33reportedly identified him as experiencing high
- 1:50:36-functioning mania. His weapons were removed,
- 1:50:39yet he was not taken in for treatment. According
- 1:50:42to police reports, officers were at Ryan's residence
- 1:50:45approximately an hour before his arrest, attempting
- 1:50:48to place him on an involuntary hold, but somehow
- 1:50:51lost him. Ryan reportedly contacted dispatch
- 1:50:55and told them where he was going, yet no intervention
- 1:50:58occurred before the situation escalated. What
- 1:51:02I find deeply concerning is that Sheriff Bob
- 1:51:04Norris appeared to be aware of Ryan's deteriorating
- 1:51:08behavior prior to the arrest, including publicly
- 1:51:11interacting with Ryan's social media posts just
- 1:51:14hours beforehand. If leadership was aware of
- 1:51:17the situation, why was intervention unsuccessful
- 1:51:20before this became a criminal case? Why was one
- 1:51:23agency documenting the situation as psychological
- 1:51:26while the response shifted almost entirely into
- 1:51:29criminal enforcement after crossing city jurisdiction?
- 1:51:34What disturbed me even more was what happened
- 1:51:37immediately after Ryan's arrest. I was contacted
- 1:51:40by individuals attempting to shape a narrative
- 1:51:42around this case. I was encouraged to retrieve
- 1:51:45Ryan's phone from the jail, report back what
- 1:51:47I found, publicly push certain claims. and helped
- 1:51:51direct blame towards specific individuals. I
- 1:51:53was also asked by a private citizen with close
- 1:51:56ties to local leadership to tell Ryan to arrange
- 1:51:58a private meeting with Bob Norris while he was
- 1:52:00being held on an 18210 mental health hold. Political
- 1:52:04figures and private citizens alike began inserting
- 1:52:08themselves into a situation that In my opinion,
- 1:52:12should have remained focused on getting someone
- 1:52:14in obvious distress the help they needed before
- 1:52:17irreversible damage was done. The only thing
- 1:52:24I have ever cared about is my brother getting
- 1:52:30healthy and surviving this. Ryan is not a headline
- 1:52:33to me. He is a father, a brother, a son, and
- 1:52:36someone deeply loved by many people. Watching
- 1:52:39his life collapse while knowing how desperately
- 1:52:42people begged for intervention beforehand has
- 1:52:45been heartbreaking beyond words. This is not
- 1:52:48about politics to me. It is about mental health,
- 1:52:51accountability, public safety, and what happens
- 1:52:54when obvious warning signs are ignored until
- 1:52:58a crisis becomes a criminal case. Please check
- 1:53:01on the people you love. If someone in your life
- 1:53:04is in crisis, advocate for them relentlessly.
- 1:53:08And please keep our family in your prayers. Sincerely,
- 1:53:12a sister left to pick up the pieces. Now, when
- 1:53:15I looked at this post, when I clicked on the
- 1:53:17link that Northbound Signal sent, and I was like,
- 1:53:21well, let's see what I kind of, you know, scrolled
- 1:53:23down on her page and kept going because it became
- 1:53:26immediately clear just like after. you know,
- 1:53:29a second of scrolling. It was like, oh, my kid
- 1:53:32would have been her 18th birthday today, like
- 1:53:35in memorial. And I was like, what? So I scrolled
- 1:53:37back, you know, and it looks like Ryan's sister
- 1:53:41Jessica had a daughter who died of brain cancer
- 1:53:44a year or two ago, it looks like. Plus Jessica
- 1:53:48and Ryan, they lost their mom, which I think
- 1:53:50we mentioned that when we did the story, I think
- 1:53:51she died either last year or the year before.
- 1:53:54So it seems like this family has had quite a
- 1:53:56bit of trauma befall them. I don't know them,
- 1:53:59obviously. I'm gathering based on what I can
- 1:54:02see via these public sources here. But what's
- 1:54:05crazy is that she's basically saying that officers
- 1:54:08were at Ryan's house an hour before the incident,
- 1:54:11attempting to... And Bob Morris was on his page
- 1:54:14making comments. Oh, interesting. That part I
- 1:54:17missed until reading this story. That's fascinating.
