Lexington just launched its first medical cannabis processing facility, Holler Cannabis — a full-service operation that grows, processes, and delivers products right here in Fayette County. Owned by local council member Hil Boone the Fourth, it’s Kentucky’s only dual cultivator and processor, marking a major leap for the state’s brand-new 2023 medical marijuana program.