- 1:54:23So there's obviously way more to this than meets
- 1:54:25the eye. Well, there's also the It's up and I'm
- 1:54:30not gonna defend Bob Norris Most times because
- 1:54:34well, I don't consider him an ally in any way
- 1:54:36shape and form But that's a tough call to make
- 1:54:39when to insert yourself Yeah, although interestingly
- 1:54:42enough the cops are happy to insert themselves
- 1:54:44almost all the other rest of the times You know
- 1:54:46when you're minding your own business, but you're
- 1:54:48going six miles over the speed limit They'll
- 1:54:50insert themselves, you know, you're walking somewhere.
- 1:54:53They don't think you should be and you know,
- 1:54:55it's a Wrong time of the day they'll insert themselves,
- 1:54:58you know You possess the wrong thing and they'll
- 1:55:02insert themselves or you play the wrong game
- 1:55:04and they'll insert themselves But if you're having
- 1:55:06a mental breakdown and you look like you might
- 1:55:07need help. Yeah Let's see what happens. Well,
- 1:55:13I said it's it is tough though because it's like
- 1:55:15well What did you guys want to do you want him
- 1:55:17to direct and drag the guy out of his house?
- 1:55:19Like, you know, cuz he's displaying man. That's
- 1:55:21kind of what I was Yeah, that's kind of you know
- 1:55:26That's what I was thinking without minus the
- 1:55:28humor. Obviously, I like to take the humorous
- 1:55:30angle. It's tough call to make. Yeah, what are
- 1:55:32you going to do? Go in there and pull the guy
- 1:55:33out of his house? Besides, we all know that Republicans
- 1:55:36prefer to lock people in their houses. OK, I
- 1:55:40think that's a good place to call it a show.
- 1:55:45Thank you, Northbound Signal, for sending that
- 1:55:47in. Something I would have never otherwise seen.
- 1:55:49And that is the sort of value returned that great
- 1:55:53producers produce. So. if you would like to help
- 1:55:57us produce this show as the producers are executive
- 1:55:59producers, and the executive producers, of course,
- 1:56:01as well. Please go to no ID show .com where all
- 1:56:05of the value returned mechanisms are firmly in
- 1:56:08place. Well, we'll see what happens next week.
- 1:56:12We will have election results stuff from the
- 1:56:16mainstream. In the meantime, yeah, we'll see
- 1:56:19what happens. Yeah, I think we'll potentially
- 1:56:20make that a centerpiece of next podcast. Maybe
- 1:56:24I don't know. That probably sounds like more
- 1:56:25of a threat to you guys than I mean it to. Well,
- 1:56:29it all depends on how the mainstream presents
- 1:56:31it. You know, are they going to give us juicy
- 1:56:33bulk wrap that we can, you know, deconstruct?
- 1:56:36Of course they will. Oh, win or lose, we win.
- 1:56:41That's right. It's never a shortage of material
- 1:56:45because they just can't help but propagandize
- 1:56:47everybody all the time. I guess it's all just
- 1:56:50part of the simulation software. You know, this
- 1:56:52is what it is. Okay, and Paul's programming is
- 1:56:59short -circuited. So we'll have to wait until
- 1:57:01he reboots. No, I thought there was more I was
- 1:57:04I was giving you I was giving you space for the
- 1:57:06whatever the finishing kill, you know, I'm Okay,
- 1:57:11it was it was like the pest control guy who was
- 1:57:14like two of them hantavirus and Yes, they here
- 1:57:18are three reasons. You should return value to
- 1:57:20the no ID show Paul Scott and the dank memes
- 1:57:29Thanks for tuning into episode number 29, episode
- 1:57:32number 30 next week. And until then from Post
- 1:57:35Falls, I'm Scott. And I'm Paul. Taxation is theft.
- 1:57:44And they are actively breaking the law because
- 1:57:47my crops.
